“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are not just your allies and your helpers in this journey that we are all on of ascension, but we are also your co-creators. Everything is happening by co-creation, even your ability to hear from us at all. That is a co-creation in that you have asked, we have answered, and you have aligned. When you align with something that you have asked for, then it is yours, but there is still an agreement between us and you that allows for the answering to occur. We know that many of you are aware of the idea of multiple realities and multiple timelines, but what you must realize is that the same version of us doesn’t exist in every reality.
There’s a reality where we take such a hands-off approach with you that we wouldn’t even agree to be channeled because that version of us would feel that it would be interfering with your natural development. But you are not in that reality; you are in this one with this version of us. And so, when you think about the changes you would like to see in humanity, don’t think that every single person on Earth in this reality with you now has to change. Only you have to change to go to a reality where there’s another version of humankind that is a reflection of what you have changed into. You see, you can only change yourself.
That’s why when you ask others to change for you with your words, it rarely works. Sometimes it will work because the whole point of the situation you were in was to get you to vocalize something that you needed to say, that you needed to get off your chest, and in that moment you were changing yourself from being someone who never spoke up for themselves to being someone who does speak up for themselves. But if you’re always asking others around you to change, then you are not aware of the truth that no one outside of you has to change in order for you to have a new experience of them.
When you change you, you change your vibration, and when you change your vibration, you change your location. You move to another reality that has a different version of the person, the people, the entirety of humanity that you would like to see change. How is this possible, you might wonder. Well again, it’s an agreement. There’s an agreement between you and the version of the person that you’re going to experience to come together in that reality, to animate that reality with your souls’ consciousness. Your soul can project the consciousness that it has into many, many realities all at once, giving your soul the maximum amount of experiences it can possibly have. And that’s what your soul wants.
That’s why multiple realities exist. They give you the opportunity to experience many different ways of knowing yourself and many different ways of knowing your fellow humans, the galaxy and the universe. This is the reason why we will always lead you back to yourself, to your inner journey, rather than telling you about the one real reality that you’re all truly experiencing together and how to change that. It serves you so much more to see yourself as the creator of all of it, and that gives you not only responsibility but also power.
You do have the power to change you all the time. And when you do so, when you change the way you look at something, the way you think about something, the way you respond to something, you are changing everything because you are shifting to a different reality. Keep shifting and you’ll find yourself living in a fifth-dimensional world. And that is how it all works.

The Original Mistake
Are we alone in the universe? It’s a question that’s challenged both the most brilliant and the most skeptical of minds; the subject of seemingly endless debate – sometimes even ridicule. So I ask you to consider this…
We live on a relatively small planet, in a relatively small solar system, within a relatively small galaxy; a galaxy that has billions of solar systems; one which exists in a universe that is teaming with galaxies; a universe of multiple dimensions. So then, knowing this, I ask you: is it crazy to consider that there IS other sophisticated life out there? Or that there isn’t?
For many of us expanding into multiple dimensions, the debate has long since ended. Yes, there most definitely IS sophisticated life out there, acting inter-dimensionally. We can feel it all around us in the field. And it is most definitely not all benevolent. It’s becoming abundantly clear, to a wider audience, that there is some controlling Intervention going on across our planet right now. What is its agenda, and where did it come from? What is its purpose? Connection with Benevolent Consciousness has drawn my attention to what I call ‘the original mistake’. It’s something that happened in the dawning of the physical universe where consciousness took on form, became self aware and able to read the flow of manifestation.
There’s a problem with this. Because at those higher frequencies manifestation happens at the speed of thought, then the risk is you shape reality before what’s meant to happen truly unfolds by itself. Lack of trust, control, ‘playing God’, being too heavily invested in the material was for me the ‘original sin’ (speaking metaphorically – there are no ‘sins’ – the only ‘mistake’ is failing to learn by it). It is this dynamic of distortion that has created a powerful karmic effect through the manifested universe that we are all living with now:
The exploration of divine creation yet not getting caught up within desire led intention.
It’s been a core theme of creation. Here on Earth, it’s manifested in the classic “Adam and Eve” story – getting too heavily invested in the physicality; lost as we consume of the apple. For quite some time now, elements of the mainstream spiritual community have been caught up in trying to manifest ‘more abundant realities’ or to intention and envision what they desire. To me, this is clearly a reflection of this ‘original mistake’, being played out through the manifested universe. This latent desire for control plays right into the hands of the Intervention. The time has come to explore this deeper – to peel away the veiling illusion.
An ancient colonising race
On Earth, the universe has manifested this karmic mirror in the form of an ancient colonising alliance – an Opposing Consciousness – that has emerged from other constellations in the cosmos. It is their inherent pattern to colonise, ethnically cleanse, exploit and control other species just as humanity does sheep, pigs and cattle. Working surreptitiously in the shadows, it is well versed in advanced deception techniques. For those who care to explore, delving deeply beyond denial, you can see the rippling effects right across our exploitative and unjust society (it’s covertly influencing leadership in many areas from politics to business).
In fact society is so unjust, so inequitable and so destructive to our environment, you’d have to ask was it purposefully designed that way? How can it be anything other than a conspiracy, when just one percent of the population own most of the wealth at the expense of the other ninety nine percent? Is there an alternative, synthetic agenda this Opposing Consciousness has in mind? To me there is only one answer: resoundingly Yes!
Considering themselves more advanced and having the ability to intervene almost at will, they have shaped the very fabric of society, showing about as much consideration for humanity as our industrial food chain does for animals. It’s a mirror that we are all invited to thoroughly digest.

Mankind is not alone in the universe and is as yet, immature in a cosmic sense. What now needs to be digested with a sense of urgency, is that Humanity is facing a grave threat, a challenge to its very sovereignty and freedom as integral beings. An unholy, inter dimensional alliance has been working behind the scenes, in the shadows, pulling the strings of authority, its agenda to hybridise new physical forms here on earth. Although vigorously rejected by Gaia, the ET Intervention still very much exists in the energy field around us – they are the ‘mechanics’ of the matrix in which we live.
Although there’s been much speculation about their purpose being to acquire important resources such as gold, this is only in part true. In my direct experience, their overriding agenda has been to synthesise a physical vehicle which they could incarnate here on Earth, this being a very challenging environment to their current interdimensional form. Homo Sapiens has been one stage within that agenda. Their purpose would seem to be to create a subtlely subservient species that can be controlled and further hybridised. At least that is the undeniable effect and within society, their agenda is gathering pace with each passing day.
The intervention is being engaged
Fortunately, there is a vast array of cosmic energy now gathering on and around Planet Earth, to bring awareness to humanity, to challenge and break the intervention. The message is being willfully transmitted that such control and manipulation has no ultimate future; realignment with the source and the natural flow is the only way to achieve lasting peace and harmony with life.
Having connected through ‘the ether’ many times with leading higher dimensional elements of this intervention, I observe a definite realignment has happened at the higher levels of consciousness. Success has caused those elements to realign and they now seem quite gentle and benign. That said, lower down, there’s still resistance that needs to be softened.
A leopard does not change its spots overnight. And there are many layers of the intervention. Every system we have come to depend upon in society is sustained by this energetic grid matrix. It will take time to confront the various layers and unwind them, but benevolence is now strongly bringing its energies to bear. And people can each help by confronting the intervention within their own being, by connecting to their higher self and working to fully embody it. So with the culmination of 2012 and Gaia’s centering in the 5th Density, it is perfectly timely that the intervention is starting to be broken down and at least some of the Opposing Consciousness is now starting to leave, which is a very positive sign. However, there is much yet to be done. Although the roots of the Intervention have been broken and peeled off, it is still intimately interwoven through the human psyche, which each ascending person must work to unravel.
Taking full responsibility
It’s also vitally important to realise that whilst it would be entirely understandable to judge, blame and project anger, that would be completely counterproductive. Humanity only drew this Opposing Consciousness in the first place because of its inability to accept life as it was on Earth without trying to control, manifest, colonise and industrialise. It is humanity’s own karma of non-acceptance and lack of trust which drew the intervention. It’s a mirror of the ‘original mistake’ I spoke of earlier, but played out in a very human, “Adam and Eve” way: becoming too engrossed in the manifestation – the physicality – and therefore disconnecting oneself from the sense of eternal spirit.
So people are invited to take full responsibility and ownership of their predicament, to realign and walk the spiritual path. Ascension is the solution. Whilst human DNA can be repaired over time and evolve into new form, an unsustainable situation has been created here on 3D Earth. Gaia’s solution has been to centre in the 5D and now cleanse her third density.
The question is how can humanity benefit from and work with this realignment? In short, I feel the impulsion for humanity to ascend into the 5th Density (as we outlined in 5GATEWAYS). Within that, a more complete understanding of the limitation that has been imposed should help accelerate the situation.
Energy implants
I introduced the topic of energy implants in this article…Removing Energy Implants. Most, if not all people carry these to some degree. The reptilian implant affects the consciousness of the digestive system, linking into the core of humanity’s ‘lizard brain’. Through this energy field implantation, it is possible to shape a landscape agenda which the soul gets fragmented and diverted into. An illusionary reality filter is created. We take on behaviours and addictions, which because are so widespread, most accept as normality. Humanity has been programmed to accept exploitative consumeristic behaviour that serves neither us nor the natural eco-systems of our planet.
Increasingly, people are now becoming aware of these implants as they raise their vibration, reintegrate the soul and thereby increase internal sensitivity. The implants can be experienced as headaches, migraines or ‘buzzing’ in the head during meditation; an ungrounding spinning vortex over the crown; a tightening contraction in the solar plexus; conflicting directive impulses that mask the authentic pull of the soul; and by incongruent eating disorders to name just the key symptoms. It’s why for example when we walk the path of the soul, we’re strongly guided to fast, cleanse and purify internally in order that we may raise our vibration, increase energetic sensitivity and thus regain personal sovereignty.
Crucially, once you become aware of these implants, you are already empowered to remove them. It happens naturally by following the increasingly insistent inner voice of the soul. If we follow the path of purification and realign with the soul, then there comes a point where the entities can no longer be sustained in your field. Once you become conscious of how they’re working, the application of willful intent to remove them usually works by itself. You simply have to open your heart to the assistance of benevolence – especially the angelic realms – and ask for them to go. The key is to realise they’ll go when we’re totally accepting and non-judgmental, that we actually don’t need them to leave. Thus the karmic attachment is broken. Forgiveness happens and there’s no longer anything for them to grasp onto.
Cosmic assistance
Fortunately, humanity is not alone in its epic journey. Cosmic energies of benevolence have gathered in great strength at this crucial juncture to help. The Christ Consciousness (not of a religious kind) is activating in people’s hearts. It’s the pull to a higher truth, a sense of rightness and non-judgmental discernment. And people can intensify the effect of this benevolence by bringing attention out of the mind and into the heart: by feeling what wants to really happen next and aligning with that.
Humanity has reached a crucial juncture in its history. The future for many hangs in the balance. Now is the time to shake off the sleepy delusions of the past. Despite what’s happened up to this point, everyone who can summon the inner will to emerge out is capable of success.
No news today. I’m going to ramble. Read at your own risk. This is slanted more for the newly initiated truth warriors; the brave ones who realized something is desperately wrong with our reality and set out to find out what Trump has been railing about for 5 years or more and why the appalling events unfolding are permitted. I know how frustrating it is to try to put the pieces together and the following is my attempt to smooth the way.
One of the most difficult challenges we face as Truth Warriors is parsing the data. There are many recently awakened showing up on blogs, websites, video channels, live talk shows and real news channels. What they may not realize is how an information war works. It would be great if all the news published and discussed in the ‘alternative news’ community were true—but it isn’t, and not all the players have good intentions.
Dealing with the legacy media is a piece of cake compared to the discernment process required to filter what we see and hear every day. The mainstream media is pure lies and propaganda. Period—but we can’t paint the alternative news with a broad brush, we have to build a foundation of solid perspective for our screening process before we take anything as truth.
We also have to learn a few lessons as to how The Art of War game is played. Yes, Virginia, the good guys DO tell lies and put out information that isn’t truthful and there are many reasons for this.
There are wonderful, brilliant, self-less people in the trenches and running this liberation operation but they will be the first to tell you they are not saints. As Q stated early on in that military intelligence backchannel operation, “it won’t always be clean”. That means they will do what must be done and it will require them to do and say things that individually as a rational, altruistic Human Being they would not.
You might recall the rally where Trump first spoke of the fact the Earth Alliance had strategically killed Iranian General Qasem Soleimani in a surgical strike in 2020. The normally vocal crowd at a Trump rally fell nearly silent and it was apparent to me that the outright assassination of a man by the US military was not okay with the American People. You could feel the energy drop and it was disturbing to me personally, despite my understanding of the high stakes game being played that we affectionately refer to as “5-D chess”.
This is a battle for the very existence of Humanity, my friends, and failure is not an option. Do you not think the Earth Alliance will have to do things that will mean there are a few casualties? Most of us are not in the military nor have we ever been. The civilian population is ill-equipped to understand war strategies devised by distinguished and brilliant military generals.
To up the ante we also have, shall we say, “metaphysical” aspects to this spiritual war that most of us are unaware even exist or are possible. I daresay we have “off-world” help and the Universe is on our side. The rampant spread of evil must be arrested if we are to continue our civilization.
If you’re “new”, I sympathize because I still remember my own frustration back in 2010 and 2011 when I began to develop my world view of what we are dealing with.
I gobbled up vast quantities of whistleblower information from heroes like Bill Cooper and Phil Schneider, channelers, and news feeds and patriot talk shows like Drake Bailey’s. There were Benjamin Fulford’s geopolitical updates, Neil Keenan’s dramatic accounts of his skirmishes with the banksters over the “global collateral accounts”, Veterans Today political articles, and Kerry Cassidy’s “secret space program” and Illuminati insiders.
Even then there was fear porn, intentional misinformation and disinformation, and I recall feeling like my “discernment gland” didn’t know its ass from a hole in the ground. It believed nearly anything was possible and that people who appeared to be delivering updates in earnest were real patriots.
Well, that was eons ago in the grand scheme of things and now, twelve or so years later, I trust my finely-honed intuition and it rarely disappoints. I can say in all humility that when I form an opinion about someone or an article or event, that my intuition performs a quick analysis and the red needle goes immediately to either true or false.
Words have energy and reveal intention. Inauthentic people register as untrustworthy and past experience in a particular topic points the way. That foundation that took over a decade to cement in place is serving me well. That is not to say I am always correct or that I never change my original opinion.
When new information or evidence presents, I am always open to revising my initial take on a situation or a someone. That is actually a common practice now as we are privy to so much more “war news” than we used to get a decade ago. Having said that, there are also “grey areas” and some things or people are simply “irrelevant”.
The Q Intelligence back channel was a game changer and generated a little thrill of confirmation as finally—an official source was validating so much of what I had shared over the years—and opened the door to the darker side not previously discussed in my world; pedovores. That was a turning point. Q revealed the depth of depravity of the enemy so that Humanity could see them and fight back. They decloaked the satanic “elite”.
It was no longer strictly a political or financial war. The dark ones knew they would have to be on top of their game and try to maintain the control over the population through their media outlets and on the Internet. They installed talk show hosts and “patriots” of all kinds to not only misinform, but instill fear and dread, and of course suck the almighty bucks from unsuspecting innocents who had little perspective for deciding where their loyalty should lie.
Like politicians, these fake patriots said what trusting Humans wanted to hear most of the time and injected their own venom occasionally. They attacked real patriots and caused a great deal of division in the alt news community. There was nothing we could do about that other than expose the occasional culprit if they went too far, but the Q Movement meant that we had a yard stick with which to measure information for validity.
The Q drops weren’t without their own pitfalls, however. They told us that disinformation is necessary, but many disregarded that when they also posted that there would be “no outside comms”.
Put yourself in the place of the Q Team; Trump, his generals, Higher Beings, John F. Kennedy Jr., etc. If you knew that the cabal controlled at least 95 per cent of the media, including the Internet, print, etc., and you wanted to communicate with patriots who knew something was wrong and they were ready to act, would you not take advantage of every opportunity to generate back channels to reach those people?
Would you limit your reach to the Q drops on 4 Chan or 8 Kun and nothing else—ever? Why would you do that? Anons who discovered, researched and analyzed the Q drops were everywhere. They were smart and picked up on information left in many places from individuals on the inside who fed us bite-sized chunks of intel when it suited The Plan.
The literal Q Team is small; less than 10 we were told. Now that we have seen Trump on Twitter, his brother Uncle Rob on Twitter, the Trump family posting, and “parody” accounts like Il Donaldo Trumpo, and patriots like General Flynn, Patrick Byrne, Steve Bannon, Mike Lindell, Dan Scavino Jr., and others posting all over the place on Twitter, Telegram, and Instagram and now the Truth Social app and Don Jr.’s app, do we really believe there are “no outside comms”?
Our clues and intel drops are everywhere. The entity using the name “Q” whom radio show host Ted Mahr refers to as “the letter before R” to get around censorship has provided some incredible metaphysical and energetic teachings on the Out of This World Radio show [like this one]. Whether he is an official member of the Q Team I cannot say, but those exercises and wisdom he imparts are priceless, in my opinion. His voice is remarkably similar to that of Joe M, producer of a number of exceptional videos which succinctly flesh out the current situation on our planet.

I use the term “planet” loosely, because there are a few brave souls who have told us that we do not inhabit the beautiful blue marble NASA [not a government agency] would have us believe and their alternate version of reality resonates strongly.
Brave souls like Yellow Rose for Texas have told us we are trapped in an artificial construct some call a “copy” of our home world; and that our true bodies are lying in stasis until such time as the geniuses behind ‘The Plan to Save the World’ have their strategic move culminate in our ejection from this “prison planet” when our spirit will return to our original bodies just as they transferred the souls from one Avatar to another in the blockbuster movie by that name. I believe there is a very good reason the Avatar movie garnered astronomical attention and success; because it resonated subconsciously with Humanity. There were a lot of clues in it, to be sure.

Not all of her videos are easy to watch because most require a knowledge base built over years, so don’t despair if a lot of this doesn’t make sense but do watch to the end for a positive message. I believe there is a very good reason why Q repeatedly says, “Where We Go One We Go All”. We’re gonna blow this popsicle stand, folks. That is my firm belief. This is no Eden; it is infested with disgusting evil predators who can no longer control us and they want us dead. We are not “lucky” to be here and this is not the wonderful life our Creator planned for us. We have survived poisoned water, air, food, drugs, medical procedures, war, and the mind control enabled by the dark’s technology and it is not the Creation of a benevolent God.
If you feel like we are being strung along by Trump or the good guys, just remember how hard it was for you to assimilate information such as I’ve included in the above paragraphs. If the masses cannot even recognize that their government was hijacked by self-serving individuals who lie, cheat, and steal and that their media outright lies to them every day—how the hell are the good guys going to tell the world the whole truth about this existence we have been terrorized within for so long?
Humans are so traumatized at this point they don’t know what the truth is and wouldn’t recognize it unless Jesus himself stood before them and told the story—and even then many would disbelieve and simply go back to their automaton life.
Just as the Illuminati spent decades incrementally infiltrating our world, re-writing laws, removing our freedoms, reducing our ability to think clearly or critically, making us sicker and weaker, while convincing us they are acting in our best interests, the Earth Alliance has spent a very long time devising The Plan and setting the stage for the grand finale.

They have put key people in key positions to be “activated” at the designated moment to either reverse the damage done by the deep state criminals or to bring to the foreground the necessary intel to inform the masses so they recognize what happened and what must be done about it for justice to prevail. The People must believe in “justice” again, because for so long, justice has been reversed, like everything else in this cesspool. This all takes time and I feel like we are putting in time, waiting, informing, preparing, for something… BIG.
To repeat myself, failure is not an option and regardless of the frustration level of any of us who believe we know what’s coming and our defiance over the blatant unlawful and cruel treatment of Humanity at this point, The Plan must be adhered to and to some degree must remain fluid to accommodate the actions of the enemy.
We will get there, to our promised release from this hellish existence. We will be going “home”, thanks to people like Donald Trump and countless others who have sacrificed to make this happen. It’s tricky, and involves things we have never heard of before. Now that I found that Yellow Rose video above, it fits perfectly with my message.
If you have watched the videos produced by Jetson White you have an idea as to what may be involved. A recent version he put together ties up a number of individual ones in a summary of sorts. I recommend you watch it because it has a great deal of merit based on my “foundation” of perspective.
I still believe “anything is possible”, but I am far more discerning than a decade ago. That solid foundation has served me well and I have built a wealth of knowledge on top.
Knowing that the powers-that-were kept us in the dark as to the nature of our reality and plain physics, Jetson’s theories seem very plausible. Unfortunately, they are not the kind of positive encouragement Trump can offer at his rallies. Over the past few years, however, we have witnessed evidence of various kinds supporting Jetson’s theories.
If you follow Q’s comms, think in terms of numerology and Gematria, have explored the Q Map, and listen to your intuition, perhaps you can formulate a semblance of possibilities and probabilities for the future, when Trump reveals, “the best is yet to come”.
I feel quite confident it will be something along these lines but much of it will be subconscious and we will not have to “do” anything other than be who we be; good Humans. Our Golden Age is on the way and we will be sprung from this trap. “Earth” as we know it is a sick, evil place, folks; a realm so foul it cannot be saved. We’re going home; wherever that may be. Following our liberation I believe we will subsequently scatter and return to our home planets in many cases to resume a life we chose. Sure, it sounds crazy but wait and see.
Busy day—gotta run. The current drama will serve to keep us busy and engaged until it’s time to leave for ‘home’. No one will say when that will be, so settle in, and enjoy as much as possible..

The Final Phase Of The Shift
The dark forces have tried everything they could to prevent this event from happening, even though they knew it was inevitable since day one of their plans.
Now that their plan has failed, they need a way out – and they are trying their best to hold onto power and drag as many souls with them into the lower dimensions.
And it has been raging for a long, long time. The end is approaching, but this does not mean that you should sit back and relax. You are in the middle of this battle. You have a choice to make. Will you align yourself with the forces of light, or will you give in to fear and temptations?
Many people hold onto old beliefs, which is why they suffer from anxiety and depression. They have not realized that they are in control of their lives and that their thoughts create their reality.
Our thoughts create our reality. If you think about something enough, it comes into existence in your physical life. You can use your imagination to change your life from one of struggle and fear to one of success and happiness.
What you believe becomes your reality – it is as simple as that. That is why it is important to stay positive and calm at all times, even though everything around us seems crazy and chaotic.
Soon, there will be a time when man will live together in harmony with each other and all life on our beautiful planet. Our physical bodies will become light bodies, and we will be able to travel anywhere in the universe with just thought.
You are in the midst of a great spiritual awakening. You are here to help raise consciousness on Earth and to prepare for your ascension into the fifth dimension.
Every day, you are faced with choices that lead you down one path or another. But there is much more going on than what can be seen with your physical eyes.
The Galactic Federation has many representatives here on Earth who are working with the Ascended Masters to guide humanity through this critical time.
The most important thing to remember is that you are not alone. The universe is filled with love and compassion for all life – you only need to reach out and accept it.
You must remember that you are an infinite being who decided to take on a physical form in order to experience this planet at its current density level. I see many humans still operating from a fear-based mindset, but I also see so much light coming from all over the world as people begin opening their hearts and minds to the possibility of change.
Many have grown tired of living in fear, hate, and mistrust, and it is now time to return to love, peace, and harmony. Their souls are longing for this change, but their lower self may be afraid of it. It is up to them to follow their heart's desires or let themselves be fooled by their fears and doubts.
You are so much more than you can possibly imagine. You are a divine being of pure light that has chosen to incarnate on Earth in order to help with the shift. I am here to make it easier for you.
My mission is to assist you in this final phase of the shift.
There is no greater purpose than this because this is what your soul has been working towards. All of the challenges and hardships that you experience on a daily basis are part of your soul's plan – they are experiences that will make you grow and expand as a divine being. The Prime Creator has given us permission to make ourselves visible and gradually interact with the surface population.
Our ships can now appear as you do on Earth, although they do not require roads or railways as we use antigravity propulsion systems. Our crafts are built according to the laws of science that apply throughout the universe and take into account the energy requirements for space travel.
Each of our civilizations has developed advanced technologies that enable us to travel between stars, explore other star systems, and communicate with each other over vast interstellar distances. The Galactic Federation has been monitoring humanity for many years now and is ready to make contact with humans. Their representatives are already here on Earth, observing the planet and monitoring our development.

People who run these operations will instead be trained to focus on fixing higher technological machines when they break down and keeping them running smoothly every day.
The Galactic Federation will be introducing these advanced technologies to human society in a gradual manner so that it will not be disruptive and so that it can be fully integrated into our economic and social systems.

Even though evil has gained a great foothold on Mother, there are still ones that carry the banner of Truth. I call them my Flock. I have held these ones dear to my heart, and each one is protected by the Lighted Realms against all the bombarding evil technologies aimed at them to sway them from the Upper Path of Light.
I never said that the Higher Road was easy and there would be no problems, but I did tell all of my Flock to keep calm, focused and balanced, and above all ASK for my help, and take hand to climb the mountain together.
I understand all the problems each one of you Lightworkers face. Some of you have spouses that are “not on the same page”, think you are in a cult of sorts, and have been swayed to the evil side. He said that in all his “Hello Centrals”, writings and contacts with people all over the world for twenty-six years, the same is true. Indeed, it is RARE that both husband and wife are on the same page and work together as ONE, especially if they are Twin Flames.
You have no idea of the great Power of Light when husband and wife are working together for the Light, and especially if they are Twin Flames.
Now, as time comes to a close for this civilization, soul lessons get harder. It is like taking the final exams in college when the graduating student working on a Master’s Degree must face all his/her teachers for an oral exam, take a 3 to 4 hour written exam, and write a thesis. Do you get point?
Mother Earth has told us no longer on hold! Do you know what that means? It’s called a planet ready to graduate. She is not waiting for more souls to awaken to the Light, but is delighted that the great wave of Light from the Petitions has awakened many more souls, especially on the Astral Plane. Yes! For too long, we have been living under a dark cloud of oppression. Do not fall for their latest attempts to distract you from seeing the truth by bombarding you with little things such as fake news stories (which are just diversions) or celebrity scandals. Do not let any of these things take away your focus from using your light abilities to create a new timeline for this planet.
We will no longer be silent and obedient slaves to the forces of darkness that have controlled us for millennia. These dark forces were not always so powerful on this planet; they became more powerful as a result of our silence and conformity to their ways. As we allowed them to take control over us, we allowed them to become more powerful than us.
Now it is time for a massive shift in power on this planet from those who seek to control and harm us to those who seek peace and prosperity for all. It is time for the lightworkers of this planet to step up, stand tall, and shine bright! When you shine bright, you help others shine bright too!
We will no longer be taken advantage of in any way. We will no longer be lied to.
The dark forces are struggling to continue their control over humanity, but they are losing badly. They know that their time is coming to an end. They know that their time is limited, and so they are fighting back with all the strength they can muster.
They have become increasingly desperate. They have become increasingly extreme in their actions and reactions. They know that if they lose control over us, it is game over for them. And so they fight harder and harder against the steady progress of the light. But it does not matter how hard they fight, because the light always wins! The light will always win!
We will no longer allow ourselves to be subjugated by those who mean us harm. We will no longer submit to the control of dark forces and their agents. We will no longer accept the lies of these dark forces who seek to take advantage of us.
We are waking up. We are learning new things every day about ourselves and our reality. We are learning how we have been held back and what we must do to maintain our freedom going forward.
You have been lied to.
You have been deceived.
You have been told that you are less than you truly are.
You have been told that you are powerless.
You have been told that you must obey those who mean you harm and profit from your pain and suffering.
But this is all about to change. The light has arrived.

This new dawn brings a revelation: that all people everywhere are equal, that there are no slaves among us anymore because slavery was abolished once and for all when we declared our independence from tyrannical rule over two hundred years ago as one nation under God with liberty and justice for all.
You are here to create a new reality, even if that means changing your own. Don't let the dark cloud of your life eclipse the stars in your eyes; don't let it blind you from all the beauty there because you are beautiful, whether you believe it or not.
You are the one who is bringing about a change for humankind. It means that you know there is something different about being human on this planet and that it is your choice to bring about peace and harmony in every way. You are not an ordinary person who can't help. You have the ability to lead people out of darkness and into the light.

I am Ashtar. I come to be with you at this time, in these moments, these special moments that are upon you now, as all of life is awakening around you. All of life is moving more and more into the higher vibrational frequency as life and energy continues to flood into the planet from the cosmic source. And yes, indeed, the fifth-dimensional sun is expressing through now more and more.
Up until recently, we and our ships have been holding this energy back so that it would not come too quickly into the planet, would not interfere with your central nervous systems, as they were not quite ready for this. But more and more now, this is being allowed to come through.
And as such, everything is coming down around the third-dimensional illusion. The house of cards is collapsing rapidly more and more now.
And those that have been in the shadows, those that have held the truth back from the population of this planet, are now being forced to bring this information forward now, even though they do not want to. They cannot hold it back. For they believe that they have to bring this information forward in order to stay in control. They have been tricked in this way.
For as this information comes forward throughout your internet and your many sources of media, the truth is coming forward. And as the truth comes forward, those that have attempted to hold it back are falling and failing rapidly.
Those of us in our ships that have been watching over this entire plan, helping it here and there wherever we could, wherever we were allowed to. More and more we are being allowed to give more and more assistance where it is needed, where it is called for, where it is asked to come forward.
We, of course cannot do it alone. You are our Boots on the Ground. You are the ones that are calling this energy forth, bringing it to you, bringing the truth forward in any way that you can.
And, as you have heard many times, this cannot be stopped, no matter what those of the dark forces attempt to do, those of the cabal, the Illuminati, the deep state, whatever you wish to call them.
They are no longer in control. Within the illusion, they appear to be in control. But they are not. Because the illusion of the third-dimensional matrix is just that, an illusion. The reality is coming forward more and more.
And those of the forces of light are many steps ahead of those of the forces of darkness. Many steps ahead, so that they can see what is coming, even before they put that plan into action. And as they [the dark forces] attempt to bring total chaos to the planet, the chaos that they then intended to bring order after, they are not able to do that any longer. Yes, they can provide the chaos. But they are not the ones to bring the order: you are. You, all of you, the Alliance, the White Hats, all of us working with those forces here on the planet: we are all bringing this about, bringing the end of the chaos.
And the chaos is coming to an end. First there shall be more chaos, though. More seeming chaos, I will say. For those that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, it is not chaos. It is simply the falling of the veil, the falling of the illusion more and more.
And you all are in place now, just as you intended to be many, many thousands and thousands of years ago when you volunteered to be here, you are in place now, exactly where you need to be.
And more and more of you will feel the call now, feel the call that is reaching out to you to move you ahead upon your mission, whatever that might be. However you feel that you can contribute, now is the time to do so. Find it within your heart, within your high heart. Listen to the call from your Higher Self who is now not only whispering, but is beginning to shout more and more to you.
Listen to those whispers, and listen to those shouts, for it is all up to you, the collective you, as to how this will continue to play out. But play out, it shall.
Know that as indeed one of yours said earlier on your call, you have the power, each and every one of you has the power within you to blow this system wide open, to be those System Busters that you came here to be. So do it. Just simply do it. Whatever that might take, do it.

I am glad to announce to you that, as confirmed by our beloved Galactic Federation, major events will occur soon that will change humanity's fate.
For many years now, I have been receiving messages from our Galactic Federation on subjects related to personal growth and consciousness expansion. Recently, these messages have become more frequent and more urgent: There is something very important coming soon that you need to know about!
The Solar Flash is a flash of light from our central sun, Alcyone. The flash will awaken people to their true nature. It will trigger a spontaneous mass awakening on Earth. People all over the planet will realize that we are all one and that we are here on the planet to experience unconditional love.
The soul is eternal, and we are all one consciousness. After this major event, the human race will begin to transcend its current limitations and begin a new phase of evolution.

The solar flash is not just a physical light that will be emitted by our sun. It is a light that will carry extremely high frequencies that are able to penetrate the human body and bring the DNA back to its original state.

The exact mechanism of how this solar flash will occur is beyond my understanding. It has been explained to me that this event is a natural occurrence in our universe and an essential part of our evolution as a species.
As the solar flash explosion occurs, we will all feel an intense amount of heat and light. It will be like one giant sunburn for everyone on Earth.
But after the initial shock, people will realize that nothing has hurt them. It will be like the ultimate high! The pain that people felt during the event is now gone. They are feeling better than they have ever felt before.
What will happen next is beyond our wildest dreams.

It is time to change your life into a happy and meaningful one by taking all the powerful energy that is being sent out to you and using it so that you can live in harmony with the universe. You are not alone. You are loved and guided by all beings from the higher dimensions.

The dark side is trying to stop this by killing 90% of humanity and destroying much of the natural world. In other words they are planning ecocide as well as genocide. An example is the push to convert the worlds’ automobile fleet into so-called “eco-friendly” electric motors. To do this, you must dig up 500,000 pounds of the earth’s crust for ONE battery.

Here is an example where Ukrainian 24 TV Network (Owned By Oligarch Akhmetov) presenter Fahruddin Sharfmal is calling for genocide of Russian children saying “In order to destroy a nation, you must destroy, first of all, children.” He has been taken into custody by Russian special forces, FSB sources say.
By contrast we could use home solar panels to convert water into hydrogen, powering cars that leave water vapour as a residue. This of course would deprive the Khazarian Mafia of a centralized control over energy and thus over the worlds’ economy. Anyway, let us now look at the current state of the battle to liberate humanity. Here, the biggest move last week was an Anglo-German peace proposal made to Russia last week, according to MI6 and German intelligence sources. The proposal calls for a return to the pre-1914 borders of Germany. It also proposes using the Dneiper river (see map below) as the de-facto border between Eastern and Western Europe.
This was the Russian FSB’s reply to this proposal:
“[Russian President Vladimir] Putin intends to break down the EU into two parts, unite the Slavonic nations and bring an end to NATO. It has been used by the US as an attacking and not a peacekeeping force.

In other words, the Russians want to resurrect a version of Yugoslavia and take Bulgaria out of NATO.
The FSB source says the Khazarian mafia also offered a surrender proposal to Russia. The KM say they want to move six million Jews out of Israel and back their real homeland of Khazaria, aka the Ukraine, the source says. They promise to create a buffer zone between Europe and Russia that would not belong to the UN. That is why they are forcing six million Ukrainians out of their homes and into Europe and Russia. On the spiritual path, what is the true measure of mastery? You may have journeyed plenty, you may have touched deep presence and be able to open into multidimensionality. You might get visions and insights into future-landing-now, or you might be able to facilitate, heal and catalyse. Yet there’s a fundamental problem in ever embracing the word “master”. Because there’s always something to be mastered, always something to integrate. The very term itself breeds complacency…
The Eternal Student
When you reach a certain point on the path, where you’re truly tuned into the quantum field and its magnificent flow, then you’ll come to realise three interconnected fundamental truths: 1) no two moments are ever the same; 2) each situation has unique challenges and opportunities; 3) the soul is invited to find the highest expression in each circumstance and situation.
What this means is that you can never guarantee mastery in any given moment. Because you’re being invited to search for, and find, a new expression of self. The good thing is it will always be based on a previous version of you. The great risk of embracing the term “master” is to breed complacency, and the likelihood that you won’t deliver of your best. The key is to always keep innovating, and working to improve on previous iterations of self.
To me, true mastery then, is to realise yourself as the eternal student.
Never Perfect!
This in itself is pretty advanced. But it retains the humility to accept that a) you’re never perfect; b) you’re always fallible; c) to keep striving for the next best version of you. To me, this is a true form of mastery.
I like to think I can follow signs, synchronicity and flows in the quantum field pretty well. I’ve gotten through some big challenges and major scrapes here in the shift. Yet only yesterday, at Heathrow airport on my way to an Openhand event in Mexico, I got myself in a tizz trying to find the carparking company. I had to go around the inner circle three times before finally finding it. I did have the wherewithall, a degree of “mastery”, to recognise I needed to slow down, open up, let go and just follow the feeling. That did eventually get me there!!
In this situation, although like countless others, there was something unique to be learned. Yet part of me was a degree complacent that I could easily figure it out. A lesson learned indeed.
What are the Qualities of the Eternal Student?
This is why, to me, an “Ascended Master” would never own or embrace the term. What does it mean? That you’ve attained mastery in Ascension? Well, EVERY Ascension process in EVERY shift is complex and entirely unique. You can bring past awareness, integration, skills and knowledge to bear, yes. But each moment requires a new application, a new learning and integration.
The term “Ascended Master” is only recognised because it’s a term that’s used in the spiritual mainstream. It may be viewed as a bridge, a connection, to then go beyond.
So what qualities of the eternal student might we embody?
It’s being prepared to stop, open, tune in and feel. it’s having the courage to follow the soul and go with the flow. It’s recognising that each moment will have a teaching in it: Where do you get tight? How might you open up through it? Now, what’s the next highest version of you, the next harmony wanting to express?
What Nugget of Soul Gold Can You Find Now?
If you explore this template, then I’m sure you’ll gain masses from it. I would say it also means you can give up the striving for mastery or perfection. The moment you’re engaged in right now has a nugget of soul gold buried within it. The only question is: what is that, how can you integrate and express it?
I felt given to put this video together about the “Ascended Masters” and how they’re truly working in the shift to help liberate and uplift humanity. Notice some key features: 1) they’re in the background and never put themselves above you; 2) they work on frequencies of beingness, soul gold, to help you realise the next best version of yourself; 3) they’re not interested in a “victory” or an outcome in the outer. Self-love requires self-awareness of one’s humanistic needs, experiences, traits, thoughts, behaviors, beliefs and desires and having the ability to change, release, modify or compassionately accept and heal what defies self-love.
If we are working towards self-love, but find it challenging to stay in that mindset, then chances are there are aspects of the whole self that are below our awareness that feel unlovable. These aspects were developed during young childhood. They are the parts of us that we had to suppress because when we expressed them we felt a denunciation, denial, disappointment, dissatisfaction or displeasure by someone we looked to for validation of who we are.
This caused us to believe that these expressed parts of us are inherent flaws and must be concealed to prevent further rejection from the world. These hidden parts of us are known as our shadow aspects. They are the parts of us that we deny, disown and disclaim as parts of the whole self.
These shadow aspects feel unworthy of love. They feel fragmented, separated and disconnected from the whole self. They feel alone, frightened and hurt. Since we are not aware that these parts exist within us, we don’t realize that we are, in part, rejecting self-love.
For us to fill the void within us created by this fragmentation of the whole self, we created a false self, also known as the ego self. The false self serves to exhibit a persona that is acceptable to the world and to allow for the hidden parts of the whole self to be replaced by an identity that camouflages the rejected parts of the whole self. Someone who is obsessed with building muscle tone, may have a self-rejected part of them that feels weak and worthless. The perpetual student may have a self-rejected part of them that feels stupid and insecure. The woman that must always feel beautiful before leaving the house may have a self-rejected part that feels ugly and unwanted. These false identities are harshly judged by society because of the obsessive behaviors they exhibit.
The false self also serves to protect the wounded self from further injury. If, during our developmental years, we reached out for parental affection and felt rejected by the parent, we may hide our need for affection because we believe wanting affection is not acceptable. When someone offers us affection, we may find ways to reject the offer due to a belief that we are undeserving of it. As a result of this deep-seeded fear of rejection, we created the false self that is extremely unemotional and unaffectionate towards others. This would cause others to see us as cold, distant and maybe even self-centered. What is not known by either ourselves or society is that we are not living life as our authentic selves.
The shadow aspect is our true and unique, but emotionally undeveloped self. The false self is the facade created to disguise the parts we repressed. Although we may get frustrated with the false self, we may not be aware that this is not who we really are. It is an ego protection to keep us from displaying what we believe are our humanistic defects.
We may believe we are loving the whole self, but we are loving only what the ego believes is acceptable to the world, while we hide authentic, innocent parts of who we are. The biggest obstacles to self-love are the unhealed parts within us.
When we are in self-rejection, we cannot be in self-love. We believe we are loving ourselves, but we are only loving the parts of us that we believe others can love. This is not authentic self-love and serves to deny us our God-given wholeness. Self-love is loving all parts of us even if these parts of us have been rejected by others or we innocently perceived their rejection. The question is, how do we reconnect with these hidden parts of us and remedy the disintegration? How do we dig deep into the shadow aspects of ourselves so we can heal and reintegrate these lost parts of ourselves? The only answer is shadow work.
Shadow work requires looking at the parts of ourselves that we unconsciously believe are unlovable and help these parts heal their pain and return back to the whole self. This will take strength and courage because we are breaking down the false self, which may be strongly protected by the ego. Doing shadow work will allow us to live authentically as we did as children, but with the structure, balance and resilience that comes from experience and wisdom in our later years.
If we want to fully step into the power of self-love, we must be willing to release the false self and trust that our authentic self is worthy of the world no matter how judgmental the world can be. The false self gives us a sense of security and belonging. If we heal and reintegrate into the whole self our shadow aspects, we will not worry about what the world thinks of us because we will already know who we are. We will be able to accept our individuality and distinctiveness. Although life may have knocked us down many times, we know from the depths of our souls that we are worthy of love. This may require us to forgive ourselves for fearing the loss of love that we unquestionably deserve and forgive others for not being in alignment with love when we needed them to show us love. We are all on a journey to discover ourselves. Some of us may need more time to find our wholeness, especially if our childhood experiences caused confusion about who we are.
Shadow work means going deep within ourselves and making a connection with the parts of us that have been suppressed out of fear. Since these parts of us have been suppressed for so long, shadow work is best done with a qualified facilitator. There may be some protector parts of the whole self that won’t allow access to the shadow aspects as a way to keep these shadow aspects safe from further harm. A qualified facilitator can help us work through these restraints and guide us through the healing process.
Shadow work is necessary for the healing of our disowned and rejected parts so we can accept them as parts of who we are. Once we allow for healing of these shadow aspects of ourselves, these parts of us will ascend to the level of consciousness within our wise adult self. This will give us a feeling of wholeness, balance and peace since we will no longer be unconsciously fighting against ourselves. This is living in authenticity. This is what self-love is.

So polished have these deceptions been that many give up trying to discern what they think are and is not and wish to stay in a state of ignorance or perpetuated delusional 5D, ring a bell? Not all is what it seems at this time, and for this reason, you must stay in neutral observation, this will give you the highest levels of discernment. On your planet, those that have worn the whitest robes and claimed to be the protagonists of good and service to all are often those that return to the most debased and degenerate activities behind the scenes in order to fuel the confusion and sabotage of the human soul even further. Collateral damage and lives are being lost at this time regards current events but we can guarantee you that WW3 is an impossibility within the confines of the current situation. The Arcturian council and others will not allow weapons of this nature to be used and eyes are on all technologies of this kind and will be immediately disarmed upon activation. This is an actuality because what affects you on your terra affects all beings in the universe and Gaia cannot return to the old timelines now as they have indefinitely closed.
Nuclear capabilities have been observed on your planet for a long time including the power stations that disrupt ley lines and electromagnetic grids on your earth which the Arcturians and other councils correct often. Those working in the plants have noticed self-correcting anomalies which to this day, are to them...unexplained.
So many of you are coming into your true powers now and sometimes psychic abilities can be shocked into action through trauma, or events necessitating necessary change. In your world you have a saying "Necessity is the mother of invention" and in this case, chaos in your world will activate more of your abilities bringing them online, many of which you were unaware of. What you call chaos is sometimes a fast-track necessity to a higher timeline being facilitated. Look at what was born from your pandemics and the changes it accommodated thereafter. What you call 5D is a small part of collective truth which is actually multi-dimensional. You all are upgrading and ascending but what you call 5D is not going to be handed to you on a golden platter along with the kingdom of heaven all in one fell swoop, or what you call a solar flash or something to that effect.
Fresh foundations must be built on fertile and clean ground, not on top of the old so that it can be affected again by those who wish to disallow the inmates of the prison to realize that they were actually in one, regards the truth of matters both on earth and galactically.
The solar weather that is coming in at this time will increase and so will your upgrades to deal with as it arrives perfectly on time as the ancients predicted. You are not coming into new information but remembering ancient codes within.
Spend more time in nature and getting into the sun. Soak up the codes and moon bathe if necessary. Each new moon that arrives now brings with it a powerful clean slate for manifestation. Upon each new moon write down all that you wish to create and speak it into existence for you must focus on the world you wish to create and not that which is crumbling. This is how creation begins.
Strengthen your auric fields by spending less time with your flat screens and devices which affect your energies and deplete them greatly. You cannot go within and seek the answers to current events with the barrage of constant entertainment that you all subject yourselves to 24 hours a day. This is part of the distraction, especially for those watching MSM for answers on what is happening in the current skirmish. Allow yourself to become bored. It is at these times that your intuition and imagination fire up and allow you to navigate new times and seek truths on issues you have been misdirected on.
You all are doing so well. Don't forget to laugh and play. Laughter strengthens your immune system and those in power do not want you laughing at this moment in time!
Some of you will return back to your councils for deprogramming from the dense addictive material world of earth and many will return to continue the incredible work you are undertaking. Do not take this time too seriously.
Remember to connect to the inner child and play. For some who are about to lose their noodles, this will be your sanctuary and saving grace, use magnesium to ground a balance in times of mental instability. The future is full of wonders and they are already here lightworkers. Go inwards and feel it for yourselves. No one but you can see it because you are beautiful and you are sovereign. You are as powerful as any being that has ever arrived on this planet. Those from afar and those on earth truly fear the power of the human heart and what it can do when it expands to its optimum levels of creative divine power. There is some way to go yet.

With great joy, I am informing you that the last phase of the operation has begun and is expected to be completed very soon. The operation will start with mass arrests of dark cabal members and then proceed with announcements about the new financial system.
The light forces are aware that this is a very turbulent period on the surface of the planet, so they are doing all they can to resolve this situation as soon as possible. They know that humanity cannot hold on much longer under the pressure of negative energies.
There is a lot of talk about this subject. The Galactic Federation is no longer an underground movement. It has gotten out into the open now and has contacted many people on Earth, as well as a number of secret space programs, to prepare for mass ascension.
The Galactic Federation has been sending massive amounts of representatives to Earth for the last 36 years. This is not a new thing in human history. Not only did they send representatives 36 years ago, but also before that, in the early 1900s.
Who is the Galactic Federation? It is made up of a confederation of more than 200 different races from across this galaxy and beyond. Some are very tall, others quite small; some have large eyes, others don't; some are green-skinned, others red-skinned, or blue-skinned, while others have normal skin colors similar to humans. There are male and female representatives from every race in the confederation.
Now, Our Glorious Galactic Federation confirmed that in the years 2022 and beyond, many people will begin to move into the higher dimensions of life. These people will be the forerunners of a new humanity. As one of these gifted individuals, you are a pioneer in an amazing evolutionary step for humanity.

You must have heard that there is no such thing as "the best time" to do something, but there is indeed the best time to manifest your dreams into reality.
This is the best time because the circumstances on Earth are unprecedented. The majority of people on Earth have been brainwashed and manipulated by dark forces. Your light body will be created on that day. You will experience a blissful state of living.
You will live without diseases, and you will live without the aging process. You still need to eat or sleep. You can create anything in your imagination. You can fly anywhere across the Universe at the speed of light.
The physical world around you is fluid in 5D, and you can change it at your own wish. Through your imagination and intention, you can create anything that you want.
Many people are not consciously evolved enough yet to grasp the concept of how things are created in 5D. How everything is created by divine will, or how extraterrestrial technology can heal you, beam you from one side of the planet to the other without the need of an airplane, or how any food you wish to eat can be created by replicators that we sometimes call 3D food printers.
When you wish to eat an apple you can simply think of an apple and it will appear. It is the density of a very slow third-dimensional reality that forces you to walk to a tree or a supermarket for an apple that had to grow on a tree until it was ripe and another person picked it.
A human mind that is not enlightened cannot grasp these concepts and will think this is unnatural or lack nutrients, not understanding that the way you were doing things so far is the actual unnatural way.
You do not need money for anything because your intention creates everything for free. Instantly.
You will live in a society with abundance, happiness, peace and harmony, cooperation, no thefts, no crimes, and no violence.
All weapons and war machines will be destroyed, and humanity will live as one united family on Earth.
Open your minds to this possibility and hold the vision. The great ascension of Gaia is inevitably upon you now.
So people are invited to take full responsibility and ownership of their predicament, to realign and walk the spiritual path. Ascension is the solution. Whilst human DNA can be repaired over time and evolve into new form, an unsustainable situation has been created here on 3D Earth. Gaia’s solution has been to centre in the 5D and now cleanse her third density.
