Wielding the Powerhouse of Determination

Can you explain with any amount of certainty who will succeed and who won’t? Does preparation, or fortunate circumstances help to form either possibility? Do you comprehend dear ones that neither luck nor preparation is the determining factor of any success or failure? Do you what does?
The indispensable and most contributing factor to any success or failure is based on the power of determination.
This is especially crucial when you are pursing spiritual quests and goals…it is your level of determination that provides the essential difference between your ability to fulfil your spiritual purpose or if you will fall slightly short.
You can easily determine what material success is simply because it comes to you in obvious physical forms. Whereas your progress in your spiritual pursuits, you might not realize for years that you have sustained or maintained a crucial part of your path.
Why is it so difficult to recognize your spiritual successes? The answer is simple dear ones, it is because you become distracted by many unknowns and by the uncertainty of life that often confronts you.
Know dear ones that it is your sheer determination that will carry you through all your plateaus and dry spells, it is determination that sustains you when you are feeling doubtful and unsure. It is your determination that makes you dig in your heels and helps you to re-ground so you may carry on.
It is necessary to understand where your determination is derived from. Determination comes from your intelligence, and from your sense of what you think your purpose is. Most of the time though, your sense of purpose is an outcrop of your divine purpose that is caught moving within your limited world.
When you are demonstrating determination towards a spiritual path or quest that you are pursuing every moment of every day, you are indicating and expressing an innate openness with great beings of the Divine.
It is true, the more intense your determination is to selflessly give to others and to be in the here and now consciously aware, the more enhanced and stronger your connection with God becomes.
Within each of you is an insatiable need to build and to connect or re-connect with the origin of creation that is within each particle of your being that was shared with you as you came into this world through Divine Will.
It is this connection dear ones that aligns you with God; it manifests a longing that is infinite and unwavering that enables you to continually practice being open and accepting of His radiant light upon your path, so you may recognize His perfection is in all things, aiding you to fulfil your greatness to see that even in the mundane there is purpose and beauty.
So much awaits you dear ones when you fully embrace your purpose and work each day with a determined spirit that touches everything you do.
Every time you work within the power of determination, your focus is more acute, you become more aware of things you were once blind to, you are able to feel more and sense more, you flow with loving kindness that shines from your unconditional, loving heart.
It is determination dear ones that is the spirit and benchmark of the genuineness of your journey: when you practice in every moment of every day with determined spirit, your practice grows and develops.
When facing difficult times, it will be your determined spirit that renews your focus and encourages you to maintain your concentration on the present course of your incredible journey.
Try to imagine dear ones the amount of determination it would require if you were to practice non-stop, in every moment, being continually aware in order to reach a goal or quest. I will provide you with the answer, it would be a lot.
Thankfully, when you work with the power of determination you are also activating the more demanding side of your will. When you are flowing with openness, you are allowing your will to continue moving your forward within a committed, developing rate.
When you’re fully determined, you push yourself and your efforts are probing and have you stretching your boundaries, urging you to move more and more beyond your current limitations. It is commitment dear ones that entices you to practice more, to work harder and to put more effort into every moment of your practice revealing your heart-filled presence.
When you combine determination with commitment what you create dear ones is a fundamental, natural synergy that directs you towards liberation, unconditional love and selfless service.
Determination is best described as being loaded with great power and strength of will that is necessary to see each step of the path of the journey you are on, working your way through, overcoming whatever comes your way with the strength of your determined spirit; even when you are feeling weak and uncertain, your determination and commitment sees you through. It is well understood that many dear souls wish that this energy was constant, but in truth determination and commitment is not always constant.
When you become distracted by other concerns, worries or cares, your inner work becomes weakened which also means your determination and commitment also weakens.
The moment you realize you have become distracted from your path, you then have the ability dear ones to reach deeply within yourself and bring yourself back up on the path you had recently let go of.
When you reach deeply within yourself, you are reminded why you are here, why this path of your journey is so important. And it is this reminder dear ones that is so crucial to your determination and what truly helps to pick you back up after you have stumbled.
There will be stumbling blocks, there will be distractions, there will be unsavory habits, and so forth that will cross your path, tempting you to let go of your grip of what is right and good.
You will always find your bearings, it might take a while, you might have to travel many paths of discomfort before you re-align yourself, but you will always return to the path you are meant to walk, the path that is illuminated by God’s loving presence that encourages you with every breath and step that you take.
