I am 38 years old, I have a sports injury clinic, 10 years now and I run a charity for local elderly people. I have always done my own thing, broke away from the crowd. I wanted to invest in my life. My nana died on Christmas day and my father died shortly after, I was utterly devastated. It took me 7 years of unbearable pain, heartache and then anger until I thought, ok, I can't do this myself!! I need help. I didn't realise that I was finally asking the universe!! So next day a reiki master came into my shop and that's where it went from there. I now teach all levels to anyone, for free. I think that we must work very hard to change the damage that has been caused to our race & beautiful planet. I worked through all of my issues and as soon as I meditated to release to the universe, I realised where we have gone wrong and I would like to help people to become aware of themselves. Unconditional love for self and service to others will raise your frequency to a higher vibration. What we project out, thoughts, actions etc will come back to you, as we are magnetic energy, but the vessel this information comes in, is misunderstood. So instead of recognising that if you are upset or angry, this is a signal that you have an issue to deal with. What is about ..... that brings these feelings etc and sometimes the answer is very simple. We all should concentrate on being the best "us" that we can be. If we all look the way we are going, we won't see other people's flaws. We are all going to end up at the same point, we are just at different stages of the journey. Every time I teach, I learn. If someone comes to ask for advice, I always ask what they would like..........don't know they reply. Well you are the only person who can answer that. My advice would not be relevant for you. After a pause they start thinking and answer their own questions. Nowadays, there is no tv at home and no newspaper's bought. Whenever I am confused, hurt or angry I have a weekend to myself. No noise in the background and meditate, do some yoga or go for a walk in the local park with my mum's dog :) He is ace :) he is my little lump of love :) I also have two cats, they are 12 now :) lovely wee souls, they were found in a field when they were 4 weeks old!

Reiki Master, but otherwise I have been self taught, via books and internet (and a very very inquisitive gemini mind) I remember as a child thinking, man, is this it? This is rubbish! I was so unhappy with so much of my life, that one day I thought, ok, so this book says that if I do this this and this, I can change...........well guess what!! I had nothing to lose.
