About Technology AND How to Reclaim Sacred Space!

Q: Is the digital age of technology really causing  us to be more stressed out?

We live in an era where it’s “instant contact”, except its not really "instant" at all, but rather artificial (in a box usually) and can take MORE of our physical energy than we ever intended!

We have the internet, emails, messengers, social networks, APPS and every other technological distraction outside of ourselves AND sometimes away from our soul plans which  leaves many depleted of their vital life force energy.

It can appear that some people  can never “shut off” or “let go," which  WILL have an enormous impact on the future health of society and its wellbeing.

We are led to believe  that our lives have improved and gotten better through the usage of technology. However according to evidence this is not accurate.

The downsides of living the technological era:

• it can lead to individual isolation, which is ONE of the causes of early death according to science research. 

• Being around technology and its electrical fields constantly (without taking adequate spiritual care) can be very harmful and damaging to the vibrant, healthy cells within the human body, 

• Technology can potentially lead to habitual addiction

• Potentially lower intelligence quotient 
•  Increase of  stress online

• Plays a  factor in some relationship breakups.

So, is the digital age really causing all of us to be more stressed out

and distracted from our soul purpose?

Perhaps, but it really depends on the individual as to what they can LEARN AND TAKE from the positive aspects and interactions with technology.

Also, it depends on the individual own choices as to what they do with their vital time and life force.

The usage of technology has its blessings with saving lives, learning etc

BUT it’s really important to recognise that we cannot let anything external control over our lives, because distractions can never ever substitute the loving interactions and learning alone with our soul spark energy!

•  Its important to have a BALANCE in all areas of life including our interactions with technology.

• In the era of past the WISE knew the importance of “alone” time with their soul. They went away from any distractions, because distractions do not cause spiritual growth or expansion. This is because distractions are momentary “pleasure,” however the real spiritual, mastery and growth means to let go of the distractions of life and tackle the challenges.

HOW TO RECLAIM YOUR OWN SACRED SPACE:

• For every hour you spend with technology it’s important to take at least two hours or more to pause and relax away from it.

• You can do this by closing off any gadgets around you and asking the nature elements and the angels therein to restore your balance and remove any adverse effects of using technology.

• This act of faith will ensure your divine cleansing, all it takes is for you to make a choice .

• Nature guardians are one of the best divine helpers for restoring the human cell balance. 

Your own soul has an electrical spark charge of its own which seeks expression through your creativity and genius in this life! It cannot do that properly if technological or other distractions get in the way of it's creative, divine, eternal flow!
