A forest dweller for seven years practicing yoga and meditation, my spirit has grown most in nature. I now practice being in the world and not of the world. Being of service to spread the light joyfully is my intention. I have 500 hr advanced sivananda Hatha yoga certificate, reiki master, gardener, Tibetan Buddhist practitioner, cacaoist, traveling, surfing, yogini. I love increasing bliss to all. Ahhhhhh
