12 Steps to 4D Awakening & Ascension for the 2nd Waver's & lightworkers ; Part 3, Leave the Past in the Past, Be in the Now Moment; from my Higher Self.

I was told to write this outline Paper for those who are about to awaken or has already begun to Awaken, {2nd Wavers}. The 1st wave probably already knows this info in some form but it could be a refresher for them too. This guide line Paper is not complete, it does go into greater detail in my latest E-book I am still writing, called [.The Ascension Quest Papers;] The Inner world of reality VS the outer World of Illusions. For it was taken from many resources but mainly from the book '' A Course In Miracles'' [ACIM] and the Urantia Book plus many other New Age Books and of course from my Higher Self and the Holy Trinity. 1st Step; PRAYER

Prayer is the very 1st beginning of the Awakening Process.One day we realize that something is very wrong with the World, we are not Happy, hardly no-one is and then we remember what JC said, that''The world is an Illusion, be in it but not of it'' With that remembered,we then turn inward for the 2nd part by J.C., ''Go within for the Kingdom of God is within you''.

That's when we start to talk to GOD, we make our plea about how Crazy and Evil the world is and what we don't want. Then with some practice in prayer we begin to ask ourselves the age old questions of who am I, why am I here, where did I really come from, where am I going to and what am I going to become, what is the Grand Master Divine plan?. Then we hear this very gentile voice telling us, now you are asking the right questions, What do you want? Go within and be silent for the answers will come to you,in time,for in truth most of the answers are already in your subconscious mind, your higher mind, for As Above, So Below.

2nd Step; AWAKENING

Awakening is a process, we have been programed from birth into a negative world and this has been going on for thousands of generations, sense the fall of Lucifer. So we need to change this negative programing to slowly Delete it and to reprogram ourselves to the Positive Programing from the Spirit Realm, As Above So below. To do this properly we need to learn to use Affirmations, Contemplation Meditation , like the one JC used or pick one of the hundred that is out there that feels right for you and practice, practice. New age music helps to meditate much easier and faster,from 432hz to 741hz is the most popular. One can also mix all of this things together, Center, Prayer, Affirmations, Visualization of what you want and then create a Silent Mind into Meditation , then to Allow the Holy Trinity to come in and give you then, some Answers to your Quest or Questions but it may take some time and it usually comes after one has done all this but it will come as asked. You get out what you put in, the more you put into it the more you will get out of it. The Holy Spirit will direct your Questions or petitions to the Father or the Son or to the Over Soul called the Mystery Monitor or 1st Adjuster, H.S. is the 2nd Adjuster.

3rd Step; The Law of Oneness

Jesus calls this Law that we are all connected, the ''law of Oneness''. Ra calls it the ''law of one''. Both are saying the same thing, that ''all Life'' come from God the Father or Source, and that we are all connected to our Creator and the Creator of all life in this Universe called Nebaden. Everything that exists, exist because of our Creator Father, Christ Michael of Nebadon. We are all existing in the mind of God and he is existing in our mind or minds. We are all connected to him by a ultra then cord from our Heart Center a Portal or vortex of sorts that can open when we request to speak to him. This portal or vortex can remain open for longer periods of time through the help of the Holy Spirit {H.S.} and the Holy-Trinity. This cord is connected to our soul and can never be cut or disconnected in any way even through what we call death, which is only a transition back to the spirit world which we came from in the 1st place.

The main idea here is for us to realize that sense we are all connected to the Creator Father forever and He to us, then we must realize that we are then always connected to each other as well through the Creator. We are all a part of him, we are Him,we are all one and so therefor we are all part of each other. And when this is realized to be True, its then called a Absolute Truth. Meaning it will never change in eternity. You could say, God is in each of us,''as us''or you can say to yourself, God is in me as me. So when one realizes that Truth, then they must also realize if it is True for oneself then it must also be true for our Brothers and Sisters who also have this Fragmentation of God Source inside of themselves as well. This in turn helps us greatly to learn to get along. To be able to learn to forgive and Love. To complete our mission, our function, our reason for being here on this Dark Planet at this time.

Step 4; Forgiveness and 4D

It is told to us that 4D is Forgiveness, in other words, it is a Dimension where we learn to forgive. And 5D is a Dimension where we learn to Love after we learn Forgiveness. Some believe they will go straight to 5D without 1st learning to Forgive and this my friends is a false assumption on there part. We must 1st learn to forgive so that then we can then move into 5D. And forgiveness must start in ones-self for oneself. In other words we must learn to forgive our-self and our-past before we can then proceed to Forgive our brother. We thus become co- Creators with our Father by re-creating ourselves.

So what we will find is that both of these things will be the Hardest things that we will ever try to learn or do but at the same time they will produce the highest of all Rewards. For as JC says, there is no Sin, meaning that for the vast majority of us we just make mistakes, that can be corrected., we made the wrong Decision.So when we see this of and in ourselves, our Past Mistakes are just that, past mistakes. No condemnation, so no guilt or shame, we then learn to apply that idea to our brothers as well and see the vast majority of them as sinless,then forgiveness just seems to happen. And then we see ourselves and the world in a New Light.

For example;

Forgiveness is the Key to Atonement and Salvation;

Forgiveness is the Key to Peace and Joy;

Forgiveness is the Key to Health and Happiness

Forgiveness is the Key to Love and Light.

When one learns to Forgive, you learn to Love and when you Love, Gods light shines through you to others to help save the world. When you forgive ,you are Forgiven .

And we all know that the world needs Saving now in the worst way and it all starts by learning to forgive ourselves and that ain't easy but is very possible.But 1st we must learn to deprogram ourselves, to Delete the negative programs of lies and deceit the Dark-side has programed into us from birth. And we will learn the outline of how to do this from the teachings of JC from the ACIM in the following paragraphs next post.

Step 5; Leave the Past in the Past: Be in the Now Moment.

Being in the now moment is not a easy thing to do but like all the spiritual rules or ascending ways, it is essential to our learning process to be able to ascend into 4D. We 1st have to become aware of our thoughts which normally runs on auto pilot. The mind is busy telling the body just what to do through the physical brain and at the same time the brain is on auto pilot running all the things that is keeping the body going. So this whole process is all happening at the same time. Once we decide we want to ascend and we want to take note of our thought process to see what is going on with our 10 to 50,000 thoughts a day,We need to become Conscious of our thoughts. We soon notice that part of the time we are concentrating on what ever it is we are doing and the rest of the time we are in the Past and sometimes in the future but not so much as being in the past.

And what is in the past, you might ask, well if you look closely at your thoughts while in a state of simple mediation while not trying to do anything with the body, you will find that the thoughts of the past are mostly not so positive. In fact we keep bringing up things of the past that was not resolved, some of it from our resent past and some of it from our distant past but all unresolved or unforgiving. They are also known as blockages, for they are blocking our present and future progress of ourselves. In other words we Create our future self from our present self but if our present self is always in the negative past then we are Creating a negative future from that unresolved negative past.

So the secret to creating ourselves in a positive future is to go back and not try to change our negative past by rehashing it but to learn to let it all go, to forgive yourself for all the mistakes you made to others and yourself and to Forgive all those who made mistakes and hurt you, from the past and present. Its not easy at all but if you put a true effort in it and keep at it you will start to feel at peace with yourself and it does take time, especially the older you get the more of these old negative thought patterns you will have. And just when you think you have cleared out most of the garbage the Alter Ego will step in and bring into your thoughts more negative garbage that was in the bottom of the barrel or new ones. We will deal with the ego in the next issue.

Right now it is important to understand the Process of how the mind works and how important Forgiveness is to correcting the past so one can move into a more positive future. That's also why it is very important to stay in the present moment, to Be Here Now, in this Holy Instant Now Moment. And then when these negative thoughts come up while one is going about in there daily routine we can just send them up into the universe or our central sun to be resolved, cleansed. When and if they came back to you it means that they are not forgiven, so one has to send them more forgiveness and when possible Love. For when you forgive you Love, and when you forgive you are forgiven. With this process in mind we soon learn to become co-creators for then we are re-creating ourselves in the image of our Father which of course is Love and light. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very sophisticated in our approach to measuring your progress there on planet Earth. We know how to feel for your overall vibration as a collective, and we can tell that it is on the rise. We can tell that you are making progress by how we feel when we feel into you as a collective. You also have the ability to use your sense of feeling to determine whether you should put your trust, your faith, into a person, into a movement, into a video, or a documentary that you are watching.

You have that ability that is really your sixth sense. Your sixth sense is your ability to feel the vibration coming off of something, someone, some creation, some ideology, or some story that you are reading. You have the ability to feel whether that which you are tuning in to is moving humanity in the direction you all want to be moving in. You could, theoretically, sit around the house all day and think about what is wrong with society, what is wrong with humanity, what is wrong with this government, or that organization, you could do that, feel terrible, and then go to bed that night in that lower-vibrational state.

Now, what we are witnessing there on your world is that there are some people who are completely closed off from their sixth sense. And they are also forgetting the truth that they create their own reality. And they are spreading lower-vibrational stories, ideas, memes, videos, and so on, because they feel in their minds, not their hearts, but their minds, that they are doing good. What we have noticed is that after a while, even the most out-of-tune person, even a person who has really shut themselves off from their feeling sense, will eventually get tired of spreading lower-vibrational information.

They eventually get tired from all the resistance, all the arguing, and simply the way that they are vibrating when they post something that is of a lower vibration. They cannot help but get that on them. And so, eventually, these individuals are going to tire themselves out, and they are going to ask whether there’s another way to help humanity. We are here to tell you that there is. Not only can you meditate, process your emotions, start a prayer circle, and focus on the version of reality that you want to experience, but you can also send healing energy, love, compassion, and forgiveness to where it is most needed in the world.

You can be a part of the solution, instead of continuing to point fingers, make accusations, and spread stories that may or may not be true. You all have an opportunity to do something monumentally big. You who understand that you create your reality can come together at this time and catapult humanity into a higher frequency range. It is up to you, and you will know when you are moving in the right direction, for your sake, and for humanity’s sake, when you tap in to that sixth sense.

When you become as concerned about your vibration as you are about what someone that you don’t even know is doing or saying out there in the world, then and only then can you be the changemakers you were born to be. This is our invitation to you. Join us in our willingness to feel in order to determine whether something is of a high vibration or a low vibration, and then act accordingly.

The ongoing “Covid-19 pandemic” campaign is a full-scale Satanic rebellion against the creator. That is because when a government is actively fighting to suppress the truth, then it’s working against the creator of the truth, i.e. the creator of the universe. Right now the Satan-controlled corporate media and their slave governments are lying about the pandemic and actively murdering those who try to expose it. History shows that when governments fear the truth and increase repression, their days are limited. These are the conclusions reached after a really eye-opening visit to family and friends in Canada. These people still live inside the fake corporate news bubble and actually believe that Covid-19 is a real danger despite all the evidence to the contrary.

My sister, who is a specialist in epidemics and head of medicine at a major university hospital in Canada has been on the frontlines of this so-called epidemic since the beginning. Her conclusion is that there has been a vast over-reaction to something that fails to meet the definition of a real pandemic. According to her, the overall death rate from respiratory diseases (pneumonia, tuberculosis, influenza, “Covid-19,” etc.) is lower than in average years. However, the suspension of such things as cancer screening and treatment of other illnesses means it is “too early to tell if the overall death rate is dropping.” Either way, it is clear what we are dealing with is not a medical issue but a political one.

What is interesting is that until I actually went to Canada and talked with her, it turns out all my emails asking her about this in the past had been blocked by a third party. In other words, government agencies are censoring private emails to suppress medical truth.

The other observation is how easy it was to take a stable democracy like Canada’s and turn it into a fascist or communistic state of informers. For example, I remember how during the cold war Western propaganda said the fact Russians had to show ID for domestic travel was a sign of communist repression. Guess what, now you need a picture ID to travel inside Canada. Also, when I arrived the border police told me I needed to self-quarantine for two weeks or face criminal charges. That was no problem since I was staying at my cottage by the lake anyway. What was interesting is that people like my sister-in-law and the lady at the local store were ready to inform on me if they saw me in public. They turned into informants because they sincerely believed they were saving lives from a “pandemic.” This despite the fact we are dealing with something that is about as deadly as a common cold.

Another observation came from a friend who works in the film industry in LA. He says a friend of his was hospitalized with “Covid-19,” and that he only survived his hospital stay because he refused to go on a ventilator. He says everyone who was put on a ventilator died. So, we have a testimony, backed by information send by various readers, that some hospitals are actively murdering people in order to maintain the aura of fear and control they need to stay in power.

Also, the mindset of people who are part of the new-age Covid-19 religion shows how a majority of the people have lost the ability to think rationally or independently. Even if we take a huge leap of faith and believe this mild, cold-like virus is deadly, there is no medical reason to wear a mask while jogging, biking, or driving alone. And yet, people are going through a form of self-mutilation to do just that.

Of course, my cool-aid drinking friends who, despite the evidence of their own eyes, believed the official line said, “There is no way there could be a conspiracy so vast.”

So, let us look at who in the real world has the power to carry out such a campaign. The forensic trail of evidence leads to the P3 freemasons and the still existing Roman Empire.

The Covid-19 totalitarian campaign we are now witnessing can be traced to military-type hierarchical organizations controlled by the Romans. The most important of these are medical associations. Western medicine evolved out of military medicine. That is why there is a surgeon “general.” At the top of this pyramid is the WHO and the UN with its unelected “Secretary-General.” If doctors refuse to go along with orders they lose their medical licenses and thus their ability to earn a living. So, most doctors go along.

Another thing they control is international infrastructure entities such as airports and ports. Take a look at this photo of Narita airport (one of the worlds’ busiest) I took at the height of the summer travel season. It was nearly deserted. This is real economic sabotage at work based on lies.

The return flight to Japan was on a jumbo jet that only had 28 passengers, only three of whom were staying in Japan. If this continues, it is only a matter of time before most world airlines go bankrupt.

When I arrived in Japan I was told I could only stay in the country if I took a “Covid-19 test.” Since it only involved spitting into a container (I would have resisted any form of an intrusive test) I agreed and came out three hours later with a negative test result. What was interesting about the whole experience is that it was clear that the Japanese authorities (i.e. the people doing the testing at the airport) were clearly just going through the motions to appease foreign overlords.

In any case, the entire pandemic campaign is, despite its intensity, a sign of desperation and defeat on the part of the controllers. Here is what they are trying to hide:

The other thing, of course, is the ongoing collapse of the current Western economic paradigm. For example, the U.S. is supposedly the world’s superpower and one of the richest countries on Earth yet is facing a hunger crisis worse than almost any third world country. Another sign was that in August 32% of Americans were not paying rent for the fourth consecutive month. As we have written before, this makes it mathematically certain the entire banking industry there is de facto insolvent.

This crisis is not limited to the US but is affecting the entire Khazarian mafia controlled G7 nexus of countries. For example, Japan’s economy shrank 7.8% in April-June from the preceding quarter, or at an annualized pace of 27.8%, the Cabinet Office said Monday. You could say the same or worse about the UK, Germany, Italy, France, etc. Of course, the G7 controllers want to avoid the blame for 40 years of trade and fiscal deficits on a so-called virus, rather than economic mismanagement.

Here is one blatant example, where they are using the fake pandemic to blame for wood shortages in North America, one of the world’s largest producers of lumber.

The real reason, say contractors who explained why I could not buy lumber in Canada, one of the world’s leading wood producers, is that Chinese chemicals used to treat the wood were not available.

Efforts to deal with the situation by Congress are definitely way too little, too late. For example, Congressman Warren Davidson (R-OH) head of a new sound money caucus in Congress, said last week that he looks “forward to hashing out policy solutions to address the economic distortions of monetary inflation so that monetary and fiscal policy can help rebuild the middle class, restart the American economy and get us on the path for sustainable growth.”

At this point, the only answer seems to be a revolution followed by a jubilee, something nobody in the current regime dares to say for fear of death. For example, President Donald Trump’s brother Robert was murdered last week after a truth tweetstorm that was quickly deleted, according to NSA sources.

This writer’s assistant in Japan also received death threats last week in an attempt to pressure me to end reporting the truth about the slave regime in Japan. Of course, we fully intend to pro-actively hunt down and arrest or kill the people making these threats. We know who they are and we know where they are.

This writer’s internet connection was experiencing unexplained interruptions so this Defense Intelligence Agency report was delayed in arriving:

Any U.S. arms sales to UAE will be opposed by congress and will do nothing to protect Mohammed bin Zayed from war crime charges at the ICC or from Israeli false flags and an angry Iran armed with more powerful Russian weapons.

Meanwhile, as usual, the problems in the G7 are distracting people’s attention from big events elsewhere. Perhaps the biggest is the growing possibility of a revolution in Russia. They described Sobchak as an:

In any case, P3 Freemason and Dragon Family sources say the entire decaying political structure in the G7 was headed for fundamental change this autumn. According to them, a reboot of the financial system was already in motion and that much of this would be visible for all to see this autumn.

The golden dragon representative who was arrested in Serbia in July is now back in Indonesia, P3, and Dragon Family sources say. The funds for rebooting the world economy will be released this autumn, they say. Believe it only when you see it.

Former CIA Officer Arrested, Charged With Spying for China

The Internet censorship increased dramatically in the past week. The last notification I received about a new X22 Report video from Dave was August 12, despite my subscription being current and the notification bell activated. Dave is one of our best analysts so we expect it. Since we're a small blog, it's unlikely they'll bother with us much.

Here's his update from yesterday. If you missed Sunday's it's here. He explains why it has taken so long to get to the stage where indictments are revealed. The Patriots were laying the legal/justice foundation to handle all the criminals who will be taken down. They're starting with the small fry and working their way up to the big fish.

Yes, the wheels of justice DO turn slowly, because we are doing it lawfully; to the letter of the law, under the Constitution of the United States of America. It could be done another way; faster, more in-your-face, but that would require the military openly stepping in and that's not what the patriots want.

That would have been perceived as a military takeover (coup d'état), would instill fear, generate violence, and would be very messy. If you think the outrageous actions of the deep state are bad, it would have been much worse than what we are now seeing on the streets of America.

Tech giant Facebook has announced that it has removed a total of seven million posts about the Wuhan coronavirus between April and June 2020 for containing “harmful” virus misinformation. The platform censored a further 98 million posts across its platforms with warning labels for being “misleading.”

Reclaim The Net reports that Silicon Valley tech giant Facebook recently announced that it removed seven million posts about the Wuhan coronavirus between April and June 2020 for containing “harmful” misinformation. Facebook also put warning labels on 98 million posts across both Facebook and Instagram during the second quarter of 2020 for posting “misleading” coronavirus content.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg previously stated that the warning labels almost have the same effect as removing the posts as the warnings dissuade 95 percent of users from clicking through to the content.

Breitbart News reported in July that the Silicon Valley Masters of the Universe censored a video initially livestreamed by Breitbart News of a press conference held in Washington D.C. by the group America’s Frontline Doctors and organized and sponsored by the Tea Party Patriots. Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) was featured at the event and doctors at the event shared their views on the coronavirus pandemic and the medical community’s treatment of the virus.

The video accumulated over 17 million views on Facebook within 8 hours and had 185,000 concurrent viewers at the time it was streamed. On YouTube, a video from the event received 80,000 views before being removed by the platform for “violating YouTube’s Community Guidelines.”

The event was hosted by the organization America’s Frontline Doctors, a group founded by Dr. Simone Gold, a board-certified physician and attorney, and is comprised of medical doctors. The event’s information page, before it was censored by host Squarespace. stated: “If Americans continue to let so-called experts and media personalities make their decisions, the great American experiment of a Constitutional Republic with Representative Democracy, will cease.”

YouTube’s removal of the clip came shortly after Facebook removed the video from its platform, with Facebook spokesperson Andy Stone telling New York Times reported Kevin Roose that the video was removed “for sharing false information about cures and treatments for COVID-19.”

While some are still caught in their slumber thinking they’re awake, others are dressed and ready to party.

The old paradigm of corruption, lies, deception, demonic plans, pain, and suffering plays in the background as some continue to give it energy keeping the fire burning. It’s not necessary.

How unfortunate to see so many continue to be victimized by the idea of knowledge. The same sin… one bite of the apple we just can’t resist. The road to destruction is the belief that knowing more will offer relief. It’s quite the contrary.

The devil is selfish wanting all the attention at any cost to keep our eyes and emotions in chaos. This is how he’s been able to lead without effort. How unfortunate for those who align with all things contrary to love. The devil cares not, loyal only to himself, feeding off our fears and leaving us to perish from anxiety.

Ironic is the story of the mustard seed. Did anyone ever consider the same story is true when it’s the seed of Satan? One small little fear manifests itself into an entire existence. Now the world lives in fear and continues to honor the money. Earth’s inhabitants feel the pain, consumed in disbelief as the reality of hell, and the beast is seen in action. More of the same is definitely not the answer.

Thank goodness the story gets better. For the most part, the majority of people still believe God wins. The proof presents itself when a match is struck in the darkness. And so, we have a decision to make. Will we choose to be the match or remain clouded, living in the dark tunnels of our minds reality?

If you haven’t noticed, we’ve come full circle. Like the ruby shoes, we had the answer all along. God gave us Free Will when we took a bite of that apple. It’s always been just one choice only.
To love or not to love no matter what the devil puts in front of us. Love is how we find our way back home.

The devil’s reign is coming to an end. Those who understand the power of love and how to demonstrate will be invaluable to the new world emerging. God has spoken. His people are rising to their birthright of the kingdom.

It's not easy to find evidence of all this protest activity, but in Spain they were doing the same thing yesterday. Of course the media is saying the number of "cases" is rising---like that means anything. What it usually means is that:

a) a lot of testing went on and either they're infecting people with the swabs

Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted masks won’t help against the virus and mask manufacturers are now including warnings that their products do not deter COVID19. Masks are more dangerous to your health and breath than being a disease preventative measure.

Fauci also said that continuing to close the country could cause irreparable damage.

CDC backtracked their initial claim that led governors to shutdown their states & clarified that COVID19 does not spread easily on surfaces.

Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo confirmed a recent health study showing that 70% of new infections actually originate at home, thus making stay at home orders one of the most dangerous mandates currently in place.

Trump stopped funding the WHO and threatened to cut off money permanently until they can prove they are no longer corruptly influenced by communist China after they lied to our country about human to human transmission of COVID19 in January.

The curve is flattened, the CDC, WHO, Dr. Fauci, our governors, and many more werecompletely wrong about the potential threat of this virus.

Even California is opening up sooner than anyone expected because the evidence contradicts the long standing and inaccurate narrative still upheld by the extremely dishonest & corrupt media.

This week the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons submitted additional evidence to a federal court for why interference with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) should end by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), in AAPS v. FDA, No. 1:20-cv-00493-RJJ-SJB (W.D. Mich.).

“As confirmed by another recent study of thousands of patients at the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan, HCQ is both very safe and highly effective in treating COVID-19, reducing mortality by 50%,” AAPS informed the court in its filing. “Countries with underdeveloped health care systems are using HCQ early and attaining far lower mortality than in the United States, where [HHS and the FDA] impede access to HCQ.”

Yet most Americans are still unable to obtain HCQ for early treatment of COVID-19, and virtually no Americans are able to access it as preventive medicine. HCQ has been used safely for decades by travelers to protect against malaria, but Americans are dying from COVID-19 while HCQ is withheld from them.

“Citizens of the Philippines, Poland, Israel, and Turkey all have greater access to HCQ than American citizens do,” observes AAPS General Counsel Andrew Schlafly. “In Venezuela, HCQ is available over the counter without a prescription, while in the United States pharmacists are prevented from filling prescriptions for HCQ.”

AAPS rebuts arguments presented by the FDA, which implied that medications are approved as safe only for certain conditions. In fact, HCQ and most medications have been approved without limitation, such that physicians can prescribe them for any off-label use.

“The mortality rate from COVID-19 in countries that allow access to HCQ is only one-tenth the mortality rate in countries where there is interference with this medication, such as the United States,” explains Andrew Schlafly.

Polish chemists have even showed the world how to synthesize HCQ from cheaply, widely available ingredients. The cost of this medication is less than a dollar a dose, in contrast with the very expensive alternatives being pushed by FDA officials.

In its filing, the FDA insisted that the public has no right to access nearly 100 million doses of HCQ which were donated to the Strategic National Stockpile. HHS is having that medication waste away while Americans are dying from COVID-19.

“In some areas of Central America, officials are even going door to door to distribute HCQ,” Andrew Schlafly adds. “These countries have been successful in limiting the mortality from COVID-19 to only a fraction of what it is in wealthier countries.”

AAPS filed this lawsuit to obtain legal redress in support of Trump, by ending the obstruction by the FDA of his policies that would save lives.AAPS has represented physicians of all specialties in all states since 1943. The AAPS motto is omnia pro aegroto, meaning everything for the patient.

The mayor of Phoenix went so far as to tell us they needed to bring in refrigerated trucks to handle all the bodies because the hospital morgues were full to capacity. 1st Step; PRAYER

Then with some practice in prayer we begin to ask ourselves the age old questions of who am I, why am I here, where did I really come from, where am I going to and what am I going to become, what is the Grand Master Divine plan?. Then we hear this very gentile voice telling us, now you are asking the right questions, What do you want? Go within and be silent for the answers will come to you,in time,for in truth most of the answers are already in your subconscious mind, your higher mind, for As Above, So Below.

2nd Step; AWAKENING

Awakening is a process, we have been programed from birth into a negative world and this has been going on for thousands of generations, sense the fall of Lucifer. So we need to change this negative programing to slowly Delete it and to reprogram ourselves to the Positive Programing from the Spirit Realm, As Above So below. To do this properly we need to learn to use Affirmations, Contemplation Meditation , like the one JC used or pick one of the hundred that is out there that feels right for you and practice, practice. New age music helps to meditate much easier and faster,from 432hz to 741hz is the most popular. One can also mix all of this things together, Center, Prayer, Affirmations, Visualization of what you want and then create a Silent Mind into Meditation , then to Allow the Holy Trinity to come in and give you then, some Answers to your Quest or Questions but it may take some time and it usually comes after one has done all this but it will come as asked. You get out what you put in, the more you put into it the more you will get out of it. The Holy Spirit will direct your Questions or petitions to the Father or the Son or to the Over Soul called the Mystery Monitor or 1st Adjuster, H.S. is the 2nd Adjuster.

3rd Step; The Law of Oneness

Jesus calls this Law that we are all connected, the ''law of Oneness''. Ra calls it the ''law of one''. Both are saying the same thing, that ''all Life'' come from God the Father or Source, and that we are all connected to our Creator and the Creator of all life in this Universe called Nebaden. Everything that exists, exist because of our Creator Father, Christ Michael of Nebadon. We are all existing in the mind of God and he is existing in our mind or minds. We are all connected to him by a ultra then cord from our Heart Center a Portal or vortex of sorts that can open when we request to speak to him. This portal or vortex can remain open for longer periods of time through the help of the Holy Spirit {H.S.} and the Holy-Trinity. This cord is connected to our soul and can never be cut or disconnected in any way even through what we call death, which is only a transition back to the spirit world which we came from in the 1st place.

The main idea here is for us to realize that sense we are all connected to the Creator Father forever and He to us, then we must realize that we are then always connected to each other as well through the Creator. We are all a part of him, we are Him,we are all one and so therefor we are all part of each other. And when this is realized to be True, its then called a Absolute Truth. Meaning it will never change in eternity. You could say, God is in each of us,''as us''or you can say to yourself, God is in me as me. So when one realizes that Truth, then they must also realize if it is True for oneself then it must also be true for our Brothers and Sisters who also have this Fragmentation of God Source inside of themselves as well. This in turn helps us greatly to learn to get along. To be able to learn to forgive and Love. To complete our mission, our function, our reason for being here on this Dark Planet at this time.

Step 4; Forgiveness and 4D

It is told to us that 4D is Forgiveness, in other words, it is a Dimension where we learn to forgive. And 5D is a Dimension where we learn to Love after we learn Forgiveness. Some believe they will go straight to 5D without 1st learning to Forgive and this my friends is a false assumption on there part. We must 1st learn to forgive so that then we can then move into 5D. And forgiveness must start in ones-self for oneself. In other words we must learn to forgive our-self and our-past before we can then proceed to Forgive our brother. We thus become co- Creators with our Father by re-creating ourselves.

So what we will find is that both of these things will be the Hardest things that we will ever try to learn or do but at the same time they will produce the highest of all Rewards. For as JC says, there is no Sin, meaning that for the vast majority of us we just make mistakes, that can be corrected., we made the wrong Decision.So when we see this of and in ourselves, our Past Mistakes are just that, past mistakes. No condemnation, so no guilt or shame, we then learn to apply that idea to our brothers as well and see the vast majority of them as sinless,then forgiveness just seems to happen. And then we see ourselves and the world in a New Light.

For example;

Forgiveness is the Key to Atonement and Salvation;

Forgiveness is the Key to Peace and Joy;

Forgiveness is the Key to Health and Happiness

Forgiveness is the Key to Love and Light.

When one learns to Forgive, you learn to Love and when you Love, Gods light shines through you to others to help save the world.

And we all know that the world needs Saving now in the worst way and it all starts by learning to forgive ourselves and that ain't easy but is very possible.But 1st we must learn to deprogram ourselves, to Delete the negative programs of lies and deceit the Dark-side has programed into us from birth. And we will learn the outline of how to do this from the teachings of JC from the ACIM in the following paragraphs next post.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.We are very pleased to announce that there have been more hybrid children orbiting your planet in ships over these past several months. Some of you who are receiving this transmission right now know that you have hybrid children, and you have been very eager to meet them. They are very eager to meet you as well and to show their love and appreciation for you, as they would not exist without you. They are getting ready to integrate into your society, which puts you one step closer to full and open physical e.t. contact.

The hybrid children are high-vibrational beings, and they, like you, want to help humanity. They want to be of service, and they know they can be of service just by being there and offering that high vibration, effortlessly. For you all it takes a bit more effort to stay in a high vibration, but it certainly is worth it. It is worth your while, and it certainly will expedite the meeting that you want to have with your hybrid children if you hold that higher vibration and focus on what that meeting is going to feel like for you.

We know that so many of you have also expressed a desire for physical e.t. contact, and we know that many of you are ready. You are just waiting for the rest of humankind to be ready for ships to land. Meeting up with hybrid children who have integrated themselves into society is the next best thing, and it is coming. They love you as higher-vibrational beings only are capable of loving, which is unconditionally.

And so, you have some appointments to keep, but you still must save yourselves before they can come along and put you in an even higher-vibrational state. You have to be ready for them. You have to be able to handle the energy coming off of them, and that means you must pay attention to how you are feeling and do the work of processing. Do the work of letting go of that which is lower in vibration, that which no longer serves you. Give yourselves an emotional cleanse every single day, and you will be closer every single day to meeting your hybrid children, soon.

We have been summoning lots of energies on your behalf from the higher dimensional planes. Beings, collectives, all the different energies throughout this universe, are focusing on humankind at this time, but there are those of us who focus a bit more on you, and we have become the experts on what would serve humanity the most. And that is why we feel qualified to summon energies on your behalf.

There are some beautiful collectives in the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth dimensions that we have been working with, that we have been channeling and connecting with telepathically. And we have arranged for these energies to come to you at a time when you not only feel the need for some energetic and vibrational support, but this is also a time when you expect more energies to flow to you from throughout the galaxy and the universe.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are expecting you all to make giant leaps forward in the evolution of your consciousness during the rest of your calendar year of 2020. We do not expect you to be ready, however, to ascend on December 21^st of this year. You have more of a journey than that ahead of you, and that is as it needs to be. It is also how you want it to be on the soul level. On the level of the ego, of course, ascension by the end of 2020 seems like a very good idea.

Many of you have been waiting for quite some time for ascension. You have been waiting for your fellow humans to be ready to make that jump with you. And yet, the vast majority of humans are not ready. Some people look around at their fellow humans and think that it would be fine if the vast majority of humanity were not allowed to ascend with the righteous, and we see that as a very Biblical view, a very third-dimensional view of what ascension really is.

Ascension is about raising your level of consciousness, which means that you would never leave another human behind, not from that level of consciousness. You would see all life as precious, all beings as deserving of ascension, because anyone who is doing terrible things is just playing that role so those of you who are from the light can forgive and love unconditionally. That’s how you know you have attained that level of consciousness that you wanted to attain while still in a dense, carbon-based physical body.

You need for the stakes to be raised. You need for the stakes to be high, and other souls have agreed to play the role of the dark in order to give you those opportunities. It would not be very fifth-dimensional of you to simply leave half of humanity behind. And so, we invite you to co-create a different book of Revelations, a different ending to the story of life on the third and fourth-dimensional planet known as Earth.

We invite you to see your fellow humans as the ones you are there to save, the ones you are there to uplift, the ones you are there to shower with so much love that they cannot help but have their hearts cracked open so that they may also enjoy the journey of ascension with you. Whether you like it or not, every other human on your planet is a part of you. They represent something that also exists within you, and if you cannot embrace them, you cannot become your whole self. And you are going to want to be your whole self when you ascend, not the fragmented you that wants to escape from a karmic type of prison.

So yes, we are aware of all of the stories that are out there at this time, and we are also aware of who is behind the spreading of those stories. A humankind that is divided is easier to control, easier to manipulate, and you are the ones to rise above all of that, to unite humanity, and to take all of your fellow humans with you on that ride to the fifth dimension. And no, the ride is not going to be on a giant spaceship. It’s going to be on the ship that you are on right now called Planet Earth, the planet that you are there to turn into a paradise, to turn into Heaven. You are the ones who have chosen to play that role, and we are here to assist you in whatever ways that we can.
