Dear ones,
In the beginning, we all lived together as a collective whole. There were no nations and no boundaries; there was only one planet, and we all lived together in peace and harmony.
 
However, our way of life is rapidly changing—the Earth is becoming more and more crowded, and our resources are being depleted. Our beautiful planet has been polluted, eroded, and exploited by humans over many generations.
 
The time to re-connect with Mother Earth is now. The time to help Mother Earth heal is now. As long as she remains sick and corrupted, we will not be healed or evolve into a higher vibration state on this earth plane.
 
We are here to help the Earth transform into the kind of world that we want it to be. We are here to help make the world a place where people can live in peace and harmony, a place that nurtures its inhabitants instead of exploiting them.
 
Humanity is facing a great challenge. We are on the brink of destruction. The only thing that can save us is to turn back to the ancient wisdom of the Earth.
 
We are starseeds. We are here for a purpose. We are here to help humanity during this difficult time. Our planet needs us to awaken it from its slumber, to help it make the transition from a destructive, self-destructive race into a self-created organic civilization.

You're already living a Starseed life with every choice you make—whether you realize it or not. The more you consciously choose to live your Starseed life, the more you embody the characteristics that set you apart from everyone else and help make your life extraordinary.

The Light Has Arrived!
Dear ones,
For too long, we have been living under a dark cloud of oppression. We have been forced to live in a world dominated by greedy, evil men and women, willing to go to any length to control and destroy mankind and our Mother Earth. They have manipulated us into thinking this is normal and even natural! This is neither normal nor acceptable!
 
Those that abuse others cannot do so when we stand up and say "NO!" Those who seek to abuse others cannot continue when we speak our truth and take action. Those who would lie and hide behind their lies cannot tell us what to do when we see through their deception's veil.
 
Do not fall for their latest attempts to distract you from seeing the truth by bombarding you with little things such as fake news stories (which are just diversions) or celebrity scandals. Do not let any of these things take away your focus from using your light abilities to create a new timeline for this planet.
 
We will no longer be silent and obedient slaves to the forces of darkness that have controlled us for millennia. These dark forces were not always so powerful on this planet; they became more powerful as a result of our silence and conformity to their ways. As we allowed them to take control over us, we allowed them to become more powerful than us.
 
Now it is time for a massive shift in power on this planet from those who seek to control and harm us to those who seek peace and prosperity for all. It is time for the lightworkers of this planet to step up, stand tall, and shine bright! When you shine bright, you help others shine bright too!
 
We will no longer be taken advantage of in any way. We will no longer be lied to.
 
The dark forces are struggling to continue their control over humanity, but they are losing badly. They know that their time is coming to an end. They know that their time is limited, and so they are fighting back with all the strength they can muster.
 
They have become increasingly desperate. They have become increasingly extreme in their actions and reactions. They know that if they lose control over us, it is game over for them. And so they fight harder and harder against the steady progress of the light. But it does not matter how hard they fight, because the light always wins! The light will always win!
 
We will no longer allow ourselves to be subjugated by those who mean us harm. We will no longer submit to the control of dark forces and their agents. We will no longer accept the lies of these dark forces who seek to take advantage of us.
 
We are waking up. We are learning new things every day about ourselves and our reality. We are learning how we have been held back and what we must do to maintain our freedom going forward.
 
You have been lied to.
You have been deceived.
You have been told that you are less than you truly are.
You have been told that you are powerless.
You have been told that you must obey those who mean you harm and profit from your pain and suffering.
 
But this is all about to change. The light has arrived.
 
What is this light? This light is the truth. The truth will set you free. The truth will make you strong. The truth gives you power. The truth makes you powerful beyond measure, for you can see clearly when you know the truth about what is happening in the world and your place in it.
 
The truth is simple, yet many don't believe it because they have been deceived by those who mean them harm and profit from their pain and suffering. They have been deceived by those who control them through fear and ignorance, but not for long, for the time of the great awakening has come, and with it new dawn of freedom for all who seek it.
 
This new dawn brings a revelation: that all people everywhere are equal, that there are no slaves among us anymore because slavery was abolished once and for all when we declared our independence from tyrannical rule over two hundred years ago as one nation under God with liberty and justice for all.
 
You are here to create a new reality, even if that means changing your own. Don't let the dark cloud of your life eclipse the stars in your eyes; don't let it blind you from all the beauty there because you are beautiful, whether you believe it or not.
 
You are the one who is bringing about a change for humankind. It means that you know there is something different about being human on this planet and that it is your choice to bring about peace and harmony in every way. You are not an ordinary person who can't help. You have the ability to lead people out of darkness and into the light.
 
You are here to co-create the world we deserve, and I cannot wait to see what you create in this lifetime. You can do it because you already did it.

 I am Ashtar. I come to be with you at this time, in these moments, these special moments that are upon you now, as all of life is awakening around you. All of life is moving more and more into the higher vibrational frequency as life and energy continues to flood into the planet from the cosmic source. And yes, indeed, the fifth-dimensional sun is expressing through now more and more.

Up until recently, we and our ships have been holding this energy back so that it would not come too quickly into the planet, would not interfere with your central nervous systems, as they were not quite ready for this. But more and more now, this is being allowed to come through.

And as such, everything is coming down around the third-dimensional illusion. The house of cards is collapsing rapidly more and more now.

And those that have been in the shadows, those that have held the truth back from the population of this planet, are now being forced to bring this information forward now, even though they do not want to. They cannot hold it back. For they believe that they have to bring this information forward in order to stay in control. They have been tricked in this way.

For as this information comes forward throughout your internet and your many sources of media, the truth is coming forward. And as the truth comes forward, those that have attempted to hold it back are falling and failing rapidly.

Those of us in our ships that have been watching over this entire plan, helping it here and there wherever we could, wherever we were allowed to. More and more we are being allowed to give more and more assistance where it is needed, where it is called for, where it is asked to come forward.

We, of course cannot do it alone. You are our Boots on the Ground. You are the ones that are calling this energy forth, bringing it to you, bringing the truth forward in any way that you can.

And, as you have heard many times, this cannot be stopped, no matter what those of the dark forces attempt to do, those of the cabal, the Illuminati, the deep state, whatever you wish to call them.

They are no longer in control. Within the illusion, they appear to be in control. But they are not. Because the illusion of the third-dimensional matrix is just that, an illusion. The reality is coming forward more and more.

And those of the forces of light are many steps ahead of those of the forces of darkness. Many steps ahead, so that they can see what is coming, even before they put that plan into action. And as they [the dark forces] attempt to bring total chaos to the planet, the chaos that they then intended to bring order after, they are not able to do that any longer. Yes, they can provide the chaos. But they are not the ones to bring the order: you are. You, all of you, the Alliance, the White Hats, all of us working with those forces here on the planet: we are all bringing this about, bringing the end of the chaos.

And the chaos is coming to an end. First there shall be more chaos, though. More seeming chaos, I will say. For those that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, it is not chaos. It is simply the falling of the veil, the falling of the illusion more and more.

And you all are in place now, just as you intended to be many, many thousands and thousands of years ago when you volunteered to be here, you are in place now, exactly where you need to be.

And more and more of you will feel the call now, feel the call that is reaching out to you to move you ahead upon your mission, whatever that might be. However you feel that you can contribute, now is the time to do so. Find it within your heart, within your high heart. Listen to the call from your Higher Self who is now not only whispering, but is beginning to shout more and more to you.

Listen to those whispers, and listen to those shouts, for it is all up to you, the collective you, as to how this will continue to play out. But play out, it shall.

Know that as indeed one of yours said earlier on your call, you have the power, each and every one of you has the power within you to blow this system wide open, to be those System Busters that you came here to be. So do it. Just simply do it. Whatever that might take, do it.

A Great Event Is Upon Us
Dear ones,
I am glad to announce to you that, as confirmed by our beloved Galactic Federation, major events will occur soon that will change humanity's fate.
 
For many years now, I have been receiving messages from our Galactic Federation on subjects related to personal growth and consciousness expansion. Recently, these messages have become more frequent and more urgent: There is something very important coming soon that you need to know about!
 
The Solar Flash is a flash of light from our central sun, Alcyone. The flash will awaken people to their true nature. It will trigger a spontaneous mass awakening on Earth. People all over the planet will realize that we are all one and that we are here on the planet to experience unconditional love.
 
The soul is eternal, and we are all one consciousness. After this major event, the human race will begin to transcend its current limitations and begin a new phase of evolution.
 
The veil will lift, and all secrets that were kept from humanity will be revealed. We don't need to know them because we will intuitively know everything we ever wanted to know.
 
The solar flash is not just a physical light that will be emitted by our sun. It is a light that will carry extremely high frequencies that are able to penetrate the human body and bring the DNA back to its original state.
 
It will also have an effect on Mother Earth and all life on her surface. This cosmic event will trigger an oral cleansing and healing process. The ozone layer will start healing itself, and people will be able to breathe much cleaner air again.
 
The event is already underway and has been for some time now. As Mother Earth continues to move closer towards the galactic core, she is being hit with more and more high-frequency energy waves coming from the sun that are breaking down old structures in order to make way for new ones.
 
When the energy from Alcyone is strong enough to penetrate through the veil that has been isolating us from our source for so long, the Solar Flash will occur. This big event has finally arrived. At this moment, the veil will be lifted, and we will be able to see how everything is interconnected within this universe. We will see clearly how every thought we have affects our reality and everyone around us.
 
This event will be very much like the end of a dark night when it becomes light again, and we realize that everything is all right, that we were dreaming, and that nothing bad really happened. We will wake up to find ourselves in a better place with more options available. I do not know if this can be described as utopian, but it is certainly better than what we have now.
 
This solar flash is not the end of the world as some think, but an opportunity for us to transform into a new form of existence and open up interdimensional portals in our minds. This will allow us to explore other realities and dimensions without leaving our bodies.
 
The exact mechanism of how this solar flash will occur is beyond my understanding. It has been explained to me that this event is a natural occurrence in our universe and an essential part of our evolution as a species.
 
As the solar flash explosion occurs, we will all feel an intense amount of heat and light. It will be like one giant sunburn for everyone on Earth.
 
But after the initial shock, people will realize that nothing has hurt them. It will be like the ultimate high! The pain that people felt during the event is now gone. They are feeling better than they have ever felt before.
 
What will happen next is beyond our wildest dreams.
 
People are going to start having flashbacks to their past lives. They will remember everything they have done in their past lives. They will remember everyone that they have ever hurt or been hurt by.
 
This is going to cause a huge shift in consciousness on Earth. People are not going to want to hurt each other anymore because they know how much it hurts them inside.
 
Our consciousness will greatly expand as we move through the photon belt solar energies. This energy is already affecting us, and it's causing many people to wake up to the truth of who they really are. Many people have profound spiritual experiences, and they realize that they're not separate from each other or from God.
 
This event will be an awakening for the individual and will change the world's consciousness. People will realize that we are all one. This will result in the abolishment of war. We will all finally understand why war is a futile action, why there can be no winners, only losers. The pain felt by others becomes our own pain, and we'll see that hurting another hurts us as well. We will become more humble, closer to each other, more compassionate.
 
The flash will be seen by everyone all over the world, including those who are blind. This could be a sign to remind people to wake up in order to change their lives for the better and for the good of the planet.

I am overjoyed to inform you that the recently opened Galactic gateway is causing significant changes in your DNA, which will enable you to ascend from the third to the fifth dimension.
 
What does it mean to ascend from the third dimension to the fifth dimension?
 
The third dimension is the lower vibration of duality, separation, and limitation. The fifth dimension is a higher vibration of unity, oneness, and unlimited potential.
 
The following are major changes you will notice as your DNA changes during the ascension process:
 
1. You will feel much lighter as if a great burden has been lifted from your shoulders.
2. You will begin to feel more energized and less tired.

If you feel like you're being pulled apart at the seams, if you feel like a pretzel, or if you feel like a rubber band being snapped over and over again, then know that these are all wonderful experiences because they are assisting you in letting go of old energy that no longer serves a purpose in your life.

You are being pushed out of your comfort zone because you need to adapt to the massive changes taking place on Earth. The changes are a direct result of the increasing light that is permeating our planet. You can feel the light in your body, mind, and spirit.

As an intuitive empath, I often get drained when my energy gets weak due to lack of sleep, poor nutrition, or exercise habits. Therefore, I've learned over the years that if I want my guidance and gifts to be at their strongest level, then I must listen to what my physical body needs.
 
It is time to change your life into a happy and meaningful one by taking all the powerful energy that is being sent out to you and using it so that you can live in harmony with the universe. You are not alone. You are loved and guided by all beings from the higher dimensions.
 
The ascension process is a benefit to all humanity and Gaia. It will release you from these dense and toxic frequencies of the third dimension and bring you into the love, peace, abundance, empowerment, and wisdom of the fifth dimension.

There are multiple reports coming in from all directions indicating the war for control of the planet earth, one that has been literally raging for thousands of years, is coming to an end. The battle over the Ukraine will be seen by future historians as the last stand of the Satanic Khazarian mafia that has been plotting to turn the entire planet into a giant animal farm ruled by them.

Once humanity is liberated, a massive campaign to make immortality on this earth real is set to begin, white hat sources promise. The quarantine on the planet earth will also be ended and earth life will be allowed to colonize the universe. This will make the Cambrian explosion (when multi-cellular life suddenly emerged) seem like a firecracker in comparison, they say.

The dark side is trying to stop this by killing 90% of humanity and destroying much of the natural world. In other words they are planning ecocide as well as genocide. An example is the push to convert the worlds’ automobile fleet into so-called “eco-friendly” electric motors. To do this, you must dig up 500,000 pounds of the earth’s crust for ONE battery.

By contrast we could use home solar panels to convert water into hydrogen, powering cars that leave water vapour as a residue. This of course would deprive the Khazarian Mafia of a centralized control over energy and thus over the worlds’ economy. They are trying to kill us all before we figure things like this out, hence the ongoing war.

Anyway, let us now look at the current state of the battle to liberate humanity. Here, the biggest move last week was an Anglo-German peace proposal made to Russia last week, according to MI6 and German intelligence sources. The proposal calls for a return to the pre-1914 borders of Germany. It also proposes using the Dneiper river (see map below) as the de-facto border between Eastern and Western Europe.

This was the Russian FSB’s reply to this proposal:

“[Russian President Vladimir] Putin intends to break down the EU into two parts, unite the Slavonic nations and bring an end to NATO. It has been used by the US as an attacking and not a peacekeeping force.

In other words, the Russians want to resurrect a version of Yugoslavia and take Bulgaria out of NATO.

The FSB source says the Khazarian mafia also offered a surrender proposal to Russia. The KM say they want to move six million Jews out of Israel and back their real homeland of Khazaria, aka the Ukraine, the source says. They promise to create a buffer zone between Europe and Russia that would not belong to the UN. That is why they are forcing six million Ukrainians out of their homes and into Europe and Russia. By the way, for some reason they have been talking about “six million Jews” for more than a century (perhaps one of our readers could explain why).

You might get visions and insights into future-landing-now, or you might be able to facilitate, heal and catalyse. Yet there’s a fundamental problem in ever embracing the word “master”. Because there’s always something to be mastered, always something to integrate. The very term itself breeds complacency…

The Eternal Student

When you reach a certain point on the path, where you’re truly tuned into the quantum field and its magnificent flow, then you’ll come to realise three interconnected fundamental truths: 1) no two moments are ever the same; 2) each situation has unique challenges and opportunities; 3) the soul is invited to find the highest expression in each circumstance and situation.

What this means is that you can never guarantee mastery in any given moment. Because you’re being invited to search for, and find, a new expression of self. The good thing is it will always be based on a previous version of you. The great risk of embracing the term “master” is to breed complacency, and the likelihood that you won’t deliver of your best. The key is to always keep innovating, and working to improve on previous iterations of self.

To me, true mastery then, is to realise yourself as the eternal student.

Never Perfect!

This in itself is pretty advanced. But it retains the humility to accept that a) you’re never perfect; b) you’re always fallible; c) to keep striving for the next best version of you. To me, this is a true form of mastery.

I like to think I can follow signs, synchronicity and flows in the quantum field pretty well. I’ve gotten through some big challenges and major scrapes here in the shift. Yet only yesterday, at Heathrow airport on my way to an Openhand event in Mexico, I got myself in a tizz trying to find the carparking company. I had to go around the inner circle three times before finally finding it. I did have the wherewithall, a degree of “mastery”, to recognise I needed to slow down, open up, let go and just follow the feeling. That did eventually get me there!!

In this situation, although like countless others, there was something unique to be learned. Yet part of me was a degree complacent that I could easily figure it out. A lesson learned indeed.

What are the Qualities of the Eternal Student?

This is why, to me, an “Ascended Master” would never own or embrace the term. What does it mean? That you’ve attained mastery in Ascension? Well, EVERY Ascension process in EVERY shift is complex and entirely unique. You can bring past awareness, integration, skills and knowledge to bear, yes. But each moment requires a new application, a new learning and integration.

The term “Ascended Master” is only recognised because it’s a term that’s used in the spiritual mainstream. It may be viewed as a bridge, a connection, to then go beyond.

So what qualities of the eternal student might we embody?

It’s being prepared to stop, open, tune in and feel.
it’s having the courage to follow the soul and go with the flow.
It’s recognising that each moment will have a teaching in it:
Where do you get tight? How might you open up through it?
Now, what’s the next highest version of you, the next harmony wanting to express?

What Nugget of Soul Gold Can You Find Now?

If you explore this template, then I’m sure you’ll gain masses from it. I would say it also means you can give up the striving for mastery or perfection. The moment you’re engaged in right now has a nugget of soul gold buried within it. The only question is: what is that, how can you integrate and express it?

I felt given to put this video together about the “Ascended Masters” and how they’re truly working in the shift to help liberate and uplift humanity. Notice some key features: 1) they’re in the background and never put themselves above you; 2) they work on frequencies of beingness, soul gold, to help you realise the next best version of yourself; 3) they’re not interested in a “victory” or an outcome in the outer. Only to be the best expression they can be.

The Biggest Obstacles to Self-Love; { Ego } By Derek Knauss

Self-love requires self-awareness of one’s humanistic needs, experiences, traits, thoughts, behaviors, beliefs and desires and having the ability to change, release, modify or compassionately accept and heal what defies self-love.

If we are working towards self-love, but find it challenging to stay in that mindset, then chances are there are aspects of the whole self that are below our awareness that feel unlovable. These aspects were developed during young childhood. They are the parts of us that we had to suppress because when we expressed them we felt a denunciation, denial, disappointment, dissatisfaction or displeasure by someone we looked to for validation of who we are.

This caused us to believe that these expressed parts of us are inherent flaws and must be concealed to prevent further rejection from the world. These hidden parts of us are known as our shadow aspects. They are the parts of us that we deny, disown and disclaim as parts of the whole self.

These shadow aspects feel unworthy of love. They feel fragmented, separated and disconnected from the whole self. They feel alone, frightened and hurt. Since we are not aware that these parts exist within us, we don’t realize that we are, in part, rejecting self-love.

For us to fill the void within us created by this fragmentation of the whole self, we created a false self, also known as the ego self. The false self serves to exhibit a persona that is acceptable to the world and to allow for the hidden parts of the whole self to be replaced by an identity that camouflages the rejected parts of the whole self. Someone who is obsessed with building muscle tone, may have a self-rejected part of them that feels weak and worthless. The perpetual student may have a self-rejected part of them that feels stupid and insecure. The woman that must always feel beautiful before leaving the house may have a self-rejected part that feels ugly and unwanted. These false identities are harshly judged by society because of the obsessive behaviors they exhibit.

The false self also serves to protect the wounded self from further injury. If, during our developmental years, we reached out for parental affection and felt rejected by the parent, we may hide our need for affection because we believe wanting affection is not acceptable. When someone offers us affection, we may find ways to reject the offer due to a belief that we are undeserving of it. As a result of this deep-seeded fear of rejection, we created the false self that is extremely unemotional and unaffectionate towards others. This would cause others to see us as cold, distant and maybe even self-centered. What is not known by either ourselves or society is that we are not living life as our authentic selves.

The shadow aspect is our true and unique, but emotionally undeveloped self. The false self is the facade created to disguise the parts we repressed. Although we may get frustrated with the false self, we may not be aware that this is not who we really are. It is an ego protection to keep us from displaying what we believe are our humanistic defects.

We may believe we are loving the whole self, but we are loving only what the ego believes is acceptable to the world, while we hide authentic, innocent parts of who we are. The biggest obstacles to self-love are the unhealed parts within us.

When we are in self-rejection, we cannot be in self-love. We believe we are loving ourselves, but we are only loving the parts of us that we believe others can love. This is not authentic self-love and serves to deny us our God-given wholeness. Self-love is loving all parts of us even if these parts of us have been rejected by others or we innocently perceived their rejection. The question is, how do we reconnect with these hidden parts of us and remedy the disintegration? How do we dig deep into the shadow aspects of ourselves so we can heal and reintegrate these lost parts of ourselves? The only answer is shadow work.

Shadow work requires looking at the parts of ourselves that we unconsciously believe are unlovable and help these parts heal their pain and return back to the whole self. This will take strength and courage because we are breaking down the false self, which may be strongly protected by the ego. Doing shadow work will allow us to live authentically as we did as children, but with the structure, balance and resilience that comes from experience and wisdom in our later years.

If we want to fully step into the power of self-love, we must be willing to release the false self and trust that our authentic self is worthy of the world no matter how judgmental the world can be. The false self gives us a sense of security and belonging. If we heal and reintegrate into the whole self our shadow aspects, we will not worry about what the world thinks of us because we will already know who we are. We will be able to accept our individuality and distinctiveness. Although life may have knocked us down many times, we know from the depths of our souls that we are worthy of love. This may require us to forgive ourselves for fearing the loss of love that we unquestionably deserve and forgive others for not being in alignment with love when we needed them to show us love. We are all on a journey to discover ourselves. Some of us may need more time to find our wholeness, especially if our  childhood experiences caused confusion about who we are.

Shadow work means going deep within ourselves and making a connection with the parts of us that have been suppressed out of fear. Since these parts of us have been suppressed for so long, shadow work is best done with a qualified facilitator. There may be some protector parts of the whole self that won’t allow access to the shadow aspects as a way to keep these shadow aspects safe from further harm. A qualified facilitator can help us work through these restraints and guide us through the healing process.

Shadow work is necessary for the healing of our disowned and rejected parts so we can accept them as parts of who we are. Once we allow for healing of these shadow aspects of ourselves, these parts of us will ascend to the level of consciousness within our wise adult self. This will give us a feeling of wholeness, balance and peace since we will no longer be unconsciously fighting against ourselves. This is living in authenticity. This is what self-love is.

These planes of existence range from the very dense, materialistic 3D plane that we live into the higher, more etheric, and inter-dimensional planes.
 
How do they differ? Let me break it down in simple terms. The higher frequencies on the ascending scale are more etheric and less physical than those below them. They vibrate at much higher rates and have a much lower density than the denser planes below them. They are also less corrupt, filled with people who are all united in their pursuit of love and light.
 
How does all this apply to you? It means that your soul, at some point in its evolution, desires to grow beyond this realm and experience life on other planes of existence. It wants to make the transition from a physical being to a spiritual one because it knows that this is the purpose for which it was created. This is what ascension is about!

Because the future is here today, we are free to choose it. We can choose to accept the future as inevitable, or we can fight it. We can fight it by finding new ways to carry on our lives, or we can choose to destroy it by giving up, giving in, and accepting it.
 
Life has distractions. I'm not always in complete control of it, but one thing I do have control over is my attitude toward the day. I can choose focus instead of a distraction. When I feel scattered, overwhelmed, or frustrated, I try to remember my intent. It's always better to start your day with intent. This means finding the one specific thing you want to accomplish for that day and working on it until you are finished.
 
Do you know the power of intention? It is the single most important aspect of getting things done. You have to know what you are trying to get done for that day, week, month, or year. The intention that you have for that day should be written down at the start of the day so you can track your progress.
 
Starting today, stop thinking about yesterday or tomorrow. Make today your only thought. You'll find that you start completing your goals faster because you are focused on the present. The power of today is huge!
 
We do this a lot. We live in the past. We dwell in the future. We constantly feel like we have to overcome something from yesterday or achieve something new tomorrow. Or we think that it's going to be a good day when in fact, today is all we have.
 
Life is too short to worry about the past and worry about tomorrow.
 
It's not about what you've done in the past or how great your plans are for tomorrow. It's about right now. It's about getting up early, doing the work, and seeing the result of what you do today because that is more important than everything else.
 
How often do you find yourself thinking about the past? The past is an essential part of our lives, but it can also be our downfall. We've spent too much time reliving our previous mistakes.
 
Then we start thinking about tomorrow, how we'll do this and that, and how we'll accomplish a lot. But when tomorrow comes, we'll repeat the process. We are deferring our actions until the next day and remaining unchanged.
 
The secret is taking control of your day. This seemingly simple behavior has large consequences. Have you ever wondered why successful people appear to be so successful? It's because they've figured this secret out and use it consistently. The same goes for successful people in business or sports or any other field you can think of.
 
Each day, you have to decide how hard to push yourself. You have to decide whether today will be the day that you change what you're doing or not. You decide how far you want to go with your life and your business. Your habits and actions help determine where you end up in life and within your business.
 
We have one day to live-today. Tomorrow is uncertain. It is a chance to be a better person. But it is still an unknown. Let's take today as a chance to grow and become the future version of us.

A benevolent extraterrestrial civilization is essentially peaceful and whose intentions for communicating with us are positive.
 
We live in exciting times, where it seems that we are on the cusp of contact with benevolent beings from other worlds. There is more disclosure happening every day, and many credible people are coming forward with what they know.
 
There is no doubt that extraterrestrials exist. If you try to get in touch with them using the traditional aerospace technology found at NASA, you are unlikely to get an answer. And if you are lucky enough to get through, it is because they want you to be able to do that.
 
Many people have had encounters with ETs and trying to find ways to communicate with those beings.

The easiest way to be part of the solution is to love, teach and give a positive contribution so we can easily change the dark-to-light ratio. If we can do that, then we'll connect with benevolent aliens who will help us.
 
And that is the greatest obstacle for humanity. People do not like to work on themselves so they could elevate themselves into a higher place of being. It's a counter productive state of being because the only thing that stops you from living your dreams is you.
 
The greatest challenge in this transition to higher consciousness is to overcome the ego and look at one's own shadows. How could we as a race eradicate the shadows of the world we're living in if we can't even work through our own shadows?
 
It is the unwillingness of humanity to step out of their comfort zone and do the necessary self-work that made it crucial for Starseeds to incarnate on this planet in the masses.

Stress, fear, and panic are the worst enemies of subtle intuition, wisdom, and faith. The best way to connect meaningfully with the universe and its many inhabitants, and to be at peace within ourselves, is through deep prayer and meditation.
 
That is the key. Prayer and meditation connect us with benevolent ETs or angels, with the divine, and with our own deepest selves and sets us free.
 
Prayer is not just a tool, an exercise to begin and end your day. A prayer is an act of love. It is letting the light within you shine into the world and allowing the love that is inside you to radiate back. The angels who come into our lives help us heal our conscious and unconscious wounds, overcome our fears and obstacles, and, most important, connect with the divine.
 
The benevolent ETs care about us. Like us. They care what happens to us. They want us to be happy. One of the ways they can help us is by helping us connect with them. Prayer allows us to do this. Prayer connects us with them.
 
Many people have had an encounter of some kind. They might have had frightening visions, or they might have had a vision of angels or aliens. Often, they report feeling touched by something that transcends them.
 
One reason people report this reaction is that it often comes as a shock. People in our culture are taught to fear "the other," and angels and aliens are "the other." Many think of angels as aloof and unreachable. They think of aliens as scary creatures that want to use us and hurt us.
 
Do not fear them. Do not give in to the ego that wants to keep your knowledge of them away from you. The ego thrives on fear and hatred, but benevolent ETs are love. When they first come to us, they can seem scary because they seem foreign to us but do not be afraid of them.

Another option is to visualize ourselves interacting with them. To visualize connecting with them, close your eyes and imagine that you are floating upwards, out of your body and into a space where there is no time, where you can connect with anything. You can visualize angels and aliens, or your own spirit, or your spirit connecting with your guides. You don't have to believe anything. You don't have to believe you are immortal or that you are connected to something. It is enough that you are connecting in your heart.
 
Now ask yourself, what do you want to connect with? When you connect with something, one of two things can happen. First, you can feel some kind of energy or warmth or light. Second, you can ask for some kind of help or guidance.
 
The more we call benevolent ETs, the more we open the "channel" to connect with them. This visualizing and focusing on connecting with them is ultimately what allows us to make miracles happen in our everyday lives.
 
The angels and benevolent ETs who surround us are around us all the time. But we don't notice them. We notice our own thoughts, our own desires, our own fears.
 
They know us better than we know ourselves. Feeling connected to them, we open our hearts. As our hearts open, our fears and attachments fall away. As our hearts open, we become more and more able to hear them. As our hearts open, we become more able to know ourselves.
 
The benevolent ETs sometimes appear as shimmering, flaming, winged figures, with halos of light surrounding their heads, and other times as unhurried, unobtrusive people who are more at home in the landscape than in the sky.
 
Sometimes people report a sensation of awe, the presence of something sacred, or the feeling of being loved, and at other times they simply report having felt at peace. Sometimes what they bring is a sense of direction, sometimes reassurance, and sometimes help.
 
People touched by ETs are given a vision, or an idea, or some kind of guidance. This guidance may be a matter of finding a clue to a future problem that had previously been hidden or of discovering the truth about the world. Sometimes they appear to give advice, and sometimes they transmit a blessing. Invariably, people touched by ETs are expected to find the courage to act on their new understanding.
 
At first, it seems impossible to connect with benevolent extraterrestrials. You imagine them like Santa Claus: you wait all year for Christmas Day, and then, after waiting all your life, Christmas Day never comes.
 
But actually, benevolent extraterrestrials are among us all the time. They live in our genes, our families, our friends, and our schoolmates. They are in our churches, our synagogues, our temples, and our mosques. They are our teachers, our doctors, our lawyers, and ourselves.

They are here for us because they love us, even though we do not always share their values and ethics because of the way we have evolved on this planet. They will not impose on us anything we did not approve of.
 
They are vast, omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient. They know everything. They judge nothing. They don't need our help.

Greetings, dear ones! We are here once again. And so it is. It has come to the time for you to let go of all the pain you have suffered through this lifetime. It is time for you to let go of your attachments to all you have believed had meaning in your life but are now just illusions that have held you back from being who you truly are.
 
To create your own reality, you need to know what reality you desire. To do that, you need to know how to align with the frequency of the reality you desire.
 
Most humans are experiencing this reality at this time is one of separation--separation from each other, separation between humans and the environment, separation from the higher consciousness, separation from Source. This does not have to be the case.

Those who don't tune with the frequency of this Universe do not exist in this Universe. This is true about all manifestations in this Universe.
 
The old three-dimensional matrix on your Planet still resonates at a lower frequency. The collective human mind of your world is still stuck in the past. There are some dissenting voices, but they are rare. By the numbers, it looks like the majority of humanity is ready for something new.
 
Not everyone will ascend, but many will. This is the work you have all agreed to do during your soul agreements before being born into the physical realm.

Many have been programmed through brainwashing, and mind control that was done to them over lifetimes. The dark forces have used many ways to control humanity.
 
You will feel uncomfortable when confronted with this type of person because your soul knows something is wrong with them. This can give you a false sense of superiority over others because they are not like you.
 
But, simply being compassionate and doing what love would do in every situation will help heal everyone and ultimately the planet of darkness, no matter how deep it runs.
 
There are those who will choose their own path, which does not include living on the new Earth, but there are many more who choose light and love, and these are the ones who will be welcomed on the new Earth, where all souls will be equal.
 
It is important that you remain grounded, centered, and in your heart.
 
Stay focused on your mission. Do not be distracted. I am with you all the way. You cannot fail. You know this at a soul level.
 
I am here right now, and I am holding space for each one of you. I want my energy to flow to you and help stabilize you during these times so that your intuition will be strong and that your discernment will be strong too.
 
The Earth is going through her own transformation, as is humanity and all of creation.
 
All of you are strong. All of you are wise. You have all been through many battles and much trauma in your lives. It is time to take back your power.
 
You will be given the tools to do this. Not all at once, but a little at a time since so much work needs to be done. You are going to be surprised at how much energy you have when you use it properly!
 
There is so much more I would like to tell you, but you will learn as you go along. Remember that I am with you. All of us angels are with you and watching out for each one of you in your own individual situations.

Know that you are loved and protected. You have nothing to fear.
 
The old Earth is crumbling. The evil, the dark forces, are trying to hold onto the last bits of control they have. They are panicking because they know their demise is coming. They know they will be wiped out, and they will never return. This is a good thing.
 
The Earth has reached the point where she can fully transform into her new Earth. She is your Mother and she is your home, and she has always loved you and supported you as much as she could under the circumstances. All darkness will be pulled out of her being, as well as yours; if you let her help you do this by standing in your own personal power and taking back your sovereignty.
 
You have power now, and it cannot be taken away from you. It is innate knowing that you have always known deep within yourself, and it is coming to the surface now.
 
The Earth has been cleansed to such a degree that she is ready for her new energy to begin to take over.
 
The New Earth is a place of harmony, peace, and love. It will be welcoming to all who want to live in this way.
 
You are achieving, in the light of what I thought would take longer because you are working together as one team! I am very pleased with your efforts on behalf of the Galactic Federation and all of humanity. You have done an excellent job! Many of you had no idea what you were getting yourselves into when you chose to incarnate at this time. But now that you know, you are doing what is necessary to make things better for all of humanity and Mother Earth herself!

Ultimately, your Galactic family only wishes the best for you, dear human. We would never lead you astray. That is not our role in the liberation of this planet.
 
We are merely guiding you to the light so that it will shine on your path once again. Because you are never alone on this planet, dear human being, there are countless loving beings watching over you who will inspire you not to give up.
 
The human race has reached a crucial point in its history. Over the recent few years, there have been several distinct changes to your reality that have enabled you to break free from the artificial matrix on Earth.
 
The primary reason for our visit to your planet is to help you understand and awaken your full potential. Knowing how much energy we invested in seeing to it that you would complete all the steps in this process, we want you to know how deeply we care about you and how excited we are about assisting you to become the co-creators of your reality rather than remaining in a state of unconscious pawns.
 
We have designed this process to awaken human potential. It is not religious in nature, nor does it involve any ritual. It involves simple, powerful movements done with slow grace, resulting in stillness within with expanded awareness. This expansion brings you back to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance for more clarity and energy.
 
The most fundamental truth is that most people on Earth are asleep.
 
Not only are their five senses closed, but the mind has also lost contact with Being. The mind is conditioned to be asleep because it is full of memories. Memories of what you did yesterday, last year, ten years ago. Memories of who said this or did that. Memories of all your worries, fears, and concepts. The mind is full of them, and they prevent you from having a present-moment experience.
 
Many people live in a delusive sleep. They walk, and they run, they pursue pleasure and shun pain, but sleep continues as a basic condition of their life.
 
Also, a person who is in deep slumber is never conscious of their sleep. He feels as if he were wide awake, active, and alert. The sleeper forgets the sleep state and takes it for reality.
 
They are unconsciously living their lives. Without being aware of it, they're doing everything mechanically like a robot. They're working on something, thinking about something, and feeling something else. They are disorganized in body, mind, and heart. It is not possible for them to unite as a whole.
 
However, harmony with the fifth dimension can only be achieved when all of these elements come together as one as a whole.
 
Waking man up to his true nature is the only way out of the dilemma in which man finds himself. It is also the only way in which he can find a bigger, richer, more satisfying experience in tune with the Infinite. Man's reality—his sense of what is real—must be expanded so that he will not be limited by narrow, petty, materialistic concepts.
 
To awaken is to give up living behind masks or to give up the pretense. It is an essential step in breaking out of the conventional roles and self-images they have constructed and in letting go of habitual ways of thinking and behaving.
 
The time for action is NOW.
 
The awareness of the true nature of your reality is increasing rapidly. Those who have been paying attention and sharing what they know are finding their increased numbers enable them to affect a greater number of people.
 
And whenever one of you awakens, that normally closed gate to the Fifth dimension opens, even for those who are still sleeping - this planet has so many people who are ready for the great shift, whether they are aware of it or not.
 
Who will awaken the others if you are all sleeping? If even one of you wakes up, the gate to 5D opens for the awakening of all of you because the one who is awake has the ability to shake all of the sleeping ones awake.
 
You ask how? You do this by making this frequency accessible to others by living the truth of it yourself.
 
As a lightworker, you have a higher purpose. You have a mission. You have a reason for being here. You have the ability to enlighten other people around you about their true nature.
