  • Frankly I have never seen a humanoid ET with a beer belly....They do not eat fruit and veg, exclusively, for if they did, the sugar and carbs would cause problems....There are NO essential carbohydrates, in diets. BUT, there are essential amino acids and fatty acids.....Veggies cannot glean them, properly...flax seed (ALA) does not convert enough....Like retinol in butter, it cannot be converted from carrots, in enough quantity...beta carotine, that is.
