About Yourself & Spiritual Interests: Since 1997 I have been on the Internet with the truth of the Alien Visitor to the planet in 1950 we named Val Thor. I have written for Cmdr Val since 1970 and never heard of another story of a visiting Alien of similar name until mid 1990's. My story has not one thing to do with that story nor is it based on it nor are they the same. My Val is from Altair and commands the Altair Division of the Universal Protection Fleets some of which are now in our solar system.

We have posted world predictions since 1997 and not one have ever failed to come to pass.

My story and the writings of a real Star Ship Commander I named Val Thor. in 1950, which is variation of my ROTH ancestry name are posted in my group, "The Altair Command". I am his chosen channel and spokeswoman on this planet and have written for him in the past to a former President that acknowledged his message and complied with his request. I am also his twin flame. Our sons are his Co-Commanders on the Altair Flag Ship. We are from Atlantis in a past incarnation and four of our daughters and one son from Atlantis are on my own site and some on my group here.

We disclaim any similarity to a story written in 1960's about another called Valiant Thor...Do not confuse us...My Val is a very real Commander I have been with in person on this planet on three different occasions, all known by the military/government. We are not aware of any other Alien visitors to this planet but that does not mean there has not been but please do not want my story to conform to any other story written as I never heard of Frank Strantges books 1 - 5 editions until mid 1990's I saw an ad to buy something. My writings for Cmdr Val Thor are not for sale. I do not make merchandise of his name, they are offered freely if you wish to read them you are very welcome to do so.

Your Teachers and/or Spiritual Sources of Inspiration: The sacred western scriptures and the Holy Spirit of Truth sent by Jesus Christ to his followers to lead us into all truth. Also, the Pop of my childhood experiences has been my teacher and protector through the years. I have proven his existence by my story of my childhood experiences and his showing me the third star of the Polaris sector. This story was published before coming on the Internet in 1997 and has been posted on various websites and in newsletters prior to 2006 when NASA found the third star of Polaris sector. Their bulletin of 2006 and my full story of my childhood experiences in published in my autobio which is not out of print and partly posted on my group here.
I have read most of the metaphysical writings of the major metaphysical teachers and find they do not contradict the sacred scriptures but are explained by them. I have made a lifetime study of the various religions of the world especially Christian.
My favorite writers through the years have been Mary Baker Eddy and I have studied all her writings including some not published through her church but by others, the classwork teachings of Bickman Young, considered Father of Christian Science Teachers, teachings of Wilcox another early student of Mrs. Eddy; The Unity Teachings, Cady and the Filmores, and I have written for Unity in the 1960's under my married name at the time, two of my favorites are Joel Goldsmith and Dr. Ernest Holmes, and numerous other books.
The best teacher of all and truly my favorite is the "Spirit of Truth" that God gives to those sincere of heart that love Him.

Books You have Read and Would Recommend: The Bible has been my favorite book since I learned to read at age five and still is. I don't read fiction, though.

Two of the metaphysical writers I would highly recommend are Dr. Ernest Holmes especially his Sicence of Mind textbook. Also, of almost equal value I would recommend Joel Goldsmith's books on "The Infinite Way" and the classic Textbook of Christian Science by Mary Baker Eddy, mother of the New Thought movement.. All of these writers only explain more completely what our inheritance is through Jesus Christ though they do not specify this in so many words but if we must not ignore the Head of the Tempe Body of God, our Jesus, Lord of Lords.. But it is good to study the Science of the way the mind works so we can co-create Heaven on Earth as Jesus told us to pray, "Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven".

Movies and Music you Would Recommend: I do not watch movies nor television shows, it's not my way of life. I am a spiritual healer and minister and I have spent my time in meditation and walking with my Lord, feeding my soul with the messages of hope from the Holy Scriptures rather than the fantasies of Hollywood that are mostly negative.

I love the classics that I used to play as I was an accomplished pianist prior to my in person meeting with Cmdr Val Thor that changed my life completely. I also love Southern Gospel as well as Blue Grass gospel music and I will have to add Southern Rock as I have one son that has been a professional southern rocker most of his life.

Your Goals, Visions and Desires: My goal is to fulfill the mission I was sent here to fulfill, and trained for by my Pop in childhood, and finally retire with my twin flame, Cmdr Val Thor, to our home he's taken me to and shown me on a mountain overlooking a Crystal domed village on a planet he calls, "The Crystal planet" though it may be known by another name by our astronomers. From there we will continue our work of assisting planets in the matter universe to ascend. I came here for his work and I am his co-commander when I am with him on our ship. I am what you might call on this planet, his only wife he's ever had as we are twin flames and have shared many incarnations together on various planets to teach an uplift. Why am I sure of this? He told me in person in my current life time when were together...in person...on this planet. My three times of being with him in person are in my new book now in process of writing.

I am a publisher writer and poet. I have two published books at the time, my Autobiography and a Sci-Fi Romance titled, "Star Journey".

I've had over 40 poems published in different publications in the past ten years and a collection of Val's teaching messages are being prepared for publication at this time.

I am now retired, living back in my place of birth and all my time is dedicated to Val's messages and spiritual writings, our prayer ministry for world peace and others, and my continued study of spiritual writings, meditation and soul development.

My life, which I dedicated to my beloved Yeshua at age fourteen is in the hands of God and His work on the planet through Val and I.

We have special prayer for world peace and enlightenment each Tuesday and Friday nights at what we call "Sanctuary" on the stardeck of the Command ship and we do take individual requests and will take time to personally prayer over your requests and send you scripture or message if there is one. There is never any charge for our prayer work or assistance, write me on the private mail and/or my personal email.

Also, if have a general question you'd like to ask Val, we do a coffee time series where I ask some of the questions sent me. He answers no personal questions as he is not an oracle.
