I thought the whole reason the Poofness came to us every Sunday was to engage us primarily with information about the prosperity programs, and also the F&P as a part of that. After last night’s post “What if: The Tattered Ball of Twine”, I put the computer away for the night and had a (relatively) early night. I awoke this morning to several people sending me the latest Zap and the latest SwissIndo video.
On the topic of the SwissIndo video that was 2 hours long (and I fully and transparently admit that I did NOT listen to the whole thing), at the 1:13 mark, the speaker discusses SwissIndo and OPPT, and once again I feel the need to clarify facts and to point out mis/disinformation. The speaker that describes the purported link between the SI and OPPT- from his perspective, and I suspect the perspective of SI leaders- is unfortunately misinformed and seems to misunderstand the OPPT filings, what exactly was the One People’s Public Trust, the basic content of the filings, the true understanding of the “Value” that is returned to the people of the planet, where the “Value” was “deposited”, what the reconciliation of the One People’s Public Trust is and why it was done, and the basic laws behind rebutting a UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filing.
I will give just a brief review of a few of the points above.
The content of the OPPT UCC filings (which can be read in the original pdf format at the top of this page) has been fully and in complete transparency discussed in a multitude of articles, interviews and on many many radio shows over the past year. I am not going to go over all of the details as the details are available to the public on many sites and recordings.
The “VALUE” of the people is Not money. The Value of the people IS Energy, and IS the basis of the slavery system that has been used as a “financial system” for eons. The Slavery system equated that true VALUE/ENERGY into their financial tool called “money”.
The “One People’s Public Trust” is NOT a “trust fund”. At no point was the “Value” of the people ever put into an OPPT trust “fund” or “account”. The “VALUE” of the people was deposited back TO the people by the OPPT filings and was never held BY the OPPT trustees.
YES. THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE OPT, AND A GOOD STEP FORWARD THAT IS SUPPORTED BY US, THE ELDERS, AND OTHERS. ALL GOOD.
The OPPT UCC filings eliminated all hierarchy, and closed down and foreclosed on the “slavery system”. Anyone who is using these filings to work with organizations, corporations or perceived “governments” that were foreclosed BY the filings, is re-animating and resurrecting the former slavery financial system, by recognizing them as still being operational and as being valid. NO organization, group, corporation, or person has Any control over the disbursement, allocation, or amount of the perceived “value” of any Being – be it in monetary or energetic form- nor any ability to take a Being’s Value or assign a monetary amount to or from any individual person, Unless each person signs over their Value contractually and gives full consent to that organization.
The OPPT was never “bankrupt” and was never a “fund” that could be bankrupted. The OPPT was reconciled once it had done it’s job and finished what it was set out to do, as are ALL “Trusts” once they have served their purpose.
I hope this clarifies this information once and for all.

SUCARNO’S SON HAD A CEREMONY AND SIGNED A BIG SHEET OF UNCUT USD $2 BILLS, AND SIGNED OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT RELEASE THE MATRIX GOLD BACK TO THE COUNTRIES. HOW THIS GETS DEPLOYED IS AN UNKNOWN, BUT THE GESTURE WAS MADE.
I find it rather interesting that Zap is suddenly commenting on SI, especially in relation to my comments above and a few of his comments below:
I AM DEEPLY INVOLVED IN THE RESET PROCESS, AND THE FUTURE ACTIONS THAT WILL TAKE PLACE SPECIFIC TO THE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. THE SI THING, AS WELL AS MANY OTHER SIMILAR, I KNOW MUCH ABOUT AND HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THESE MATTERS FOR A DECADE OR SO. SO YES, I CAN COMMENT.
Can we move some funds to another banking institution, i.e. a non-federal credit union leaving some funds in the access bank? Do we need to diversify and spread the funds into different baskets?
THE NATURE OF THE MONEY IS THAT IT IS GOLD BACKED. IT IS USEFUL AND VALUABLE. IT WILL NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WHERE YOU KEEP IT. IT WILL BE SAFE NOW UNDER THE NEW SYSTEM AND NOBODY WILL BE ABLE TO ROB YOU ANYMORE. THE SMALLEST BANK WILL BE AS SAFE AS THE LARGEST BANK.
Yes, it will not matter where you keep it BECAUSE all of the Banks- largest to smallest- and credit unions and any other financial/banking corporation or institution are ALL controlled by the BIS and the Federal Reserve Banking Cartel. I have discussed this thoroughly many times. It doesn’t matter if your accounts are in Switzerland or Swaziland, America or Armenia. If the BIS, the IMF and all the Central Banks in the world (with the exception of Iran, North Korea and Cuba (although the latter is now highly doubtful as they are being wined and dined by the European Union and European Central Bank)) are still being treated as the controllers of the Money, then the former systems of slavery are still in place and still under the control of the same Banker Kingpins. i.e.: NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
EVERYTHING IS CHANGING WITH THE RESET. YOU DO NOT KNOW THE DEPTH AND BREADTH OF THIS CHANGE. AND YES, AND THE OLD WILL MAKE WAY FOR THE NEW. IT IS INEVITABLE AND I KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE. ALTHOUGH THE “CONTROLLERS” STILL HAVE GREAT POWER, AND WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY THEIR LIFESTYLES, THE CHANGES THAT ARE BEING INSTALLED RIGHT NOW WILL MEAN THE PROSPERITY FOR OUR HUMANITY THAT IS THE DIVINE PLAN.
Pay very close attention to the next question and answer Zap gives:
Under Basel III will we be required in the US to give SS# to open our accounts?
I DO NOT KNOW THIS. EVEN IF YOU OPT TO BECOME A NATURAL PERSON, THERE HAS TO BE SOME FORM OF RECOGNITION THAT THE BANKS WILL ACCEPT WHEN THEY CONTRACT WITH YOU TO PROVIDE BANKING SERVICES.

The one thing that has been said over and over and over, by all the supposed RV “Gurus”, by all these purported insiders with info about the GCR (Global Currency Revaluation) and the perceived “New” financial system is that you will be forced to sign a Non-Disclosure Contract, and that if you exchange your currencies in a bank with ANY group and/or any special rate, and that if you get a prosperity package…. you will HAVE to SIGN a CONTRACT with that bank.
…. hmmmmmm, a contract eh? Now why does that sound familiar?……
BECAUSE AT THE MOMENT, THAT IS THE METHODOLOGY OF EXCHANGE OR TRANSACTION – THE CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION. IF THERE IS NO SUCH MECHANISM FOR EXCHANGE (IE A CONTRACT OF SOME SORT), HOW CAN YOU GET THINGS DONE? UNTIL THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE MANNER BY WHICH TRANSACTIONS ARE DONE, THEN WE ARE ALL STUCK WITH WHAT IS THERE ALREADY.
Oh right: “NO organization, group, corporation, or person has Any control over the disbursement, allocation, or amount of the perceived “value” of any Being – be it in monetary or energetic form- nor any ability to take a Being’s Value or assign a monetary amount to or from any individual person, Unless each person signs over their Value contractually and gives full consent to that organization.”
THAT DEALS WITH USING A PERSON AS AN ASSET. A FUNDAMENTALLY WRONG THING, AND DESIGNED TO STEAL. MARVELOUS CABAL APPLIANCE, UNTIL PEOPLE STARTED WAKING UP TO THE FACT OF THIS MECHANISM OF DESTRUCTION.
How do they plan on getting around the whole issue of using Your ASSETS (i.e.: YOU) to back their “new” Asset Backed Financial System? By convincing you to sign over your “value” to them.
WHAT? THE NEW ASSET BACKING THE SYSTEM IS NO LONGER THE FIAT STRAWMAN CORPORATION (YOU) THEY HAVE CREATED, BUT METAL. THIS OBSERVATION HAS NO MERIT OR WEIGHT TO THE ABOVE STATEMENTS, AND IS A STAND-ALONE STATEMENT.
RESET HAPPENED ALREADY ON MARCH 17. NOW WE ARE IN THE DEPLOYMENT PHASE OF IT ALL. WHEN US TREASURY FORMALLY ANNOUNCES THE TRN (EXPECTED THIS COMING WEEK) THE FEDERAL RESERVE WILL NOT GO AWAY. IT IS A DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR MONEY, AND THE UST WILL ASSIMILATE AND USE THIS SYSTEM FOR SUCH DISTRIBUTION AND SAVE A FEW BUCKS BY NOT RE-INVENTING THE WHEEL. COMMON SENSE AGAIN RIGHT?

I don’t mean to beat up on any gurus but let’s face it, they’ve all been wrong so far. Especially the ones telling us that the RV is tomorrow, Tuesday or Friday etc.
EXCEPT ME. AND I AM NOT A GURU.
We even have “Sananda” and “God” himself telling us that the RV is done. Really? Then where the hell is it then?

Nobody wants to hear bad news and it’s kinda encouraging for some of us to hear exactly what we want to hear from some entity through a “Channel”. In my humble opinion some of these entities can’t know much more than we do about the RV/GCR because even THEY can’t get it right. If that’s true then why the hell do we listen to them? Because we all want the RV like yesterday.

WHY THE ARRESTS ARE COMING.
We’ve been seriously screwed globally by the cabal and if an RV happened today most of us would go out on a wild spending spree. How many people would go out and buy a new million dollar mansion? Or pay off their mortgage? Or go and buy the Ferrari Enzo? Well, ask yourself. Where is the money going? If you haven’t figured it out yet, it’s going straight back to The Cabal!
LOL. THE LOTTERY MENTALITY WILL BE SURE TO SURFACE, YES. BUT NOT GOING BACK TO THE CABAL THIS TIME. THERE WILL BE A REDISTRIBUTION.
Ask yourself, do you really want an RV with The Cabal still in power? Huh?
My point here is this. The Cabal have to be totally removed before a proper RV can happen. Period.

This is why I believe the RV hasn’t happened and will not happen before certain things take place. Those things are two in number and are connected.
1. The Cabal have to be removed…BY US! How the hell do we do that I hear you ask? Which leads to action number
2. WE DEMAND THEIR REMOVAL. PEACEFULLY.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for, and until humanity stands up and demand our freedom, their ain’t gonna be no RV.

He can’t believe his luck, that the US puts such complete Muppets on Point Duty to front for America. Oh and Yes, he also took Crimea, that will do nicely thanks. BRICS gave him full support, and he has now routed the US in Asia. The US just lost the 2 largest emerging economies, and South America soon will allow Russian bases. Beyond their growing Sub Fleets, hugely successful Foreign Policies, and smart Diplomats. America can counter that. Sure, hire Russians!

I wrote a bunch of stuff before (below in plain print) I realized I had another, broader point: The lack of ability to contribute to the game or address of a problem will drive one to desperate actions, correct or incorrect in their “targeting” for a right solution. This unfortunately seems to be a game we at the lower levels cannot contribute to and that is beyond frustration. It is maddening. Unless some “behind the scenes” action occurs here in the U.S. it certainly appears we are not yet, “there”. Dismaying. Those “near” the action may not recognize that those not so close will lack the reality. I’m sure others, as in my case, get to the point of “why the hell even write you guys about this mess? If we cannot contribute or take part, then what difference does it make what the status of things is? “They” know who and where we are, as we’ve all been told. It’s in “their” hands. So, it’s either going to, or not going to, happen: in either case, without our help out here. It just gets to be so much Fantasy Island in the meanwhile. Nuff said. I know this: the answer to the problem is the problem. If you can state it, it can be resolved. If you cannot clearly state it, you will continue to have the problem. Seems we still have it. Trying not to be a “downer”; really. Just want to DO something. You know, the two buzzards in the tree poster…in the desert…caption = “To hell with it, I’m killin’ something!”.

So, how’s that relate to little old ussens. I got into this circus through a lady who had worked with MK (“Mie-Kee” is what she called him) for years on other things; swore by his integrity and perseverance.
His stock “guideline” was that when it was about to happen, there would be widespread confusion and chaos on all fronts; economically things would be terrible (I’m sure he was talking specifically about the U.S. but I could be wrong). My concern is that everyone really wishing to see the old system die off not end up fighting other’s groups with the same mindset.
Whomever is “in charge” it appears there are “two” stories being told; we are there …there…there and he other; It ain’t going to happen until we here in the U.S. clean house; which certainly needs to happen.

I am willing to wield a dust pan or broom, whatever is necessary to help; so I’m taking my own actions as I am able and encouraging others based on what I believe to the “active construct”. The problem still remains, who is telling who what? You said you have been involved “directly” and heard/seen things you can rely on. Keenan is apparently not pursuing a Will-O-The-Wisp. One thing I know, posilutely and that is ‘WATCH OUT’ when you can explain something equally well two different or opposing ways.
It tells me, as an investigator (which I am professionally) there is more than one interest involved in dictating actions, at some level or another; and YET, I have to marvel that this would be known,…at that level they are at, in the clouds, or whatever. But any investigation is blocked when information is altered or blocked.
VERY TRUE. THERE ARE MANY AT THE TABLE, BUT GENERALLY SLIT INTO 2 BASIC SIDES WITH 3 MAIN PLAYERS. SO YUP, YOUR NOSE IS RIGHT.
