I have found the Zohar ( the book of Spendor) is an Oracle. I favor the translation by Rabbi Yahuda Berg of the Kabbalah Center. It is very scholarly as well as being mystical. It is possible to intentionally raise you level of Reality. Often it will include releasing or letting something troubling go, or moving out of your comfort zone and expanding in some way.
