The way higher co-creative flows appear to be shaping, humanity is beginning to divide into three 'camps' for the onward journey and next evolutionary chapter. Firstly there are those souls who have been contaminated by the polluting nature of the matrix and are clearly not progressing. As the Earth becomes increasingly uninhabitable during what will likely become a long cleansing and rejuvenation process, for these souls I see alternative incarnations in appropriate form elsewhere in the cosmos. I sense a long period of recalibration necessary to gently find realignment over time. There will also be many souls dissolved back into the source, as the bottleneck of denser energy retarding the universal flow is unraveled.

Homo Divinicus: There's a broad spiritual awakening for another group of souls who are following the spiritual path, but taking a medium, longer period of time to fully ascend. I see these souls initially shaking off physical form but then moving into the bridging 4th Density. A period of healing and recalibration will be necessary after eons of convoluted DNA. The causal energy body, which forms the blueprint for physical incarnation, will then shape the newly aligned and much more resonant form of Homo Divinicus. Whatever the name that ultimately settles, I feel this form already beginning to shape in the field, created by a collective higher yearning - the natural aspirational impetus that causes evolution to happen.

Divinicus: There's a relatively small group who are fully confronting, processing and peeling away past life karma of this lower realm. These souls are getting ready to ascend and will fully do so in the next few human generations. When Ascension happens, the old physical form of incarnation will no longer be necessary - the required lessons have been integrated. In my vision, these beings will move into the Middle Realm and settle temporarily in the 8th Density, the next karmic bridge where form can be manifested based on the new agenda of realisations to be made. New bodily vehicles formed of more light based frequency will then take shape in the 5th/6th/7th densities (the Middle Realm) so that a new embodiment can happen. The 8th density will continue to provide the karmic barrier and the bridge into the Higher Realm where the new higher self will also be taking form. The higher evolutionary process will then begin for what I see as "Divinicus".

Reactivating our Multidimensionality So what can we do in our day-to-day lives to currently facilitate the maximum inflow of this new evolutionary consciousness? How may we provide the most fertile inner ground for the seeds of Divinicus to germinate and grow? Surrender: be absolutely clear that the ONLY game going on in the universe is self-realisation and that we might as well finally surrender and take an active part in that game rather than trying to conveniently ignore it while it plays with us! So accept that ALL events, happenings and circumstances have but one purpose...to discover our absolute completeness - our "absoluteness" - beyond all circumstances. Realise the aim of the game is to be completely free inside WHATEVER happens.

Become the "Observer": the next step is to become the Observer of ourselves in all activities, events and circumstances. We notice where we lose our temper; where we become tight inside because of other people's behaviour; where we might blame another for the reality we are creating ourselves; where our addictions to something in particular cause us to act in predictable ways. When we notice this, firstly it is important just to watch it, accept responsibility for it, but not judge ourselves. In this way, we are already beginning to break free. It's also important to contemplate and utilise techniques for regaining the place of the Observer when we lose it, which inevitably happens in the beginning. It could be a deep breathing exercise for example, a visualisation meditation, or a mantra of some kind. Some people find it of particular benefit to put up strategically placed 'post-it' notes around the house; "let go" for instance.

Open the heart: next we need to open the heart further by attuning to those experiences that generate the sublime taste of interconnectedness; feelings such as lightness, expansiveness, timelessness and crystal clear clarity - the sense of the Fifth Density.The key is to follow those experiences of a sense of higher 'rightness' as much as possible - "What makes your Heart sing?" - until you are tuning in and centering consistently in that vibration. So to keep attuning to the feeling, could mean moments of deep breathing or meditation during day to day life, frequent bodily movement expression, walking in nature as much as possible (or at least noticing nature where you are); following the sense of rightness and what feels good to your higher beingness. Follow the inner pull: as the heart opens, we begin to notice the natural synchronistic order of things and an inner pull to "Right Action". Sometimes this pull can be felt as an energy through the heart chakra, sometimes it is a simple inner knowing "this is what to do now". In which case it will benefit to always respond to that pull. Where does the pull lead? It will guide you to events, circumstances and experiences that provide an opportunity to express a "divine gift of beingness", and to expose the density of trapped eddy currents formed from an attachment to a desired or resisted outcome. These are "distortions" of authentic beingness, often created by the matrix in which we live, causing people to get tight, worried, angry or frustrated. Deal with distortions and addictive behaviour: the key to dealing with distortions is to realise each conceals a divine gift of beingness and to ultimately unveil that instead.

So for example someone might smoke because it gives them the feeling of relaxed completeness; you might drink because it makes you feel more sociable and confident; you might comfort eat because it gives you the feeling of contentment. Alternatively you might get worried, stressed or tight around particular issues because you think you need a particular outcome. The key to overcoming such conditioning is to go within, breathe deeply, settle into the pregnant pause before the moment is born, find your sense of inner completeness, unwind the tightness you can feel, thus making space for an authentic act of beingness to arise naturally.

This is by no means an easy thing to do, but the more we practice it, the more we'll realise every moment offers a black and white choice: give in to conditioning or surrender into the soul. In this way, we become the masters of our own destiny. Raise your energetic vibration: this can be achieved by regulating the denseness of vibrations we bring into the body thereby limiting the stimuli that raise our internal metabolic rate. So for example, if we eat dense, processed foods polluted with toxins then the body has to work harder to process them and the extra effort swallows up consciousness. Or if we pollute our minds with too much clutter, or the negativity caused by the judgmentalism frequently expressed through the media, then we tend to tighten inside. Internal tightness is also heightened by too much computer time, over use of electrical gadgets and chemical toxins used in household cleaning materials.

The key is to organise your immediate living environment to raise energetic vibration. Conduct regular spiritual practice: we live in a world that de-sensitises us and it is therefore of paramount importance that we redress the balance by conducting regular spiritual practice such as daily meditation. Traditionally meditation is considered as sitting quietly in stillness, but it could also happen during movement or breathing. Practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi, the martial arts, dancing, singing and painting can all be considered meditation. The key to true meditational benefit, is to be watching yourself in the practice whilst doing it. Such practices liberate powerful "endorphins" into the body which counteract the effects of stress and negative energy. Those who are fully in the Light Body Process will experience situations that provoke their personal expressions of fear and anxiety in order to give them the oppor¬tunity to surmount them and to take courage. They will often experience states of total helplessness, lose the ground under their feet, until they recognize the priority of the soul. Humans must realize that the soul loves her incarnation unconditionally and she has created her out of this love. For this reason, any experience of the personality is exactly so, as it should be and therefore should not be perceived as punishment. Nothing is more erroneous than to think in terms of guilt and atonement. These earthly categories have no relevance in the spirit worlds. Every experience, not mat¬ter how painful it may be, brings the personality to deeper insights, reduces her anxiety and opens her up a bit for the ecstatic state of spiritual bliss, from which she came and to which she will inevitably return after death.

First, the fear must come high and then it must be deleted or “burned” as an energetic-pattern. The personality remains essentially unchanged, because fear is not part of the core personality – she feels only cleansed and illumined by this ongoing cathar¬sis. But the process is painful and requires a lot of courage and a strong will. The physical phenomena that occur as symptoms and diseases are so individual that it makes little sense to summarize them here. In addition, a listing of possible symptoms would rather promote the hypochondria than the Light Body process.

For example, sudden illnesses or accidents may occur which may be aggravated by wrong medical treatment and in this way shake the faith of the person in present-day medicine and health care system. Such persons may be immobilized for long periods, may be dependent on help from relatives or strangers, or can no longer exercise their profession. They are, therefore, in a state of total helplessness – the doing is replaced by BEING. Or, one finds herself empty-handed in a desperate financial situation, which excludes any professional activity whatsoever. Such a person is catapulted from the social and professional life. This approach is particularly effective in men, who too often identify themselves with their careers. They must now recognize that they are VALUABLE people without jobs and careers.

Cleansing events that affect the psyche often occur in individuals who build too close relations with partners or relatives and define their personality solely on these emotional bonds. They may suddenly suffer the loss of the beloved and plunge into a severe depression, which is always a re-evaluation at the soul level.

This is how we evolve into an understanding that collective, energetic patterns of power, secrecy, war, corruption, scarcity, separation, fragmentations and inequality in the astral field of the earth have a lasting effect on individual human behaviour and must vanish forever. These are eliminated so new principles of love and solidarity, transparency, unconditional honesty, voluntary refusal to abuse power, generosity, faith in the cosmic abundance can be firmly established and develop new energetic frequency and behaviour patterns.

This is Uranus and Pluto roaring once again and promising to bring even greater tides of change than the '60s and '70s.

Back in the '60s people sang and celebrated the "Dawning of the Age of Aquarius", and now it is much closer to our collective doorstep. The roar of its power is permeating our collective consciousness, our world events, and our personal lives.

But now the forces of repression are stronger than before. Back then the Vietnam War was ended and the Nixon presidency came down, in large part because of the power of the people who were under the influence of Uranus/Pluto and waves of transformational energies from the approaching Age of Aquarius.

The so-called Military Industrial Complex is much more powerful than before and now so many of the young people in the USA (who were so instrumental in the '60s changes) are now seemingly dozing to the lull of computer sights and sounds.

But nevertheless we are all being awakened now and sometimes that awakening is taking the form of world or personal events that shake us up so we will have a deeper look at our lives.

On the world stage we see the massacre of innocent civilians in Gaza on our TV screens, we see more needless world conflicts and fights for land and resources and power, we witness Corporate and Government controls taking away our freedoms, we see institutions that can no longer be trusted to serve our best interests.

Monsanto has such control of the food industry and our elected officials as they deny us even simple labeling of food products so we can know what we are eating. The NSA spies on Americans and who knows how much of our information is available through the internet.

Our elected officials are bought out by all sorts of monied interests, apparently also true now of the Judicial system and highest courts who now have decided that Corporations are people. And of course Israel has a powerful influence over our foreign policy decisions.

The turmoil that is here now in world events and in our personal lives is meant to be a catalyst for change again, as they were back in the '60s and '70s.

But now we are closer to the true dawning of a new age, and it will take even more powers of transformation to assist us in our evolution.

So if at times now you are feeling like you are going crazy or you are overwhelmed by the emotions flooding you and events that seemingly have no solution; trust the process operating deep under the surface. Try to open your mind to new ways of looking at situations, people and yourself; learn to not judge so quickly; do your best to summon up empathy and to look at both sides of an issue. And do your best to surrender your ego now to your authentic soul self, the part of you that holds the wisdom you now need.

Do your best not to freak out at what is happening in the world or in your personal life. Trust the Universe and its inexorable movement into the Age of Aquarius. Trust your self to know what to do and when, to be guided to people and situations that are just right for you at just the right time. At Plum Village, there are several hundred people living together like a family in a very simple way. At Plum Village, we have had the opportunity to practice together as a community. We are able to build up brotherhood and sisterhood. Although we live simply, we have a lot of joy because of the amount of understanding and compassion that we can generate. We are able to go to many countries to offer mindfulness retreats so that people may have a chance to heal, transform and to reconcile. Healing, transformation and reconciliation always happen during our retreats. That can be very nourishing.

We have invited Israelis and Palestinians to Plum Village to practice with us. When they come they bring anger, suspicion, fear and hate. But after a week or two of the practices of mindful walking, mindful breathing, mindful eating and mindful sitting, they are able to recognize their pain, embrace it and find relief. When they are initiated to the practice of deep listening, they are able to listen to others and realize that people from the other groups suffer as they do. When you know that they also suffer from violence, from hate, from fear and despair, you begin to look at them with the eyes of compassion. At that moment you suffer less and you make them suffer less. Communication becomes possible with the use of loving speech and deep listening.

The Israelis and Palestinians always come together as a group at the end of their stay in Plum Village. They always report the success of their practice. They always go back to the Middle East intending to continue the practice and invite others to join them, so that those others might suffer less and help others to suffer less too.

From a collective perspective, we only need to watch the news to witness the violence and destruction entrenched positions can engender. And while it is extremely disturbing to truly take in just how cruel we are to our fellow humans and to our planet—cruelty masked in the name of righteousness—it is equally disturbing to contemplate what positive steps can be taken to help ease the constant bloodshed. Feeling ineffectual in the face of so many battlefields is its own struggle—it is an internal combat zone that challenges the heart and the soul. Unfortunately, there is no antidote to the violence that surrounds us until the people fighting with each other can come to a different consciousness.

Those of who want to help but can’t figure out how to make a difference in the world can practice psychic civil disobedience: We can refuse to engage in violence in our own lives. No road rage. No spankings. No vengeful behavior. No kicking the dog. No screaming at the barista. No exceptions. This form of nonviolent protest is simply the refusal to obey the societal norms that tell us we should put ourselves first, even when that harms another.

Of course, non-violent resistance won’t be easy because we can always rationalize and justify our reactive bad behavior. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth a try, especially when it comes to managing our internal universe—and the violence we do to ourselves that no one sees. No brooding angry thoughts that dwell on all the wrongs of others. No bludgeoning the heart with a scolding litany of all that is wrong with you. No secret wish that harm comes to another because someone else’s suffering will alleviate your own. No blaming another for your situation. No exceptions.

Negative thoughts only give birth to negative words and deeds. And in this time of violence, non-violence is the only solution. I know some of you are thinking that I’ve OD’d on my Pollyanna pills, but I haven’t. While we’ve yet to amass enough people to put an end to war—and we may never—we can certainly end our personal battles and teach ourselves to love, more, and our children to care about each other, more. We are, after all, the most powerful change agents on this planet, and each of us—every individual—has the power to make a difference. Use your power safely and wisely.

There is only one messenger at a time that carries the Mantle of Messenger. But there are many other mantles, quite frankly millions of mantles, that people can receive, can earn, and can continue to live up to so that we can speak through them.
Not through a spoken dictation, but in practical, everyday exchanges as when someone is at her workplace having a discussion about a specific problem. There she can be the open doors for the idea that comes from the higher realm. This will bring not just a new solution but an entirely new way of looking at this area, an entirely new approach that is transcendental and clearly comes from the immaterial Spirit flowing into the material.

Materialization is Matter realizing itself as Spirit. You – the Conscious You – are in embodiment; you can be the matter realizing itself as Spirit, therefore being the bridge between matter and Spirit so that the matrices of Spirit can be realized in matter.

This is the alchemical key to the Golden Age. This is true alchemy, not that you seek a secret formula or a secret ingredient that will mechanically produce as a certain result. You seek to be the Open Door for the Spirit to produce change in matter. Jesus demonstrated this on so many occasions. It is not that you find a magical formula that you turn water into wine or lead into gold. It is that you allow the Spirit to do it. You then recognize and accept that you cannot force the Spirit to mechanically reproduce the same result over and over again for you do not control Spirit.

Bringing awareness to what’s really going on under the surface, can truly set people free. Because it’s only through consciousness, that we’re being effected. We’re being deliberately distracted from the seat of our power.

Our purpose is to help people reconnect with that benevolent inner source, such that they can take back their power, fully embody soul, and thereby eject the intervention from within their being. That’s exactly what the Divinicus work is all about.

Right now, a vibrant influx of higher light is gathering as a wave-like Tsumami, to steadily strip away those energies from the planet. It’s what the Hopi termed “The Great Purification”, and what we are given to call The Great Realignment. Basically, whenever any celestial system moves out of balance with the natural alignment of life, then cosmic energies of vast proportions are drawn to that situation, to unwind the imbalance and restore higher harmony again.

In recent days, the crop circle shown in the picture, appeared not too far from Glastonbury. It appears to show a spiral of energy - how consciousness moves through the universe - which is engaging a gigantic cog. The cog representing the matrix we live in.

Clearly it says, "cosmic consciousness is now gathering to turn the cog."

Only a human Being can make a miracle! Heavenly forces only interfere directly, where it is also allowed, under consideration of all divine laws, with the effect of karma included.

Lightworkers can perform miracles in the knowledge of All-That-Is and we do it at all times and on every level.

The greatest miracle is as a human Being recognizes the miracle of her one of a kind life and her uniqueness.

We are the Creator Gods and we are supported in bringing this reality into our daily life now. It is then that the desire for “miracles” diminishes, because the reality of the power of creation, the self-empowerment of a human Being, has been attained.

Regarding the events in our current world, it should be mentioned that the spiritual Light realms continue to intervene directly in this world, as the dark ones want to reduce this world to rubbles and ashes.

Beyond that, it is necessary to enable experiences for all Light Beings long enough until saturation occurs.

We must become as little children.  How we long for a return of that simple trust in life which children have.  In their minds there are no doubts.  They have not yet been told that they are sinners, destitute of Divine Guidance and spiritual life.  The life of a child is lived in natural goodness.  The Divine is natural goodness.  The prison walls of false experience soon build themselves into barriers, shutting out the light, and the child grows into adulthood, often losing her sense of that inner Guide, leading her footsteps aright.

We must return the way we came.  As little children, who know that life is good and to be trusted.  We are to approach our problems as though they were not.  Approaching them in this manner, they will vanish.

Let not the materialists deny us this right, nor the unbelieving cast any reflection of blindness before our eyes.  There is a wisdom and a power not of the flesh, which springs perennially from the inner life - all powerful and all wise.

Believe in spirit and soul and believe that we humans are capable of evolving into beings who can have love and truth as our guiding lights. This is absolutely necessary now and is part of the transformation into an Aquarian Age, part of the process of releasing old programs and beliefs that can not come with us if we are to truly evolve and survive.

Now we need a deep transformation, from the core of our beings, so we can build an Age of Aquarius from the ashes of that old world and paradigm. The Old Order is no longer viable. A new world, an Age of Aquarius is within our grasp if we get to a consciousness that believes we are equal in value, and that a world of Diversity in Unity is possible, a world where love and truth are our guiding lights.

In your own world do your best to balance an allowing of the change, with a holding onto some security and stability.
And now, with the New Moon in Leo and Mars moving into Scorpio, there is a breaking open of that which was still stuck, a release of the old, and a burst of energy giving movement to go forward. In addition, Venus will trigger the Uranus/Pluto square and the old Cardinal Grand Cross this coming week, to add to the intensity and power of transformation.

Much of this energy will be passionate and potentially quite creative too. It is best now not to try too hard to control or repress the natural movement inside and around you. This is only the beginning of chaotic turmoil in the greater world.
It will continue to intensify and it will affect all corners of our Earthly world. As we awaken out of our slumber, we drop into a deeper knowing that we are all one human family in an Age of Aquarius. And all of us are moving back "home" inside ourselves, some faster than others, but all wanting to know we are safe In The Arms of a Loving Universe.

This is exactly what Jesus talked about when he said: “I can of my own self do nothing.” When you realize you are the Conscious You, not the outer personality and ego, you see the reality that you can do noting of the outer self. The outer self can do nothing of value. You, as the Conscious You, really can do nothing for there is nothing that can be done in the material world that is worthwhile, that is transcendental, if it is not done through the power of the Spirit and the flow of the Light of the Spirit. All of us who were in embodiment have for many lifetimes identified with the ego and the outer personality. You can then go out and do things in the world, but you are doing them through force. When you come to the recognition that the Conscious You is Pure Awareness you realize: “I can do nothing worthwhile without the Spirit. And when it comes to the Spirit, I am not the originator, I am not the Creator, I am not the director, I am not the one in charge. My I AM Presence doeth the work!

The work of the Conscious You is to direct the light, but this happens within the framework set by the Presence. You do have choices at the level of the Conscious You. You still have free will but there are those who only think they have free will by rebelling against God’s Will through the ego. This is the ultimate perversion through the ego that says humankind can only attain free will through the fall. Nay my beloved, when you fell into duality you lost your free will. You think you can do anything through force and you can do anything you want through force, but what is done through force can never escape the action-reaction of karma, the karmic return. That karmic return will take away your freedom of choice, your ability to choose. You may think you have made a free choice in the past through force but it will come back and limit you in the future.

It is far better to Seek To Be The Open Door. When you are in the right polarity with the I AM Presence – when you have truly free will – that is when you can begin to grasp the higher vision that I Saint Germain hold for the golden age. Then you can see how you can play your personal, individual part in bringing it into manifestation. Do you see that you are not deciding with the outer personality what should be a particular manifestation of the golden age? You are tuning in to my vision, receiving it through the I AM Presence. Then you are deciding the specifics down here according to your choices, your personality, your background and your experience. Whatever you choose is within the overall vision and therefore whatever you do is not done through force. Whatever you do you will not engender this limiting karmic return and it will not hinder the manifestation of the golden age.
