RAW foods are amazing as there are live enzymes in them is thats what makes the difference from the cooked food... as we age our enzymes become depleated and the only way to slow the age process is replinish the enzymes . I believe 80 percent Raw is great 20 percent cooked. Although when switching to mostly raw you may feel worse before starting to get better because of the detox effect . So start the change slow by adding in raw with cooked and long term go for 80 percent RawThis will raise your vibes as wellNamaste
