You are in a period of acceleration that is preparing you to step up into the energies of 2023. Moving through the alignment of the 12/12 has set this process in motion. You might think of it as a tunnel of one activation after another, all designed to take you into the new.

We understand that intense energies can feel daunting to you. What we wish for you to understand is that every wave serves you and moves you forward. The key here is to prioritize your balance, stay present, and breathe.

Former FBI official and now-fired Twitter lawyer Jim Baker isn’t the only former FBI agent lurking on the inside of Twitter.

A discovery on LinkedIn has revealed there are over 14 former FBI and CIA agents currently employed by Twitter.

The revelation was made by an anonymous Twitter user who goes by the Twitter handle @NameRedacted247.

The Twitter user compiled a 17 tweet thread which revealed every former FBI agent and CIA agent currently still working with Twitter.

One of the first Twitter employees who was pointed out was Kevin Michelena.

Michelena currently serves as Twitter’s Sr. Corporate Security Analyst but was previously a FBI Intelligence Analyst for 12 years.

His LinkedIn account was either deleted or set to private  after the thread picked up some retweets but not before screenshots of his account were taken.

Just like the bodies of the human race and other advanced ET’s our bodies are of different densities just like different worlds. These higher frequency beings are of a lighter, finer density then we humans.

The things we call spirits or ghosts are just manifestations of a lighter density. That’s how ghosts and spirits can move through walls and spacecraft can move right above us and we wouldn’t see it. There is so much going on around us that is invisible to our eyes.

Planet Earth exists on the densest possible level and is a reflection of the environment. Each Planet, Universe or civilization has its own constitution. The reason for the constitution is to laydown the absolute boundaries of acceptable behavior. Planet Earth has been given the gift of free will like other planets but our free will has been given without boundaries. So we have went to extreme lengths of violence and self gratification at the expense of others. Extremes that on other planets would not be permitted.

Our planet is now being cleansed and the people will be moved to New World’s matching their vibrational evolution. A higher vibrational reality will somewhat look like this…

The weapons of war will be neutralized and the physical weapons themselves will disintegrate and turn to dust. We will also find that any weapon that is used as a form of aggression… stick or a fist raised in anger will be stayed by the unseen. We will find that any words spoken in anger or aggression the voice of a speaker will falter as if gently choking.

When this indeed starts to happen many will feel uncomfortable with an off world force perpetuating it even knowing it is what’s needed. The human race has been so traumatized with living in such a war like state our entire existence even a change like this will be uncomfortable for many.

As these benevolent positive factions look at Earth from up above they see a murky, hate filled world of aggression. Their ears are deafened by the constant sound of war, bombs, shooting and the cries of the wounded and dying. They see destruction of the physical assets of our civilization built with great effort and Earths resources. They see a world that needs to be built on cooperation not aggression and construction rather then destruction.

In the video below, Maria Zeee with ZeeeMedia interviews computer scientist Aman Jabbi about the coming international vaccine passport, digital identity, the social credit system being built in the West and CBDCs.

All these factors are now coming together to control the global population. As noted by Zeee, this digital prison, which is already mostly built, will be the final lockdown of mankind.

Your digital identity will be your digital prison

In the video, Jabbi goes through a presentation that explains the digital prison that is your digital identity — in other words, how your digital identity ties in with the coming social credit system and will control what you can and cannot do in your everyday life.

As noted by Jabbi, surveillance cameras with facial recognition software have already been erected around the world. They are an essential part of the control structure, and this surveillance will be linked together with digital identity, the social credit score system, carbon footprint tracking, CBDCs and more.

Facial recognition has been sold as a great convenience and security feature. With facial recognition, you don’t need to remember pins or passwords, and since no one has your exact face, it’s supposed to keep your personal accounts more secure.

But, as with most other technologies sold under the guise of convenience and security, facial recognition is ultimately a tool for mass control and an essential part of your individual digital prison. As explained by Jabbi, the Chinese control system is based on facial recognition in combination with a social credit system.

He describes the Chinese social credit system as a feedback system that responds based on your behavior. Unbeknownst to most Westerners, an identical system has already been set in motion behind the scenes in Western countries — they just haven’t told you yet.

Weaponized surveillance

By the end of 2022, there will be 1 billion data collecting surveillance cameras in the world, all connected to the internet and AI. The U.S. actually has the most surveillance cameras per capita. China is in second place and the U.K. is in third.

In addition to all of that data collection, cameras and audio recording devices in cell phones, automobiles and smart appliances also collect and share data, even when you’re at home.

All these data are then used to give each person an individual score based on their behavior, expression and interaction with the world. Ultimately, that score —  your social credit score — will dictate what you can and cannot do, what you can buy and where you can go.

As noted by Jabbi, there are also additional control mechanisms already built into the hardware being erected. For example, many smart light poles have built-in charging stations for drones, which in the future will be used for law and behavioral enforcement purposes. We will largely be policed by AI and machines.

These smart light poles can also be weaponized. Built-in are LED incapacitators. Sometimes referred to as “puke rays” for their ability to induce severe nausea, LED incapacitators are weapons designed like a flashlight that emit an extremely bright, rapid and well-focused series of “differently-colored random pulses.”

According to Jabbi, these lights can also induce brain damage, spinal damage, sickness and likely even death.

LED combined with radar on some smart poles can also be used to identify people carrying guns, and could theoretically be used as a weapon to selectively take out people carrying weapons.

A new chapter in the ‘social contract’

Digital identity has been described by the World Economic Forum (WEF) as a new chapter in the social contract. The problem, as noted by Jabbi, is that the WEF’s new social contract is one that none of us has agreed to. It’s being revised by the WEF and its allies and thrust upon the rest of us, without our consent.

The vast majority of people don’t even know what this new social contract actually entails, or how it will affect their personal day-to-day lives and individual decision-making ability.

That, for obvious reasons, has never been fully delineated because, if fully understood by everyone, virtually no one on earth would accept it. After all, few people with normal intelligence relish having their lives dictated by someone else.

As shown in the graphic above, your digital identity will be required to unlock all aspects of life, from logging onto the internet to accessing social services, travel, food, shopping and financial services. If your social credit score is too low, one or more of these aspects can be turned off and made unavailable to you.

“So, by default, you’re always a prisoner,” Jabbi says.

Your digital identity is confirmed through facial recognition, and is tied to your social score, carbon footprint score and CBDCs. As your social and carbon footprint scores go down, so does your purchasing ability.

As noted by Zeee, the international vaccine passport proposed at the 2022 G20 meeting is, at least right now, THE key to the entire effort to get everyone into the digital ID system. So, preventing the adoption of vaccine passports is a central component of resistance to the digital prison system in its entirety.

Jabbi says:

“Once we accept digital identity, it’s Game Over for humanity.”

You must also reject the vaccine passport unless you’re willing to be a medical lab rat for the rest of your life. Zeee cites documents stating 500 new vaccines will be ready by 2030 that target most common diseases.

It is likely that having an up-to-date vaccination status will be one of the requirements to maintain a valid passport, which will also serve as your digital identity.

In other words, vaccine refusal can be used to nullify or “lock” your digital ID, leaving you unable to do, go or buy anything. The question is, what will those vaccines be? Basically, you’ll have no choice but to comply, even if you believe or know that a vaccine can injure or kill you, as is the case with the COVID-19 jabs.

Zero-trust system

As explained by Jabbi, the new social contract created by the WEF and its allies is a zero-trust system.

In a physical prison, prisoners are under a zero-trust policy. In other words, the guards don’t trust the prisoners and there are security measures in place to make sure they behave. The new open-air prison system envisioned by the WEF is based on the same premise.

Everywhere you go, you must prove who you are and that your compliance metrics are in alignment with the prevailing rules. So, to buy food, you have to not only identify yourself so that your purchase can be permanently logged as one of your purchases, but you also have to meet certain compliance standards, or else your CBDC won’t work.

The default in this system is denial, so everything you want to do — absolutely everything — must be unlocked by your digital ID. As noted by Jabbi, “Once we accept digital identity, it’s Game Over for humanity.”

Geofencing and smart cities form the walls of your prison

To enforce your conditional access to life, geofencing will be used. Smart light poles equipped with LED incapacitators can be used to prevent you from going beyond your designated geofence, but there are also other geofencing mechanisms.

For example, your CBDC can be programmed to not work outside your district, and your smart car can be programmed to shut down past a certain perimeter. Jabbi also reviews the inexorable push toward smart cities, which will:

• Limit your mobility and eliminate car ownership
• Control you through weaponized surveillance
• Ration water, electricity and gas consumption
• Surveil your speech
• Track your actions and whereabouts 24/7

Starve the beast

Jabbi cites a formula created by the WEF’s philosophical guru Yuval Noah Harrari, to describe technocrats’ ever-growing ability to hack humans: B x C x D = AHH.

B stands for biological knowledge, C is computing power, D is data and AHH is the level of ability to hack a human being. As noted by Jabbi, the ability to hack humans is dependent on AI being fed a constant stream of data.

It’s a “beast system” in the sense that AI is the beast, and it needs to be fed. Its food is data, gathered through a vast array of data conduits such as cameras, recording devices, facial recognition, GPS and sensors of all kinds that make up the Internet of Bodies. AI is an absolutely crucial component for success of the digital prison. Without it, it cannot work. The answer then is to starve the beast, and we do this by withholding our data. “No amount of legislation can stop this,” he says, “it has to be done by the people.” In short, we must refuse to use the technologies that gather our data.

We won’t be able to avoid them all. Smart light poles and traffic cameras, for example, cannot be avoided unless you avoid certain areas, which could include your own street. But there are many we can avoid, such as smart watches, fitness trackers, smart thermostats, smart TVs, AI assistants and Ring surveillance cameras just to name a few.

We can also fight, on a local level, to prevent the expansion of facial recognition cameras and 5G, and we can refuse the coming vaccine passport and the push toward virtual reality.

As noted by Jabbi, one way in which people are surreptitiously led into the digital prison is by relying on apps that offer convenience, such as apps that allow you to order food or transportation.

Eventually, they’ll phase out apps on your phone and transfer them to virtual reality googles, so that you have to be in the virtual world in order to use them. It’s important to understand why this is done. It’s to force you deeper into the digital prison system, which includes digital clones and living much of your life in a virtual reality.

China demonstrates coming prison state

At present, China is being rocked by massive protests against the Zero-COVID policy that is used to imprison tens of millions of people in their homes for weeks on end. You’d think an American company like Apple would stand for American values like freedom but, no, it does not. It’s working with the Chinese government to quell dissent.

As reported by Bloomberg Nov. 9, Apple is limiting its iPhone file-sharing tool, restricting AirDrops from non-contacts to 10 minutes. The wireless file-sharing feature was used to share pictures and videos from the protests, thereby encouraging more people to join.

According to Bloomberg, while the change was only made to phones sold in China, Apple says it plans to roll out the same limitation globally. Why? Are they predicting anti-government protests elsewhere?

According to a Twitter user named Songpinganq, the video above shows iPhone workers clashing with police over the country’s Zero-COVID policy. In response, the Chinese government is alleged to have remotely switched all of the protesters’ COVID-19 passports to “red,” which prevents them from entering public spaces.

If they try to enter a building, for example — including residential complexes — an alarm will go off and they’ll be detained and escorted to a quarantine camp which, by the way, they have to pay for. That’s how easy it is for the government to eliminate undesirables from society once this kind of control system is in place.

(For the record, I cannot confirm that the featured video is indeed iPhone workers, or that they’re specifically protesting the COVID-19 measures. Regardless, the basic premise remains true, which is that government would be able to control large masses of people remotely, through their digital identity/vaccine passport.)

The world is starting to catch on

The good news is people around the world are starting to realize what’s happening.

As explained by legal philosopher Eva Vlaardingerbroek (video above), the reason there are now mass protests around Europe is because they’re realizing that the COVID-19 vaccine passport system rolled out in Europe is a control system that has no expiration date.

They’re realizing it’s meant to be permanent, and that it will be expanded.

In the video below, a young Chinese man describes how digital ID, CBDCs and the social credit system operate in China. By 2017, they already had the technology to automatically deduct fines from your account for infractions such as jaywalking, and the control network is only getting larger and more sophisticated.

Is this what we want in the West? Is this what you want for your children and your grandchildren? If not, you need to participate in the movement to prevent it, and that starts with making changes in your own life to starve the beast of your personal data, and educating your family and friends about this necessity.

When you tune in to the energies that are upon you, that’s when you know you have more to work with than usual. If you tune in to yourself, you can also feel that you are more capable, than you were the last time you tuned in to yourself, of handling the energies and doing something positive with them. It is what you do with what you are given that this life is all about. To put it another way, it is what you do with you have chosen for this life that is what this life is all about. You knew what you were getting yourself into because you saw it; you saw down the timeline you were about to inhabit, and you knew who your parents would be, but you also knew who your siblings and best friends and so on would be. You didn’t know what you would do with the life.

That part is not something that can be predicted. It is not foreseeable, and it cannot be predicted because there is free will. You have free will, which allows you to choose what you do with what you are given. That free will is precious. It is a gift, and it is one that you start to utilize the moment that you wake up to the truth that you are creating all of this with more than just your thoughts, words and actions. You are creating all of this with your intentions, your choices, your vibration, and where you place your focus. You are creating all of this with energy, and whenever you have more energy upon you, there is more that you can create.

There is more that you can do right now because of where you sit energetically. At this point in your calendar year, you have so many energies that you are working with. There is so much you can accomplish from right where you are, and you are being prompted to focus with more intention because we know what you are capable of. We know what your potential is; we know what you could do with the energies that are upon you right now and that are coming, and we would like to encourage you to have that same faith within yourselves.

Believe in yourselves and what you can do with your lives and for all of humanity, and you will be a part of the evolution of consciousness in a very real, pragmatic, practical way, because now you know you are working with more than just wood, cement, steel, and other natural resources. You are working with energy, and you have more to work with now than ever before in human history.

Your next question must be, ‘How do we work with energy?’ First of all, feel for it. Feel for it around you; feel for it when you breathe. Feel it coming in through the crown of your head, and then direct it with your focus. What is it that you want to create? What is it you want to see more of on your world? What types of changes would you like to see in your relationships, your finances, your health. Be aware that ascension is accelerating, and I have recently listened to and had conversations with medical doctors who are well aware of the ascension process and the effects this is having on the physical body. Our physiology is filling with light, and none more so than the very cells in our bodies. The more light which enters the cells, the more lit up we become. A dead cell, (like a cancer cell), holds no light anymore. It is dead.

I have been told a year ago, that it is vital to have all our highest transmitter channels open, (especially now that the chakras are held in the spine for the first time since Golden Atlantis – all fifteen of them). With this we need to remember that we have 12 bodies, and not just one.

It is vital now to clear the Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and all 12 bodies. Our emotional body links directly to the lower chakras and the coccyx are, and at the moment with all the upheavals going on, the subconscious fears of survival are surfacing, plus the subconscious memory banks of the destruction and fall of Atlantis. As all the Atlantean soul have incarnated again, there needs to be a deep releasing of all the negative patterns humanity ever created in Atlantis, and this includes war and destruction and the misuse of power.

The mental body holds the subconscious fears, mental blocks, and false programming in the highest degrees and indeed unless we can transcend the lower mind, we cannot access the highest mind. This can only be done once the Heart Chakra is fully open now merge with the throat and Alta Major – and then with the Third eye and higher. This is important to realize, for if there are any remnants of the control boxes implanted into the populace of Atlantis in the cranium area (if never removed it is still blocking), the higher mind cannot be accessed, as well as jarring devices, wiring, negative entities, and thus the feelings of separation from self and others will persist.

We are in for sweeping changes in all forms and expressions and it will accelerate up and in to 2032.

2023 is indeed the year of transfiguration in the highest degrees.

Tech behemoth Meta has threatened to remove all news from its platforms if Congress passes legislation it does not like.

The Journalism Competition and Preservation Act, which was introduced by Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, would require tech companies to pay outlets whose news is posted on their platforms. If no agreement is reached, third-party arbitration takes place, according to Axios.

“To preserve strong, independent journalism, we have to make sure news organizations are able to negotiate on a level playing field with the online platforms that have come to dominate news distribution and digital advertising,” Klobuchar said in a statement issued in September, according to Gizmodo.

The bill specifies “media outlets will be able to band together and negotiate for fair compensation from the Big Tech companies that profit from their news content, allowing journalists to continue their critical work of keeping communities informed,” she said.

Klobuchar said her bill was in response to the “startling erosion of local papers in the country,” according to the Seattle Times.

“Google and Facebook are worth over $1 trillion combined … Literally the revenue has changed hands. Yes, everyone’s online, but the content providers, the reporters, should be compensated for the work that they do and it shouldn’t be given away to these mega companies that are dominant platforms,” she said.

The proposal, which was languishing in the Senate, is now being considered for inclusion on the annual defense bill that must pass this month, according to The Washington Post.

That led to a not-so-veiled threat from Meta’s Andy Stone, who posted the company’s position on Twitter.

“If Congress passes an ill-considered journalism bill as part of national security legislation, we will be forced to consider removing news from our platform altogether rather than submit to government-mandated negotiations that unfairly disregard any value we provide to news outlets through increased traffic and subscriptions,” he wrote.

“The Journalism Competition and Preservation Act fails to recognize the key fact: publishers and broadcasters put their content on our platform themselves because it benefits their bottom line — not the other way around,” the statement said.

“No company should be forced to pay for content other users don’t want to see and that’s not a meaningful source of revenue. Put simply: the government creating a cartel-like entity which requires one private company to subsidize other private entities is a terrible precedent for all American businesses,” the statement said.

The News/Media Alliance fired back at Meta in a statement.

“Facebook’s threat to take down news is undemocratic and unbecoming.  As the tech platforms compensate news publishers around the world, it demonstrates there is a demand and economic value for news,” the statement said.

Others have also opposed the bill.

According to Insider, Meta enacted a similar ban in Australia in 2021 when similar legislation was considered there.

Meta relented after the Australian law was amended, and agreed to a deal to pay Rupert Murdoch’s media firm to distribute its content across Facebook.

Meta is also threatening Canada with the same penalty in response to the proposed Online News Act, which would also require outlets that post news on Facebook to be paid.

The Brazilian Conservative League in Europe presented their catalogue of Supreme Court abuse and election manipulation to AfD vice-speaker in the German Bundestag Beatrix von Storch Dec. 6 and asked for an international investigation. When will the Republican Party in the US wake up and support the Brazilian people in their fight against the Communist coup?

Meeting with South America expert Beatrix von Storch, the Chairperson of the “Liga Conservadora Brasil-Europa” Samia Sittel-Faraj voiced her concern over the future of democracy in Brazil, and the left-wing pro-Lula spin of all the Western mainstream media.

“The mainstream media’s refusal to report on the millions of pro-democracy protestors in Brazil is a danger to free speech, and to democracy itself”, von Storch said.

Sittel-Faraj presented von Storch with the “Berlin Charter”, a catalogue of voter suppression and election manipulation tactics used by the leftist Supreme Court and Superior Electoral Court in Brazil:

1. Punishing “opinion crimes”, a crime that does not exist in Brazilian criminal law, bypassing the jurisdiction of Congress.
2. Unconstitutional ban on publishing reasonable, professional criticism of the insecure and vulnerable Brazilian electoral process.
3. Unlawful investigations that undermine the constitutional powers of the Attorney General and Justice Department in relation to opening, continuing and recording proceedings.
4. Ignoring the Attorney General and Justice Department’s calls for opening and closing investigations.
5. Opening court proceedings without respecting jurisdiction and jurisprudence.
6. Obstruction of attorney access to clients and the legitimate and constitutional right to a full defense.
7. Unconstitutional decisions without legal basis and against Brazilian law.
8. Extralegal formation of a Federal Police group for the illegal execution of arrests and enforcement.

There have been three major reports documenting the problems with the Brazilian elections Oct. 2 and Oct. 30.

On November 4, the Argentine consultant Fernando Cerimedo documented how the pre-2020 voting machines used in the elections were non-auditable and had a 47% higher probability of containing votes for Lula da Silva than the newer 2020 machines. Many of these non-auditable machines contain 0 votes for Bolsonaro.

On November 8, the Brazilian Minister of Defense Paulo Sergio Nogueira released the legally required report on the elections, finding that “it is not possible to affirm that the electronic voting system is free from the influence of malicious code that could alter its operation.“ The military report found evidence of “access to the network during the compilation of the source code“ that could represent “a major risk to the security of the process“.

On November 22, the Liberal Party (PL) head Valdemar Costa Neto submitted a Technical Report on the Malfunctioning of Electronic Ballot Boxes to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), pointing out “serious and irremediable” inconsistencies in the functioning of part of the electronic voting machines. “The only votes that can be considered valid, verifiable and auditable, in the second round of the 2022 election, are those resulting from the 2020 model voting machines,” argues the party. The PL found that only the 2020 model voting machines were reliable, which showed a percentage of 51.05 % of the vote for President Jair Bolsonaro.

I am Sananda. It is always a pleasure to be here with you in this way, that I can continue to bring forward messages that pertain to not only you, those of you that are on this call, but all of those that resonate to these words.

And I wish to go back now. I wish to go back to an earlier time when I spoke about the idea of perspective. And how important that is today, as all these things that are happening around you are part of that perspective. Each one has their own perspective on this. But I wish you to understand that as you’re coming to the end of this year now, this 2022, much, much, much this year.

But there are so many out there that look back at this year and think nothing is happening, nothing is changing, it’s the same old, same old, same old. But nothing could be further from the truth. Because as we have said, as you have heard many, many times from many different sources, there are many things that are occurring in the background beyond your eyes to see at this point and your ears to hear. But even though you cannot see it or hear it, does not mean that it’s not happening.

For what is happening now is an undertaking that is thousands of years in planning. Think about that now: thousands of years, not just a few years. For many look at this time period and think it’s taking so long, it’s taking so long. But thousands of years this has been in the works to bring sovereignty back to this planet and to the people of this planet. To bring freedom back to the people.

The old experiments of the illusion of the third dimension is over. And you must come to understand that more and more. Yes, I know, it does not appear that it is over. It appears like it is, indeed the same old, same old. But trust us, as you hear from many different sources on this subject, it is not. There are so many different things that are occurring and are going to continue to happen, so many changes yet to come forward. For this is the old paradigm falling away. The old third-dimensional paradigm is fading rapidly now. Not as rapidly as some of you would like, certainly. But you must understand again, thousands of years in planning. It’s not going to go away overnight. It is going to take time; but more importantly, take vibration.

As vibrational frequency increases, then the old paradigm falls away more, and more, and more. And the frequency vibration is increasing. And therefore you are finding the chaos now of the third dimension crumbling, and that is purposeful. And you must come to understand that it is on purpose, all part of the plan.

And yes, we hear you saying, “Oh, that plan, they’re really talking about the plan.” Yes, we do, because it is a universal plan. It is something, again, that has been in the works for a long, long time. And you must realize that although you are all part of this plan, you cannot control the plan. You cannot completely bring it forward. You have parts of it, yes. But you are not in control of this plan. Just do your part, whatever that part might be.

You spoke earlier in your discussion of soul contracts. And yes, you all have a soul contract, all of you. And you are working in that soul contract. So just allow it. Allow for the process. Allow for it to continue to move forward. And know that as things continue to move on, as the plan continues to rework itself over, and over, and over to bring about the final result of the end of the third-dimensional illusion, know that you are doing everything that you can within yourself to bring about, again, the final result to this plan.

Continue to trust. Not just in the plan, though. Trust in yourselves. Trust in yourselves to continue to bring your part of this forward. Continue to bring yourself to a point where you know who you are more and more, and reconnect to your Higher-God-Self. For that is for what this is all about. When you speak about the Great Awakening, that is what it is: remembering who you are fully within the ascension process. That is the Great Awakening.

Will all awaken? Certainly not. But they will awaken to their own personal truth as they need to. It is not up to you to change their plan. It is not up to you to change their soul contract, although you cannot do it even if you wanted to. It is up to you to continue to move forward in your own personal life following your own soul contract and along the way assist others which, by the way, is also part of your soul contract.

I am Sananda, and I leave you now in peace, and love, and oneness, and that you would continue to move forward step by step, inch by inch if you have to. But allow the process to continue to follow through. Because it is happening. It is happening now. Change is happening. Change will continue to happen. And the third-dimensional illusionary expression is crumbling all around you, thereby bringing the chaos which you are seeing.

And now you’re going up that pillar of Light into the higher realms, and you’re experiencing this Light firsthand.

Just breathe it in . . . Image all of us in the Collective surrounding you all now, and sending you Light, and sending Light to anyone else you invite in.

Just call them in to be present on the spirit or soul level. This is fine—they will receive it as if they were actually hearing us.

There’s nothing but pure Light around you, and if you look down, you’ll see that you’re made of Light as well.

Now choose one beautiful being to step forward and to touch your heart-space lightly with his or her fingertips.

It might just be an Angel. Or they might not be really very discernible—they might be just full of Light.

But they touch that beautiful heart-space.

And what they’re doing right now, and we’re all assisting, is they’re drawing out the stress, the density, the old trauma that’s been coming out. They’re just drawing that out.

It’s just old, dense, cloudy, dark energy. It’s not serving you anymore. Not really.

And you’re breathing in pure Light as they’re working with you. Pure Light . . .

Just breathe that in . . . and breathe out all the stresses of the past week, the past month, the past year or two.

Let it go! Just breathe that out, with the open mouth. This isn’t you, dear ones!

You are so much more than any stress you could ever experience. So much bigger than any loss.

So much more powerful than any process that you have been conditioned to live inside of.

That isn’t really you. That’s someone you had to become in order to survive.

As you see the Sunlight playing with the brook, and the water playing with the bubbles, and rushing against the rocks, you notice the water isn’t afraid of the rocks.

The water will always flow, just as your spirit does. It will always find a way around the obstacle, or it will just dissolve it.

You can see the water has not been deterred!

As you’re breathing out the density of what you have been through, dear one, now do it with the consciousness that you’re breathing out the density that humanity has experienced over these past four or five years, or maybe the whole century so far, maybe the previous one or two—that’s up to you.

Just breathe it out . . .

Breathing in through the nose, slowly, fully . . . and again breathing out [through the open mouth].

This is where yoga postures are incredibly important, dear ones, and chi gong, and other beautiful forms of spiritual practice that are movement exercises.

They not only improve your health and circulation, and keep you calmer, regardless of stresses that you go through, but they move the density out of your etheric body as well.

So you don’t sort of own it as if it’s yours—it isn’t yours, don’t worry!

Don’t feel as if you’ve failed because you don’t like all the heaviness. You’re not meant to carry it anymore.

You feel bad about world events? Breathe it out! You’re not meant to carry that.

You feel bad about young people dying here or there, through one form of incident or another?

Breathe it out! Don’t carry it. Send their souls Light! Perhaps they chose that for their moment of transition, for very good reasons.

Do you have a right to interfere in their path, or do we? No.

No. Even when it seems cruel and unbelievable, their path is sacred.

Honor that! Honor the path of your loved ones. Honor your own path.

You have come in with certain situations that are difficult.

But we would love for you to make the determination, the clear decision right now, that you’re not going to carry the troubles of the world, or carry your own troubles, as if that’s what your life is made of—you’re not going to carry this ridiculous old belief of “Well, that’s how I grow.”

Those times are over, dear one!

In the fifth dimension, people don’t need struggle and hardship in order to grow. Not spiritually or otherwise.

And just make the determination right now, “I can grow in Joy!

We’ve spoken to you about this before. Our writer asked us to speak on it again, because of the pressures so many are experiencing now, and the “What Ifs” and the uncertainty of life, which is everywhere, and has always been. But it looks as if certain [old Earth] safeguards have been removed now—all of that can weigh very heavily on one.

So breathe that out!

You’re still in this beautiful Circle of Light, and this beautiful being, who has just lightly touched your heart-space, now touches the third eye.

And you’re waking up to some beautiful realization you didn’t have before, but which has come home to you now.

And it may not occur to you immediately. It may come to you later today or in a week or a month, but it will come through. And it will be an answer to something that has troubled you.

Now breathe out again—think of all the people who have treated you badly in life.

Give them back all their energy, as you reclaim your energy from them.

Maybe push a hand away from you as you give them back their energy, and pull the hand back toward you as you’re claiming your energies back again.

And give to them what is theirs to carry.

And as you’re breathing out, “haaaa,” you’re breathing out the heaviness.

The weight of feeling that it’s your job to heal or cure or save other people.

And you’re breathing out again, “haaaa,” the feeling that you need to be saved.

The feeling that only a miracle will help you. You are the miracle, dear ones!

Now this beautiful Being of Light or Ascended Master or Angel—whomever you’ve imaged—perhaps your own higher self—they’re just flowing energies through all the chakras, all the energy centers . . . Balancing . . . and freeing . . . unblocking . . . increasing the flow of the higher energies of your [higher] self.

You sense your higher self beside you. Just let them step into your energies now, if you would like.

And you know, their energies—they have a beautiful sense of the Joy of this Universe. That there’s nothing to stress over, that everyone is taken care of, and that All is Well.

Notice how their energies feel inside you. It’s very different, isn’t it, from what you’ve experienced before!
