The basic motivational forces guiding the direction of any intelligent species is an amalgamation of dreams, desires and decisions. Those translate into the experience that we call life but why are we here? What is the purpose of this life and what is the purpose for all of the life that surrounds us? It can best be explained by a cheese sandwich. It was written once that if you were to take into account all the processes that go into the seemingly innocuous task of making a cheese sandwich, you would see behind the scenes hundreds if not thousands of people and at least one cow having some part in creating the ingredients to make that sandwich. In other words, billions of people perform whatever tasks that get them through life while interconnected to everyone else through supply chains that stretch around the globe in a necessary web called supply and demand. It does not stop there though, that same interconnectedness follows through to the animals that share this planet with us for they too have a purpose.

Known or unknown, that purpose directs our steps to the appropriate place we need to be at the exact moment we need to be there through a mysterious combination of karma, past lives, guides, our subconscious, super ego and rational thought. The way it works could be compared to writing a book, starting a business, composing a song or making a telephone call. We present ourselves to the world through the creation of the aspect we call “I”. That “I” aspect goes through a series of daily routines to learn the lessons of life with the best lessons coming when those routines are interrupted. All of which leads to either one of our two purposes in life if not both, to learn or to teach. We are here in body after body to grow as conscious individuals no matter how long it takes to progress because there is no end to ascension. Continuing the path upward takes place without the need for any input from us as we have to learn from the decisions we make anyway. It never hurts however to take some pro-active steps to help us along our journey so here is just one for example where you'll never even have to leave the comfort of your mind.

Try to imagine yourself as a porpoise swimming in the sea with the great depths below you have mapped with your sonar and the great heights above you know are there every time you draw a breath. Few creatures in the sea around you have the ability to live in two worlds as you do with both sea and sky your domain when you take flight and soar like a bird if, only for a short time. Few creatures in the ocean care as much as you do, play as much as you do or fight as fiercely as you can whenever a threat is identified that may harm your podmates. Now imagine swimming with your pod on a beautiful, sunny day when you come across a kayaker paddling near your path. Gliding over to investigate, the person paddling the kayak stops so you pop your head up just out of the water near one side of it. The two of you lock eyes until the scene shifts and now you are the kayaker looking into the eyes of a porpoise. Now imagine using that same technique to step into the life of someone you wish to know better. Imagine living their life for a day to know how best to approach them in a new and empathic understanding of the life they lead.

As you can see, even an imaginary porpoise can have a purpose so, what are we here to learn and what is it we need to teach? The answer to these two questions has taken thousands of years of returning to this third dimensional speck of dust in the universe again and again in body after body. It is, and has always been, the goal of achieving excellence in everything we do. No matter if it is being a better person, a better worker, a better student, we are always looking to stand out from before and do better than we did the last time we did something. Life is no different. Each one is an improvement on the last and we are setting in place the structure to build on for our next foray into reality. Before that though, we have this reality ahead of us and it’s no accident that we find ourselves in the bodies that we do with no memory of the bodies we have inhabited before this one. Knowing exactly why we are here would spoil the surprise that is waiting for us as we ascend ever higher in consciousness. Of course we must love surprises, otherwise we would already be on the next dimension with a complete memory of our past lives at our recall and so it is that we unravel the mystery of our existence with each breath that we take, each conversation that we have, every browser search conducted and every thought that crosses our comprehension. Is it a mystery though or do we, like the porpoise, exist just for the fun of existing?

In the dark ages, knowledge was power and that power was held by the elite and clergy over the lower classes to control who could attain it until the introduction of the printing press that ushered in the age of enlightenment. Books, once prohibitively expensive, were now available to the common man but libraries open to the public as we would recognize them today wouldn't be established in large numbers until the end of the 19th century. With this freely available knowledge came the advancement of both commerce and technology making it an exciting time to be alive but no less exciting than for those who watched the birth of the internet. Access to knowledge in far greater quantity than ever before brought with it a connectivity we are enjoying the benefits of today. From the days of looking through shelves of books to the typing of a few keystrokes, knowledge has exploded at an incredible rate and that growth has led to the growth in the consciousness of the planet. Take for example the topic of non-earth entities and their craft seen frequently in our skies. In the days before the internet, a library search of the topic would have a limited number of books devoted to the subject with very few devoted to channelings from those entities. Now, thousands of websites can be found with incredible information available to anyone wishing to know what is being channeled and by who. 

One may wonder why such an explosion of information took so long to come about. One answer may be Atlantis, where a similar distribution of information was freely available to those souls who had incarnations which feel very familiar now. Knowledge found on other planets was accessible as was science, culture and technology. The internet of today also has knowledge found only on other planets such as “The Sirian Chronicles” from the July podcast of 2013 at the Hades Base News. Formally found only on Sirius in a higher dimension and other locations throughout Ashtar Command, it’s now a part of our internet where that and millions of other examples of such knowledge can be found so the internet could actually be called a galactic public library. The 21rst century is to be a wondrous time to be alive when the spread of knowledge throughout this world and other worlds can bring into being a true age of enlightenment. 

One thing holding back the coming of that age is the fact that while knowledge is no longer a resource to be doled out to only those in power, power still resides in those with outdated business models that are still in the dark ages. Such philosophies ignore the environment in favor of profit while the decisions governing such irresponsible policies are made a corporate level, far removed from what would be for the greater good of all. Luckily it is the explosive growth of knowledge that may possibly save us from ourselves as we see a need to alter those policies before we reach a point of no return. Unlike Atlantis, we have the power to keep the world from falling into a fate best not relived. What needs to continue is the sharing of knowledge such as green technology, clean transportation alternatives, providing healthy food and clean water to the masses which will bypass the debate and bring about change because there is no other choice. 

A hundred years ago, the public finally had easy access to books from all over the world and look what has happened since. Imagine in another hundred years the transformation that will come into existence should we ensure our survival as a race by then. As a former believer of past lives, I have come to the understanding that it would be more accurate to say we have one life and many bodies. The continuation of that life in a new body brings with it the accumulated knowledge gained through a long history of experiences and learning, each body marking a new set of lessons and a chance to advance our consciousness once more. Compared to recorded history, our present times allow access to learning unheard of for tens of thousands of years and this era is a special time in history that we’re privileged to be a part of in which access to the internet grants the user a virtual library card to wisdom from across the galaxy. It’s a smarter, more enlightened age we’re entering into and if knowledge is power, then the balance of power is shifting to the masses who have the ability to make their world one that is sustainable until 2116 and beyond.

Coincidence isn't a word heard much from the members of Ashtar Command on Hades base and it's no coincidence that the session chosen as this month's podcast at random has Karra discussing the circumstances of Tia's arrival on the 6th dimension. After getting the story form Tia herself in last month's podcast, this month we hear from Karra's point of view how everything came about. It's yet another example of level of the detail going on behind the scenes here at the Hades Base News taking place on a dimension higher than the 3rd.

In honor of April fool’s day, we have an analogy of an analogy, an escapist’s paradise for its millions of viewers it showed around the earth and a nightmare for others who wanted to share the truth in the movie “The Truman Show” released in 1998. Jim Carrey starred as Truman Burbank, an unassuming cog in the grand theater of life except that in his life and his life only, everything around him had been engineered to the Nth degree from birth. Cameras and microphones captured every minute of it and beamed it out to a public entranced by the vicarious thrill of reality TV. Truman’s illusion of that reality was literally shattered one afternoon when a lighting fixture from the gigantic, dome-shaped sound stage he was on fell from the sky to come crashing down at his feet. Further glitches in the system enhanced his suspicions until he finally struck out on his own to find the real world which had been elaborately designed to prevent just this type of curiosity. He commandeered a sailboat and he set off across his world's ocean only to face wild storms engineered by the show's designers which almost killed him. Nearly drowned but yet unbeaten by the obstacles put in his path, he continued on his quest once the storms had ceased until he ran into a wall holding him back from the unknown. It was on that wall that he found a door to the outside so after bidding one last farewell to the illusion holding him back from a reality he could only imagine, he stepped through it to find the love he had long thought lost.

The parallels jump out immediately when watching the movie but it is the deeper meanings behind the movie that is the subject of this editorial and as it is for the Hades Base News, it’s going to be about the illusion that we are the only known race in the universe. That general consensus is not as prevalent as it once was and more and more people are realizing the odds of that being true are unsustainable. The goal in this analogy is to explore all we can of what’s outside the dome by finding the door leading us to something we can know, not just believe in. Luckily there are many doors opening to a greater understanding of the other beings that inhabit this dimension as well as the countless beings in other dimensions who also interact with us also through their channelings found on the internet. The challenges to reaching that goal are almost too numerous to count but we’ll get the major ones covered to know how big the challenge really is.

First and foremost is the how comfortable it is inside the dome, how even the need to learn of life beyond the dome is of a much lower priority than global security, politics (especially in this most unusual political cycle), wars and rumors of wars. On top of that is the need to keep a comfortable lifestyle while at the same time avoiding those things that could bring that lifestyle to an end. Fear in the form of an economic crash, GMO’s, global warming and of course the end of all life on earth as we know it are just some of the things we can find as threats we'd like to avoid but can't. Then there are the distractions of one hundred million hours of streaming content being added to Facebook daily, hundreds of television stations, millions of podcasts and a social media that is the eyes and ears to the world. In all of that clutter needing to be digested on a daily basis, where is the compulsion to explore the reality outside the dome? That is where it comes down to an individual’s sense that all of the above can’t be all that there is. At some point a theoretical lighting fixture is going to fall out of the sky at our feet and then that is when we will go on our quest to know what is really out there to know, to learn from and be guided by entities each person comes across through their channelings the spirit feels drawn to study.

The unknown is a scary place, Truman’s own fears got the best of him and were exploited by the dome’s designers in various ways to scare him into keeping up the status quo even to seeing his father drown at sea to scare him out of traveling on water. Overcoming that fear took the love of a former cast mate spurring Truman to search for a world denied him. Our search will need something at least as inspirational. In this case it is a love of our planet that can be the motivation behind learning about the other races out there that have our back. Those fears we mentioned are real and our planet is in need of a concerted effort to help ourselves and the future generations who will follow our example. Techniques to help the planet can be found at the Hades Base News and other sources in growing numbers available on the web but if life in this reality gets any more real, it will be in the knowledge the bulk of humanity finds unreal that the answers needed for earth’s future will be found. It is at that point we can look back on the disaster that almost was and say ”in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!”

It’s time for another analogy and this month it’s a good one, comparing the many institutions of higher of learning to our ongoing search for enlightenment. Having never graduated high school, I have only a vicarious idea of school beyond the twelfth grade but for our purposes it should be enough. Prior to having met my first higher dimensional being in the form of Omal back in 1988 I held the same beliefs in extraterrestrials a large bulk of humanity holds in that they probably exist but in a way no one has been able prove to a skeptical public. Lacking real proof, I maintained the common assumption we were the only intelligent life in the universe and if there was other intelligent life out there it would be best if they and us left each other alone. Then came the channeling session of my life through the auspices of a channeler named Roger Pinion while living in Sedona and through him, Omal completely rewrote the beliefs I had held in a pretty dramatic way. He merely explained how the universe really worked as he answered question after question the audience asked from his 7th dimensional perspective while eliminating all doubt from my mind.

I moved to Lake Tahoe and nine years of channeling sessions followed once I learned Mark Crocker, my roommate at the time could astral travel. One night I suggested a trip to Hades Base and told him what I knew of it. He left in his astral form to follow a UFO that had been hovering over the house just for that purpose we were to discover later back through its dimensional hops to the base. In 2013 Karra gave me the impetus to share that knowledge that had been passed to me as podcasts from the sessions we recorded and the rest is history. Those nine years along with three years of repeated listenings has significantly altered that view of life beyond this planet I had back in 1988. In fact the difference between the two is like that between my formal education up to that point and where I find myself now after working for so long with those on the base. The incentive they provided to come up with questions for each session and go through the drills asked of me gave me an education I would equate to a university, a university of the mind. As such, I invite any who wish go through the same lessons I did from a group of teachers who have already achieved their master’s degree in the third dimension and moved on as educators from their campus up on Hades Base, five miles below the surface of Mars in a higher dimension. Founded in February of that 2013, the online classes were added on a monthly basis and will hopefully continue to be added for many years to come.

It is with great honor then that I would like to introduce you to our faculty for those who have not yet had opportunity to meet them in the last three years. Omal, the base commander, could best be described as the Dean of this fine institution and is a master of all the knowledge being taught from his achieved dimension of the seventh. He normally kept the sessions well in hand except for this latest podcast where he let things get a little out of control. Karra, our resident ambassador from Sirius, is in charge of the medical side of the channeling sessions and provides excellent knowledge on matters concerning healing. The head of both the engineering and coercion departments is definitely Kiri while Tia, our visiting professor from Durondedunn, would be in charge of both the astral projection and political science departments. Among the wide range of guest speakers who have shared their even wider knowledge would be Ashtar who could be considered the Superintendent of the School and Sananda who one might call the Superintendent of Everything Else.

A syllabus for the classes is non-existent as the channeling sessions to be turned into online courses have for the most part been chosen at random though when seen in retrospect, a pattern emerges of how the lessons were added in a way that seems clearer each time I have gone back over them. The beauty of the presentation can only now be fully appreciated and whoever planned out these sessions knew a dry delivery would not hold our attention. The interplay between paradigm changing information and a comfortable atmosphere of fun and laughter definitely have the desired effect especially when laid out in the way they were. Always know of course that there are many campuses of the University of the Mind and this is not the end all or be all of the information needed to grow. An open mind is the only per-requisite to find one or more which resonate with your spirit as we all unite through one common goal, shared knowledge. Remember our motto, university starts with universe which is where we find the best teachers and question starts with quest in the never-ending search for knowledge.

This first monthly editorial of 2016 is dedicated to one of the brightest minds of the 20th century, Albert Einstein and his description of time. Physicists call his description the "Block Universe," where the past, present and future already exist in the fourth dimension thus making our future inevitable. While we are only able to see this block of time in a linear fashion through our perception of the third dimension, we are also able to see it from a philosophical viewpoint and have a discussion on the theoretical possibilities. To have a serious discussion though, we also have to allow that this moment in time was already in place just waiting our arrival so, in allowance for that possibility, I welcome you to our little get together.

Now that we have accepted that possibility in theory, several answers to difficult questions can be postulated. For example, Déjà vu becomes much more explainable if that exact scene from some forgotten dream was merely our looking into a parallel, future reality when our dream-self happened to stop by for a visit. Precognition, tarot cards, fortune tellers and prophets would have access to an infinite number of possible future existences to pick from. Past lives, present time and future selves would all have relevance in the pattern of how to fulfill our purpose in the general scheme of things. Because of that, each moment in the pattern would have significance in the overall shape in the growth of our consciousness.

Hasn’t every person of consequence in our lives had some sort of special connection we would unconsciously feel upon meeting them? How, as the eyes met, it was like a line of force making the connection so strong to feel as if it was destined to happen? Physicists explain this as something inevitable because our future is compelling us to make that connection or life-changing decision. That regrets are unnecessary because we are being pulled in a direction where no matter what takes place, we had to be there and then at that exact second of our lives. It’s in that second and every second that follows where we must travel without a map but with a very likely destination in mind. To get there, we have to ask ourselves two important questions. Who is doing the compelling and what is the inevitable outcome we can look forward to if all of this must have a logical conclusion?

The answers of course are up to the individual but one possibly is that it is our higher selves pulling our strings to bring us closer to it. Who else has such an insider’s view of the fourth dimension and also the ability to influence our decisions, dreams, crossings and reunions? Who else would know what lessons would push a destiny in one direction or another? If we were to accept then that this is indeed the way the fourth dimension really works, couldn’t we then consider that we already are our higher selves in some space and time reading this? Think of the confidence that could bring while strengthening the connection to the higher reaches of the mind. Now consider the downsides to such a mental paradigm. For me, that is indeed a tough question to answer.

This is the second editorial related to the release of the new Star Wars movie where we look to the future and how their universe has changed much in the same way as ours. This release has the Empire becoming “The First Order” and the Rebellion becoming "The Resistance” so lots of changes to take in, new characters to get to know with new lessons of consciousness awaiting minds ready to absorb both new and old concepts. Like the Jedi, we too have faced changes that have tested our spirit when peacefully advancing our consciousness since "Return of the Jedi". In the movies, those wishing to study the light side of the force had the Jedi training academy while Luke Skywalker had a Jedi master in the form of Yoda to continue his training. Who have we had to gain a mastery over ourselves and our hidden abilities? We have had what every academy recruit and each member of the Skywalker family have had access to, an opportunity to learn should we so desire.

It was a grieving, resigned Luke Skywalker who finally gave in to the beseeching of Obi Wan Kenobi to follow in the steps of his father. His aunt and uncle having been murdered, his life on Tatooine finished while being hunted by the Empire, he took the only route open to him where he would play an integral part in destroying the first Death Star while giving hope to a fledgling rebellion. Fleeing the Empire once more from a compromised base on the ice planet Hoth, Luke followed the urgings of Obi Wan, now moved on to a higher form and plotted a course to the Jedi master on Dagobah who had trained him in the arts of telekinesis, coercion and being in harmony with the here and now.

Deeply committed to gaining a knowledge of the force, Luke found himself learning more about the ways of energy and the ways of controlling oneself and one’s environment. Yoda tested Luke by having him face the dark side of himself and the consequences faced should he waver in his self-control to where fear influenced his decisions. He showed him how to reach out and feel the energy passing between himself and the objects around him but it was while trying to lift his X-Wing fighter out of the depths of the swamps when Luke faced his biggest challenge and one we face everyday. How do we suspend our disbelief and get beyond our self-made obstacles telling us we can't do something? Can we do or do not because of course, there is no try?

The story of Luke Skywalker is the story of us all and while we do not know yet what role he’ll play in the movie, neither do we know in detail the role we’ll play in our own story. It’s all about evolution and the greater good. In the same way Anakin Skywalker eventually brought balance to the force, it wasn’t in the way Obi Wan had hoped. It took instead his son to make him see that the only thing that would absolve him of his massive misuse of the Force was his help in killing the Emperor. It’s been many decades since that happened and now as new users awaken to the Force, both on and off the screen, light and dark are still at odds as they were since we last said farewell to Luke and the gang. For most like myself, it will be like we never left while for others like Karra, it will be as it has always been but with the dark side of the force well under control.

In our collaboration for these editorials, Karra writes for a sixth dimensional audience while I write for a third dimensional one with the end result coming together in what is read. This month though we write only to my audience as it ties in nicely with Tia’s theology discussion in November's podcast, “Sirius Justice”.  The evolution of humanity has been a rough ride, the product of youthfulness among a galaxy of races ancient before the first humans walked on earth. It's also a product of the synthesis of our ancestors and the colonists from a third dimensional Sirius after their arrival on Atlantis. While Sirius went on to ascend into the sixth dimension before it was uninhabitable, we follow a similar path Sirius did on its way to ascension.

In the millennia following the fall of Atlantis, humans evolved as well as our ways of dealing with the challenges facing us. Survival became a priority and no longer could the niceties prevail. The goal of accession changed to having more than the next person which in many cases extends out from there to the present time through the lessons of having and having not. It was into this environment ripe for learning that great teachers and masters incarnated to the third dimension to remind man of what is needed and to think beyond mere survival. When those teachings are explored completely to expose the core of the message perceived by the beholder, it can lead to self-actualization which is a step on the path to spiritual refinement, a path of finding one’s true self among the many on offer. The fit, as discovered by those very same masters and teachers, is something that only the self and higher self can agree is the right one.

It has been through my observation of the Ashtar Command personnel on the Base who put so much time and effort into our advancement that they represent examples of ourselves in that same evolved state of consciousness once we’ve achieved the necessary lessons. Many of those lessons are available through the shared wisdom of the ages and at the root of those lessons is the removal of the obstacles to ascension. A person’s decisions are the basis of their thought patterns before and after much of what they choose to do throughout their day, week, year and life. Eliminating the negative feedback loops that run through a mind after perceived mistakes has been the main theme of those teachers. Eliminating as well the mental warfare of guilt, envy, anger and all things that lead away from peace and calm, a relief from the heavy burden of those emotions weighing us down. Like raw ore on its way to be processed, the final product is lighter and purer, ready to be made into whatever is desired.

Some examples are Moses coming down from Mount Sinai after communing with God bringing with him the Ten Commandments, a detailed treatise on how to remove many of the mental blocks to ascension. John the Baptist demonstrated how that could be simplified to just removing everything consuming the mind with guilt through the act of baptism. Sananda in his human incarnation as Jesus took it to the next step in telling the people to love one another as themselves and that the meek shall inherit the earth. Gautama Buddha found enlightenment on the middle path between excess and asceticism while central to the Hindu philosophy is seeing one's own divinity while at the same time seeing the divinity in others. Throughout all of them, forgiving the faults of others and most of all forgiving of one’s own faults starts the process. It's a love for all things that is the driving force getting us to the goal already reached by those on the Base sharing their view of our future. So in conclusion, there are any number of paths to refine oneself into a workable alloy, what shapes us into our final form is love, light and a clear idea of what that form will be.

The dance of life. I do it, you do it, every living thing does it all around you at all times. We keep on dancing until we get to the final dance of death to prepare for our next performance in the physical realm. The questions then are, why do we dance, when do we dance, where do we dance and how do we dance? Each will be broken down individually but the use of dance as a metaphor describes our day-to-day linear existence in the clearest way possible. Dance by definition is the interplay of actions between one or more people in a rhythmic motion. Dance in this sense is the flow of life around us as we weave in and out of each new experience, exchanging seemingly choreographed moves with people and things endlessly. Dance from a personal perspective is a synchronous flow of coordinated movements Karra and I use to dance our way through reality together. Even when I accidentally step on her toes or she has to correct my moves, the dance in retrospect always looks seamless.

Why do we dance? We dance because we have to. It is in our cosmic DNA that we need to experience physicality but more than that, it’s that we need to experience it on this planet in this dimension. There are so many other possibilities that we could have found ourselves but this is where our dance partners are and have been for so many of our lives. Karma plays the tune and we keep the beat. A moment is a movement that we feel called to complete whatever it is life asks of us and we of it. If the question then is all about cause and effect, the real reason we dance is to get better, simple as that.

When do we dance? It’s not something that ever stops but is rarely acknowledged as something we actually do. The moves we make from moment-to-moment can seem like a natural progression of events when seen from the limited perspective offered by the third dimension. As quantum mechanics becomes more understood, a wider perspective is available to see how the dance progresses. No longer should the mundane aspects of life be taken as matter-of-fact when we discover how science and consciousness are closing in on each other. We are learning that practice does make perfect and that seeing the coming moves in our head beforehand prepares us for the stage we create through that practice.

Where do we dance? Everywhere. It is in answering the phone, watching the TV, walking the dog or on an actual dance floor. The music? It’s all around you but not on a level that can be picked up audibly, except sometimes. Often when attention is brought to bear, one can find the synchronicity in the sounds and the actions taking place all around. You might find yourself at the toughest point of your career, the hardest test school’s ever thrown at you, the worst breakup you could imagine or a point so low, no way up can even be conceived. These are the best times to dance. Take a moment to recall your favorite song and give it some time to work its way through your system. In dance, we lose ourselves but also keep control, this is a good way to approach any problem.

How do we dance? It’s unique to every person. Some people slow dance, some people rave, some people dance with as few as people possible and some people head for the mosh pit. As we age, the dance changes as we change and our tastes change to suit us in every stage of our life. Regardless of the style, it is with a sense of wonder we must consider the fact we even get a chance to dance at all. While your moves might be completely different from those around you on the dance floor, it’s a very forgiving place and you may find that as the music plays on, the crowd starts copying how you dance and you may even start getting requests for lessons.

When we first started the channeling sessions in the early '90’s, we had no idea what the Internet would grow into but the potential to reach a vast number of people on the planet was certainly there. So too was the belief that, at the proper time in the earth’s technological advancement, the sessions being taped could be issued as podcasts after first being re-mastered professionally to overcome the inferior recording equipment being used and the concept of podcasts to be developed. As we now come to September of 2015, a video, a thought, a song or a podcast can cross the planet with the potential to reach millions of people within seconds. We take it for granted but looking back on what that would have meant twenty years ago and the power that carries with it needs to be understood better.

To do so, we need to look even further back 40 years to 1977 when "Star Wars" was first released. I was one of the many lucky ones who saw it on the big screen in its initial debut. Back then, the Internet was word of mouth, the library and the news so while the movie came out in May, it wasn’t until July when I was convinced it was a movie worth watching. Coming out of the theater I wondered what had taken me so long but, with the release of the appropriately named “Force Awakens” sequel, December can’t come fast enough. Thanks to a company that has influenced young minds like mine for many a decade, a company far thinking in its looking ahead to a world on the brink of change, The Disney Corporation is reaping the benefits of a story with a life of its own. Working so close to the real thing as seen in the “Star Trek” universe more so than the one in the “Star Wars” has given me a unique perspective that is no longer as unique as it once was thanks to George Lucas and Gene Roddenberry.

This is the first of many editorials to come over the next few years to acknowledge the changes the new movies will bring both positive and negative. Once again the question arises of what is good and what is right, who is the dark and who fights for the light. In this case, some of the light is millions of Jedi’s in training already watching the old movies in anticipation of what’s to come or even better, getting a taste of it for the first time. When the first trailer came out for the movie, it was viewed by so many people within a 24 hour period that you could feel a change resonate within the planetary group mind, if only for a tiny bit. It’s old home week for those of us who have followed the Star Wars series birth and growth as well as everyone else who have seen the movies as more than just an entertaining series of adventures both daring and heroic. They who can conceive of a universe that they may live in one day given the right circumstances and understanding of the deeper concepts presented. Then again, maybe what they feel are memories sparked by a past life in a galaxy far, far away.

It was inconceivable 40 years ago what “Stars Wars” would and will become and equally inconceivable 20 years ago that the fun chats with our friends living that existence of interstellar travel, meeting races of every type and using skills any fan of the movies would be very familiar with would still be as relevant now if not more so than they were back then. Now with their knowledge available as podcasts, anyone with internet access can listen and their light can spread as fast as thought can travel. A universe of wise and beneficent beings exists three dimensions away and luckily it only takes channels like Mark to bridge the gap, showing our potential future without money, lightsabers or a need for war and, while it makes for a less exciting movie, it makes a far more enlightening reality.

Growth of consciousness is an ongoing process made up of a combination of experience and will. Sometimes it can take years to explore a philosophy to grasp it completely and sometimes it can take only moments which is how it is with this month’s editorial. Credit where credit is due, Karra poured it into my head like a fine wine aged elsewhere so that it satisfies still, long after the glass has been drained. It’s a complete concept for approaching life from a perspective consistent with what she practices every moment. In just the short time since it was given to me, it already feels like it’s something I had adopted it into my daily life long ago but never really put a name to it.

Finger One-

CONTROL

Everything starts with control. That means preparedness when dealing with the everyday world. A higher dimensional definition of control begins with psychic shielding to defend against attacks of an energy nature, whether intentional or not. It also includes the ability to use defensive coercion if that skill is available in times your shielding continues to be tested. Also be prepared to face any decision from three different directions by taking the extra time to come up with three and not rush to the first one that comes to mind. This single act of control then can save hours of recrimination later.

Finger Two-

POWER

Shields need power and so do you. Gathering that power comes in the form of psychic energy surrounding you, flowing in from above. It’s a matter of taking it from there and not other people which is why shielding is so important. Your power is available to anyone who wants it when shielding isn’t present so it’s a matter of gathering, conserving and grounding it out when too much threatens to overwhelm you. It’s shared in the healing of oneself or others by calling on reserves where more is needed and returned to the universe in thanks for its boundless supply afterwards.

Finger Three-

HEART

Heart includes both commitment and compassion. Having the heart to care and also to commit to a plan of action when you truly believe in a cause. The path to ascension requires a willingness to help others when your higher self asks. If you were on a deserted island, the only person to be concerned with would be yourself and gaining knowledge would be a solitary experience. Longer, harder and not nearly the fun to be had between the interaction with others. This is a shared experience made richer by caring for the welfare of others both large and small.

Finger Four-

MIND

The mind runs the show. Here it’s all about situational awareness and the desire to improve constantly. It’s in the mind that knowledge is gathered and processed but there must always be a drive to acquire more. The speed those three options you’re coming up with in making decisions will require lots of input and the world has given it to you in spades. Thanks to the Internet, knowledge is only a few keystrokes from attainment and then it’s all about the awareness of the moment, planning the future and pondering the past. The mind is a bountiful garden of possibilities. Go ahead, plant some seeds.

Finger Five-

LOVE

Universal love, love of all things, all situations, all lessons and all that is still unknown. All of it is a part of the plan helped envisioned over the millennia by he who was once Christ incarnate and is now Sananda and it’s through a trust of that plan that one can decide to approach life even without a full understanding of what the plan is or where it leads. A trust born of following the lessons of love provided two centuries ago through his teachings points the way. Doing anything without love will always feel wrong so follow your feelings. If it feels wrong, it’s not being done with love and so whatever is the opposite of that action should be one of your three options. Once everything is done with love, which decision of the three you choose will come easily.

Finally-

While each of the fingers above can operate independently, all five working in unity offer the best way to experience this wonder we call reality. It is a philosophy that relies heavily on an interaction between yourself, your guides, your family and friends, strangers you meet, the billions of your fellow inhabitants on this planet and the trillions more who live on other planets and other dimensions. The scope is almost unthinkable but also irrelevant. It all comes down to you and your five fingers. With Control, Power, Heart, Mind and Love woven into the tapestry of your life, the pattern will become clearer as the finished product nears completion.

At the foot of Karra’s bed on the base is what most people on this planet would call a hell of a flat screen TV. Looking at it, one would first note it was a thin as a credit card but that the memorizing swirls of colors and sounds it presented also seemed to draw you in. It may take a while but after a time it would come to you that the colors were reflecting your thoughts and feelings being broadcast by your aura. With all the technology of the sixth dimension at hand, this wonder of engineering is very good at helping the user go to sleep at night after first thinking the colors to their most harmonious for sleep and again upon waking, taking the time to enhancing the calm needed to face the day.

Here in the third dimension, such technology is a long way off or it is only a moment away. Our tomorrow is the tomorrow we think it is or least can be by thinking that tomorrow into existence. It has become a long-running theme of these editorials that the reality we think is the reality we get so in keeping with that theme, we present a future brought to you in the memory of Dr. Masaru Emoto, who passed away last October but not before setting the world on fire with his ground breaking research. It was his belief that water could react to positive or negative thoughts or words and presented it as demonstrable science. Seeing is believing and his work made our work taking it to the next step so much easier.

Anyone following social media or the news of day sees constant discoveries and breakthroughs that could, in one alternate reality or another, change our world overnight. As we rush headlong into unsustainability, this just a small sampling of what we could accomplish to improve the world we actually live in. Energy needs across the planet take one of many priorities we will be focusing on, especially in those countries or areas where affordable energy is scarce and where the sun’s immense energy output is underutilized in the extreme. Scientific research is coming up with cheaper solar panels and even energy catching windows. Scientists are also working on safer, cleaner forms of energy to replace those that are causing great ecological harm. Fusion research is another answer to the planet's energy needs and will hopefully be a better option to what powers the world now.

In an earlier podcast, Kiri and Karra's father spoke of a revolutionary building material on Sirius in the 6th dimension and now lightweight yet incredibly strong building composites are being discovered in labs around the world such as graphene and graphyne, made possible through the use of two dimensional materials. 3D printing is exploding and concrete that can heal itself is set to extend the life of buildings and infrastructure like bridges and sidewalks. How about metal foam, transparent aluminum and light emitting concrete? Seas rising due to global warming? How about use the extra sea water as fuel through a recent discovery by the navy or use it to relieve drought stricken areas with the additional energy from fusion to power desalination plants or better yet, artificial photosynthesis to produce inexhaustible, renewable energy which was also recently found to be possible? Getting smarter quantum computers will allow us to go even further beyond these wonders and take us on to the stars as we, like Zefram Cochrane of the "Star Trek" sagas finally achieve warp drive capability through NASA's latest research.

These potential additions to our future are just a hint of the brave new worlds awaiting us given the power of belief and our limitless ability to create form out of chaos. Choose the Tomorrowland you want to live in and commit to making it a reality. The lessons to be learned will still need to take place and you may even have to wait for your next life to see them complete but that is just one of our reasons for choosing this life. Another chance to play with the raw ingredients of formlessness and shape them to our imagination's image. Literally, a Disneyland of the mind. How appropriate then that we should now make use of the child within us to create the world we'd love to live in or better yet, love the life we already live because every day can be an amusement park ride. You start the long, slow crawl up to awareness from the depths of sleep to suddenly plunge into the sudden rebuilding of your reality as it rushes into the first curve of decision making. How you take on that momentous drop of a roller coaster in real life is a good reflection of how you face the day. Do you love it or do you fear it? If we had Karra's wall of aura reflection, the answer would be easy. Just meditate until the wall matched our mood. As we don't, the answer is still easy.

I have one, you have one, everyone has one. Each moment of each life leaves an imprint on our Akashic records that can be reviewed at leisure later on with the right conditions and desire to consider the fullness of our lives. Desire is the key word here because what is being gathered are memories we may wish left to the past. Even if no one but ourselves ever sees what is contained in a resume of our lives, the knowledge we’d know could affect us in a myriad of ways. Some would be educational and some would be difficult to watch but all would be part of what it would take to gather something truly life changing. While a normal resume would fill out our personal details, education and work history, the Akashic resume takes into account all the things that comprise the reasons for the joys, fears, friends and family that make up our current timeline.

Unlike the sixth dimension, where all of one’s previous lives are available after the age of 21, here we only have access to them through the assistance of someone able to do past life regressions or during times of meditation through the openings created by an unfocused mind. It is during these times when a person can go through life after life at leisure, storing in our memories the decisions of our former lives which created the reality we are experiencing now. As someone who has regressed a number of people to lives they once experienced, I can personally attest to the ease of the process and how exciting it is to listen as someone steps into a past life for the first time. They emerge during the regression to a certain point in that life and often have to be brought back to when they were still a youth. From there they go through crucial points of their memories of that time, answering the questions I ask of their surroundings by maintaining a conscious link to their body and surroundings in the present.

Progressing through the life, significant points during the path our lessons take are paused at so they can be reviewed in greater detail. Revelations of great achievements, errors in judgment, loves found, lost, found again along with the usual complement of reality only karma can bring during the condensed version being relived. In the end, is the end. Death in its many forms is always the way the story finishes but not completely. In that waiting time afterwards comes the all important debriefing. Who shares this life with you now from that life and what role are they playing still? What fears created by a possibly violent death have influenced your present anxieties? What greatness was achieved then to explain the confidence shown in your current profession or hobby? Finally the last question I always ask is, are you ready to go into another life or do you wish to return to the present?

After two three lives, a serious resume can begin to be built up from those experiences coupled with what has taken place in this life. More lives adds more complexity to the resume as well as the knowledge gained as a result. Now life can be approached with a better understanding of what prompts an encounter or helps with a response. Those of the sixth dimension find it a valuable resource to draw on but perhaps it is mercifully withheld from easy access to us for a reason. Two at least to be exact. One, a knowledge of the greatness we may have achieved in a previous life could place unwanted pressure on us to equal it and two, knowledge of past horrors we may have participated in or witnessed could scar us for life. Such knowledge must be sought and not offered.

Taken individually, each life can look like chaos itself with little understanding to be gained from its recall but seen as a whole, order fills in the mess chaos creates but never quite completely. Fragments remain, imprinted on each person’s timeline and available for recall. The lessons are learned by putting together the pieces and filling in the resume’s work experience section. Always remember, you are the best person for whatever job you happen to find yourself in at this very moment or you would not be here. Are you ready though to possibly change life paths to something with a higher calling? It is with a well crated history of your previous lives that will give you the confidence to pursue such a path. May it bring you to your goals and the wisdom to make the right decisions at the right time but you can always fall back on the knowledge that whatever path you choose, there is a plan in place you have helped to create and your Akashic resume is proof of that.

This is a question asked by many of the inhabitants of higher dimensions such as Karra when faced with any difficult situation. What would Sananda do? Unlike his third dimensional self as Jesus Christ, his tenth dimensional self has far more to draw on. We have several examples to give us an idea how best to answer that question but it would always be up the individual to determine that for themselves and act accordingly. Most of the influences that we have to draw on come from within and can be understood almost intuitively as our higher self has a much closer relationship with them.

The first example is the New Testament of the Bible where the value of the lessons contained has been demonstrated over the last two thousand years. Not by accident is it the most well-known book of this timeline. The teachings are as relevant now as they were then in that they relate to world events existing into this millennia and ironically in some cases, even initiated by those very teachings but twisted to serve a personal agenda. So it is with many of the world’s religions but that should never hinder the search for deeper meaning into what each of these teachers and teachings have to say.

The next example is in the second podcast of March of 2013 during his only channeling posted so far. While Sananda stressed he is not a master of any as he is master of none, he displayed that he is a master of life by telling a perfect joke at the perfect moment where it was most needed to relax me before I asked my last question. Even existing as a light being, member of the Council of Twelve and Brotherhood of Light, he seemed the most down to earth of all the speakers who ever graced us with their presence. Awe inspiring yet denying that honor, he demonstrated what it means to be enlightened. One can easily imagine what it would have been like to sit at the Master’s feet two thousand years ago and bask in the warmth of his teachings. Fast forward to 1997 and he can still inspire awe. It is easy to understand how beings could, and still do to this day, lay down their lives for the principles he taught and continues to teach through those teaching us.

So, what would Sananda do? Karra has an easy answer to that question in just two words, more love. If one thing comes through in every account known of him, he consistently shows increasing amounts of love. Even when dealing with the money changers in the temple, it was with absolute love for those literally being short changed that the tables were overturned. In his channeled conversations, love was being shown that I could feel with his every word. More love is the answer to any problem, any resolution needed for times of stress, anger and fear. He divinely demonstrated that concept up to and after he was crucified and no better example could we be left with to emulate. How best can that be achieved? Just remember those initials………W.W.S.D.

I am a light being and so is Karra. We're doing light things at the direction of other light beings. You reading this are a light being doing light things based on motivation factors that work best for you. To clarify what is meant by the word light though, light equals energy. It's just that light is easier to visualize for the psychic skills this editorial addresses. Learning how to use that light/energy to further empower those who to wear the mantle "lightworker" is what we have come to add tips about this month.

Name a psychic skill and light/energy is involved. You see it demonstrated in mental shielding where balls of energy are imagined in various shapes and sizes to fend off emotional energy attacks or coercive attempts to influence your decisions. Even a bubble of light practiced daily can bring about a state of calm when chaos ensues. More intricate shielding layouts were described by Omal in his shielding dissertation and each level is easier to grasp when the energy used blazes with light. Safe within that light, the darkness has no match. 

Light plays a big part in healing where, while the pain may be physical, energy is radiating out on levels too subtle to be easily perceived. Corresponding physical healing can get a helping hand with the assistance of the mind's creative power to imagine light/energy radiating out from the hand or hands doing the work. So too with manifestation, where that light is lifted to the next step and out of nothing comes substance. Whether it be art, music, writing or imagining new ways to improve the world, manifestation does not always mean forming something solid from the very molecules in the air. The manifestation available to everyone on the third dimension takes place using far smaller matter than molecules and instead harnesses the very light/energy waves of creation the mind unleashes with every new idea.

Telekinesis and telepathy also rely on the transfer of light/energy across the denseness of the third dimension to succeed. Projecting thoughts to another or deciphering them from the ethers is a skill still developing among a tiny but growing portion of society while moving objects with the mind needs a mind that's been moved to believe such a feat can be achieved. Faith fails us without belief. The same can be said of astral projection. Even after experiencing it, believing what happened was real keeps us wanting to continue the lessons having a true body of light can bring. 

With such an array of light/energy tools, the only requirement left is the main power source for each of them. Surrounding us are infinite amounts of light/energy coming from the plants, planet and universe at large. Running through all of it is the river of time with its inescapable current pulling us forward towards the next encounter, the next moment. It's in the momentum of that moment where the future is happening, where the present becomes the now. The mind holds the reins of all that potential either loosely or as tight as possible and rides off into the light of the sunrise of our future.

(The editorial for this month was just posted after its inspiration recently so instead of re-posting it, we are posting the summary of this month's podcast. We will return with the normal editorial next month.)

This month's podcast channeled from the members of Ashtar Command on Hades Base was highlighted by two things that almost never happened in the channeling sessions. I had to excuse myself before the end due to exhaustion which led to the happy accident where the tape was left running past the last speaker. Because of that, we have one of the rare instances that we get to hear Mark's real voice as he comes back from visiting the base. It's with fond memories that I am once more treated to hearing my dear friend and spiritual brother.

On that note then is Tia borrowing that voice to discuss the GM strike at the time, a trip down memory lane to the Monica Lewinsky scandal and how one of her and Mark's children got sick over eating a dead mouse. Leonedies comes on after her to go over the preliminary groundwork for the talks between the various races involved with the planet and why it was our planet that was chosen to host the talks. Omal follows him to finish up side one with a strong reminder that growth is taking place all around us and is part of the natural process. We also categorize the various Defcon levels relating to the possible scenarios leading to an economic and societal collapse.

Karra gets side two started by letting us know she will be away for the upcoming week for a formal function on Sirius and then has an excellent discourse on the ingredients of chocolate and cigarettes. Kiri goes next explaining how Tia came to get her nickname but only gets a short way before I head for bed. Her and Skip go on without me about the technical aspects of home security and car engines. Side two ends with Mark returning from the sixth dimension and going over the personal exhaustion I had been experiencing at the time.

Whether 'tis nobler for the ego to suffer

the slings and arrows of accepting a lessor role in the universe 

or to take a lesson from higher dimensional entities that we would

be arrogant to do and thus learn, and in learning, end the heartache 

and the feeling of solitary confinement within the mind. 

To be part of the all: aye, there's the goal. 

For to find enlightenment prior to shuffling off this mortal coil. 

must be are commitment. There's hard lessons to be learned 

ahead of that wondrous breakthrough with heartaches, heartbreaks

and self-imposed worry on world events, Worry not on the karma of

others and focus dearly on the moment at hand.  

There sits your future and the possible futures to come.

Revel in creative power of the human mind and use that power wisely. 

Around us range a thousand different ships of the "command",

maintaining our sovereignty while leaving belief a question mark.

The mark of the question is this. Is man the next step down from God?

If not, what is man, mankind and all who claim that right?

The noblest of creatures great and small, protector of all and 

beholden to none but the ego. To that end there must be a sacrifice. 

There must come a world-wide recognition of our third world status 

in a galaxy of higher dimensional souls.

Once accepted, grasped and grokked, piece-by-piece comes peace on earth. 

None will come by ships to lift the burden of the third dimension because of 

the lessons that would be lost. 

Instead the individual is free, free to choose, free to come to their own 

belief system based on educated research on all that makes sense in a world of nonsense. 

Do it alone, do it with help. It makes no difference in the end of which there is no end. 

We'll do it again and again we'll come to a decision but perhaps with more information 

than we have at present. Or do we need it? 

Here is the chance, now is the time. Sananda, The Council Of Light, Ashtar Command and 

Hades Base are geared up to assist us out of ego if still bogged down. 
An option will be supplied at the finish or as a start to coming to a realization 

that we are not only not alone, we have a huge family it's our turn to join. 

Embracing such a belief will be a step in the only direction logic dictates. 

How else could it be? We are the one, the only, nothing else alive in a 

universe of trillions? That's one of the funnier jokes we could play on ourselves.

Presented for your reflection, a commentary worthy of theologians in dimensions even higher than the third and one that has occupied the minds of many here on Earth. That the path forward to the next dimension in any dimension involves selfless service to others and that the third dimension has the best chances to do just that, we present a short adventure of consciousness dedicated to this theme of a higher purpose worthy of, "The Twilight Zone".

As what was related to us by Kiri in her dissertation on "6th Dimensional Economics", Sirius in the 6th dimension operates through a karma based economy without the need for money but instead based on the concept of service to others as a form of currency. As was stated in that channeling session, if you saw a spill in a store or a job that needed to be done, you would do it prior to collecting the items you needed you felt was worthy of the task or tasks you completed. Obviously the more you did in exchange for the goods would be a personal goal but sometimes it would be less and the karma would be balanced.

On Earth with our complicated money systems, the opposite happens and karma rarely plays a part in the exchange of goods for money. That system has worked for thousands of years and will continue to go on so service to others has to be a personal endeavor. If we were on the sixth dimension, other ways to serve would be to help with raising the consciousness of those on the third dimension looking to advance to the next dimension but as there is no one lower than the third to help, a world of opportunities is open to us. As lightworkers. helping others advance is as simple as a Facebook post relating the latest mental breakthrough found through the posts of others or conceived of by ourselves.

For those looking to take the concept to the next level though, serving others takes on a lifetime commitment of seeing other's needs as more important than one's own. Old souls with only a a minimum number of lessons left before ascension upon their next incarnation would be prime examples of such aspirants. That we live in a reality where the needs of the many go often unfulfilled, it's almost as if we gave ourselves more opportunities to advance our consciousness than we could wish for. The irony is not lost on those who have come to this conclusion already and it is from our decisions of who and how to help that is just part of the ascension process.

So like the recipe in a cookbook, it's a matter of following the instructions printed out in the patterns of our thoughts. Opening up to the desire to serve brings chances to complete that desire in spades and opportunities will appear upon our path as if by magic. Think sixth dimensionally perhaps and trade your skills where possible to understand how such a system would work in the microcosm. Then again, maybe this is old news and that path is already one you are on or a path you are taking up from a past life. So it is with adventures of consciousness, trips of such importance seem to already be taking place and it is like waking up from a dream. Or, as some would argue, was the dream our reality the whole entire time?
