Hello my English is not to good, I had been working with spirals around 3 years when I first read about the spirals it got my attention in my inner some thing keep telling me is time to start moving the spiral so one calm night with shiny stars I start looking up in the sky and came to my mind the spiral so I start imaging a spiral of light in the dark space after a while of meditacion I start seen sprinkle lights turning in spiral that surprise me and a had a strange connection a feeling of wholeness peace and love the strange thing is the few day later I hear in the news about the spiral in norway, so I been using the spiral and I had many beautiful experiences and this brought to the consiense of the one the portal to the ascended masters, that's way our ancestor they have put o lots of sings of the spirals in rocks, caves thousands of years ago so start turning you spiral use your imagination turn your eyes in to the sky love and light time to fly, I love you all
