Part I.

With great conscience – I concur regarding David Wilcock’s dream interpretations & assessment of these current times, as well as acknowledgement of some of what Preston James & Gordon Duff are saying.  It is with great personal experience & insight into the ‘inner workings’ of the global financial ‘world’, and very recent meetings I’ve had on the Andromeda Council primary biosphere, I can tell you that change is happening, more changes are coming… and benevolent ET assistance, on the part of many people who hold a variety of roles including within the security & defense structure of the Andromeda Council… continues to happen.

Ridding the Earth of some really bad human ‘lieutenants’ at the top of the power structure [of a Reptilian ruled & operated “Cabal”] is a top priority.  It is also part of the higher frequency decision making & evolvement of Earth’s people.  For why this information is all relevant, please see the web link – “The Hard Reality & A Difficult Truth”… especially the part of this white paper titled – “The complete infiltration, infestation, corruption & control of our global society” – to learn about the global Reptilian infestation, manipulation, power control and abuse of the people of this planet.

Because of my own professional work in the 2000’s, I learned first hand about the kind of gross misconduct, lies, fraud, deceit, outright manipulation & theft of clients money by top global banking institutions [where Reptilian dominance of money, power & greed has had what is likely the worst effect among all top global industries] that has existed at the top levels of the global banking industry for years.  You’ve likely read about this kind of malevolent behavior verified over the past couple of years, including very recently, on the part of the top global banks with them incurring hundreds of millions & billions of dollars in fines due to their extensive, pervasive, corrupt business practices… practices that are mostly hidden in multiple layers of bureaucracy, foolhardy massive leveraging, highly complex trading algorithms, programs & schemes, “dark pools”, toxic securities… and the list goes on. And, because of my personal career exposure to this corrupt mess, and my own ‘high level’ contacts… I have some considerable amount of insight into what is happening right now.

     With the coordinated efforts of some aligned, very smart people in developing countries… people who want to help their own people & change the way things are done around the planet… people who are in positions of power around the globe who also recognize the need for change at the top of the power structure of the financial world;  because of these people & their commitment – these changes are happening at a incredible pace… faster than can be imagined in the past… as evidenced by the recent founding of the BRICS Development Bank, now formally named the: “New Development Bank”.  This new bank is an alternative to the World Bank / IMF / BIS ‘system’ whose obstructionist policies & protocols have dominated international banking for years… giving the U.S dollar a preeminent role, a hegemony, in monopolizing global money supply, oil & natural gas transactions… creating interest [profit] for & lining the pockets of people at the very top of the global power structure… when money could have & should have been used to help people in developing countries where money is so desperately needed for infrastructure development [ie. new electric/power sources & grids, clean alternative fuels, clean water, sanitation, roads, housing, schools, etc.]

It is believed that the organization of this alternative development bank is in fact a step forward in creating far greater balance in global finance… in saying ‘no more’ to the corrupt ‘powers that be/were’… who have so dominated global banking for years… where they actually restricted & retarded the growth of the very people they are supposed to serve. The creation of this development bank is just one more step marking the decline of the power of… the Cabal… who was not able to stop the establishment of this new bank… an alternative to the corrupt World Bank / IMF / BIS system.

       As David Wilcock said, “…I do believe some form of divine intervention is required to actually clean up this mess due to how entrenched the power structure truly is. …The Cabal banked for a long time (literally and figuratively) on the idea that ETs will only watch what happens but are forbidden to intervene. That may have been true in the past, but the rules changed as of late 2011 when the ETs started portaling out a total of 28 underground facilities that we know of.”

      David also said, “…So according to [Preston] James and [Gordon] Duffs’ [of Veteran’s Today] sources, the ETs have given the Cabal a final ultimatum. On the physical level I believe the creation of the BRICS bank not only creates an alternative infrastructure if the Cabal tries to torch the financial system — it also creates consent, on a spiritual level, for the ETs to intervene much more.”

    “The ETs need our free-will permission to act.  Until we were brave enough as a planet to step up and fight, and do something as tangible as to create this alternative financial infrastructure, the ETs couldn’t intervene as strongly as they can now that we’ve done the work. …It may still be some time before we understand the degree to which our extended family has assisted us through this whole process.”

Based on my own prior, very detailed reports beginning in the late summer of 2011 –

   I first reported the destruction of a lattice networked underground base in the greater Washington D.C area [recorded as an earthquake on August 23, 2011] where the people of the Procyon star system, a senior member of the Andromeda Council, used pinpointed, highly focused, low frequency, sonic compression wave technology to collapse and destroy this underground base lattice networked facility.

         Further, I also reported in great detail direct efforts by the people of the Andromeda Council [each time, days ahead of when each action took place] to clear out, shutter, seal &/or destroy, at minimum fifteen (15) major facilities, large scale, Draco & Hydra Reptilian undersea bases. There were other minor ones included in these 15 that were shut down as well.  As a result – specifically with the last base that was destroyed, tens of thousands of Draco soldiers, and over 2,000 high ranking military officers & officials were captured & sent off planet to face an intergalactic Criminal Tribunal on the primary Andromeda Council biosphere for crimes against humanity of Earth… crimes for which they were found guilty, and punished.

       So has there already been on-going benevolent ET ‘intervention’… directly addressing the problem at the very top of the “Cabal” hierarchy.  But those actions were specifically directed at the Reptilian’s communications, operations & infrastructure… undersea bases with a military hierarchy & high level officials.  Not human, Reptilian.  And the good news is – it had the net effect of ‘cutting off of the head of the snake’… which created a power vacuum, loss of leadership and extensive in-fighting. This was the beginning of the Cabal’s collapse.

These actions on the part of the people of the Andromeda Council were allowable because it was a direct effort to remove an alien species [Reptilian] – its intrusion, interference, manipulation, control & abuse of the human race on planet Earth… which is a clear violation of all universal spiritual laws.  The Reptilian actions are especially heinous because they have repeatedly, going back 1,000s of years, interfered with the natural evolution of humanity on this planet.

       The remaining problem now is with certain ‘lieutenants’ for the Reptilians – Humans, and/or human/reptilian hybrids who for all purposes look human, who have globally held positions of great power in all major sectors of our society, especially in finance, government & media… for years… likely hundreds &/or thousands of years.

However, now in 2014, things are changing. Finally.  Brave humans, employing their own free will, have decided that the long standing corruption of the Cabal run global banking system & the infrastructure that has supported it, needs change, an alternative, as evidenced by the establishment of this new development bank.

      Yes, David Wilcock is correct in his assessment & dream interpretations.  And, it is likely we will need continued help [intervention] from a benevolent, higher, “divine power”… to rid ourselves, to clean our global society, from years of an entrenched, malevolent power structure.

Even so, much is still yet to be accomplished.   We as a society must continue to push forward.  We must do more.  We must take added responsibility, initiative & actions to reclaim our freedom, our lives & our planet… for our people, our children & our future.  We must do these things if we are to evolve in a healthy balanced manner in all areas of our lives.  And we must do these things…  so that we may from a perspective of maturity & responsibly… be able to join a greater, intergalactic community of brothers & sisters across the cosmos.  Ultimately, it is up to us.   It is our choice, each & every one of us.  What will you do?

So, for now, please pay close attention to many other aspects of our global society…  as major changes continue to happen across our world, our home planet.  Earth.

 Part II.  A contemporary summary update by Nahiska, Head of Defense, for the Andromeda Council

“Planet Earth, and this whole solar system of which the Earth is a part, is currently under the monitoring & protection of a variety of multiple, cloaked, Andromeda Council flagged scout craft which monitor the perimeter of this solar system, and this planet, as they look for energy ‘signatures’ of Reptilian, &/or Reptilian aligned enemy ships, that approach the corridor of the various outer space portals or ‘star gates’.

As Tolec stated, the area of space this solar system is currently going through is very dense, dynamic, highly magnetic & highly charged, and also full of remnants of a planet that was destroyed centuries ago. As a result the scout crafts monitor and report back to the primary AC biosphere pending locations where much debris is located. The goal is to remove & clear the larger debris by an ‘engineering team’ and to guide this debris away from the path of Earth to an area of space that is void of any planetary bodies or star systems.

      The Andromeda Council cloaked scout craft can also detect the cloaked ships of the enemy [Reptilian] scout craft and/or large-scale starships, battle cruisers, etc. There have been observations by our scientists concerning the current timeline watching for anomalies in space that includes the physical manifestation of any Reptilian ships approaching this solar system. The variables of this current timeline have been kept in a continuous monitoring state in order to catch the potential entrance of these enemy ships that wish to overtly & openly control this solar system, particularly planet Earth.

Earth is a planet that is home to many of our relatives from different star systems incarnating in what is now a 3D, organic, physical human existence. The Earth human is, in a manner of speaking, just a toddler that has yet to explore not only “outer space” & other worlds… but also outside the realm of their own 3D density / dimension.

      We, the member planets of the Andromeda Council, are responsible for this solar system as a protector of planets in need of benevolent assistance. We are aware of the awakening that has increased due to the incoming higher frequency. This is a cause for celebration among us.

There is still much work to be done in our own literal approach to humanity. We are careful not to interfere with the free will of all people including those souls who choose not to be awakened for their own learning experiences. We abide by all Universal and Spiritual laws in operation… humanity’s freedom in action to choose for yourselves what you want to see and not see in the manifestations of our presence.

As to the timeline sequence of our appearance among humanity, many of our people are working toward the goal of presenting ourselves small groups of people, one step at a time.

         Another idea is to materialize our monitoring ships, as well as scout crafts manned by a smaller number of crew members which have been utilized on many occasions. The physical manifestation & appearance of the monitoring ships & scout crafts are increasing because we wish to make ourselves known to Earth humanity in order to educate you so you may learn you are not alone in the Universe; so that you may also know we are not the enemy. We are showing up more in your skies, both day and night, in order for humanity to get use to our crafts… much like the aircraft of your world. It will become a normal occurrence. We will continue our current activities until such point in time when it will be necessary to make ourselves known out in the open, to the general public, as you might say.

     Your world has created many challenges that can be as challenging to all of us within our own dimension and timeline as well. Due to the Reptilian corrupted, elite powers that be upon your world, it has taken us thousands upon thousands of years to be able to get through the muck of the minds within humanity in order to open up the possibilities of our presence as benevolent and not malevolent people.

This era of time in earth’s history from this point forward is an exciting time for all of us to see that humanity finally getting the message that after all of the changes you have coming, we are here to help you get, as you might say, “back on your feet” and recognize that we are not a figment of your imagination. We are here for the long haul and we are not leaving this solar system until humanity is free from the tyrants of the powers who made slaves out of you, our relatives, incarnated star people in human form.

  As always, with each being on the ‘brink of change’… the birthing pains are very evident. It can be painful, but any pain you might experience should not be due to our presence as we seek to help inform you of so many truths during your transformation process. We will walk the Earth to help relieve the pressure of the birthing process from the old world into the new world… a new way of living life to the fullest without the enslavement by the powers who were only of self service to control, manipulate and blind you to false truths of your past within the societal, religious, education, political and working systems of your planet.

As Tolec has previously taught you, as the caterpillar moves to create a cocoon to encase its body, it then sleeps and emerges into a beautiful butterfly. In this demonstration, Mother Earth has been asleep to the actions of thought forms of humanity. And now, Mother Earth begins her awakening process to birthing herself in emerging with a new, more beautiful, higher frequency body to be enjoyed by all as a gift to the Universe by the Source of all life in existence. Therefore, it is time for humanity to embrace the change from within yourselves into becoming a new species.

 Many Earth humans fear change because of old pain you carry within yourselves and not wanting to experience the new. You need not fear change within your own DNA because the birthing process from the physical bodies that you currently inhabit into the higher frequency ones which will be crystalline in nature. Again, as Tolec has taught you, there will be no pain during the transformation process… that is to say during the actual moment of transformation. It will be as easy as turning on the light switch in your own home.

Go back in history and study the change of the human body as indicated by the hieroglyphics, religious scriptural writings, and archeological digs. Scientists of your world alongside with your own computer technology can analyze the biology, human anatomy, planetary environmental and climate changes that produce the changes within plants, animals and humans. Your geneticists have already begun to identify the chromosomes, nuclei and DNA/RNA components within human bodies that are not part of this planet’s DNA/RNA structures. Many of the ancient astronauts that came from other worlds have already had their ‘hands into the cookie jar’, so to speak.

        Earth humans, you are now on the brink of your bodily change in becoming crystalline in nature, structure & much lighter in presence. A side benefit is that these new bodies will easily be able to breathe in Earth’s new atmospheric changes as she changes as well.

As to the biological agent/”chem trails”, do not be concerned. With the higher frequency of your new crystalline bodies you will be fine due to the fact that the ‘missing link’, as you say, within your human forms is being activated. This will negate any problems within your new human form.

To the people of Earth, remain calm and allow the changes to flow through you. The physical form appears to be at its worst before it gets better. It will subside and return to feeling normal again. Seemingly, everything will get turned ‘inside out’, as you might also say, when it comes to the new positive changes within your bodies. So, it is with your body.

Many of the people who are now awakened, as you might say, who have already experienced psychological, intellectual, spiritual and physical changes years ago within their own bodies – they will be able to assist, teach and calm many of you who are going through changes yourselves, right now, as well as others who will also go through changes.

  Earth humans, you are graduating into a new species. We are with you as you move into your new change of life. It is all part of the Universal growth in all dimensional existence of life forms within the Universes, Omniverses, Parallel Universes, and Intra-Universes.

Setting our Internal GPS for Timelines of the New Earth

We can begin amplifying our experience of the new time at any point we wish to have a greater experience of love, peace and spiritual connection in our lives. Those who have already begun this process are finding the energies of the new earth readily available to be woven into the fabric of new beginnings.

With the July 26 New Moon in Leo joining forces with Jupiter, the planet of good fortune, this is truly a time to begin anew. This is an excellent time to begin a new spiritual practice, expand our creative horizons, forge new connections with others, start new health regimens and re-invent ourselves in some new and daring way. Our efforts toward expansion are greatly supported now. For lightworkers, this holds special significance as we allow the gentle winds of this time to speed us along on our journey of self-realization.

Accessing the Etheric Internet and Facilitating Rapid Healing

Lightworkers have known for some time the direction we are moving individually and collectively. Whatever we have experienced thus far by way of intuitive knowing, dreams and visions, we are able now to greatly expand. We are able to shift to life tracks aligned with high-vibrational frequencies; to facilitate rapid energy healing and conscious access to the “etheric Internet” where the information of all-time exists; to experience telepathic communication with our higher self and to consciously blend with others. We are able to access timelines where every spark of life in every form is valued and respected, and where slavery does not exist. We are able to experience life tracks where inner peace gives rise to universal peace and the true nature of love is expressed and experienced instead of the pale reflection that sometimes passes for love in the third dimension.

Setting our Intentions activates our Internal GPS

Whatever we have experienced thus far is just the first wave of these energies. The next wave is available whenever we’re ready. We don’t have to know the steps to join the dance. Strengthening our connection with timelines of the new earth is a matter of setting our intentions to further align ourselves with the new time. In a sense we are setting our internal GPS for life tracks of the new time and allowing ourselves to be guided to these high-vibrational realities. As we are ready, a new step appears. Intentions guide us to the right place at the right time, bringing us into connection with people, situations and information – whatever is needed to help us take the next step on our journey.

If we sense internal resistance to taking this step, we can look for any way in which we may still be invested in third-dimensional timelines. If we are still tied to past traumas this will create a rubber band effect, pulling us back time and again to lower-vibrational realities until we heal sufficiently to gain our release.

We exist simultaneously at various Points throughout Time and Space

Some simple steps will help us anchor the light of the new time. This includes learning to work with energy and intentions and a willingness to see the world from a new perspective of limitless potential. We see what we expect to see. If we expect to see a linear progression of events, our life will seem to move along a linear progression of life tracks, each one building on the other. This way of seeing things may work in some cases but not in others. Energy extends in all directions. As a result, our past, present and future selves all exist simultaneously at different points along the map of our consciousness. At some points our energy expands while at others, it contracts. We are able to balance these times by embracing and celebrating the study in contrasts that is life. When we work in connection and harmony with aspects or “selves” that exist at all different points on the map, we create inner unity. This state of inner oneness strengthens our connection to timelines of the new earth. When we exist in a state of inner unity, there are always aspects we can call upon for support, energy and guidance regardless of the circumstances we are dealing with at the time. This is a benefit of inner unification – we can unify and strengthen our different aspects to form a framework that supports growth, healing and the cultivation of higher consciousness.

Our aspects consist of past, present and future selves as well as our repertoire of selves from our present lifetime, all operating simultaneously under the umbrella of our higher self. When these selves harmonize and work together to carry out the desires of the soul, everything is possible.

Uniting with Past and Future Selves

When you set your intention now to cultivate inner unity and higher consciousness, your past and future selves are entrained to this higher frequency and your consciousness throughout time expands. Past selves are healed and released from spiritual misunderstandings. Communion with future selves expands your alignment with your soul and higher self.

In a moment of meditative alignment, you can reach out to your future self and ask this self to join its light and energy with yours. Uniting present and future greatly expands your field of potentials moving forward. When our selves join together to amplify and join their light, this accelerates our efforts, heals us at all levels and assists us in times of need. Likewise, we can reach back to unite with past selves to facilitate their healing and growth. When we create inner oneness, we are able to join with other unified souls to amplify the timelines of the new earth.

The Path of Quantum Growth and Healing

As a result of efforts toward unification, in 5-10 years your expanded future self is able to radiate energy back to your present moment. When you make a practice of sending light to your past selves, in a short time you will begin receiving energetic infusions from your future self that is still carrying out this practice. When you set an intention to radiate love and light and healing energy to all aspects of your consciousness, past, present and future, you create the causes of a spiritually aware and empowered future self. Each day reaffirm your intentions toward inner unification. Set an intention to expand the light of your consciousness. Your sense of joy, love and inner peace expand exponentially as you daily send light and love to all aspects of your being and open to receive from all aspects of your being. As you expand your light and empower your selves throughout time, you become a brighter light for others.

As you set up this energetic exchange, in a very short time you will begin to experience the results of these intentions. The light of your future self, greatly amplified by your intentions and efforts, sends light back to you as you in turn send light to past and future selves. This is the path of quantum growth and healing.

Niels Bohr, a Danish Physicist who made significant contributions to understanding atomic structure and quantum theory once said: “if quantum mechanics hasn’t profoundly shocked you, you haven’t understood it yet.” Quantum physics has left scientists all over the world baffled, especially with the discovery that our physical material reality, isn’t really physical at all. “Everything we call real is made of things that cannot be regarded as real.” It seems philosophers of our ancient past were right, our senses really do deceive us. 

Again, our physical material reality really ISN’T physical at all. The meaning, significance and implications of these findings within our quantum world have led to a plethora of ideas and theories, some of which lay inside the label of “pseudo-science.”  This article will present scientific evidence that clearly shows the connections between consciousness and what we call reality and how these can no longer be denied. It will also ponder the implications of this knowing, and how this realization plays an important role in the potential transformation of our planet, at a time when we need it the most.

Scientific understandings change continuously throughout human history.  Old “knowings” are constantly dismissed as we come across new ones. Even with our current understanding about the laws of physics, it could have some loopholes, especially with the recent disclosure of the black budget. We now know that trillions of dollars are going towards projects that the human race knows nothing about. Other phenomenon, like zero-point energy, extracting energy and heat from electromagnetic zero-point radiation via the Casimir force have shown to be correct and conclusive -for more information on these sources, please click here. (1)(9)(10)(11)(12)(13) Some of these ideas threaten our current understanding of physics, but how can we even have an understanding of physics when what we call ‘matter’ isn’t even real? How can we understand it if when we observe an atom at its tiniest level the behavior of that atom changes? The quantum world is definitely a weird one, and it’s safe to say that we don’t understand it, but we do recognize the significance and potential it has to help transform our world. We are starting to recognize that non-physical properties govern the universe, and we are turning our attention towards consciousness and the role it plays with regards to the physical make up of our reality.

The notion that the atom was the smallest particle in the universe fell with the discovery that the atom itself is made up of even smaller, subatomic elements. What was even more shocking was the revelation that these subatomic particles emit various “strange energies.”(0) Proponents would argue that the findings within quantum physics only apply and are significant at the subatomic level, but to those I say, are we not all existing at the subatomic level? When we observe ourselves and our physical environment at the smallest level, are we not made up of atoms? Are we not made up of subatomic particles? Are we not what we observe?

At the turn of the ninetieth century, physicists started to explore the relationship between energy and the structure of matter. In doing so, the belief that a physical, Newtonian material universe that was at the very heart of scientific knowing was dropped, and the realization that matter is nothing but an illusion replaced it. Scientists began to recognize that everything in the Universe is made out of energy.

Quantum physicists discovered that physical atoms are made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating, each one radiating its own unique energy signature. Therefore, if we really want to observe ourselves and find out what we are, we are really beings of energy and vibration, radiating our own unique energy signature -this is fact and is what quantum physics has shown us time and time again. We are much more than what we perceive ourselves to be, and it’s time we begin to see ourselves in that light. If you observed the composition of an atom with a microscope, you would see a small, invisible tornado like vortex, with a number of infinitely small energy vortices called quarks and photons. These are what make up the structure of the atom. As you focused in closer and closer on the structure of the atom, you would see nothing, you would observe a physical void.(0) The atom has no physical structure, we have no physical structure, physical things really don’t have any physical structure! Atoms are made out of invisible energy, not tangible matter.

It’s quite the conundrum, isn’t it? Our experience tells us that our reality is made up of physical material things, and that our world is an independently existing objective one. Again, what quantum mechanics reveals is that there is no true “physicality” in the universe, that atoms are made of focused vorticies of energy-miniature tornadoes that are constantly popping into and out of existence.  The revelation that the universe is not an assembly of physical parts, suggested by Newtonian physics, and instead comes from a holistic entanglement of immaterial energy waves stems from the work of Albert Einstein, Max Planck, and Werner Heisenberg, among others. Despite the findings of quantum physics many scientists today still cling onto the prevailing matter-oriented worldview, for no good reason at all. As mentioned earlier, these scientists restrict quantum theory’s validity to the subatomic world. If we know that matter isn’t physical, how can we further our scientific discovery by treating it as physical?

Despite the unrivaled empirical success of quantum theory, the very suggestion that it may be literally true as a description of nature is still greeted with cynicism, incomprehension and even anger. (T. Folger, “Quantum Shmantum”; Discover 22:37-43, 2001)

What Does This Mean?

What does it mean that our physical material reality isn’t really physical at all? It could mean a number of things, and concepts such as this cannot be explored if scientists remain within the boundaries of the only perceived world existing, the world we see. Fortunately, many scientists have already taken the leap, and have already questioned the meaning and implications of what we’ve discovered with quantum physics. One of these potential revelations is that “the observer creates the reality.”

A fundamental conclusion of the new physics also acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. (R. C.  We can no longer ignore the fact that our beliefs, perceptions and attitudes (consciousness) create the world.

Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual (14)

One great example that illustrates the role of consciousness within the physical material world (which we know not to be so physical) is the double slit experiment. This experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality. (2)

A double-slit optical system was used to test the possible role of consciousness in the collapse of the quantum wave-function.(2) The ratio of the interference pattern’s double-slit spectral power to its single-slit spectral power was predicted to decrease when attention was focused toward the double-slit as compared to away from it.(2) The study found that factors associated with consciousness, such as meditation, experience, electrocortical markers of focused attention and psychological factors such as openness and absorption, significantly correlated in predicted ways with perturbations in the double-slit interference pattern.(2)

The problem presented in this experiment is called the quantum measurement problem (QMP). It refers to (as seen in the video) the intriguing effect whereby quantum objects appear to behave differently when observed than when unobserved.(2) Scientists only view it as a problem because it disregards what our senses tell us, that the world is completely independent of observation. This problem has led to the study of the role of observation and measurement -which many believe to be one aspect of consciousness due to our mind-like capacity of awareness, attention and intention.

Observation not only disturb what has to be measured, they produce it. We compel the electron to assume a definite position. We ourselves produce the results of the measurement. (2)

These types of experiments are not the only ones available that show consciousness does play a role, and is interconnected with our physical material reality in some way. The possible influence of human consciousness on the behavior of physical or biological systems has been subject to rigorous research and documentation for a number of years by several researches. Many of the experiments that use the role of human consciousness and how it affects our physical material world have been done so under the Department of Defense and military agencies, thus remaining classified -hidden science kept from the eyes of the mainstream public world. (3)

One example of this is the 24-year government-sponsored program to investigate ESP and its potential use within the Intelligence Community. This operation was called STAR GATE , and most of its research and findings remain classified to this day. (4) Another example is the research conducted by the CIA and NSA in conjunction with Stanford University.(5)(6)(7).

Personally, I am compelled to believe that much of the science that deals with the “weirdness” of the quantum world, and many of its technological applications remains within the realm of the classified world. A world so secretive that it could be thousands, if not millions of years ahead of the mainstream world.

What Level Of Consciousness Do You Operate From?

Now that we’ve established that our physical makeup is one that is not physical at all, where do we go from here? We are atoms, made up of subatomic particles, that are actually a bunch of energy vibrating at a certain frequency. Us, these vibrational beings of energy exhibit consciousness, which has been shown to manifest, create and correlate to our physical material world. The next question to ask ourselves is: what level of consciousness/ state of being do we individually, and more importantly, collectively operate from?

Studies have shown that positive emotions and operating from a place of peace within oneself can lead to a very different experience for the person emitting those emotions and for those around them. At our subatomic level, does the vibrational frequency change the manifestation of physical reality? If so, in what way? We know that when an atom changes it’s state, it absorbs or emits electromagnetic frequencies, which are responsible for changing it’s state. (15) Do different states of emotion, perception and feelings result in different electromagnetic frequencies? Yes! This has been proven. (8)

The non-physical world is weird, isn’t it? The fact that material substances (matter) appear out of thin air, with lots of evidence to point to consciousness as that which is creating it, is pretty intriguing. One minute we are holding a physical object in our hand, like a coin, and then the next minute we realize that if we were to focus in on the coins material substance with an atomic microscope, we would see that we are actually holding nothing.

The best we can do for now is understand that the human race must operate from a place of peace, a place of co-operation and understanding. We must realize that we are all interconnected, that we can solve our problems here easily, given the fact that we have a number of solutions. The only way we will be able to implement and utilize these solutions is through a shift in consciousness. The world is indeed waking up. My soul knows the significance of these findings, it is difficult for the mind to explain. Hopefully I did a decent job.

When you see yourself as a co-creator of your new Golden Age, your life takes on an expanded purpose. Your personal wave of influence in the world is no longer being focused solely on you and the world around you, yet rather on humanity and the world-at-large. Every particle of life is being affected by your thoughts and feelings. That is how the collective consciousness of humanity has always been created, yet seldom understood. This great pool of thoughts, feelings and creations is part of every consciousness around the globe and it also expands into the field of consciousness that is making up your galaxy.

You are in a crucial stage that has the energetic support from the great Light within the photon belt to greatly increase the frequencies needed to accelerate the ascension of humanity while adding to the momentum of the planet’s graduation into the 5th dimension. Many significant astrological and solar shifts have been taking place that are helping to free you and all of humanity from any need to blame yourselves for anything that has taken place in the past.

Everything that has ever taken place in your daily lives has given you the opportunity to see your play in the world so you can now merge more consciously with your Presence and create your life without the limitations of the past. When you remain aware of what lens you are using to view yourself, you can avoid judging your thoughts, feelings and actions in relationship to how you think your life should look. You will not be able to stand still as this river of Light will continue to take you further into the ocean of Oneness. You have always sought to enter into higher and higher levels of consciousness, yet now you can feel the great support from the universe that has always been there to nourish your creations, especially when your intentions are clearly defined. This global currency reset and rv of currencies is a global event; this is happening to release people from financial tyranny and slavery, assisting those those would be held back from raising their consciousness due to slavery conditions. It is the release of mankind from bondage — the bondage of inequality poverty despair war disease and strife — and it is about creating a better world for everyone.

Higher dimensional intergalactic societies all operate on the principle of Unity Consciousness. Unity and Oneness are higher dimensional concepts wherein the well-being of all is just as important as the well-being of each being as in reality All Are One.. Beings on earth are waking up to this concept now.. To harm another is to harm oneself, to love and care for another is to love and care for oneself..

This extends to your planet as well, wherein to love and care for your planet is to love and care for yourselves. For without your planet where would you be… You would be floating in space.. Without a healthy harmonious planet you would not have a healthy harmonious home… each being on earth needs a home …your planet is your home …love it and take care of it just as you will now begin to love and take care of not only yourselves but others as well, and this extends to a global level with the awakened ones (the newly awakened world leaders) now taking the helm of overseeing global well-being.

Your world is being transformed right before your very eyes and it is being done from within each person and emanating outwards. The energy from Source Creator which is filled with love and light is a part of that being of each person plant and animal on your earth as well as the energy force of the planet itself. This is the energy Source that gives you life that gives life to every living thing indeed it is the energy Source of Everything and All…you see, you cannot really be separated from the One from the All… you’re each an integral part of it.

Your world is now lovingly shifting to Harmony despite what you see in the news… this is the chaos before the calm. Remember all mainstream media is controlled by governments and propaganda and this is especially true in the United States, so it is suggested that you turn away from that source of information as it is not the truth. Tune into your own inner knowledge, begin to listen to your own wisdom and begin to live your life in a way that embodies the qualities discussed herein. This is how you can become a part of creating this better world… do not participate in the wars or the fear or the anger directed outwards… find your own inner calm, your inner source of knowing and know that all is well and the tide is turning quite rapidly. Soon we will be at high tide with all that is not of love washed away, as a new world co-created lovingly by each of you emerges in the new dawn and the Golden Age shines forth, with the darkness eliminated by the divine light of truth and love shining forth from within each Awakened Being.

A Higher Vision

Greetings, dear ones. I am the Keeper of Time. I have moved forward into what you call the group because today I will speak of where you are at this junction of time and space, which is so beautiful. You have been here before to experience very similar energies. Now is a unique time, because many of these challenges on Earth have come from the junctions where realities cross and leave permanent imprints. Let us explain.

Your Multidimensional Nature

You are multidimensional in nature. You look at yourself and see only one being, though of course you are not just one being. You are multiples; you are 11, let’s say for the sake of argument. With all of these beings going on at one time it is actually a grand torus. almost as if you had 11 different rays of light all moving together. Although you see time as linear on your planet, it is actually in the form of a torus. We will just call it ‘linear,’ because with your limited perceptions that is how you view time.

You see it as past, present and future only because you see a line. Well, we will use your illustration for this. Of course, with the past, present and future, only one of those is real; the present You can remember when you were three years old. You can also imagine what it is going to be like when you get much older than you are right now, so you prepare yourself and move accordingly. Do you know why you age in your physical body? Because you expect to, dear ones. Not too long ago the Keeper heard someone on TV say, “I am 70 years old but, of course, 70 is the new 50—is it not?” You are re-defining everything in your world and this is perfect, as it should be. Understand that where you are right now is very unique. Let us explain why.

Crossing of Dimensional Lines

Go back to the concept of a line for just a moment, and imagine a linear line. Your other 10 dimensions of time and space are next to yours and on similar lines. Dear ones, where those lines have crossed and when they cross, they leave permanent imprints on each other. These are very unique moments and greatest stories in your history you share.. These stories, such as the one about your Garden of Eden, never change and continue throughout all of humanity Although many of you have greatly misinterpreted that one, it is true and how it evolved was beautiful indeed. It was the story of your first exercise in density, and you have had many of these throughout your history. Your greatest teachers on Earth, those whom you call masters, are simply lines that have crossed each other at different moments. These multidimensional lines, which have always been separate until now, are starting to cross. So you are currently seeing a tremendous amount of this in your lifetimes; this was the greatest hope of all that you could be here at this time.

Many of you on the other side of the veil stood in a long line so you could come here to experience the possibility of multiple lines crossing at the same time. We have described the multidimensional nature of humanity before; we have also told you that the veil between them, the walls between your dimensions, are thinning. You are starting to have this bleed through where you’re feeling things that are not quite yours. As this has happened you have lost a bit of your security or sureness of yourselves, because those walls provided you structure that is no longer there in the same way. However, it does mean that you can start perfecting yourselves in new ways. Although none of these individual lines carry all of the truth, together you are a perfect being. It could very easily be said that you had to divide your perfection in order to be here on planet Earth, to play this game of pretending to be a human. You are doing rather well. In fact, you have some very unique opportunities.

Three Steps Forward

There have been waves on planet Earth before where you have gone through similar exercises; sometimes they turned into what you have called very negative experiences. Know, dear ones, that you are in charge. That is the message we want you to have today. No matter what you see coming, no matter any difficulties we share with you in upcoming messages, know that you are in charge. How does one take charge of their lives? You have been trying since you were born with somewhat limited success, or so you might think.

No, that is not true. The reality is that you are exactly where you wanted to be. Now you measure yourselves in different ways so you might say, “Oh, I wanted more money. I wanted more excitement in my job. I wanted a relationship that could actually be on the same level as me.” You have all these ideas of your success but we tell you, dear ones, you are in the perfect place. You are in the space that you wanted to be when you came down to Earth in this incarnation. So, how do you take charge of that? How does one bring joy back into their lives?

Well, dear ones, at many times it is seeing things from a different perspective and re-evaluating. There is a trick in this which we have spoken of many times: you are creator beings. You are walking, conscious creators on planet Earth, and the beauty of it is you have the ability to create everything in front of you. Most of you have tried very hard to prove us wrong when we say that. “Oh, I have done everything that you said. I have done every part of it, read the books and followed the ABCs of creation. I have taken the courses and have the credentials.” You have done all the things that you thought you needed to step forward with the exception of one: responsibility. How do you take responsibility for where you are?

When you are in a situation that you do not cherish or are not happy with, the first thing to understand is that you purposely put yourself there. The second thing to understand is that you can change it. Now if you say, “Okay, I am going to sit down and change this whole thing. I do not like where I am. I am going to shift the energy this day, then, I will turn around and teach it to other people.” Most of you are wired that way, for you have come to Earth many lifetimes. Most of you are teachers at heart, yet you do not completely learn the lessons until you turn around and teach them to someone else. That is the way you think, which is very beautiful. You are part of each other.

The challenge comes when you put yourself on a higher or lower level than the people that you teach. You are all part of one another, so how does one assume a level? The first thing to do, dear ones, is to ask yourself: “What was I trying to accomplish to get here?” You may know the actions and mistakes it took to get here and have vowed not to make those mistakes again. However, the reality is that your spirit led you there intentionally. The fact that many of you are in challenging situations right now would seem that there is a difficult energy on Earth, but you asked for this. You not only asked for the energies, changes, and shifts to place you here, but you asked to be one of the very few here in a physical form to experience this moment.

The Golden Key

There are many ways that you can change your reality. The first is to take responsibility for it, and to know that your spirit placed you there for a reason; the second is to change your perspective on it. Do you understand how many beings on Earth have a job that they dislike? They say, “Oh, if only I were wealthy I did not have to work at all. , then I could really make a difference on Earth.

I could really teach what I came to teach.” Perhaps you have a contract at work? Perhaps there are people you agreed to meet and they are just waiting for you to speak the words you promised to. But you think you have to get another job before you can speak your truth. The key is to first find the joy in wherever you are now. Yes, if you take an inventory, joy may be a small portion and discontent may be the larger piece. You may say you still want to change but you cannot change, dear ones, until you find that spark of light. That is the piece we want to share with you today.

First take responsibility for where you are, knowing that you are in the perfect place. Oh, some of you do not like that and would much rather be in a gentler place, an easier spot where the energy used to flow like in the olden days. We will tell you that the olden days were not quite as joyous as you think. You had to carry a very low vibration, for sometimes ignorance is truly bliss, and. Although you may have been in a blissful state, you were also very ignorant and it was difficult to understand what the energy was.

All of humanity has risen in recent years and months. As a result, many of you are disjointed; you feel as if you lost your magic, wondering where to go from here. You do not quite know what is next, but you are closer than you think. There is a golden key and until you find it, you will not move your circumstances or change. Take responsibility and know that you can only find the golden key by experiencing all that you have just gone through. You may not be happy with the circumstances and you still may wish to change, but that is perfect. Look for the key.

How do you find the golden key? These are the crystals you have placed on your path. Sometimes they jump out at you and other times you have to become good at acceptance in order to receive them. You tend to look at something and say, “Oh, this is not going to do me any good. I need something over here, not over there.” Until you find the light in the moment and live in the now moment, you will repeat the same situation over and over again because that is the cycle. When we tell you about the grand torus and the way it moves together in all 11 dimensions of your time and space, you must understand that each part is made up of a circle. Time is truly circular, dear ones, not linear. Therefore, when you experience something difficult, we guarantee you it will repeat until you find that golden key. When you are able to change your perception of it and find that one glimmer of hope then use it. These are the ways of the new world; these are the ways of the empowered humans, for you are making space on your planet, dear ones.

A New Balance

There is a balance arriving of masculine and feminine in an entirely new way. It has come in before because all the energies have, in waves. Previously you had such a low vibration that you were not able to use it, for it completely overwhelmed you. You ended up in a grand war, which was very difficult. That does not have to happen or work in the same way this time. You are the creator beings; you are the ones creating every moment of your lives through your perception and an individual part of this grand torus, which is yours. Together you are complete and perfect, living on the planet of imperfection.

It is not possible for you to carry that, so you hid it in different parts of yourself. Now is a beautiful time, because many of these energies can finally cross each other. So what happens when one of your energies cross and you meet another you or another part of yourself? You become aware of some of your perfection in the most beautiful ways. This is what is ahead and what many of you will be teaching. If you believe you are lacking something in your life then you feel, “Oh, I am not good at this aspect of being a human. I am very good at this part but this part over here is very difficult, because it has always been an enigma for me. I have never been able to figure this one out.” You can know that there is another part of you that has already mastered that part, when you come to these beautiful junctions where these lines cross as they are just starting to do.

You will see the signs in many ways including astrological. And you will see many of the imprints of this opening, for it is starting a new energy on planet Earth. It will be a time when you can fully awaken from the dream. Even if you were awake today, what would you do with it? That is the question. Why wait? Play in your mastery now. Claim it by taking responsibility for exactly where you are and knowing that you are here for a reason. Even in this junction of time and space, though this density seems to have taken over your cares and your worries on planet Earth, know that you are here on purpose.

Look around you, dear ones. There may only be one person that you are here to meet in this particular moment. Make that connection. Pass on that ray of light, or receive that gift from them and it will change everything. How do you direct it? You will learn that through every aspect of yourselves, because you are becoming perfect. You are starting to cross dimensions within yourself in every moment, dear ones, especially during those things that you call challenges. Now is the time to look for that golden key; search for that one aspect that you can only reach by placing yourself in that position. Even if it does not seem all that beautiful to you, find another way of looking upon it.

Are you aware that you create something every time you open your eyes and focus? The universe does not exist in the way you think it does. Look around you. I am looking at some of the things on the Keeper’s desk right now; I see pens, letter openers, and what he calls mice. The truth is, that those atoms are scattered in a random pattern. They are moving around all the time, but it is only when he looks at them and expects to see something that they jump together to make those items that he perceives. So, what would it take for you to expect something different? Expect a miracle. It means changing your thought patterns, changing the way you think about time.

Creator Beings that Age

The only reason you age in your physical bodies, dear ones, is because you expect to. You think that is what is necessary. You will find this very soon, for these are the gifts that many of your own parental races have had in the 8-12 foot range on planet Earth. Many of them are re-turning, dear ones. Does that mean you will have a space ship landing on CNN? Well, we really do not think so. But what it means is that you will start to re-member some of the magic in you. You will start to understand your true nature. Look at yourselves in the mirror and you see a limited aging being moving down a linear timeframe.

Start to understand that time is circular, which is the reason you repeat things in your lives. So, if you missed it and you made a mistake, do not judge yourself. God does not judge himself/herself, for that is insanity. Leave it go and know that it will repeat through the natural, circular time and you will have many opportunities to do it if you take the pressure off. You will start seeing things from a different perspective. You will dare to go out and make lots of good mistakes. Now you will start to see your truth then you will start to understand who you truly are and in those moments, we will turn around and offer it to each other.

This is the Age of Empowerment, dear ones. It is here in a very clear way. It is here for all humans, most of which are confused by it at this moment. It came in during an incredible wave that we spoke of it 11 years before it came in. You knew it was coming in this lifetime, which is why you placed yourself here. Welcome Home. Welcome to the New Earth. We will help you understand not by teaching you or by giving you new pieces, but by simply helping you re-member what you wanted to do when you first came here.

Those are the golden keys that each of you carry. Some of you brought them into the clan that you were a part of, while others brought specific rays of light to planet Earth. Many of you are from the Family of E, the Family of truth and empowerment, here to help all of humanity take this next step into empowerment and create the new world. It has already begun, which is why you are here. Celebrate it! Celebrate the situations which you believe are difficult, and doing so will help you change your perspective. Beloved Ones,

The people of the world are uniting in greater and greater numbers to stand in the streets to let the leaders of the world know that they are no longer willing to be silent witnesses as they watch senseless destruction of the world’s people and their homelands be destroyed. As the powers that be lash out to create fear in the people in order to keep them under control, awakened humanity across the planet are rising up in swelling numbers to create change across the planet. The mainstream news continues to suppress the reporting of the momentous movement of people’s protests in major cities of the world and this has become glaringly clear to the majority of the world’s population. The lies, deceptions and cover ups from those in power are becoming more obvious in every moment.

As the loving energies of the divine feminine flowing onto the planet deepens in intensity, that which is not in alignment with love will stand out in glaring contrast. There really is no place to hide shadow activity any longer. When each person’s heart is filled with love, they have the ability to sense and feel deception in another. This is what is occurring now throughout the planet. People are seeing behind the masks into the real motivations of their leaders and what is really happening, and they are demanding the truth. Great subterfuge is afoot in these ones on an unimaginable scale. These activities demand the awakening ones to stand in and speak their truth, for they know at a very deep level that the time of choice to remain asleep is over.

The sun’s rays are now stronger than before and it behooves each individual to protect their body by limiting exposure during the intense times of the day and to wear protective sun glasses at all times when outdoors in the daytime. It is better to go out in the early morning to acclimate one’s body to the changing weather patterns. The earth’s magnetic field is more depleted and it requires the human body to take in greater amounts of air in order to fuel their energy levels. Deep breathing exercise each day is very helpful during these times as it is the magnetic field that radiates energy to all parts of the body through the nerves and nerve relay centers and their branches. It is important to increase the strength of one’s magnetic field to bring one’s body and mind to the highest level of health and vitality.

We ask the awakened ones to continue to stay calm and hold the light during these turbulent times. Your light is much needed now. Look for and recognize the positive traits in others around you and empower these individuals in any way you are guided. Give support to those who risk their well being by speaking their truth and standing in their light. Spread the message of the new earth reality to all who are ready to receive. It is in these times as you stand in the eye of the storm that you can direct uplifting, loving and compassionate energy and thoughts to your brothers and sisters as they come to terms with the revelations of the awakening process.

For each soul who is experiencing physical expression, it is the action of struggle and effort which reveals to each their own unique gifts and qualities of spirit. When they cease to resist the inflow of opposing energies which bring greater light into their being, the journey of discovery becomes a journey into realities that were not available for exploration before. It is important to keep the faith and keep the forward momentum flowing and to remember that the entire universe is supporting each one during these times. The repertoire of higher dimensional beings that stand with each awakened human is greater than ever before. Accept the love and guidance that they bring to stay in balance and equilibrium. No one during these times walks their path alone.

Hello dear St Germain was just reading about Bretton Woods when I heard you start talking…

Yes I was beginning to say that the world is shifting away gradually but steadily from the US Dollar which is quickly losing its status as the world’s reserve currency. The world is changing and world leaders are waking up and shifting away from reliance on the US dollar or anything US-related for that matter. The world is tired of the US-led wars, bullying and aggressive dominance and the leaders of the world are all seeking alternative solutions to US dominance, aggression and power.

They are beginning to see that a large percentage of wars are being created covertly by the US and that no one wins in war, there are only losers. Nations are devastated, people are devastated and the earth is devastated. World leaders are beginning to raise their consciousness now, just as populations are, and wanting to create solutions that benefit all instead of harming all beings and financially benefiting the elite.

The new BRICS bank is a huge step forward in this direction of shifting consciousness, and soon world leaders will begin to work cooperatively for harmony, peace, and prosperity for all rather than for empowering the cabal and elitists of the world. They will begin to cooperatively and harmoniously look for solid solutions to poverty and disease and are swiftly realizing that with the formerly powerful cabal out of the picture, the world can actually be restored to harmony, the wars can stop, and the healing of the world can begin.

Large humanitarian projects can now get off the ground without cabal interference and siphoning of funds and the Great Repair of the world and humanity can begin. The BRICS-led coalition is at the forefront of this movement to bring the planet and its population into harmony once again. The main objective is to disempower the dollar and the cabal and bring the world back into balance. This is the task set before all who join this coalition which represents a shift in consciousness from darkness to light, and from service to the elite, to service to the planet and humanity.

These cutting-edge world leaders are realizing that we are All One and that war, poverty, and disease affects us all and affects our planet… So the kinds of things they will be finding solutions for in the coming days are cleaning up planetary contamination, assisting world populations in building cooperation, health, well-being, and making sure the basic needs of humanity are met, so that spots in the world that have severe drought and starvation can be healed and helped.. They are looking at the global picture now, with the disempowerment of the US-led cabal the utmost priority on the list. The shift away from the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency is the first step in this new paradigm of enlightened world leaders taking every measure possible to create a better world of peace, harmony, love, and well-being for all.
