Jesus said through Pamela Kribbe recently that there were three ways we could express an emotion like anger – to project it, to suppress it, and to be aware of it. I’ve long thought this was the case but I haven’t heard anyone of Jesus’ wisdom actually state the matter.

As an adherent of the awareness path, I’d like to review some of the points he made because it actually offers insight into the approach to growth and evolution through consciousness.

Jesus said that “the third way [to be with an emotion like anger] is to allow it – to let it be and to transcend it. That is what consciousness does. The consciousness of which I speak does not judge – it is a state of being.” (1)

He tells us that this “way of observation … is at the same time creative.”

“You have to realize that consciousness is something very powerful. It is much more than a passive registering of an emotion – consciousness is an intense creative force.”

Well, this is something only a highly-advanced soul like he could know. What happens if we observe an emotion?

“What then happens to you? Consciousness is not something static; things do not remain as they are. You will notice that if you do not nourish the energy of the emotion or of your judgment about it, they will gradually dissipate. In other words, your equilibrium becomes stronger; your basic feeling becomes more one of peace and joy.”

The emotions dissipate if we observe them; they persist if we give them our energy by acting them out, resisting them, etc. To do these latter acts is to put fuel on the fire. To simply observe them is to deprive the fire of fuel.

In fact nothing ever stays unless we put effort into it staying. Not only does it never stay, but, if we simply experience the emotions through, they pull up all their roots and branches and the whole thing departs. It’s only if we energize them by acting on them that the roots and branches grow stronger and longer. He says:

“That is consciousness – this is clarity of mind. And in this way you bring to rest the demons in your life: the fear, the anger, the mistrust. You give them strength when you identify with them, or if you fight them with judgement – either way, you nurture them.”

He then says something that I’ve long suspected but never heard described. If we act out the extremes of emotion, we’re pulled away from our center of consciousness,  but if we abide in the center, we’re drawn into consciousness. That’s the exit point for us.

“So you are being drawn in two ways and pulled away from consciousness, the exit I talked about in the beginning: the exit that is the road to inner peace. Your usual ways of dealing with emotions draw you away from that center point, as it were, away from that consciousness, and yet this is the only way out.”

So equanimity, balance, tranquillity – all ways of describing abiding in the center – is the exit point to inner peace.

“The only way to transcend them,” he says, is “simply to let them be.”  I don’t think we’re used to thinking in this way. We’re used to hustle and bustle, doing or accomplishing something.  We’re used to things having a beginning, a middle and an end.

But the God that we’re here in life to realize has no beginning or end, just a constant middle. And that middle is best found in the center, where lies beingness, consciousness. It’s a foreign land to most of us but it’s the new found land we have to explore if we want to find what Jesus called “the exit” to peace.

Consciousness as an exit handles so many unwanted conditions in life. To be simply conscious of an upset, for instance, causes it to lift. That’s valuable knowledge. If we really mined it, we wouldn’t need psychiatrists, pain remedies, diversion.

“Whatever happens, it must be allowed to do everything it wants to do, and to tell you what it feels. You are the awareness that looks and says, ‘Yes, I want to see you; I want to hear your story, express it.’ ‘Tell me your story, because it is your truth; it might not be theTruth, but I want to hear your story.’

“Experience your emotions that way and do not condemn them. Let them come to speak with you. Treat them with the mildness of a wise old person, and observe what that child or animal brings.”

Welcome the uninvited guest, Rumi would say. Listen to it. Observe what it brings. Make friends with all our emotions. If we really watch them closely and allow ourselves to experience them, they turn out to be merely different shapes and flavors of experience, rather than, say, good and bad.

“Awareness transforms – it is the major instrument for change, yet at the same time, it wants to change nothing. Awareness says, “Yes – yes to what is!” It is receptive and accepting of all that is there, and this changes everything, because it sets you free.”

Absolutely. Change does not transform. It merely plasters one thing on top of another. But awareness transforms. It allows whatever is occurring to make its statement and leave. Trying to push it out the door will not work. Trying to block its access will not work. But simply welcoming it, experiencing it and allowing it to go will work.

“You are now free – no longer at the mercy of your emotions or your judgment of them. By letting them be, they lose their control over you. Of course, it still happens occasionally that you are overcome by your emotions and your prejudice – this is to be human. …

“You can always return to the exit, back to the peace, by not fighting with yourself. Observe what is there, and make no mistake: not to be drawn in is a great strength. That is the power of true spirituality. True spirituality is not morality – it is a way of being.”

So well said. The new gospel of Jesus. He who said “the truth shall make you free” has now said “the way to transform our emotions is to let them be.”

In this message, SaLuSa does not say that containment is happening, but he also does not speak of “mass arrests” now. The scenario he offers however is at least consistent with containment:

Like any other soul they will experience what they have created for themselves, so you can allow them and others to speak their truth without being affected by it.”

The expectation that catastrophic events will occur may draw catastrophic events to us. That’s a sobering thought. To people who are discussing how solar flares will wipe out the Earth and great waves will overwhelm the coast, I’d think that SaLuSa’s remark might give pause for thought. No catastrophe is in store for the Earth but apparently we can attract unfortunate events to ourselves, SaLuSa seems to say.

Whatever you see going on outwardly, or hear is happening, know that far more is taking place than what you are aware of. We are constantly helping our allies achieve their goals, and until the timing becomes urgent we avoid directly intervening. We will certainly be on watch to ensure our allies are safe, as although we know that the dark Ones are aware that their time is up they continue to represent a threat.

Whatever delays have been experienced, be assured that we make no change to our plans and all intended actions will be completed. For us time does not have the same importance, and using linear time is not how we operate but is so necessary for you to lead your lives.

For a start we see your victory as already having been achieved, so we know that regardless of what happens your future is assured. Corporations are floundering and businesses that are based on corrupt practices are being revealed for what they are. They are unable to withstand the heightened energies being beamed to Earth that are transmuting the lower energies that they thrive on.

The truth is coming out every day, and people’s eyes are being opened to the way in which they have been taken in by the plans of the Illuminati to enslave you. It is no longer possible, and your civilization is taking part in a worldwide demand for extensive changes that will release you from the shackles placed on you. The US is the main focus for what is happening and by example will lead the world back to freedom and prosperity. It will not happen overnight, but nevertheless will be speeded up because of our presence.

The eyes of the Universe are upon you which is amazing for such a small planet to hold such interest, but what happens to you and to Earth will have a resounding effect on it. You are, so to say, the last brick in the wall of change and the resultant Ascension that everyone is waiting for.

When you entered the lower dimensions you knew that your role was extremely important to others, and you are greatly loved for the sacrifices you have made for them. Originally you were fully fledged souls of Light who knew you could experience the darkness and eventually still find your way back. So when you look at your fellow travellers please remember that in essence they are exactly the same as you. In God’s eyes no one soul is better than another, but simply at a different stage of experience.

Dear Ones, keep your sight focussed on your future, and where possible do not waste your time and energy on matters that belong to the old regime that is on its way out. Their fate is sealed and they will be removed if they attempt to prevent our plans going ahead. At present they still plot to delay us, but it will not prove to be successful as we are fully aware of what they are up to.

The leading players of the dark Ones are still being offered a means of surrender, and in one way or another they shall be removed. Once their influence and power is stopped, the whole Cabal will fall apart and will no longer be the threat that it still represents.

The Light that is permeating your world is lifting up more and more souls who have been completely held back by the lower vibrations, and they are slowly realising the truth about their lives. They now realise how they have been prevented from a true understanding of the purpose of life, and are open to the truth that is being revealed.

We shall certainly do our best to convey information to you all that will uplift your lives and set you upon a path that opens the Light to you. At first you will find it confusing because of so many different opinions that are claimed to be the truth. As always we would suggest following your intuition, but teachers will arise upon the Earth who will be respected and followed because of their ability to convey the truth.

Let go of any distraction because of what is happening around you and look to Ascension and beyond as it will be a magnificent period in your lives. From experiences of hardship. poverty and lack you will at last quickly find yourselves enjoying all of the advantages of being in a higher dimension.

The cleanliness and purity of the air, land and seas will seem unreal after what you have already experienced. The brilliant colours and beauty of everything about you will clearly indicate that you are where all creation is expressed in its highest form. Harmony and balance will be found wherever you look, and peace and joy a natural part of life.

Perhaps a most astonishing discovery will be that other life forms talk not just with each other, but also with you. It will all be far removed from what you have been used to, and a great joy to discover all you can about the higher realms.

Why concern yourselves about your present conditions when so much is about to change for the better in such a short time. Take it as it comes, because you have the ability to cope quite well after what you have already experienced. The uncertainty about your future has been removed so you can ignore any attempts to cause you a distraction. Sometimes it may come from within, from people who are as yet unaware of the truth.

As you know already, there are some with fixed beliefs who still expect catastrophic events to occur in the last few months as a means of releasing them from the Earth as the Chosen Ones. Like any other soul they will experience what they have created for themselves, so you can allow them and others to speak their truth without being affected by it. It is not your place, or indeed your responsibility to change the beliefs of others, unless of course you are invited to do so.

As you learn the truth about life and how it functions you will understand that you must not interfere with another soul’s intent. Hence we often have to stand back and allow you to make your own way forward. It is your choice what you experience, and even in these end times you will have made your plans already.

You may not know what they are in advance, but be sure that your Guides and other helpers are ensuring that it works out for you so that you have the right experiences needed for your evolution. These may be chaotic times but they are still the outworking of the plan for your civilization.

Events are Always Shifting and Changing

There has been a plethora of discussion over the ‘Containment’ scenario as possibly replacing the ‘Mass Arrests’ scenario to neutralize the cabal, as Archangel Michael has come through to Steve Beckow and discussed the uncompassionate nature of Mass Arrests and the celestial’s willingness to shift plans to one that will indeed neutralize and expose the cabals every bit as much as any other scenario; simply in a different way.

It is interesting to see how the general Lightworker public reacts when greeted with information that plans could change to any level of degree. Assumptions are made, conclusions are reached that are perhaps inaccurate, and some choose to lash out under the assumption that since plans could have changed, the cabals are suddenly not still going to be neutralized. They absolutely are.

I wanted so very much to avoid this discussion as soon as it sprouted up, but my own sources proved to me that such avoidance would not be as possible or helpful as I perhaps realized, as these details could be more important to the overall way that things play out than I perhaps realized as well.

What is really interesting is how many have again taken to lashing out at Steve Beckow, Linda Dillon and Linda’s Archangel Michael.

Many of the comments that have been received on my own blog have been about how Steve and Linda are out of touch, Linda and AAM are frauds, etc. and it is again, interesting and strange to see such a reaction from many who are likely themselves still a bit unsure about how this whole scenario is going to play out, and have only the experience of reading one article about the subject that could have perhaps only displayed one side of what can be happening if events are indeed changing.

Many people have expressed that Mass Arrests will not send the general public into fear and chaos, as they are speaking from their own experience of being ready to see the cabal members arrested. The problem is, this is not speaking for the unawakened ones on our world who unfortunately, are still the majority and who may choose to react in a not-so-peaceful or understanding way.

Honestly, the cabalists are probably already working on a movie wherein they get arrested by a force that ends up wanting to destroy the Earth and all on Her surface. They have proven time and time again to use propaganda to unconsciously sway many as humanity as a collective has much dormant fear within ourselves, just waiting to be expressed at the right, paradigm-breaking time – and I think our Angelic brethren know this.

They must be very careful when planning out and executing the many startling events to happen on our world and while initially, I wanted nothing more than to remain neutral and stay away from this discussion, I am beginning to understand why certain scenarios may be more hurtful than helpful to the overall collective energies.

Sure, many of us who are awakening may say ‘well, I can see the cabalists taken away in handcuffs in mass numbers, and it won’t affect me one bit’. Have you thought about your neighbors, who will not have any idea how to handle what is going on or who may not even understand at first glance what is happening?

During my daily Life, I am around many unawakened souls and many of such people are indeed beginning to see the corruption of government and the need for a change. The problem is, most of these people also believe that the United States needs to be bombed or something else dramatic and horridly Life-changing needs to happen before we can see any type of positive change.

This is because these people do not have the perspective that we do, being able to consult the Galactics, Celestials etc. on matters as they unfold. And honestly, our Galactic and Angelic brethren try their darndest to keep us informed on matters as they are unfolding but even they must be very careful as it is clear how even just the general Lightworker public can tend to react when events change in ways that may not resonate with some on Earth, but in ways that are known and felt by our Angelic brethren to be the right ways to go for reasons that we likely cannot comprehend.

I know what many could be thinking: ‘Annac has only shifted his opinion to be in line with Beckow and Dillon…’ and I must stop you there. I can’t yet say that I fully support the ‘Containment’ scenario as given by Archangel Michael via Linda, but I can say that I fully understand that matters change, sometimes in bigger ways than we would expect, and the Company of Heaven are doing their very best to keep us informed on these changing developments as they shift around, knowing full well that they or those who they come through or speak to publicly could take much flack for even announcing a change of direction.

What needs to be expressed is that the overall plan for the exposure and neutralization of the cabal has NOT changed, in any way. It is simply being expressed that our Angelic brethren would like such neutralization to be performed in a way that is less upsetting to the general, unawakened public.

Not the Lightworker public who is aware and will know full well what is occurring, but for those who have been clutching their guns for years, just waiting for a reason to shoot.

As told to me by my own channeled sources (you will see such a message soon) the cabals are still to be fully neutralized and given trials, so that it can be explained what they have done to humanity. It is only the events which precede their trials that may change direction from what has been discussed, but it does not mean in any way that that which we have been waiting for is not still about to transpire.

It may simply come about in a different way, and in a way that is potentially less damaging to the unawakened collective. The unawakened collective are still to have explained to them what the cabalists have done, so one does not have to worry that the cabals are somehow ‘getting off scott-free’ just because they may not be taken to their trials in handcuffs.

This is about all I personally have to say on this subject, except to remind everybody that if we want our Galactic and Angelic brethren to keep us posted and informed on events as they play out from their perspective, we must be able to handle and understand if events change in varying degrees, and we must take such changes in stride knowing full well that the cabals are going to answer for what they have done, one way or another.

Werner Erhard used to define upsets as being of three kinds: frustrated expectations, thwarted intentions, and undelivered communications.

Let’s look at those three a little closer because so many of us are upset these days.

What are we upset about? Matthew Ward says Disclosure may be postponed by months because the planet is so afraid of being taken over by ETs. Archangel Michael is being interpreted as having called the mass arrests off and leaving the cabal apparently in power (this is a misinterpretation of course. He never said any such thing). NESARA is not here and it’s July 2012.

Oh, yes, and those damn chemtrails are still appearing overhead. We have no money. No prediction has yet come true – not one! No relief in sight. No visible evidence of ANYTHING! WE ARE JUST UPSET!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

So upsets are of three types.

Frustrated Expectations

We wanted something to happen. We expected it to happen. We were promised it would happen. And it hasn’t happened and we’re upset!

Thwarted Intentions

We wanted to do something. We expected to do something. We were promised we could dosomething. And for some reason we can’t do it and we’re upset!

Undelivered Communications

Someone did something to us that we didn’t want them to do. Someone hasn’t done something for us that we did want them to do. Or said, or thought, or in some other way made known or made real. And we have not communicated about it and we’re upset!

What can we do about it?

Well, several things. If we really want to emerge from our upset, we can:

Communicate

Become aware of something. Raise it to awareness. Then if we can find someone to listen, communicate it. Tell the truth about it so deeply our ears burn. Share a withhold about something. Say that which we’ve never said before and need to say – or we’ll die. Get it off our chest. Make sure we’re heard and heard completely, with the same emotion that we deliver the communication and in every detail.

Self-Express

Go for a drive and scream in the car. Cry in a pillow. Chop wood vigorously. Punch a punching bag. Do karate. Run a mile. Take the suppression button off.

Source the Vasana (1)

Sit with the issue like a brick in the lap. Be with the upset and experience it through to completion. Allow what’s there to arise and observe it. Breathe through it rather than resisting it. Allow something. Grant beingness to it. Welcome it like a guest in the house. Complete our experience of the vasana without resisting it.

Restore Integrity

Call ourselves on something. Take responsibility for something. Own it. Face up to something in ourselves. Tell the world we did it. Apologize. Forgive. Ask for forgiveness.

Emerge

Call ourselves forth. Take a stand. Commit ourselves. Make a promise. Make a declaration. Make a difference. Break through fear. Come from enthusiasm. Stand forth! Face the “enemy” (usually our fear) and don’t flinch. Come from the new paradigm of divine qualities: love, peace, cooperation, harmony, service to others, etc.

Get Off It!

Surrender. Get off it. Let it go. Drop it. Get over it. Get on with life.

Get the juice going. Take charge of your life. Get up, get off it, and get on with it.

If your upset survives all these steps, then you’re plugged in. You’re on it. You’re running a racket.

Never mind reading an article like this. Just acknowledge that you’d rather be upset than get off it and, for heaven’s sake, enjoy it!

Saul: You Are Not of Your Beliefs; You Are Infinitely More

All are One. There is no separation because all that exists has its existence within our heavenly Father.

And, as many have intuited, Father is a very limiting concept with which to attempt to describe, let alone define, God – Father-Mother-God, the Creator, Love, the divine Unity, the infinite Inspiration from which all life receives its existence in every moment – as, indeed, are these other supposedly more all-encompassing terms.

Obviously, you do need words to communicate with one another while you remain enclosed within the veil of the illusion, but, like the illusion itself, words are wholly inadequate tools with which to attempt to describe the indescribable.

You do your best with them, and they can be very helpful, but do not get intoxicated with definitions of the indefinable. Differing understandings of the meaning of words used to express the idea of God have led to war far too many times for you not to understand how limiting and divisive they can be. And that divisiveness continues in your everyday lives from personal interactions through to international governmental ones.

Words are intellectual tools, and when understood in those terms they are very useful, but when emotional charges and disingenuous meanings are added to them they can have lethal consequences. Words become beliefs over which people will fight – beliefs that words themselves can never adequately encompass. They are often heartfelt, and so have enormous power over those who hold to them to the extent that they identify personally with those beliefs and will defend them with their lives – and indeed with the lives of others!

Every human is imbued with beliefs – familial, cultural, religious, political, nationalistic, to name just a few – and many of them are so deeply embedded that their owners are unaware that they are but beliefs! They are frequently considered to be obvious and rational truths, so that when people of different persuasions disagree, the results of those disagreements can lead to great suffering for many, as the power of life is used in an unloving and destructive fashion.

But of course you are not your beliefs; you are infinitely more. And awareness of that truth is seeping into humanity’s consciousness. Life — the energy which flows through all that exists — is Love. And for lack of a better analogy, it is like electricity, a power that can be used in many ways and for many purposes. However, when you use that power lovingly, every issue that you face can be dealt with satisfactorily, harmoniously, swiftly, and most beneficially for all involved. And the truth of this is becoming more apparent all across the planet, as more and more people respond lovingly to one another’s calls for assistance to solve problems of the most simple kind, or ones that, if left unresolved, could lead to catastrophic consequences.

It is these changes that are demonstrating the rise in humanity’s consciousness, in its concern for those who appear to be different in many ways because of their different ethnicity, nationality, or religious and political persuasions. It is becoming apparent to you that you all occupy the one planet and are therefore interdependent and truly have no option other than to work together – lovingly, honestly, wisely, transparently, and with the intention that all benefit – if you are to avoid destroying the environment that makes life on earth possible for you.

Love is infiltrating each of you, because you are letting down the protective barriers behind which you have hidden your apparent vulnerabilities for so long, and you are discovering that in these vulnerabilities lie your true strengths. By sharing them you encourage others to share theirs, and then you find that nearly all your fears are groundless because, by disclosing your vulnerabilities, you discover that the love you have been keeping hidden, because you thought it was weakness, flows smoothly, easily, and powerfully through all those with whom you share. Of course there remain many who have yet to find the courage to disclose themselves to themselves and to others, but more and more of you are doing this all the time.

Love is infinitely powerful. It suffuses you all, and the secret to finding it within you is to share it indiscriminately, as so many of you are now doing. As a well-known song tells you “Love changes everything,” and that is indeed a divine truth. Open your hearts; it is easy. And accept the flood of divine Love that enfolds you, nudging you constantly towards wakefulness.

I’ve made a factual error which I need to set right and then I need to re-examine the material related to the “mass arrests” and “containment” in light of that error.

In the article “Perhaps Let’s Think for a Moment,” I said:

“The celestials saw [the problem with the term 'mass arrests'] and never intended to act on that new direction that we – not the galactics and not the celestials – had created. Yes, SaLuSa used the word ‘arrests’ but he didn’t use the word ‘mass arrests.’ I expect that he was trying to use our word as far as he could. But the celestials have overruled that course of action. And I’m glad they did. …

“So I do hear that people are frustrated, angry, disbelieving, and all manner of states hearing that an idea that we humans hatched (namely, “mass arrests”), not an idea that our heavenly protectors came up with, will not be the way things are going to be handled.” (1)

In fact, having searched the First Contact database after repeated requests by various readers, I found that four sources – SaLuSa, the galactics through Greg Giles, Sananda through James McConnel, and Matthew Ward use the word “arrests” in their messages. Moreover, SaLuSa and Greg Giles’s sources use the term “mass arrests.”

My assertion, therefore, that SaLuSa did not use the words “mass arrests” was wrong and my further assumption that mass arrests were a terrestrial and not a galactic notion, was also mistaken.

Let me look at the discussion of this subject.

On March 5, 2012, SaLuSa said that “after months and years of preparation, a sudden push has started a whole series of arrests and resignations, that is sending fear through the ranks of the dark Ones. … There will be no let up until the Illuminati are removed from their positions of power, and that is proceeding with all speed. ” (2)

So in fact, according to SaLuSa, who is one of my most respected sources, a whole series of arrests had already started in March.

On May 4, 2012, he said that “the immense work put in to rid you of the Illuminati and their minions, is about to pay off and result in large scale arrests. This requires our allies to be at the ready, and for us to back them up to ensure it all runs smoothly. We do not wish to see panic result from the purges taking place, or violence resulting from the news of such events becoming public.” (3)

So SaLuSa here says that the Earth allies will make the arrests with the galactics backing them up. He acknowledges the possibility of panic and violence resulting.

On May 11, he uses the term “mass arrests”:

“So much is happening, but we are not always at liberty to give you the details. … In short time we will also play our part in bringing out the facts directly to the public. You are looking at weeks, rather than months, for the mass arrests to take place. However it is a big operation that cannot start until everything is in place. Having come this far we want it to run smoothly, with as little trouble as possible. …

“They shall answer for their involvement in the wars, as will any member of the Forces who have engaged in crimes against the people. Many atrocities have taken place that you are unaware of, but the truth cannot be concealed.” (4)

On May 25, he calls this effort “the final thrust from our allies that will put an end to the delays and see us all celebrating the end of the dark Ones.” (5) On June 29, SaLuSa says:

“The hot topic that occupies most of you is the commencement of the arrests so that you are in no doubt that the final days of the Cabal have arrived. Needless to say, it will cause a sensation across the world and the media will have to respond.

“They will be inundated with calls asking for an explanation, and eventually even those that are conservative will be forced to give the true reasons for what is happening.

“There will be official announcements in the US, and careful steps taken to ensure that people have the correct understanding of why the arrests are taking place. Doubt will exist until it becomes clear that the actions are in the interests of all people, by providing a scenario whereby they can be released from the hold of the dark Ones.

“There will be deliberate disinformation circulated by those still under the control of the Illuminati, but we will make it clear that the Military are involved as a back up for those making the arrests. And on July 2, he acknowledges: “The really exciting times have arrived as you are getting confirmation of the arrests that have started taking place.” (7)

And finally he cautions us against taking matters into our own hands:

“There is no need for you to try and take justice into your on hands, but simply allow for matters to take their own course. Your time will be far better spent helping to bring stability to your locality, and spreading calmness where it is needed. You do not however have to do everything yourselves, as our allies will take prominent roles and eventually we shall also be with you.” (8)

The messages from the Galactic Federation and Ashtar Command through Greg Giles also discuss mass arrests and perhaps in the footnote appended, I can simply list some dates for you to look at rather than run through those as well. (9)

Mass Arrests and Containment – Part 2/2

I know that people are looking for outside validation that containment is actually happening. THE CENTER

Those who have been victimized must release the emotional polarity of fear, anger, grief and sorrow to find their Center of unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness and unconditional acceptance of a game well played. On the other hand, those who have been the victimizers must find their own wounding that pulled them from their core and into the depths of de-evolution of a being who needs power-over others in order to experience their power within.

These deeply wounded ones must go inside their core to find the original wounding in which their own inner power was stolen. They then must forgive themselves for being too afraid to steal their power back from that thief, and instead turning their attention towards those whom they could dominate. The light has made them realize that none of their ill-gotten gains have given them any joy, love, or even power-within, as they are still under the domination of those who stole their inner self and programed them into the dark being they have become.

We remind all of you, our ascending ones, to KNOW that these broken ones have no power-over you, for they are leaving the system. As information is released as to just how much power-over others these lost ones have taken, and just how much suffering of others they caused, it will be a great temptation for the ascending ones to want revenge or punishment. However, these desires will only serve to lower the ascending ones consciousness. Furthermore, punishment does not alter behavior. It only makes the behavior go underground where is can actually cause damage.

Behaviors can only be altered by detached compassion and unconditional love. Punishment of another is a third dimensional concept. Hence, it lowers the consciousness of those who seek it and activates emotions of anger, sorrow and fear. The containment of these lost ones is currently being untaken. Therefore, they will be unable to have power-over any of you again. Consequently, we ask that you do NOT become distracted from your true Mission of being Openers of the Portals and the Trailblazers of the Light.

British Democracy in Terminal Decline, Warns Report

A study into the state of democracy in Britain over the last decade warns it is in “long-term terminal decline” as the power of corporations keeps growing, politicians become less representative of their constituencies and disillusioned citizens stop voting or even discussing current affairs.

The report by Democratic Audit shared exclusively with the Guardian notes there have been many positive advances over the last 10 years: stronger select committees of MPs holding ministers and civil servants to account; devolution of power to Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and publication of much more information about politicians’ expenses and party donors.

But it found evidence of many other areas where Britain appeared to have moved further away from its two benchmarks of representative democracy: control over political decision-making, and how fairly the system reflects the population it represents – a principle most powerfully embedded in the concept of one person, one vote.

Among its concerns, identified from databases of official statistics and public surveys, were that Britain’s constitutional arrangements are “increasingly unstable” owing to changes such as devolution; public faith in democratic institutions “decaying”; a widening gap in the participation rates of different social classes of voters; and an “unprecedented” growth in corporate power, which the study’s authors warn “threatens to undermine some of the most basic principles of democratic decision-making”.

In an interview with the Guardian, Stuart Wilks-Heeg, the report’s lead author, warned that Britons could soon have to ask themselves “whether it’s really representative democracy any more?”

“The reality is that representative democracy, at the core, has to be about people voting, has to be about people engaging in political parties, has to be about people having contact with elected representatives, and having faith and trust in elected representatives, as well as those representatives demonstrating they can exercise political power effectively and make decisions that tend to be approved of,” said Wilks-Heeg.

“All of that is pretty catastrophically in decline. How low would turnout have to be before we question whether it’s really representative democracy at all?” The UK’s democratic institutions were strong enough to keep operating with low public input, but the longer people avoided voting and remained disillusioned, the worse the problem would get, said Wilks-Heeg.

“Over time, disengagement skews the political process yet further towards those who are already more advantaged by virtue of their wealth, education or professional connections. And without mass political participation, the sense of disconnection between citizens and their representatives will inevitably grow.”

Membership of political parties and election turnout has fallen significantly in the last decade, with only 1% of the electorate belonging to a party, and just over six out of 10 eligible voters going to the ballot box in the 2010 general election and barely one in three in European and local elections. But the depth of public disillusionment and the range of ways voters are turning away from politics revealed by the latest study could shock even those involved.

Sadiq Khan, shadow justice secretary and former chair of human rights group, Liberty, said: “What I find really troubling is there’s no shortage of big issues which we must get to grips with – the economy, the future of our health, education and social care systems, our environment – many of which grab the attention of the public, but there’s a disconnect when it comes to party politics.”

For its fourth report in a series dating back to 1996, Democratic Audit examined dozens of data sets from Britain and other countries with democratic governments, legislation, public opinion surveys and research from other academics.

The report, funded by the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, found 74 “areas of improvement”, ranging from the increasing use of the 1998 Human Rights Act to growing membership of smaller parties such as the Scottish Nationalist party and the Greens, which gained its first MP, Caroline Lucas, in 2010.

However, there were 92 areas in which the authors had “continuing concerns”, such as the uncertainty over England’s constitutional settlement as powers were increasingly devolved to the other three parts of the UK, and increasing evidence of press harassment; and a further 62 “new or emerging concerns”, including electoral fraud and declining newspaper sales and audiences for TV news.

Britain also ranked below average compared with other wealthy democracies in the OECD and the EU, and even worse when measured against Nordic countries for issues from party membership and turnout to corruption, press freedom, income inequality and trade union membership.

This was “further evidence of the areas in which [the UK] falls short, not of an abstract ideal of democracy, but of what has been demonstrated to be possible,” adds the report.

The exercise was not intended as a “scorecard” since the issues covered ranged from lowering the age at which candidates can stand in elections to setting up a supreme court; but the combined result is “fine grained”, says the report.

“The sheer volume of qualitative and quantitative evidence we have collated, not just for our current audit but also for the previous ones, enables us to make informed judgments,” it adds.

Recent attempts to rejuvenate democracy had not had much success: last year only 42% voted in a rare referendum on changing the voting system for general elections, and in May [2012] eight out of nine cities rejected the chance to have directly elected mayors like London.

Among the changes that could stem or reverse the democratic drift would be stronger powers for MPs to hold ministers to account, and a written constitution to ensure institutions such as the Electoral Commission were not vulnerable to being abolished by future governments, said Wilks-Heeg.

A proposal to reform the Lords by having mostly elected members was also welcome, but would only work as part of a wider vision, not the usually “piecemeal” approach, said Wilkes-Heeg.

Several rumors and several events are being discussed around the Internet, that make it advisable to comment.

There’s a rumor of a false-flag “alien invasion” scheduled for the London Olympics. A lightworker recently speculated that Iran would succeed in blocking the Straits of Hormuz and launch a false-flag attack against the USS Enterprise, which would provide a new Pearl Harbor and start World War III.

The election in Mexico is alleged to have been fraudulent. And some people are describing their national governments as corrupt and asking if they’ll be removed.

The thread that links all these rumors and events together is that they all have potentially dire consequences to the people of some country or to the world and people want to know if they will succeed or fail. Put more generally: Is there a calamity in store for country X or for the world?

Perhaps I can respond to all these events by saying that Matthew Ward, SaLuSa and others have stressed with us that the galactics will not allow any major disruption to or interference with Ascension. There will be no calamity for the world, they say.

Yes, there will be Earth changes. Yes, there will be clearings of negativity such as the storms presently occurring in the southeast United States and the wildfires occurring in Colorado and New Mexico.  But no eruption of the Ring of Fire, no coastal flooding, no falling away of a significant part of the coast carrying Los Angeles with it, no monster volcano, celestial object slamming into Earth, pole shift, three days of darkness, or nuclear World War Three.

Let’s start with the first two rumors: both involve a major false-flag operation. The galactics have foiled probably more than a dozen since 9/11. Yes, an individual “terrorist” may blow himself up, but a largescale “terrorist” operation like the attack on the Twin Towers will not be permitted – apparently at Gaia’s own request.

SaLuSa: “There have been a number of false flag incidents that have been controlled by us, so as to prevent the likelihood of a major confrontation. Some have been too big to be fully concealed, and some details do leak out. Be observant and you will undoubtedly pick up on some unusual reports.” (1)

Matthew Ward:  “It … was ordained that lightworkers on and off-planet would prevent all subsequent major terror attempts, and they have done so on numerous occasions.” (2)

Matthew: “Our light family’s on- and off-planet intelligence units intently monitor everyone who has the means to set off a ‘false flag’ operation to ignite widespread violence. By God’s honoring Earth’s free will decision that killing and destruction end, not escalate, the crews are authorized to intervene however necessary to prevent the free will of those who attempt to start another war or anything else to create chaos.

“However, the crews cannot interfere with Earth residents’ free will decisions to be suicide-bombers or halt troops from obeying commanders’ orders — those kinds of activities will end naturally as the higher vibrations touch people’s hearts or physical death results from lack of light in the bodies.” (3)

To quiet fears that there’ll be a new world war, let’s listen to our sources on that matter:

SaLuSa: “We have prevented a Third World War, destruction of the Earth, and plagues and diseases of proportions that would have decimated your population. That has been in accordance with our responsibilities to ensure that you safely reach the point of Ascension, and that the opportunity to ascend is not denied you.” (4)

Matthew: “Strategically publicizing this [incident] as leading to World War III, and possibly a nuclear war at that, is the most successful of the fear factors.  We tell you: There will be NO nuclear war!  There will be no Third World War! ” (5)

Today (July 2) we heard SaLuSa say that the arrests have begun. Blossom’s Galactic Federation sources said: “This is D-Day!” And Archangel Michael described at length how the cabal are being neutralized in an operation that started June 25, 2012. So corruption in government, finance, and the military is now coming to an end.

Therefore to the citizens of Mexico, I think it safe to say that any corruption in government that still exists will not endure very long. And the same applies to people who live under other governments. We’ve already been promised new, temporary governments composed of uncorrupted lightworkers.

I forgot to ask AAM in today’s An Hour with an Angel about the drug cartels, mafias, etc., but I’m pretty sure that they too are being contained. It would not make any sense for it to be otherwise.

To anyone who is still saying to himself or herself, yes, but he did not mention X, let me allow Matthew Ward to mention, X, Y and Z:

“I shall add that as long as any dark tentacles are lashing out, dire-sounding pronouncements, predictions, speculations and warnings will continue to swirl, and judging from emails my mother is receiving, these cause concern even to lightworkers. To ease minds about several issues that keep popping up in Internet articles or channeled messages: There will be no war with Iran; concentration-type camps will not be filled with the millions who oppose government policies; no ‘Planet X’ or any large celestial body is on a collision course with Earth; there will be no need for your space family to evacuate all peoples before planetary cleansing makes Earth uninhabitable; NESARA is not an event that will be ‘announced.’

“And these current issues: Russia will not engage in a major war and neither will China; and martial law will not be declared to postpone the US election and keep the Bush administration in power—a dramatic event would be needed to achieve that, and technologically advanced souls off-planet and living among you would prevent that kind of attempt.” (6)

Unfortunately we still lack some absolutely tangible, visible proof that the arrests are or containment is happening. I’m sure we’ll all feel a whole lot more comfortable when we see some, whatever it may be. But we at least have the assurance of our sources that they are in process, even if we cannot see the results yet.

And if they are, we can also see how non-violent that operation promises to be, at least with the top-level Illuminati who are being contained and restrained.

Moreover, Archangel Michael in An Hour with an Angel on July 2, 2012, said that the visible sign resulting from the “containment” was that society would fall quiet: “So look to the changes that all of a sudden things get terribly quiet. That is your sign. Now, in that quietness, we are also joining with you.”

That would be welcome, but it may also be hard for some of us raised on drama (OK, me).

But whatever the case, it does illustrate that the very worst time we could think of – the time of the neutralizing of the cabal – may just pass relatively peacefully.

That would be one big hurdle passed. The next will be Disclosure. And a mini-bump for NESARA. But it just may be that from now till Ascension, which AAM reinforced was expected before the end of this year (not 2013, not 2015, 2030 or 2050), will also be relatively peaceful.

Chaotic perhaps, saddening at times when some clearing events happen, revolting when truths about the cabal emerge, but peaceful as in non-violent.

If the times of war are over, is that not also a visible sign? When was the last time we saw an event that was shown to be weather warfare? A pandemic?  A false-flag operation? Any other major episode that could be laid at the doorstep of the cabal?

Is it safe to say that we’ve emerged from the Dark Ages? Is anyone bold enough to make that claim? Six more months before Ascension and counting down.

Congratulations to everyone for making it this far. Next stop, planetary freedom, global abundance, and a family reunion.

Someone posing as Drake is apparently calling on the militias to arise, form groups of no less than 12, and arrest everyone in sight. These are unusual times and we may need to comment more than do we do normally on matters like these.

I actually don’t think any readers of this site would be taken in by such an appeal, but someone, somewhere might. So for their benefit, please permit me to say the following.

There’s no need for people to arm themselves and take up active resistance against the corrupted leadership of the cabal wherever they may be found. And to do so would be to soil oneself with the same qualities of the people one is opposing.

In point of fact, the defeat of the cabal is an effort that’s been underway for many years now and is about to be realized without the firing of a single gun. It’s about to be accomplished by forces that are far superior in strength and technology than the cabal. It’s so well coordinated and planned that many may not even discover it’s occurring until after the neutralization of the cabal is complete.

It has been happening in stages. And some of these stages have seen the disabling of all military nuclear weapons and weapon delivery systems on the planet, the destruction of the deep underground military bunkers of the cabal with no loss of life, the neutralizing of weather-warfare weapons such as HAARP, the ending of the spraying of toxic chemicals and nanotechnology in chemtrails, etc.

The visible component of the force opposing the New World Order is often referred to as the Earth Allies or White Knights and forms sections of the military, government, and financial world that support the radical changes and shifts that are currently taking place across the globe. They are backed by forces which have not been made known publicly (at least not been made generally known) who have neutralized the cabal’s influence and technology.

So there’s no need for direct action, for violence, for arrests or anything similar.

Please just relax and observe the cabal’s fall without thinking that citizens need to take any part in it aside from peacefully voicing their own support for these actions and watching the rest.

I have been on the phone all day with militias all over the dang nation and no one wants to sit on their duffs and do nothing. What I’d like to do in future parts of this series is look at how the truth will soon be revealed to us, how the the Company of Heaven wishes us to react to the mass arrests and truth revelations, where the dark figures will be going, how the transitional governments will be set up, and how unjust laws will be reformed.

In this part, I’d like to look at the Company of Heaven’s assertions that the truth of our history will soon be revealed to us. SaLuSa tells us that those who’ve been reading channeled messages will have a sense of what truths will be coming out but those who haven’t followed them stand to be shocked and astounded.

“Mankind has had adequate time to start paying attention to the many messages given, that are intended to pave the way for the greater revelations. The ones in the slow lane will have to witness much that will be a great shock to their mindset, but we must get moving. There is no more time to wait until a greater percentage of you are understanding what is about to happen.

“That will of course change dramatically, when the media are released from the constraints placed upon them by the dark Ones. Truth has been a rare commodity in the past, but as the controls are removed, it will come back in full force.

“Even those who profess to be aware are even so going to be surprised at the full extent of lies and disinformation, that has been dished up as the truth in the past. It goes well beyond what you would imagine, and will reveal the extent to which you have been controlled.”  (1)

According to Sananda, the many truths to be revealed “will literally shake all out of their doldrums and awaken them to realities they thought only existed in fairy tales and fantasy or science fiction.” He advises us to “prepare by first becoming informed of the many atrocities that have been committed in the name of God or for misuse of power. This is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg as so much will be revealed to you shortly.” (2)

Why do we need to know about atrocities? SaLuSa says: “Until you learn how you have been manipulated and used by the dark Ones, you will have little idea of how far their tentacles reached.” (3)

And Matthew Ward takes that explanation one step further and suggests that, until we know the extent of the threat we faced, we won’t know why the galactics came here.

“How could we help you consciously and spiritually prepare to physically accompany Earth into higher densities if we never mentioned that she is through with everything you think of as evil, and all of it has sprung from darkly-inclined individuals in ruling bodies or the ones who control them from behind the scene?

“You need to know why your world became a hotbed of corruption and deception and bloodshed, why Earth reached the point of near death and called out for help, why other civilizations came to her rescue, why the Golden Age was planned. All of that is why you are where you are!” (4)

SaLuSa assures us that the truth will come out regardless of how the Illuminati try to hide it because the light energies are rising.

“As predicted some time ago, you will have noted that the truth behind many dark operations is leaking out. You can take much credit for it as the level of vibrations has increased very considerably, and the Light will uncover what has previously been hidden. The truth will come out regardless of what steps are taken to hide it, and we will back up the evidence against the Illuminati for the crimes committed against you by them.” (5)

The way the truth will be presented will make it undeniable, he tells us.

“It will be presented in such a way that no amount of denial will change the facts that support the accounts we will give you. We also need them to substantiate the actions that are planned, when many persons in authority are removed because they have participated in criminal activities against the you. At this point our concern is to get them out quite lawfully, and not waste time before they are replaced by those who are of the Light.” (6)

He tells us that not so long ago we would have accepted anything from anyone in authority and our complacency cost us dearly.

“It was not too long ago that you tended to accept whatever those in authority told you, and they used your trust to hoodwink you whilst carrying out their covert operations against you. Almost on a daily basis you are now learning about the truth behind many events that have been the work of the dark Ones, but hidden behind legitimate activities. The truth goes a lot deeper than you really know, but over the coming months it is going to be revealed to set the historical records right.” (7)

He says that we’ve been used by the cabal for its own enrichment.

“Sooner or later you will have to face the awful truth of how you have been used all along, to fill the coffers of those who have for eons of time been the driving force behind your governments. The extent of their power will truly astound and shock you, and more so when you realise how a large proportion of the population was destined to be eliminated. With our coming that threat has been removed, but history will show that the lives of millions were nevertheless subject to their insidious plots.” (8)

And he reveals to us that we nearly fell into slavery after being lied to about our rights.

“You have been totally misled about your rights, that have been slowly taken from you to remove your independence. Your enslavement was been very carefully planned, and you were nearly under the total control of the Illuminati.” (9)

Many organizations have been used to hide the truth; SETI and NASA are examples, SaLuSa says.

“The extent to which there has been an ongoing cover-up of the truth for many, many years is quite astonishing to us, as your Governments have spent enormous amounts of money in supporting the organizations that are being used for this purpose.

“Even now it continues with SETI, who search the Universe for signs of intelligent life, yet your Government has had a continuous dialogue with the extraterrestrials you know as the Grays. It has been going on for some 70 years, and on a regular basis.” (10)

“N.A.S.A. has been the biggest culprit at hiding the facts, and issuing false information. All of this will rapidly change in the coming months.” (11)

Far from listening to beeps and clicks, our governments have been approached by the Galactic Federation directly but have refused their overtures to create peace on Earth, he tells us.

“Even we of the Galactic Federation of Light have had contact with your leaders, and our offers to bring peace to the world were refused. That did not surprise us, because the agenda of the dark Ones was to take over the world and enslave the people. Their plans were well advanced and within sight of success, until you suddenly responded to the Light and began to understand the truth.” (12)

When the truth is revealed, Mira the Pleiadian tells us, “you will see some empires crumble and wrongs will be corrected for the benefit of humanity. This will be a time of reconciliation on many levels.” (13)

The Pleiadian High Council through Wes Annac tells us that the galactics know the truth through, among other things, the use of nanotechnology and the Akashic Records.

“We are able to continually monitor any situation on Earth and have many such monitors sustained and looked upon on our ships.

“Through extremely small Nano-like technology that goes past even the notice of your dark, we are able to monitor any situation and even without the use of such technology, we are able to find everything we need through an easy counseling of the Akashic Records which hold each and every event that has ever manifested on Earth.
