BIG BREAKING: We And Our Planet Are Shifting Into Higher Consciousness
Ascension is a shift from the physical form into the higher realms of light. In the past, Earth has been in the third dimension of consciousness, where we have experienced duality—good versus evil, love versus fear, and so on!
The new energies coming forth are awakening us as individuals to go beyond this duality and embrace our connection with everything around us. All beings are undergoing a process of healing and upgrading their DNA and cells through what you might call a vibratory frequency increase, which will affect all kingdoms (including humans, animals, plants, and minerals) upon the Earth.
The truth is that you are shifting into higher consciousness at this very moment. This shift is not only happening to you, but also to our planet, Earth. She is engaged in the ascension process right now. The Earth has Her own consciousness and desires. She has a plan and a purpose for Herself, just as you do within your human body.
Our planet Earth, along with all of the beings on it, is also engaged in this ascension process, just like you are. We call Her Gaia, and She is a living being who is also moving into 5th-dimensional consciousness. As a matter of fact, She is the planetary Logos for this sector of space.
The Earth's ascension process will affect all the life forms upon Her: all animals, birds, insects, plants, and trees; all bodies of water; the physical land itself—mountains, plains, and deserts; the atmosphere surrounding Her; even celestial objects near Her, such as the moon and sun. Everyone on Gaia is affected by this ascension process in one way or another. You might feel as if something "big" is happening or about to happen on a grand scale, and that would be correct!
Gaia has had a challenging time lately as She has been processing the negativity that was projected onto Her by so many through the ages. You already know who I mean! And yes, they are still here, causing trouble even now, but their numbers are dwindling, and their reach no longer extends far beyond themselves. Hooray!
Gaia is also going through a process of healing as She shifts into higher levels of consciousness. Rest assured that everything that needs to happen to help Her heal will happen in due course, exactly at the right time. You see, there are actually different groups or races of Light Beings who have accepted stewardship responsibilities over Gaia during this Ascension cycle-just as you have stewardship responsibilities for your own ascensions and part of Ascension work involves stewarding others who cannot steward themselves at this time.
Gaia's Ascension is happening now. What is important to remember here is that this Ascension has been taking place for some time now, but it has accelerated in recent years. In fact, the entire process of Ascension for Gaia was accelerated when the Galactic Federation put out a call for others to help with our planet's ascension process about twenty-two years ago.
The simple truth is that Ascension involves being willing to move away from duality and into unity consciousness. This entails shifting focus away from self and toward others, resulting in a balance between self and others so that each person feels as if they have equal rights and opportunities. This also means moving towards greater acceptance within society as well as within oneself because acceptance leads directly into love, which leads directly into unity consciousness.
Take a moment to look inside and ask yourself, "What do I want to experience now that everything is changing rapidly?"
Allow your mind to be open to new possibilities. Instead of asking yourself the same questions over and over, bring light to the situation and ask yourself something new. As you realize that a lot is changing rapidly, allow your mind to be free enough to receive guidance and use love and light as tools in order to help you through this process of change.
Asking for help also keeps you focused on what it is that you are trying to accomplish. Using light as a tool will shift the way things work in your reality, so it is important at this time that we all focus our energy on what it is that we want and how we can manifest it into our world.

They are hundreds of thousands of years beyond us in technology and wisdom. Their visits are clandestine, but if you pay attention, you may occasionally see them.
They often visit to monitor world events, make sure we are not self-destructing, and make sure no one is causing trouble for us.
They have helped us with our power grid and other technology that allows us to be more efficient at producing energy. They have given us advanced medical care, so we don't die from routine illnesses anymore!
They've taught us how to improve our environment so we can live sustainably in harmony with nature.
These benevolent beings come in peace every now and again...
They can appear as human beings when they need to for whatever reason, but mostly they come in their true form; angelic beings with a beautiful white glow that surrounds them. They look like humans, but they do not behave like human beings at all!

The human race was actually begun by these galactic federation races, but we have been backsliding into a very limited state for some time.

We have always had intergalactic groups helping us, but they have been hiding from us because they did not want to be seen as being too powerful or too great. Now it is time for them to come out and help us with our evolution!
The Galactic Federation has been working on this for a long time. They have been able to use the technology of the intergalactic group called the Elohim in order to help us evolve and become enlightened beings.
This is not something that can be done overnight, but it is worth waiting for because when you become enlightened, your life will change dramatically!
You will be able to see things clearly, think more clearly, and feel more deeply than ever before. You will also be able to understand other people better than before, as well as help them to understand themselves better as well.
I know that many of you are thinking that this sounds like science fiction, but it is not. It is real, and I know that you will be able to prove it for yourself when the time comes.

I am Saint Germain. I come at this opportune time, this time of an expression of freedom within this country, but indeed even out across the entire planet.
For the 4th of July, Independence Day, although it was meant initially for the United States For America, it is meant for so much more. It is meant for the independence of the entire planet and all of the people on the planet.
It is about freedom. It is about oneness. It is about togetherness. No more separateness. It is about everyone coming together as one. The United States: united, together as one, and bringing the entire world together, the entire planet. All of the people together as one.
For these are those moments that were foreseen so long ago when those stepped forth and signed that document. And I, as Saint German, was there to assist in this process to encourage those to sign that document. Just as I am here now to continue this process of bringing the world together.
That is my mission. It began to bring the country of The United States, but it has morphed now into the entire planet. And it was foreseen back then when those that signed that document, they saw the freedom. Freedom not only in those moments from the dictatorial leadership that was holding control over them.
They saw this as much more at that time as the freeing up of not only an entire country, but an entire world. They had the foresight to see beyond what those moments meant at that time. And to see what it is now as we look at the very freedom that is indeed coming to this planet.
It may not appear to be so as many of you look within the illusion and continue to see that illusion. You continue to see the paradigm that was started by what you know of as the cabal or the dark forces. The paradigm that they wanted you to see. The illusion that they hold in front of you, even now to this day. But those of you that can see beyond this, you do not see that illusion any more. You are seeing beyond the illusion . You are seeing the reality that is possible; and not only possible, but is probable and will be.
For as you have heard many times, it cannot be stopped, will not be stopped. So continue to allow for this process to continue and to hold sway as everything continues to move along more, and more, and more. And you know this. All of you know this. Because again, you have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, and are seeing beyond the illusion. Beyond what they are wanting you to see.
There is a force at work. A force grander and greater than you can possibly imagine, encompassing all that is around you and within you. All is coming together as one, this great force. This great force that was foreseen so long ago and is now becoming a part of your reality more and more, and will be a huge part of your reality as you are moving forward. And this is coming. It is almost here now. And you can begin to hear the bells of freedom once again as the great bell sounds once again, calling for freedom across the world.
Yes, this day, or this day tomorrow, your Fourth of July, you celebrate here in this country. But it is the sounding forth across the planet that is what will be heard.

That you would continue to know that you are indeed moving beyond this expression of the illusion and continuing to find the freedom outside of that illusion. The Pleiadian Message
I am Archangel Michael with a message to the angelic warriors on planet earth.
For some my message last week was not very well received. I did not say to relinquish your weapons. I did not say that you could not fight.
I said you should not fight. ‘Thou shalt not murder’ is one of the ten commandments and it was this I spoke of. I also told you that a plan is being carried out out of your sight so that you will be liberated in a way that will be made permanent. Earth is a free will zone and you are free to carry weapons if it is your desire to.
I wish to make a point of Sri Lanka. In Sri Lanka this past week thousands of people tore down the president’s and the prime minister’s residences. Three thousand people were arrested.
Politicians stepped to the fore and said that the problems of this country cannot be resolved quickly. It will take time. Yes, you’ve all heard that before. It will take time.
This is only an attempt to appease the anger of all Sri Lankans – asking for your patience to keep you waiting, and then saying it will take a long time which indicates that they will attempt to do something about the problem, but they will not.
Me: Like the Tenth of Never, that kind of time.
AA Michael: Yes. Sri Lanka, as are many countries, is under direction of the globalist regime. Destroying the homes of the president and the prime minister will get you nowhere. The president and the prime minister resigned. They will only be replaced by new, yes, you call them puppets if the globalist system is not overturned. The globalists are still in power there. They were creating hunger and poverty in Sri Lanka and this will not abate with a new government as long as it is their government that is in power.
The problem with this government was cited as being “rampant corruption.” All globalist governments are corrupt. This corrupt government is holding debt bail-out talks with the IMF (International Monetary Fund). Who do you think runs the IMF? The globalists do. The hopes the people of Sri Lanka have of securing a better future by destroying homes of their leaders is very remote simply because their government is an arm of the globalist body, as is the IMF.
This is why we keep asking you not to start a civil war. Go peacefully to the fifth dimension and allow all to be left behind you.
The entire financial system of this planet is currently being replaced. Those who have switched to the BRICS gold-backed system are on the new financial system.
Another comment on the IMF bailout: “Many believe the much-anticipated IMF bailout could be delayed due to the political crisis. IMF officials told reporters they were hoping for the situation in Sri Lanka to improve.” It’s impossible for the situation to improve in Sri Lanka because the IMF are the ones who are causing it. Please open your eyes and see this!
We ask you to continue to open your eyes and see the truth of who is actually running planet earth. It’s most likely that Sri Lankan officials will simply ask for military lock down and they will get it. This is further control over the people who now would not even have the freedom to move at their leisure.
Most prime ministers and presidents are only spokespeople. They are expendable. When you lash out at them you lash out at the people put in place to take your reaction on the chin. When they are replaced the same circumstances will continue. The system is being taken down at a global level. This is the only way forward.
Yes, it is true. The DS fears you. They have diminished your power throughout the years and only created a system that added to their own. They have used your energy to create this system with. So, the answer is not to be part of the system any longer. Remove yourself in any way that you can.
This does not require violence.
Sharon has had many suggestions on this: Remove your money from the bank. Stop paying them for keeping your credit with the bank. Yes, they have changed the fine print enough to switch the banking situation for you. You owe them, they do not owe you for keeping your money in their banks. Back in the 70’s banks paid a nominal interest charge to you for depositing your money with them. Now you owe them banking fees at the end of the month and no such interest is paid out on most accounts. Yes, you have credit with them, they do not have credit with you.
Stop eating manufactured products and start eating natural food. Grow your own food. Those in warmer climates can eat all year long without ever paying the DS money for their food. Buy from a local farmer instead of buying from the grocery store.
Purchase a house for cash. Do not get a mortgage.
Work on line. Do not hold a normal job.
There are many ways to extricate yourself from their system, but the best way is to understand universal law and to use it. As it has been pointed out by this cosmic team, universal law is being used against you here on earth. It is being used to further enslave you.
Now use it to liberate yourself.
This week we have another project: I ask that you send your positive loving energies to Sri Lanka. As it is expected that repercussions will arise from the actions of this past week, we wish to see this situation improved for the people of this country.

The G20 meeting last week in Indonesia proved that when the huge majority of countries insisted on an end to the US (KM) led world regime.
In any case, we will start with an in-depth look at the assassination of Abe because there is a lot more going on here than has been reported elsewhere. In fact, what happened to Abe can even, without exaggeration, be described as biblical.
To be specific, it represents a move by the Three-Legged Crow (Yatagarasu八咫烏) a Japanese secret society that shares at least a 3000-year history with the people who wrote the Old Testament of the Bible or the Torah.
There is only so much background we can get into here so, we will provide a very rough sketch. Members of the Japanese imperial family and of the Yatagarasu say they are descended from the Pharaohs of Egypt just as are the members of the Swiss-based Octagon group who control monotheism. As evidence of this, the earliest parts of the Bible and the oldest Japanese writings are basically the same.
These groups went their separate ways thousands of years ago but agreed to form an alliance during the Meiji period, when Japan began to modernize. The public shooting of Abe was meant as a signal the deal made between the Octagon group and the Yatagarasu was no longer in force.
Abe belongs to the Southern Choshu clan that has sub-contracted the ruling of Japan from the Octagon group. The Choshu clan are the people behind the Mitsubishi group that controls 10% of the Japanese economy and is close to the Rockefeller and Rothschild families.
Recently this writer was contacted by representatives of the Yatagarasu who said
the Jews, unlike them, had been kicked out of their original homeland while they still had theirs. The Yatagarasu, who control Shinto and Japanese Buddhism, have made a decision to help the Jews, the representatives said.
The fact that Johnson and Abe were removed in the same week also shows that the Japanese imperial family and the British Monarchy –the worlds’ two most powerful royal families- were on the same page on this issue.
OK with this in mind, let’s talk more about Abe. Shortly after the Fukushima mass murder attack on Japan, Abe was installed in a fraudulent election presided over by Khazarian Mafia and Rothschild agent Michael Greenberg. Greenberg also works with the Jesuit CSIS group. Abe was then flown to Davos, Switzerland where he made a speech to the Klaus Schab/Rothschild/Octagon group. The speech basically said China was like Germany before World War I. He was referring to a plan proposed to Russia’s Vladimir Putin by George Bush Sr, in 2006.
According to this plan, a new cold war would be started between Russia and the West. This would be used as an excuse for a massive military build-up During this time, Russia would pretend to be China’s ally. Then at the last minute Russia, Nato and Japan would all attack China. A defeated China would then be divided into 5 bickering countries so that it would never again be a threat to the Octagon-controlled West. A Chinese Politburo source has confirmed to this writer that China was aware of this plan.
In any case, Abe then directed a massive and secretive military build-up in preparation for this invasion of China. Most of the military equipment slated for this attack was destroyed in the 2016 so-called Kumamoto earthquakes, believed to be by China. Abe also built a bioweapons factory disguised as a veterinary college.
Ultimately, the Russians did not go along with this plan. Instead, their special forces are now destroying the KM bioweapons factories around the world.
Furthermore, the Western military/industrial white hats have also rejected the Bush/KM/DVD plan to kill 90% of humanity “to protect the environment”.
The entire Bush clan has now been executed. The public removal of Johnson and Abe and the destruction of the Georgia Guidestones (where the plan was engraved) are all public signs of this.
In place of this plan, a basic agreement was reached between Eastern and Western secret societies. This calls for a polycentric world and a common goal to increase the quantity and diversity of life, including human life.
A word on the Abe assassination: Japanese right-wing sources consider him highly suspicious because he was surrounded by well-known Japanese crisis actors at the time of the “shooting”. Police also report that he was shot twice, but if you look at the video of his body didn’t even flinch after the first shot. Even after the second shot there is no sign of blood or spatter.
Abe and I have met on several occasions and he has told me that he reads my books. That means he’s familiar with the kind of things I write about in this newsletter. I also have contact with his wife from time to time. So we hope that his death was faked and that he will be able to testify at a truth and reconciliation hearing at some point in the future.
However, before a truth and reconciliation hearing can take place, the world revolution must be completed. The key to this, of course, will be the overthrow of the KM regime that controls UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION. There are many signs that this is imminent.
The most important is probably the fact that they have completely lost the support of the people. Recent opinion polls show that only 11% of Americans trust TV news and just 16% trust newspapers.

There is also a daily deluge of real news telling people how corrupt the fake Biden regime is. Most recently, the Washington Free Beacon reports that the Biden administration has sold about 1 million barrels of the strategic petroleum reserve to a state-controlled Chinese gas giant in which Hunter Biden has a stake.
There is so much more that has already been reported elsewhere that it is unnecessary to repeat it here. However, a long-term sign of America’s descent into the third world is the latest data showing that the Chinese are now living longer than their American peers.

The situation has reached the point of an armed uprising. Last week, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott authorized state law enforcement agencies to arrest migrants who illegally crossed the border from Mexico. To the New age movement of the ''Holy Spirit'' and Donovan,( read my last blog on Awakening and Ascension } I agree with much of what you say. I would just like to add a bit about keeping and open mind about just what is really happening both from my personal experience and research. Everyone will have a different view and opinion about the ''Event'' that is happening now and all are valid in some degree.
We the light-workers are the 1st. wave have been in this for a very long time. Myself, it started 51 yrs ago when I received two visits from my spirit guides, that showed me the possible future on that time line in 1971. My 2nd update was in 1987 ''horminic conversion'' when I 1st began to really wake up and in 88 received a new guide who stayed with me for 6 mo's. and a new time line was shown. By 1990 and 91 I learned of yet another time line. In 2012 another one and 2017 yet another. So you see its as much about what timeline you are on and which one you will choose.
What I am getting at is ,it is not possible to tell everyone what is going to happen to them or to the earth, because there is so many possibilities about 3D, 4D, and 5D.. I do believe the mother earth is about to enter 6D. She is always one Dimension ahead of us earthlings. So that means a small number about 2000 are now ready to enter into 5D. Most of us light-workers who are awake to a higher degree are somewhere in 4D.I don't believe its possible to tell someone what degree or level that they are in. I can only speak for myself and I believe in this new year of 2022 I have moved pass the 4.5% level of 4D. I know this by what is happening to me in my conscious self and are able now finally able to connect to my Higher self and my other self { Holy Spirit}.
I am able to figure things out ,that before were a mystery to me and or I can now see things in a much higher light of understanding. Of course the Cabal are afraid of anyone who goes pass 4.5% for they then have no power over us and they know we will over power them in there attempts to destroy us and possible destroy them in the process. For they cannot go past 4.5 D in a negative timeline.
But that is not our job or at least for a number of us. There are those chosen and trained to take them out. As we awaken even more we will help awaken the 2nd and the 3rd wave. The 2nd wave are already awakened to a certain point and they in turn are helping the 3rd wave to wake up, which is happening now as we speak and they are already in some level of 4D.
As the 3rd wave awakes up to what is really happening to them they may freak out a bit but they do have the help of those above them who has already been through the awakening process. The rest of humanity who is still in 3D are going to have a really hard time of it but they can no longer remain asleep. There will always be some who will refuse to awaken even though they see what is happening around them in the 3D illusion.And remember we also have the help from above our angels and Spirit guides plus our Space brothers.''As above so below.''
Things are reaching a breaking point as to what we call or did call Reality or the EVENT or SHIFT, there is no turning back we are pass the point of no return.

So much is still happening as that which was hidden is being revealed, enabling you the opportunity to dispense with all that no longer serves your purpose. The changes must come if you are to commence setting up the basis of a new era.
All that you need is available upon Earth, and here and there are the beginnings of a new way of life that is more suited to the higher vibrations that are coming into being. They are also necessary for you to keep your onwards progress so that you are ready to ascend.
Your journey through so many lives has prepared you for the New Age that is being set to commence very soon. You have earned the right to leave the lower energies behind as you head for a life that is free from the attention of the dark Ones. Those souls who have already left the Earth are waiting to join you when it will be a time of great celebrations.
Understand that life on Earth has been controlled by the dark Ones for ages, and they have done everything in their power to keep you from learning about your true self and past history. You are far greater than you realise, and as a powerful being you have the ability to leave them behind for all time.
Ahead of you is a muddle that is slowly unfolding, as the Light continues to overcome the dark and reveal the truth of your experiences. You now have every opportunity to rise above the lower vibrations for once and all time, but you will need to exercise patience and control where your reactions are concerned.
By being a beacon of light you will help bring more to Earth, and help your fellow strugglers to rise up into it. Few realise the situation they are in and battle on without knowing where they are going or why. Some are awakening and seek to know what life is about and where to find the answers. This is when you can point them in the right direction to continue evolving.
It is in the nature of a human being to want to help others, and at this time much is needed by those who flounder and know not who to turn to for help. Many feel persecuted for no reason not realising that you only experience that which you need to evolve. It is a hard concept to accept but you may inwardly sense a feeling of understanding if you fully consider what you have been through, and whether you have learned anything from it. We will remind you that nothing that is important to you happens by chance.
Be assured that when humanity wakes up to the purpose of life, there will be a great shift in consciousness that will help souls progress much more quickly. You have yet to experience the harmony and peace that will come to you once you have overcome the pull of the lower vibrations. Peace and love is what you seek and that is waiting for you in the near future. By nature you are all loving beings simply experiencing the lower vibrations that are a challenge to your ability to keep your feet upon the ground in all situations.
Due to various recent happenings that have caused chaos on Earth you have been forced to accept those dear souls who have been displaced. The result is that you are becoming more multi-national than ever before. People bring their own customs and religions with them and you learn first-hand all about them.
Hitherto, you would be unlikely to know much about them, but what you do find is that their re-action to their troubles and strife is no different to anyone else’s. They are more like you than you suspected, and re-act the same way as you when you help is given. There are challenges in such situations that are intended to help bring you together.
We may ask a lot from you but realise that each and every soul comes into an incarnation that suits their needs to continue evolving. After all how can you evolve without experiencing the various life experiences that exist upon Earth. It is all carefully planned to ensure you continue on your upward path and expand your level of consciousness. It is why many souls who have gone before you are happy to give you a helping hand.
Be assured that whatever happens on Earth it can be used to give opportunities to some souls to continue their evolution. However, no force is used to get you onto your agreed path and many deviate from it, but normally find their way back with a little help. Some experience can be very hard but again we assure you that no soul is asked to take on more than they can cope with and as we always point out, help is always on hand if you ask for it.
Try to see life as a wonderful opportunity to grow and create a place for yourself in the higher dimensions. You are never alone even if you feel so and spirit are pleased to respond to your needs providing you ask them, although you will not always get exactly what you wish for but there will be a response.

The Telosians: Souls Wish to Experience this Transition
We greet you, dear children of the Earth. We are going to talk to you again about the transition you are currently experiencing. This transition takes you from the low energy of the 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension through the dimension of disturbing consciousness, the 4th.
We give numbers to your stages of evolution because it is a way for you to better understand your Ascension. In our world, 3rd, 4th, 5th means nothing because everything is alive in some other way that you wouldn’t understand. But we adapt to your understanding that’s why we use this scaling.
This moment of transition that will open the doors to the New Earth for you is something, an event that has never happened in this way on Earth, within humanity. After many lives and lives, after many incarnations and incarnations, your souls have wished to experience this transition. This moment is for them a moment we would say, so magical, incredible, that they did not want to miss it “for nothing in the world”, as you say.

Of course, we understand that as a human it sometimes seems insane to you to have wished to live these delicate moments. However, this is what happened for all souls, wherever they are and whatever they do or have done.
You have all wanted with all your heart to experience this change, this elevation which, as we have said in many previous messages, opens the doors of the New Earth to you. When we talk about “New Earth”, we do not mean only, a geological modification of the planet Earth; we mean the total spiritual transformation, we say total, of the Earth united to its humanity. This spiritual transformation materializes by an accentuated opening, visible for us, of your consciences, of your capacity to understand that the life such as you live it is not the True Life but that there is in you and around you something much…much more important, of an immensity of Love beyond human comprehension at this time.
You are all pushed, through the vicissitudes of earthly life that you have just experienced and through other events that you will experience, to look more deeply within you, in your heart, at what you wish more: do you wish to continue on this materialistic path which continually leaves you hungry?… which does not bring you what you are looking for, all of you, in your life because what you are looking for is the Sublime, the Wonderful Awakening of the Purest Love within you and its most radiant Light?
Through materialism, through technology that takes you away from yourself, you seek to fill a void: the reunion with the True Love that you unconsciously know to be within you but that, sometimes, you have difficulty detecting at deep within you.
Do not doubt that the events that you have just experienced, and those that will present themselves to you in the months to come, will be there and have been there to shake you up, to shake up the sleeping human being that you were or still are. It was important that these events take place otherwise earthly humanity would have reached its own annihilation in a short time.
Those who created past events, these confinements, distances between you etc… acted thinking of keeping you under their control but, as we have said in other messages, these beings without Love, did not have realized that they would have the opposite effect, that is to say that everything that was experienced was going to wake up a large part of humans and was going to open the way to revelations and the truth about all their manipulations.
You will live more and more by hearing truths which will surprise you, which will amaze you, which sometimes you will not believe immediately as they will be terrible through the acts of those whom you call the world government . “Heads will roll” and this will lead to a whole avalanche of multiple disappearances of those who have always wanted to manipulate you.
But we say to you: do not let yourselves be invaded by fear, we repeat it over and over again, let yourself, on the contrary, be carried away by the happiness of knowing and understanding that you are going towards Great Happiness, towards Great Light, which will show you what the 5th dimension is: a world of Light, of Joy, of Sharing, of Unity not only among you humans, but also of Unity with us, your galactic brothers of Light.
We are all united. Your ascension in Pure Light, and Pure Love is a joy for us who help you as best we can, for the best for you. However, we still ask you for a little patience. Why that ? because all humans are not ready to live the 5th dimension. Many of you don’t want to believe in anything other than what you are currently experiencing. - Take another Conscious breath into the opening and simply choose to let go.
- Place the sacred sound, ENDAHNNN… (pronounced endarn) within the space that you see sense or feel. Your sound creates a unique frequency that your heart cells recognize.
- Place your sound again, ENDAHNNN… within the space of your heart that you sense, see or feel. Take a Conscious breath into the opening.
- Hold your awareness on both palms as you gently, slowly draw your physical hands away from your physical chest, (approximately 5 cm or 2 inches away.) A veil is being released from your Heart as you do this, feel see or sense the opening.
- Allow your awareness to open into the doorway as the veil releases, feel see or sense the space.
- Place your sacred sound, ENDAHNNN… within the space, feel see or sense the space of your Heart opening to you. Take a conscious breath and let go into the stillness.
- Bring your physical palms to rest back on your chest, feel see or sense the space of your Heart. Choose to let go in this space by bringing your awareness onto where you feel the physical connection to your chest.
Each time you do this process you are creating building blocks of returning to the stillness within your Heart. You are actively choosing to activate the flow and to reconnect to the sacred part of you. This is a natural process of your reunion with Self.

Many of us got our wish at least in part this morning when a portion of the Georgia Guidestones crumbled from a suggested “earthquake”. Uh-huh. That was the first suspected cause from locals. Pretty targeted hit for an earthquake.
Will people be sad the monument is damaged?
We don’t know at this point if it was the English language column that fell but if the White Hats are that confident that they would attack this well-known monument of the evil controllers then we’re in pretty good shape at this point. If it wasn’t the White Hats, then someone brave enough to get caught and prosecuted stuck their neck out.
Or was it a Rod from God? Good video analysis might reveal that.
If it was a special ops kind of person, they might have the “invisible” technology so they don’t show up on video.
Others pointed to a Q drop that said they’re scared. What if they destroyed their own monument to cover their tracks? The first “commandment” is not vague.

Question 1.....Before ascension and before ET contact, about the provision of funds and basic income. I suppose when everybody has received a basic income, a lot of people will stop working and turn to pleasure and personal interests, maybe offering products they made themselves. Is there a plan to help humanity through this switch to self sustainment or is it totally up to us?
St Germain: That, in fact, is the point of the prosperity funds – that people switch to lives of more recreation and leisure. Why? Because firstly the old system needs to die and I say that because the old system was created to enslave you. It is a system of monetary slavery. Please understand this. Repeat it if you must. You are a monetary slave!
The point of the new system is to move people away from understanding their lives in terms of money: dollars, pounds, euros, pesos, whatever your particular currency is. This will require some imagination on your parts because you have been so indoctrinated into this system.
As for support, yes, there is support for you already and there will be more support forthcoming in the fifth dimension as extraterrestrials are permitted to land.
Right now there is a requirement that any country, which is another name for an economic region, may sign up to the ever-increasing BRICS system, the gold backed financial system which Russia and China are now spearheading (BRICS – Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), the requirement for entry into this system is that the country must be peaceful. Obviously Russia is not peaceful at the moment but it is acting on behalf of the Light. Any action of war undertaken for prior reasons – in support of the DS by any country disallows their entry into the Quantum system, the gold backed currency system, the BRICS system – whichever name you like. The reason for this is because benevolent positive beings of Light will not land in a large scale fashion on a warring planet. The masses are being prepared for extraterrestrial contact again. And of course this points out the plan of the DS – to create war – with this war they know their nemesis will not land upon the planet.

What will happen with a starseed who is a great and kind but not awakened and v/d? Is the v/d really harming/killing their soul?
St Germain: The v is not killing the soul as much as cutting off soul contact. Please understand that for many years, many things have been done in the name of health to cut you off from your intuitive mind – which is your soul. Your pineal gland has been attacked through fluoride, EMF’s, television, your endocrine system has been attacked through white sugar, drugs, amalgam fillings and more. Cigarettes, alcohol, stress, chocolate, you name it – have all been created for you in order to keep you from fulfilling your promise as a human.
The soul will choose the route that this person is to take. If they are contracted to go to the fifth dimension in this lifetime, it will be arranged. Sharon was contracted to do so so she has had a very hard life, battling darkness every step of the way, for example. The souls who do not contract to go to the fifth dimension in this lifetime will do so in another, they may even remain on the third dimensional timeline for many more lifetimes. We have a free will planet and it is being expressed in this way.
To continue to believe in your current system, to comply with its mandates and dictates, continues to make one a slave. The ascended human is self realized, self governing and follows universal law. To not do so leaves you little choice but to continue on as a third dimensional being.

Do trees have souls? What happens when a tree gets cut down? Can flowers hear me after they are cut?
St Germain you explained that they belong to second dimension/level of consciousness. Is it a group consciousness or each tree and flower has a soul?
St Germain: Trees and flowers have group souls. A fully realized being capable of independent thought has a soul. Animals respond more to instinct and plants have less consciousness than they.
When a tree gets cut down, it is still alive. It has its roots and the stump remains. You will see the stump will continue to regrow shoots to create new branches.
Now you see that many trees are turning brown and dying because they cannot adjust to the chemtrails they are ingesting. Plant life absorbs pollutants, and I might add that when you eat plants, you ingest pollutants as well.
The tree will live on for quite a while, even as a plank of wood within the home of the human who does not realize what they have done.
The flora and fauna of earth sacrifice their lives for the greater good, and the greater good is the higher level of consciousness that is a human.
A flower will hear you after you cut it. You have cut it off from its food source and it has only a short while left to live. However it is still able to do what a flower does – it goes through a dying process and even that process of dying is part of the life process. So yes, it can hear you.

We greet you in love.
It is an amazing and expansive time for you, in your world. Light is infusing everyone and everything with new potentials. The planetary field itself is ascending into higher expression and taking all life that wishes to go forward, with. Offering energetic frequencies and support to embody higher light.
In the non-physical you have many allies, and so many are paying attention to your world and infusing the sphere with grace and love, so that this might be a sweet and beautiful time of change as much as possible, that there might be gentleness and trust.
We know that the on-the-ground experience for many can be quite rough physically, emotionally, energetically. We share these other perspectives to offer support and encouragement. We want you to know that much of what you see in the world and know to be limiting and which is upsetting to you, is that which resists the coming age and the new beginnings that are more than taking root. The world is being lifted. And it is shaking loose the foundations of the old world. So know this — much of what you find disturbing is those who find this change intolerable. Those who may have a very large shift to make, and may not have the resources, physically, emotionally, to make it. Some have not yet found the inner path of openness and love that is calling to them, or have not yet felt able to shift into alignment there, and so fear what is taking place and are trying to keep what was, as it was.

You can choose to step outside of fear, and to realize it as a path, in thought and perception, which diminishes your view. Do what you can to relax physically and breathe. To focus on something in the present moment and to feel yourself, in your body. Let the energy move and it will. You will then return to inner harmony and can choose to align with your own vaster Self — in that orientation, you can attune yourself to peace, love, compassion, faith, trust and feel joy and courage for all that is unfolding and the inner changes that it will require of you.
Remaking a whole world is no small thing.
Realize this and remind yourself that you know from within, what is real, what matters most to you. Honor your inner knowing. When you need to know something, you know.
Nurture and love yourself generously. Give yourself beauty and joy. Do what you can each day to find a way to be at peace, to notice what about life and your experience you do love, so that you can appreciate it, feel alive and free. Remind yourself of all the non-physical allies who are also supporting you. Invite the vaster light of all that you are, to lift you and show you how to be. When you are focused upon beauty, and sweetness, on joy and play, you are yourself and in that state of being, you are present and can more readily feel the love and support that is here for you.
Nature can be a powerful ally right now, too. Spend time appreciating the natural cycles and the beauty of nature. Put your feet in the grass, or the sand. Lie down on the ground if you can, and look at the sky or look up at the leaves of a tree and allow yourself to sink into the surety of Oneness. It is real. All life is One. Feel it and be at peace.
The inner openings will continue to feed you. Open up to your own vaster Self and invite wisdom, knowing, energy and the consciousness to know how to be you here, now. How to authentically and sincerely participate, and bring forth the beauty and power of your presence.
Each of you is a key to this whole shift. Each of you hold powerful and beautiful harmonic frequencies in your own greater wholeness, and as you allow it, these more full-spectrum expressions of who you are, are coming in and arising, expanding and emanating from your human energy system. This is a blessing for all Life — YOU are a blessing for All Life.
Believe in yourself. Love yourself. Trust yourself. Take care of yourself. Rest, play, breathe, do things you enjoy and make time for happiness. Inner strength and courage are necessary for this time of change as in building a new world. The source of these qualities lay in being fully alive and aliveness is most felt when you’re free, joyful, happy and appreciating the beauty of life. And when you’re rested.
Take time to rest. Hydrate often as it helps you to move energy and lots of obsolete energy patterns are being peeled away and dissolving as your own higher light comes in — for some of the old templates of being are incompatible with who you truly are. Nothing that is your essence, your genuine radiant self, will be lost. In fact, your beauty is being revealed, as you allow it. So hydrate, sleep, play, laugh, love and enjoy everything beautiful you can and invite Life Itself to work its magic through you by lifting you up into higher expression.
That is the game at hand.

An Important Transmission From The Galactic Federation
The Earth is grieving and her heart breaks, not for herself because she is resilient and strong. No, her heart is breaking for all of those who cannot ascend with her as her spirit rises out of the Third Dimension forever.
Ascension has been long and arduous and not without its problems. The process has taken many years longer than was expected because much of humanity has not answered the call. There are many reasons for this, but humanity now find itself at the brink of no return – for this reason, Mother Earth rejoices and weeps simultaneously.
As the third dimensional reality slides more and more into anarchy, oppression and fear, the fifth dimensional reality has already been separated from it. Those who have long been awoken have been working tirelessly to maintain their high vibrations and to assist those in the next wave of ascended consciousness. Awakening souls have been called to resolve their past issues and to heal from trauma, as It is not possible to maintain a fifth dimensional consciousness when one is weighed down by grief, anger, resentment and hatred. This process of healing in order to ascend once took many months, if not years, but now it is happening at a much faster rate because there is no time to waste.
Awareness of the plight of the humanity is one thing, but it takes connection to one’s spiritual essence to know that the responsibility for the density of consciousness on the planet belongs to every individual. The planet cannot move out of the grips of darkness if people do not realise that, by changing their own reality that the world around them also changes.
There is not one human in the world who does not have control over the direction that their lives are taking. It is only their thoughts and the allowance of fear to overcome their psyche and block their spiritual connections that is keeping many humans locked into the lower dimensions of consciousness. Those who cannot find the light within them will always be drawn to darker thoughts which then have negative outcomes.
I come to you today to offer assistance to unlock the grief in your hearts and to heal from the past so that you too can find the light within. Once you have done so, opportunities and possibilities that the universe can provide will suddenly avail themselves to you.
Allow my gentle energy to permeate your being, Dear Hearts! Allow me to wrap you in my wings and to gently draw out the pain, anger, grief and fear that has been locked in your bodies and energy fields, preventing you from aligning to your divinity. Bring your awareness to you crown and allow it to connect to the light of Source, the Supreme Creator whose light is one with yours. Heal your heart and begin to heal your life! Do not delay any longer, nor allow yourself to remain in fear at the hurt that it may unlock. Acceptance of your past and the path you have trodden in paramount to you beginning to write a new story for yourself and to emerging from the fog of the third dimension.
Allow yourself to heal and then watch yourself soar! Believe that you can be the change that the world needs to see and immerse yourself in the love that has been in your heart all along. When you heal, the world heals, one heart at a time.

Archangel Zadkiel: Refining Your Focus
WE ARE Archangels Zadkiel and Amethyst, and we greet you with Love. Today, we wish to discuss refining your focus.
The higher vibrational energy is continuing to reach your planet. It is bringing many possibilities for choices on your path.
You may find that many of these possibilities are entering your awareness. They may be areas that you have previously been interested in, or they may be completely new.
Each area is a potential direction for you on your path. Each one carries a particular vibration and moves in a specific direction. Some may appear to be moving in the same direction, while others may seem to be completely opposite.
The important part is to be aware of them and know that you can select the ones that are right for you. It does not mean that an area is good or bad. There is no judgment. It is simply what resonates with you at the moment.
You have likely taken several steps on your path, and you are now being offered the gift of selecting your next step.
Part of selecting your next area of focus is to be clear about what is important to you at the present time. You may have completed your previous step, or you may be continuing with it. This is a very individual choice. It is what resonates with you,
One reason to refine and clarify your focus is to be certain that you are allocating your energy on what is most important to you.
The energy is manifesting rapidly with the higher frequencies, and this offers you an opportunity to create what you desire.
The more you refine your focus, the easier the manifestation will be. You will be directing your thoughts and emotions in a congruent manner so that things are moving in the same direction.
Doing this is easier when you have clarity about what is most important to you.
As part of this process, you may wish to review the different areas of your daily life, such as spiritual time, family, friends, career, personal time, and other areas of importance. Each area may have something that stands out.
Then, you can tune in to your heart center to determine which aspects have the strongest attraction at the present time. You can observe what makes your heart sing. You may find that one or two aspects call to you more strongly than the others.
This allows you to focus your energy on what is most important to you at the present time.
Adding the intention to carry this out for highest good elevates the frequency and also allows the Higher Beings to work with you as you request their assistance.
The combination of refining your focus and carrying it out for highest good allows you to move forward on your ascension path while being of service.
At the end of each day, you may wish to review the events of the day and compare them to your refined focus. This allows you to make any desired adjustments going forward. Then, you can have a feeling of peace that you are being true to yourself and being of service for highest good.
Because the energy is always in motion, regularly reviewing your priorities and making any desired adjustments will allow you to keep your focus current and aligned with where you are on your path.
Then, you are able to move seamlessly from one moment to the next. Your path will be in harmony with what is most important to you at the present time and what makes your heart sing.

Dear ones,
Each person has a past, and this forms their current reality. But when you want something different in your life, you have to leave this place behind.
Yes, you heard that right. You have to drop your whole past. It's the only way to leave linear time and enter the 5th Dimension.
You can compare ascension with floating and becoming lighter and lighter in water. Achieving the lightness of the soul is like leaving behind your past and throwing it into fire, or drowning yourself in water. You will see that the "ego" will then disappear.
The ego is the continuity of the past, everything you've done, everything you've accumulated, all of your karmas, conditionings, desires, and dreams.
Holding on to the ‘Past’ is the equivalent of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Whatever you do, unless you are willing to let go of the past, your life will follow the same pattern.
People can’t just come here with their human baggage and expect to move into the higher 5th dimensional plane of existence. This place is different. You have to be vaporized and reformed.
In the 3rd dimension, as you know it, time is a straight line. In 5D, there is no time; there is only the NOW. The 5th dimension isn’t a movement of time, rather a movement of consciousness.
Consciousness is the present, awareness, it is the pure witness of what is happening this moment. Consciousness is the eternal part of you. It does not accumulate anything. It is always new and fresh.
It's not concerned with your past or future, but with the Now. The Now is the only time that exists because it's the only time that's real. In fact, if you're reading this right now, you're probably living in the Now.
The ego is created by your past memories: who you are, where you came from, to whom you belong, your country, race, religion, family, tradition, and all the sorrows, wounds, and pleasures that have happened to you in the past.
This must be fully recognized. Your ego is nothing more than a memory of the past. It isn't, however, YOU. YOU're surrounded by your ego. However, at the core of your being, YOU are pure consciousness, free of any ego.
When you let go of your past and your ego, you are climbing from 3D to 5D at the very same time. This is what the resurrection means.
That is why a child appears to be the most curious, fresh, and vital. Because there is no past, no karma, and no ego in a child. It's a state of mindlessness. A child consciously moves from one moment to the next.
You will never grow old if you let go of your past. You will always remain young and fresh, as fresh as a rose bloom. Because this is a spirit resurrection into 5D, you will always be a child and innocent.
Refocus your attention. Live in the present moment and learn to let go of the past. If you know how to let go of the past, you will be able to live each moment fully and pure.
The past simply means that you are clinging to something that no longer exists while avoiding the present. You know deep down that it is no longer there, that it has passed away, and that the new has arrived. But you still want to act as if it is still there, you deceive yourself with the comfort zone.
But such deceit simply eliminates any chances of being joyous, living, and entering into the present moment. This causes a lot of anxiety and a lot of division.
Get rid of the past. Allowing it to interfere with your present is not a smart option. Allow it to be no longer there once you've worked through it.
Don't cling to the past, it is now passed. Don't go into the future, it has not yet arrived. You are now here. In this moment, in this space. This is where you exist. Be here now.
Ignore the past. Make a conscious effort to raise your awareness to the now moment. Your past is filled with darkness. Bring yourself into the light of the present moment.
At this present moment, you are at a point where you can either ascend to the fifth dimension or descend into the third. It lies in your hands.
We are here to remind you that you are not what you perceive yourself to be. We are here to help you open your hearts, minds, and souls to the experience of wholehearted living.
We welcome you to the fifth dimension. You are about to embark on an adventure that will take you into higher consciousness and assist you in connecting with your true-self!
