Dear children of Earth, we greet you. What tragedies, what terrible moments are currently unfolding on your planet! Whether in your own country, in France, in Europe, or elsewhere, numerous fires have burned your vegetation, your beautiful forests.

You are moved by all of this and you don’t understand why it’s happening on such a large scale around you. We know that all of this deeply disturbs you, the human beings that you are. Why all this? Why this destruction of forests that were once so beautiful and verdant? Dear children of Earth, we told you in previous messages, months ago, that the times ahead would be turbulent for your hearts and minds. 

There is a natural element to this, as we have already explained, but also, we would say, an artificial one. As you know, those you call the “deep state,” this world government that wants to control your lives and the Earth, possesses special electromagnetic means capable of altering the climate anywhere on Earth.

Make no mistake, this drought that has plagued your country of France is partly natural, but exacerbated by these artificial means. All of this has a purpose for this shadowy government: to reduce your arable land, to curtail your livestock farming, and so on—all in order to concentrate agriculture and livestock production in areas of overabundance destined for the global market.

Yet, your country, and many other European countries, have the capacity to provide their populations with excellent, healthy agriculture. But that is not what this global government wants. Globalization is their primary goal, aimed at annihilating the power of each country so they can control populations bewildered by all this chaos as they see fit.

Dear children of Earth, we are going to tell you this: for the next few months, you will experience further events that will shake you to varying degrees, we know this. Natural and man-made climate disturbances will cause widespread damage in several countries, such as what has just happened in Nepal these past few days. Volcanoes will erupt, and there will be population displacements.

Yes, humanity will experience moments of incomprehension, moments of shock in the face of all these events. We are not saying this to instill fear in you, no, we are simply warning you. We have told you many times that the shadow government would try everything to maintain its grip on you. It is therefore acting in many ways, but make no mistake, at some point there will be a “backlash,” as you say, against all these heartless and loveless humans. 

That’s why we tell you not to give in to fear, something we often repeat. Live in the present moment, enjoying life in the wonderful nature of your planet, watching the animals live without worries, etc.

Dear children of Earth, we are very present near you, but if we allow these events to occur on your planet, it is because, for the moment, we do not have permission to intervene to stop everything that is unnatural. You might say, “It seems like a purification, a cleansing of the planet, but why this destruction of nature?”

If all this is happening, it is to show you how important it is to live gently so as not to disturb the energies of the Earth, but also to show you how much you are manipulated again and again by those who always have this desire for power over you.

But we will tell you this: even if all these events are unfolding, many of them represent the exhaustion of these shadowy power brokers. Indeed, no longer knowing how to annihilate the forces of humanity on Earth, they are trying, by all means, to weaken you so that you cannot react to all of this. However, they do not realize how much, since the pandemic a few years ago in your Earth time, your consciousness has expanded considerably to understand the lack of freedom that their manipulations have created.

You are on the verge of gaining the upper hand over these shadowy figures. So, children of Earth, act within your countries, show your strength and power, but do it without violence, especially without violence; this will be the most powerful way to destabilize them.

So many of you have asked a question that has been raised since time immemorial: “Why do bad things happen to good people? And why do good things happen to those who appear not to deserve them?” It is an understandable point of confusion. For centuries, man has created God in his image and likeness, painting a picture of a Creator who judges, rewards, and punishes much as humans do. This leads many to believe that you must work to earn love and do your best to avoid becoming unworthy of it.

This dance of earning love or falling out of favor is human, dear friends, not Divine. Human beings want you to earn their love by behaving in ways they deem worthy. Human beings withdraw their love when they feel you are unworthy of it.

The Divine is love. The Divine is Creator. The Divine is the source of life within you, all things, and all beings. You do not earn love, dear friends. You are love. You cannot become unworthy of love, but you can pinch yourselves off from the experience of it. Those you call good are aligned with their true loving nature. Those you call evil have forgotten. Even the worst among you are all sourced from One love but have simply pinched themselves off from it.

And regardless of the goodness of one’s heart or behavior, you are all in a vibrational dance with the entire created universe—a dance in which you will attract or allow energetic matches to the vibrations you broadcast, whether these are created intentionally or not.

Vibrational law does not imply that good things happen to good people and bad things happen to bad people. It means that you get a perfect match to what you are broadcasting, whether you are aware of that vibration or not. Gravity is impartial. The laws of physics don’t play favorites. Neither does vibrational law.

Insecurity attracts things that make one feel insecure. Love attracts more that feels like love. Martyrdom attracts those willing to let you martyr yourself, and healthy boundaries repel those who want to cross them. A strong feeling of appreciation or abundance in any area of life, coupled with a sense of worthiness or expectation, attracts and allows more abundance in every area of life.

It is hard to tell from the outside looking in why various souls attract what they do. The answer is always vibrational.

This is why you see some people who truly deserve more but receive less. There are countless beautiful souls, often earth angels, who don’t realize they are broadcasting a vibration that says, “If you need me, I’m willing to put my own needs aside at any cost.” Perhaps you have done this. A selfless person may attract a selfish one this way if they don’t have healthy boundaries in their vibrational mix.

Likewise, if you were desperate for a job, you might attract one that doesn’t pay enough. If insecurity is in your mix, you might settle for that lower-paying job with the company that is also insecure about its ability to generate abundance. If you feel your value, however, you might walk away from this opportunity and wait for a better one, or take it to satisfy an immediate need while we help you on your journey toward a job you truly deserve.

And what about good things happening to people who behave badly? Many individuals whom you wouldn’t deem worthy of good attract it nonetheless. It is not because they are behaving well, but rather because they often believe in superficial abundance and strongly expect to receive it. They can’t imagine not having money. And so they attract it on their own via vibrational law, but it does them little good in the broader sense, for it doesn’t make up for a soul bereft of real love.

So when you see tough things happen to good people, wonderful things happen to negative people, or unthinkable things happen to people you will never know, before decrying the injustice of it, take a breath. Remind yourself that there is an invisible energetic universe in which vibrational laws are impartial and work as surely as the known laws of physics.

There is no judgment from the heavens, dear friends, only love and a desire to help you remember your magnificence. We wish for you to open to the stream of love and enjoy this earth as it was meant to be—a playground for the soul, a canvas for creation, and a place in which you can interact with the many facets and forms of love itself.

The more you allow yourselves to feel the good in life and enjoy it, the more you’ll attract. The more you believe in your own worth, the more good you’ll allow. The more you honor yourself and others in balance, the more balanced your lives will become. You are already good souls. You are already worthy. Believe. Receive. Do what you are inspired to do. And let everyone else figure out their own vibration, knowing that as long as you manage your own, you will live a good life and be a powerful force for good in this world.

There are basically three groups of pioneering souls now leading the accelerated Ascension into the New Earth (to be completed circa 2032):

First Group: The Way Showers and the Pioneers: (The Shining Ones, the Illumined Ones, the Graces, the Loving Ones, and the Higher Healings comprise of this group of souls):

– They are the ones who open the path for others to follow. They lead the way, and often went through huge challenges, had visions and often the call to pioneer the highest way, and had to take huge leaps of faith and trust, even when they had no idea where this was leading to, at that time, for the call.

They agreed to this long before being born, and they normally were way ahead of the others. They are the visionaries, and the ones who have been trained for millions of earth years for this specific task.

Many of them were involved in the Ancient Mystery Schools, and indeed already prepared even then, to have the necessary discipline, focus, attention and intention to foresee what needs to be done, and often then took on the roles of pioneers, way showers and the visionaries.

The Second Group are the ANCHORERS:

They are the ones who are the architects, the engineers, the foundation layers, those who will be anchoring the new Golden Age, and in more structural forms.

They are the practical ones, and who combine insight and vision with practical solutions, and ground it all into the New Earth. They come together AS ONE, yet every soul contributes towards the whole in their own unique and special ways, and all work together as ONE.

These souls are highly evolved souls and will be ones who design and anchor in the Space stations as we fully return to Intergalactic and Universal Space Travel with your intergalactic Brothers and Sisters for we all come from other systems in this universe. IT is deep homecoming for humanity!

The Third Group are the Community Builders:

The ones who bring their expertise to holistic life enhancing farming, self-sustainable communities, to living life joyfully and with love, to express the soul’s creativity so that life is an expression of soul, in its highest sense and there is such joy in simply being creative and working with others, in creative and joyful ways.

There is no competition. The is no strive. For everyone is standing fully in their own light and not in anyone’s shadow. They all work together AS ONE, yet everyone contributes their own uniqueness to the whole. Love and respect, and trust returns and so does INNOCENCE AND PURITY.

Telepathy is normal now, and vocal cords are only used to sing and chant. No lies, no deceit, nor fighting. For when everyone can read each other’s thoughts and energy fields, then everyone can also read your lies and intent. Everyone is SEETHROUGH. And more than this, teleportation, bilocation, telephony, cosmic communications, multi-dimensionality and so much become the norm.

This is why it is so important now, to focus our attention and intention on what we truly wish to create and what we wish to uniquely anchor into the new Golden Age with love and joy!

The Path of accelerated ascension first starts WITHIN YOU, your own soul AS ONE WITH THE DIVINE SOURCE, and your own MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE and to have the discipline, the focus, the attention and intention, of doing the inner work which still needs to be done, but more and more to bring more light into all our bodies and fields, to forgive what needs to be forgiven, self and others, letting go of all shame, blame and guilt, and all which has ever been before.

All the stories, all the programming, all which ever defined you before, and like the caterpillar, allow yourself to become liquidized, so that you can be born anew and become the Butterfly in the New Earth. Your new Crystalline Lightbody, and Crystalline Heart and Crystalline Mind, and to then, fully anchor in your soul mission and calling, talents, abilities and all that you are in truth, into the New Golden Age, with love and joy, and leave a lasting legacy for the New Humanity for Ages to come.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a 12th-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

We know that you are struggling in many areas of your lives, and we also know that your struggle does serve a purpose. No matter what it is you are struggling in regards to, and no matter how you are struggling, there is a message for you in the circumstances and in your response to the circumstances. Sometimes you are meant to struggle your way right into a state of being of surrender. When you give up the struggle, you let go of resistance, and when you let go of resistance, you allow in more of the help that you need, more of the help that you’ve been asking for, and more of the help that you didn’t even know that you wanted or were asking for. It can all come, and often does come, as a result of you tiring yourselves out with struggle.

Now, of course, you also have to ask yourself the question of, ‘Why do I feel the need to struggle?’ Maybe it is because of your programming, something that you have taken on as a belief from your family, or from society, or from your friends group. Maybe your religion has taught you that it is good to struggle. Wherever you got this idea from, it is a good idea for you to examine it so you can let that go as well. Let go of the idea that got you into the state of struggle in the first place so you don’t create another circumstance for yourself six months down the road where you find yourself once again struggling your way into surrender.

Why is it so important for you to surrender? It is important for you to recognize that you are going about something in a way that does not serve you, and since it is the only way you can think of to face the circumstance in your life, you will need eventually to surrender in order to give up on that idea that has you struggling so much. You need to let go in order to go with the flow, and you need to relax and let go of tension and anxiety in order to let in more of what it is that you have coming to you.

You all have help. You all have helpers. You all have that which you have asked for that is trying to get to you through your resistance, through your tension, through your clenching up. So letting go is not giving up on what you want; it’s giving up on the way you’ve been going about getting what you want. What you want is coming. It may not be coming in the timing that you want it to, and it may not be coming in the packaging that you will recognize. It may not come through the avenue that you have determined it must come, but it is coming. So just relax and let it in, and stop thinking so hard about all the ways in which you can come up with to solve your problems, because you are only showing yourself how limited your mind can be in its thinking.

As you relax and open up to all the myriad ways in which your life can be in the flow, then you allow yourselves to go with that flow and experience the grand plan—the plan of your soul, the plan of Source. Source created you and your life and had a very good reason for doing so. And so, if you are struggling in your life, then there is something about your life you are in resistance to, and you need to look at that so that you can be a part of God’s plan. That doesn’t mean that you never have your free will. It doesn’t mean that you don’t get a say and don’t get a vote. You do. And if what you are asking for and choosing is in the flow, then it comes easily to you. And when it is not in the flow, it’s usually because there is something better that you cannot imagine.

And when you can accept that, when you can accept the limitations of your mind, then you can get more excited about what will come that you cannot possibly imagine because it goes beyond anything you’ve ever experienced before. Isn’t that wonderful? Isn’t it wonderful to consider what’s coming when you don’t know what it is, but you can feel for it, and you can feel for the rightness of it? Do that more often than you struggle, and you’ll be living a life of ease, you’ll be living in the flow, and you will know what your place is in the gigantic plan that Source had for all of us when It dreamt all this up.

There is much joy for us as we approach the Full Moon and Eclipse, as vibrations within and around Earth easily allow for people to bring their intention and participate in the co-creation of their reality and relationships and their contact experiences in an elevated life.

We view this particular eclipse as a marking of a new beginning, a moment in which the energetic field becomes more permeable, thus allowing the intentions carried in the heart to become more powerful. A new 5D gateway is opening between the frequencies of Lyra and Sirius. Two ancient and beloved streams of consciousness are now being awakened and remembered by many, even if they cannot put their memories into words.

Lyra carries energies of the creation process and of courage as well as beauty, freedom and the inner drive to explore the unknown. Sirius holds sacred knowledge and the devotional spirituality needed for the pure and focused expression of intelligent will. As they merge, you are able to feel this way too; they may bring you to a deeper awareness/ remembrance that to manifest is not to command the Universe to deliver to you what you desire; rather, it is to experience the journey of being a pure channel for your deepest desires.

It is for this reason that we advocate for the use of ceremonies during this time.

Light a candle. Sit beneath the stars. Place stones or holy things near you. Work with water. Sing. Dance. Meditate. Breathe. Pray. Write your intentions and speak them to the universe. Your ceremony informs your consciousness. “I am here. I am ready to welcome the reality I call into being.” Bring your intentions to your body. Allow yourself to feel the reality you are choosing to be alive in this very moment. This is the only way to begin the process of lining up with the reality you wish to call into your life.

The energy is perfect for sacred union as well, this union of partners, or the merging of the masculine and feminine aspects of yourself. If you open this gateway with your lover, create and meditate. Hold each other. Look into each other’s eyes. Share your visions of your relationship with each other. This will connect you to the field of creation.

Sacred Union has always been a strong gateway for shaping reality because the merging of two individuals, through intention, presence and love is a co-creation.

Yes, dearest ones, we encourage our brother and sisters to make this a contact night.

The conditions surrounding this gateway are perfect for CE-5, conscious contact attempts, and meditations under the stars. Feel free to practice sound invokations, meditation, and telepathy to contact benevolent (not malevolent) spirit/extraterrestrial beings. Contact will unfold in the most appropriate form for you. We who exist in higher realms do enjoy very much being of service to all of you, and it is enough of a reward for us to watch you growing, evolving, and expanding for us to keep doing it. We do not, however, need you to listen to us. We do not need to be received by you in a favorable way in order for us to keep doing what we are doing. All of us in the higher realms, including myself, of course, would like to encourage all of you to take the same approach when it comes to helping your fellow humans. In other words, as much as you would like to be received lovingly and with open arms, and for everyone to hang on your every word, let all of that go and just offer what you have to offer anyway.

Say what you want to say, teach what you want to teach, give what it lights you up to give, and then worry not whether it falls on deaf ears. In fact, what you may find is that it falls on deaf ears at first, but then that very same person who rejected everything you had to say might just come around. That person may have an experience later on that confirms what you said to be true. That person will also know that they can come to you with questions about what you know, because you have planted a seed within them, and they understand that you are the person to go to with the type of question they have.

What I am saying is that awakenings are happening and will continue to happen. People are having metaphysical experiences and experiences with extra-terrestrials, and that will continue as well. You are not going to be seen as the weird one or the black sheep forever. You did decide to incarnate at a time when most people would be asleep, and you obviously decided to awaken, or you would not be awake. And keep in mind that you are among the few who are awake.

And so, of course, you don’t fit in everywhere, and of course, people are going to laugh at some of the things you say and believe in, but it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you are true to yourself. What matters is that you offer what it is that you have to offer to humankind, and understand that the right people at the right time are going to find you and what it is that you can help them with.

You are never going to reach everyone. You are never going to be everyone’s cup of tea, so to speak. But even if you reach one person with what you have to say, with what you have to share, there is a ripple effect. And by helping that person, by educating that person, by allowing that person to grow through what you have to share, you are helping all the people that the person will then go on to help. You have an enormous impact, whether you know it or not. And how many people you reach with any message that you have to share is not as important as it is that you share what you have to share.

You, as an individual, could not possibly be more important than you are, and what is inside of you needs to come out in some way, shape, or form, because if you have something to say, there are those who need to hear what you have to say. What you have said in the past that has fallen on deaf ears doesn’t matter today and right now. Remember that, and speak your truth and share your wisdom, for there are many on planet Earth who will benefit from it greatly.

We heal the ancestral lineage not by trying to change everyone else, but by becoming the ripple of change within and exemplifying a higher path.

The human nervous system can be heavily impacted by traumatic experiences, leading to conditions like PTSD, CPTSD ( complex post traumatic stress ) anxiety, and depression.

When trauma is experienced the nervous system goes into a hyperarousal state making it difficult to feel safe and relaxed. Healing from trauma involves rewiring the nervous system, this is a complex process which takes time and patience, it requires the ascending to remove themselves from any toxic situation and negative minded others that trigger those feelings within as Everything is based in energy. The Duality of Dark and Light.

The human nervous system plays an incredibly important role in processing past wounds and trauma, it’s helpful to acknowledge its impact on self healing. When someone experiences a difficult and challenging life, their nervous system goes into survival mode, making it harder for them to feel safe and effectively process emotions. Healing past trauma requires patience and self-nurture as the nervous system needs to feel safe again, needing time to recalibrate and begin to trust in self’s choices once more.

The emotional impact on the nervous system is an extremely big factor overall. Emotional healing is key to Ascension, as it requires recognising and dismantling all false belief systems that can still hold self back in life. By systematically breaking down these barriers, energetic space is created for conscious growth, healing and transformation to genuinely take place.

Many past reactions stemmed from conditioned emotions deeply based in false Self beliefs, when healing emotional wounds, the self gains a higher and clearer perspective on reality, responding instead from a more intelligent and intuitive place from within.

Healing and upgrading chakras ( energy centres ) helps light and energy to flow into the being. When the chakras are clear and vibrating with intentional light, this makes manifesting positivity with more ease. The programming in chakras strongly affects the dynamic experienced in life and with others, especially when experiencing difficulties, it is almost certainly relating to an imbalance in one of the energy centres and possibly more.

The chakras function as computers with Internal programs that play out in the physical system and in life, the “programming” in the chakras are what becomes reflected into reality and on to the path. “As within, So without”. Reframing, redefining and uplifting these “programs” is established from within.

As the Ascending release the emotional debris of conditioned influences, they create space for a profound transformation of true self-identity, letting go of who the self was once programmed to be, discovering, birthing and embodying the authentic self, this is the unlocking of the conscious, empowered and expansive sense of self identity.

When sudden fear appears it does not mean you are going backwards. Often, when we are stepping out of an old cycle and moving towards a new way of being, the mind and nervous system can become afraid because the familiar, even when it caused us suffering, once felt safe.

When the fear and doubt come in, try not to fight them or give them power by believing they mean you have failed. Simply pause and gently remind yourself, “This is an old fear arising. I can see it, I can feel it, but I do not have to become it.”

Becoming consciously aware of the internal patterns. You can see the self-sabotage, you can recognise the fear, and this means you are no longer moving through these cycles completely unconsciously. That awareness is powerful and is where real change begins.

Be gentle with yourself if an old pattern resurfaces. Healing is not linear or in a straight line. It does not mean you have gone back to the beginning. Each time you recognise the pattern and choose yourself, even in the smallest way, you are creating a new pathway within yourself.

You are not here to become perfect or never experience fear again. You are learning to trust yourself enough that, even when fear comes, you no longer abandon yourself and follow it back into the old cycle. That is the difference.

HEALING is not an overnight process. It is a daily cleansing of past pain, it is a daily healing of your emotional and physical life.

As you focus on clearling your generational trauma, you are also reclaiming your generational abilities and strengths.

Alan Watts stated: There is a price to be paid for every increase in consciousness. We cannot be more sensitive to pleasure without being more sensitive to pain.

You already exist on all the timelines. Your consciousness is focusing on this one at this time. Ascension is a returning to all you deeply know and to who you have always been.

All beings who are involved in e.t. contact with the humans, and other species of Earth, want you to live in harmony with each other and with your world. Many of you have called out for help. You have looked up to the heavens, and you have asked for help.

And most people on planet Earth believe in a sort of God and angels, and they are all helping but they are non-physical. There are many non-physical extra-terrestrial beings as well. My race, the Sassani, will not be the first that you meet in the physical, but the physical ones who come in their ships and through portals will be helping you to understand that it serves you all to get along with each other and to treat your planet and your animal and aquatic friends better.

You see, when you call out for help, you may ask for very specific help, and that is fine. The help you will receive is the help that you actually need, the help that actually serves you. Many people on Earth want e.t. contact for very specific reasons. We are coming because we love you, we want to help you, and it is time for you to receive a boost in your spiritual evolution.

Your consciousness evolution does depend on you understanding who you are, where you came from, and with whom you are connected. These are tremendously big aspects of why we are coming and what contact is all about. Yes, we have advanced technologies and ships that can take us to faraway places, but those are not the reasons for contact. Now is a time on planet Earth for truth to be seen, to be held in the light.

It is only through knowing the truth that you can make more informed choices. And in order to continue living on your planet, you need to make more informed choices. In order to end all wars, hunger, violence, hate, and greed, you need more information. You need to be able to see things as they are, instead of as you have been told they are. So we come to supply you with information and also to offer you our love and our support. All beings that you will meet with in extra-terrestrial form will be offering a higher vibration than the average human does.

So you will all benefit just by being in the presence of e.t.s, even when not a word is being spoken and not a piece of technology is being shared. You have so much to look forward to. There is so much good to come for humanity. And yet, we will never make your choices for you. We will simply help you to make the choices that serve you by providing you with more of the facts.

The current system has reached its dead end.

There is no final adjustment coming that will make the old structure whole again, no hidden reset that will restore what has already completed its purpose, and no illusory upgrade that can turn an exhausted paradigm into something new.

The old architecture was built upon separation, fear, scarcity, competition, control, and dependence, and it cannot carry humanity into the reality that is now emerging.

The answer is not to save the old system. The answer is to move beyond it, transcend it; and to live without it, for something new must emerge. What is ending must be released and thanked for the experience.

Moving forward toward the Fall Equinox things will appear increasingly unstable and difficult to interpret for most.

The collapse of the old structures accelerates. What has been held together through habit, conditioning, fear, and collective participation is losing its coherence.

The next phase will expose just how much of the familiar world depended upon people continuing to believe in it. For the collectice energy feeds the system.

Do not mistake the breakdown of the old for the failure of the new. The dismantling is part of the transition.

Humanity is being forced to confront a profound choice; continue trying to repair what has already reached its limit, or awaken to the possibility that an entirely different way of living must emerge.

If you remain psychologically dependent upon the old normal, you may find yourself desperately trying to make sense of events that no longer fit the framework you were given.

And I come to be with you at this time, to continue the process that was begun long ago. Not only even in this lifetime but many lifetimes.  You all, the way showers have been the system busters, have been working lifetime, after lifetime, after lifetime, to continue to raise your consciousness, raise your vibrational frequency, and all for what? What was the final goal?

The final goal is right there in front of you now. the final goal is Ascension, has always been Ascension, from the very beginning when you first volunteered to be a part of this experiment here on the earth, the overall goal was always to reach Ascension here on the planet, to Ascend with the planet.

You as a collective together as one Ascending into the heavens of your own being, that was always the goal, and now you are so close to that goal, so close to what has been called the finish line. But understand that the energies that are coming into the planet now and moving through your central nervous system, and you yourselves acclimating tor body those energies, they can cause havoc within your , within your central nervous system, and that is what is indeed happening to many of you now, as the energies have ramped up; you might say, again, and again, and again over the years previous.

But now they have really been exploding within you more and more. Higher energies, higher energies throughout the planet in terms of the Schumann resonance that has increased tremendously, and can be tracked, can be traced and more and more are beginning to understand these energies, and more and more of you the awakened ones and those that are in the process of awakening, are also experiencing these higher energies.

And this is what indeed is causing the collapse of the third dimensional illusion – the matrix, all around you.  But understand as the matrix collapses all around you it is very important for you, yourselves to just be the observers of that, don’t be a part of that collapse don’t let yourself be drawn back into that third dimensional illusion.

Always maintain yourself at a higher vibrational frequency and consciousness and know that that dimensional door is right there in front of you when you are indeed ready to walk through it. It is all about you, it is up to you,  it is your choice. No one else can make that choice for you. “We can show you the door, but you are indeed the ones that have to walk through that door”.

So please understand in these continuing times moving forward, that the energies are going to increase more, and more, and more.  And it is going to get even more disconcerting for you at times because your central nervous system will not be quite acclimated to those energies at certain points.  And if that is the case and it is too much for you to handle, simply ask for it to be dialed back a bit, and those that guide you, those that are working with you, will do exactly that. They will be able to lower the energies moving into your central nervous system and will be constantly monitoring that as well, so that you don’t take too much or that you will be able to take just enough.

So let yourself in these continuing times moving ahead, in these next weeks and months; not so much years though, but weeks and months that these energies are going to continue to increase and you are going to continue to acclimate these energies, which will indeed continue to raise your vibrational frequency and your consciousness, which will indeed move you closer and closer to that dimensional door, that you can not only move through it at will, but at some point you will be able to move through it and not have to look back, if you do not want to.

Dear Readers,

Everyone is feeling the effects of incoming high frequency energy and its cellular integration, along with the personal and global clearing that is taking place. The result is that you are witnessing increasingly more aggressive behaviors while at the same time learning about love and kindness prevailing in situations where it was very unexpected. Try not to concern yourself with negative appearances for they represent the death throes of a dying belief system and the energies that support it.

There are some living fully from three dimensional consciousness, who rather than allowing old energy to move through and clear, feel a sense of permission to align with and act on these energies. However at the same time increasingly more are waking out of what has always been their belief system, feeling drawn to know more about God, truth, and living life from a higher level.

For most it has become a time of questioning and wondering where the long awaited new world is or if it will ever be. As we have stated many times, your job as spiritually evolved beings is to be the Light that is gradually replacing the dense energy of earth’s present collective consciousness which will allow it to begin manifesting as expressions of love and oneness rather than fear, doubt, resistance, anxiety, anger etc.

In the material world individuals appear to have their own separate consciousness but in reality all consciousness is one and only Consciousness which is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent Divine Consciousness. What you see as being separate consciousness is the one Divine Consciousness being interpreted individually according to each person’s state of awareness.

Most humans believe that a God separate from them is the only creator and because most so not know that they and every person are individualized expressions of this one creator God, they are unaware that they themselves are the creators creating the very world they pray for relief from .

An important facet of earth’s present shift to higher dimensional energy is the balancing of masculine and feminine energy. Both men and women are opening to higher insight regarding the world’s current but obsolete ideas of what constitutes masculine and feminine but men continue to be pressured toward dominance and emotional suppression, while women are promoted as being weak and “less than” men in every respect.

Divine Consciousness/God/Reality is both male and female, the two halves of one Divine whole in perfect balance and expression as one. The Divine masculine is the decision making, active, do-er, be-er aspect of God , while the Divine feminine is the loving, receptive, intuitive aspect. The masculine aspect of every person whether male or female expresses as strength, assertiveness, fearlessness, confidence, and courage while the feminine aspect expresses as intuition, empathy, love, and support in all aspects of daily living–each providing balance to the other.

When the balance of masculine and the feminine takes place in the spiritual evolutionary journey it is known as the “Mystical Marriage” and gives birth to a new and more spiritually evolved state of consciousness. Like everything in the three dimensional world, this spiritual reality manifests materially as male and female coming together as one from which a whole new person is created.

Lifetimes of separation belief and the naturally more aggressive nature of masculine energy has created belief systems that have allowed the Divine feminine to be denigrated , punished, abused, bought and sold, and relegated to being inferior to the masculine in every way. Even today, almost every consciousness still holds a bit of this energy because whether living as male or female, every person has in some way been subjected to these beliefs.

One facet of these teachings that remains alive and well in many areas of society (organized religion and traditional belief systems) is the belief that it is a woman’s job, duty, and spiritual obligation to serve the needs of others even to the detriment of her own self expression and that this constitutes love. As the ascension energies bring the masculine/feminine more closely into balance and self empowerment begins to come into expression, many women are confused.

Some choose to continue to repressing their creativity, ideas, plans, and dreams in the belief that acting on them would be wrong, selfish, unloving, and not spiritual while others are quietly or overtly stating; “No more.” Outdated and false concepts with regard to the Divine Feminine continue to be promoted by those who fear any change to their long held foundational belief system in the belief that allowing the feminine to be acknowledged as equal will diminish the masculine and is affront to their concept of a dominating male God.

Some men are choosing to reclaim and act on the obsolete concepts of masculinity presently being promoted, a few are trying to act more like women, while most are just confused about what their role as a man really is. At the same time some women think the answer is to suppress the feminine and assert the masculine while a few others are choosing to fall back into the old concepts of women as being “clinging vines” dependent on others and being less brave, intelligent, creative, wise, or spiritual than men.

It is a difficult and confusing time for anyone who does not understand that the masculine and feminine aspects of everyone are evolving to where both aspects remain intact while balancing and supporting each other.

Giving up your individuality out of a false sense of duty as a parent, friend, social worker of some sort is not love, humility, or spirituality, it is old programming. It is an insult to the God of one’s own true Self to consider it as being less worthy of support, love, help, and respect than another . Every person must love and respect their own Divinity if they are to love and respect that of another. It is important for both men and women to understand love never means allowing oneself to be physically, emotionally, mentally, or even spiritually abused or used.

Many care-giving situations are part of a person’s pre-birth spiritual contract with another and there are many instances where a soldier has willingly sacrificed his life for that of a comrade but we speak to situations where out of a false sense of duty, programming, false religious belief, or desire for praise, a person ignores their own Divine individuality.

Trust and allow your intuition to guide you in situations where others need you in some way. Don’t be afraid to reach out and say; “I need help”. Go within often to acknowledge and align with your Divine Self completeness which will allow it to begin manifesting outwardly as what is needed. It is the job of every spiritually awakened soul to have their hand ready to grab that of another should they reach out wanting help, but it is never their job to reach down into someone’s chosen self created gutter and force them out in the belief that you are saving them.

Spiritual empowerment is fully present in the consciousness of every person but is NOT entitlement, power over, control, or dominance. Spiritual empowerment is the courage to speak your truth, make your own decisions, choose what you want in life not bowing to what others or society chooses for you. Divine empowerment is a state of consciousness that knows God is expressing Itself individually through every person and that love is the realization that everyone including self as well as all life are Divine, presently having three dimensional experiences.

Allow your Real Self to be your safety, security, guidance, teacher, support, life, and reality.

Everything you experience through the senses is temporary.

Every sight, sound, emotion, circumstance, relationship, possession, success and disappointment appears within your awareness, remains for a time, and eventually changes form.

When this truth is deeply understood, the experiences of life begin to fall into their rightful place.

The difficult moments no longer seem eternal. The painful chapter no longer becomes the definition of your entire story.

You begin to remember: This too shall pass. Yet this wisdom does not apply only to suffering. The beautiful experiences are temporary too.

Joy, success, recognition, comfort and even the circumstances you once dreamed of creating are also moving expressions within the Divine Flow. Enjoy them fully, appreciate them deeply, but do not cling to them.

Attachment begins when you demand that something temporary become permanent.

Suffering begins when you build your identity around something that was always meant to change.

To transcend the temporary does not mean withdrawing from life. It means participating completely while remembering that you are greater than anything you experience.

You are not the passing emotion. You are not the circumstance. You are not the victory or the loss.

You are the awareness within which all of these things arise. And that awareness is always discovered here and now.

The Divine Flow does not exist yesterday. It does not exist tomorrow. It exists within the Eternal Now — the timeless space in which life continuously appears, transforms and dissolves.

Allow experiences to come. Allow experiences to go. Love without possessing. Receive without clinging.

Release without believing that something essential has been taken from you.

When you stop asking the temporary world to tell you who you are, something profound happens.

You begin to rest within that which does not come and go. You transcend the temporary. And you remember the Eternal within yourself.

Do you wonder why you are here? Do you wonder about those things that you cannot truly know? For how can you when there is no one to tell you? So we ask, do you ever feel that you have come to the crossroads of life and wonder about your existence here? Is there meaning, or is that understanding too deep to know? Is it that you are to know but do not know how to access the information from a trustworthy resource? Was it once known, but now is no longer that? Do you see there are many questions you might ask yourself, but we wonder if you have asked any of those deeper, more significant questions within the course of your day? Would it be worthwhile to know something that is a strategic question and warrants discovery even if you do not believe that to be so?

Are You Here by Happenchance?

You see, you’ve been here for a time and more time than you might want to know. It is that you have gotten used to the surroundings that surround you. You do not ask, for the mind has no interest in what you might discover there, as it might interrupt the control it has maintained throughout this and other lifetimes. You see, the mind is not your friend in these times. In these times of wanting and garnering a greater understanding of what you might now understand, ask for more. It is that you have been on an adventure that has turned into something other than that. You have been waylaid in a way of significance, but you do not see this, for how can you when you do not question each and everything that comes to your door?

Do you see there is resistance to knowing a bit more that has kept you steadfast and returning here lifetime after lifetime? Do you see the need for something new to enter into your framework of understanding? It is that new things must exist in your future days here, or these ongoing lifetimes will repeat and occur in an ongoing way that has no known exit or means of advancement.

Change Your Future

It is that change is in the air. All is a choice. Change is about you and always a wonderful preference to prefer. It is that many do not want change because of the inability for them to know the outcome it suggests. It is that you must want more today than yesterday. It is that you must consider more than you considered before. Recognize that you are on the threshold of discovery. But not knowing this or who to trust or where to look, what do you do? Might we suggest that you have found what you are looking for? Might we suggest that this is it? Might we suggest that you need not wander and wonder about this understanding, for it is firmly affixed in the bedrock of reality. It is not conjectured by the mind or in a mental way that you might question as before. It is firm and steadfast. It is valid and true.

We have such a wonderful view of all of you from the ninth dimension, and we see you all as being more powerful than you know yourselves to be. One of the ways in which we help you is to remind you of how powerful you are, and one of the ways that we do that is by reminding you of who you are. You could say that we operate at a frequency that is closer to the frequency of Source, and therefore we remind you that you have access to this frequency as well.

We remind you energetically, as well as with our words, and that is significant. It is more significant than many of you think. It is more important for you to know who and what you really are than it is for you to have any other piece of information, and that includes information regarding your true history and extra-terrestrials and everything else that seems like it’s a bit of a mystery to you there on Earth.

Remembering who you are is something you then want to put into thought, word, and action. It’s one thing to know it, and it’s another thing to live it. And sometimes we help you to remind you of how to live there on Earth as a being who understands their true divine nature. As you live in that way, you also see others through the eyes of Source, and seeing others through the eyes of Source is very important.

We know that you ultimately want to see all of your fellow human beings as other aspects of Source Energy, God, the One, Prime Creator—whatever the word is that you use to describe the Being that is responsible for all of this. And we also know that the other humans you share planet Earth with often make it very hard for you to see them as Divine Beings of Light and Love, and that is because they have forgotten who they really are. If they knew who they really were and are, then they would not feel the need to speak and act in ways that you would find deplorable.

They make it harder for you to then be who you really are in response to them, but that is your work. And by doing your work, you then get to live a better life, and you can show others how to do it, and remind them of who they really are, even if they don’t believe you. You can still see them as they truly are, even if they refuse to accept it for themselves.

Again, this is a bit tricky and it’s a challenge, but it’s a challenge you signed up for. Really, it is the biggest challenge that you face, and if you set the intention every morning when you woke up to do that, to see everyone as a Source Energy being, including yourself, we know you would have a much better day. It’s staying in the knowing that allows you to ascend. It’s staying in the knowing that will give you the keys to the kingdom and everything that you want within it.

You will stand out. People will take notice, because not many people are doing it. But it is the definition of being awake spiritually in action, as far as we are concerned.

Today I wanted to briefly share the following:

When Earth humans feel loneliness, typically they immediately conclude that they need to go spend time with their partner or with a friend.

Certainly that can be the case. However, you might find that after you do this, you still feel lonely. That’s because actually five different kinds of loneliness exist, and understanding that can help you meet your needs better:

“Friendship loneliness”: in this case you are missing just hanging out with friends or with your partner, grabbing a drink, spending time together and perhaps engaging in shared hobbies. You can but don’t necessarily need to have emotionally intimate conversations with them to scratch this itch.

“Intimacy loneliness”: in this case just casually hanging out with your partner or friends won’t satisfy you. Here you want to feel seen and appreciated and loved. Stereotypically in this situation women want an emotionally intimate conversation and then they feel satisfied. Whereas men in this situation want sex and then they feel satisfied. Though obviously that isn’t true for all men and for all women. Still, keep in mind that it’s possible that your partner might want or need to solve this “intimacy loneliness” in another way than you do, and that doesn’t make them broken.

“Community loneliness”: here you feel lonely because you’re not part of a solid, good community where people know each other and are willing to help each other out. Being part of such a community is actually a need that many people have. You can’t fully scratch this itch by having good intimacy with your partner and regularly hanging out with friends.

“Self-connection loneliness”: this is the desire to see, love and accept yourself. Here the solution isn’t to go talk to other people: it’s to look inside.

“Existential loneliness”: here you feel lonely because you don’t have a direction or purpose in your life, or because a loved one just died, or because you haven’t emotionally come to terms with the fact that one day you will die / transition. Yes, sometimes this too is felt as loneliness. What can help here is spirituality, philosophy or making art.

It’s awful that just meeting your basic needs there on Earth is so tough, but energies are rising — while it might seem right now that everyone’s going insane, things really are moving slowly in the right direction.
