I have been aware of this ascension unfolding for about three years following a profound awakening however it went into hyperdrive over the last year. I just discovered a video on the 12 stages of light body integration tonight for the first time though I have been energetically driven to understand all things metaphysical to the point that it is all I am now. Also, the universe or really my divine predetermined plan took literally everything my ego had me convinced was important so the truth of who and what we are and my path was able to become my reality free from the distortions the ego creates. Its been a long, hard, amazing, shocking, devastating and now very lonely journey as just this past week my very strongly shifting energy just terrified and eliminated from my life the man I know is my divine counterpart and only ally because his fear and distortions just consumed him. I'm very grateful to have found a roadmap that precisely interacts and pulls together all the beautiful and terrifying experiences I've faced alone over these last few years and even more grateful to have a love/light community to share with.
