  .....propably meditation focused on all body and "cosmic/conscious " chakras might help. ,,,,,,we can put attention to them 12 strains every day. Best way of doing it is meditation and Yoga,

  I'd say that the ONLY activations that will work are the ones that are FREE.

  All else are contaminated with sts-intention and can't be trusted.

  If someone makes money on your evolution then that particular evolutional pathway may not bee so good for you to use. ;)

  Feather and cat posted some interesting stuff in this thread. You should look at that.
