Greetings and blessings to you all. The time has come for the Earth to shake off her cloak of misery. The treacheries, tragedies and atrocities in the last 10 years have cast a shroud of misery over much of the human race, but it is lifting, even if it may not be apparent to many.

Cast your eyes to the sky on any given day and you may see, even just for a moment, golden light penetrating the Earth. It will not be coming from the sun, yet it will be as radiant as the sun and be streaming directly from the sky. It may glimmer on the horizon or sparkle on the water. This light is the Golden Ray of Truth, and it has been activated by Lightworkers across the globe who have brought the light and love of the Creator into their hearts and then directed it at the world.

In unifying their healing thoughts, meditations and prayers through the energies of the angels, masters and the Crystalline Lightworker’s grid, the result has been the creation of the Golden Ray. These Wayshowers see and know the truth of ascension and what is really happening in the physical world, and they have united and aligned their energies, sometimes purposefully and other times unconsciously, to bring the Divine love of the Creator and the Christ Consciousness to the world. The result has been to counteract the darkness and negativity that continuously threatens to overwhelm the global human consciousness.

Although it may seem that all on Earth is in turmoil in so many ways, there are many new energies that are now emanating from Mother Earth as a result of the work of Lightworkers across the planet. These energies are iridescent, calming, healing and of pure essence, and they emerge from Mother Earth herself as she comes into alignment with planets outside her solar system, merging her energies with theirs. The vibrations are of pure oneness and the colours are many, such as deep purples, blues, pinks, yellows, greens and white. The magnanimity of these energies cannot be over-stated as they have the power to assist humanity to rise above the fear-mongering of those who have encompassed lower and darker energies.

The reason many of you reincarnated was to save Mother Earth and to help her ascend. Now is the time to answer the calling of your soul, harness the new energies emerging from the Earth in harmony with the Universe and send them out from your being with loving intention.

The energies emanating from Mother Earth may be seen as rainbows, shards of coloured light or even as extensions of the sunrise or sunset. They are directly connected to your sacred fire in your Solar Power Centre. Connection to Mother Earth is integral to every human being on Earth, so everyone has the capacity to harness the new energies of Ascension for the greater good if they wish. To do this, follow this simple meditation:

Focus your energy in your sacral chakra and hold the intention of connecting to your sacred fire. You may see or imagine the fire burning as a three-fold flame. Send the energy of your sacred fire down to Mother Earth with the intention of connecting to and harnessing the new energies of Ascension. See, feel or know the colours as they merge with your sacred fire and the light of the Creator that streams in from your crown chakra. Then, see the Earth in your mind’s eye and ask that the energies be sent with loving intention and in the highest and best way to the areas that need the most healing as you send the energies forth as light and love from your heartspace. For instance, you may see the colour green and, as you send it out to the Earth you will have a knowing that the energy is healing all of the trees and forests on the Earth. With practise and focused intention, this emanation will occur whenever you merely think of it.

It is also possible, as you connect with the new energies from Mother Earth, to consciously harness the knowledge that is being sent to Earth from its sister planets as spiralling light. This universal knowledge, which is intended to assist and accelerate the ascension of humanity, is of the highest vibration and accessible to those whose intentions are for the greater good and of the utmost integrity. When combined with the beautiful colour and light being emanated from Mother Earth, this universal knowledge becomes activated and takes form as thought. Anyone who harnesses the knowledge and energies together to send out to the Earth will not only raise the vibrations of the world, but will find themselves knowing and speaking of things they did not previously know. They will also become inclined to be spiritual tutors, mentors, writers and activists for world peace and ascension. More importantly, they will find people listening to them and making personal changes for the better — when one makes positive changes it cannot help but ripple out to and affect those around you.

Love is the only emotion that is real and the only vibration that can save your planet. Disconnection from the drama that surrounds you and reconnection with your Higher Self, which knows your true purpose and your soul journey, is essential now. It will help you to connect with your ethereal self, your guides and the Creator himself, whose energy is that of oneness and unconditional love and is the only energy that will allow the world to be viewed with no judgement. Those of you who are awakened will be aware of these emerging energies and will know how to harness them and to spread them to the world. It is essential that you teach others and help those around you to become aware and awake also.

Call upon the Golden Ray of Truth to help you to become more consciously aware of the misguided truths, deliberate illusions and cloaks of deceit that have been woven by those who wish to keep the human race in the Third Dimension. If you see it, and even if you don’t, visualise it entering your heartspace through your crown chakra and hold it there, immersing yourself in its radiant energy. Ask to be shown what you can do to help the human race to raise its energies to a higher level of peace, oneness and unconditional love.

Marked changes in the vibrations of the world are occurring and becoming more noticeable as people awaken and consciously send healing energies to the Earth. If you have been doing so you are to be commended. The changes will be even greater as the combined Earth and universal energies are grounded and sent with loving intention through as many awakened human vessels as possible. The power that these energies have on the vibrations of the human consciousness cannot be over-estimated. Ask us, the Masters of Light to assist you and to magnify the energy. Archangel Uriel: Forewarned is Forearmed

They were creating and storing electricity at home in leyden jars 270 years ago. Just think if you could create enough electricity to run your home on your own without having to be connected to the grid, which is expensive.

What I believe, and it seems many of the others who believe in alternative realities feel, is that timelines have been dumbed down and humanity along with it.

Pictures still exist of world fairs, such as the one in Paris in 1889, where opulent buildings were erected based on what was already available in public. So people led opulent lives of glamour and luxury back then. Do we have that history for our people now? Not really. We see them in paintings of people pushing corn cob brooms, living among rats and starving even though they’re working at industrial jobs, along with their seven year old children. The remnants of these buildings we see even now don’t seem to suggest that people lived this way, in fact they were very wealthy. Then they tell us that we’re living the best we ever have but in fact this may not be true.

One alternative reality video producer says that these buildings were deconstructed into a fraction of what they formerly were, and that’s what we see of places we like to go and visit when we’re on vacation. Had they been of the same magnificence that they formerly were, on the other timeline, we would have stood speechless in viewing them. Or maybe not because our own homes would have been so magnificently constructed as well.

We have been dumbed down.

I always wondered what Akon of Alpha Centauri was talking about when he said that some people of the galaxy have created cities based upon architecture on earth. Maybe this is what he was talking about – not what we have today in the dumbed down timeline but what was on the timeline where people manufactured their own electricity.

I propose to you that when people started inventing things that the DS could exploit, the timelines were changed and the inventions accredited to DS members and then we were charged for these products or services. Remember, the DS aren’t creators – they’re thieves and they steal from us. They’ve been here a long time. I don’t think it’s impossible to suggest that they have stolen our reality from us, and created one in which they could totally control and profit from us as well. Who’s to say they’re still not doing it? Well, the galactics for one. And us, as we ascend for another.

It seems life two or three hundred years ago wasn’t at all what we think it was. What we’re seeing is the scaled down version on a more constrictive timeline, it seems. The timeline where we are completely dependent upon the system, rather than creative self fulfilling people who were vastly more wealthy and independent.

Then there’s the question of the Cologne Cathedral, for example, which is huge and has huge doors. If people of the recent past were shorter than we are now then why would they need to have doors of that size? It’s simple. Because giants still existed among us until just recently, but with the timeline changes, these too were wiped out of our awareness. The last giant we’re supposed to know of is Goliath and that was 2,000 years ago.

By the way one such investigator is proposing that 2,000 years ago was only 1,000 years ago and time has been advanced into the future. He says there’s evidence of this on gravestones and monuments that mark time.

Ashtar Sheran told me that Darwin was a fictitious creation along with his theory. Why? Because it supports the lower timeline. All lies do. He also told us that the Light changed the timeline back after the Spanish flu all but wiped out humanity. Those who wanted to still live were put back into existence.

He told me that my personal timeline was changed twice because I had died already two times. I can tell you one of them and it was when I found myself, after having blacked out, standing in the middle of Jarvis Street in Toronto in rush hour traffic. I woke up, and looked around confused at cars honking at me. Maybe I had been hit by someone as I tried to cross the street and had died but as the timeline was reset I came back to life.

If time is so malleable, then why wouldn’t the DS be playing with it because their cohorts, the Artificial Intelligence and the Archons, created the timelines and put us on them. Anything we have created to aid ourselves in the past has been taken from us through a timeline change and then “invented” by a freemason and then used to get money from us. Knowing what I know about reality, this is plausible to me.

What if history weren’t about plagues, what if man had already had cars, was able to fly and astronomy had advanced itself well past the time of Galileo? What if what we have right now and what we believe to be our history is the poor man’s version of another far more opulent timeline that we have been taken from?

How did the knowledge of Atlantis never get passed on to anyone other than the Occultists, the bloodline families? Yes, in our timeline they had the inquisition which was the final nail in the coffin of the collective knowledge of humanity. It went underground. Information, books were taken from us and stored in the Vatican library. But what if timelines were also changed to disempower us? To take away everything we had already invented and steal it to use to gain money from us? What if the ordinary man was in fact quite wealthy and knowledgeable along with the Illuminati? Why are there still families of Light and dark families and everyone else is the common man? What if the rest of us at one point were of the same affluence as the Occultists and lived as the Elite did?

What does it take to create new timelines of lowered affluence? Pessimism. That’s all it takes. I have also come to know that many families were aware of demonics, the djinn and knew how to deal with them. Somehow they got the upper hand and were able to lower our frequency enough to hold a lower timeline. We all know that when we’re born, our history is not available to us. We have no idea of who we are and who we were. This is because of the veil. I can tell you as well that before I woke up, truly woke up, I had implanted memories of past lives of struggle and difficulty as an earthling. Well, I can tell you I’m not an earthling, I’ve only been here once as an Atlantean. So where did these memories come from? Obviously they didn’t want me believing that I came from another planet, but maybe they didn’t want John Jones down the street to believe at one point he was manufacturing electricity for his own home, they want him to buy it from them.

Wakey wakey. I believe I’m on to something. They have great technologies but the human is always stronger. We will get our truth back and stop living a lie.

Ivo: Time is malleable, my love, because your consciousness is malleable. They know ways to play with your belief systems, very effective ways. And in fact much of what you are postulating now is correct. There was affluence among the lower classes even throughout history. Your timeline includes the iron age, the bronze age, and the Vikings who did not exist in the higher timelines. There was no need for plundering and pillaging as everyone had enough to share with their neighbours. It was a different earth.

However it has been changed. The predominant timeline is one of suffering because the Negative Alien Alliance has manipulated it. And yes, this is only in the last two hundred years.

Your lower timeline has come to life for all of you through much manipulation. As you noted, you were no woman in Boston in 1797. You have never lived in the United States nor were you ever American. These were implanted in your mind to make you believe you were a suffering human, along with everyone else. You know more about who you truly are, my love, by doing your third eye traveling at night time.

Me: Bastards! I can hear all the Americans though, like Judd Hirsch’s classic comeback in “Independence Day,” when he tells everyone to sit down and pray and starts reciting a prayer in Yiddish. The one man says, “I’m not Jewish,” and he says, “Nobody’s perfect.” We’re all one so I’m part of everyone’s country. I feel American too.

Ivo: Yes. But you see the extent to which your mind was manipulated, even your history was manipulated and they would have manipulated your future as well, if you had allowed them to.

Me: LOL Too strong for them.

Ivo: In fact, you are. You must all be. Taking your minds back is the key to winning back your planet because you created the planet. You create your lives upon it. When you own your mind nobody can mess with you. Sharon’s journey through learning re-empowerment is key in this because in becoming a re-empowered woman she has learned to take her mind back. Setting boundaries is key to this. Stating she is sovereign every day is key to this. Nobody can mess with her mind. She no longer believes that she was a woman in Boston at the time of creation of the United States, she no longer believes that she was a witch in Scotland during the Inquisition because she was neither of these. It was all implanted.

If you question why they would go to such lengths to get you to believe lies, then you do not realize how strong and important your minds are to all of this. Your mind is key to their survival, and their ability to manipulate it is tantamount to their survival and continued exploitation of you.

Now people are beginning to question the timelines and they should. Perhaps they do not realize that this has to do with timelines, but they are beginning to understand the possibilities at play, and how other more favourable possibilities existed for humans for such a long time until just recently.

It is known that the Zetas have lived upon planet earth for many many years, thousands in fact. What do you think they’ve been up to for so long?

Me: No good of course.

Ivo: In fact that is correct. They are master manipulators. All of them are. In manipulating your DNA, in changing it, in dumbing it down if you will, they have had you create the lower timelines, which were not true. Humanity can never vibrate at such frequencies unless they were manipulated.

This has filtered over into your galactic history as well.

Me: I’ve heard there are earthlings in space as well, including on Mars.

Ivo: Of course there are. How do you think you got there? On the higher timelines.

Me: This is a real split, isn’t it?

Ivo: Yes. Some held the higher timelines and were unaware of those on the lower timelines. They progressed into space. Now, for the rest of you, your fortune was elusive.

Me: Thank you for this, Ivo. I’m going to continue to look at what these people are revealing. It’s probably fact mixed with conjecture.

Ivo: It is very difficult, as you may surmise for an earthling to understand your true history by examining evidence on this timeline. The fact that these researchers are postulating theories based upon old evidence is a better way to try to understand humanity’s reality on earth. Using your intellect to examine what is, rather than what could have been or what appears to have been but is no longer, is folly. You will not get very far and it is designed to do this. It is designed to be a dead end, and yes, as one researcher complained, “There are gatekeepers.” These gatekeepers are keeping out those inquiring minds that want to understand the few pieces of true history left on your timeline.

Inevitable Changes

Dear readers, because so many have begun to question and even lose hope as they look out on today’s world, this message is intended to bring greater understanding and encouragement with regard to earth’s ascension process. Much of this has to do with the fact that so many are continuing to hold three dimensional concepts of what the ascension process should look like and then when it doesn’t, they begin to doubt and question.

When you first learned about earth’s ascension years ago, some of you came to anticipate that it would unfold in a certain way because at that time there were many channels and books giving predictions and information about it and you came to expect that it would unfold as the predictions said it would. Predictions can and often are not reliable simply because they represent the energy that is present in that “now” moment and also because predictions flow through the state of consciousness of the channel which may or may not be of a high level.

Some continue to await the arrival of benevolent ETs who they believe will land, clean the planet, and remove those holding the world in lack and limitation through manipulations, lies, and creations based in duality, separation, and two powers. Others even now, are expecting a massive experience to change everything without their having to do anything other than watch it happen. An “event” of high resonating energy will at some point happen but can only occur when earth’s energy through the presence of an awakened majority has risen to levels that allow it to manifest.

The ascension process is well underway but because it is not unfolding as many expected, they question and have begun to doubt that the ascension process even exists. Nothing seems to be changing or getting better and conditions the world over just seem to be getting increasingly worse.

Dear ones, this is your time to remember not to judge by appearances because you who are spiritually evolved came to earth fully aware of and prepared for these present times. It is imperative to continue trusting that what you witness in the outer scene is necessary to the unfolding of the Divine plan. Those observing and judging through three dimensional filters are unable to understand this.

It is important to understand that the people of earth, both past and present have created and continue to create a three-dimensional collective consciousness that has for eons influenced everyone and everything in the world. As increasingly more individuals awaken and shift into a higher state of consciousness, they are creating a new and higher collective consciousness, one that will manifest as a more evolved world. This is how the ascension process works.

There are more highly evolved beings than you can imagine on other planets and in the higher dimensions standing ready to assist with earth’s ascension process. Because it is the consciousness of the majority that forms the collective, the people of earth themselves must be the ones to bring about earth’s ascension through their awakening to a higher state of consciousness. This is why you who are evolved were and are needed to be on earth at this time.

Every living thing is formed of, is an expression of, and embodies all the qualities of omnipresent Divine Consciousness. Therefore, whatever a person holds as truth in their consciousness (which in reality is the one God consciousness individualized) they automatically create because consciousness as interpreted through mind is the substance of form. In reality there are no victims, just an unawareness of truth. It is as if a person has a million dollars in an account that they know nothing about and so they continue living each day in lack and limitation.

Many spiritually evolved individuals (you) wanted to be a part of these present times because you understood that the presence of evolved states of consciousness on earth would serve to lift the collective which was unable to rise above its own density. The spiritually evolved appear to live ordinary lives like everyone else but in seemingly simple and practical ways they bring Light into all decisions, guidance, issues at work and home life, with family and friends, and in any situations that may arise. This is true Light work.

The increased presence of higher resonating states of consciousness now on earth is and will continue to bring about the exposure of many long hidden and well-established dark agendas. These energies must surface in order to be recognized for what they represent and no longer accepted by the majority. When no longer supported by belief, the energies that formed and has maintained them will no longer exist.

The presence of increasingly more light in collective consciousness is acting to expose long hidden self serving activities and secrets. Many of those on whom the Light is shining do not like it and are reacting ways that align with their state of consciousness. This may be violence but more often is through activities based in old energy that will soon no longer work as before because the presence of increasingly more Light energy is serving to dissolve them.

It is very important to remember who you and everyone else really is in spite of everything going on in the outer scene. Even those causing problems for others are expressions of Divine Consciousness. Never doubt that earth is a spiritual universe peopled with sons and daughters of God for God alone is and every appearance to the contrary is an illusory mind formation flowing from personal and collective states of consciousnesses conditioned with beliefs of duality, separation, and two powers.

You came to bring Light to a planet unable to lift itself out of dense energies that have continued too long. You were aware before coming that your lives would probably involve be some personal difficulties because you would be clearing remaining old energies for yourself as well as for the world.

Keep in mind that every person you become aware of both far and near, everyone you know personally or are only slightly aware of becomes a part of your consciousness–as does what you believe about them.

Free will does not give those choosing to be violent and commit crimes permission to do what they want. Those living solely from a three-dimensional state of consciousness only understand, align with, and learn from that which reflects their level of consciousness. Ideally, three dimensional consequences should be administered by those who recognize the innate divinity of the one needing to experience consequences which in turn will bring the energy of love to it. This is true in any situation where consequences for actions are necessary–home, work, with family and friends.

God alone is which automatically makes everything not in alignment with Love and Light illusory. Those who are spiritually awake as well as those who are not, are experiencing the presence on earth of both high resonating and heavy dense energies. However, in spite of appearances new and better ideas for every aspect of daily living are forming in the minds of increasingly more individuals and will soon begin to manifest.

An increasing majority is rapidly recognizing they have been living under and accepting laws and leaders that reflect old beliefs and solutions based in force, prejudice, hate, violence, and separation and are now beginning to sense that all life is somehow connected. Most are not yet consciously aware of why they are thinking and feeling in these new ways, but their awakening sense of connection indicates the birthing of a new and higher collective.

You must cease continuing to think of yourselves as human beings who must engage and align with the problems and solutions of the world. You incarnated in order to come out and be separate because you knew that you could not help a suffering world by aligning with that which creates the problems.

You are not a human being, you are Divine spiritual consciousness individualized who chose to enter the low resonating energies of a third dimensional planet and temporarily wear a suit of materiality in order to add Light to earth’s collective and by so doing bring about change.

You are not on earth by accident. Know yourself as Divine Consciousness.​

Saint Germain: In the Midst of the Great Change Over

Top-level negotiations between Asian and Western elders to start a new golden age for humanity are proceeding well, according to sources involved. The basic agreement calls for the complete write-off of all debts, public and private, a one-time redistribution of assets and a massive campaign to end poverty, stop environmental destruction and colonize the universe with earth life.

This plan is supported by –among others- the Western committee of 300, the Russian government, the Indian government and the Asian secret societies that control China, ASEAN, Korea and Japan. There are some concrete moves involving massive amounts of off ledger gold and dollars taking place. The details cannot yet be publicly disclosed for security reasons, the sources involved in the negotiations say.

Of course, we have heard this talk before so believe it when you see it.

For now, the task is to make sure the existing Western ruling structure collapses without destroying the planet. Already, the Western ruling class has fallen into what can only be described as collective insanity as their control grid collapses. The latest sign is a massive campaign of monkeypox fear porn. The fear porn appears to be a desperate attempt to justify a massive power grab by the WHO and the Davos World Economic Forum.

Both are holding massive meetings in Switzerland this week where they are actively seeking totalitarian control over the entire planet.

From May 22 to May 28, representatives of the WHO’s 194 member states (which represent 98% of all the “countries” in the world) are attending the World Health Assembly meeting in Geneva. Here they will vote on International Health Regulations (IHR) that will be legally binding under international law.

If you are noticing a greater intensity in the energies flowing through you lately, you’re perhaps aware that your Ascension process is ramping up in frequency.

It may feel as if you’ve shifted up a gear. Or like you’re suddenly finding yourself on a new moving sidewalk that is hurtling you along much more rapidly than the one you were previously on.

Maybe you’re feeling unusually pressured by uncomfortable emotions due to old unresolved issues that are resurfacing. Or you’re experiencing a sense of overwhelm with too much happening in your external world that needs to be attended to. You may feel ungrounded, depressed, or mind-fogged and anxious.

All these experiences are signs of increased Ascension energies flowing in. Monumental change is occurring, as your multidimensional 5D Self attempts more and more to anchor itself into your body.

In one way, it could be said that these energies are preparing you for handling the further breakdown of the 3D world around you that is currently underway. But it’s important to be aware that they are are also guiding you to do what is necessary at this point in your spiritual evolution; they’re telling you what you need to pay attention to so as to keep you going in the right direction.

Unresolved Patterns

These intensified energies can be seen as part of a huge clean-up operation that is now in process within you – an urgent need to dismantle old, unhealthy patterns.

These patterns may include messy situations you’ve never fully cleaned up, painful emotions you’ve stuffed, traumas you’ve never healed, or unhealthy relationships you’ve stayed in. They are now all surfacing in order to be dealt with — and then released.

Do be careful if you’re experiencing any of this to not to fall into shame or guilt or despair about it. It’s important to remember that it’s not happening because something is wrong with you or that you’ve done anything wrong.

The reason is that you are rising in frequency very rapidly now, and you cannot take these unresolved patterns with you.

Remember that these unresolved issues are not a part of YOU. They’re simply patterns you got entangled with while living in the controlled 3D reality you’ve been caught in, probably for thousands of years. And it’s likely been an incredibly intense and traumatizing journey you’ve taken through this dense and challenging reality.

Therefore, be compassionate and understanding with yourself. Do your best to simply see the patterns for what they are and do what you can to release them.

Take Your Healing Seriously, Like Never Before

Do be aware, however, that it’s important to attempt to heal whatever issues are arising now as quickly as you can. Because of the emotional discomfort they are causing, you might be tempted to somehow distract yourself from them or to stuff the emotions down again into your unconscious.

Or perhaps you’ll feel drawn to soothing yourself with food, alcohol, drugs or sex. If so, you’ll probably find these kinds of attempts to avoid the uncomfortable patterns to be fruitless.

The more you might try to avoid resolving the issues, the more likely they will become even more painful and powerful. It’s wise to summon the courage to face them now if you can and do your best to resolve them.

Especially be willing to let go of unhealthy addictions and relationships you’re still holding onto. Do your best to trust the process that is happening. Know that, once you let go of these things you’re clinging to, a new and better life without them truly does await you. Letting them go now will save you much grief in the end.

In fact, you will likely find that resolving any unhealthy pattern at this point is actually not as difficult or fearful as you might be imagining.

You will discover that the same 5D energies that are causing the patterns to arise are also making it easier and easier to resolve and release them. In choosing to honestly face your low-frequency patterns, a feeling of relief can flow in, along with a new sense of clarity, peace and completion.

Releasing the Patterns

But what is the best way to release these unhealthy patterns?

Each of us is unique in how we have taken on the patterns in our lives. For some of us, it’s been something we’ve created in this lifetime, usually due to challenging circumstances in childhood.

For others, it may be a past karmic pattern we’ve brought in with us. And for still others, it may actually be a pattern we’ve taken on in order to release it for many of our ancestors.

So it’s difficult to come up with exactly how to approach the patterns you may be facing that feel too challenging to simply let go of. These patterns typically involve emotions that originally arose out of trauma of some kind; they also contain mistaken beliefs about reality, the world, and yourself. And they are often tied to old, unhealthy identities you may still be holding onto.

But there are perhaps some guidelines you can follow. For instance, if you recognize the pattern to be one you’ve already really worked on in depth, and you’ve deeply felt all the emotions involved and been compassionate with yourself, it may only require a simple process.

You may recognize what’s coming up is just old left-over debris from the situation that simply needs to be fully released, once and for all. If so, don’t dive into the pattern and begin analyzing it all over again. Instead, simply feel the emotions fully one last time, without any judgment or resistance to them – and let them go.

However, certain patterns can actually seem brand new; they’ve been buried so deeply, you’ve never even been aware of them before. Or you’ve just somehow forgotten all about them. If this is the case, it’s important to take the time to focus on whatever is being revealed to you. Very painful emotions may be involved, and great fear may arise. But it’s important to pay attention to what is coming up and do what you can to heal it.

Again, if you attend to your healing when you first become aware of these patterns, you’ll find the releasing process goes much more quickly and easily. It’s a matter of fully experiencing the emotions involved, having compassion for yourself, doing anything that needs to be done externally – and then allowing it all to release.

Remember that your guides and your Higher Self will assist you in this process. They are now very present with you, ready to assist you more than ever before.

However, if you need help with this work from an external source, find it. Don’t feel weak or incapable in seeking this assistance from a healer or therapist; some traumatic situations now arising are truly too challenging to deal with alone. This is especially true if what you’re attempting to resolve involves ancestral healing. This can be intense and overwhelming.

Taking Your Power Back

At the same time, be careful not to give your power away to any external source of assistance. These are times in which it’s important to stand in your own knowing, trusting yourself, and discovering the immense power and wisdom you actually have within yourself.

You can, of course, listen to someone else’s advice and decide to follow it, but do this consciously. Check to see if your inner guidance is agreeing with the external guidance you’re being offered. Be aware of your body’s responses to it, especially those of your heart.

Indeed, it’s important now to be aware of any power you’ve given to any external source in your life – whether it’s to a partner, a parent, a child, a friend, or a spiritual teacher – and consciously reclaim it. See if there’s anyone in your life that is affecting how you feel about yourself, what you think about yourself, what you believe about reality, and what you decide to do in your life. Look to see: Are there thoughts in your head that are not yours? Reclaim your mind.

Staying Awake, in Every Moment

As is clear, a great deal is being demanded at this point in the Ascension process. Not only must you deal with the unresolved patterns now surfacing, you need to also step into your full power as an Awakened Being.

In addition, you may be realizing that to do all that, you need to stay very much awake to what is occurring within yourself at all times. It’s especially important to be aware of any decisions you make. These are very important now.

You need to pay attention to every decision you’re making and contemplate what the consequences of it might be, because you are very clearly creating your reality now. It’s important to realize whether you’re consciously making choices because they resolve the situation in the best way possible — if you’re just unconsciously choosing them out of habit or fear.

Indeed, you need to become totally aware of, and take full responsibility for, all that you do, all that you say, all that you think, and all that you feel.

This kind of awareness and responsibility is an integral part of 5D consciousness.

Rebirthing Yourself

As difficult as all this may seem to do while living within a world that seems to be slowly collapsing, keep in mind that you are in the process of the most incredible Ascension event ever experienced on this planet.

Whether you realize it or not, the old version of you is rapidly fading and a new one is coming online. You are literally rebirthing yourself.

And although it’s definitely a messy and often painful process, you will at some point be through this transitional stage and feel fully anchored in your unbelievably light-filled multidimensional Self.

You will be able to experience life in a world so filled with beauty, joy, love and peace, you will look back at these times, knowing that, simply through your continued trust in the Ascension process, you’ve completed a monumental task of helping to usher in a whole new world. And it will all have been totally worth it!

We are here. We would like to speak to you of awakening. Humans are multidimensionals who are coded to many realities. Let us begin with some concepts. Imagine that each being, each human has “codes” in their DNA that are dormant, not activated.

The human being is “coded” for various stages of development to happen at certain times. Most everyone is aware of the physical changes that take place from baby to adult. What remains much of a mystery to your scientists are the triggers that tell the physical body to begin a certain stage of development. What aspect of the physical body is responsible for the stages of growth, development and maturing?

It is the DNA that carries the codes, the triggers that activate each stage. The DNA is the entire operating program of the human. There are codes in the DNA that have been dormant since the beginning of your species. There are codes within the DNA that have been evolving throughout the history of humans. These codes are passed from generation to generation.

Realize that your very DNA is a multidimensional divine pattern and structure. Your DNA connects you to the universe. Your DNA carries all your records and experiences from the timeline. Your DNA carries your purpose and intent for this time and place. Everything is in your DNA. Begin to imagine that you can connect to those records and that information. Imagine that you have the ability to read our own DNA.

The DNA within every human carries the codes, the programs of awakening. Humanity is in the process of an evolutionary shift. The dormant codes in the DNA are being switched on, the programs are beginning to interweave with each person’s knowing. This has been happening in a consistent manner for the last 100 years. It has sped up over the last 30 years and is now accelerating with greater intensity.

Much of the development of the computer and its uses and then your internet was and is the result of certain codes switching on and therefore allowing a wave of consciousness to emerge in humanity.

The programs carried in the DNA within each person can be consciously triggered. As more and more human beings are awakening from the numb unconscious illusions of powerlessness and fear, this awakening is causing your world to experience a global shift. The main DNA codes that are being triggered at this time within humanity are the awareness and the total sensation of oneness with all.

More people are moving from the grid of fear, separation and manipulation into the conscious aware state of mind and experience of truly owning their personal power and their personal actions as a part of the divine whole. They are awakening to the responsibility and knowing that they are multidimensional. They are awakening into acceptance of their role and responsibility in the global and galactic transformation.

This is accomplished by the awareness of your personal power, the awareness of how your actions/thoughts/words affect the whole. You are feeling a stirring within, a new feeling, a new way of looking at your reality. You are awakening to the realization that you have been controlled and manipulated by fear. Fear has trapped you into a sense of powerlessness, hopelessness and despair.

When the human is in a state of powerlessness and fear, aspects of their DNA codes are switched off. These DNA codes carry the information that would be available, the awareness that would be available. Instead the connection that would be available is dormant. Fear keeps the DNA from expanding and the strands from unwinding. We have shared that fear, frustration or stress causes the codes of the DNA to shut down or be switched off.

There are great forces at work here. Humanity is linked to the stars and beyond. This awareness alone is ‘coded’ and is being activated within all human beings. Humanity is awakening to the role and responsibility of being galactic citizens. Humanity is awakening to their role and responsibility to this planet, your earth.

As more and more humans recognize and accept this truth, it begins to trigger other “sleepers” to awaken. Your DNA is interactive with your thoughts/emotions/beliefs. Your DNA is interactive with the energy of the universe. Your DNA is interactive with others.

Galactic power surges, solar flares, eclipses, movements of your planets all contribute to the triggering, the switching on of more and more of the dormant aspects of your DNA. Each individual can also begin to consciously switch on these aspects.

Much more will soon be discovered about the DNA of humans. The double helix of the physical body has a matching double helix in the etheric body. Much like the invisible median lines and acupuncture points or even the wheels of lights you call chakras, the etheric DNA is what is affected by these energy triggers as well as our energy fields and offerings. It is the energy body that interweaves with our presence.

Human beings are made up of complex fields of energy, all interweaving, moving, shifting and changing moment to moment. These energy fields interact with other humans beyond words or consciousness. More is shared and communicated on the subtle energy grids of each person than words spoken. When two people come together there is a total interface, a mixing as it were of the energy fields of each one, therefore more information is available to both.

We are acknowledging each of you because you are aware of this exchange with others. You use it in your work and daily life. You read the emotional history and experiences of another in one breath. You are also aware that you process that data and information on another level while you stay focused on this reality and dimension. This is one aspect of your abilities as a multidimensional being. We are inviting you to become aware that you do this.

As the DNA programs of other human beings begin to be activated, this awareness of being in more than one reality at any moment will become the norm. This is part of awakening. It is the realization that humans are multidimensional. They are interactive in other realities. They are more magnificent then they can ever imagine.

As humans begin to be aware and understand, they move in and through the dimensional portals all the time, in the blink of an eye, in one in breath. Your fifth dimension is not a place it is really just a state of mind.

However humans are rigid in their focus on this dimension and this reality. Shifting into other realms feels unreal, feels scary like they might lose themselves. Ego makes sure they stay focused in this third dimension reality. However this is certainly shifting and changing. We know that you are feeling it in your own personal awareness. You are aware that you are living in the energy field, the quantum field which responds to you as a master of energy. Begin to own this truth; begin to allow your DNA codes to unfold all of your latent paranormal gifts and abilities.

Greetings, we emanate light, the light of the Andromedans to you. We come forth as the Andromedan’s civilization to be of service to you in this major ascension movement that you are journeying through upon the Earth.

We wish for you to know we are present to support and serve you in every moment of your ascension. It is our purpose and our divine plan, to assist each soul incarnate upon the Earth in achieving their ascension.

To begin this awakening of your divine plan, we the Andromedans first wish to encourage you to spend a number of days, contemplating what your divine plan is. We invite you to ask yourself as you go about your daily reality and also in meditation.

Let go of any seriousness that may come up. Think of this activity as play, you are playing with the idea of your divine plan. Ask within:

What is my divine plan? What do I imagine my divine plan to be?

Let the answers come to you . They will come to you from your mind, from expectations, from the programming of others within your being, from fears, from your personality and from your ego. Each time you recognise a new answer of what your divine plan is or could be, we the Andromedans,  invite you to say, ‘Wonderful, I accept and release.’

You are celebrating the answer, but also, you are not allowing yourself to attach to it. Therefore, you are opening up the space, it is like decluttering. After a number of days of questioning yourself often, you may have numerous answers, some may seem unusual, some may seem inappropriate, some may seem amazing.

What we invite you to acknowledge is that all of these answers are not your divine plan although they might hold the vibration of your divine plan. Through this practice you will allow yourself to enter into a space. A space that is free from clutter or distraction within your being. A space where you can awaken your divine plan.

You will find yourself settling into this space of peace and contentment, maybe without instruction and automatically because you have completed your searching, you have completed your questioning; you have received so many answers but there is a surrendering. A surrendering into the peace and contentment of your being.

We the Andromedans, then invite you in the few days after this, to only focus upon sitting in or remaining in that space of peace and contentment, even if you do have to instruct your mind and your being to focus upon peace and contentment within your being. We invite you to cultivate this peace and contentment so that it almost feels like a room that you enter into and that surrounds you expansively.

This energy of peace and contentment exists within your being. When you feel that you have activated and awoken the energy of peace and contentment, this is where you call forth your soul, your guides, your soul group and your direct connection with the Creator. Ask within, ‘what is my divine plan?’

You may wish to state that you awaken your divine plan. It is in that space, that expansive energy of peace and contentment that the seed of your divine plan will be planted, will grow, will be nurtured, and nourished. The understanding of your divine plan, the embodiment of your divine plan will grow from within you, blossoming into embodiment.

You may gain insights; you may gain understanding, or you may simply gain a sensation of knowingness of your divine plan. Your divine plan is guided by your soul. It is that which your soul wishes to experience upon the Earth and that which your soul wishes to embody or activate.

Many believe their own divine plan has to be so large, so impactful that they miss and cannot see the truth of their divine plan.

A divine plan can be as simple as sharing love with another being or learning how to connect with other people in a simple and truthful way. It may be tending to nature or supporting animals. It could be as simple as living a balanced life, allowing yourself to be happy, or promoting your own health.

It could be letting go of judgment or healing a wound with a relation that has been long-standing spans through lifetimes. Whatever flows to you as an understanding, except it, play with it as if someone has thrown you a ball. Play with it, hold it, feel its texture, throw it up in the air, feel how light it is or how heavy, can it roll, or does it bounce?

This is what you can do with any answer that you receive in that space of contentment and peace concerning your divine plan.

Try it out and you may find that it does not feel appropriate, if so ask again, going deeper.

You may find that your heart sings with joy. Remember that the divine plan for your own reality, can be immensely simple and it can even be easy to achieve.

We believe that many of you now are more than capable of accessing your divine plan in this current moment of the Earth’s reality, successfully experiencing and embodying it.

Every healing begins with an initial worsening and this is now evident at all levels of society.

An unbelievably real threatening scenery is building up now and it is good to step back now and take a new perspective – from inner knowledge to certainty that everything has its justification and its meaning.

Guided by certainty

You were born knowing how this game is played and how it will end up.

That in the end the good and the light will reap the triumph, that you know, that the good people, who stand up for truth and peace, will gain the victory over the darkness in the end, that is familiar to you!

About the outcome of the present fights there is no doubt deep in your inside – there you have knowledge of it and you know exactly why you stand today with both feet firmly on this earth.

This inner certainty lets you hold out now and provides you with the farsightedness on which it depends now. Me: Hello, Adama. In another channeling you told us about Earth’s Solar Council, the one you’re on with other Agarthans and people from outer earth. You said it has departments or task forces and these departments work the same as our country’s governments. You indicated that the various planets’ councils in this solar system have been working on earth’s ascension for centuries. You indicated that there are surface people who go to council meetings and they steer the future of earth in a more metaphysical direction than not. You said, “They also are not restricted by country or nationalistic vision, they are of your world, and they work at a global level. So your politics and whatnot really has no part in what they do.”

From this I’m hearing that the Earth Council is working towards certain goals. Now, what do these goals have to do with the current governments’ work, and how does the Earth’s Secret government, which I’m assuming is the council you head up, work with the Alliance?

Now, first of all, is the earth council you sit on the secret government I’m looking for?

Adama: It is.

Me: So this secret benevolent government as opposed to the secret malevolent government which we call the Military Industrial Complex, the New World Order, is working towards compliance with the Galactic Codex?

Adama: It is. We’re trying to bring your domestic governments into alignment with the Galactic Codex. That’s the first step. While we do that we’re helping them to embrace GESARA principles.

Me: So that sounds like two steps.

Adama: It’s not really because GESARA is a micro step towards the macro step of the Galactic Codex.

Me: I’m going to link an article with the principles of GESARA law at the bottom because this summarizes it up very nicely.

Yes, I see GESARA law is about alleviation of suffering and the implementation of tactics that bring about peace. It also has to do with returning rights to the people and implementing Constitutional Law. The tenets of GESARA law restore financial privacy to the people and take away the corruption that everyone is suffering from now. But the thing is people have to realize that they have to participate if they want GESARA law to be implemented fully. It takes everyone’s cooperation.

Adama: It does. Nobody can be excepted. If you want to stop what’s going on on the outer planet now and institute world peace, all people have to be compliant.

Me: We’ve also discussed the Galactic Codex together. I see that I’ve listed the rights that the Galactic Codex honors for each individual and one of them is interesting. It says that each person has an unconditional right to all information. I see we’re already working at that because of people like me and other truthers who are providing information to the masses to the best of their ability. And we know that information is Light and since people are of the Light, we need to have information.

Adama: Yes. That’s well explained.

Me: Good for so early in the morning!

I like the other one: Each person has a right to be divided from the consequences of actions of other beings. That means that we don’t have to be subject to people with warlike tendencies or itchy nuclear trigger fingers anymore. Hallelujah! And we see this now as many people, not all, but many people with nefarious inclinations are being arrested and tried.

Adama: Yes, we’re working to get earth to compliance with the Galactic Codex. You can see it being done now. That’s what the liberation of the outer planet is about – installing the Galactic Codex on earth. Also with the timelines splitting out more in the next few years, you will be cohabitating more with people of your own frequency. While you were on the artificial timelines, you were subject to the dark behavior of others of lower frequency but in future that won’t be the case – you’ll be vibrating more on your own plane, there won’t be the interaction, the melting pot of so many levels of consciousness all together.

Me: Thank you. I still do in fact. So many low vibers finding their way into my life still. Timelines haven’t split out enough.

Adama: Because they’re still artificial. When the natural timeline is more populated and you stop moving back and forth between the two, you’ll have some relief.

Me: The way to move back and forth is to “think earth things” or to “embrace your truth” of course.

Adama: Yes, if you think in the way that the Matrix has taught you, you’ll be back in the matrix. But when you realize more of your whole consciousness you’ll move into organic space time. Most of you go back and forth because you’re a mix of the two and don’t have access to your full akashic.

Me: And then we start experiencing the Mandela effect as well.

Adama: Correct.

Me: So how do you work with the Alliance then or who we call the White Hats? Or do you even?

Adama: We do. We do work with the Alliance and all other extraterrestrial or earth groups who are trying to destroy the globalist plan and create the new earth.

Me: You meet with them? You show up in their bedrooms at 3 a.m. while they’re sleeping? You take them off earth in a space ship?

Adama: Arguably, any of those are an option, but they do come to some of our meetings and we do have outer earth contacts for them to speak to.

Me: So, operatives on the ground.

Adama: Yes. They are Agarthans.

Me: It sounds like there are levels to earth which I didn’t really think was the way that galactics do things.

Adama: This is earth, so we’re different. We do things by levels right now because there’s such a division between inner and outer earth.

Me: Aha. Okay. It’s just necessary until we can all unify.

Adama: Yes.

Me: So you work with the Alliance, keeping each other informed of what’s going on. I see that there could be a team of Agarthans working with one Alliance operative. That just popped into my minds’ eye.

Adama: Yes, we watch over them very closely and we protect them as well as the people they are sworn to protect.

Me: Like whistleblowers who come out publicly.

Adama: Yes.

Me: So Telos and Agartha is very involved with this, aren’t they?

Adama: Completely involved. We want to unify the earth. But it’s the old fight of the Lemurians and the Atlanteans that hasn’t resolved itself yet. The Atlanteans predominantly live on the surface, and the Lemurians are the people of Agartha. Those energies are still here, we’re trying to clear them up and there’s a lot of karma that needs to be re-balanced.

Me: Okay. It’s a big job, in other words.

Adama: We’ve been working at it a long long time.

Me: Yes. It must get tiresome.

Adama: We’re seeing progress so we’re encouraged.

Me: Now, how do you work with the governments of earth, those now run by the DS?

Adama: You know some of your key leaders are actors?

Me: Yes. They’re put there by the Light forces and the real beings are taken to jail.

Adama: That’s one way we work with your governments. But we have absolutely contacted them and told them they are no match for us. The dark occultists, the dark bloodline families – no match for our power. They know it too. Once the people of outer earth wake up and begin to experience themselves as the powerful humans they should have been all along, the dark ones will be defeated.

Me: So you’re waiting on us to wake up.

Adama: Look what you do, Sharon. You see their ships because you can see beyond your physical dimension and you work with your team to shoot them down. You’re a big help to the federation. You’re more active in helping the planet as a whole. Now think of how it would be if millions of people could do what you do? They would be no match for you all.

Me: True. It’s us that has to realize our capabilities.

Adama: For now, the earth is being changed in order for you to be able to do that.

Me: I see a lot of programs on TV about demonics, skinwalkers and other creepy things. Imagine what it’ll be like when people start to see them on a massive basis. Right now it seems the odd sensitive is able to see them, but eventually more and more people will begin to realize they’re here. When they do with the information we’re already putting out to help those who do have interaction with these beings, when that gets widespread we can eradicate them all.

Adama: Yes. Imagine if you could all just see the demonics who stand behind a false human facade?

Me: I want to do that.

Adama: What would you do?

Me: I’d send it love.

Adama: Okay. There’s so much that has to be revealed to the people and that is you can’t see the entirety of your reality, not at all. First you have to be told what’s been done to you and then when you believe that you’ll be able to see more, into other dimensions like you do.

Me: Yes. Our intellect has far too much control, I think.

Adama: Yes, you all need to develop far more intuitionally. There is only marginal information for you on the surface. You need to go deeper. You need to believe in things that you now think of as crazy in order to bridge the gap and experience your true reality in more detail.

Me: Yes. I get called crazy. I don’t care, that’s the difference in me now. Call me what you want. I figure I’m pretty unique and I’m going to tell as many people about what I can do as possible because I know they are just like me.

Adama: Yes. You’re not unique as much as advanced, but others will catch up.

Me: Just think, we’ll be able to overthrow all evil on this planet just with a thought.

Adama: It would be lovely!

Me: I see what I can create as well. Everything is responding to my thoughts now and I create many things I want in my life. I just keep serving in whatever way I can think of and more is given to me in return for the work I do. That’s the secret. Serve God and God will serve you. You’ll grow and develop in your skills.

Adama: You also spend more time on the natural timelines so you’re protected there naturally.

Me: You’ve answered my questions. The whole structure is beginning to gel: Inner earth with outer earth, galactic law with earth law, and the bad guys are being sent packing. Good news! Yes, there will be more tests but we have to go through this. No pain, no gain like they say.

Last week China and Russia issued an ultimatum to the US military: either destroy the Khazarian mafia or face all-out nuclear/scalar weaponry warfare, multiple sources agree. The US sent a large delegation to Russia in response and an agreement was reached to kill all known members of the KM on sight, Pentagon and MI6 sources say. This has already begun and will accelerate this week, the sources say.

Here is a summary of what triggered this as sent to us by a member of the Dragon family:

There was a noisy meeting in the Security Council at the request of Russia regarding the development of American biological weapons on its borders inside Ukraine:

1- The Russian delegate handed over documents and evidence in the session record confirming the following:

= Official Pentagon funding for an apparent biological weapons program in Ukraine

= Names of American people and companies specialized in the evidence and documents involved in this program.

= The locations of laboratories in Ukraine and the attempts made so far to hide evidence.

2- The locations of the American laboratories that manufacture and test biological weapons in 36 countries around the world (12 countries more than the previous session).

3- The diseases and epidemics, the means of their release, the countries in which they are being tested, and when and where the experiments were carried out with or without the knowledge of the governments of these countries.

4- Among the experiments and relics is the virus responsible for the current pandemic and the huge number of bats used to transmit this virus.

5- The peoples of America, France and Britain have, under the psychological pressure, been brainwashed into believing a fictional version of what is happening

6- The World Health Organization denies knowledge of the biological experiments in Ukraine despite proof provided by Russia that its’ representatives regularly visited and were in correspondence with suspicious American laboratories around the world.

7- China is asking why the US and UN desperately refuse to conduct an investigation by specialists to find out the truth, especially given the documents and compelling evidence?

The Russians captured a large number of migratory birds that had been numbered and had microchip-controlled capsules containing various plagues attached to their bodies, Russian and Chinese sources add. When these birds fly to Africa, Asia, Latin America etc. the plague vials could be opened by satellite command where they would cause the most damage.

Russians also accused President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and billionaire George Soros of involvement in the conspiracy. The Chinese and Russians insist that “whoever commits such immoral and inhuman acts must be punished.”

The Russians note that since the Americans broke a 1976 treaty not to use biological, weather manipulating, earthquake causing and other weapons of mass destruction, they are now entitled to use their own arsenal of such weapons.

The head of MI6, upon getting this evidence promised “We will sanction the United Nations on a shoot to kill.” In other words, the named officials, including those working at the WHO and UN, will be shot on sight.

The US military, meanwhile, responded by sending –in defiance of the Biden regime- a military plane with more than 100 generals representing all military units to avoid a comprehensive nuclear war the KM was trying to trigger, Pentagon sources say.

As a result of this meeting “Biden’s days are numbered, regimes will collapse and heads of those countries participating in this scheme will be overthrown,” the sources promise.

In response, the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization are holding an emergency meeting in Switzerland starting May 22nd where they will desperately try to stay in power by imposing a world health dictatorship under the WHO, Italian Illuminati, sources say.

However, an increasing number of politicians in the West are waking up to this.

For example, “The Covid-19 pandemic has proven to us that a large number of countries in Europe and the World are led by sociopaths and psychopaths. Now, these same people in Europe want to make our medical data available to the pharma industry and thus do even more damage to our health, safety, and freedom,” says European Parliament MP Mislav Kolakuió.

Most importantly though, is the KM’s attempt to impose totalitarian rule based on a fake medical emergency is doomed because they do not have the military force to back it up. Their lies about viruses and their threats to starve people to death will not save them this time, multiple agency sources promise.

“Even the fake pope went against NATO,” notes an Asian secret society source who promises: “This week you will see a lot of changes…the old New World Order is finished. This source also confirmed what Chinese intelligence sources are telling us about what is really happening in Shanghai and other parts of China.

These videos of hangings and people jumping out of buildings show just part of the clean-up that’s underway. They are done with Hong Kong, still working on Shanghai and are now going to Beijing, the source said.

The Chinese intelligence source, which reports to President Xi Jinping’s rival Jiang Zemin, says the people killed are involved in the biological warfare attack against China. China is temporarily barring its citizens from leaving the country so none of the guilty can escape, the source said. The purge in the West also continues as more leaders contract Covid-19 and self-isolate, i.e. are arrested.
