The videos, therefore, present details that are beyond the scope of my discussion, yet still relevant to the topic and likely very helpful to those interested in practical application. Basic methods are given here, as well as the "theory" behind them, including a few words regarding energy safety. I've worked with this approach before and it can help even when one has experience with energy work.
