I read Robert Monroe's books a few years ago (anyone interested in astral travel/OBEs check him out if you haven't already), but recently I have been having existential depression again (it's a cycle for me, happening over and over), trying to find out what is really going on, and feeling depressed with the knowledge you can never fully understand it (even if you can be aware that something is not right on this planet). On one of his "journeys," he was shown that there are beings who created earth - and all lifeforms on it - in an attempt to obtain "loosh," which is very valuable apparently (like gold, uranium, silver, food, etc.) and the purest form is found when death, love, fear, happiness, pride, basically all emotions, are released. However, the more stressed we are, the more pure the loosh is. Initially, Monroe fell into a depression (who wouldn't) at this information, then it was made apparent that the whole farming-of-loosh thing was initially viewed by him as his own perspective, based only on his own earthly experiences. Do you view this farming of loosh as positive or negative? If these beings needed this loosh (feeding on your emotions, good and bad) to survive, would you willingly give it to them? Or are they taking it from us in a negative way, basically raping us, only we don't realize we are being violated and have not given our consent?

As the flowing melodies of Mozart etch their grace upon her heart, our Scribe opens up our light and endeavors to bring forth our message. We come today, messengers of Light and Love, angelic beings of the Most High Father / Mother God. We are your sisters and brothers, our human angels who have bravely embodied on Mother Earth in this time of glorious transition. Grace has had little presence in your world, especially the one into which most of you have been born, the world of the late 20th century. Violence, outrageous behavior by celebrities, greed and unconscionable miscreation by your leaders, both hidden and overt, war, crime, poverty, disease and grime has been the lot of the world. Or so it seems. For just beneath the surface of every man, woman and child upon this planet, no matter how corrupted or wounded their heart, there exists Grace. It is simply a matter of discovering the buried treasure that lies within.

Grace is being able to carry oneself with confidence, with balance, with fluidity, being able to flow through one’s life with ease. Grace is normally attributed to the physical appearance of a few humans who are blessed (or cursed) with physical beauty. However, true grace exists within, emanating from the open and radiating heart of the Lover of Life, your soul and Higher Self, the I AM that I AM, your individual connection to the Godhead. When you come to discover that you are Grace, you find balance within. You carry yourself more surely and confidently, no matter what your physical appearance or age. True grace is a reflection of all that you are in the fullness of your being, not just what is present within a human body. Man or woman can act and be Grace in action through their thoughts, their emotions and by living their truth every moment of every day. Observe the flowers. They bloom with joy and grace with the coming of spring, uncurling before the warmth of the sun. They follow the sun with all their beings, tracing its journey across the sky with upturned faces. They do not take from the world or from others, but simply are grace and beauty.

Through their presence, their simple being, they share the love and grace that they embody. Observe the natural grace of a healthy animal. It stretches and moves with ease and assurance. It does not question its right to be in the world. It loves and is loved by us in return. No matter what happens to its body, it moves through the world with grace and leaves it with equal grace. The animal, be it cat, dog, horse or bird, knows that what it is and communes with spirit at all times. Ever wonder why your cat sometimes looks like a furry Buddha? You, dear ones, came into this lifetime with the blessing of your light family and the Grace of the Mother’s kiss upon your brow. Some of you had never been in physical embodiment before and did not know what to expect.

So it has been a difficult experience for the sensitives among you, the star seeds. This world has been a harsh place for those who are unprepared and have not taken up the mantle of Grace as protection. It is yours to collect when you come to the realization that you are what you are, love and light made flesh. You are gods made manifest, brought into form for the opportunity to grow in strength, beauty, wisdom and grace. You are more capable than you might realize now, as you struggle through the day, burdened by life’s challenges.

When you come to recognize that grace always dwells within the heart, you will finally come to a position of inner strength, where you are supported by the masculine energies and flow with the feminine, fully in balance, full of grace and overflowing with the true essence of your Being. Seek within and tap into that river of strength, beauty, and grace. Let it flow from you through your thoughts, emotions, but mostly through your interactions with those who are around you in daily life. Through your calm balanced presence you will bring a moment of grace to those whom you meet. And perhaps someday they will open up to their own sense of grace.

The Law of Grace allows forgiveness of all trespasses and ill-intentions. Allow this grace to flow through you, washing away the harshness of self-judgment, self-righteousness and self-hatred. Allow your natural grace and inner beauty to radiate and bring light to the world even as the solar body brings light to the world. To be Grace and to be in grace is to allow. You’re just imagining things. Get real. Can have entities, spirit attachments and negative thought forms come to you, because the Blue Ray transforms and shows them the light. Had genetic damage to transform. Are very adaptable and empathic, and therefore can stay in a dysfunctional relationship, situation or environment too long. Need to maintain energetic boundaries and awareness and learn how to stay connected in the body. “Greetings Dear Ones, We are the High Council of Orion. Today lets continue on our journey with the idea of vibratory rate, and last time we were talking about shifting and changing your own vibratory rate in a somewhat counter way to what’s out in the world right now. It’s not always about just changing your thinking; you can change your physical environment around you to allow that to uplift you, which allows you to then raise your vibratory rate, which improves your experience of life. Now the flipside of this is the judgment that we see on the planet about lower vibrations as one would say. As we mentioned in the previous channeling, this could be referred to with regard to people, music, TV shows, environments, and on and on and on, it terms of the “Oh it’s low vibrational” or “Oh that’s a low vibrational person.” We encourage you to be moving out of a place of judgment around that other person or situation or experience, and look at it from your Soul level point of view. Why would you say that that is a lower vibrational experience, what it really is is a vibrational experience that’s not in alignment with your Soul. The reason the music doesn’t sound good, the reason the movie doesn’t feel good, the book doesn’t feel good, the people or what they’re saying don’t feel good, is it is evidence that it is out of alignment with your Souls inherent vibration. Does that mean better or worse, from our point of view we will wholeheartedly say no. From our point of view what it means is there is just a dissonant vibration, and it’s not better or worse, for those things that you say are worse could be quite in alignment with other people’s Souls. Out of respect for the Soul level progress and the Soul level of truth of each individual incarnation on the planet, we encourage you to again look at your own vibratory rate, and instead of giving a summary dismissal and judgment about something being better or worse, and particularly in this case worse, which implies that you in fact are better. We would ask you to reframe that to be different. It’s not in alignment with my Souls natural resonance so it doesn’t feel good to me. Now does that mean you then embrace it, No, you are receiving the input from the evidence of the dissonant vibration, not at better than or less than, it’s a dissonant vibration to your Souls inherent vibratory rate. The evidence can tell you whether or not you would like to move towards or move away from something, which is perfect. We would encourage each one of you to be tuned into your own Vibratory rate, and what feels comfortable, and what doesn’t feel comfortable, what feels uplifting and joyful and happy and exciting and inspiring, and what might take you down a rabbit hole of not feeling either good about yourself, or good about the situation. That is evidence that allows you to move toward some situations or experiences, and away from others. Which is perfect! That’s a great feedback mechanism. But what we’d like to encourage you to do, is move away from this need to categorize and stratify the Souls on your planet. The stratification is unnecessary. To say that somebody is it better or worse than you, it’s just about vibratory rate. You can use that again as evidence of the direction you need to go, to bring yourself into that vibratory alignment with your Souls nature, respecting others’ Souls to find those experiences that are resonant with their nature, and as you do so and you allow people to be in the space that is most comfortable for them, at that point in their Souls progress or evolution or transformation. Then you release the constriction of judgment and you allow more to come to you, allowing you to be more in resonance with your own vibratory rate. For your energy is not worried about the others or the other situations, you are responding to your own vibratory rate. Does this make sense? The release of the need to stratify and judge, allows you to have more of your own connection to your inherent vibratory rate that, in a sense gives you greater fuel for your own process of exploration and ascension. Play with these concepts of vibratory rate for yourself. What are the things that you can do and bring into your life that are more of the same, or even new experiences that give you those uplifting feelings and thoughts, that bring you in closer alignment with your Souls inherent vibration? Play with the concept of removing the judgment, and the need to stratify and make oneself better by making judgment about Vibratory rates of other people or situations. Just observe how that shifts your point of view; it’s very freeing not to need to worry about others’ vibratory rates. Instead of saying mind your own business you could say, “Mind your own vibratory rate!” {Laugh} And as you do you have a greater possibility every moment to experience more joy, more freedom. Not only for yourself but also for those who are doing nothing more than vibrating at their Souls perfect vibratory rate at that moment in time. Be Blessed.  Before I get started with this message. I, Chelle Lea, Wish to tell you a few things. I have been battling in my mind now for sometime. Fighting What I was being told about my soul, and my higher self, and the identity of who I really am. I normally just channel the Fey realm itself working with the wee ones. The following is a message from The Star Elves. We are the Warriors of Light Contacting you in Love, Beautiful Day dear souls, We have a very important message to give to you. Don't Just Settle. Working on your growth is never ending until you are merged with the Prime Creator. It is eternally your goal to reach source. You are never done obtaining wisdom and growth. Just focusing on the now and not bettering yourself, is not working towards source. You are constantly moving toward source until you reach source. Once in the Light, your Job of learning is never totally done. You will be moving closer and closer until you merge with the pure light. It was never intended for you to stop progress. Feeling that you "have arrived" or "you made it", and then only focusing on the now moment, Is not helping your growth. Growth never ends. When doing this you become stagnant. This lack of progress is causing you to stop growing in the light. Your focus needs to be on the gaining the constant wisdom and grow into each step, into your next density. If you do not do this then you are settling for staying were you are at this moment. Do you understand dear ones what We are saying? It is very important not to get stuck because you have chosen to believe you have arrived to your destination. The work of the light is never over. this is a misconception of many. understanding that there is no time and there is no rush is one thing. But totally focusing on the Now moment and not progressing is what the dark wish you to do. the more you are focused just on this now moment the less you are moving toward the source. The less you move toward the light. the less you evolve. If you stop evolving then the dark will have there way. We are constantly evolving toward source. bettering ourselves to meet our maker. The dark has used the now moment to stop the progression of your growth. The "now moment" is just that, a moment. A Moment in eternity. It does not mean to stop your work and growth toward light. It means that this moment in eternity is now. and Now you should be working toward your next moment. and so on. and so on. each moment in eternity is growth to the next. your now moment should be spent working toward your next moment. Building your wisdom and raising your vibrations to obtain the next density. Don't just Settle for the "Now Moment". You are beyond this Moment, You are eternal. Your Soul-selves are of the higher densities. you need to Constantly work toward obtaining the higher. the pure , the ultimate. the source. Many things are happening within your world, and the dark has had there hands on a lot of whats happening. to stop progress is stopping your evolution. Evolving to the next moment is important for humanity. The dark has always tried to stop this. They have always tried stopping you from obtaining your highest potential. Family of Light: it is to you that this message goes. We are ever present and ever near. We are watching you. To some this journey is being felt as more than what they can bear, yet this time is crucial in the evolution of new earth. You who read this are the ones who signed up for this mission on earth at this time and it was a privilege to come here. The lifetime you have spent here has rendered you almost, but not quite, a part of the reality/illusion which you found yourselves in. Set yourselves apart from it, for this is where you will find your place of comfortable existence. When you look around, you see a world that makes little sense to you, but that is why you are here, at this time, because worlds are meant to make sense, and planet earth is no longer going to exist as a place of confinement and imprisonment. It is important now to speak of the current situations you may be finding yourselves in. We wish to say as much as we can, in as little words as possible. The detachment from the current reality/illusion is breaking away more easily now. And the difficulties some of you are experiencing are in your not wanting to let go. It is inevitable, and pain is caused by the unwillingness to relinquish control. The dimensional shift has occurred and this fourth dimensional dream world that you now find yourselves in is strange, yet alluring. It feels at times like a pull towards nothingness, but it feels good because you are dwelling there in closer proximity to the energies of your star brothers and sisters, and your multidimensional selves. And so it feels right to ‘escape’ to this place of non-reality. Many of you are now feeling the ‘pull’ as intense, and irresistible, so why not give in? When you are alone, you ‘zone out’ easily. But sometimes, interracting with others makes you feel as if you are losing yourself. You are moving back and forth, in and out of dimensions. Ascension is about consciousness and that carries a far different meaning in the 3rd dimensional world. But it may be somewhat frightening, as you are leaving your ‘comfort zones.’ The earth humans that surround you cannot go there with you and the old emotions of attachment pull you back. If you try to rationalize this process, you will lose your ground and feel psychologically imbalanced. The struggles you will then encounter with the humans in your life will leave you feeling drained, and you will inevitably go back to the dimension that feels more comfortable for you. This is a normal process. Do not try to make them understand you. Your information is powerful in non-verbal energy emission, light frequency radiation, and the vibrational currency you emit. This is why you are here. You are a conduit for light and you needn’t avail yourselves of third dimensional forms of communication to spread your wisdom: you need only be. The unspoken word rings loudly through space While you slept, it seemed that you almost succeeded in living in the illusion and becoming fully a part of it, but you always had way too much information to ever be successful in giving in completely. So your life has been lived on the edge. For many, isolation and loneliness were the worst encounters. We speak of these things to pay homage to your sojourns and to not overlook your bravery and courage on these paths that you have walked. Some of you have had much difficulty waking up. Earth is like that. Its illusion is compelling and its frequency is one of putting humans into a trance. But this illusion is crumbling and now the humans are realizing that corruption and control are at the root of their current reality and they are rebelling, but they are still slow to rouse, the majority of them still slumber. But the light is increasing. It cannot be stopped. You, who comprise the family of light, have struggled with the same emotional imbalances felt by humans and the focus on earth has been lunar, yet solar information is required to decipher the codes of information found in light. There has been a trend among humans to fear the Sun, and exposure to its rays, but no teaching could be more harmful than this one. You, who make up the family of light, require direct daily exposure to solar rays, to stay in communication with your information sources and this also helps you hold more light, as you are a natural conduit. Many of you will find that you feel lost and rudderless on cloudy days, or during your months of winter. Do not remove yourselves from this source of light information, nor should you fear harmful effects. Go by how you feel and take in as much light as you can. You will know when you’ve had enough. Ask the Sun for a message and you will receive it. It is an outer reflection of your own inner light and to fear that is counterproductive for you, dear family of light. Take in only what resonates with you. Remember the illusion relies on darkness, and so the advice to shun this magnificent light source should be questioned, along with almost everything else found within the illusion. Some of you are experiencing physical symptoms that may resemble something chronic which in your world has names and labels, but your bodies are changing and so are its requirements for food. But the earthly habits which cause humans to continue eating foods which are dense and heavy, and of low vibration, are of particular harm for you, the family of light, because of your changing molecular compartments and cellular structures. The new earth energies will not support certain habits and it is well to begin the serious process of elimination of those things which no longer serve to make you feel good, except to satisfy a momentary craving. You see, nothing can remain the same because of the shifting energies. It is this body that you exist in right now, that will survive in this shift. Make it compatible with the new energies coming through. Within the crystalline grid, your knowledge and information is spread through your light, frequency, vibration, and energy. The more light you can hold, the more you assist in spreading light to much needed places. Some of you may find this a difficult process. Some of you are going through a physical re-structuring of your immediate environments and relationships. Some of you are novice’s, having less experience than some other members of your team on earth. But this is your challenge and it is a great undertaking. You were eligible for the job, even if this was your first mission. The next phase of the project is soon to begin, and that is our re-union with you on earth. Amid the turmoil, preparations need to continue to be made. Vibrational matches make it easier for us to make contact, and if you only knew how much you are lowered in vibration by negative human emotions, you would not participate in those lower energy creations. This is your testing ground, as well as your playground, as well as your school, as well as your assignment: to bring light and information to earth. But nobody said it would be easy. Your homework is to hold light and build a firewall to negativity, while learning how to live with humans in the illusion. Your free time is for you to participate in joy and creativity. Pain and suffering are choices you make, as what’s left of the dark energies seeks to continue to extinguish light. Remember what you were taught about the nature of emotions on Earth, as that was a long lesson. Emotions and free will are together a large part of the Earth experiment. We wish to say to you, to relinquish this control which you feel you must have in this world, as the illusion is crumbling and there will soon be less to hold on to. You have divine guidance at your disposal and you are being carefully monitored. You will remain safe, so do not fear the feeling of giving in to this eerie 4th dimensional nether world. Its substance is the ether of unlimited potential, but it is not yet tangible. It is the place that you must go, and pass through, and you must trust that you will be safe there. The fifth dimension is the ultimate goal for earth and its beings, but those who are a part of the family of light, will indeed have further options to explore, when the time is right. Be at peace and call upon us. Eliminate distractions, stop unnecessary activities, partake of silence, and draw in your energies. The shift of the ages is upon you, dear family of light. I just got back from my astral travels since my last post haha! That was fun I had to come back and share with you what I saw to hopefully shed some beauty in this decayng world. First of all when you leave this realm "time" does not exist. So what may feel like an hour to you since I was gone it has actually been forever until I entered back into this realm. More onthat another day! As for what I saw it was breathtaking! 

I had left here and for some reason it is always a twirling motion while your energies leaves a trail as you continue to twirl upwards. Before that though I was headed past Saturn like I said and there coming up behind me was my twin flame who then grabbed my arms as we started to accelerate in speed together. The motion is similar to that of skydiving when both of your bodies are elongated while keeping entact by holding on to each other's hands, creating a circle as you keep spinning upwards. From there we started morphing as our bodies, now twirling around each other, became one.

Once I reached the center of the Universe it blasted me up with incredible speed like I said until I reached the top. This is where it gets really pretty.. I then left this Universe and entered the next one. The first thing you see is a beautiful island of sorts where the trees have a magenta-blueish hue to it and all of the plants glow. Similiar to glowing jellyfish. I then looked behind me and saw a huge planet if sorts hovering above what looked like mercury water because everything glowed. At that point I realized that it was not a planet I was looking at, it was our UNIVERSE. The one I had just left. I looked around and saw many others just like it. They were all different universes just like ours...
