As starseed I was encoded with a "wake up call". During my awakening in May 15th 2011 I was able to channel my higher self, Miracle. Not only that but Ashtar Commander and Lady Master Venus guided me through my awakening with many others from Sirius and Pleiadian. They all talked to me telepathically. I was happy to be able to remember my true self as a celestial crystallized butterfly. Currently I'm living in Norway and intend complete my mission to help everyone to remember their true self as a divine being. We all are one and we all will experience the Divine Plan to create Heaven On Earth.

"Yes salmon is good to just like you mentioned. Wild caught of course. Right now I try and get my food from Trader Joes which has tons and tons of healthy foods. Plenty of keto products to get there."
