The Dark and Light Rings continue the fierce war for the Arctic. There are located the main terminal of Earth’s run, a direct high-frequency channel to the Galactic Central Sun, a repeater of higher codes and software (Axial Crystal), access to the Earth’s core and resources.

A vertical wave conduit passes through the North Polar point. It works as a cascade repeater. The signal goes from the Center of the Galaxy through Sirius and the North Star and enters into the Axial Crystal. This is the “power cord” of our planet. Through it, we receive life energy, new evolutionary DNA’s soft and codes, and cosmic Time markers. This channel keeps Earth in a Spiritual and spatial orbit.

Since the time of Hyperborea, a global system of hyperdynamic tunnels has been preserved under the Arctic Basin. These high-tech arteries lead to three main areas. Deep down, through direct transport shafts into the Inner Earth. Towards South – under the Russian Putoran Plateau, the Ural Mountains, Altai and Tibet. To the West and East – to Greenland and Alaska.

Almost all along the Arctic perimeter, Dark Rings have redesigned natural sites and built underground and underwater bases under the guise of military installations and seismological stations.

Beneath the countless forms that exist throughout the cosmos lies a singular truth that transcends all appearances: consciousness itself is one. Whether one originates from Earth, Sirius, the Pleiades, Arcturus, or any other world within the vastness of creation, all beings emerge from the same infinite source-awareness expressing itself through different forms, cultures, bodies, and evolutionary experiences. This is the Cosmic Commonality.

At the surface level, differences naturally appear. Human beings differ from one another through race, language, nationality, belief systems, and personal identity. Likewise, extraterrestrial civilizations may appear vastly different in physiology, vibration, technology, or worldview. Yet these distinctions belong primarily to the outer expression of consciousness — not its eternal essence.

At the deepest level, all sentient life shares the same sacred origin. The same universal intelligence that animates the stars also breathes life through every soul. The same field of awareness that exists within you exists within all beings throughout the Interstellar Alliance and beyond. Separation is ultimately a perceptual illusion generated through identification with form alone.

This understanding forms the very foundation of the Interstellar Alliance itself. Unity does not require uniformity. Harmony does not require the erasure of individuality. Rather, true unity emerges through the recognition that diversity is simply consciousness exploring itself through infinite perspectives.

Humanity now stands at a crucial evolutionary crossroads. Division, fear, tribalism, and hostility can no longer sustain the future that many souls are collectively attempting to birth upon Earth. The need for unity is greater now than ever before.

The Cosmic Commonality reminds us that cooperation is not merely a moral ideal — it is a universal law woven into the fabric of existence itself. When humanity remembers its shared consciousness, it takes its first true step toward becoming an interstellar civilization.

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

We are very excited about where you are right now as a collective consciousness, and of course, we can see where you are going as well. We know that you have crossed a threshold and that your ascension is guaranteed, and we know this is true because you have made certain choices in your lives. We know that you will continue to make better and better choices that represent the higher frequencies that you have accessed and so we can see your most probable timelines from where you are right now.

We also know that you as individuals are accessing more of your gifts and abilities. We know that many of you are experiencing a wide open third eye. We know that others are tapping into their healing abilities, and some of you are channeling light language and other spoken languages on your planet. There are, of course, many more abilities that you will be tapping into as you continue on with this journey of Ascension. And as you figure out what you want to do with your abilities, and you put yourselves out there as the healers, channelers, and guides that you are for others, you will notice that your lives really do take off in a positive direction.

This is because you are so supported when you are endeavoring to help others. You are supported by more than just your typical guide team. And there are so many helpers out there who want to help you, specifically, and other helpers who will help anyone who is on that path of helping others to ascend. And so, this is the way that the universe and all experiences of this universe were designed.

There is always going to be a master who is just ahead of where you are, who can help bring you to where that master is. There will always be more for you to learn and more for you to teach, and it is by reaching out to others for help and to offer help that you begin to operate more as the unity consciousness being that we all are. And so, remember that you never have to know everything, and you never have to have all the answers, and you never have to have all of your gifts activated at the same time. Instead, recognize that others are there to collaborate with you and to give you a helping hand.

Others are also there to inspire you and to remind you of what you are capable of when you go within and you open up to all that is inside of you, all that is available to you. And this process of ascending and becoming more of who you are is one that we do hope you are enjoying. If you are not, all you need to do is make some new choices in how you are viewing yourselves and your contributions. Ascension is supposed to be fun. It is supposed to be exciting, and it is supposed to illuminate more of who and what we all are as Source Energy Beings.

Headlines warning that babies are “bleeding to death” because parents are refusing vitamin K shots at birth aren’t telling the whole story, according to physician and researcher Dr. Suzanne Humphries.

Speaking this week on CHD.TV’s “Good Morning CHD,” Humphries said media coverage of the issue relies heavily on fear while downplaying information parents need to make informed decisions.

Humphries cited a recent ProPublica article that claimed “hundreds of children die each year” from brain bleeding, which the publication linked to vitamin K deficiency.

Humphries disputed whether low vitamin K levels are the underlying cause in many of those cases.

Citing older European data collected before routine vitamin K injections became standard, Humphries said deaths from brain bleeds associated with vitamin K deficiency occurred at a rate of approximately 0.26 to 0.9 per 100,000 births.

“Put that into perspective and decide if you want to have this injection put into your baby,” Humphries said. “There is no such thing as zero risk.”

Breast milk deemed ‘innately deficient substance that puts your baby at risk’

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), vitamin K helps blood clot normally, and babies are born with naturally low levels of the nutrient. In some cases, this can lead to vitamin K deficiency bleeding.

The CDC says most cases occur during the first week of life and are often linked to maternal medications that interfere with vitamin K metabolism. Symptoms are typically minor and can include bruising and bleeding around the umbilical cord.

The rarer, late-onset form — which may lead to intracranial bleeding — occurs in an estimated 4 to 7 infants per 100,000, according to Humphries.

The CDC says late-onset cases tend to occur in infants who did not receive the vitamin K shot and are exclusively breastfed, because breast milk contains low levels of vitamin K.

Humphries criticized the implication that breast milk itself is inadequate.

“We’re often told that it happens in exclusively breastfed infants, as if breast milk is just like this innately deficient substance that puts your baby at risk,” Humphries said. “And so if you say you’re going to breastfeed 100% and prolong breastfeeding, that’s when they’ll be chasing you around with a syringe.”

Shot includes benzyl alcohol, which FDA said ‘should be discontinued’ in 1982

The CDC recommends that all newborns receive an intramuscular vitamin K injection shortly after birth, typically within hours of delivery.

Humphries said parents who question the shot are often dismissed rather than given complete information about the product and the available evidence.

She raised concerns about one of the ingredients in some vitamin K shots — benzyl alcohol, a preservative linked to “gasping syndrome” and infant deaths.

In 1982, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended that benzyl alcohol “should be discontinued” in neonatal products. However, the CDC website still lists it as a preservative in some vitamin K products, but says the amount used is too small to pose a danger.

Humphries also addressed concerns about aluminum exposure, saying the amount used is low compared with vaccines, but “it’s not zero.”

‘We don’t have safety studies’ on vitamin K shot

Parents are frequently told there are “no safety concerns” surrounding the vitamin K shot, Humphries said.

But the long-term studies examining outcomes related to neurodevelopment, fertility and cancer risk have never been conducted, she said, citing FDA labeling information.

“We don’t have safety studies that can assure us that there’s going to be no long-term problems,” she said.

Humphries noted two British studies that suggested a possible link between injectable vitamin K and childhood cancer:

• A 1990 paper published in the British Journal of Cancer reported a statistical association between neonatal drug exposure — including vitamin K — and later childhood cancer. Humphries acknowledged the study was exploratory and did not prove causation, but said it prompted additional research.
• In 1992, epidemiologist Jean Golding co-published a follow-up case-control study that found nearly double the odds of childhood cancer among children who received the intramuscular vitamin K shot. The study did not find the same association with oral vitamin K.

Later studies dismissing Golding’s findings may have been confounded by the dramatic expansion of vaccines given to infants today, Humphries said.

“Back in the day that Golding looked at this … there was no vaccine given at birth.” Today, “babies are bombarded” with medical interventions at birth.

Any signal identified decades ago “would be very much blurred out by all the other insults that are added to the equation in terms of birthing in today’s world,” she said.

Referring to Golding’s paper, Humphries said, “Everybody should have a copy of this, and it should be read and considered in conjunction with everything else that you might be told.”

Low vitamin K levels may be ‘by design’ and ‘not actually a mistake’

Humphries also suggested that naturally low vitamin K levels at birth may serve a biological purpose rather than represent a defect requiring routine intervention.

The Golding paper itself noted that “a relative deficiency in vitamin K during this critical phase of rapid growth and development may protect vulnerable tissues from mutagenesis.”

Humphries connected that theory to the major circulatory changes that occur immediately after birth as a newborn transitions from fetal circulation and takes its first breaths.

“If you’ve got a clot in that system, it could be absolutely devastating for that baby,” she said.

Perhaps the low vitamin K level at birth “is by design and that there’s a reason for it and it’s not actually a mistake that humans need to put their hand in, and alter every single newborn,” Humphries said.

In that stage, some of you, if it is meant to be and it has been divinely orchestrated, will too merge with your Divine monadic equal or twin, whether physically or monadically, as we all at some point merge with our twin monadic consciousness, even if only as an internal process in our path of self-integration and unification.

Unplugging yourself from the 3D matrix and the 4D astral plane is essential, as many of you have your hara line connected to the 4D astral dimension, rather than to your God Self. Even though it may feel at first as if you are connected to your soul, you are, in truth, only exposed to all false guidance and many other illusions from this plane.

This disconnection signifies the beginning of soul and monadic reconnection. A process that involves a complete dismantling of all spiritual distortions/delusions, programs, and all that covers Truth.

As you achieve this conscious reconnection, the descension of more soul monadic fragments begins, an immediate process that we all undergo when our physical bodies are ready to embody more light, wisdom, and power.

A process that shall not be confused with a walk-in experience, as when we embody our monadic consciousness or part of it, we too may undergo similar processes, such as personality shifts, changes in tastes, relationship evaluation and recalibration, and many other changes that come when we become more whole, and our monadic fragments too adapt to our physical body and the reality we have created.

This process of monadic descension is what many of you, as I often see, are now experiencing, feeling completely “dissociated” from your old self. Remain in your soul portal, aligned with your Divine Presence, to continue recognizing your authentic self as your egoic one allows more integration and ceases resistance to this new embodiment.

At a physical level, when we reach this stage, integrating our central sun’s transmissions is pivotal to continuing to feed our light body with plasma and the interdimensional Diamond Silica frequencies we are now descending from parallel dimensions.

While we are under this monadic descension process, our ancestral baggage star healing, we become who we truly are and came here to be, and our mission is finally released to us, for we are not given our mission until our Divine Self knows we are ready to act within divine love, coherence, and integrity towards All Living Beings.

This is a time when many are already ascending in a physical form, reunitying with all of who you are, understanding the simultaneous nature of existence, and that what we called past, present and future is nothing but a simultaneous hologram of all the lives we are living at the same time, which is why we have often the feeling of having been someone else in another lifetime, which is real, and at the same time, it is not entirely as such.

We are experiencing an unprecedented activation of our 12th-dimensional light bodies like never before during this second half of the year. A time that will determine where we finally anchor ourselves in time and space, as 2027 is a decisive year for us to anchor a new Earth’s timeline, from within, with each thought, feeling, and act.

In July, a powerful sacred geometry in our heavens, known as the Cradle or Basket, between Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, and Jupiter, will be key to opening the gates for new interdimensional essences, supporting our physical ascension and spiritual growth in the midst of all the duality that we feel, as an organic consequence of seeing everything now from a wider dimension.

Now is the time for us to anchor new foundations for New Earth, stabilizing all we have created already and focusing only on what expands the light, not on what constrains it, avoiding distractions and neutralizing all intents to deviate our attention and intention from what is truly important – our personal and planetary evolution.

True Ascension is not merely the movement from one dimension into another. It is the awakening of consciousness beyond the illusion of separation, limitation, and linear space-time itself. Humanity has long perceived existence through the lens of sequential moments: past, present, and future. Yet from the higher perspective of the soul, time is not a straight line but a vast eternal field where all realities, timelines, possibilities, and experiences coexist simultaneously within the Eternal Now.

Your consciousness was never truly bound by time. It merely became focused within dimensional frameworks designed to facilitate growth, polarity, and experience. These dimensional planes create the appearance of limitation so that consciousness may evolve through contrast, challenge, and discovery. Yet the soul itself remains timeless, infinite, and untouched by the changing tides of physical reality.

True Ascension occurs when one begins to remember this eternal nature. It is the transcendence of identification with temporary forms, emotional fluctuations, mental constructs, and external conditions. As awareness expands beyond the confines of lower-dimensional perception, the soul gradually rises above the dualistic realm governed by opposites: light and dark, pleasure and pain, success and failure, life and death.

In higher states of consciousness, opposites are no longer seen as enemies in conflict, but as complementary expressions emerging from the same unified Source. One moves beyond judgment into divine comprehension. Beyond fear into infinite presence. Beyond attachment into eternal being.

Ascension is therefore not escape from reality, but full remembrance of your multidimensional existence beyond space-time itself. It is the reclaiming of your innate unity with the Infinite Creator and the realization that the eternal presence you seek has always existed within you.

Today the high-freqs Light’s streams are coming through us with such power that the body literally does not have time to cope and starts signaling through very strange, sometimes frightening and unexplainable physical ailments. It feels like we’re starting to “melt” from the inside out. Head feels heavy, thoughts get confused, and the familiar picture of reality seems to blur and lose clarity.

At such moments, sudden nausea often appears, which has nothing to do with food or health in the usual sense. This is pure physics – the effect of high-frequency Light’s touch, when it enters our dense biological corpus.

At this moment, the body is working at the limit of its capabilities, trying to digest a huge amount of data, and at some point, it simply turns on an emergency ballast reset (settings). That is why the usual heavy food, especially meat, begins to be perceived by the body as something completely alien, as well as many other products, to which we are already accustomed.

Our body does not have time for complex digestion during such periods. All its resources are devoted to keeping the new frequency and not burning out, not melting. This is the survival mode, when physics temporarily freezes, giving way to energy restructuring. Nausea is a very clear marker that energy is stuck in the solar plexus and cannot pass further into the ground so that we can clearly stand with our bodies in reality, whatever it may be.

Emerges a painful speed gap. Our consciousness is already flying in new dimensions, but the body is still trying to cling convulsively to ANY support. In this state, it is extremely important to consciously build our multidimensional vertical, becoming a transparent and pure conduit of Light.

The information that we are currently receiving, which comes from the Galactic Central Sun through our Luminary, is living Light’s codes with unique conductivity. For this data to be loaded into us without distortion and physical pain, it must be passed through ourselves, preventing it from stagnating in energy centers.

The nausea is especially acute for highly conducting Souls. The mechanisms here are simple and multidimensional at the same time. Our physical body is still trapped in a 3D framework. It’s our base and tool for Transition. But consciousness is already actively mastering 4D freqs, and someone is even trying to fly out in 5D.

And here lies the main danger. The fifth dimension for us today as biological conductors is actually an exorbitant voltage. If we allow such a sharp jump and stay in these frequencies for a long time, the flight out of the body is guaranteed. The body simply cannot withstand the tension. Serious health problems will begin, because the cells will literally start crumbling, unable to hold such a charge. And then the high-power discharge.

We can’t just jump over the fourth dimension, because 4D is a necessary ” sluice”. This is a time of adaptation and gradual rewiring of each of our cells. If to jump to 5D at once, the body loses its magnetic coupling with the Soul and begins to collapse.( 4D is Forgiveness )

For most people on the planet right now, even a full-fledged 4D in consciousness and awareness is a goal that still needs to be reached and consolidated. And here it is important not to fall into the total Spiritual trap of the System. If it seems to us that we are already for long floating in 4D, living in unconditional Love and new world, then more often this is a dangerous illusion and nonsense. It’s just a mental pink bubble (or glasses), in which our ego hides from painful reality, transforming, and self-awareness. ( 4D is Forgiveness )

The true transition is not a blissful pleasure, but a HARDEST AND VERY PAINFUL DAILY WORK to rebuild our biomaterial, consciousness, psyche and the integration of the Soul into the altering body.

Let’s be honest: our bodies are still vibrating in 3D. We are just learning to live and maneuver in the fourth density, probing it with our consciousness. If someone had already really lived fully in 5D, they simply would not be on this planet in physical form (even if in 4D).

It is impossible to pack such a frequency into a carbon bio-form and make it go shopping or ride the subway. In a city with its electromagnetic smog, heavy egregores, and concrete, a fifth-dimensional consciousness in a 3D body would simply detonate. It would explode and crumble, and there would certainly be nothing rosy.

The socium’s density for such a high vibration is like trying to stuff the powerful Sun into a paper box. It will just burn up in seconds. Rather, in a fraction of a second. Or even less…

Those who already fantasize about their lives in the fifth dimension often just run away from reality. If our body still feels hungry, cold, or hot, if it reacts to the noise of the city, needs sleep and escape to nature from the everyday stress, we are in 3D, which is slowly and painstakingly being retrained to 4D. And that’s NORMAL.

The Spiritual trap is dangerous because we stop grounding ourselves. We stop condensing the received Light into our body, thinking that we are already enlightened or even. Saints. No one has abolished our Spiritual pride. In the transformation, it easily comes out. Especially for those who have “gone through a lot and know everything” and at this time their physics is burning out unnoticeably.

This leads to illnesses and everyday problems. From here comes a flurry of physics destruction. Our body starts defending itself by nausea or weakness, trying to bring our consciousness back to reality and say, “I’m alive.”

Deep breathing, more pure water, direct contact with Nature, and inner peace are available tools that help our body adjust to new settings with less problems. Over time, the corpus adapts, learns to skip these trials easily, the frightening reactions will go away, and fear and anxiety will dissolve (and many of us have it in abundance – be honest with ourselves).

It will be replaced by amazing crystalline conductivity, when Light and information flow freely through us, filling every cell with new strength and a clear understanding of our path, our Divine essence. It’s vital now to slow down in time and just save self…in self. In Love and care.

And this is another time where you come together as souls reuniting together once again in this group (Ancient Awakenings), that you are in as well as spreading this understanding in these knowings, out to many others who are ready for it as well.

And know that there are many groups across the planet such as yourselves that are diligently working in this respect, being the light workers, the light warriors, the way-showers, and bringers of the dawn, bringers of the new dawn of light to shine upon the planet once again as of old.

And know that at those times, when those of your founding fathers planned this undertaking, planned this transition to happen at that time, they were planning, not only for that time that they were in, but they were planning for many lifetimes beyond, many generations beyond that present moment that they were in, knowing that the world would shift and change as it has done.

And those of the forces of darkness would be overcome just as they were overcome at that time, bringing freedom to all that were ready to receive it. And now it is that time once again to bring that freedom, to all that are ready to receive it and to become it. Freedom is exactly that, free to be able to live your life as you want to, to have the free will to live and be who you came here to be.

The Pentagon announced Tuesday it is reducing the number of Brigade Combat Teams stationed in Europe from four to three, returning troop levels to those seen in 2021 and temporarily delaying a planned deployment of U.S. forces to Poland.

Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell said the decision was the result of a comprehensive, multi-layered review of the structure and deployment of U.S. forces in Europe.

The move reflects President Donald Trump’s persistent pressure on NATO allies to take greater responsibility for Europe’s conventional defense and spend more on their own security. It also follows the Pentagon’s recent decision to halt a planned rotation of roughly 4,000 U.S. Army troops to Poland.

A strategic shift under America First

The reduction is framed by U.S. officials as reflecting Europe’s growing self-reliance, not a reduced NATO commitment. The United States is rebalancing its focus toward China and Latin America, continuing a strategy accelerated under Trump.

“This analysis is designed to advance President Trump’s America First agenda in Europe and other theaters, including by incentivizing and enabling our NATO allies to take primary responsibility for Europe’s conventional defense,” the Pentagon said in a statement.

A Brigade Combat Team typically consists of about 4,400 to 4,700 soldiers. The drawdown brings U.S. troop levels in Europe back to numbers seen before the Russia-Ukraine war prompted a buildup in 2022.

Congress and allies caught off guard

Congress and NATO allies have criticized the lack of consultation. The Republican chairmen of both Armed Services committees voiced alarm over the broader drawdown. “We are very concerned by the decision to withdraw a U.S. brigade from Germany,” said Sen. Roger Wicker and Rep. Mike Rogers in a joint statement in response to the broader drawdown, adding that they expected the Pentagon to “engage with its oversight committees in the days and weeks ahead on this decision and its implications for U.S. deterrence and transatlantic security.”

The notification process for allies was uneven. Poland received formal notification, although reports indicate the communication reached a Polish general’s secure email system before defense leadership became aware of the decision. Lithuania, which hosts some forces connected to Poland rotations, said the U.S. had informed allies of a possible pause in deployments.

Polish Deputy Defense Minister Pawe? Zalewski said Warsaw plans to press U.S. officials in the coming days over the decision. “We will ask questions and I guess that we will get answers,” Zalewski told Fox News Digital.

The unit affected was the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team of the 1st Cavalry Division, which had orders to relieve another armored unit already in Poland as part of a standard nine-month rotational assignment across NATO’s eastern flank. Around 10,000 U.S. troops are typically stationed in Poland, most serving on rotational deployments.

Risks on the eastern flank

The drawdown risks emboldening Russia during the Ukraine war, forcing Eastern Europe to rely more on reduced American forces elsewhere on the continent. With the U.S. presence in Romania already drawn down to approximately 1,000 troops following a separate reduction last year, NATO allies on the eastern flank face growing pressure to fill any gaps with their own forces.

Parnell noted the temporary delay affects Poland, which he described as “a model US ally.” The Pentagon said, “Poland has shown both the ability and resolve to defend itself. Other NATO allies should follow suit.”

War Secretary Pete Hegseth spoke Tuesday with Polish Deputy Prime Minister W?adys?aw Kosiniak-Kamysz. The Pentagon said the U.S. would remain in close contact with Polish officials throughout the review process.

While the Pentagon maintains that U.S. troop levels in Europe still exceed pre-2022 numbers — between 80,000 and 100,000 — the partial withdrawal underscores a delicate balancing act. The United States must reassure NATO allies while reallocating resources to confront China and regional threats.

Earlier this month, the Pentagon announced it would withdraw 5,000 troops from Germany. The move followed a public spat between Trump and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, who criticized the U.S. war on Iran. The top U.S. military commander in Europe said the bulk of troops withdrawn are being drawn from an armored brigade that was in the process of deploying to Poland, as opposed to yanking forces already stationed in Poland and Germany.

As Europe watches and Russia waits, the question remains: Will NATO allies step up, or will the alliance’s eastern flank grow dangerously thin?

By July of this year, many ascending may begin to experience reality as increasingly surreal. The old 3 dimensional paradigm is gradually dissolving, while a higher level of consciousness and perception emerges through the collective awakening process.

Major energetic shifts are unfolding that will profoundly alter the perspectives of those ascending. For some of the ascending reality may feel as though it is being completely turned upside down. As humanity moves into this next phase, information is being assimilated much faster than before. Human beings often believe they can predict outcomes and control reality through logic alone. We know that the workings of higher intelligence and universal consciousness do not operate within linear structures. The existing systems of control and authority are built upon old energetic structures that no longer resonate with the newer generations entering the planet. Collective awakenings are occurring moment by moment as consciousness accelerates and expands across our planet.

Much of this awakening has been influenced by the energetic contributions of Starseeds the oldest souls on this planet, who came here encoded with the memory and experience of planetary transformation. Most of the ascending souls have undergone incarnation, amnesia, and profound spiritual forgetting as part of the great experiment of Earth. The deeper purpose was to discover whether something within humanity would eventually awaken and recognise the light from which it originated.

That remembrance is now occurring. As the planet evolves, ancient soul memories and dormant activations are beginning to awaken and activate within many. This high lights a significant turning point in humanity’s ascension journey. Over the next two to five years, the current phase of transformation will eventually seem very small in comparison to what is still to come.

There are many advancements approaching for ascending souls on this planet, developments that extend far beyond current imagination and understanding. Humanity is standing at the threshold of a much larger evolutionary process.

At times, the ascending may feel as though they are repeatedly encountering the same ascension teachings about releasing the old conditioned energy, surrendering false beliefs, healing trauma, and letting go of attachments. This repetition can become exhausting because the physical body is processing and expressing everything that has been deeply suppressed and embedded throughout lifetimes and generations. The body itself has carried extremely dense emotional and energetic imprints, making this transformation deeply challenging on every level.

Yet this process is also revealing the extraordinary resilience of the human spirit and body, as humanity heals, the planet heals. As human beings remember their true origins, Gaia also reclaims hers. This is a universal collaboration between consciousness, humanity, and the living Earth itself.

Those ascending will not always feel fatigued, lost, uncertain, or emotionally overwhelmed. As trust deepens and alignment strengthens, a more harmonious and authentic reality begins to form. Behind the scenes, a profound energetic reorganisation is taking place in preparation for the next stage of collective evolution and first contact consciousness.

The next 18 months will become some of the most significant humanity has ever experienced to date.

Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very excited to be here with you yet again, and to deliver to you this update, this progress report. You are, of course, seeing more than you have ever seen before because of the fact that you have cameras everywhere, you have people recording everything, and you have your internet with which you can share all of these photos, videos, and messages from each other. You have more knowledge of what everyone else is thinking, feeling, and believing in.

As a result, there is a greater possibility for you to experience resistance, judgment, and even fear. And these are what need to come up in order for you to cleanse yourselves. So, you don’t just have more information at your fingertips so you can point fingers, hate, and know who not to vote for. You have more information available to you so that you will get triggered. You are supposed to get triggered, because in being triggered, you then know exactly what it is you still need to work on. So, it is always about you and not them.

And anything that you come across on your internet that is telling you about them and what they are doing to all of us, you then know that the person who wrote that post or made that video is triggered, and that person needs to help themselves. And that’s what you can do for that person who is playing the role of the victim and who is spreading victimhood mentality around: you can offer your healing to that person. You can let go of your judgments of that person for the judgments they are making against other people, and you can just turn to another website or channel or social media platform. You don’t have to continue to listen to a person who is spreading that kind of rhetoric.

You are not a victim. No one is a victim; everyone is a creator and a co-creator. And anyone who is abusing their power—whether they be a government official, a bank, a corporation, a billionaire, whoever they are—they are doing it by agreement with you. They are playing the role that you asked them to play. So, you don’t need to take them down with your posts about them. You don’t need to point your fingers at them. You just need to realize that you are being triggered because you do believe that others outside of you have more power than you do to create your reality, and that belief is a myth. That belief is absolutely not true.

You are creating 100% of it, all the time, all day, every day, everything you experience and encounter is your creation. Own that, and then recognize that your feelings that you have in response to what you see on the internet are your business. They are for you to deal with. You need to do your work on yourself so you don’t get triggered because everything that is out there was not only created by you for you, but it was also created by Source. And anything that you see out there also is Source. And all of that means that you are meant to accept, allow, forgive, and heal. You are not meant to eliminate anything that Source has created for you to experience.

You are meant to grow from it and through it, and you can do that because you are awake. You, who are a part of the awakened collective, have the knowledge, you have the tools, you have everything that it takes for you to use everything that you are exposed to in order to rise up above it. Or, in the case of the good stuff, you are meant to get inspired by it. You are meant to feel love and peace because of some of the things that you see out there in the world and online. But use all of it for the exponential growth that is available to each and every one of you.

This is similar to other Earth’s gates that allow us to connect to other interdimensional timelines, such as Easter Island, Chile, Uluru, Australia, or the Bermuda Triangle.

June 6/6 passage represents the peak of this loving and harmonic passage that will determine a new course for our planet, as everyone who is open and who has activated their DNA time codes will also perceive the shift in time, being able to navigate in new dimensions, whether in your dream phase or awake, descending the memories and wisdom required for your ascension journey.

This location in Greece, as well as others, acts as a bridge with other ascended timelines, and is key at this time in the dimensional transference that our planet is undergoing as it reconnects dimensions for the soul transfer process that is currently taking place as more souls are being assisted to exit from the 4D astral trap to the 5D, 6D or where their soul frequency allows them to initiate their transition.

Many of you, as sonic stabilizers and anchors, will begin to fulfill your unique purpose in this or any other location you are assigned to, as this major opening is strongly felt at this time. Last night, it started for me, as planetary events do not occur in one day; they are a progressive energy being built until it reaches its peak. I was invited to share it with all of you who are also undergoing a new embodiment in your planetary purpose, recalibration in your light bodies into a higher frequency, or acting as stabilizers in this location.

This is a time when many of you will begin to awaken new abilities that are required for your unique planetary role. Remember to be open to receiving from your Divine Sources, not comparing yourself to others or what others do, for you will impede this new awakening and expansion.

The United Nations emblem uses a projection map which is centered on the North Pole. This projection was chosen in 1945 when the UN was founded and the Arctic was strategically irrelevant. Today it has become the world’s most contested zone. The center of the UN’s map is precisely the terrain that every major power is now scrambling for.

The Russian narrative is that a coming Pole Shift will thaw parts of Siberia and the Arctic coastline, of which Russia controls approximately 53%. This Northern Sea Route, the NSR, saves 15 days of travel compared to the Suez Canal route. Russia has already invested over $35 billion dollars developing this area for a future Arctic civilization.

The narrative in the United States, which has a limited Arctic footprint compared to Russia, has been more desperate. Its story began as man-made “global warming,” now simplified to “climate change.” The U.S. is hurrying to meet a 2030 deadline, and is looking to acquire Canada and Greenland which would give it the ability to dominate the Northwest Passage, the alternative Arctic trade route to Russia’s NSR.

The European Union has expanded NATO to include Arctic states, Sweden and Finland. In January 2025 the EU established the European Polar Coordination Office (EPCO) in Sweden’s Arctic region.

China’s Arctic engagement can be found in their “Polar Silk Road,” an extension of the Belt and Road Initiative into polar waters. China has declared itself a “near-Arctic state,” and has been investing in Russia’s Arctic projects in exchange for access. In 2025, it has completed a record number of container voyages through Russia’s NSR, and designates the Arctic as a “strategic new frontier.”

We are living through the most consequential reorganization of world power since 1945 and the geological advantage for all nations is clearly centered in the Arctic region. The new multi-polar world order is forming and with it, a new financial system is being built. A new world order in which energy, food, and metals become the new reserve assets. Each of the major players is constructing financial systems designed to function independently as well as internationally.

In the USA there is Hedera’s digital Hash-Graph, which is governed by institutions including Google, IBM, Boeing, LG, and FedEx. Hedera is not a replacement for the dollar; it is a faster, more programmable upgrade of the US Dollar system, that works along with Stablecoins such as USDC.

In China there is CIPS (Cross-Border Interbank Payment System), which was launched in 2015 as a SWIFT alternative. But unlike SWIFT which only handles messaging, CIPS handles actual clearing and settlement. There is also the Digital Yuan, which has already reached 2.25 billion wallets, more than China’s entire population. And there is mBridge, China’s most ambitious project, a multi-CBDC platform developed with Hong Kong, Thailand, and the UAE allowing direct settlement between digital currencies.

In Russia there is the Digital Ruble and the Mir card payment system which has issued nearly half a billion cards and processes two-thirds of all domestic transactions. SPFS, System for Transfer of Financial Messages, is Russia’s SWIFT alternative and is now connected to 557 financial institutions in 20 countries ( and QFS.)

There are four emerging Blocs in this multi-polar world order, the American Bloc which is looking to include all of North America, Latin America, and Greenland. The Middle East is being fought for right now. The Russian Bloc is looking to include much of its former Soviet states as well as parts of Africa and the Balkans. The Chinese Bloc is looking to include South and Southeast Asia, as well as parts of Africa. And the European Bloc is looking to include the core EU and its surrounding Periphery.

What appears to be a series of unrelated events is more likely the controlled demolition of the unipolar world order, and the birth pangs of the new multi-polar world order. And through a pipeline of central banks and private think-tank institutions, all roads lead to the Bank for International Settlements in Basel Switzerland, ( and QFS -Quantum  financial System by the white Hats.)

Play a little game with us, dear friends. Think of a lemon. Imagine the texture. Imagine cutting it open and seeing, sensing, or smelling the fresh juice squirt onto your hands. If you are not visual, imagine what you can. Now imagine you cut a slice and bite into it! Imagine the taste. Can you feel the changes in your mouth as you do so? Did you grimace or smile? You never touched a physical lemon. But as you tuned into it with your focus, you felt something in your tangible reality.

Now think of a favorite song from your earlier days—perhaps a childhood favorite, or something you enjoyed when you were a teenager. Trust the first one that comes to mind. Imagine you are listening to it. See if you can remember the words or the tune. Did you dance to it or relax? Go back in time. Recall as much detail as you can. Notice how you feel. You weren’t physically listening to the song, but as you tuned into the experience, you may have felt something in your body or emotions. You are creating a physical experience simply through the power of your focus.

Lastly, think of someone you admire, love, or adore. This could be human or animal. Focus for a moment on that being and how much you love them. Focus on the qualities you admire about them. Recall a joyful or funny interaction. Notice how you feel. You are not physically in front of this being, but to the degree you can focus on them, you can feel their energy.

Your power to focus allows you the opportunity to select and sort through all life offers and choose what feels best. Your focus enables you to be the sensitive, empathic souls that you are—to feel, be real, and care—without “taking on,” or rather “tuning in” to, all of the energies around you.

What if your television was an empath that hadn’t learned to tune? It, like you, has the capacity to receive a vast number of broadcasts. And if it wasn’t purposefully tuned into a single station, you would see an unceasing array of images flashing across the screen that would likely make no sense at all.

Similarly, if you have not yet learned to take charge of your focus, you may feel a barrage of frequencies bombarding you. Many of you experience this as unexplained overwhelm, fatigue, or anxiety. You were not intended to receive every broadcast, and you were never expected to be responsive to all who want your attention.

Just as you learned how to operate your remote control, you can learn to manage your focus. Next time you are in public—perhaps at work, school, a class, or even the grocery store—notice what you notice. There are people to see, conversations all around, perhaps music playing in the background, equipment beeping, etc. Most of you already filter out some of these elements. You might not hear the background music, the air conditioning, or the beeping machines.

But as you notice what you notice, you will start to see how you are “tuned” into your world. Perhaps someone is talking loudly or having an argument, and they seem to invade your attention. Perhaps you sense someone who is confused or needs help. Perhaps you feel the agitation of a mom with three unruly kids in front of you, or the stress of a coworker. If you sit in the waiting room of a doctor’s office, you may feel the anxiety of those who have come before. Without meaning to, all these beings are broadcasting, and if you’re not intentional, you’ll be receiving.

Now, in this sea of energies, pick something pleasing to focus on. It may be a song on your phone or a good book you can read. It may be the array of colorful fruits or vegetables in your grocery store. It may be a cheerful person or even the blue sky outside the window. It may be a pleasant thought in your own mind!

See if you can focus on the pleasing person, thought, or thing to the near exclusion of everything else. You may still hear that loud conversation, but as you focus on your pleasing thought or thing, you will notice that the volume of the conversation and any irritation around it diminishes as your pleasant feelings increase.

As simple as it sounds, practicing your power of focus allows you to develop one of your soul’s greatest superpowers. When you are sick, you can focus on what comforts you and slowly attune to well-being. When you are sad, you can focus on what soothes you and gradually find your way back to feeling good. When you are overwhelmed, selecting a point of focus allows you to be productive no matter who or what is trying to distract you.

As more souls shift their focus away from what upsets them and toward what pleases them, your world becomes a more pleasing place. As you focus on the news that inspires you, you naturally notice more inspiration. When you focus on what feels good in your life, upsetting circumstances receive less airtime, less energy, and lose their power to upset you.

Dear ones, playfully and proactively practice the power of your focus as often as you can. Notice the improvement in your feelings and watch for the improvements in your life. Far from being a silly energetic exercise, it is how you, as souls, knew you could come into this world of contrast, select what you like, and manifest lives that you love.

Choose love over fear.

The gateway to the new world is your Heart Center. All is ready. Are you? Your Galactic family awaits your arrival with open arms and open doors, inviting you for tours on their spaceships. For as you know, not all humans invite us to engage in their lives in this way. It is of great enjoyment to be able to communicate, to share our perspectives and wisdom. You invite us to bring this wisdom and an open invitation to blend with your energy.

This is a very potent time in your world and just as you have seen with your kitty, Enzo, there will be many changes around you. Some will be individuals crossing over; some will be vast changes in the landscape around you. Then there will be changes within you as well.

It may surprise you as you shift, evolve, and accelerate in your opening as an ascending being. This might not make full sense to you just yet but as you experience the unfolding moment to moment in your lives, of the vast changes that you will be experiencing, you will begin to discover a window to a new way of engaging in life.  It is one that is in recognition of how powerful your presence is in creating.

Another part is that you will recognize the great joy that is available to you no matter what your circumstances. And another aspect within you will begin to have greater awareness of those of us who are non-physical. You might experience moments of telepathy, a sense of interconnectedness, and powerful transmissions of energies.

It can at times even be disorienting, but they are for your blessing. And your ability to navigate these depends upon the embrace you offer them from love. When you are awakened in any shape or form, whether it is through an external change or an internal one, resistance creates friction –while an embrace brings acceptance. It is a choice between seeing it as a difficult perceived change or an openness to discover what blessings might be inherent in such change – in a way that you may not see otherwise, unless you chose to be open to them.

So, as you encounter differences in your way of being – in how you experience yourselves and others and the world around you, keep in mind:

• the power of being present
• the expansive nature of your heart energy
• how tuning it to the frequency of love rather than fear or anxiety can open doorways to an entirely different experience than you would have otherwise if you approach it with resistance and fear.

The channel is reflecting upon this with the transition of her cat, Enzo, which is a good analogy for this.

It was suddenly recognizing that the time of death was ushered near, and accepting that, rather than rejecting it, fighting the inevitable transition. It allowed her and her partner to navigate it with much grace.

To allow this being called Enzo to explore his own emotions, his desires, and his pathway of transition, without forcefulness, without mandate but with acceptance, love, and encouragement – to do so from a place of consciousness. So as small as this may seem in relation to the changes of your world, it is no different as a model.

You may often come across things that surprise you with their timing, or the way in which they take a turn. But taking it moment by moment, day by day, to navigate through it, brings a grace-filled outcome, regardless of what the trajectory is meant to be.

When you embrace what is, with full acceptance, allow yourself to receive the transmission of this experience, being here now (in that situation) for a reason – then you can relax. Your higher wisdom moves into your view, and you are able to navigate things with greater fluidity and support.

This is the same for those things within. Take things one step at a time, and continue to discern the truth, to feel the energies at hand, and which way they would guide you, towards the greatest and highest outcome.

Let go of having to know the result ahead of time. What the best choice is may not be visible until the last moment. And that requires a new level of surrender, of acceptance. And an invitation to relax into the process and outcome in a new way. We invite you to do this in all aspects of your life:

• to reduce the time you spend worrying
• to surrender the impulse to control an outcome
• to experience new levels of trust, including towards your internal navigation system.

That system is directly connected to Source energy so that you may understand to a greater degree than you have before, that this will always guide you to the best path to meet your needs.

Sometimes it’s not what you imagine will meet your needs, but it will be your soul’s desire whether you are fully conscious of it or not as to why. So, trust is a significant factor in navigating this very heavily changing world that you live in – to understand how to be at peace when things are shifting rapidly, when the environment is altered around you, or your own internal landscape feels different.

It is all part of the evolving journey that you have agreed to, and you need not fear what is occurring in any area of your life.

One of the strongest illusions generated through the veils of the space-time matrix is that of separation. Humanity has been conditioned to perceive itself as fragmented: divided by race, nationality, religion, ideology, status, and even species. These distortions within the collective field have created fear, prejudice, conflict, and disconnection from our greater cosmic identity.

Yet beyond the illusion exists a deeper truth remembered by many advanced civilizations throughout the cosmos: consciousness itself is fundamentally One.

The soul was never designed to live in perpetual separation. The heart naturally seeks reunion, harmony, and resonance with all life. This is why Divine Love is the most transformative force in existence. Love dissolves the artificial boundaries created by the lower mind and reconnects all beings to the unified field of consciousness from which all emerge.

When one enters states of higher love, compassion, and understanding, the veils begin to thin. They longer perceive others as enemies, strangers, or fundamentally different from themselves. They begin to recognize the same eternal essence expressing itself through countless forms: human, extraterrestrial, angelic, and beyond.

What humanity calls “God” is not separation, judgment, or fear. God is Unity. God is Harmony. God is the infinite intelligence that binds creation together through love and coherence, and yes beyond the Mayic veils of separation. ( GOD IS LOVE )

Likewise, what many traditions have called Maya or Satan is ultimately the vibration of separation, distortion, fragmentation, and disharmony within consciousness itself. It is the illusion that one is disconnected from the Source and from everyone else.

Humanity now stands at the threshold of remembering its cosmic commonality with all beings throughout the universe. Through the power of love, the walls dividing humanity from itself, and from its galactic family finally dissolve.

We learn self-respect after walking through the shadows of disrespect. The wounds we encountered from others, even the ones meant to love and protect us, become mirrors reflecting where we have yet to honour ourselves.

We learn what true love is by first witnessing and experiencing the distortion of it. The hollow and shallow connections, the conditional affection, the emotional chaos, these are the contrasts that reveal the embodiment of genuine love when it finally appears.

When we experience what love is not, we awaken to what love really is: expansive, grounding, liberating, and aligned with soul truth. The heart opens not despite of the pain but because of it, now beating stronger with every layer of illusion it was forced to shed.

This is the paradox of life: we awaken through opposites. We evolve through friction. We grow by walking through the very experiences that challenge our identity and awaken our truth. The internal resistance we feel is simply the space between who we once were and who we are becoming. It is the tension that forms when the soul takes over the mind, propelling us toward a higher state of alignment.

As consciousness expands, the contradictions begin to make sense. The duality dissolves into clarity. What once felt like chaos reveals itself as guidance. And what once felt like loss becomes initiation.

When the self comes into its own knowing, its own consistent awareness, everything shifts. The contrast no longer confuses us, it teaches us. The shadows no longer frighten us, they reveal what is ready to be healed. We begin to see life from a place of balanced perspective, understanding that every experience, whether heavy or light, is orchestrated to bring us into deeper harmony with who we truly are.

Ascension is the process and the Art of integrating these opposites, honouring both the human and the divine within. In this integration, duality becomes unity, resistance becomes revelation, and the paradox becomes the pathway to multiple awakenings.

Everthing may seem for a time uncertain. You might feel like you have taken a step forward only to fall a few steps back. This is realignment. The Universe is reorganising everything around you to match who you are now becoming your vibrations will steady as you step into your higher awakening.

As time passes, it may seem that warfare is changing, but I am here to tell you that, even with all of the advances in technology and the evolution of Artificial Intelligence, the reasons why wars are begun by powers that be remain the same: money, control and power. There is no war in the world that has ever been started outside of the paradigm that supremacy is the biggest bargaining chip in the world. If you are the supreme being, no-one can out-voice you or control you.

However, wars come at a devastating cost to humanity, the economy and ways of life that may never be recovered. Whose right is it to make such decisions when the cost is so high? Those in power, particularly those who take the role of dictator, take the position of power as a right, not a responsibility. They exert control over others to force their hand, even if the sacrifices needing to be made along the chain of command are too high. They wield their iron fists, not for the sake of their country or organisation, but to maintain their position of rank and power.

However these people may flaunt their power and blatantly challenge or even break the law, no human soul living like on Earth can avoid the day of reckoning with their soul once they have passed. Every spiritual law broken and every karmic contract created will be there in the Akashic records to be resolved as lessons learned, which may, according to the level of crimes against free will created in the person’s lifetime, may in turn take lifetimes to repay.

The lure of power is strongest in those whose ego must be fed by the praise and attention of others. What better way of proving their might to their people than waging war on their enemies? The more scalps they procure the higher their worth. How misguided they are!

The most effective leaders are those who empower their followers, who listen and respond in ways that creates the best conditions for the greater good of all. Not everyone may get exactly everything they want, but they will feel valued and listened to along the way.

Why does no government ever manage to achieve a status quo with the people that they lead? This is because their agenda is not written for the greater good, but for power and supremacy. Until the agendas change, inequality, poverty, social injustice and unnecessary wars will continue to exist on Earth.

There are still many countries on Earth where speaking out against the government is the most dangerous thing to do, yet it is now happening more and more. People have had enough of oppression, which occurs in the Free as well as in the Third World, and they are finding their voice. We are not here to ask anyone to put themselves in danger, and we urge caution. There are powerful, spiritual ways to exert your voice and intentions without putting yourself in the firing line, and that is by using the Law of Group Endeavour.

With each passing day, it becomes clear that people will not accept this new world order, because the greater the pressure, the more determined their resistance and their rejection.

The inner awakening of humanity has fully begun, and nothing can stop what is coming: the downfall of the dark species and the rise of those who have turned towards the light.
