    Absolutely Silent Observer, but i find funny the way the weather modification is presented as a new discovery to the public under the cover of the "beneficial" science :)

    This technology is already being used and has been for the last 15 years. If you haven't noticed already the weather patterns on this planet are being severely altered not by global warming or the photon energy wave making it's way through this section of the galaxy.

    HAARP + Chemical Spraying + Lasers = Modified Weather
