I am a retired Electronics Specialist of 45 yrs, having started with crystal radios, then on to vacuum tube TV's, to transister radios/TV's, and now computer chips. Moving on to computers (building one from scratch) and then learning computer programming starting with 'machine language' and on up thru 6 or 7 more languages. (Ancient history now.) I have always been into Photography, from the days of silver neg's & prints to the Digital Photography and PhotoShop processing of today. As to the basics of a roof over my head - I manage & maintain 2 4-plexes and a duplex (where I live rent-free). And in there somewhere I picked up on mechanical engineering, rebuilding 2 car engines, and anything else mechanical (especially home appliances (washing machines & vacuum cleaners seem to be favourites)). After a life of perfect health, on March 2nd a subdural hematoma took me to the floor and I didn't wake until after a 1 week coma and 2 defibrillations. Wow! And now (Mother's Day) the surgical incision has become infected! So now what?
