What is a Chakra?
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel, or vortex. Our chakras are energy centers which function as pumps or valves, regulating the flow of energy through our energy system. How we chose to think, feel and react to the world around us is reflected through our chakras, via our subconscious. Your soul connects with your "Human-Avatar" for this particular incarnation through your Chakra's without energy exchange you would not exist!

All of our senses, all of our perceptions, all of our possible states of awareness, everything it is possible for us to experience, can be divided into roughly seven categories. Each category can be associated with a particular chakra.

Chakras are more dense than auras, but not as dense as the physical body. They are hardwired to the physical body through two major vehicles, the endocrine system and the nervous system. Each of the seven main chakra's is associated with one of the seven endocrine glands, and also to a group of nerves called a plexus. Thus, each chakra can be associated with particular parts of the body and particular functions within the body.

If a chakra is out of balance or blocked then an area of dis-ease can develop. This can be caused by a build up of unacknowledged negative emotions. If left unacknowledged the dis-ease, or 'whisper', can become a greater problem as the body starts to 'shout' to gain our attention, eventually breaking down into pain or disease. In the same way we keep our cars tuned up, we also need to keep our body's energy aligned to the right frequency,you  will feel instant results once you do this.

Vibrational therapy is based on the concept that all matter (including the human body) vibrates at a natural frequency, and that through using resonant vibration, the natural balance of the body can be restored.


Within the body is a polarity system (the polarity of life) that is a system of polar opposites (quite like the Chinese concept of Yin and Yang). Most of us become stuck living life in one of these opposites instead of experiencing a full range of living. This is also known as an energy imbalance. When the body is able to live freely in a balanced state, one will live a much healthier life with the ability to move easily without discomfort. Trauma often occurs in individuals as a result of either too little or too much energy - times when the body is not moving about freely.

When our bodies are stuck in a state where they cannot move around freely, then vibrational therapy is used to encourage the frozen energy of the body to vibrate once again. Vibrations are also used to help any over-excited energy to become still. Eventually the body will be able to find a balance between the two energy levels and will be able to move freely and easily with a full range of motion. Resonance is when the vibration of one form begins to match the vibration of another. Each of the different parts of our being - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - will resonate at a variety of vibrational frequencies.

There are many items that have vibrational frequencies that work to stimulate the body’s senses. These include sound, aroma, light, touch, color, sacred geometry, crystals, and gems,Shells,rocks- everything has a special frequency. Each of theses items can be used in a form of vibrational therapy. Being exposed to various sense stimuli can actually have the power to restore balance in our body and life, and heal trauma. This is achieved through consciously engaging our senses on a regular basis. Through this procedure we are able to make lasting changes in our lives towards health and well-being.

There are also some other vibrational therapy techniques, including tuning fork therapy, reiki vibrational therapy, magnetic therapy, and drum vibration therapy. These many tools each cast their own frequency of vibration. The idea behind it is that by placing these tools beside the body, the cells of the body will begin to vibrate at the same frequency as the tool being used through the process of resonance. This in turn stimulates our body’s energy through vibration.

Each of the different vibrational therapies has their own benefits. For instance, magnetic therapy is used for relief from sports injuries, pain, swelling, fibromyalgia, and arthritis.
Tuning fork therapy is similar to acupuncture, in that it works to stimulate the energy of the body’s natural acupressure points and energy systems. It heals the body and promotes inner peace and harmony. None of these vibrational therapies are sufficient as a substitute for traditional medicine, but are great complimentary therapies.

2nd SACRAL - 210.42 Hz - The SACRAL fork is the same frequency as the Synodic Moon, which is the time of the full moon. This tone stimulates sexual energy and supports erotic communication. Also good for woman's cycles and for disturbances of the glandular and lymphathic systems. The color is Orange.

3rd SOLAR PLEXUS - 126.22 Hz - The SOLAR PLEXUS fork is the same frequency as our solar systems central star, the Sun. The Sun is the trasmitter and receiver of energies between Earth and the Cosmos. It is the zero point or the point of stillness between Yin and Yang, and all cycles. This tone advances the magical and the transcendental. The color is Green.

4th HEART - 136.10 Hz (Cosmic Middle OM) - The HEART fork is tuned to the Middle OM vibration and resonates to the Earth Year or the time it takes the Earth to rotate around the sun, which is one year or 365 days. This tone promotes deep relaxation and sedation. The color is Blue-Green. It is the frequency that influences the soul.

5th THROAT - 141.27 Hz - The THROAT fork is the same frequency as the planet Mercury. This tone supports the speech center and all forms of communication. The color is Blue.

6th 3RD EYE - 221.23 Hz - The 3RD EYE fork is the same frequency as the planet Venus. This tone promotes a great flow of love energy and inner harmony. The color is bright Yellow-Orange.

7th CROWN - 172.06 Hz - The CROWN fork is the same frequency as the Platonic Year, which is 25,920 years. It is the time the axis of the Earth takes to complete a full rotation. The tone supports cheerfulness, clarity of spirit, supports cosmic unity and is anti-depressive. The color is Red-Violet/ Purple. F is the tone of the principle of Joyous Spirit. It is the gateway to spiritual heaven and the connecting link to the Tao in its purest form.

8th SOUL STAR - 272.2 Hz - The SOUL STAR/HIGH OM fork activates the connection of our physical body to Spirit, the Creator. The color is Magenta.

This is a safe,non invasive  method used to tune your energy to the proper frequency - you will feel better immediately - most of you, if you have been through alot of tragedy it may take a few sessions or an extended session to properly balance your energy. There are more strange sounds being heard Worldwide posted by various people with a bunch of possible explanations but no real answers..I wanted to throw it out to the smartest people I know-My beautiful friends here and see what you all have to say..first we have the theories -

1. It is the Earth's moaning and shifting sounds as Mother Earth gets close to Polar shift and gravitational pull changes with the approaching Planet X or Nibiru/Elinin whatever label you place on the approaching Mother ship of The Anunaki some might say....De bunked

2. It is the sounds of the Motherships and the first video sounds like comm7unication of some sort in my opinion but we are only catching it at a fraction of the frequency so ...de bunk me baby

3. Another theory is people are creating these sounds in the skies as a hoax to instill fear in the sheeple,OK,maybe I have heard some lame or fake vids but then there are others that seem very authentic (such is human life)lol....you have to get throught the BS to get to what's real ..

4.And last but least the HAARP theory that they are creating the sounds by using their Atlantean technology to control peoples minds and make numerous weather changes with their monsterous machine out in Alaska base camp..watch HAARP Jesse Ventura conspiracy theory a great insight if you are not yet aware of the Gov.Illuminati/NWO /alien alliance 's(once again whatever label you want)fun little toy they have been playing with as part of their "Agenda 21 Plan" it's probably in the addendum yeah baby....yeah

So My fellow Starseeds and Ascended Ones what is the conclusion you might enlighten me with...I personally really really truly hope I am right and it is the sounds of our Motherships and beamships communicating with the scouts from Intergalactic Fed ..

     It is a daily struggle at times to stay focused and positive here on Earth/ Gaia/Shan/Dimension 3.

     The Dimension 3  tends to vibrate at a lower frequency which can throw many of US Starseeds off course. We have to constantly remind ourselves why we are here and that most all of Us are volunteers who were hand selected by the council to complete a very important mission- To anchor our energies and raise the human consiousness for the shift of Ascension..Alot is going on here!

I have a few things that might help others who feel lonely,tired,depressed and abandoned at times...Sometimes even the greatest of warrior spirits get run down and tired of fighting the battles here. I understand I am one of them..and as My Shaman guide informs me "we must endure the hardships,pain and suffering ,so we may have greater compassion for those in need and truly have empathy for the pain of another". Compassion is so powerful it rewires the DNA structure from carbon to crystalline..I cannot wait to get back to Dimension 5 but until then ...here are some things that might help you through the harsh,negative Earth terrain.

1. Remember you are loved by many more than you realize

2.Take lots of salt baths..epsom salts with lavender essential oil and chamomile tea is amazing,don't forget to light candles,if you do not have a bath you can do a sea salt scrub which helps remove negativity (salt is very good for you)Get the Kosher sea salt from the store pour it into a martini glass and mix with 10 drops of peppermint oil,10 drops of rosemary oil, and 10 drops of lavender oil ,mix it together to create a body slushy for yourself and slice a fresh lime and pop it in the martini glass then get into the shower-get wet and then turn off shower and scrub the salt and squeeze the fresh limes all over your body rinse with warm water and you will be amazed how much better you feel after a hard day.

3. Meditate! Just 15-20 minutes a day will work wonders in your life-re connect with your higher self ,raise your frequency and manifest your thoughts quicker-now that's worth the time isn't it-considering there is really no such thing as "Time".

I usually repeat a great Mantra my cool Guru friend taught me..it is a gift to the Indian Goddess of Abundance I am going to write it as you would say it or better yet telepathically repeat it to yourself in your own head  it really works ,do not doubt yourself EVER -We are all more powerful than WE believe We ARE! The Mantra is:"Schreem- Schreem- Ieeem-Ieeem-Ohhhmmm" repeat for the entire 20 minutes -just try it and see what happens give it a week or two and see what The Goddess of Abundance may bless you with.

4. Drink lots of pure water bottled at the source,preferably in glass bottle,Plastic is toxic B.P.A free plastic is becoming more plentiful as the population is waking up to the reality of toxins in their water a great documentary to watch is called "Tapped" it will show you what you must know..remember the government has a agenda 21 for DEPOPULATION!  The best water I have found is Voss from Norway,Pura from Italy and there is a new water in a BPA free plastic bottle called Eternal alkaline spring water.The alkaline balances your human body PH levels which is a good thing.

5. Try to watch movies that touch your heart and soul..like "Powder"...."The Knowing",... "What Dreams May Come"..these movies are beautiful and while watching them you might remember some things about home that will resonate with you on a very deep level, I did. A great comedy about how dumb this world can be and the way the world is going-"Idiocracy" is funny and slap stick.

6. Try to find other Starseeds and light workers to connect with, they seem to be the only ones here that really "GET IT"   It can be too depressing in large crowds with the general human population most of the time.I tend to be a very reclusive type of person and prefer small gatherings of select souls who are on the same page.

7. Keep up on latest events but not by watching the news..do your own research-don't watch the news it is 90% BS Gov/Illuminati run propaganda meant to instill FEAR in the sheeple population - It will make you smile to see our Mother ships de-cloaking at times on U-tube videos people have posted..There is an interesting new Crystal Triangle that has recently submerged by an estimated 2000 feet from above the sea floor in the Bemini Island /Bermuda Triandle area our beautiful ATLANTIS?
