The year 2012 has been a year like no other in the history of the Earth. Many major historic developments continue to unfold on a daily basis clearly signaling an epic shift of life upon the Earth is well underway.

Many researchers have speculated the end of the year 2012 also marks the conclusion of a long imposed quarantine placed upon the Earth eons ago. This quarantine apparently had a two-fold purpose: For one to keep destructive interference by extra-terrestrial races coming from other worlds to a bare minimum. Secondly and far more importantly, to prevent humans from venturing too far out into space and causing mayhem in areas they have no business involving themselves. Come the close of 2012 –– it is a whole new ball game. (Visit our Disclosure section.)

Due to our violent and war-torn history, the human race has a reputation which, to say the least, causes great concern for other citizens of the galactic society.

From the outset, our planet was created by highly advanced beings with a very special caveat –– the Earth would be one of a total free will nature, perhaps like no other planet in the universe.

Free will essentially means the people of this planet are free to act without constraints, without conditions and without other any outside interference. Thus, ET races for the most part have had to adhere to a strict hands-off policy when it has come to interacting with Earthlings. This is known as “the Prime Directive.”

EVIDENCE FOR ET INTERACTION 

Yet, much evidence has been discovered in recent years regarding a very direct influence of several ET races upon the Earthly inhabitants. Particularly, by a race of beings known as the Annunaki (also known as the Annuna), who apparently arrived some 450,000 years ago and forever changed the course evolution of the human race.

The theory goes like this –– the Annunaki, needing a ignorant, manageable work force to mine vast amounts of gold found on our planet, genetically engineered human DNA in order to quickly alter very primitive man to the more modern version which we find today.

Researchers such as Zecharia Sitchin, Graham Hancock, Michael Tellinger,David Hatcher Childress, William Henry, Erich von Däniken, Marshal Klarefeld, Giorgio A. Tsoukalos, David Wilcock, among many, many others, have meticulously explored the history of extra-terrestrial involvement with humans.

Even cable television shows such as the excellent Ancient Aliens on the History Channel, now it’s fourth season, has delved deeply into this untold history of mankind and ET’s, which has never been mentioned in the text books found in universities and high school curriculums.

Given all of this information, we are left with one dominant question –– if there was a non-interference policy towards the Earth, why were the Annunaki, for one, allowed to have such a profound influence upon human life?

Perhaps we can speculate, despite the motives of the Annunaki towards a self-serving agenda in creating a human work force, they may have been granted special permission to interact with humanity as part of an overall grand plan to speed up evolution by leaps and bounds. After all, the Earth was an experiment and the human race was a test species to see if life could thrive on a such a planet uniquely created and challenging as ours.

In other words, perhaps the Annunaki were willing to do the research and scientific work necessary to upgrade the human race which resulted in a ramping up of our evolutionary track. After all, we have gone from the horse and buggy to landing on the moon in about 100 years of evolution, which is nothing short of astounding!

There is no question there was a major step forward on the Darwinian evolutionary scale from Homo Erectus to Homo Sapien man. This noticeable gap has perplexed scientists for centuries so much so the term “missing link”has been used to explain this extraordinary evolutionary leap of mankind.

Nonetheless, the Annunaki angle to the story remains highly controversial and open to numerous interpretations. As the truth embargo is rapidly in a free fall, we can safely expect much more verifiable information to come forth to finally reveal the true story of the Annunaki in the not-too-distant future. Ultimately, if the Annunaki prove to be a real part of our history, then we must assume they had a Divine purpose in coming to Earth and interacting with human beings.

On the other hand, there has been substantial proof of much more indirect interaction between higher evolved beings and the people of the Earth in order to assist the human race down the evolutionary path. This proof has come in the form of the ancient tales of legendary Gods in Sumerian, Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Mayan, Indian and Native American lore, among many other age-old cultures. In fact, nearly all of the ancient cultures may have had some form of God-like beings arriving to offer assistance, yet appear to come out of nowhere.

Finally of course, when it comes to ET interaction, we have to consider perhaps the most controversial group of aliens of all known collectively as “the Greys,”or “the Alien Greys”. With their eerie reptilian-like appearance, big black eyes and robotic demeanor, the Greys often invoke terror among many people who have heard about them. The fear has been perpetuated by books, Hollywood movies and TV shows, as well as, many first-hand accounts of abductees.

But according to author Dolores Cannon, the Greys are not to be feared at all. In fact, she contends the Greys have been assisting humanity by using the abductions to upgrade our DNA in order to acclimate our bodies for the new higher vibrational Earth. She has chronicled this version of the story in her best-selling book “The Custodians: Beyond Abductions”.

On the other hand, Dr. Steven Greer has stated there is yet another form of Greys known to exist which shockingly are manufactured by our own government as part life form and part robotic beings. These creatures, known as PLF’s (Programmed Life Forms), are used to frighten abductees so they will fear and loathe aliens out of hand to create a propaganda campaign, all in an effort to sabotage the success of any kind of official disclosure announcement forthcoming.

Like Dr. Greer, I subscribe to the notion extra-terrestrials are not a threat to humanity in the overall big picture and never have been. Rather, the major danger to our species has come from our own kind. When we examine our own tragic history, it is our fellow humans have been the ones most guilty of causing mayhem and destruction on our planet –– bar none!

Perhaps one of the most ironic factors in this whole discussion is the notion human beings may not have even have been the first humanoid species to arrive on the planet. Many believe the inner Earth was inhabited first by a group of highly evolved species who are already living in a 5th dimensional world of peace, love and harmony and remain so to this day.

These inner Earth beings were established as the official stewards of Mother Earth and entrusted in caring for the planet. They have interacted only remotely with surface dwelling humans and when they have done so it has been with extreme caution. We also should consider perhaps some of the UFO sightings which have been reported, especially over the last 65 years, may not necessarily be those from other worlds but from our own inner Earth.

RAMPING UP FOR DISCLOSURE

When considering the modern era of ET interaction with the human race we have to go back to the time period of the end of World War II which saw the use of devastating atomic weapons upon our planet.

According to Dolores Cannon, the events which triggered the rash of UFO sightings was the detonation of nuclear bombs at the tail end of World War II in 1945 upon the people of Japan. This monumental act of aggression and destruction, although successful in ending a world war here on Earth, sent a alarm bells throughout the universe.

Apparently, it was the last straw as suddenly dozens upon dozens of ET races decided it was time to pay close attention to what was happening on this little planet tucked away in a remote part of the galaxy.

A pre-eminent decision was then made by the highest of the higher realms –– something had to be done with Earth and its people, otherwise they were going to destroy themselves and their own planet. The decision which was made in order to save the Earth’s people from eons of karma, chaos, war and violence without violating our free will, it became necessary to move the entire planet into a higher state of existence –– namely the 5th dimension. The only way this objective could be accomplished was to create a whole new planet in the a higher dimensional existence. Thus, a new Earth.

We are now very far down the path to the new Earth, as more and more UFO’s appear in our skies, more and more elaborate crop circles appear in our farm fields and more and more amazing developments continue to unfold in our world on a daily basis.

FLYING SAUCERS SIGHTED AND COINED IN WASHINGTON STATE

The first known (widely distributed) UFO sighting in America, occurred in the state of Washington by Kenneth Arnold, a pilot, in 1948 near the base of Mount Rainier. His description gave rise to the modern term “flying saucer”.

The state of Washington figures prominently within the fascinating lore of the whole modern-day UFO phenomenon. Resplendent with several majestic mountains such as Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams and Mt. St. Helens, Washington state has been a hotbed for UFO activity since the 1940′s, thus becoming the first area of the country to become associated with the phenomenon.’

UFO’S SIGHTED IN RAINIER, WASHINGTON IN 2012

According to a posting found on the KOMO News Seattle website, a spectacular UFO was documented flying through the little town of Rainier, Washington in an area very near to the Awakening Center.

Several images were captured on film by an amateur photographer and show a ship which appears to be of a luminous translucent variety with a distinctly red hue. A total of three images were posted on the KOMO News site and all are quite impressive, particularly the third photo which featured a breathtaking close-up of the ship and considering the photographer was shooting these images at night.

JAMES GILLILAND’S ECETI RANCH IN TROUT LAKE, WASHINGTON

Located at the foothills of Mt. Adams in the southern part of Washington state lies the ECETI Ranch in beautiful Trout Lake. The ECETI Ranch is easily one of the most amazing hot spots for UFO activity in the country, as numerous sightings of ships have been routinely caught on film.

Lightships, orbs are paranormal phenomenon are amazingly common. I have personally witnessed some of the most astounding UFO displays I have ever seen during my three visits in the years 2010 and 201. In fact, during the very first few days of visiting ECETI, I witnessed more UFO sightings than the rest of my life combined. These sightings occurred both during the light of day as well as at night.

THE CURRENT STATE OF DISCLOSURE

Disclosure is an inevitability and the increasing amount of UFO activity being witnessed and recorded is proof positive we are rapidly arriving at the point when the tightly controlled information about this phenomenon can no longer be controlled by our governments and military. At some point, they may be simply embarrassed into admitting the extra-terrestrials are here.

In 2012, UFO sightings are at all-time high. The plethora of UFO videos and photographs found on the internet overwhelming while more and more contactees are stepping forward to reveal their encounters with ET’s.

In addition, more and more foreign countries are opening up their long sequestered UFO files to reveal their governments have been investigating these reports for many decades. We are clearly heading towards a breakthrough.

Many are speculating we have finally reached the point where we will be introduced to the beings from other worlds any time now. Yet with only two short months remaining in the year, it may be a tall order to expect official disclosure to occur by 2012, particularly given the word about a galactic-imposed quarantine around the Earth which ends in December of this year.

Most likely as humanity prepares itself for the Golden Age, we are going through a step-by-step process which at this stage of the game is still in the revealing mode as government, military, economic, political, media and corporate corruption is exposed on a daily basis. Many, many people remain in a dire need of a wake up call which will jar them out of their deep slumber to realize all major world institutions have lied about to us about our place in the world along with our true origins. Their fears and apprehension about extra-terrestrials must be respected and honored.

What seems apparent is there are some vital preliminary steps which are necessary before the human population is ready for an official disclosure announcement. Most importantly, a solution must be revealed for the world-wide economic crisis which has been engineered by the global elite to bring about a so-called New World Order, which is failing at every level.

Much progress has been made on those fronts yet we still sit remain in crisis mode although one which is rapidly fading away. When a critical mass of people on the planet are consciously ready, disclosure will happen in an unstoppable fashion.

Know this –– the most amazing, magnificent world is emerging, day-by-day at this remarkable time in human history. This world will be beyond your wildest dreams, it will beyond your greatest desires. It is a world of total love, peace, abundance, vitality, health and joy.

Our families from the stars will be an integral part of this world and each and every day we move ever closer to a great reunion for the ages. This reunion must be conducted with the utmost care and concern for every member of the human race as it will forever change life on planet Earth. Religions, theology, world history and the perception of who and what we are as humans will never, ever be the same. There is nothing to fear, there is nothing to lose, save for ignorance.

And here we are right now, standing on the threshold of a quantum-shifting paradigm.

Have patience. Our brothers and sisters from the stars are coming, and in fact, many are here right now. They are as anxious to reunite with us as we are with them. And what a reunion it will be.

*RED ALERT: FEMA Making Preparations to Postpone Presidential Elections in Wake of Sandy

The Federal Emergency Management Agencyis preparing for Hurricane Sandy to disrupt next week’s elections, agency Administrator Craig Fugate said Monday afternoon.

[Translate] FEMA has just reported that they are preparing for Hurricane Sandy to disrupt next Tuesday’s Presidential elections. Will Obama declare Martial Law along the US east coast due to the massive devastation and become the defacto der fuhrer by suspending elections? The Federal Emergency Management Agency is preparing for Hurricane Sandy to disrupt next week’s elections, agency Administrator Craig Fugate said Monday afternoon. From Politico: “We are anticipating that, based on the storm, there could be impacts that would linger into next week and have impacts on the federal election,” Fugate said on a conference call with reporters.

But any potential tinkering with Election Day would bring a bevy of legal issues. “Our chief counsel’s been working on making sure that we have the proper guidance,” he added. “We’re going through the regulatory policy and making sure all that’s in place and we can support it.” It appears that only local elections would be impacted- but such a situation could result in a nightmare as most of America would vote on Tuesday and then wait indefinitely for the Northeast to hold their elections: Based on what little legal precedent there is — most of which is because of concerns over terrorism — plus the role of the states in administering elections, the president and Congress aren’t very likely to step in, according to Winkler.

A prominent example is New York’s Sept. 11, 2001, mayoral primary was postponed due to the terrorist attacks on that city. Winkler also pointed to the 2004 election, during which concerns about terrorist attacks disrupting the election swirled. The House of Representatives that year overwhelming passed a resolution declaring that “the actions of terrorists will never cause the date of any Presidential election to be postponed; and … no single individual or agency should be given the authority to postpone the date of a Presidential election.” With Obama now behind in nearly all polls, does anyone think he would not jump at the opportunity to use his power to postpone the elections? However, the report theorizes that presidential emergency power could be used to delay an election — specifically, if “attacks, disruptions and destruction are so severe and so dangerous in certain localities, particularly in crowded urban areas, that the President under a rule of necessity may look to protect the public safety by federalizing State national guard and restricting movement and activities in such areas which would obviously affect the ability to conduct an election at those sites.”

If any changes are made, expect whichever campaign that loses the election to make a historic stink and file nearly every imaginable lawsuit: Of course, expect any change to Election Day to bring a host of lawsuits. Without much precedent to go on, though, Winkler predicts courts will back up any changes made in Sandy’s wake. “Just as the parties tend to come together to solve these kinds of crises, the courts usually recognize the legitimacy of these pragmatic workarounds,” Winkler said. While it is far too early to predict how this will play out, we are reminded of the words of the Obama Administration’s Rahm Emanuel: ‘never let a good crisis go to waste.‘

• 9. The Allies Briefings emphasize the grave danger in our accepting and becoming reliant upon ET technology offered by the Intervention. This will only lead to our becoming dependent on the “visitors,” resulting in our loss of freedom and self-sufficiency. No true ally of humanity would offer this to us. Here, our voices can have power in the Greater Community. At this moment the Intervention has few critics.

   

  But if enough people can become aware of it and speak out against it, the Intervention will be thwarted and must withdraw. This is the first step in humanity’s preparation for dealing with the realities of life in the Universe. This step and all the steps that follow give humanity its one great chance to overcome its long-standing conflicts and to unite in its own defense for the preservation of the world.

   

  The Allies affirm that we as human beings have the spiritual and collective power to do this and that we must do this if we want to survive and advance as a free and independent race in the Greater Community.

Beloved Blue Ray and Light Bearers, you are the most dedicated souls of the highest frequency and sacred lineage, though you may feel you have not done enough.

You stood strong in the light of inner knowing, alone, as there were no churches or organizations to support who you truly were. You were not given a medal, a trophy or certificate for your dynamic work and efforts, and many looked at you as different – in your own world. Yet this other world kept you connected to your true spiritual roots.

Expand the God Consciousness, to evolve humanity, so they may reunite with your planetary brothers and sisters in the Galactic and Universal Counsels of Light. You, Blue Ray, along with the other rays of Indigo, Violet, Ruby, Crystal, Rainbow and more, came from ascended planets, systems and light realms carrying the specific coordinates of the perfect element of Nature and Creation.  NOTE; This is my answer to one of several friends who requested info about those who deceive us as untrue channelled material, after she read my poem;   A poem for the ''one's'' who deceive us

     Marique, (and light workers) I do not think you are foolish or a troll like the One's here. If you have been watching my blogs and re-posts in the last couple of mo's, you will see that I have been posting a lot about our new friends ''The Allies of Humanity'' And also I comment a a lot about our new found enemy called the VISITORS. And I am still reporting on them and commenting whenever I can.Friends are posting the vids from friends of humanity every couple of wks on this site and you can go to u-tube to see all 25 or 30 of these 10 min. vids. Now my opinion is this. We are being mislead  and deceived not only by the DC and the Archons but also even more so by the ''Visitors'' and I have been reading many many thousands of channeled blogs and articles over the last 25 yrs. And these Visitors have even fooled me and many other elders who have been into it for a long time, until this year.

This year we got so many predictions and events that was supposed to happen but never did, so we began to realize that the ones that we have been trusting the most have been lying to us OR its not them at all but another group pretending to be them, such as the GFL or Ashtar, st. Germain, Acturians, Jesus, Sananda and even our Creator father, christ Michael ect, ect.. So some of these go back 25 yrs or more so it was hard for me to say they are lying to us but rather we are being lied to, through the channells who many times were even fooled themselves. I didn't pay much notice before about the ''Visitors'' myself, and the Allies of Humanity until someone posted the vids up. Then it all came back to me. Yes of course, thats it. Our new friends explain who is really lying to us, the ''Visitors'' and that our old friends and Allies are not but we can't tell, when the real ones are there anymore because the fake ones have taken over, and they are very good at what they do. They can imitate anyone.

So through much ''DISCERNMENT ''  and all the non events we have came to realize when the fake ones are coming through , if we decide to read them at all, and most of the time I don't, but once in awhile I do, and when I catch a fake, cause I have been in it for so many yrs, I comment that it is a Fake and let everyone know, and also why its a fake. But not everyone can do that. You have to have studied for many yrs like us Elder light workers to know the truth from the untruth and I have done my home work in all of those yrs, being partly disabled, I had plenty of time to do this. So to answer your question directly, some times we are being lied to and sometimes not. The real ones have stepped back for awhile and let the fake one expose themselves, that is if we have discernment, which is very important.

Also we are concentrating on the Ascension event and less on what our space brothers have to say and on the conditions of the world, other wise it would all be to much, don't you think. OH, My goodness the ''Visitors'' are very busy today,

asking all the troll and shrills to come out to play.

The debunkers and there likes are having a party,

Its a all nighter,calling all there friends party harty.

Time is running out for them to stop us now, 

Were on a roll, Ascension is coming somehow.

There doing there very best tricks of Illusions,

disinformation seems to be there only solutions.

Come one, came all, as the tricksters used to say,

who wants to take a chance , here you will stay.

There hitting us hard and there hitting us low,

Trying to take us down to where they live below.

They pretend to be our leaders from up above,

but in reality they only pretend to send us Love.

There's no spiritual energy in the words they give,

Meaningless use of words from the place they live.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me,

They even pretend to be our Creator Father for all to see.

But in reality, they have an agenda same as the DC,

They plan to take us over if they can keep us in 3D.

open your eyes, discern what it is thats really on there mind.

In the center acre was the well. Each lot had a house on it, and each shared the water both for crops and for themselves. In the center where the well was there could also be a store and storage house where grains and common things would be kept as well as a group meeting house. This idea can be multiplied by eight, twelve, sixteen, etc. The same system can be employed into a much larger commune or community who has a total of 32 housing units on 162 acres or 64 on 324 acres, not including the outside bordering acreage.

It would be best to have 32 to 64 housing units on 200 to 500 acres (one hectare or three acres per family), if there were funds available for this size commune. For those starting small and planning to expand, it is essential to have first option on the surrounding property. That’s what I might plan to do here in Belize (or some other country in central America)since we have so much bush land with few people (only 250,000 and 95 percent of them live in the cities or towns) in a country the size of the state of Maryland. There’s no roads once we get off the main road and what little there is will tear a vehicle apart, such as it has to my Ford F150 so finally bought a 4x4 dodge 2500. Toyota is a strong truck too.

Co-ops can be in one large house, say with 10 to 12 people or two or three houses (not more than four which would be like the first fiefdom I talked about). The co-op could also be a community if it was 20 acres or more. We only need one acre per family to become self sufficient. Communities have done this first in Europe where land is scarce and expensive, then spreading to North America in suburbia and country areas. But to survive in the end times we need more or larger common grounds for growing grains together, the bigger the better, and the land needs to be as far away from civilization as possible.

If we are going to go remote or even a little bit off the main road, in countries where there are no good roads (in Central America for example) good 4 x 4s or 2 x4s of the same model will be needed for parts. It’s best to have the older models (with carburetors to run multi fuels) of Toyota, Isuzu, Jeep or Land Rover .Diesel is also popular and for the bigger and trucks,, Dodge,3/4 ton. And can run on alternative fuels as well.

Last night after I was correcting this part on military half round buildings, I had a visionary dream, and it was very intense about how to use them to cover our dome houses. Each one covered an acre, one each over every dome house. So there was eight of them, plus a center one to cover the area where all the people met or gathered together. There were three persons to a house with 24 persons to a cluster. Then as the commune grew, there could be a total of nine clusters with a maximum of 200 of people. Again, the center cluster would be a meeting place for all eight of the other clusters. That would be easier than trying to make one very large dome to cover them all. Although in my second vision I did see a large dome that opened and closed to cover them all, sort of like the ones they use in some football stadiums. But that would cost lots of money and time and there may not be enough time for this.

Speaking of time, this idea could also work for those late comers who wait until the last days when they see all the predictions coming true. They could take their groups of people, each family bringing in a school bus or, better yet, an Air Stream type trailer like the one I live in and set them up on a hill or very large mound and then cover them with these military type buildings and presto we have an instant community. We don’t have to build houses, just the half round structures to protect ourselves against high winds and fallout. But we still need the same belief system and to have our food, water, energy sources and supplies for five years plus.

Now being somewhat remote is easier said than done, as good roads are just as important as the land almost. Make sure to have free access that doesn’t cross a neighbor’s land. Of course, it is better if we don’t have to cross streams or rivers that may wash out because the weather conditions are going to get really heavy. This will cause the roads to be difficult to maintain and getting a road made is not easy here in Central America where all roads are made poorly. That’s why the commune is designed especially so we don’t have to make so many roads with easy access to houses. And again, everyone should have the same type or brand of 4 x 4, or posit-traction (both back wheels grab) which is almost as good as 4x4 and a lot cheaper to drive, this is what I had up until now. I now have a Dodge ¾ ton 4x4 diesel. Toyota is number one in small trucks and easier in getting parts.

Also each community should have their own mechanic and other repair skills as it is extremely difficult, almost impossible to find good and honest mechanics and other skilled persons. I have never found one yet in nearly seven years .My truck has broke down a lot with all the really bad roads, Plus my generators and many other things. And it’s been a total night mare to get auto's and motors fixed in Belize, and that applies to anything that you want to get fixed. And most of there warranties are no good on any thing that you buy including new items that you buy for your house. So be extremely careful down here! Belize is #5 in the world for crime per population! For nothing is as it seems to be, there’s great dishonesty here! Unfortunately the first thing you learn when you come to Belize is “Trust No One” and it still holds true. So bring everything you will need but don't leave new items in box's as they will charge you a high import tax. Auto's and bikes should be older than ten years for lower tax.

Motorcycles are a good form of cheap transportation but not in the rain. It is important to be really careful on the bad roads, especially at night. There are no center line markers here so people drive in the middle. The bigger the vehicle the more right-of-way is given and the hospitals are extremely poor, so you don’t want to get hurt as I did. I fell on wet maul road and fractured my hip which hasn't healed in two years. Three or four wheel motorbikes are safer down here but costly. Getting supplies can be a problem as well here and everywhere else when the financial market or SSG money changers collapse the dollar completely, which they plan to do soon.

So buying together, wholesale, and storing things is the best option. It’s best to have our own general store co-op that is run by a chosen group to take care of most of our needs, especially in the beginning when we are first setting up. There are so many things we will need, so many trips to town. It will be best to have a community bus that runs on alternative fuels, leaving once or twice a day to the nearest town, also best if its not more than one hour away in case of breakdowns or forgotten passengers. This community bus can be converted to storage of large loads, and it is much cheaper than individuals driving into town. In the beginning individuals driving will still be going on but in the end times there will be very little fuel and it will be very expensive. A converted bus for fuel and for passenger/storage combination will be the answer.

By 2011 in the 12^th month each community should have everything finished, roads, housing, supplies, etc. Growing food should have been well underway from the start, for we have a lot to learn.  ( This can now be put on hold until after the Ascension plan Dec.21-12 )It should be a rule that each new member have at least two skills the community needs, such as agriculturist, mechanic, carpenter, plumber, roofer or general building constructor, health provider, teacher, 12 volt alternative energy system specialist, etc.

This is most important because we can’t do all these things without them. Remember we need each other to survive. Belief system is number one and skills are number two. Otherwise we will be taking a chance it will fail. There is no going back. We can’t afford to fail. That’s why I wrote this book. Plus there are many more books out there. Choose one. Choose wisely. We only have one chance at this. By the way, all fuel is between 5 to 6 US$ here in Belize and rising almost weekly.  Hopefully when the DC is defeated, all the free energy inventions can be released especially for housing and transportation. We will still want to do Aquaponics for fun and health.

Conspiracy theorists: Hurricane Sandy ‘engineered’ to affect election

Here come the conspiracy theorists.

“Is Hurricane Sandy a ‘Mitt Romney’ Enginereed Storm?” That’s a question asked, straight-faced, in the title of one video uploaded to YouTube on Oct. 30.

Christopher Greene, a conspiracy-minded “alternative” radio host, argued during his Tuesday broadcast that the storm is “perfect timing” for Romney’s campaign. “In fact,” he said, “this is kinda like winning the lottery for Mitt Romney.”

“Which makes us ask the question: Is this an engineered storm? Could it perhaps be some kind of government HAARP program that is potentially reeling this storm in? Because this literally is the best thing that could happen for a Mitt Romney campaign.”

HAARP, the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program, is a government program jointly funded by the University of Alaska and several Pentagon agencies. Its purpose is to send radio signals into the ionosphere — a layer of the earth’s atmosphere that begins at about 52 miles off the ground — and measure their effects.

Scientists in the HAARP program hope to learn how to effectively transmit radio signals over greater distances in parts of the atmosphere that are most likely to see interference from the sun.

But Greene wondered aloud if President Barack Obama’s likely inability to manage Sandy’s after-effects in the few days remaining before the Nov. 6 election would doom his re-election chances.

“So this is very pessimistic for President Obama, very pessimistic for his campaign,” he said. “And it begs the question: ‘Is this an engineered storm?’

Greene isn’t the only one to say this out loud, nor was he the first. But others argue that if anyone engineered Sandy, it was the Obama administration.

Alex Jones, the Austin, Texas-based radio host whose listeners line up for tidbits about secret societies and “staged” elections, called the then still-approaching Sandy “the engineered storm of the century” on Oct. 26.

He charged during that day’s broadcast that in 1967 the federal government claimed that “with 10 aircraft,” a supervising meteorologist “could create hurricanes, he could kill hurricanes, he could strengthen hurricanes, he could weaken hurricanes.”

“It may be a natural storm,” he said. “But the fact is that because they have these weather weapon systems, we must look at this.”

Jones told his audience on Oct. 26 that the coming hurricane would “dominate the election now in the final stretch, right as Romney was coming up [in the polls],” creating an advantage for the president that Obama’s team could have created.

“You know, sometimes it takes them a week to two weeks to get all the power back on,” Jones said. “You know they’re going to try to delay the election if it knocks out the power to large cities. I mean, wow! … The police have been told [to] get ready for troops on the streets.”

“Now this storm — I’ve gotta be honest — I think it spells doom for Romney.”

At least 13 people were reported killed in the United States by Sandy, which dropped just below hurricane status before going ashore in New Jersey on Monday, according to officials and media reports. More than 1 million people across a dozen states were under orders to evacuate as the massive system continued to plow westward.

One disaster forecasting company predicted economic losses could ultimately reach $20 billion, only half insured.

The storm also slowed the presidential campaign at a key time ahead of next week's vote and closed US markets for two days.

Sandy, which was especially imposing because of its wide-raging winds, brought a record surge of almost 14 feet (4.2 meters) to downtown Manhattan, well above the previous record of 10 feet (3 meters) during Hurricane Donna in 1960, the National Weather Service said.

Water poured into the subway system and tunnels that run under the rivers around Manhattan, raising concerns that the world's financial capital could be hobbled for days to come.

Hurricane-force winds as high as 90 miles per hour (145 kph) were recorded, he said.

"Hopefully it's a once-in-a-lifetime storm," Tongue said.

Large sections of New York City were in darkness without power and transportation in the metropolitan area was at a standstill.

"In 108 years our employees have never faced a challenge like the one that confronts us now," Metropolitan Transportation Authority Chairman Joseph Lhota said in a statement.

It could take anywhere from 14 hours to four days to get the water out of the flooded subway tunnels, the MTA said.

"The damage has been geographically very widespread throughout the entire subway, bus, LIRR (Long Island Railroad) and Metro North system, MTA spokesman Aaron Donovan said.

50-plus homes burn

The unprecedented flooding was hampering efforts to fight a massive fire in one of the city's barrier island neighborhoods, Breezy Point in the borough Queens, the New York Fire Department said. More than 170 firefighters battled a fire that destroyed more than 50 homes.

Two people were reported dead in New York City - a man in a house hit by a tree and a woman who stepped into an electrified puddle of water. Two other people were killed in suburban Westchester County, north of New York City, and a motor vehicle death in Massachusetts was blamed in part on the bad weather.

Two others were killed in Maryland in storm-related incidents, state authorities said, and deaths also were reported in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, CNN said.

Toronto police also recorded one death - a woman hit by flying debris.

Some 6.8 million people in several states were left without electrical power by the storm, which crashed ashore late on Monday near the gambling resort of Atlantic City, New Jersey.

In New Jersey, Exelon Corp declared an alert around its Oyster Creek nuclear power plant because of rising waters, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission said. Officials said if waters rose further, they might be forced to use emergency water supplies to cool spent uranium fuel rods.

An alert-level incident, the second-lowest of four action levels, means there's a "potential substantial degradation in the level of safety" at a reactor.

The storm's wind field stretched from South Carolina north to the Canadian border and from West Virginia to a point in the Atlantic Ocean halfway to Bermuda, easily one of the largest ever seen, the National Hurricane Center said.

Heavy snow fell in higher elevations of the Appalachian Mountain inland, and the population centers of Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington, DC, were in the slow-moving storm's path.

In New York, a crane partially collapsed and dangled from a 90-story luxury apartment building under construction in midtown Manhattan, and authorities evacuated residents in the area out of fear that high winds would bring the entire rig down.

Much of the city was deserted, as its subways, buses, commuter trains, bridges and airports were closed.

Neighborhoods along the East and Hudson rivers were underwater, as were low-lying streets near Ground Zero, where the World Trade Center once stood.

Power and back-up generators failed at New York University Hospital, forcing patients to be moved elsewhere for care.

In lower Manhattan, firefighters used inflatable orange boats to rescue utility workers stranded for three hours by rising floodwaters inside a power substation.

One of the Con Ed workers pulled from the floodwater, Angelo Amato, said he was part of a crew who had offered to work through the storm.

"This is what happens when you volunteer," he said.

Storm impacts markets, campaigns

Trees were downed across the region, falling debris closed a major bridge in Boston and floodwater and gusts of wind buffeted coastal towns such as Fairfield, Connecticut, home to many commuters into New York City.

With eight days to go before the election, President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney canceled scheduled campaign events and acted cautiously to avoid coming across as overtly political while millions of people are imperiled.

US stock markets were set to be closed on Tuesday. They closed on Monday for the first time since the attacks of September 11, 2001.

The federal government in Washington was closed and schools were shut up and down the East Coast.

NYSE Euronext said there had been no damage to the New York Stock Exchange headquarters that could impair trading floor operations but it was making contingency plans in case of such damage.

Sandy killed 66 people in the Caribbean last week before pounding US coastal areas.

Each family and house must have at least a five year supply of dried or dehydrated, canned or jarred food or some other means of protecting it for that long so that it doesn’t go bad. That’s a rule for each member of the family. This will be checked up on by the food group, whose job it is to see that we all have enough food supply. We will also have many seeds both for sprouting and growing food. I myself have been using sprouts grown in mason jars for many years now. It helps support my veggie needs. We can eat some of the sprout plants or let them grow into vegetables. Storing grains for five years is the biggest problem, but I’m sure we will find a way to do it.

Today I am sure there are other types of underground houses that will work as well. Most are not really totally underground, but about one half to three quarters or more. Underground housing offers protection other houses cannot possibly provide. And they can be made almost completely underground with an open front of plate glass (for the indoor green house) and a sky box (for lighting the rooms) and a few windows, but for our purposes we may need more sun light to be able to grow as much food as possible which will require more light inside.

I also like the military type of half round buildings (houses) that look like the top of a huge drainpipe cut in half. Also, it’s possible to bury them and complete the bottom half which could be made into more rooms, storage or a cellar. These types of buildings are also very strong and can withstand high winds. The only problem is the front and back. They need a little New Age remodeling to make them safer and to bring in more light to grow food. It would be best to set them inside a hill or mound.

Now there are also those who make round dome like buildings out of very large weather balloons which they put many layers of concrete over. Then when they are finished they burst the balloon. Many can also be connected together. Another possibility is to fabricate houses carved out of a hillside, but again these don’t have enough light to grow much food, only in the front part and their sky lights are very long providing low light. We also need lots of light for solar power.

“Energy” is our next biggest concern. I have lived all my adult life in RVs or trailers (currently an Argosy by Air Stream). There are many kinds of lights that can be used. 12 volt fluorescent lights are mostly what I use plus regular auto bulbs which have to be turned off when they’re not in use because they take more energy than fluorescent. Fluorescent 12 volt lights are not harmful like their brothers the 110 and 220 volts.

I also use propane lights inside and good old kerosene with additives outside and a Coleman gasoline pump light for emergencies. Yellow light draws fewer bugs. 12 volt halogen and LED lights will be the future way. Halogen is bright but we can’t touch it, and it uses more power than LEDs. The problem with LED lights is that they are not very bright. But today they are grouping them together and have salved that problem They also have portable lanterns that run on flashlight battery's but last a short time. Better to have them on battery's 12v. It will be much cheaper, I think this is the way of the future. They are also finding out now that we can grow plants with them like in the space shuttle, and NASA has a website that shows they are experimenting with them for healing as well for the astronauts in the space stations. So I think we should go in this direction ASAP.

As for cooking, that will be a small problem unless some new methods found by science are released down to us common folks. In Belize the price of propane just went up in one day by $1 BZ. So like everything else Big Brother has control, and I think we should go back to the old ways or at least a combination of them. A small potbelly stove for heat and cooking with wood or scraps would be good, backed up by methane from our toilets and animal dung. (photo is a100$ underground house)

But I don’t think we can supply all of our needs so I have been experimenting with a solar oven. It works but needs improvements. Basically it’s a well insulated box on legs with several layers of glass on top. The midday sun shines on it probably for four hours or so and cooks my tea and acts as an oven to slow cook other things, sort of like those slow cook crock pots. I am sure we will find more ways to do our oven cooking, plus we’ll be doing less cooking. But I still will have to have my teas that I use for many different kinds of healing as well as for taste. Teas and herbal healing teas are important, and can be stored in mason jars, like man other herbs. So keep lots of them stored up.

Underground or dome houses will radiate and hold heat and are easy to heat because of reflection in the winter and they hold the coolness of the night in the summer. I also use 12 volt fans both to vent air (hot) outside and to blow around air inside. My stereo is converted to 12 volt and I had a VCR and nine inch color television that worked on 12 volt (but it uses too much power). I have several generators, one Suzuki 900 watt that runs 12 hours on one gallon, two cycles, and a 2,000 watt Honda that I have converted to run on anything nearly. It’s a four stoke. I start it on gasoline, with the magic additive in it (“acetone”.1/4 ounce per gallon. I used a ¼ oz syringe (6ml) for mixing.

Which busts my running time from 6 hours to 10 hours. (1/8 for diesel or kerosene). Note; “Do not use for two stroke unless it mixes itself or if you use it immediately”. Then I can switch it to run on kerosene . Or I can start it and switch it to a propane tank, but I only use it on the weekends when I charge my deep cycle batteries, and use my DVD player and television. I only have 2x 100 amp battery's now. I believe we will need much more later. We should note here that the generators are getting smaller with the same power out put.

I also have a 700 watt solar panel that provides about half of my power,when the sun shines. We need to put them all over the roof tops. There are new ones out now that can contour to the roof and can catch inferred rays as well. Besides solar we need to use wind power. The Danish are really leading the field in this. They have whole villages running on wind generators. Next we need to have a stream of water, which is very important, that can be used for water turbines and the Canadians are the leaders in this field. The stream can also be used for irrigation and back up water supply.

I forgot to mention that this stream could also fill or feed a small pond which we could grow fish, both for eating and selling at the markets or road side, especially since all of our streams are polluted and fish are poisoned and expensive, even here in Belize. I know because I got mercury poisoning from the fish I bought from a street vender one year ago.

Belize has two hydro plants and soon a third one from China that already pours eight times the legal amount of mercury into the river here and soon it will be 12 times. It’s killed the river, and all they had to do to prevent this was to clear the land before they flooded it. The Canadians have hydro that doesn’t pollute or kill the life in the waters and lets the fish flow through. But it was the Canadians who over saw the building of the first hydroelectric and released the first mercury poison. Note here that the first plant has already broken twice and when it goes all three will brake as they are in line and will wipe out every thing in there path. Many lives will be lost. What a great waste of IMF money.

Lastly,US, Japan ,India and others have invented generators that are self powered and that runs on magnets. It only takes a small motorcycle battery to start it. Then it runs by itself. We can power a house or commune with it and it uses no fuel. If only Big Brother would let it come out on the market. They don’t want us to use any of these energy efficient machines. The French have made a car now that runs on compressed air to start it and then also supplies most of its own air needs. So we can fill it up at the gas station for the price of air.

There are many electric cars out there that are much better than the new gas hybrid electric ones on the market that only get 60 miles per gallon. These can get 200 miles on the battery before they need to be recharged which equals 200 mpg, with generator running. There is also a small pickup truck coming out soon by a small private firm. It would be great if only Big Brother would allow them on the market as well so that the price of 50,000$ US would come down to less than half that price. Science and technology are moving very fast now from all of the stolen technology we got from our space brothers. If the SSG won’t let us have them, then we will have to create it ourselves or do like they did during the Great Depression and WWII converting the vehicles to run on charcoal, partly burnt wood or coal. Where there’s a will, there’s a way We just have to put our heads together and figure it all out. That’s why we need people in our communes and communities who have these skills so we can provide all of our own energy sources. Big Brother is now clamping down and fuel is getting very, very expensive. Belize has its own sweet crude oil (mostly pure gasoline ,that only needs filtering), half of which is given away (IMF) and Guatemala gets the rest.

Belize also has one of the world’s largest supplies of propane in the ocean, but so far they haven’t touched it. I think they (Big Brother) are waiting for the price to go higher, and we the people will never see it because the World Bank will get it. We are paying $3 US a gallon for propane and $5 US a gallon for gasoline in 2007 and 2008, even though we have our own. Something is really wrong here, as well as in the rest of the world. Natural resources should not be owned by companies but by the people or by honest governments, if they exist.

Breaking away from the corrupt governments or society is, in my belief, the only reliable solution. If we wait for the corrupt companies to change or the corrupt governments then we won’t make it through. We have to find the solutions ourselves and become as totally free from them as possible. To become self sufficient is our only way out now. We can’t depend on them for our survival now. It won’t happen. The NWO plan to destroy most of us and the rest will be completely controlled by them to support them (to do their dirty work), “the 666” that Christians talk about.

We won’t be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast. But we can still trade and provide for ourselves. If we are quiet and not seen, being in a remote location, hopefully they will leave us alone, especially if we don’t pose a problem to them. It’s our only hope. We can’t fight or change the system anymore. It’s too large, evil and corrupt. We can only change ourselves and provide for ourselves by becoming self sufficient. This way we can take our power back that we gave to them. Let them destroy themselves, as we wait out the storm safely. But we must begin now, today.

The last part of the communes and communities has to deal with how the houses are set apart or located. I received or channeled this information one year after revising my last book. Here is a picture of how it is set up, because a picture is worth a thousand words.

The simplest one looks like the picture in the I Ching book, of the old Chinese fiefdom system. With four lots of one acre each, four lots for growing food, and a one acre shared area in the center that all of them border, totaling nine acres in all. I believe every family or group of persons must grow their own garden, whether it is in a commune or community. And for those only in a commune, it will be only a part of the food, the rest will be grown collectively, that is we share work time in the fields or green houses to produce grains like corn, rice, wheat, barley, etc. And the crops will be shared collectively by all. And, of course, it must be organic. That’s why I believe green houses, especially outdoors, is the best form of not only controlling the bugs but also poison from the “chem.- trails” we get daily. Also there will be more on “chem.- trails” and volcano ash fallout later. We will need dome shaped outdoor greenhouses with large semi-porous coverings that go to the ground. We can control the amount of water and sun light as well. Greenhouses are important also for the small gardens where we can grow vegetables for sale in the local markets.{Update; Aquaponics seems to be the answer. Growing fish and veges. The fish waste feeds the plants suspended in water and the plants can provide food for the fish and clean the water at the same time}

Food will be a great necessity in the very near future when the earth changes become too great for the commercial farmers and great loss of crops will occur from drastic weather, also because “the money changers” are creating a financial collapse and are now controlling “shortages” of food. The next big crisis conspiracy will be food. So food and shelter plus basic necessities and fuel will not be easy to attain. But if we take control back from “Big Cabal Brother” then perhaps we can survive no matter what happens, till we ascend!

If we can produce our own food, we can survive and be much healthier than we are now from all the chemicals and poisons in our so called “food” that they feed to us. Most all of the so called food we buy and especially the processed foods are dead and poisoned plus controlled. Let’s take the power away from them and put it back into the hands of the people because controlled “poisoned food, pharmaceutical drugs, “chem.-trails” and viruses are all weapons to kill us off.

Unfortunately, most of us don’t know how to grow our own food. We need to learn this first. We need help from our organic farms and communities like some of the old fashion Mennonites we have here in Belize. We could learn a thing or two from them. And we should also use new methods developed at the universities that have come out as well as the old ones. That’s why we need people in our communes who have this knowledge to teach others how to grow food correctly! They will be the first skills that we need to learn to start with.

Those who control the world market (NWO), including food, have already started a false food crisis. Incoming proof will be perceived very soon and together they will collapse the economy and things are going to be very hard for all for many years to come. As for animal husbandry, I don’t know much. Even though I was raised in the country my family didn’t grow much food or raise animals. We lived on canned food and packaged food like people do today. Still I have a pretty good idea of what to do by observing some of my relatives and others I have known who raised food and animals. But I don’t know how we are going to be able to take care of them or house them when things get too rough.

So I would say, keep it simple.

Use only animals that can provide basic necessities like chickens for food and eggs. Goats seem to be high on the list as their milk is much better than cow milk and they can mow the lawn for us at the same time so we don’t need to provide much food or shelter for them. Cheese from goats is good and so is yogurt. Goats are easy to take care of. I think we can even eat them, but I wouldn’t want to. In the end times we may all be vegetarians anyway. I’ll stick with my chicken and fish until then. I have been a vegetarian in the past, and there are many different kinds of them. I even did some micro-biotic food too/.

Pigs are out of the picture. Besides being dirty they require lots of work and the meat is bad for us. I would suggest rabbits for those who have to have meat sometimes and they reproduce very quickly and they can be sold at the market for food or pets.

Since we’re on the subject of food, the commune in North Scotland called Findhorn is one of the very best. They are extremely spiritual and grow the largest and best vegetables in the world “in the cold dunes.” They started in the early 1970s as well and are still going strong today. Congratulations!

Findhorn works with the divas or fairies of the plant world to grow vegetables in the high desert and to teach them spirituality. They also have amazing houses that withstand the high winds and wet cold there. Look them up on the Internet. They have several books out as well. Many people have visited them and wrote about them and there are many videos featuring them. They also hold seminars on various important subjects we need to know about in these changing times. I highly recommend them. They are a perfect example of what we need to do.

Back to the animals, I don’t believe we should keep any animals just as pets. I am a dog lover. I have a black and tan male and a female white German Sheppard’s (wolf inbred). They protect me and my property well. Having animals for protection is okay and useful, same as herding, hunting or working dogs. I am not a cat person. I see no use besides pets for them, except if we have a rodent problem. I was raised in the country. Cats and dogs were kept outside. We hardly fed the cats. They had to find rodents to eat. As far as horses go, it’s the same thing. If they’re going to be worked, say for transportation or work horse plowing or grinding corn, etc. then they are worth the trouble in feeding and taking care of them.

There will be a problem of food shortages in the future and if there are too many mouths to feed, large families will be borrowing from their neighbors and we can’t afford that. Better to keep it down to one or two children, no more. Schooling can be done at home or in one of the community centers or both. We need to teach our children well. They are our future. They become whatever we program into them.

I have seen some amazing children, raised outside of the system in small groups of families or communities. They were super intelligent and balanced. Many who come down here now are called star children or indigo children. Many of them are incarnating down from the mother ships and are born from us Star Seeds. They will shape our future. I once saw a hybrid child, large brown eyes and large head, out of proportion with his body in Eugene, Oregon. His mother couldn’t say who his father was. Anyway, they are all special. They know things that we do not. They learn faster and can handle more information than many adults. That is if they are the chosen ones. I believe we will also see more of these hybrids down here soon as we get closer to the paradigm shift and as our space brothers are now making themselves known. I think they keep in close contact with these star children.

We have to be very careful with these Star Children. With them we can’t tell lies like Santa Claus and Easter bunnies, then tell them later it was a white lie. It doesn’t work that way with them. They’re already ahead of us in many ways. Their genes and DNA codes are different. They’re more ready for the dimensional shift than most humans. We might say they are or have been programmed for this shift. We, on the other hand, had to deprogram ourselves and reprogram, even though most of the chosen ones have some of this higher DNA left over from the Garden of Eden in them. We can change the future by changing ourselves and our children. Cosmic consciousness is a reality that requires making correct decisions with the help of our higher self and replacing incorrect thoughts with correct ones. And for these children, they won’t need to do so much of that as we had to do because we will give them a correct program from the beginning and then let them do much of their own programming.

As ye sow, so shall ye reap. Children not only look but act like their parents. So when we see a confused child we know one or two of their parents are confused. When their parents do their re birthing, they will affect the children in turn. It would be best if families do not have marriage problems and if children do not have many problems. The life in a commune is very close knit. We will depend on each other greatly. We won’t have time to handle family problems created by the system and “nine to fivers.”

All people and families who join communes must already have made the change at least some what into higher consciousness. Those who want to join will be allowed to visit for a certain time and can attend some of the events in the commune. Then they can make a request for entry. The board will vote on it. Whether or not they can become a new member will be considered, and maybe even a test will be given because our lives will depend on each other. Also they must have skills that the community needs.

“Housing” will be the next subject and a very important one as well. So called normal houses will be a thing of the past. We need to construct underground houses that can withstand 200 to 600 mile per hour winds because in the end times of the earth changes there will be many storms, fallout ash from volcanoes, even worse than the chem.-trails that we have now, which we will have to be protected from as well. And don’t forget the coming floods and the ocean rising by 50 to100 ft. and later up to 600 ft. and more, extreme hot or cold weather that could come depending on where we are located.

Our space brothers and our angelic masters all tell us to be in a safe place, meaning no where near the ocean. We must be at least 40 miles from it. And then it’s better to have a large 1000 foot hill or mountain between the ocean and us, and we also should not be near any large body of water which can and will flood as well. Plus it’s better to be located on as high of ground as is possible when building communities and communes. In my first visions I saw my commune and others upon high grounds with many hills surrounding and protecting us. Also there were some small mountains not so far away as we might just need them.

Our space brothers say that if it gets too heavy or bad down here for us, we should go to the mountains and they will come to pick us up there if necessary. The smaller mountains or hills will protect us somewhat from the high winds and possible floods. So we should build our houses underground in these hills, mountains or large mounds. If we don’t have them we have to make our own mounds as some cultures have in the past. So the higher up you are the safer you will be.

The underground houses I saw in my vision were dome houses mostly about three quarters underground with the top one quarter sticking out. It was more like an upside down egg house with the pointy end down into the ground or way underneath the ground. I didn’t see what it was made of, but it would have to be very strong, and both domes and eggs are strong. There were two living levels, the basement or lower floor had a cellar door where we stored our food supply just like in the old days when people still had cellars to keep their food for the winter. It was even cool in the summer time.

The first floor or main floor had rooms with doors facing the center of the room where there was a wood stove or something of that kind. The heat could radiate into all the rooms and there was a large light that also lit up the rooms. Plus each room had its own small light. Also in the center was a spiral staircase going up to the top floor. The top floor was mainly for the plants and animals. The plants were in boxes that came out about one yard from the wall all around. Most had dirt in them. Others were just water, I presume we were growing hydroponics. Most of the plants were sprouts and vegetables, some herbs and spices.

This indoor greenhouse contained our food supply, especially for emergencies when we could not grow food in our outdoor dome greenhouses. The top third of the dome seemed to be glass or plastic. We could see through it, so the light could get to our plants. We also got some oxygen from the plants. Our water supply probably came from the ground, although I am sure there was a back up system as well. The dome could catch water from the sky if it was pure. I have lived the past ten years on fresh rain water alone. It’s much better and safer than the fluoridated chlorine and controlled poison water by Big Brother.If you filter or drain out the Chemtrails!

They are all manufacturers of poison who are funneling millions of dollars into the campaign to try to defeat Proposition 37 in California (the GMO labeling bill). Why Did The Bundesbank Secretly Withdraw Two-Thirds Of Its London Gold?

Two days ago we reported that the German Court of Auditors demanded that the German Central Bank, the Bundesbank, verify and audit its official gold holdings consisting of 3,396 tons, held mostly offshore, namely New York, London and Paris, at least according to official documents. It also called for repatriation of 150 tons in the next three years to perform a quality inspection of the tungsten gold. Today, in a surprising development, via the Telegraph we learn that none other than the same Bundesbank which is causing endless nightmares for all the other broke European nations due to its insistence for sound money, decided to voluntarily pull two thirds of its gold holdings held by the Bank of England. According to a confidential report referenced by the Telegraph, Buba reclaimed 940 tons, reducing its BOE holdings from 1,440 in 2000 to 500 in 2001 allegedly “because storage costs were too high.” This is about as idiotic an excuse as the Fed cancelling its reporting of M3 in 2006 because “the costs of collecting the underlying data outweigh the benefits.” So why did Buba repatriate its gold? Ambrose Evans-Pritchard has an idea.

The shift came as the euro was at its weakest, slumping to $0.84 against the dollar. But it also came as the Bank of England was selling off most of Britain’s gold reserves – at market lows – on orders from Gordon Brown.

Peter Hambro, chair of the UK-listed gold miner Petropavlovsk, said the Bundesbank may have withdrawn its bullion in self-protection since it did not, apparently, have its own specifically allocated bars in London. “They may have decided that the Bank of England had lent out too much gold, and decided it was safer to bring theirs home. This is about the identification. Can you identify your own allocated gold, or are you just a general creditor with a metal account?”

The watchdog report follows claims by the German civic campaign group “Bring Back our Gold” and its US allies in the Gold Anti-Trust Committee that official data cannot be trusted. They allege central banks have loaned out or “sold short” much of their gold.

The refrain has been picked up by German legislators. “All the gold must come home: it is precisely in this crisis that we need certainty over our gold reserves,” said Heinz-Peter Haustein from the Free Democrats (FDP).

Speculation aside, the fact that central banks, and even banks of central banks (i.e., the BIS), have long lent out gold, is no secret to anyone, traditionally to satisfy short-term physical gold confirmation claims upon a spike in demand, usually associated with a liquidity shortage (when the value of gold as monetary collateral truly shines). The problem with this rehypothecation scheme is what happens when the counterparty suddenly finds themselves insolvent, the gold has since been re-re-rehypothecated, and nobody really knows whose gold it is any more. This becomes a drastic problem when a counterparty in a collateral chain suddenly goes broke… like MF Global did last year, and the lawsuits started flying trying to determine whose gold is where. Needless to say, it was the London office of MF Global that was at fault for breaching a rehypothecation chain (because only in London was there no collateral haircut limit on rehypotehcation), and once physical delivery demands arose, nobody could locate bar XYZ with a given serial number.

That, or the Bundesbank merely foresaw the ultimate unwind of the failed European mercantilist experiment at the start, and refused to leave its most precious asset in the hands of the banker oligarchy which it knew would do everything in its power to procure said gold once the feces hit the fan. Sure enough, BUBA’s ‘non-denial’ denial confirms this too:

The Bundesbank said it had full trust in the “integrity and independence” of its custodians, and is given detailed accounts each year. Yet it hinted at further steps to secure its reserves. “This could also involve relocating part of the holdings,” it said.

Yet what is left unsaid in all of the above is that Germany has done nothing wrong! It simply demanded a reclamation of what is rightfully Germany’s to demand.

And here is the crux of the issue: in a globalized system, in which every sovereign is increasingly subjugated to the credit-creating power of the globalized “whole”, one must leave all thoughts of sovereign independence at the door and embrace the “new world order.” After all this is the only way that the globalized system can create the shadow cloud of infinite repoable liabilities, in which we currently all float light as a binary feather, which permits instantaeous capital flows and monetary fungibility, and which guarantees that there will be no sovereign bond issue failure as long as nobody dares to defect from the system in which all collateral is cross pledge and ultra-rehypothecated… for the greater good. Until the Buba secretly defected that is.

And this is the whole story. Because by doing what it has every right to do, the German Central Bank implicitly broke the cardinal rule of true modern monetary system (never to be confused with that socialist acronym fad MMT, MMR or some such comparable mumbo-jumbo). And the rule is that a sovereign can never put its own people above the global corporatist-cum-banking oligarchy, which needs to have access to all hard (and otherwise) assets at any given moment, on a moment’s notice, as the system’s explicit leverage at last check inclusive of the nearly $1 quadrillion in derivatives, is about 20 times greater than global GDP. This also happens to be the reason why the entire world is always at most a few keystrokes away from a complete monetary (and trade) paralysis, as the Lehman aftermath and the Reserve Fund breaking the buck so aptly showed.

We are confident that little if anything will be made of the Buba’s action, because dwelling on it too much may expose just who the first country will be (or  already has been) when the tide finally breaks, and when it will be every sovereign for themselves. Because at that point, which will come eventually, not only Buba, but every other bank, corporation, and individual will scramble to recover their own gold located in some vault in London, New York, or Paris, or at your friendly bank vault down the street, and instead will merely find a recently emptied storage room with humorously written I.O.U. letters in the place of 1 kilo gold bricks.

JP Morgan sued over Bear Stearns mortgage securities

The New York Attorney General wants JPMorgan to pay damages

The New York Attorney General has sued JP Morgan Chase for allegedly defrauding investors who lost more than $20bn (£12bn) on mortgage-backed securities sold by Bear Stearns.

JP Morgan bought the investment bank Bear Stearns in March 2008.

It said that it would contest the allegations.

This is the first action to come out of a working group created by US President Barack Obama looking into the causes of the 2008 financial crash.

JP Morgan said: "The NYAG civil action relates to Bear Stearns, which we acquired over the course of a weekend at the behest of the US government. This complaint is entirely about historic conduct by that entity."

US mortgage-backed securities were the investment products that sparked the global financial crisis in 2008.

In essence, each security or bond was linked to pools of US mortgage loans, many of which were classified as sub-prime - mortgages awarded to high-risk and low-wage homeowers.

When many of those homebuyers defaulted on their mortgages as the US property bubble burst, it turned the linked securities into bad debt.

This caused billion-dollar losses at banks, who were forced to write down the value of their investments.

Banks around the world were affected, not just those in the US, because the securities were resold globally.

The securities had been widely purchased because rating agencies had mistakenly given them the highest possible credit rating.

As banks realised they were sitting on huge liabilities, they halted lending to each other, freezing up the global financial system in the process and making it harder for businesses and individuals to borrow funds.

'Ignored deficit'

The civil suit, filed by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, accuses Bear Stearns of failing to ensure the quality of loans underlying residential mortgage-backed securities.

It relates to securities sold by Bear Stearns in 2006 and 2007 - before it was taken over by JP Morgan.

The legal action claims the bank "systematically failed to fully evaluate the loans, largely ignored the defects that their limited review did uncover, and kept investors in the dark about both the inadequacy of their review procedures and the defects in the underlying loans".

It says that this led to the inclusion of mortgages on which borrowers were likely to default, and that investor losses in 2006 and 2007 totalled more than a quarter of the original £87bn value of the securities.

The NYAG wants the company to pay an undisclosed amount of damages for investor losses "caused, directly or indirectly, by the fraudulent and deceptive acts".

The BBC's business editor Robert Peston said there were some "jaw-dropping elements" exposed in the suit.

He said it disclosed "a manic and frenzied culture of procuring and packaging as many mortgages as humanly possible, to maintain the bonds spewing from the investment bank, to generate as much short-term profit as humanly possible".

A JPMorgan spokesman accused the NYAG of not giving the bank a sufficient chance to discuss the accusations before launching the legal action.

He said: "We're disappointed that the NYAG decided to pursue its civil action without ever offering us an opportunity to rebut the claims and without developing a full record - instead relying on recycled claims already made by private plaintiffs.

"We will nonetheless continue to work with members of the president's RMBS Working Group and are fully co-operating with their inquiries."
