I’ve had many questions & requests to know how to protect one adequately.
My intention in my blogs is never to scare you, but to help you so that you may be aware,
*awareness* is key to expansion of consciousness, and aiding to the greater up-lift-ment of your soul spirit.
Firstly I like to answer a few questions that have cropped up along the way…
Firstly those *negative*/ ie polar opposite vibrational beings can be encountered on every level of life, (whether you’re an ascended master or not)
- Some Starseeds are Incarnate Star seed Angelicas or *angels* who are personally trained by and with the essence of AA Michael, AA Raphael, AA Jophiel,
AA CHAMUEL, AA GABRIEL, AA URIEL, AA ZADKIEL
AND METATRON
- These angelical incarnate star seeds who are humans on earth, in dream time and awaken states go into the lower astral and other inter-dimensional planes, to offer services of healing to both humans , ghosts/ spirits who have asked for Prime Creators help or assistance from the Divine
- and these incarnated angels on earth offer healing to other beings also, on other planets, places both (extra terrestrial and otherwise),
- this service is in accordance with the enfoldment and up-lift-ment of the divine plan across the universes, in accordance with the loving energy of Prime Creator, who is magnificent, the one who knows all, is all, and in all, all thanks to prime creator for the blessings we have all been given

How to protect oneself adequately (any time)
- REMEMBER *to protect a gatekeeper (star seed) or help (friend / family/ animal etc), u have to protect yourself first.
- Before sleeping and during the day, call upon the assistance of the angelical realm, (notable AA Michael who is in charge of protection and cutting cords), so call upon the good angels.
- Before you start your purpose in the day, call upon angelic assistance and divine protection! Your Guides will help you.
- Envision yourself surrounded by a golden or white light over your auric field. Nothing negative can penetrate in.
- In this way you’re shielded & safe... even if someone tries to harm u... they will not be able to cause major disruption...
- Surround your home with crystals… they create a grid around your home, which can act as a defensive and protection barrier.

A few other notes to add. I ran into a spiritual healer at a spiritual shop and she advised me to use Sacred Sage incense ALONG with Frankincense & Myrrh combined incense. They work very well together, in fact I can tell when one of the sticks goes out. Use them together and really smoke them out heavily when you begin to use them. Also any kind of grounding helps alot with some entities whether its a long shower, walking barefoot, sea salt baths, being over or in water. Anything that has an electrical grounding effect will help and protect against some attacks. I sit in my basement with my feet in a sea salt bath grounded to the basement concrete floor with a copper electrical wire. The wire is submersed in the bath, bent to the basement floor and a wet wash cloth on the basement floor helps ground the wire. Also keep the lights on as bright as possible and get outside as much as you can also helps.

i like frankincence and myrrh mmm incence is good! i never tried them altogether, but that is a healing mix!

nice advice about grounding Paladin, very uselful, i normally stand barefoot on the grass... or drink water... lol
does lighting effect also? i find bright lighting is too heavy for me, (im a starseed) only dimmed lighting can do... i cant take flourescent street lighting either... arrrgh lol earth lights are too heavy for my eyes, only sunlight or dimmed light or star light can do ;)
Yes lighting also affects them. This some types of Neg do not like the Sun or bright light so it weakens them and protects you. But no need to light up the house unless they are bothering you. Also a very cheerfull and colorful home helps as well. As you know our emotions affect our environment and having a happy cheerfull home leaves energy signatures in the walls and such which Neg's don't like. They will either not bother with you and if they do it will weaken them.

i know that most entities like to come out to play at night/dark which fits into the idea of how they dont like sun/bright light ....
yea i use dimmed lighting, all the room lights are dimmed , and romantic setting, aha! i dont do bright lights... but yes the aura of a person can be read by the entities too.

Crystal is believed to draw positive energy into your space ;) / home
even in japenese feng shui it is recommended to have crystal vase in the home as it is an effective energizer when it is placed by the window.
