It seems our brains were designed for this frequency shift, so perhaps all we need to do is relax into these moments instead of resisting them - and there's no better way to relax than through meditation!

Taking a moment away from the topic of the previous post, what will the space weather be like in the coming weeks and how will it affect events on the physical and Subtle Plane of Earth?

In general, the intense energies of May, which have radically changed a lot in 3D, are being replaced by calmer planets’ vibrations.

It does not mean that the energies of June will be lighter. The upcoming stelliums still carry a lot of unstable and conflicting dynamics.

But at all levels, the time of turning decisions is behind us. Earth began to live in a new scenario. And the energies of the planets will help to adjust the focus of efforts taking into account the experience gained, which is updated every second, to strengthen the 5D roots.

High energy tension will continue to be maintained by the tense tau square of Saturn and the Lunar Nodes on the Taurus-Scorpio axis. It will aggravate events on the physical and Subtle Plane; will force us to re-evaluate our ideas, life models and goals; how much do they correspond to the Aquarius’ era.

Everything that is happening now on the Astral and Mental Planes will complicate the situation on the surface – in global and national politics, finance, social and other spheres.

The powerful vibrations of Saturn at the top of the tau square with Lunar Nodes (February – October 2022) will, on the one hand, rigidly block and destroy the old 3D programs and models that have outlived themselves. On the other hand, to make room for new, 5D laws and patterns, that allows overcoming the crisis and continues to build a new reality.

Whatever rollbacks may occur, the Archons’ 3D Earth has already passed a turning point in 2022.

Further events will unfold only on the timeline and according to the scenario of Absolutes, Co-Creators, and Galacom.

On June 5, Saturn turned into a retrograde at 26 degrees Aquarius and will continue to move backwards until October 23.

It will help to conduct a thorough revision and rethinking of actions, a deep system restructuring and revision of everything that has happened over the past months, starting from February 24, when Saturn entered the retrograde loop at 19 degrees Aquarius.

Final conclusions and new clarifications can be made in March 2023, when Saturn will return to the position of 26 degrees Aquarius.

JUNE 1- 20

All of the events that are happening are an expression that the planet is in transition, transitioning into light, into higher frequencies of consciousness that you will participate in.

In this moment, your planet is going through a cleansing period wherein She is going to ascend her vibration from being a 3D planet/body to a 5D reality, with an elevating consciousness of humankind from the lower 4th-3rd dimension into the higher 4th-5th dimension. Being separate as an ego is the source of all unhappiness; being one, to be flowing, to be immersed in life so deeply, so completely, that you are no longer there, that you are lost, then you are entering into the fifth dimension.

The ego is the voice in your head that brings endless mind-chatter. It judges everything and everyone and places these judgments into different boxes.

It points its finger towards others and things labeling them good or bad, right or wrong.

We invite you to go beyond wrong-doing or right-doing. Practice neutrality ad instead of being persuaded by your ego-mind to judge whether something is good or bad, try asking yourself what the situation or another person triggers you. What is it trying to teach me? What can I learn from this? How can I utilize this information for growth and the evolution of my consciousness?

Step out of the mind-prison and into freedom, peace, and tranquility. Do not let your thoughts determine your reality.

Focus on your feeling center. Embrace the idea that love is the only reality. What would love do? Focus on this question when the ego mind-chatter appears.

Love, God, and light all emerge from the death of the ego. You are reborn when the ego dies; all suffering vanishes as if it never was. A deep sweetness and gentle joy emerge in your being for no apparent reason. You can't describe it to anyone, and you can't even explain it to yourself. It's enigmatic and unfathomable.

You are then totally relaxed. You are feeling peace, calm, bliss and love radiating from the center of your being. It fills every cell of your body. It flows around you. It is a great light that penetrates everywhere.

There's no such thing about truth and awareness. It just is.

If you can hold your breath in these moments and just listen with the intent of listening without replying, leaving the mind and heart open to possibilities, then you will find yourself on the superhighway of conscious evolution.

Experiencing anything profoundly will mean "sacrificing" something for it—perhaps your time, perhaps some other aspect of your lifeand maybe in the end it's just your ego. But that sacrifice is necessary to begin experiencing things on a deeper level than you have before. It's easy to get caught up in chasing things—or avoiding them—but focusing on how to deepen your experience is how you'll wake up in line with all that is.

Ascension is the goal of human transformation. It is not a destination, but a path that will lead you to it.

The path to Ascension is a long one, and there's no way to travel it in a straight line. There are many forks in the road and some dead-ends, but if you take the wrong turn or miss the signpost, you'll soon find yourself lost. You might think you're moving forward, but you could be going in the wrong direction. Just as there's no need to get lost on the road to Ascension, there's no need for you to lose sight of your goal.

No matter how events occur today in politics, economics, social sphere and our personal life, the main ones continue not on the Earth’s surface but on the Subtle Plane, in all eons and dimensions of our Local Universe.

For years, Disclosure News has been narrating in detail how this invisible world works. As how defected to the Light Side, the Black Co-Creator of the Local Universe and his son Yaltabaoth (now Yaltabael) built their eons.

During the last Cosmic Night, created by them, the Dark and Gray races waged space wars, destroyed and captured constellations and planets, including Earth, turning them into their colonies, natural resources and energy donors.

With the end of the Cosmic Night and Gaia’s exit into the Source’s line of sight, this millennial power came to an end. Fully realizing that the coming Cosmic Day would kill them with its high frequencies, many Black and Gray races and their Hierarchs voluntarily went through an almost fatal inner transformation and joined the Light Forces.

Only the most irreconcilable and aggressive remained, categorically refusing to change. They turned Earth into their fortress, using the remnants of the huge infrastructure that the former Black Co-Creator erected on the physical and Subtle Plane in the Local Universe and on our planet.

Now there is a fierce war in 4D near-Earth space, in which both Forces fight to the death. What is happening on surface is only a very faint echo of what is going on in the astral and mental fields of the planet.

On June 3, 2022, at 04:38 AM CET via a Direct Hierarchical Channel, the Karmic Council conveyed the following info. The Portals are also neutralized. In each, inside the plasma orb, the size of a walnut, there is a huge amount of nodes which are interconnected by a large network.

Every node belongs to and is filled with the energy of a man. And there are more than three hundred such nodes in only one Portal. That is, more than three hundred people in different countries are involved in its work.

To destroy the Portal, all nodes are dismantled; a torus is made from a plasma ball, and then a ring. It is cut and unfolded into a beam. A blue ray is singled out of it which burns out the radiation of the Portal along with itself.

Not everything goes with a buzz. On June 4, 2022, at 02:17 PM CET, the Galactic Committee shared its analysis of the situation.

Last years, there were several setbacks in the Earth and humanity’s evolution. All of them were systemic, that is, they were caused by purely technical nuances of the 3D Matrix functioning.

Such rollbacks are usually carried out by Matrix administrators with the approval of the Chief Programmer. This was necessary to eliminate software errors, conflicting algorithms, remove viruses, clean registry settings, etc. A sort of routine maintenance and computer restart.

During periods of such systemic Matrix rollbacks (usually lasting no more than one or two months), events on Earth take on a chaotic character. After the backsliding is completed, everything returns to normal, in a new, updated quality.

What is happening in the world now is also a rollback. But, unlike the previous ones, this is NOT A SYSTEMIC BUT AN EVOLUTIONARY ONE.

The difference is that it is not caused by the deliberate actions of the Matrix Programmers. This is the result of Earth’s entry into the inter-Matrix field on February 22, 2022. After the activation of the New World Matrix on March 21, 2021, everything was supposed to be completed. But that didn’t happen.

A new software algorithm was introduced into the scenario (not without the OK of Absolutes), according to which new code is loaded into a certain segment of the world script. It tunes the Matrix to a new range, to a self-organization wiggle room. Simply put, in the near future, some of the World’s events are being released for self-assembly.

This mainly concerns the confrontation of 3D and 5D Matrices, including their corresponding forces and energies. Instead of the expected automatic Matrix change, the Local Universe’s dipole Absolutes wanted to get a NEW EXPERIENCE…

Another Armageddon has begun on Earth: a duel between the Darks and Lights.

This time, ALL DARK FORCES on the planet have step up and activated.

THIS IS A MORTAL COMBAT ON ALL LEVELS OF EXISTENCE, NOT ONLY ON 3D EARTH.

Under the circumstances, occurred a strong evolutionary rollback, the zeroing of much that was done earlier. Namely, the disintegration of the Earth’s crystal grid, shaped as a stellate polyhedron instead of an Absolute Crystal form. The same thing happened with the planet’s Crystal – the Causal Matrix of Earth’s Logos.

A rollback also occurred in the building of the 3D/4D/5D all-fractal eon. Of course, its functioning as a single whole is impossible while such a bacchanal is going on 3D Earth.

Everything does not happen smoothly in the Local Universe as well, especially when an algorithm of self-organizing range is introduced into the World scenario. The leash of freedom of choice (actions) is lengthened.

A separate component of the evolutionary rollback is karma. Starting from 06:06 on the 06th of the 06th of the month of 2022, the temporarily revived Karmic Board activates the wartime karma program for 3D Earth’s humanity.

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council working full-time with the Earth Council.

Currently, there is much to behold on the Earth. The comings and goings are quite exquisite. The light, the life, the cleansing and clearing, are transforming your planet.

We also celebrate the removal of the dark ones. Their removal is long overdue. It should warm your hearts to know their reactions to being removed. They are getting what they deserve and will never be allowed to return to the earth again.

You are in a time of restoration that is an important necessity for the survival of the earth and life upon it. We would recommend the ground crew consciously strive to cleanse their bodies, minds, thoughts, and words, because this will also affect the consciousness greatly. By becoming more aware of vibratory sounds that come from your vocal cords, you will begin to understand how you can make higher contributions to elevating the consciousness of the planet. The old thoughts and words are stagnant. The fear-based visuals used in movies, and other media, contaminate and will no longer be acceptable on the earth. If you pay attention, you’ll begin to see how some people are already delving into this subject. They are powerful and they are going to cripple some of these businesses that have been perpetuating the toxicities.

Please go into your hearts and rank what is most important to you. Ask where you can be of great service and assess where your passion is first and foremost. We assure you that you will have the resources that you need to follow your hearts. You can become examples to others so they can do likewise. Your communities and your expanded spiritual families are drawing close. This is how you go about creating the Golden Age. You might also remove those you have put on a pedestal. Realize you are all equal and some of those on the pedestal do not deserve to be there. What’s important is your light and your gallant hearts directing you to your most passionate projects.

As the old systems begin to fail, you may find yourselves working miraculously to create new systems. Some of you already have ideas for starting anew. The earth will become your canvas and you will use your paintbrush to create your infinitely beautiful new earth. By looking around you will notice, with your raising consciousness, where attention is needed. From these observations you’ll be able to gather other like-minded friends to take action.

Begin to imagine a safe, quiet, clean, cooperative, loving, well-functioning, happy, fun, and joyful new planet. See how joyful it will be for us, your galactic family, to come and go. You will share, and we will share, and learn from each other. We are excited about being with you. We enjoy celebrations and there will be many.

What do you have to do now, ground crew? Hold the light. Pay attention. Watch the skies. Follow your heart. Create new dreams. Have compassion for everyone. Release fear and choose love. You may see visions or images through the third eye in your mind's eye. This is called clairvoyance, which means "clear seeing" and can be very helpful when you're trying to make important life decisions or need help solving problems in your waking.

You will find it difficult to continue living in negative circumstances. You may find yourself moving or changing jobs if your current situation isn't aligned with your new spiritual state of being.

As an intuitive empath, I often get drained when my energy gets weak due to lack of sleep, poor nutrition, or exercise habits. Therefore, I've learned over the years that if I want my guidance and gifts to be at their strongest level, then I must listen to what my physical body needs.

It is time to change your life into a happy and meaningful one by taking all the powerful energy that is being sent out to you and using it so that you can live in harmony with the universe. You are not alone. You are loved and guided by all beings from the higher dimensions.

The ascension process is a benefit to all humanity and Gaia. It will release you from these dense and toxic frequencies of the third dimension and bring you into the love, peace, abundance, empowerment, and wisdom of the fifth dimension.

Sometimes they choose to stay longer and sometimes they may not even be birthed and yet, none passes by the opportunity of incarnating to planet Earth. It is all good and to be honored.

And then there are those who are not certain about their own abilities avoid the challenges—those who are unable to integrate new experiences into their lives trying to preserve the status quo.

But you are not one of them. You are interested in something bigger, in something more fulfilling.

If you have been preparing for the event of a lifetime, you are one of those that have been chosen to help create the new. By whom were you chosen? You. You were chosen by you. You chose to come here and become the builders of new Earth. You chose this way because you have already been practicing on some level of being of service to others and assisting in conscious evolutionary processes of some kind. These two things make you a prime candidate to be a creator on the new Earth.

This week, we share an excerpt from the Collective’s book, Earth Life Challenges: The Collective Speak on Dealing with Trauma and Life Changes. This is from Chapter 4, “On Facing Earth Troubles and Disasters”:

QUESTION FROM LIGHT BRINGER: Planet Earth appears to be going through hell. War, destruction, poverty . . .

Has the time arrived when humanity is able to digest the phenomenal reality of just how simple it could be to shift the Earth’s vibration?

Is it time to enter the next thousand-year cycle? An age foretold, with Peace and Light and beauty?

THE COLLECTIVE: This is one of the greater questions of your age.

And it has to do far less with when, but how Earth and Her beings may rise in vibration to begin experiencing a far higher reality than you have seen in eons of your time.

We would say that one of the reasons you are experiencing the dissatisfaction you feel with how Earth is functioning now, is that you are aware of your own ever-increasing vibration. Because of this, you have an increasing awareness of how beautiful Earth life could be, if the majority held a higher consciousness.

This extends beyond the current challenges of dealing with extreme weather and climate change, armed conflict, violence on the streets, schools, or in the home, and illnesses and disorders that you know intuitively have been cured, though the cure is kept hidden from the public.

This issue extends into the entire realm of each person’s soul purpose, and why you are here.

When you move into that issue, as you lift above the chaos that is Earth’s current frequency, you enter a completely different realm.

Then you are no longer asking, When will we get it? When will we finally surrender our guns for Peace, feed and house everyone, see the Divine Light in one another, and fall in Love with that higher form of life?

At that point, you have left behind your attention to What Is, to outer circumstance. You have then reclaimed your magician’s ability to envision, to think in terms of what you will create next.

You are, in fact, asking a far simpler question—one of the few you ever need to ask: What did I come here to do?

How do I serve humanity’s and my own higher good? How do I naturally live in the energies of Joy, Peace, and Divine Love, so that others pick up on the beauty of that, and aspire to live there also?

Even as you and millions of others are asking those questions, Earth is now entering the next age or cycle on Her timeline, and it is an age that extends very far beyond the thousand years you mention.

And to usher in this beautiful era of the Sat Yuga, as the Hindus call it—a time of unprecedented Peace, prosperity, progression, and beauty—you need not wait for things to improve or wonder why things are moving so slowly.

We would call upon every heavenly help you could conceivably imagine, as well as your intergalactic brothers and sisters, and require their assistance at levels unknown and unheard of since the Fall of Earth into the third dimension.

And more than that, realize your own connection to these great beings!

It is time to come out of the feeling that so many looking to the heavens have sunk into over the eons—this feeling that though you have cried out for help, none is coming to you.

Earth Herself cried out for help when the weight of this form of existence became too heavy, too painful, too damaging for Her to carry out any longer.

And the answer that came from higher realms was you.

You heard Earth’s cries, and you volunteered to step forward and say “Yes,” committing to living yet another Earth life on one of the most pained and troubled planets in the galaxy.

You stepped forward with the mission of anchoring higher Light on the planet, in human consciousness, into the entire galaxy.

All for the purpose of not only establishing Divine Love as the new normal for Earth life but celebrating it!

This is why we remind Lightworkers (or spiritual seekers, Light Warriors, Starseeds—choose any label you like—they are all too small to hold your true vibration) that you are not passive recipients of what flows before you as you observe life on your planet, any more than you need be passive recipients of what is happening in your own lives.

As co-Creators, you are here to change or influence something that you see has low vibrational purpose and intention.

You are here to realize each time you see a condition, thought, or emotion that is crying out for healing, renewal, or a new life, that you are the one who can lift it to a higher level, even when you are convinced that it was your vibration that created that condition in the first place.

This is why you cannot go it alone, dear ones!

You are in a human body, and the frailty and limits of that existence are considerable, particularly as you walk the Ascension path.

Everything unlike pure Love is now rising to the surface to be healed or transformed, while you experience cellular, heart-mind, and etheric Transformation.

For that journey, and for all Earth journeys, you need many supports, encouragements, and inspirations. Call out for them and demand them from your higher self.

You will not be abandoned. You will be led to exactly what you need, if you will only ask for this assistance.

We recommend to many that they listen to inspiring, high vibrational music whenever they feel to be at a low frequency in heart, mind, body, or spirit, or simply as a part of their day.

These can be found online on YouTube.com, on certain websites, or purchased as recordings.

We recommend reading inspiring books that encourage you to turn your thoughts and energies—your focus and attention—to Abundance, Joy, fulfillment, Love, and living out your life purpose in joyful ways.

The best of these books will, as with the one you are reading now, hold higher energies that do the job of lifting your outlook to where you see yourself not as the passive receiver of Earth’s current conditions, but as a powerful influencer.

One who helps to set the tone for how the world sees itself, and what it sees as necessary, possible, and real.

Your vibration alone influences many thousands of people. You are even now beaming out a transmission of Light and higher energies that reach thousands of miles beyond where you now sit.

If you want to see more Peace in the world, you must exude that vibration as the New Reality.

We strongly suggest that you release all need to watch anything that is not peaceful—to cease watching any film, television, news reports, videos, music (which often is not music, but chaotic entrainment) that portrays or describes acts of violence, whether between two people or between whole countries.

Even economic news that takes a downward turn can feel to be a form of violence, as your subconscious will be quietly calculating, as you listen to the news report or commentary, how many thousands or millions of people will be affected by a “sudden downturn in the markets.”

There is so much in that one phrase alone, oft-repeated in the media, that is intentionally designed to lower your vibration and set you into anger, hopelessness, and feelings of loss—that is reason enough to no longer listen to news reports.

We are aware that there are alternative news outlets, programs, and reports that are insightful on spiritual levels, and that seek the true nature of the issues being reported in the mainstream media.

Yet carefully watch your vibration as you listen to these—are you heartened by them, or disappointed?

Are you feeling empowered, or weakened?

If you are feeling anything that is not positive and strengthening to you, do as any sensible parent would do.

If your child was watching something that showed violence or some form of struggle without resolution in sight—inviting passivity, desensitization, and helplessness on the part of the viewer—you would turn it off immediately.

We say this not to discourage you from knowing what is happening in the world, but to limit your intake of that information—and you live in information-obsessed times.

Focus on mainly taking in only that which feeds you on a soul level, and not that which depletes you.

Dense or negative news will have a harder time wearing you down if you are in the habit of not listening any further than the first few sentences that introduce what is going to be announced or discussed.

That is often all you need to grasp the basics of a situation. And often, even that is more than you are truly interested in.

You have simply been mentally programmed to “need” to know what is happening everywhere, and to sink yourself into the hyper-emotional stance of most news reports, as if all of Earth’s fate hung in the balance with that one story.

That is the sort of holding-your-breath-and-wondering-nervously-what-will-happen-next unhealthy excitement—a concentration on the low vibrational—that we encourage you to step away from.

It is vital—not just a nice idea, but vital—that you take time every week and in a smaller way, every day, to steep yourself in that which, for you, describes the New Earth.

Go out of your way to find beautiful and inspiring pieces of music or artwork, inspiring films, quiet and replenishing time spent in Nature, time with loved ones, reading inspiring stories, or laughing at comedies or life situations, getting your diaphragm engaged in the process of expunging the deep emotions that lie buried there.

Just as it is vital to step away from consuming meat and dairy products, which are highly contaminated, very hard for the body to process, and come from violent industries that are harming your planetary climate and well-being, it is also necessary to step away from the toxicity of the digital environment.

This means moving away from both the devices themselves, and the content on them.

And to stop allowing them to define your daily life.

We assure you, despite the appearance of the violence and chaos the planet has been steeped in for millennia, on the whole, this is a planet experiencing more well-being than disruption.

The trouble is, in modern life, you will not catch a reporter standing in a peaceful, remote valley, or at the top of a stunningly beautiful glacier or cliff, breathlessly reporting that “All is peaceful here.”

Nor do they often shoot videos of schoolrooms and colleges were there are no dense or negative events occurring, or say much about peaceful negotiations between countries, or the millions who have learned to recycle or repurpose their refuse every day.

The news industry is convinced that high ratings, careers, and top sales are not built on such life-affirming moments.

This is why the alternative media, often driven mainly by independent content, is so important.

Even your social media is increasingly understanding that people are thirsting after beautiful and inspiring stories, far more than the pain-filled descriptions of violence or dire predictions.

The question is, Where will you place your attention, powerful co-Creator?

What story will you choose to concentrate on, as being representative of the New Earth that you and millions of other Light Beings are busy making?

Will you allow the old power structure to not only continue to train your mind and expectations, but to control your emotions, beliefs, and expectations of the world?

You have chosen to see the Abundance that is within everything, and therefore, also within the open co-Creative field that shapes your accounts, your wallet, your everyday life.

You have chosen to work with the energetic reality that is constantly open to being molded into some outer form or renewed into a higher form.

In your Universe, what you focus on and call Reality can only increase. It promulgates, grows, extends to greater heights (or depths).

It awaits your labeling of it and your feelings about it, before taking off in exactly the direction you have indicated, with your beliefs and expectations.

Yes, you are that powerful.

And if only two or three people in an entire city determine (particularly if they combine their focus and intention in a group effort) that pollution, crime, inequality, fraud, and toxicities of all kinds are now going to dwindle to record-low numbers in their town—this has a powerful effect!

Experiments have been conducted over the past few decades that prove that exact idea. As does your own life.

And so, take your eyes off of what you cannot stand—you are not assisting others or taking full responsibility for your inner life by continually allowing your vibration to fall.

If there is a situation you hear of that you would like to actively help or send Light to, then do so.

But if a thing feels bigger than you, or feels unsolvable, let it go.

Hand it over to your soul, the Angelic legions, Creator God/Goddess, and say, “I give this to you. And I send healing Light that your Divine solution be made manifest in this situation, now and always. I give thanks!”

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Many of you anticipated that by now some truths would have come forth, so let us begin by saying the international group working off-stage to rid your world of darkness is using good judgment by not publicizing their efforts. Be assured that everything underway is leading to the elimination of every vestige of darkness there.

We know it is difficult to comprehend that darkness even in small measure can in time become so massive that twice it caused all of Gaia’s life forms to perish and left her in deep sorrow. You can rightfully think of her as Mother Earth and all human, plant and animal life as her children, her sentient co-creations whom she loves and nurtures. She didn’t want to experience their devastation again, and during the millennia negativity deriving from darkness once more was accumulating, she kept struggling to keep her life forms alive.

What happens anywhere affects everything else everywhere else, and Gaia’s plight was known throughout this universe. But in accordance with the universal law that no civilization may intervene in the affairs of any other except by request, the myriad lighted souls could do nothing. Beings of light observe this law, beings of darkness do not.

Eighty-some years ago, when Gaia’s body had become so unbalanced it was at risk of hurtling into space and total destruction, she cried out for help. That was the onset of this unprecedented era in our universe. Instantly God authorized evolved civilizations to send Earth the vastness of light she needed to stabilize her axis and start ascending out of deep third density’s deadly grasp.

The highest universal council knew the dark forces intended their puppets on Earth to retain control by continuing the environmental destruction, disease, divisiveness and bloodshed that produces negativity. For long ages the masses had lived in a world of injustices, poverty, warring and fear, all of which emit negativity’s low vibrations. They didn’t want that kind of world for themselves and their children and their children’s children, and since it is their world to change or let be, they needed to know they are powerful divine sovereign souls who can change what they don’t want and manifest what they do want.

Therefore, light also was needed on the planet to awaken the civilization so they would know who they are and the power they have. Out of love for Earth’s members of our universal family, the first group of volunteers left their homelands to enter the global battle raging between the light forces and the dark. Dear brothers and sisters, some of you are those “first responders” and others are among the many, many millions that followed.

Regardless of how long you have been on Earth, you know just as we do it is not easy to live in a world where dark control is maintained by a double-edged sword—fear on one edge, deception on the other. Yet, as we often have told you, the vital mission you took on already is a stunning success in the continuum, where the peoples are joyfully flourishing in a peaceful, harmonious world and Nature is restored to health and beauty.

On Earth, the battle has reached crescendo. The Illuminati’s patented covid-19 virus adversely affected the populace physically, psychologically and economically, but it failed to meet their objective of killing billions outright. That made stepping up other activities even more crucial because the low vibrations they need to survive come from others’ fear and pain.

So, they are mightily wielding their sword via their mainstream media and social media propagandists who report Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, blame Russian troops for the atrocities and wanton destruction that Illuminati in-country operatives and hired mercenaries commit, and relay the fabricated speculation that Russia will steamroll through Ukraine and onward to conquer other countries.

The deceived public doesn’t know Russian troops, acting in consonance with light forces, took on the essential task of destroying bio-weaponry intended to eradicate most of the world’s people. They don’t know the troops are uprooting decades of Illuminati control in Eastern Union countries and eliminating laboratories and storage facilities, production and storage of chemical weaponry, and headquarters of sex trafficking, money laundering and worldwide computer hacking. They don’t know the troops are exploding tunnels and compounds after rescuing babies and little children held captive until they are shipped wherever ordered by pedophilia rings and for satanic rituals.

Yes, we have spoken about that before, but it bears repeating because many of those activities are commonplace in several countries. Ukraine may have had the Illuminati’s most extensive range of entrenchments, but they have clandestine operations and operatives elsewhere, too, most notably perhaps the United States, and, just as in Ukraine, it is without the awareness of the citizenry and the world public. Eventually that information will become known as will activity ongoing behind the scenes, including arrests, trials, executions and other killings of principals in that diabolical global network.

Dear ones, if there were another way to end pervasive darkness, Gaia and all other light beings would devoutly wish it to be, but there is not, not with the depth and breadth of demonic activity. There is no way to negotiate with an element of society that works secretly to achieve its goal to exterminate most of the population, make hybrid robotic servants of survivors, and continue jeopardizing the life of the planet. There is no way to negotiate with an element that has descended into such a density of depravity that they exist by indulging in unconscionable crimes against humanity.

The public, steeped in deception, is completely unaware of any of that and many thoughts are “send military arms to Ukraine” and “defeat the Russians.” Such thoughts are keeping violence going and that is exactly what the Illuminati want. They know this is a battle between them and the light forces and they have become desperate.

The fear factor in daily reporting of greatly inflated case and death statistics of covid and its mutants lost steam as the peoples wearied of restrictions and started regaining control of their lives. Since the dark ones require the energy of fear to sustain themselves, always they have action afoot that will create fear in at least part of the populace. Now it is “vaccines” soon to be available for infants, World Health Organization’s legal authorization to take whatever action they claim is necessary in the interests of world health, and a few cases of monkey pox popping up in different countries.

Let us dispel any concerns you may have about those situations. Scientists in the extraterrestrial special forces rendered as harmless as possible toxins and erased programming in the nanochips in the solutions falsely called vaccines for babies and young children. Not only would WHO not have the hundreds of thousands they would need from local to national levels to enforce compliance with any edicts, but backlash would be too formidable to handle. And, nothing at all in Earth’s energy field of potential indicates that monkey pox could become the newest “pandemic.”

However, just as the populace doesn’t know the truth about what is happening in Ukraine, they don’t know the truth about the aforementioned situations, either. Consequently, their collective thoughts about all of those matters are producing negativity’s low vibrations that are like fortresses between their focused attention and spiritual and conscious awareness. While this isn’t delaying Earth’s ascension—she is steadily orbiting into successively higher astral planes—it is delaying her people’s awakening.

This brings us to what many of you have asked, how you can help in addition to “just BEing.” Visualize Earth in golden-white light—visualization is powerful!—and send the light of compassion, hope and optimism to all of our Earth family. Send light to Gaia, too. Yes, she is rejoicing that the planetary cleansing underway is ending the long reign of rampant evildoing, but she also feels her people’s suffering, sorrow and fear, and she needs light’s healing energy.

Your contributions continue to be invaluable even beyond the healing and awakening aspects of world transformation. The light you radiate “just BEing” also is undergirding all truths coming to light, and that is an integral part of the cleansing process.

Dear ones, please do something for yourselves, too. Take time from busyness often to breathe deeply, slowly and rhythmically so as to keep your energy flowing smoothly and body, mind and spirit in balance.

We have been asked if Elon Musk is working for the light or the dark. Well, “keep your friends close, your enemies closer” could be somewhat applicable insofar as the groups with whom he is working, but it’s much more accurate to say that in his drive to succeed, he needs access to the superstructures of both light and dark agencies so he doesn’t have to “reinvent their wheels,” so to say. In a third density world, money paves the path to success; therefore, he has been well provided with it so he can accomplish what he intends, and there is no darkness whatsoever in his intentions.

Elon is one of the few volunteers from a civilization that is not only highly spiritually and consciously evolved, but also one of the most technologically advanced. He is a brilliant visionary whose mission is to help Earth’s civilization “shoot for the stars” and take their rightful place as members of our multidimensional universal family. All light beings honor him and send light to reinforce his progress and overall wellbeing.

“Matthew, what is spiritually evolved souls’ opinion of abortion?” The opinion of anyone who isn’t living in your world won’t be given any credibility there. Nevertheless, we shall tell what evolved souls know, including that conception is the first step toward a potential life in a physical civilization and life itself begins when a newborn takes its first breath.

A soul that has chosen to incarnate hovers around potential parents and knows their feelings. If conception occurs and will end in abortion, which may have been chosen in the parents’ soul contracts, that soul moves on. This offers another soul the opportunity to enter the fetus so it can absorb the parents’ feelings about the pregnancy and its ending. That experiencing is solely the province of the three participating souls, and it is the same when souls know a miscarriage will happen.

Let us say a baby is born. Between conception and birth, and in agreement with the “primary” soul, a few other souls may take turns in the developing fetus to absorb the emotions of the mother if the father is not around or both parents if they are together. Whether the feelings are intense happiness, dismay or dread, that short period in the fetus can serve each of those souls as much as a physical lifetime would. The “primary” soul, whose cumulative experiencing already includes the mother’s or parents’ emotions during developmental months, enters the body of the newborn.

Now let us say the souls of the parents know conception will result in the stillbirth of the child they greatly desire. Again, other souls may take turns during stages of fetal development to experience the joy of the expectant parents, who chose in their soul contracts to experience the sorrow that their infant was stillborn. It is the same if the baby survives only briefly.

Our knowledge doesn’t mean we are cheerleaders for abortion; however, experiencing opportunities for a number of souls and the ease with which conception occurs in a third density civilization are primary considerations. Conception is a matter of science and spirit, which are one and the same energy, and since this affects only the participating souls, their choices are neither a religious nor a political issue. As a third density civilization evolves and dormant DNA strands become reactivated, conception will occur only when a couple genuinely want a child—the high vibrations of their desire put into motion the pregnancy process.

After the eclipse and full Moon I observed a lot of people did not fare well with the new energies. It was a golden opportunity for a reset if one could put their ego aside. It was a time where if one was brutally honest with themselves, they could take a quantum leap in evolution yet it seems few took that step. Rather than going within, processing old wounds, traumas and wrong conclusions from past experiences and using discernment on the accuracy of or where their information is coming from most chose to project and blame rather than admit deep down inside they know something is off. Something within them or the beings they are receiving guidance. There were lots of pissing matches during the full Moon eclipse. What was sad is some don’t even have the reference points to know what is healthy, what is truly aligned with Universal Law, higher consciousness, or what it means to be an evolved human.

Always being the observer, staying out of reactionary mind along with a lot of loving detachment are the tools to master these situations. Years of experience often helps. Bounce things off a Grandmother. Most have seen it all.

I was recently in telegram trying to help someone who believed they were a biblical character from the past. When I explained how there are houses of consciousness like the House of Mary, a divine feminine house with both Marys and Grandmothers. When one connects, they merge with the energy and believe they are Mary. Just like other Ascended Masters houses. The same goes with spiritually advanced ETs. You can merge with their energies, become one yet this does not necessarily mean you are, or were, them. I could however mean you knew them in another incarnation. Many saints, sages and prophets of the past were doing the best they could with the reference points they had. There was a lot of misinterpretation of events.

Look at your history. It is his story as told by the victors written by those in power at the time. Many have returned to undo what was written or clarify it. The pillar clouds that were afire by night, the communication between the lights on the river Chebar, Elisha ascending in a fiery chariot, the shiny disks with calves feet, fire and brimstone coming out of them that sounded like a thousand rushing rivers with today’s reference points were ships. The point I am making is we now have a greater understanding of the multiverse available. Living in the past using well known figures' names as a badges might be a step backwards and negates all the wisdom gained through experience since that event.

In the big picture we are all one with the one consciousness that encompasses all consciousness on all planes and dimensions. The unified field. When you settle for an identity you limit and separate yourself. Often those are big shoes to walk in creating high expectations in those around you.

There are also faker spirits posing as advanced souls, this includes the off world folks. This is where discernment and inner sensitivity come in, mainly the ability to sense the frequency and motive of individuals. If they are limiting you, not inspiring you to make your own personal Creator/God/Great Spirit connection tying you to their world they are not as advanced as they profess. We always have the option to make our own personal connection, be the God/Goddess you are or settle for lesser realms. Why be subservient to an unseen influence, in some cases someone’s pet on the next level when you can go to the top. Many are engaging entities that are self-serving and not in their highest and best good in error not realizing these beings may not be who they say they are or as evolved as they profess to be. Tell them to show you their galactic drivers license. Just kidding. Connections can be limiting if they are psychic bonds in the higher realms there are no bonds, there are memories.

It is imperative during these times to use discernment. The veils are getting thinner yet this is allowing access to the lower 4th dimension which is a predatory zone. Everything from fallen Annunaki, Serpent Beings, Jinn, Royal Reptiles, Reptilians, Tall Greys and a host of discarnate spirits reside in the lower 4th. There are tricksters, faker spirits and a host of entities that will derail your spiritual evolution. If you knew who was under their spell some willingly, some in ignorance most could not handle it. Their idols would fall which seems to be epidemic with the new energies. Many lose their form at times and we get a glimpse of their true form. They are not frequency specific to the ascension or evolution of Earth, the masks are coming down. Their actions and associations are a giveaway.

The new disclosure is a perfect example, look who is heading it? They have put several bright shiny dresses on this turd, attached some famous names but it is still a turd. A limited and controlled narrative. It is an external trap to derail you from internal contact. How long are we going to play this game. Where is the discussion on Spiritually and Technologically Advanced off worlders, some of which are our ancient ancestors? Why are they ignoring the women, the children, contactees who know who they are, their cultures, why they are here, some even have their technology. Most of these experts do not have a clue or have an agenda which is far from disclosure. Roswell was 70 years ago. We have been going back and forth from the Moon and Mars since the sixties. Not with rockets. There have been agreements and alliances with both positive and negative ETs. Much of which was at the expense of humanity. Do you think these officials, most morally and integrity challenged, are going to tell you the truth, anything other than a controlled narrative? Could you handle the truth?

What if the history of your planet was a series of colonies from off world visitors, the bearded Gods were ETs. What if the bearded Gods of your religions were ancient Lyrians? What if Atlantis and Lemuria did exist and were Pleiadian colonies? What if they are still here? What if some of the ships were ours, some off world, others inner Earth? What if some of the ships were time travelers? Could the masses handle it?

This is why we have the controlled narrative and these ridiculous side shows with planned opposition shaking their fists at the government with the other hand behind the back taking the check. If you are waiting for some external leadership to tell you UFOs exist or whatever new name they give them you will always be in the dark. Why? Because they lack the prerequisites for contact, an open mind, loving heart, pure intent in service to the Creator in all Creation. Rise up. Release the past. Set your intention on having contact and qualify it. Focus on love, joy and bliss with the intention of contacting Spiritually and Technologically advanced beings. Send them love, joy and bliss with that intention. That is how you make contact. Contact has been made in the past with governments many of your leaders are not what you think. That contact was self-serving and was not in humanity's highest and best good. Those contacts are coming to an end mainly due to benevolent beings, many of which are off world.

They have aligned with those of integrity and moral character on the ground. A planetary liberation is in full swing. Reason this?. The reason there has been so much inhumanity on the earth is because of non-human interference and their human morally and integrity challenged puppets. This will and is all being revealed. The demoralization of countries, collapsing economies, pandemics are all planned to usher in socialism or communism where the power and wealth are centralized in the hands of some very dark ruling elite. Many are participating willingly or in ignorance in their own demise, socially engineered by the media owned by the ruling elite. This very well may be the wheat separating from the chaff. It is not easy living through the breakdown of a global power system. If you’ve ever experienced a personal breakdown, be it a dying belief system, relationship, career, or health, you understand the enormous ramifications of societal breakdown.

You embrace what is working for the greater good and extrapolate further into new ideas, new consciousness, new innovations, new technologies and a new operating system instead of devastation, collapse and ‘burn it to the ground’ extremists.

As we shift from a dying operating system to a new empowering operating system, you may be sensing, feeling, seeing glitches in the field. Since the eclipses, I’ve been experiencing repeated peripheral movement, field flickering, perception shifts, holographic jumps and new encodement. The power system is agitated and resistant to morphing into a collaborative collective. The shadow elements are revealed, the violence is exploding, the lies are getting louder, the top-tier are grabbing as much as they can.

Those who no longer want to participate in the old pyramidal power system are shifting into the new paradigm of unity consciousness. The swell is growing stronger. Self-Love And Why Energy Workers Need More Of It

What is self-love?

It's probably something you're familiar with on an intuitive level. Self-love is a feeling of appreciation for yourself and your life.

It can be as simple as looking in the mirror and saying, "I like myself," or it can be as complex as setting achievable goals for your future like for example, creating new healthy habits and loving yourself enough to have the discipline to achieve them.

Self-love isn't just about feeling good—although that certainly is part of it!

Self-love is also about taking steps towards improving your mental health by eating well, exercising regularly, actively reducing stress levels in your life (which often comes from being too hard on yourself), practicing gratitude every day, and getting enough sleep so that you don't feel run down all the time (which will lead to more negative thoughts).

While self-love means spending time pampering ourselves, it also means applying a healthy dose of self-reflection about the things we say, think, feel, and do.

And lastly, always question your own motives and see whether you are acting or reacting from love and integrity or if there might be some fear based beliefs around shame, guilt, anger, abandonment, neglect, etc.

How to practice self-love

The easiest way to start loving yourself is by practicing gratitude. Gratitude for what you have. Gratitude for who you are and what you have overcome.

Another easy way to practice self-love is through meditation—it will help with stress relief and improve your overall mental health as well as your energy levels.

Focus on learning how to care more about yourself.

What are some misconceptions about self-love?

Is self-love selfish?

The answer to the question of whether or not self-love is selfish is: no! It's not. Self-love is necessary to learn and apply unconditionally if you want to achieve a higher consciousness and manifest your desires.

As long as we are choosing people-pleasing over self-love we are giving our powers away. Self-love is the challenge that requires us to learn how to set clear boundaries without hurting others and by honoring the self fully. If you're a healer and care about your clients, then you should be able to practice self-love in order to help them better. If you're a person who doesn't love themself, then how can you love others? It is not possible. Maybe a 3D version that mimics love...

Self-love is making better choices about how we live our lives every single day. We can choose what helps us feel good and nourish ourselves on both an emotional and physical level (I'm talking about food here).

We can also choose activities that bring us joy and fulfillment in life—like playing with our pets or spending time with friends or family members. These types of things will give us energy when we need it most because they bring balance back into our lives after long days at work or school, where sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time left over just for yourself anymore!

Why is self-love important for energy workers?

Being an energy worker means you have the ability to help others, but it also means that you need to be able to receive from others. In order for this to work, you need to be able to give as well as receive energy from yourself.

This is important because we all need a place where we can go and relax without worrying about anyone else. This would ideally be somewhere private so that there are no distractions, such as phones or other people around you.

When it comes down to it, your time alone will help make sure your mind is clear and focused on what matters most in your life: YOU! You'll be able to see things with a fresh perspective after having some quiet time alone with yourself.

Self-love is essential for energy workers in order to maintain a sense of balance in their work.

Without Self-love, you can easily become drained and unable to do the work that you need to do. You may not notice this happening at first, but eventually, it will start taking its toll on you and negatively impact your ability to help others.

Self-love helps us be confident in our own abilities and enables us to take care of ourselves first so that we can provide a better service for everyone else around us.

What is the Event? The Event could possibly be the most important event to occur in humanity’s evolution to date and could possibly occur in our very near future. If you’re coming from a biblical perspective some call this the Rapture. The Event is a quantum shift in our consciousness that will affect everyone of us in profound ways. Currently, every person is/has been going through an Ascension process whether you’re aware of it or not. You are going through it on an individual level and we’re going through it collectively also. This Ascension process is made up of many multi-layered, gradual experiences all to prepare us for this final event that could soon erupt in a single powerful event that would bring to an end of humanity’s long, long history and usher in a new beginning.

This Event is said to occur every 26,000 years. Per my post “Precession of the Equinox” in comments. Which coincides with the change of Ages. We’re coincidentally transitioning from the Age of Pisces to Aquarius. It is said to be a sudden galactic pulse, a solar event that will change the frequency that humanity vibrates at. A higher frequency will bring in a broader spectrum of reality meaning higher insight, wisdom, knowledge, psychic abilities and incredible awareness. This Event will release an extremely blinding light coming from our Central Sun which in our past has triggered a quantum leap in our spiritual evolution every time it has occurred. This solar pulse event will start the process of transforming matter, energy, consciousness and biological life as we know it.

I believe right after this event occurs there will be much of humanity confused and fearful of trying to understand what has just happened. I believe this is when the Benevolent forces will take over all communication and global airwaves and begin the release of disclosure to the human population. They will release information of our Secret Space Programs, the Cabal’s inhumane crimes against humanity, etc. I also believe there will be videos of testimony that will be shown to the human population on just how we have been controlled thru Satan’s Agenda. Will this be the time for those mass arrests? I personally believe the mass arrests will happen before the solar event. Is this what we’re currently being prepared for?

These arrests will occur for those in the United States congress on both sides. We will be assured that these criminals will never be in positions of power again. If you’ve been paying attention you can see the moves that are being made.

In the meantime, when this is taking place, there will be another monumental transformation involving the global currency reset. Some call it GESARA/NESARA. There are people that believe this monetary reset is of the New World Order and yes they also want a reset that brings in a socialistic agenda which ultimately means more oppression, control and tyranny. Remember, we are seeing a conflict between a satanic dark agenda and a light-based liberation agenda. The light-based agenda wants a reset that brings a sustainable governance that will benefit every human being on the planet towards freedom and liberation. Our total global economy will be brought back to the gold standard instead of the fictional Fiat system that only benefits the Dark.

Suppressed technologies will be implemented. Free energy technologies will be gradually released to the public. Many suppressed technologies from the Cabal’s Secret Space Programs will also be released to the public. The natural abundance of the planet will be distributed to everybody and our ecosystem will be restored. Also, in time as Earth recalibrates itself to its original created frequency all healing will begin physically and psychologically. Humanity’s aging process will slow down incredibly. The removal of these Archons in those higher-dimensional planes that are currently playing out will dissolve any relationship they have in this transformation. War will be a thing of the past.

In my opinion, some will make the transformation to the 5D experience and many will remain on their Ascension path and continue their experience in a 3D matter world. Many will experience their Claire’s being activated such as telepathy and clairvoyance. Many believe first contact will happen soon. We are told this will happen when enough humans are comfortable with the fact of extraterrestrial existence and acknowledge their role in our history. These Benevolent Galactic civilizations that have assisted us throughout our entire existence who are front and center, behind the scenes, with the current situation going on will reveal themselves in an event named First Contact.

Eventually, the human race will be accepted into the Galactic Federations this is the plan. Again, everyone will not make this shift and as you can see not only in the United States but around the globe many just are not ready. Many are still stuck in the old structure and are fighting like hell to stay there. Change is incredibly hard for many like the saying goes… “Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.” Any species that remains stagnant no longer continues to exist. These higher frequencies are being accepted by many and will have an easier time but everyone who resists will pay their Piper. Upon death those who resist this monumental frequency activation will continue their soul evolution on a planet in which they resonate. No one gets a free pass down here because what’s happening is just too important. This is just the beginning of a higher vibrational existence. This is the beginning of a healed planet physically, psychologically and spiritually.

The Event will be that boost that will usher in a broader reality and we are now being prepped for it. The Light Alliance is in control and watching and waiting with excitement and optimism to see how the human race will pull this off. So many ask and are wondering when this event will happen. I believe there are many factors and a huge one is Earth’s astrological alignment. Also, the readiness of the new systems to be put in place and the deep and true transformation of humanity’s role. I also believe before the Event can truly be operational the Light forces need to be in total control. The Archon Network needs to be completely eliminated. It’s also necessary that the energetic grid circling our planet that’s kept us in quarantine be completely dismantled. Liberation will come to humanity via the fall of the Archons who exist on the inner planes who have controlled humanity for eons through the karmic process, implants and AI technologies that have been impeding humanity’s spiritual evolution. First, there is the completion of the great cosmic cycle which lasted over 13 billion years. This universe is right now at the turning point from expansion into contraction. But those individuals benefit from the side effects because they are then more likely to make the changes in their lives that they need to in order to be better conduits of higher-vibrational energies. That’s what the shift in consciousness is really about. It is about holding higher-vibrational thoughts, emotions, awareness, and accessing higher-vibrational beliefs, information, ideas, and even memories. You have been down this path before, even though you didn’t quite make it in Lemuria, Atlantis, or Egypt. And now here you are, accessing so much more than the average person is, and you are doing it at a time when humanity is shifting.

You get to move at whatever pace you want to with these energies, but it is good to be prepared, and it is always a good idea to take care of yourselves physically and emotionally. It is always good to be cleansed, and therefore, able to receive that which is higher vibrational in nature. Your cells are much better at receiving nutrients and minerals when they are not filled with toxins, and you are much better at receiving higher-vibrational energies when you’re not carrying around a bunch of lower-vibrational ones. So do your cleansing of your chakras and your organs, and you will be so ready for what is next.

As you know, we also prompt you from time to time to take leadership roles there on Earth, and the best way that you lead is by example. Live is a healthy, happy, creative life that is filled with love and peace, and others will want to know what your secret is. A lot of what we teach is common knowledge and common sense at this point. Most people know about the importance of being hydrated and eating healthy foods, processing their emotions, talking about their feelings, but not everyone knows about being present and being grounded. And when you have all of those put together, you become like a lightning rod for higher-vibrational energies.

And what you can do with those energies, what you can create with them, is beyond your wildest imaginations at this point. That is why it is also important to go with the flow of the energies, because they will lead you to where you have not been before, and when you get there, you will like it. You will like it a lot.
