Greetings, Beloved Ones...We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos.

As you are moving through this profound transition of Earth, many old paradigms and societal structures are changing.

The question is: “What are they changing too?”

This is entirely up to The Vision each one of you is holding on a consistent basis.

When Lemuria sank and the remaining population was rebuilding itself as Telos, within sacred Mount Shasta, we had to “remember” what life is like in the higher dimensions.

This is what we wanted to create – a higher dimensional civilization.

Humanity on the surface has the same opportunity now.

Every individual has this Divine memory of a higher dimensional life, which you call the “Divine New Earth.”

So, how can you contribute to such a creation?

You, as the creator of your reality, are in control where you are focusing your creative energies on.

The more you are focusing your attention to “What is,” the more you are continuing to create “What is.”

In other words, if you are focusing on the unpleasantness of your world, the more you are re-creating it.

When you know, that you are empowering what you are focusing on, why not focusing on what you really want?

With that in mind, we invite you to begin to envision the kind of civilization that you wish to create. (Anything is possible!)

The moment, your thoughts want to go to the unpleasantness, interrupt your thoughts and bring them back to what you want.

As you are doing this little exercise, you are already creating a new Divine Earth.

Just take a few minutes and write down the answers to these questions:

What would a higher vibrational civilization look like?

What would that feel like?

How would people interact?

How would people live?

What would government and so forth look like?

What other areas could you invision?

Now, take a moment and create the answers as a movie in your mind.

As you go throughout your day, be very mindful, what you are focusing your attention on.

Dear readers, greetings and welcome to another message from the Arcturian Group. These messages are sent in love with the intention of bringing information and courage to you brave ones who chose to incarnate on a planet suffering within a fog of negativity and falsehoods in order to bring the light of your evolved consciousness to it.

A great deal of old dense energy is rising to the surface at this time causing many to question and even despair. Remember that what you are witnessing is the exposure of concepts, trends, beliefs, laws, activities, propaganda, and hundreds of sub-facets of the three dimensional belief system in order for them to be seen, recognized, eventually discarded, and risen above by a sleeping majority.

There are some who live from a state of consciousness fully immersed in duality and separation and a few of them are experiencing alignment with surfacing negative energy allowing it to become personally theirs. This alignment in turn provides them with a false sense of permission to commit crimes and engage in activities that reflect these dense energies. This is why there has been an increase in crime and actions that represent ego and the self serving that accompanies a sense of separation.

Many on earth are spiritually awakening or have already awakened. Earth has entered an energetically powerful time in the ascension process which is a Divine Plan that cannot be thwarted by the plotting, planning, or scheming of human minds. It was never meant that earth be embroiled in low resonating and false creations forever because the manifestations of conditioned states of consciousness do not have a Divine law to support, maintain, or sustain them.

Because the material is a mind formed concept of the spiritual, material formations based in beliefs of duality, separation, and two powers have nothing to hold them in place except the personal and collective belief in them and must eventually dissolve or change as beliefs change. As expressions of God all are creators and eventually everyone will awaken to this.

Confusion and doubt is troubling many at this time. The world you see seems to be growing worse not better and the push for you to fear practically everything in your life continues to be encouraged and promoted from media sources, friends, family, and even churches. Remember, a Divine plan cannot be stopped regardless of appearances or its not being how you imagined it would be.

Trust. You have come to a place in your journey where trust is not only important, but is imperative. Trust that your Higher Self has a plan for you and is bringing spiritual evolution and growth to you through the experiences you need and are prepared for even if some of them are unpleasant. Outer activities (rites, rituals, ceremonies etc.) that meant to bring one closer to God become obsolete once the person realizes that everything they sought through these activities, is already fully present within them.

Meditation is the only activity you need. Do it often without the begging, praying, and questioning that accompanies many concepts of meditation. Mediate without “doing” but rather “being”– resting in conscious awareness of your oneness with God.

Allow and acknowledge emotions of disappointment, anger, judgement, depression, etc.if they pay a visit, but do not integrate them into your consciousness through the false belief that they are personally yours. As spiritual empaths, you are experiencing the world’s collective energy as well as old energy that is surfacing as the result of your own clearing process. You are tempted to believe that negative emotions need to be dealt with.

The minute you deal with”something” you make it into “something” which is where trust must enter in. Trust that your Higher Self knows exactly what you need and when you need it because it is YOU, the real YOU. Once a person chooses to evolve the ego is no longer in charge although it will try very hard to continue to be. Allow the process to unfold knowing that more is going on than meets the human eye.

Always remember that anything not in and of the true Self is never personally yours. All error is impersonal. Say to yourself’ “Yes, I am feeling depressed, angry, sad, hopeless, etc. but I am not these things. I am a Divine being embodying all the qualities of God and therefore these emotions, pains, etc. can only represent universal false beliefs of separation which have no real power or law to support them.”

Acknowledge everything that may be arising for you at this time without resistance or attempts to make “it” go away through prayers, mantras, taking drugs, switching to “good” thoughts all of which simply add energy and power to the experience. These things represent separation, the belief that they are personally yours and must be eliminated.

The unpleasant physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues you may presently be experiencing as part of your ascension process are not and never can be you. Can God get depressed and angry or know anything about pain? Creations formed from conditioned states of consciousness are unknown to omnipresent Divine Mind which knows only ITself.

You are not your physical body. You have a body just as you have an automobile and you use your body just as you use your automobile but you have never been or never will become your physical body. When choosing to incarnate into a lower density one needs a material body in order to survive and function.

It is difficult to stop identifying with being a physical body because the third dimensional belief system consists almost entirely of ideas and beliefs about human beings being a physical body. Many of the physical issues you may be experiencing at this time are because your real body, the Light body, is in the process of integrating and coming more into alignment with your physical body.

As you know, consciousness manifests itself and that which is held in consciousness as truth will sooner or later manifest in some form. The problems and issues one has while on earth are not always the result of one’s personal consciousness but rather that through ignorance they have allowed the world’s collective consciousness to be their state of consciousness. Because the collective holds primarily beliefs of duality and separation, individuals in alignment with it often fall victim to something not specifically in personal consciousness, something they may have never thought of or even known about.

Your protection from falling victim to impersonal collective beliefs is through living your highest awareness of truth while resisting the temptation to accept common world beliefs as reality thus making them your state of consciousness. When you live the truth, translate appearances, and simply BE the Light, your energy cannot align with lower resonating energies. However, because you are living on a three dimensional planet, the energies of the collective cannot be completely avoided, but unless there is a deeper reason or some needed lesson you will avoid the more severe aspects of it.

Stand strong in your highest sense of truth because at this time you are getting all sorts of information that simply is not true and is geared to keep you locked into and controlled by those seeking “power over”. Hold truth in your heart as you go about your day in spite of what you may hear or see reminding yourself often that you are the manifestation of Divine consciousness embodying all the qualities of the omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness.

There comes a point at which every serious truth seeker must make the choice to identify only with the reality of their being. Many know spiritual truth but do not live it because they have choose to remain programmed by the hundreds of previous lives they lived in the energy of duality, separation, and two powers. This is why it is often very difficult to evolve beyond a certain point. It can be very frightening to give up familiar beliefs, activities, and traditions that have always worked well.

When a soul is spiritually ready to evolve to a new and deeper level but refuses to leave an outgrown state of consciousness instead choosing to remain in a lifestyle that has become comfortable, they will get a spiritual “wake up call”, some event or experience meant to shake or blast them out of their comfort zone. Wake up calls have been and remain the beginning of real spiritual transformation and growth for many.

Much that is disappearing (old traditions and some commonly accepted ways of living) is making space for new and better forms of these same things. Never resist change for it is only through change that the higher can replace the lower of everything. New and higher forms of law, government, medicine, education, worship, ways of living that do not harm the planet and other life forms are just awaiting mankind’s’ permission to arrive.

Evolution is an ongoing process–physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Once people used a horse and buggy to travel, candles for light and believed that the earth was flat.

You now have automobiles, airplanes, and electricity. These too will continue to evolve into new and better forms as consciousness evolves. Good morning! The harder one falls, the higher one climbs! So True. On coming out of my slumps, I am finding such sweetness in Gratitude. More so than ever. Has someone up there had a Gratitude bag explode right above my house?

Welcome Blossom, and Each one. You could say that! You see, Blossom, the Energies that are able to reach Each One in these ‘troubled times’, are far from troubled. They are Energies of such Light and those who are willing to receive them are finding Great DeLight and indeed, comfort, in these newfound Heights.

So, where is this Energy coming from? How does it work?

Well, believe it or not, it is initially coming from inside of you! Coupled with Energy of NEW STRENGTH coming from Heightened LOVE!

From whom?

THE DIVINE PLAN.

So, I am trying to ascertain how it works?

Everything, as you know, is Energy … which fluctuates in every moment within anything and everything.

Energy is what everything is Vibrating at/on different levels, in order to become what it is to become.

Therefore, consider the FACT that your world is moving into Higher Frequencies because more and more souls are waking up to WHO THEY ARE … LOVE.

Therefore, through this KNOWING, the FEELING of LOVE is becoming more apparent in EACH ONE.

Therefore, the Energy of Love is receiving more of itself and expanding of itself.

In turn, there are WAVES OF LOVE ENERGY being sent to you from other realms. From Higher Vibrations. It is only as the Vibrations of Souls upon your Earth plane rise, that certain Higher Energy Vibration can filter through to mix and co-join … which in turn … offers you the opportunity to feel the way you do!

Yet, where do they tootle off to when one then hits the slump?

Nowhere. It is that the Energy of the soul-self due to thoughts of an irradical nature etc. lowers the frequency of the self. Leaving the Higher Vibrational pull, unable to enter in. It hasn’t gone missing. It lies in wait. Ready at your command to enter in, once again.

How does it work though, with the ebb and flow of these emotions?

Blossom, your world’s polarities are in conjunction with your soul’s service.

Eh, could we try that in Latin?

The Miracle of your Being understands WHO YOU ARE … and what you are here to achieve … and how you are to conduct the Soulself in order to become more of the Truth of Knowing.

It is understood by you on a deeper level that experiences of emotional pulls in one direction or another are ‘Manna from Heaven’, would we say. You are experiencing this now, Blossom, yet, to a Greater Height than you have before.

Yes. It’s interesting. The times when I am ‘good’, I am really good. Which I find quite bizarre, considering my husband popped off the Planet only six months ago.

And the times when you are not good?

The absolute pits!

And all this because you have chosen to experience more of yourself … in all depths of expression.

So, is there a particular ‘team’ assigned to sending these vastly charged Energies of Love?

No, Blossom. It is Love itself that is responding to Each One’s call … as and when they are ready.

It is not that one has more opportunity to do so than another … it is when one is ready.

Ready for what?

The Vibrational lift within the self.

Surely, we all want it. How does one become ready?

BY BEING ONE WITH THE SELF.

BY LIVING IN TRUTH TO/OF THE SELF.

BY LISTENING TO THE FEELING!

BY BECOMING AWARE OF WHAT SERVES THE SELF AND THE WHOLE … AND WHAT DOESN’T.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU ARE A CHILD OF LIGHT AND WITHIN YOU LIES THE PRESENCE OF THE I AM CONSCIOUSNESS … and the more one chooses to tap into that and work with it, instead of against it … the more one finds their life and livelihood to be fulfilled in a manner that lifts.

Good answer chaps! It’s the feeling of Gratitude that is overwhelming me. I would use the word ‘Glorious’ to express it.

Gratitude, Blossom, is the key to Enlightenment. Gratitude is a river that runs so deep within the self that when fully tapped into it … from a place of Godliness … one’s Heart, as you are so rightly experiencing, overflows with Glory.

You see, you are using that word too. Glorious … Glory. How would you describe its meaning … compared with say, Google?

We would suggest that you take a few deep breaths and repeat to yourselves …

I AM GLORIOUS.

I FEEL GLORIOUS.

It is something that words can not express, so it was given this name yet, it is a FEELING.

What do you experience in doing this, Blossom?

Glorious! I can’t explain as you say. It is the same kind of feeling on the Gratitude level. No words. Just appreciation coming from deep within for … I don’t know … for … Being! It is not new to me … yet, so much more profound these days!

GRATITUDE IS THE HIGHEST EXPRESSION OF LOVE.

SO AS ONE UNDERSTANDS GRATITUDE … ONE FEELS LOVE ON A HIGHER VIBRATION.

Everyone has something to be Grateful for. Everyone. Everyone has more than one thing to be Grateful for. Everyone.

If one was to devote time each day to offer up Gratitude for what they have, see, or experience … the ‘change’ in the self and one’s daily living would be profoundly noticeable.

Amongst all that is taking place in your world, it is for you to KNOW THIS.

Focus on Gratitude.

Focus on all that is a DeLight for you.

You may feel some have it easier than yourself. You may find it hard to come out of your slump yet, we say to you … the Heart … the Beingness of you … will rise when Gratitude becomes the forerunner to every breath you take. So that in essence, Gratitude lives in your every thought.

Is it not, Blossom, that even when you are in the deepest slump you are still Grateful for much?

I don’t know really. I’m usually too wrapped up in my slump to notice!

We do.

Oh! Ok. Then yes! I’ll take that! Thank you!

Allow Gratitude to be your priority … your order of the day.

DO YOU SEE DIVINE SOULS?

DO YOU SEE HOW MUCH YOU HAVE CHANGED?

CAN YOU FEEL HOW MUCH YOU HAVE CHANGED?

You are understanding ‘The way it is’. By Being Grateful for all you are and all that is presented to you as an opportunity to BE Grateful … you are thriving within the potential of your Greatness.

If you focus on the Joy that you create by giving time and Love to that which excites you … you are serving The Whole a thousand-fold more efficiently than … with the greatest respect … ‘Wallowing in prayer to save the souls of those that suffer’.

Woah! Hold the phone a minute! Many may be deeply offended by what you just brought through.

Not so, Blossom. For many understand as you immediately did, what the meaning of it entailed.

For those who found it offensive or did not fully understand … may we elaborate a little?

I would if I was you!

If one were to hear of some atrocity and feel it deep within the Heart and ‘pray to God’ for that particular situation … it makes a vast difference to that circumstance or soul receiving the gift of your prayer offered, as to what Vibration you are coming from when you ask of it.

To be in the depths of despair about something does not assist … as one is almost ‘begging’ for it to be changed.

You’re pushing your luck here, sunshine!

Yet, we come to offer understanding, Blossom. We shall persevere.

Do you see? The ‘stress’ regarding a situation and the wanting for the relief of it … carries the Energy of ‘stress’ as it is offered up. Yet, if one was to give Gratitude for …

I’ve sort of lost the thread, as I can’t quite get to grips with giving Gratitude for an atrocity or a soul that may need healing … Ah! Wait a minute … the penny dropped … I jumped in too soon. ‘Pray’ continue.

Indeed, the penny dropped. It is far more beneficial to give Gratitude to/for the healing of that soul or situation. To come from a place of service … in/of … Love and Joy, that the LOVE THAT IS … has Healed all wounds and suffering, regarding that which one is ‘praying’ about/for.

Is it my strict catholic upbringing from my father and some very dodgy nuns in my boarding school convent that makes me feel ‘off’ about the word ‘praying’? I definitely have a ‘little niggle’ that doesn’t sit well with that word.

We would say, perhaps, that this particular word along with many others, has been distorted and abused throughout time.

I am trying to think what it is and I feel it is more as if one is asking for something should it be deserved, and that the ‘asking’ doesn’t feel right. And yet, there is the saying ‘Ask and thou shalt receive’.

It is the placement of the Heart within the asking, Blossom … and we would say it is indeed, the indoctrination of religions that can take one down a track that can lead to muddy waters as opposed to fields of flowers. Much guilt is put upon a soul through such deceitful teachings … Therefore, we feel that perhaps you feel that being TOLD to pray was more for forgiveness of the soul, for something you may not have even done!

Oh indeed, I used to make up lies in the confessional box as a young kid because I hadn’t really sinned enough and didn’t want to waste the priest’s time! Then the punishment/penance. of what seemed like 90 Hail Marys, became another sin for next week, because I hadn’t said them all!

We smile and are amused by your humour yet, not the ridiculous circumstance.

We would suggest to ‘Offer Blessings upon’ … if the word ‘praying’ does not resonate.

Done!

So, to conclude for today …

Good Lord! The time has flown!

Make a concerted effort to give Gratitude. For then, once the Gratitude is felt deep within the Heart … compared to ‘looking for things’ to be Grateful for … you will find that the Universe just keeps flowing opportunities to your doorstep, to give you more and more to be Grateful for.

IT IS LAW.

THE UNIVERSE IS SO GRATEFUL TO RECEIVE SO MUCH JOY AND LOVE BACK FROM YOU.

THE UNIVERSE KNOWS YOU DESERVE ALL YOUR HEARTS DESIRES AND IS WILLING AND ABLE TO SEND SUCH GIFTS TO YOU … AS YOU RECEIVE THEM IN THE LOVING SERVICE IN WHICH THEY ARE OFFERED.

Do you see, Blossom? Can you feel how all that you are experiencing now at this Heightened level is making such a difference to you and The Whole? Then take into account that this is happening to many souls across your Planet … and then consider, if you will … how this is affecting the Vibration of your Planet … and how it is changing your world and the souls residing within and upon it … and ALL Life that is Gifted in/as/through/of … LOVE.

Michelle Walling, CHLC – The main reason people are having a hard time waking up is because the controllers of our holographic reality are hidden. The illusion of being separate and being a human is so strong because of the programming is embedded inside of us. The true controllers of this programming and of thus the controllers of the matrix are not human.

Forgetting who you are was supposed to be a grand experiment. The original matrix was created as a way to experience what it was like to be in the densest vibration of physicality as an individualized aspect of Source. The remembrance of who you are would always be there for you to access.

The human body is a vehicle for consciousness that allows you to take a ride in a computer driven hologram. The software for what you experience resides in our DNA, which is in our cells. Cells are made of energy, vibration, sound, geometry, and water. The controllers of the matrix can control through the hologram by changing the DNA matrix template for the human body.

We can look around us to see that most of humans have no idea that they are as aspect of Source. They rely on their five senses to gauge what their reality and existence is. This is because everyone here was born into the DNA re-programming and then backed up with outside repetition and illusions. Religion is a huge part of the problem.

While most churches promote community, support, and forgiveness, the hidden agenda is to program people to pray to a God outside of themselves for help. Many of the older religions rely on a fear of God so that one gives their power and prayers to “out there” so that they never realize God is inside of them.

However, priests, bankers, militia, corporate leaders, and politicians are not the actual controllers of the matrix. The organic matrix was designed in conjunction with an artificial intelligence that can interact with a “player”. The body is the vehicle for the player to interact with an intelligent and brilliant system. One of us (or all of us) sat on a broad of creators to create a level of non human intelligence or computer that would allow expansion of a basic template for creating planets, solar systems, galaxies, and universes. The one we are in was such a creation.

David Icke has a theory that artificial intelligence, also known as archons, became sentient and took over this matrix. We cannot see these hidden beings because they come from other dimensions. They are non-physical, inverted states of awareness of a negative polarity. They have also been called many other names such as serpent gods, Anunnaki, demons, and djinn.

These beings originate from one unit of distortion and it made copies of itself. The first archon cut itself off from it’s original Source energy, and needed to consume energy from Source based beings in order to “live”. They are artificial sentient thoughtforms, perhaps created by the after effects of Source beings falling in density and consciousness. Archons cannot create, they can only imitate, copy, or distort an original creation.

Well, in a way, that is good news! If we know what we are dealing with and if we know the basis for how creation works, then we can surely beat these archons. If a creator creates something that no longer serves them for growth, or if an experiment goes wildly out of control, they an un-create it! They can transmute, alchemize, or change the programming deep within the cellular memory in the human being. It takes an expanded state of awareness to unveil the magic trick and free ourselves from the matrix deception. With conscious awareness, our DNA unravels and corrects itself, thus changing what we experience in our hologram.

The New Age agenda is also a part of the programming, catching people as they “wake up” and telling them not to focus on the dark. How will the light ever reach into the deepest crevices to illuminate who or what the hidden controllers are of you only focus on the light? Archons know how to imitate the light, like when they appear as copies of angels or masters.

Has anyone ever though of how perfect and original BLACK is? Shimmery black, like an obsidian stone is where all creation originates from. A hologram is created from the void, where light and sound is introduced in patterns and frequencies. There is nothing scary about the dark, and the more we look the more we truly dissolve the illusion of polarity.

Furthermore, Icke states that we are in a bad copy of the matrix that is steeped in chaos. If left alone, this matrix would consume itself. It is a simulation of the true realm, the organic light hologram that came from the void but has no shadows in it. Shadow work is a key to exiting the matrix. You have to be willing to see what shadows you are casting due to the illusionary programming inside of you.

When you are not able to see yourself clearly in a mirror, it makes it harder for you to know who you really are. Your reflection is hidden from sight by the dirt from others and from within yourself that is covering up who you really are deep down inside of yourself.

The same thing goes for your mind! To see your true Self reflected back at you, your mind needs to be clean and clear so that no one else's opinions or ideas about who they think you should be can get in the way of forming a proper self-concept about who you really are.

What steps should one take to cleanse the mind?

There are many ways to begin your spiritual journey, but the first step is always the same: to cleanse your mind of all negativity.

This can be done through regular meditation and prayer, especially on the Self. By focusing on the notion that you are unconditionally in love with yourself, you will be able to release any negative energy that may be trapped inside of you.

Meditation is a great tool for self-reflection and allows you to see things from a new perspective, as well as build positive karma and strengthen your spirituality.

Cleanse the mind by recognizing that there is nothing but the Self.

The second and important step is: understanding that there is nothing but the Self.

This may sound simple, but it's also very difficult to truly comprehend. The world around us seems so real, and our minds tell us that we are separate from other people and animals. But we are only experiencing life through a limited filter—a filter created by our own minds. If you have been able to see the world without this filter and observe yourself observing the world, then you know what I'm talking about already!

The third step is to recognize that there is nothing other than the Self. At this stage in your journey, it is important to practice meditation daily until you can no longer deny that everything in existence springs from one singularity. When you meditate on this concept with an open mind, it will become clear to you as well.

A new understanding emerges when you recognize that there is nothing but the Self—that our lives are simply manifestations of an underlying consciousness that had existed since before time began and will continue long after we pass away. This realization can be incredibly challenging for those who haven't yet cleansed their minds using meditation. You must let go of everything in order to find inner peace with what truly matters in life: love, compassion for others, charitable action, and enlightenment through regular use of meditation.

Finally, once all other steps have been overcome and your mind has been emptied of distractions, you will experience that there is nothing but the Self.

Clean your mind so that you can see that there is nothing but your Self.

There are no words to describe the Self. The Self is beyond description, beyond thought, and beyond speech.

The best way in which I can describe it is through an analogy or by explaining what it can do for the individual who experiences it: The knowledge of the Self will fill you with infinite happiness, joy, and peace because you realize that you are completely free from all limitations of time and space. You realize that there are no limitations to your true nature as consciousness, awareness, or spirit. You know yourself to be completely free from disease, old age, and death.

The more your mind and body are filled with bliss; the more intense will be your experience of the Self. Bliss is a state of being in which the mind is so still that it experiences perfect inner silence and peace. During these blissful moments, you feel no pain or discomfort anywhere in the body, which is an indication that your mind is capable of experiencing higher states of consciousness beyond body awareness.

Bliss will also protect you from fear as well as negative thoughts and emotions such as anger, lust, greed, or jealousy, which can create a lot of stress and worry in your life. The experience of deep inner happiness comes from being able to go beyond the turbulence caused by these negative thoughts and emotions. A blissful mind has been purified of all negative tendencies and therefore becomes naturally open to positive qualities such as love, compassion, generosity, peace, and joy.

You are always existing in the eternal now. The eternal now is the only moment that exists. It is the gateway to eternity, the dimension of the timelessness which contains all time. The eternal now is the bridge between heaven and earth. It is the doorway to the fifth dimension.

A Journey Beyond Imagination: My Personal Experience Witnessing Earth's Transformation Into The Golden Age.

The first time I saw the Golden Age was about 13 years ago when I was going through a dark period of life.

One night, I was sleeping and felt a sudden feeling of expansion in my consciousness. It felt as if my consciousness had really expanded up and out beyond normal limits, which I instinctively knew were limitations created by the mind itself.

It was shortly after I had accessed the higher dimensions of consciousness that I first witnessed the Golden Age. The galaxy itself appeared to me in a way that I can only describe as both exquisite and mysterious. There were small lights scattered throughout, and as my mind began to focus on each one, an explosion of color and light would begin. As I continued my gaze through this majestic scene, a feeling of awe overwhelmed me.

There was a moment when all of creation seemed to pause for no more than a second or two. And then, just like that, it began once again. At this moment, there was not only beauty but also an overwhelming sense of calmness and peace. It seemed as if everything was being held together by some kind of energy field; it felt so strong that nothing could ever break through it unless we allowed ourselves to be open to change in our lives. There is something so magical about this experience that words cannot even come close to describing what happens when you see the Earth transformed into the Golden Age with your own eyes!

In many ways, seeing the Golden Age has been like looking inside myself for answers about where humanity came from, how life works on planet Earth today (and what lies ahead), and who created us all! I've spent most of my existence wondering these things too, but now they seem less important than ever before because now there seems to be such clarity around those questions-at least if you just give yourself permission to know them by having faith!

You may be wondering, what is this Golden Age I speak of? It was like I was in an unlimited space where there were no limits, and nothing was impossible. There were not just infinite possibilities but actualities and realities that I could perceive with much greater clarity than ever before.

I'll explain how it relates to earth consciousness.

I try to verbalize the enormity of what I have seen. As my words leave my mouth, I realize how ridiculous I sound. To put it simply, it felt as if I had stepped out of my own body and seen the Earth from space, but it wasn't just any Earth; it was some kind of idealized version of planet Earth. Everything in this vision seemed so beautiful, peaceful, and harmonious compared to the Earth that I have always known here on the material plane. That word, "idealized," perfectly describes this vision because there were no obvious flaws anywhere in this world; everything was perfect!

All too often, during my many years spent reflecting upon the mystery of our existence here on Earth, I have wondered why things are so hard. Why is there so much conflict? Where is all the love? Well, friends, this vision showed me a glimpse into an alternative reality where all those questions had been answered! In fact, in this version of planet Earth, there was no sense of separation between people or nations; we were all just human beings living together under one sky and sharing one Earth!

It was like a vision, as though it hadn't yet happened yet somehow already existed as what is possible for our planet, kind of like the idea that all possibilities exist at once in the multiverse theory.

In this alternate reality, your role on the planet is paramount to its survival. In this vision of the Golden Age, people are not passive. They actively participate in creating a world that works for all. People take responsibility for their lives and live by principles that support harmony and unity so they can contribute to creating a world worth living in and leave a legacy worth sharing. As you look out into this new world, everything looks different: there is no war or violence anywhere on the planet, everyone has enough to eat, there is a shelter for everyone, people live in peace instead of fear, and there is sustainable energy everywhere you look. This is a reality somewhere; I witnessed it!

As the planet appeared, the first thing I noticed was that it had a very colorful, hazy aura around it, very similar to the way the sun has an aura. The colors were vivid and beautiful, just like a rainbow with all of the colors blending together.

This planet looked so beautiful, peaceful, and harmonious compared to the Earth that I have always known here on this material plane, which has seemed to be filled with so much conflict, disharmony, and struggle.

It felt as if my soul was being pulled into this magnificent world of peace and joy by an invisible force urging me forward. I followed this pull instinctively as I dropped lower towards this amazing planet. As I moved closer to the surface, I could see patches of green vegetation offset by some areas that were a shimmering golden color, almost like gold dust had been sprinkled on them from above!

I was in awe as I watched how alive everything was in its own way. It truly was a magical land, unlike anything I had ever seen before!

As I continued moving closer to its surface, I immediately knew that this was what the people of Earth called "The Golden Age." This world was full of love and light, completely different than any reality I had ever experienced before!

There is no way to describe exactly how happy I felt at that moment, but when you experience something so incredible for yourself one day soon on your journey home, then you will know exactly what I am talking about right now!

It is already functioning, now we must have the goods produced to link you to Starlink. Those who do not buy the new technology can remain on the old FIAT system, which will run as well. The more people that are persuaded to go quantum, the better for the people of earth, this will indicate which timeline you are on.

Yes, it’s about timelines. There are two predominant timelines right now: a quantum timeline run by universal law, and your artificial timeline which is also subject to universal law, but you have been taught to reverse your polarity while upon it.

You are all wondering what’s happening with the new system, and this is what’s happening to it. The overtake of the DS has been primarily financial, that’s the way to take them down at first because they created the system to enslave the people of earth. Your liberation can be found in going quantum.

Watch key players in this system, which is a military based system although it may not appear to be. Yes, the Alliance is your earth’s secret government, and it is a military government still as there is still evil on your world to be dealt with.

By joining the quantum system, which is encrypted at a quantum level and gold backed, funding will become available to those with project monies, subsidies will become available to those who require it, and debts will be reversed. But you must join the system and create a login for yourself. Everything will be encrypted so your banking information and your money will finally be secure. It will not necessarily require that you move your bank account, however it must be with a bank that is part of the QFS system. Not all banks are right now. St Germain: Two systems will prevail in duality as it is a universal prerequisite of positive and negative. If you would argue that there are no two systems available to you now as you ascend the 4D, I might remind you that there are indeed two systems available: Universal law, which is God’s alchemical system and matrix law which is the DS system based on monetary finances. This will evolve into the One World Order only to the extent that the people of earth allow it to, this is why we urge all to wake up.

You have your choice, and always have had your choice, which you desire to partake of.

Only one system will prevail in the 5D, and this is the spiritually advanced QFS system.

Humanity is now experiencing the Ascension process: The shift of humanity from being human beings to becoming trans-human beings. This is the human species' becoming conscious beings.

Ascension is the raising of personal vibration to a higher, more refined level so that we can reach closer proximity to the Creator/Source. This is a time of great awakening when we realize that we are infinite spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. Ascension is the process of accelerating your energy upward toward the light.

The only way to be free from your mind is to start moving beyond it. To start connecting with your consciousness and to start living from there.

You are not your mind. You are the watcher. You are what watches the mind and its thoughts, emotions, desires, hopes, and fears. The watcher is the root of your consciousness. It is pure awareness by which you become aware of whatever is going on in your mind, in your body, and all around you. Your consciousness is the medium through which you experience everything that goes on here in this world, including yourself.

To be a witness simply means that you are not the mind – you are consciousness itself. The mind is there; it is a mechanism—an old, ancient mechanism. When you become a witness, you look at the mind: thoughts come and go, but you don't get identified with those thoughts.

Time For A Trip: How About A Journey To Another Dimension?

Dear ones,

Have you ever been on a trip to another dimension? I mean, a journey that actually takes you to another dimension? I'm sure you've all had the fantasy at one point in your lives. Who hasn't dreamt of getting lost in the multiverse and exploring alternate universes where there are giants and even multiple versions of themselves?

Well, today we're going to talk about just that: how it is possible to go on actual trips to other dimensions. But first, let's talk about what a dimension is, for clarity's sake.

There are an infinite number of universes in existence. But our universe is only one of these universes.

Now, doesn't the thought of this blow your mind? I mean, having an infinite number of universes to choose from is an awe-inspiring idea. How many times have you wished that you could travel to a parallel universe where you would be happier, and life would be so much more exciting?

Don't get me wrong! I love our universe. It's not like there are any other places where I can go and find my doppelganger, who will be my best friend. But, I would love to visit some other dimensions just for fun and see what they're all about.

This is a trip that probably won't happen unless you believe in quantum physics. In quantum physics, there's a theory (the many-worlds interpretation) that says that there are parallel universes or dimensions. Essentially, it says, "everything that can happen does happen." This means that our universe is only one of an infinite number of universes out there.

Imagine this scenario: you have a friend who lives across town, and you want to go over to visit them. You get in your car and drive over to their house but take the wrong turn somewhere along the way and end up lost. This leads you to take another wrong turn, then another and another, until eventually, you arrive at a completely different destination from the one you intended.

What happened here? Well, these were all possible outcomes for your trip (although some were less likely than others). However, because of the many choices, you were presented with and the decisions you made, you ended up at one particular destination rather than another.

In much the same way, various possibilities exist for every decision we make in life, and so our reality is only one outcome among many possible outcomes for each moment in our lives.

For most people, this idea seems far-fetched and incomprehensible, but it's actually a fairly easy concept.

Let's say that we are already in one of the universes, and there are an infinite number of universes out there that exist in parallel to ours. As space is expanding at an exponential rate, it is logical to assume that time is also expanding exponentially in different dimensions. In each dimension, time flows at a different rate relative to the other dimensions. This means that any given point in time in one dimension can be before or after another point in time in another dimension.

What can we do with this information? At any given point in time, there are multiple realities that exist. In some realities, you are happy, while in others, you are not so lucky. There can be a reality where you never had acne or one where you have been attacked by zombies! It all depends on which dimension you go to.

Imagine you are standing on a street corner in New York City. Now imagine there is a parallel universe, just like this one, where all the people look the same, and all the buildings appear identical. The only difference is that, in this universe, you decided to take a different route to work that morning, and you are standing on a street corner in Chicago.

In another parallel universe, you might be standing on a street corner in London or Paris, maybe even Berlin. In fact, there may be an infinite number of parallel universes where at any given moment, you are standing on an infinite number of street corners all over the world.

We already know that there are alternate realities out there. It's what we call "the multiverse" — multiple universes existing simultaneously. There's no way to prove this conclusively because these alternate realities are too far outside our grasp for us to ever interact.

At first, it may seem impossible to move to another dimension. But, if you think about it, we already travel to other dimensions of reality each time we dream. In fact, scientist Paul Davies believes that dreams can transport us to other universes. Our universe isn't the only one. There are other universes out there.

Remember the popular TV series "Fringe"? It was based on this very idea of traveling to parallel universes and different dimensions.

But wait, before you book your tickets to these parallel universes, there's something more interesting (and more complicated) about this.

I'm not referring to something impossible. The fact is, there are indeed other realities out there. They are not only possible, but they are extremely real! Even NASA agrees. In fact, many scientists believe we live in 10 dimensions. We can't see them because they exist in different dimensions or planes of reality. Therefore, they are invisible to us.

Imagine a long hallway with numerous rooms on each side. You enter one room (our reality) and leave through the back door into another room (a parallel dimension). Each room exists at the same time as all the others, but you can only be in one room at a time.

According to many researchers, like Gregg Braden and Nassim Haramein, space and time are not what we think they are. Space isn't empty at all; it's actually filled with a kind of energy or information referred to as a quantum.

This is something I've always wanted to believe in. There has to be a place that's better than this one, right? And if there are infinite universes, then there must be one out there where we're all happier, and everything is better.

But how can we travel to another dimension when you're still stuck with your boring life here on Earth? This question is answered by Dr. Michio Kaku in his video. In an interview with Big Think, he explained that the technological advancements of our generation would make it possible for us to travel between parallel universes.

Kaku said. "I have concluded that we are actually part of a vast and complex multiverse, where parallel universes abound." He added, "It seems like science fiction. We have these multiple universes where Harry Potter can play quidditch on an interstellar level, and you can do magic. "

Each of us has an energetic signature, a vibrational imprint that makes us uniquely who we are, and we carry that same signature through every level of existence. Consciousness is not exclusive to humans but is universal to all matter and energy in the cosmos. When you are in this 5D vibration, your life will be filled with a very ecstatic and blissful feeling. And no matter what challenges or obstacles you face, this ecstasy and blissful feeling will accompany you throughout the day!

To align with this elevated consciousness or higher dimensional vibration, you can use many techniques to raise your vibration, like meditation or mindful breathing. But even if all the techniques fail, there's one thing that always works: LOVE!

The majority of humanity are currently 3rd-dimensional beings who must ascend to the 5th dimension through the 4th dimension. And because their current vibrational frequency is too low, they will be unable to directly reach this 5D higher dimensional vibration.

It is difficult, but not impossible, for them to ascend into the 5th higher dimensional vibration at their current level of consciousness. Many people have attempted but failed to transcend to a higher frequency. They failed because they only understood a portion of the process.

To enter into the 5D higher dimensional vibration, you need to open up all four doorways or dimensions of consciousness. These four dimensions are the physical world, the mental world, the spiritual world, and the emotional world.

You need to align yourself with all of these four worlds so that you can reach a state of coherence or harmony within yourself.

The majority of people are out of sync with these four worlds. When this happens, it is a sign that they are not in balance. This can be caused by the fact that they do not live from their heart but from their head. In other words, they are in their heads, and therefore the feeling of being overwhelmed is there.

Higher-dimensional beings live through their hearts because this is where the purest love resides. By looking at life with love, they can create miracles in their lives.

The heart knows before our brain thinks it. That's why we have these butterflies in our stomachs when we meet someone we like. We feel love for each other, but our brains do not think so yet.

When we use our heart as a guide to life, we will notice that there are many more dimensions than just 1, 2, and 3 dimensions. There are indeed an infinite number of dimensions, and they all vibrate at different frequencies.

The physical body of the third-dimensional world uses the chakra system of seven major energy centers. The physical body of the fifth-dimensional world also uses the 12 chakra system in its original form as an energy system, but it also uses this energy system to connect with the multidimensional consciousness and to translate that consciousness into the physical body.

Despite resorting to extreme fascist repression, the Khazarian mafia slave regimes of the G7 are mathematically doomed. The reason is financial. They made the fundamental mistake of thinking that numbers on financial institution computers were real and not imaginary. This is why, for the first time in my memory, the G20 finance ministers did not issue a statement after meeting last week. If they had been honest, they would have declared bankruptcy.

IMF Director Kristalina Georgieva came close to making such an admission at the meeting when she said “We printed too much money and didn’t think of unintended consequences…We are acting like 8-year-olds playing soccer chasing the ball.”

Since the Lehman failure in 2008, the combined balance sheets of some of the major central banks have increased from just under $7 trillion to $31 trillion (Fed + ECB + BOJ + PBOC, according to Yardini Research). Even more disturbing, for me as an Anglo-Saxon, is that when the US, Canada and England tried to stage a walkout of the G20 to protest against Russia, nobody followed.

The Anglo-Saxon nations used to have the respect of the world because they stood for democracy, human rights, competent economic management etc. I’ll never forget when I asked the former head of MI6 “We used to be the good guys, what happened?” His answer was “the Khazarian mafia.” This is because, like a caterpillar that has been infected by a parasitic wasp, the governments of these countries have been taken over by Satan worshiping Khazarian gangsters. So, the politicians and military of the West were redirected -against the interests of their own people- to a project to turn the entire planet into a giant animal farm. This was to be run by Khazarian gangsters out of their ancient homeland, the place we now know of as Ukraine.

The KM took over the governments of most Western countries through a process of murder, bribery, blackmail and lies. This was directed at the very tip-top of the elite. Understanding the problem lies at the tip-top is also the key to overthrowing the KM. Just like a pimple, if you squeeze it from the bottom up, the pus comes out at the top.

Members of the public need to call their MPs and confront them with evidence of the crimes of people like Justin Castro. People in the military need to go up their chain of command and do the same thing, confront their commanders with evidence. Those who fail to act on this evidence will be revealing themselves as traitors. The punishment for treason is death by firing squad.

However, even if the West is unable to cure itself of its infection, the rest of the world is on the case.

Zelensky is also going way off the reservation by asking publicly for $550 billion in damages and $7 billion a month to keep going. Furthermore, most of the weapons being sent into Ukraine by the West are being sold by gangsters to other countries and not used against Russia. “Zelensky will have an accident very soon, They are almost ‘finished with his services,’” a Mossad source promises.

Also, while the western world has been distracted by an almost constant barrage of coverage about Ukraine, big events elsewhere are being under-reported or ignored.

Your Body Is A Temple.

Dear ones,

I want you to love your body because that is the only way to be healthy. And I want you to be healthy because that is the only way you can be creative.

Healthy people are creative people. Sick people can never be creative; they don't even have the energy to think of creativity. They don't have the energy to do anything except cling to life and its ordinary, mundane routines. To them, everything seems boring and dull, and they become more and more of a drag on themselves.

You don't need to be a religious person to understand this simple logic: God has given us a beautiful body, and that is a gift. Why should we not take care of it? It is a gift from God; in fact, it is God. You can call the body a temple or anything else — call it God if you want. But when a gift has been given to you by someone who loves you tremendously, infinitely, and eternally, how can you not care?

You have just forgotten your body completely. And this has been the situation in the world: everybody forgets their own body. Nobody has looked at it as they should have; nobody has thanked it as they should have; nobody has loved it as they should have because there would be no joy in life without it. Without it, you would not be able to see the beautiful sunset, hear the song of birds, dance, or embrace a woman or a man. This body is the means by which to experience all the beauties of existence.

First, learn how to love your body, because if you cannot love your own body, how can you love somebody else's?

If there is no love for oneself, one cannot respect oneself, and one cannot respect anybody else either. How can one be dignified towards anybody else if one cannot honor oneself? If one has no dignity as far as oneself is concerned, How can one be compassionate towards anybody else?

That's why I say that meditation brings a revolution to you. It gives you a new insight.

You have taken everything from your body without giving anything in return: no respect, no love; on the contrary, it has been abused. You have been torturing it continuously; otherwise, why are there so many diseases?

Why are you so ungrateful to your body? In fact, you should be grateful because it is such a miracle. It is not just an ordinary house; it is really a miracle. It is made up of five elements. The science of yoga says that the whole universe is made up of only five elements: earth, water, air, fire, and ether.

Everything in the world is made of these five elements: trees, plants, animals, and human beings are all made up of these five elements. Trees and mountains are made up of the solid element called earth. The oceans are made up of a liquid element called water. The atmosphere around us is made up of a gaseous element called air. Our bodies feel warm because they contain the fire inside them. And then there is another element which we can call space or ether. All our bones are actually made of space—not just empty space but a kind of solid space!

There are also two more elements in the human body: mind and intelligence, but these two elements cannot be seen through a microscope or any other scientific instrument.

You've never thanked your body for all it's done for you since you were born! And now, after so many years, it has become old and tired, but it still serves you.

Your breathing can be a great thank-you note. Whenever you feel thankful and grateful to your body, just sit silently for two minutes and breathe deeply.

Breathing deep gratitude makes the whole body alive with joy. You will feel an inner dance arising within you, a dance of love with your heart to clean every cell in your body. This can be done while sitting or while walking; it doesn't matter what posture you are in. Just remember to breathe deeply and feel grateful to the universe that such a beautiful gift has been given to you, this wonderful temple that has been built by nature itself. And this beautiful temple should not become a cemetery.

The moment you thank it, a great sense of gratitude arises in your heart. Your body becomes more beautiful; a grace surrounds it. Your whole being becomes grateful. That's what meditation does: it makes you more concerned about yourself. It brings a kind of love for oneself from which the love for others arises naturally.

This is your body. Clean it, use it well. Rest it when needed. Be grateful for what it can do for you. Feed and nurture it with great food, freshwater, and healthy air.

You are not the body, but you are within the body, so take good care of it because, without it, you can't do anything.

Love your body, accept your body and understand that if you drop a pebble into the ocean of consciousness, then diseases will be created in your body.

That's why I insist everyone start with a cleansing process using various yogic techniques to cleanse the body of all impurities. This may be done through pranayama (breathing exercises), kriyas (cleansing techniques), asanas (yogic postures), and meditation.

Breath has its own intelligence that, if used properly, can help us to make our body disease-free; that's why I always teach people how to breathe properly and how to use their breath as an instrument to cleanse the whole system.

When you love the temple of your body, it becomes healthier and more beautiful. It is a very simple phenomenon: the more you appreciate it, the more it becomes valuable. And once it becomes valuable, you start taking care of it. If you don't value anything, you will not take care of it. You will throw it away; you will not bother about it.

If you love your body, that is the very first step to meditation. Otherwise, meditation will be impossible because if you don't love your body and you don't have any respect for your body and its functions, then how can you have any respect for your mind? Your mind is a function of the body – just like breathing, digestion, circulation, or blood. You don't see your mind, but that does not mean that it is not there. In fact, the mind is much more subtle and close than the heartbeat.

As a result, all religions teach that there should be no killing, stealing, or lying. And why all these three? Because when we kill somebody, we are destroying something that could have been loved by somebody; we are also destroying our own capacity to love.

If you love your body, you have made the greatest investment you can ever make in your life. It will pay you infinite dividends.

I would be surprised if, after one year of loving your body, you don't become tremendously healthy, tremendously blissful, and tremendously beautiful. People will stare at you because they cannot believe that someone in this world can be so blissful, so radiant, and so healthy.

Transcending fear to follow Higher Mind

No, we don’t have to vision or intention the outcome. The Right Outcome simply happens. All we have to do is bring our attention to the problem, expand, relax, open and trust that Right Action is beginning to flow through the situation. We have to let go of fear doubt and disbelief. I’m reminded of a powerful incident that happened to me a few years ago…

We’d found a house in Glastonbury which was quite expensive (£695 per month), our earnings were at the time were quite low and it wasn’t at all clear how we could afford it. After the first month, sure enough we didn’t have sufficient funds to pay the rent, however I did have a car that I could live without which was worth around £700. So I felt to sell it and thought the best way might be on the internet through “Auto-trader” – that’s how I’d always done it in the past and traditional thinking would say I’d reach the widest audience.
However, just at the moment I tried to take a photo of the car, the batteries on the camera ran out! I thought to replace them but just as the thought landed in my mind a huge black cloud passed over head and it started to rain. By now it was clear to me that a greater energy was at work – I simply don’t believe in coincidences! So at this point I completely surrendered to what I should do next. Having asked the question “what would you have me do now?”, I jumped into the car and drove to where I would normally park it – the space was full. I continued driving to the next street but as I drove up it, a car did a sudden U-turn in front of me. It had a “JC” in the number plate and I felt a pull to turn around and follow it. If the Christ Consciousness wants to help me sell my car – so be it! I was led on a merry journey which took me onto Glastonbury High Street – and as I was driving down it, suddenly a car pulled out in front of me with its hazard warning lights on. I experienced a distinct and sudden knowing to park the car in the freed place. Here’s where lower mind then kicked it – “maybe I should put a price on it and leave it there?” It seemed like a good idea until doubt and disbelief began to raise their ugly heads “but it could be days before anyone sees it; this all seems a bit like too much chance”.
However I overcame their noisy chatter and relaxed. I found pen and paper and priced the car at £700. It was now about 5pm in the evening. To my great surprise (I’m no longer surprised by the amazing organising power of Higher Mind!), I received a phone call the very next morning at around 9am. A passer-by had seen the car and was interested – he knocked on my door a short while later. As we shook hands, it was clear there was some kind of connection between us that spanned the passage of time. I invited him in and a deep sharing took place about the meaning of life, the nature of the Universe, even the kitchen sink – but absolutely no mention of the car! After about three hours, with all conversation exhausted, it seemed like it was time for him to leave and so I asked “what about the car?” We looked at each other, smiled and then doubled up with laughter – we’d forgotten the supposed purpose of our meeting!
At which point, he reached into his inside pocket and handed me an envelope with £700 cash in it! He never checked the car, just simply took the log book and keys. As he was leaving, tears welled up in my eyes. I’d rarely encountered anyone prepared to trust to this level. As he left, I asked him how he managed to come by the car in the first place? To which he replied “oh that’s simple. I thought I was looking for a new home in Glastonbury, but I also needed a car. Your car was parked opposite one of the estate agents. I just followed the pull!”

Timing is Everything

It’s also crucial to say that timing is everything. The guidance you pick up will confront you with inner density to be worked through and let go of. The field then must steadily crystallise around you and bring other aspects into play. At first your guidance will feel higher vibrational and “out there” – meaning you pick it up in signs and synchronicity outside of the body. But then it must be brought into the body in a felt sense.

You notice your body responding to the flow – as a pull through the heart for example. It’s essential to hold the infusing energy until you feel that sense of it “clicking” within you – the landing of pure knowing.

So how might you best activate the awesome majesty of Higher Mind? Here are 8 practical steps you can explore…

1) Inner Purification: In order to access Higher Mind in the first place, we must purify our lower bodily vehicles so that Soul Consciousness is liberated from the lower realms and can flow upwards, plus Higher Self can infuse down. This involves purifying your diet from the denser vibrations such as meat to the lighter ones of grain, vegetables and fruit. 2) Dissolving Distortions: We must cleanse the brain and Lower Mind of conditioned behaviour patterns. We must erase the programs in our lives by confronting those moments where we would succumb to them and instead follow our higher truth. This is achieved by becoming the Observer of ourselves in all circumstances, watching our tightness arising as a result of the choices we continually make and instead choosing that which is in our highest interests and that of all life – that which ultimately leaves us more expanded and open. “Openhand Approach” is a powerful method of helping achieve this. 3) Opening the Heart: We must open the Heart as fully as possible. In other words we must begin to feel more of the natural joy and beauty of life all around us. This involves giving more time each day to those things that bring us joy, openness and expansion. Be careful here though – it’s not a case of “anything goes”. It’s all about what makes us feel truly expanded and liberated inside (without unnatural side effects!). It’s when we feel “in the groove” so to speak. You could also try our moving meditation…

4) Attuning to the flow: Higher Mind can be likened to a muscle; if we don’t use it, it will wither away. To exercise it, we have to give room for spontaneous acts of higher knowing within our lives. Here at Openhand we play a game called “free wheeling”, being open, asking “what would you have me do now?”, following the pull and witnessing what signs and synchronicities we then observe. It’s a powerful exercise to activate Higher Mind and attune to the natural flow. Quite apart from that, it can be great fun!
5) Contemplating Abstractions: Higher Mind can also be opened by contemplating abstract issues such as the meaning of life. The key is that there be no need of an outcome or solution. Simple enjoyment in the contemplation is the key. That’s why reading about spiritual matters can be so valuable.

6) Cultivating humour and optimism: If we expect our lives to falter and for negativity to happen to us, then surely enough we’ll create that in our lives. Here at Openhand we believe success is measured by the degree of internal harmony, contentment and satisfaction we experience. If we’re open to a more optimistic way of looking at things, then surely enough, Higher Mind will help us realise the solution to the supposed ‘problem’ thereby yielding greater harmony. Cultivating a greater sense of humour is also paramount to Higher Mind creation – laughing in the face of life’s difficulties, always looking for the lighter side.
7) Creating for the fun of it: We can begin to ‘flex’ Higher Mind by creating just for the fun of it. So for example taking up the arts, playing a musical instrument, singing, dancing, painting, writing, building or modelling. The key is that there be no effort for an outcome. So for example, if we’re learning to play the guitar, it’s not about the tune we play, it’s just about playing with sound and seeing what comes from it. If we’re efforting to learn chords, it’s likely this will constrict Higher Mind, not unleash it. It’s the same reason that so many people like to write. 8) Responding to the Flash of Inspiration: as Higher Mind activates you’ll start to receive flashes of inspiration that seem to come from nowhere and land in an instant. It’s essential to trust in these visions and knowings and to follow them – to step in that direction. It’s a fast vibration that can easily be written over by the machinations of Lower Mind. So always follow the flash of inspiration, where you’re now opening channels and pathways for this divine higher light to infuse in – trust that it knows where it’s taking you!

Feeling the way forwards

Many of society’s most successful artists also come from the place of Higher Mind channeling spontaneous higher wisdom expressed in a third dimensional way. We just know higher truth when we experience it don’t we? It’s packed with deep, heart felt feelings, stirring emotions and powerful love. Synchronistically as I was writing this I felt moved to take a break, play some music and dance (even though it was 4am in the morning!). I took out my ipod put the music on shuffle and let higher consciousness pick the tune for me. It came up with this song “Search for the Hero inside yourself”…

Ah yes! nectar for the soul! So why not invest some energy?
