I tried this last night, but did not expect it work really. BUT W.O.W did I get a surprise...
This is amazing, it actually worked. I got the pulse in my palms and could also feel some sort of pressure on my palms as I moved them away from my head. Its hard to explain... when I just moved my palms a little it was like the pressure on the palm could feel like, imagine you have a "force-rod" through the head and when you move your hand the pressure changes area of the palm. I then got this whissing sound in my head like a mix of radio static and tinitus. It was so weird... It took about 20min before the whissing ended.
