The energies present on this day bring an opportunity for heightened connection with Source. The Councils of Light ask you to use this opportunity to connect upward with the great mind of your Sun-star. For your Sun holds the light of the Creators love, and connecting with the Creative Source through his Light assists in your ascension process.In order to connect with your great Sun-star in this meditation, you may sit outdoors on the body of Gaia. But you may visualise the sun if you are indoors, or if the day is cloudy, or even if the blanket of dark has descended in your hemisphere.
