I am very interested in natural healing. I have taken a number of classes of different modalities. For instance 3 levels of Reiki, Healing Touch, Kinesiology, Jin Shin, EFT, etc. I have been on the spiritual path since 9/11.

Although I have had teachers in hands on healing, I generally learn on my own. I do really like guided meditations and have been in meditation groups.
