As day two begins at the Citizen Hearing On Disclosure (CHD) in Washington, D.C., the focus on the subject of UFOs turns to the famous multi-witness encounter that took place in 1980 at the dual air base RAF Woodbridge and Bentwaters in England.

When you donate money "for the cure", is spent on the real cures silence

For starters, about half of the board of the American Cancer Society (ACS) consists of oncologists and radiologists with a personal interest in the four treatment options for a slow death described above. The main representatives often sit on other committees and receive grants from each other. Their job is to ensure that funding for cancer research continues to keep people sick lifetime and dying while waiting for the happy cure. This is something that politicians who aspire to public office know well.

Formed officially in 1940, the ACS was led by pharmaceutical giants and when President Nixon signed into law the "Fight against Cancer", ACS became unstoppable. What about the hundreds of millions of dollars the ACS collects every year? When you donate your hard-earned money to support the cause "for the cure", your money is aimed at silencing any priest who comes to light! For six decades, the ACS has supported a committee to identify any doctor who prescribes "unproven methods" (say, natural remedies) and those doctors are then persecuted and silenced in court by judges who previously worked for some of organizations in the tri-fecta (or work for them sometime soon).

Basically, in the United States, if a natural remedy works, it's cheap and has no side effects, other than it is not patentable, then it silenced and concealed. The AMA is responsible for licensing all doctors in the United States, so teaming the NCI, ACS and FDA functions as a "police radar" to identify doctors who are outside the official guidelines.

Nick Pope MOD UK December 1980 The Rendlesham Forrest Incident or the Bent Water Incident USAF Base in UK Lt Col Charles Holt

Dec 26 1980 John Burroughs Jim Penniston sent to investigate an aircraft crash - was indeed an extraterrestrial craft which left indentations on the ground and scorch marks. The craft was tracked on radar. Next night it fired light beams at men on the ground and at nuclear storage underground. Nick Pope did a cold case review. Investigations by the UK were inconclusive, the US removed some evidence without informing the British government. MOD shows UK authorities were not happy with the evidence being removed. Contradiction, poor information sharing and delay made the original reports inconclusive. The assessment of 5 star Admiral commented: my position is there are only two possibilities - intrusion of our air space by ET vehicle or All the USAF personal are lying or delusional.

33 years ago they were assigned to RAF Bent Waters which were leased to USAF They were security for war making assets at the Base. Saw strange lights in Rendlesham Forest. The thought it was a downed craft. The lights had landed in the forest. An object had been seen over radar over the forest. Upon arriving at the crash site they saw a blinding flash of light and they dropped to the ground. They saw a triangular craft at rest in the forest. The air was electrically charged. After 10 minutes with no aggression they concluded they were safe and he commenced an on site inspection including photographs and notebook entries. There were hieroglyphs etched into the skin of the craft. The craft then began to brighten - the craft became airborne and ascended skyward and streaked away at an impossible rate of speed. The information acquired was shared and they were to treat the information as top secret. All photos which were turned into the lab were over exposed and rendered useless. They were given narcotics before being interrogated by their supervisors. The Halt Memo said he believed the objects were under intelligent control. The men suffered ailments after being exposed to the craft and persist today. In December 1980 I was completely unaware of the incident - became aware of incident in 2000. It has been cowardly how their requests have been rejected.

Burroughs The human toll which takes place with those involved in UFO incidents. Our incident is still classified 32 years later.

Congressman Bartlett Were there other witnesses? There were 40 to 60 people who also witnessed this. Were there others near the craft with you two? Penniston: Security forces working on Bent Waters - about 13 of them saw the craft land. On Rendelsham security saw the light in the woods. Everybody working on both Bases that night saw it take off. When it landed did they think it was one of our craft? Penniston: We were trained in siloutes of Craft - but this craft was void of crew compartment, did not have exhaust, intake, a "front" - felt there was no way it could fly. Burroughs: Radar contacted and notified us that there was something in the forest. The decision was made by a shift commander to let us go out into the forest and local authorities were notified as well. This was picked up on radar. Penniston: I paced it off as 9 feet by 9 feet by 9 feet and 6-7 feet tall. It seemed too small to be piloted. Was there an investigation of the landing site - the Security Forces did an investigation the next morning, less than a week later a Team from Langley and courded off the area - they were there a few days then packed up and left. Nick Pope: The British governments file has been declassified. There were radiation readings taken at the landing site. How do they explain this incident away? Burroughs: Fooled by stars, planets or the local lighthouse. How do they explain away the radar records? They just play it down.

Nick Pope: In my experience at MOD the incident they say anomalous returns can come from meteorological events and radar is not an exact science. UK was very much based on US Project Blue Book and often the conclusion was we do not believe these things to be of defense interest.

Does it not become obligatory at some point with all these incidents to acknowledge something is there. Nick Pope: I agree (laughter) Bartlett: There is an attitude with the general public that they are too dumb to understand or must be protected.

Congresswoman Woosley What are you doing now? Penniston: We are documenting this, writing a book, the three of us Burroughs: Retired from USAF in 2006. Because of my medical conditions I am limited to what I can do. Are you getting treated by the VA for your illnesses. Penniston: They have addressed a few issues like inner ear problems. I had some problems walking 3 weeks after the incident. I was asked were you exposed to radiation recently? I had touched the craft. I had a terrible time sleeping - getting 2-3 hours/night. He told his doctors he had an incident which was classified and they refused to treat them. The doctor referred to psych and she did hypnosis. I came out of the hypnosis and her mouth was at the bottom of the table. She said tell me about Bet Water. He said I think it is classified. Burroughs: After the incident my gums turned white - after a few months on leave I became very ill and I was diagnosed with a heart murmur. Later I had vision problems. They said it was due to being exposed to radiation. A few years ago I became very ill and I had a-fib congestive heart failure. The insurance company wanted more tests to explain my condition. My heart rebounded. My heart ejection fracture was 10% - I was the walking dead. Because of all of this Mr. Franscogna inquired the military about my medical records. During the process of this investigation - we received a phone call saying my records were in the classified section. VA doctor said my records do not show you were in the military then. The doctor said there are some things we do not need to know. Why when the incident happened in UK why were the USAF the lead in the investigation? Nick Pope: Since it was considered a security issue, the NATO agreement allowed concurrent jurisdiction in a security situation.

Patrick Franscogna: I am helping these gentlemen because they are worthy. I worked for a member of the California delegation in the 1980s - the oddest thing we would have to deal with is nude sun bathers - when I approach Senator McConnellʻs office - people "get weird" around the Redlesham case. After one year nothing was done in this case. I would have been fired if I had not done something in a year.

Senator Gravel: How has this been handled? Burroughs: This is the first time we went public. When the VA was not responsive with any immediacy I am somewhat horrified at hearing your stories. The classification problem and not acknowledged you served - you had a discharge document. This is gross incompetence and negligence on the part of the government.

Penniston: I have an inner ear problem and it effects balance. They did say it was Meniereʻs disease upon discharge. Approximately two years after the incident I almost died in the hospital - got very sick - it effected my heart. I would like to have my USAF medical records for that - I was active duty then.

Burroughs: The doctor said there were no records when I was in the military so I showed her

Tell us about touching the craft

Penniston: I felt I needed to investigate so I could report back on this. Since there was no reaction I felt it was not hostile. I started to walk around the object. I saw an inscription on the front and I saw the hieroglyphs. When I went into that forest I did not believe in ETs and I still donʻt, by the way. I ran my hand over the fabric of the craft. I looked underneath it. I was wondering how it moved - there was light emenating from it - it was up about 2 feet. I pushed the craft and it was solid. It was completely silent. I touched the craft and it felt like smooth metal - I touched it with my own skin (no gloves) the craft was warm to the touch. As I walked around it I knew it was nothing we had and surely nothing the Russians had.

Congresswoman Hooley: When this aircraft landed how long did it take for the public to know it landed? Nick Pope: Some locals knew immediately. They went on record as witnesses. The Halt document was released in 1983. Local reporters aggressively asked at the time and they were told nothing happened. Were there others out there with you? Penniston: No Mam. No one else was around. Burroughs was out of it because he was enveloped by the lights. It happened to him on two separate nights. I felt I was going to die out there that night so I tried to get as much information as possible. The second night there was a small incident where there were lights - a beam of light shot through their vehicle and shut it down. On the third night he recorded what was going on - Now whatever it is is coming at us from the South and it is beaming lights down at us - Unreal? Penniston: We were about 300 feet away from the Base. Also there was the fire department who saw this on Night 1 and there were Civilian members. I was the only one who touched it - Burroughs was engulfed in a beam of light and it also happened on the third night. That is the unusual part of this. Base Commander was going to debunk it but his life changed too. There were a lot of veterans who were working that night. Some of the others have similar problems too.

Congressman Cook: The very first sighting was with Sergeant Stephens and you. Burroughs: He was senior ranking security and he stayed back for security. I believe he still is alive. What is a classified section of the VA? : the VA has a section where they maintain classified records and it is up to the Command if they will release your medical records for treatment.

Burroughs: This was a three night incident. Also - it happened off Base. USAF was given lead on investingating the Case. Why would they send in an investigation from Langley. Did they know something? Different things came out about what was seen. Everyone saw something different. There was static electricity in the air, their were equipment failures. None of us were debriefed. None of us had medical assessments. None of us were removed from duty. The Commander [Halt] said he felt that it was intelligently controlled. I feel if this was investigated it could be the Case which could make a difference in Disclosure.

Nick Pope: There were soil samples, samples from scorched trees and documentation that the General took with him when he left.

Penniston/Burroughs: It was found under hypnosis that I was taken back into OSI and that was where I was given sodium pentothol and additional discoveries were made. Why do you think there was a cover - up. This object was drawn into the area. This was a top secret facility C-3 Facility, a building there had a retinal scanner and those were civilians and just a mile or two away were MI6 - there were towers on Base that had radar too. There was the Horizon Radar. The Russians had their project. They were trying to counteract this radar technology. The NSA had a facility with Cobra Mist. They brought in Standford University to understand why it wasnʻt working properly. They found out something in the Country was causing it not to work. Then they shut it down immediately. It was strange to shut down such an expensive project. They found out Standford then never left Bent Waters. Whatever they were working on at the time, they continued going forward. They had at the time reel-to-reel and they recorded all our transmissions on the radio. These things are a smoking gun. All of the records have been taken. We were told that these things were missing - gone. We were told by the Senior Controller - Koffee- that they were removed and classified secret. After all this they decided to make cover stories. They said it was alien-ET related-UFO-"little green men" Kilpatrick: Was It? Penniston: Absolutely Not. It was a Craft of unknown origin. I have always felt it was more of a security situation. There were munitions storage, C-3 facilities and Cobra Mist and we cannot go into that here. It was my job to assess the threat to security. I must admit I knew this thing was not in the book for known aircraft and I knew it was nothing we had the capability of at the time.

Congresswoman Woosley: You mentioned sodium pentathol - when was that administered. In 1994 I went to a therapist and she put me under that. I had additional visits to her. Under hypnosis it came out about the sodium pentothal injection and I was given that was taken Feb 1 1981. They kept interrogating us like we were prisoners of war. Under hypnosis it became clear they knew things but also they were trying to get answers. DIS (Defense Intelligence Service) they were 50 miles away. It could have been NSA - State Department - who knows who was pulling the strings on this. Burroughs: The State Department - something went on. There was an International incident otherwise why would they be briefed on this if nothing of significance took place? Commander Halt was aware we were drugged and not treated properly. Col Conrad was most concerned and said Col Halt violated a code of conduct talking about classified information. Why werenʻt we briefed on what happened to us and we are still puzzled by what we were dealing with.

Senator Gravel: Were there nuclear storage facilities on the Base? Nick Pope I checked the position with the MOD press office and I was told if that question comes up the UK government position was they can neither confirm nor deny. UK Chairman of Joint Chiefs said - look this was a nuclear Base.

Burroughs: What would be classified still today? OSI blew there time limits by a year regarding our oaths. Why are they trying intimidation 32 years later? Why the interest 32 years later? Penniston: Why did they blow the FOIA request 32 years later? We are here to clear this up as best we can and get answers. It is a step in the process. If you look at the Bent Waters incident not as a UFO incident but as an incident which will cause the DOD and other Agencies grief - why is there something so classified that they wonʻt let it out? I think they donʻt want the real truth to come out - because they do not want to have the truth come out. You have to be very specific with your questions.

Senator Gravel The White House says nothing is going on so to back up the White House the entire military backs them up. Penniston: I donʻt think you folks [Congress] know about these things. I donʻt think Presidents know about these things and you guys come and go.

Congressman Cook I am going to compose a letter to Veterans Administration and President Obama to ask for something very simple here - Sgt Burroughs and Sgt Penniston medical records - if we find in them heart problems at a very yound age - I submit if we find those evidences - there is no reason to withold a medical records. I think this could be a start of taking down that brick in the process. Bent Waters are in Suffolk County. Ipswich is that close? Even those those are two RAF Bases who many Airmen are on those Bases? Nick Pope Those Bases are RAF - but in name only. If Gabriel hadnʻt been taken evidence back to Reinstein, Germany - this was under the early years of Thatcher - The Iron Lady - There was something that needed to be covered up immediately. Give us a little more detail about why so quickly? Nick Pope The MOD was upset about this - not the Minister personally. America was considered a senior partner in NATO and there was a kind of ʻdonʻt the Americans ruleʻ that was never articulated in any other manner.

Did you draw this? Penniston: Yes - I still have the notebook. This is a copy of what I drew. And you say this was on the craft? Yes. This is part of my observations and in my report. The rough drawing of the craft was done for OSI. December 29th. The glyphs they were not interested in. Nick Pope It was the potential hazard for radiation that was the interest.

Burroughs In the early 90s Col Halt released the Statements. The Memo, Tape and our Statements were then released. The Memo came out in 1983 through the FOIA was released to the public - shortly after the tape was released. In the 90s our Statements were released by Col. Halt. Within a day or two the Memo clearly showed indents in the forest where you described the craft as being. The way the story was told after he took the tape to him - The Staff reviewed the tape and said We donʻt want to touch this - this is the British problem- brief them on the issue.

Congressman Bartlett - working in 1958 at NHI - there was serious concern I would be punished for this - its not the kind of thing you did back then. You donʻt need to worry about repercussions for this because there would be hell to pay in the press if there were repercussions. It is inconceivable to me that there would be repercussions to this.

Congressman Woolsey Are we dealing with UFOs? I believe honestly it is not about secrecy it is about power. They want to use this technology for war making abilities and it is national defense. Everyone is in a race to have this technology and use it against each other.

Capt. Robert Salas On duty inside a launch control center. Control over 10 nuclear missiles - all operate independently with their own control. here was no means to effect them outside their capsule. FSC called to report unidentified objects of light abocve the facitolity doing odd maneuvers doing things our aircraft cannot do. I basically hung up on them. There was a large oval shape object hovering overhead. It was difficult to distinguish a shape except it was glowing red. Their weapons were drawn - several men - they wanted to know what to do next. Our primary duty was to secure the missiles. Our missiles began to shut down. We lost all power when this vehicle was above the facitilty. BURSA Voice activated facility - there were security violations in all ten missiles. The FSC reported the object had flown off. They reported to seeing the object over the site. It happened at another flight - the Echo Flt incident about a week earlier.

Recording of a telephone conversation where he described on two of his launch facilities where he had security in their silos they reported they had a UFO and they lost all their missiles. The missiles - all ten - shut down. This happened in 1967. Signed non-disclosure statement about what they have seen.

The coupler is attached to the missile guidance system. In the opinion of the team the signals caused all ten couplers to fail and - the signals sent from the Object flying over the site. This kind of event is virtually impossible. Boeing Company was the manufacturer of the missiles. We did not have the capability in a machine to do this - then or now. I have concluded these objects were non terrestrial in origin. In 1966 U of Colorado was awarded a million dollar grant for the study of UFOs. USAF Officers gave reports of Air Force events. With respect to Echo Oscar flight evidence was kept from the accounting committee. I asked him about the Echo Incident I cant talk about that he said Col Chase said it did not involve a UFO I turned that over to Bob Lowe When he reviewed the report he said it was too high a classified event to review. He did not interview either of the Echo Crews. Project Blue Book was intentionally misinformed about these incidents. There were equipment malfunctions and abnormalities. Air Force purposely denied the UFO shut down incidence. An official rejection of the phenomena. In light of my own experience the USAF is engaged in lying and hiding information from the public on UFOs.

Capt David Schindele, USAF ret. Minot Air Force Base - ND I was told to never speak about this again. I was to a launch control officer. My launch Commander was a Captain. I held a top secret clearance which was required for my job. One morning the local news announcer in Mohall ND saw lights overhead and it was attributed to ND

The missile sight had gone on alert. when the briefing was over several of the launch crews commented on the news and its possible connection to November Flight. The usual way was to inspect the sight from the perimeter road. There was an object there the night before the object was est at 80 to 100 feet wide. He said it hovered and made no sound - it was not like anything he had ever seen. The object while hovering ovber the ground went toward the north side of the building and disappeared. The object was just above the nuclear capsule underground. This capsule was under the garage. This was the launch control center for all ten missiles. My Commander and I went down to the launch control center - in the capsule the launch control center the controls showed all ten missiles were off line and not launchable. We speculated about an EMF pulse that may have sent them offline. The object whicvh had paid a visit had tampered with and made unlaunchable the ten nuclear missiles. Everyone had been told to never to discuss the incident. He had received the orders from OSI. With no discussion between him and me or anyone else me and my crew were left without direction. This serious lack of follow through by the USAF was more than bewildering. Normally we would have training on what to do. I will nbever forget the look on the faces of my crew when we were briefed. Maintenace people had to retarget the missiles and there were more guards needed. Everyone had been silenced. After years of searching the internet I looked for someone who knew something about this. Two of my crew have gone public with the incidence and have pleaded I not reveal their names they fear ridicule and losing their USAF pensions. Late Capt Val Smith He was interviewed by Alan Hynak posted Dec 1966 - event which happened Aug 1966 This incident was not picked up by the press. In 1966 when I was in Minot the evidence was everywhere something was happening. The USAF knew the truth.

Tech Sgt David Scott USAF Police, ret Secret Security clearance strategic air command Minot ND We were dispatched from Alpha One to one of our missile sites - probably another Jack Rabbitt we thought. It was the size of a star but was pulsing red. We parked off site to wait the order to leave the area - Was pulsing red-blue-yellow and our car went dead. We sat there45 minutes protecting our missile sight. The Object then pulsed white three times and our car came back on - all alarms had reset properly and we were then called back on the radio. We reported to Sgt Hicks that we saw a light - then he hit us with a bombshell All alrams in our wing had alarmed simultaneously and all car security went dead for 45 minutes and they all saw the light in the sky. The official UFO position is that UFOs exist - why bother with a report unless you want to get laughed out of service. I heard a radio show from Winnipeg - fighters had responded to the UFO that had been over our missile sight - when it disappeared the Canadians picked up on it. This information was released in 1975.

Capt Fenstermacher 1974-1977 AFB I was and still remain a skeptic. My deputy and I were on duty at the LCF. The SAT team was doing their checks at 2am they called SAT and said get out of your vehicle and see what you see. They said we see something in the distance. A Bright White Pulsating Light - and other colors pulsating. It looks near the LCF where you are. Then they asked them to return. We called them and asked what was going on . They said there was a white/red/blue object pulsating light it was 40-50 feet long it was about 80 feet high in the sky - it was moving down the access road to the East and was closest to the launch facility. They returned to the LCF and were just about ready to go. The object moved above another LCF They said they needed to gas up their truck. They started taking personal notes of what transpired. The Crew from Quebec called and said earlier that morning they had a similar object above their launch facilities. The SAT team had an accident leaving the LCF and the Quebec team seemed to find that humerus which was important for what happened later. I told them if they did not take this seriously I would call the Base Commander (it was 3am and he would not like that) At 4am in moved away very rapidly to a star shape object then disappeared. None of our missiles had gone offline. In the morning we were relieved by the day crew. Beam of light was extending down to the launched facility. The SAT team from that night - they reached into the beam and that spooked them - they raced away and then had an accident.

Disclosure Hearings are underway in Washington, D.C. We are aware that some have had trouble with connections, but that will be ironed out. It is probably a sign of the overload in the lines produced by the great demand. It will truly be a watershed event, and the archives will live on as material for the mainstream media when the interest level becomes impossible to ignore.

All of you who know of call-in or write-in news shows, please exercise your right to question, and ask all reporters why there is no mainstream coverage of the most important event in news of the democracy in the last 50 years. Enough phone calls will bring results. Also call your Congressperson and Senators. They are more likely to respond to constituents if you call. They all have people answering their phones and will collect numbers of interested callers. Tell them you are advocating Disclosure because it will mean free energy for all! If they say, “What do you mean by that, how is that connected,” you say, “How do you think they get here? It certainly isn’t gasoline!”

Now, Kathryn is asking when the ships will decloak over the Hearings. Of course, that will be a spectacular and ironic confirmation of the truth of the Disclosures. It is planned for a moment that will achieve the greatest drama with the greatest safety for the ships and observers on the ground. We do not wish to see gun-weilding security troops being challenged by innocent “believers.” It must be accomplished with the utmost care. There are a number of options being considered, depending upon the developments on the ground. You can be sure it will be a closer encounter than the films you are used to seeing.

Many of you are aware that Zorra of Hollow Earth will be there for the entire proceedings. We are looking forward to some exciting action in the coming days. Send your loving energy to light the way for your Brothers and Sisters who wish with all their hearts to make the Disclosure so powerful, memorable and compelling that it cannot be ignored, by any American or by any Earth resident anywhere.

There are many other places on the globe where uncloaking is less dangerous. Those locations will be used as well. By next week, there will be so many videos on Youtube that the question of secrecy will be eliminated for good. Trust your dear leaders Ashtar and St. Germain, who love nothing better than a good “send-up,” to devise the most entertaining and awesome presentation possible.

Now, we have other matters to tell you about. You may be aware of the nature of the energy fluctuations in recent days. After a surge of high-vibration, uplifting waves, the energy subsided a bit, like a wave ebbing after it crashes on the beach. Those of you who are sensitive to these changes will have felt extremely energized, then a bit let down and tired. These were normal reactions to the cosmic shifts. Rest, recover and be open to the next wave which will be on its way shortly. You are responding with increasing Light and loving actions. The Ascension process is gaining “lift” from the sustained efforts of the many Lightworkers who keep on, carrying the torch for all the others.

Another phenomenon needs explanation, for your peace of mind. As the Reptilian forces have been dispatched and their lairs destroyed, there is nowhere for them to hide. As a result, those who have so far escaped capture are scrambling to find a hiding place. They have resorted to their old tricks - the tried and true “possession” subterfuge. They find a vulnerable person and attach themselves, like giant leaches, to the inner or outer surfaces of the individual’s body. They prefer to remain hidden inside a person, because there they can attach themselves to the thinking and feeling parts of their nervous system, taking over the behavior and emotions of the host.

The most powerful ones are able to commandeer the individual’s faculties to a point where they have nearly free reign to behave as they wish, causing havoc in the person’s mental and physical health, relationships, finances, and general ability to enjoy life. Deep depression, profound anxiety and volatile anger are common symptoms which may develop suddenly, causing confusion for their loved ones, employers and friends.

We have asked Kathryn and others to work with healing teams of Masters, with back-up help from the Arcturian experts in Reptilian capture and treatment. All Dark Entities are treated with care, encouraged to go to the Light of their own free will, and are welcomed back to our Love and forgiveness. Ultimately, very few do otherwise.

We are having a great deal of success once they have completed their life reviews and have spent time for the first time in thousands of years in the uplifting atmosphere of Unconditional Love. Of course they are not permitted entry into community life until they have completely altered their DNA, their belief systems and their Light Quotient. This may take quite a long time for many of them, but we count it as a resounding success for the Lightworkers of Planet Earth, who have now made the reclaiming of souls possible for millions of Dark Ones.

It has not been a focus of our teachings until now, but We believe you need to know both sides of the story. You have been told in various forms, “All the souls must be saved.” This capture and restoration of the Dark souls to the Light is a monumental event in the history of the Universe. Because of the very large numbers of Dark Ones inhabiting Gaia in recent decades, it has been possible for the roundup to be very effective in reducing the overall numbers of Dark Hats throughout the Multiverse. You cannot possibly appreciate the difference this will make in the peace of mind and happiness of Beings everywhere.

We know that many of you who were impatient for Ascension would have preferred to see the mass separation and quarantine or elimination of the souls who had gone astray, but it was not our Way to destroy the beloved children we have given life to, regardless of how far they might have strayed. We will not let them go free to create havoc as they did in your Earth history, but that was another story of challenge, bravery and communally planned life lessons which will not soon be repeated.

As you may be feeling in the deepest parts of your souls, an era is ending, and history is being made in the streets, the homes and hearts of all the humans of Gaia. You are the ones who have stood tall, carried the torch of Freedom and kept your Faith. There will now begin a time of healing, of easing of stresses and of friendship through all the strata of society. Breathe deeply, Dear Ones. Feel the winds of change and the sweet breath of tenderness as we brush your cheeks and wrap you in the warmth and Unconditional Love we feel for our brave and determined human children.

I just got a call from Zaraya and Quasar ... very exhilerated! They were able to get into the "courtroom" ... said the air was "electric!" Witnesses were very knowledgeable and the Congress people were very interested and had interesting and good questions. Zorra arrived in later part of afternoon and Jane introduced Zorra to Dr. Greer. Zorra also said that Ashtar has been hovering above the clouds, above the courtroom... it's raining there. Tomorrow Zorra may call me and I'll try to have him call back on the conference line so you can hear the recording. By the way, they, and I are extremely grateful for all of you who pitched in to finance their trip. East coast prices are beyond belief ... parking alone, about $50/day ... between both hotel and Hearing locations. So I am glad we had extra travel money for them! We have such a loving and supportive family!

Open Minds journalist, Antonio Huneeus, is one of the panel members speaking at the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure this week. Today he presented to the committee of 6 former congress members on the United Nation’s UFO initiatives, and on the Rockefeller UFO document he helped author. History/Background

Good afternoon, distinguished members and panelists of the Citizens Hearing on Unidentified Flying Objects, UFOs. My name is Jose Antonio Huneeus and I am a Chilean-American journalist who has been actively involved in covering the mystery of UFOs and its hypothesis of extraterrestrial, ET, origin—other theories are also possible and should be considered—for the past 37 years. My very first article on this topic was published in a small New York newspaper on July 4, 1977, coinciding with the beginning of my professional career as a journalist in the United States. I was born in this country but my family was from Chile. My father worked for several years in the United Nations, in the early formative years of this international body, during which time I was born in New York in 1950. After graduating from high school in Santiago in 1969, I went to Europe and took a semester on French language and civilization at the Sorbonne University in Paris, and later studied journalism at the University of Chile in Santiago.

I worked for a while as a science journalist for a weekly magazine in Santiago and also wrote regularly for a daily newspaper in the mid-seventies, where I was one of the first journalists in Chile to cover ecological or green issues on a regular basis. This was, however, a period of great turmoil in Chile following the military coup of September 11, 1973, the first time that fateful date shows up in modern  history, I might add. So I took the decision to claim my U.S. citizenship and move to this country, where I have lived ever since, first in the Washington, DC area, then New York for some 25 years, back to the Beltway where I lived in northern Virginia for about three years, and now the Phoenix, Arizona, area, where I moved in 2009 after I was hired to work as a full time paid journalist and editor of Open Minds magazine, and also a writer for our website, openminds.tv, and other production and research activities in ufology for the company Open Minds Production.

The subject of UFOs is a contentious one where many different views and attitudes coexist, sometimes in a friendly manner, sometimes in a more acrimonious way. But there is no doubt in my mind that there is at least one conclusion we can and should all agree: UFOs are definitely a global phenomenon, they are sighted visually, on film and on radar, reported, investigated sometimes officially, sometimes by private organizations, and covered by both the local and international media all over the world. It doesn’t really matter what is the culture, language, religion, ethnic origin and level of development and technological capabilities of a country, UFOs have been reported everywhere, from Alaska to Chile and Argentina in the Americas, all over Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and the oceans. There are well documented cases in many parts of the world, including Brazil, France, Iran, Russia, Zimbabwe, New Zealand, and many other countries. Regardless of what turns out to be the final origin of this mystery, it has a great potential of unifying the different and often divided parts of the world. The reason is simple. No matter how big our ideological, religious or cultural differences are, we would all tend to unite in the face of an unknown, possibly extraterrestrial presence. It is for this reason that some efforts have been made over the years to bring this subject to the attention of the United Nations Organization. This international body, despite its flaws, is the only organization that truly represents all the nations of this world, and so it seems to be the logical place where this issue could be dealt with in a global formal and legal manner.

I will outline briefly the history of UFOs at the United Nations, a subject that I know very well first hand since I personally attended as a journalist the famous historical UFO Hearing before the UN Special Political Committee on November 27, 1978. This was the result of a two-year lobbying effort by sir Eric Gairy, the Prime Minister of Grenada, a small Caribbean island which had gained independence from Great Britain in 1978. I am submitting for the record a long article detailing the history of UFOs at the UN which I published in the third issue of Open Minds magazine in 2010.

Grenada’s UFO proposal was first raised officially by Prime Minister Gairy and Grenada’s UN ambassador Wellington Friday at a meeting of the UN General Assembly Special Political Committee on November 28, 1977. Grenada proposed the “establishment of an agency or a department of the United Nations for undertaking, coordinating, and disseminating the results of research into Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and related phenomena.” Grenada made further statements on November 30 and December 6, 1977. In an earlier speech in October, Prime Minister Gairy disclosed his own sighting: “I have myself seen an unidentified flying object and I have been totally overwhelmed by what I have seen.” As a result of all this effort, on December 13, 1977, “the General Assembly adopted Decision 32/424,” which acknowledged, “the draft resolution submitted by Grenada.”

Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim duly forwarded “Decision 32/424” to the member states by a “note verbale” on March 13, 1978, however, only three governments responded (India, Luxembourg, and Seychelles) and only two specialized agencies (International Civil Aviation Organization and UNESCO) replied with a flat “no comments to offer.”

Undeterred, Grenada launched a new offensive in 1978 with the help of one of the original NASA astronauts, Gordon Cooper, among others. A group of recognized experts was assembled by Gairy to testify at a hearing before the Special Political Committee on November 27, 1978, which became the high point of the Grenada initiative. Besides Sir Eric Gairy and Ambassador Friday, who was now Grenada’s Minister of Education, the hearing included testimony by astronomer Dr. J. Allen Hynek, the former scientific consultant for the U.S. Air Force Project Blue Book who went on to found the Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS), Dr. Jacques Vallee, Stanton Friedman, who is present at this Citizen Hearing, and a first-hand witness account by Lt. Col. Lawrence Coyne of the U.S. Army Reserve on his famous October 18, 1973 UFO-helicopter near-collision in Ohio. A letter of endorsement by astronaut Gordon Cooper, who was then working for the Walt Disney Company as vice-president of research & development for Epcot, was read into the record. Besides mentioning his own sighting and views on UFOs, Cooper wrote that “we need to have a top level, coordinated program to scientifically collect and analyze data from all over earth concerning any type of encounter, and to determine how best to interface with these visitors in a friendly fashion.”

At a meeting of the UN General Assembly on December 18, 1978, Decision 33/426 was adopted with the same heading to the previous Decision 32-424, “Establishment of an agency or a department of the United Nations for undertaking, coordinating and disseminating the results of research into unidentified flying objects and related phenomena.” The Grenada initiative was gradually opening the door to UFOs at the UN, but unfortunately, the effort came to an abrupt halt when the Gairy government was overthrown by a Marxist revolution led by Maurice Bishop of the New Jewel Movement in March 1979. Ironically, Gairy was in New York to meet with Kurt Waldheim regarding Decision 33/426 when the coup took place.

Some minor efforts to rekindle the UFO initiative at the United Nations were attempted by civilian investigators since the Grenada coup of 1979, but with no success whatsoever because only a sovereign member country can bring this issue back officially to the UN and no government has done so since the Grenada initiative of the late seventies. The good news, however, is that we don’t have to reinvent the wheel. The UN Decisions 32-424 and 33-426 are already on the books and could be revived if there was a political will.

In closing these opening remarks, I want to make a few important points. While it’s true that the majority of UFO sightings have mundane explanations, a fact recognized by most competent investigators and scientists, if you really study with an open mind the extensive data bank of UFO cases collected worldwide during the last six decades, you will find a small percentage of truly puzzling incidents that defy any conventional explanation. The prevailing view among most researchers and the media is that these cases have an ET origin, but this is not the only explanation. Other theories including inter-dimensional or multiple universes have also been advanced. Even time travel has been proposed–in other words, UFOs would be our own devices from the future coming back in time for unknown reasons. I realize all this sounds like science-fiction, but think for a minute. Didn’t you see people talking to each other at huge distances while viewing themselves on a screen in lots of sci-fi movies from the fifties and sixties? Well, this happens now every day through Skype in the internet. Similar examples can be multiplied ad infinitum.

What is important is to look at all the data without any preconceived ideas or beliefs. The late Dr. Hynek used to say that UFOs were likely signaling the next scientific revolution. But we will never get there if we don’t the study the phenomenon in a truly comprehensive and unbiased way and, I might add, with the proper resources to do so. The political implications, or exo-political as it’s now referred, are even bigger. The alien can become a catalyst to unify the people of Earth, to realize that mankind must grow way beyond our current limitations if we are going to survive and prosper in the future. Many believe that open contact will never happen in an open way unless mankind’s level of consciousness makes a significant jump.

The Rockefeller UFO Initiative

Throughout most of the 1990s a significant amount of UFO-related research was funded by the billionaire philanthropist Laurance S. Rockefeller, yet with a few exceptions this was mostly unknown by the general public, the media and even the majority of the ufological community. It was also ignored by the mainstream world, who chose to ignore this unconventional side of one of the Rockefellers. His long official biography posted online by the Rockefeller Archive Center doesn’t mention any of his UFO, paranormal, new age and consciousness-oriented interests, and neither did the long obituaries published by The New York Times, The Washington Post and other mainstream publications when he died in 2004 at the age of 94. And yet these activities were not a small, inconsequential part of the philanthropist’s life—he seemed to have spent quite a bit of time thinking, meeting people and funding research in the period going from the late 1980s to 2000. Without access to his financial records, there is no way of knowing how much money he spent, but it must be around a few million dollars at the least.

Although I never met him personally, I know something about it because I had the opportunity of working first-hand in one of Laurance Rockefeller’s sponsored projects, the UFO Briefing Document – The Best Available Evidence, a special report published in December 1995 sent to the White House, selected members of Congress and VIPs, which is now available for free at the openminds.tv website. Rockefeller’s activities, in fact, went beyond funding into actual lobbying at the highest level—President Bill Clinton and the First Lady and current Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton. Long before the term “exopolitics” was in vogue, Laurance Rockefeller was practicing it in the White House from 1993 to 1996. This has come to be known as the Rockefeller UFO Initiative, a multi-pronged campaign to get the U.S. Government to release sensitive information on UFOs and Extraterrestrial Intelligence. The initiative is documented in hundreds of pages of correspondence released a few years ago by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). These documents can be accessed at the Paradigm Research Group website.

I am enclosing a long article describing all the various facets of the so-called Laurance Rockefeller UFO Initiative published in the Open Minds magazine number six, February-March 2011. It is not necessary to go into the biographical background of Mr. Rockefeller in this short presentation, except to note that he was one of the original grandsons of the founder of the dynasty, John D. Rockefeller, that he was obviously extremely wealthy and well connected, that he had studied philosophy at Princeton and was quite a visionary even in business, where he seemed to be always ahead of the curve, backing aeronautics in the thirties, electronics in the sixties and conservation and environmental efforts throughout his long career. Although the mainstream chose to ignore it, his intense interest in UFOs and ET issues in the nineties fits very well this pattern.

Mr. Rockefeller backed many UFO-related projects in the period between the late eighties and 2000, but for the purposes of this Hearing we will concentrate on his political initiatives in these areas. Laurance Rockefeller’s first forays into ufology started sometime in the late eighties through Dr. Cecil B. Scott Jones, a parapsychologist and former U.S. Navy Commander who had worked as Naval Attaché in Asia and at the Naval Scientific and Technical Intelligence Center. Between 1985 and 1991, Jones was Special Assistant to Senator Claiborne Pell (1918-2009), the powerful Rhode Island Democrat Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (1987-1994) who was deeply interested in parapsychology. Sen. Pell was also friends with Laurance Rockefeller and both served on the board of the Human Potential Foundation, a small think tank launched in 1989 in Vienna, Virginia, by Jones to conduct “research into all conditions of humankind: physiological, psychological and spiritual.”

Many of the papers released by the White House’s OSTP come from Scott Jones, who knew Dr. John Gibbons, a physicist who worked for many years as Director of the Office of Technology Assessment for the U.S. Congress and was appointed in 1993 by the Clinton administration to direct the OSTP. What was the exact turning point of Laurance Rockefeller’s evolution from a general interest in consciousness studies into the specific area of UFOs and Extraterrestrial Intelligence is still unclear, but the end of the Cold War and the arrival in Washington of a younger generation represented by Bill and Hillary Clinton are key factors. He felt the time was ripe for a new and fresh approach into an area that had been previously dominated by a Cold War mentality. Rockefeller recruited for this effort a long-time associate, Henry L. Diamond, an environmental attorney from Washington, DC whose links to the family went all the way back to the 1960s when he worked with Laurance in his conservation activities. Diamond also knew John Gibbons and so he was the right person to make the first contact with the OSTP chief when he sent a Memorandum on March 29, 1993 requesting a meeting:

Laurance S. Rockefeller, who is a leading U.S. conservationist, businessman, and philanthropist, is anxious to have a brief meeting with Dr. Gibbons to discuss the potential availability of government information about unidentified flying objects and extraterrestrial life. As one who has had a long-time interest in environmental and spiritual issues, Mr. Rockefeller, with other leading citizens, is planning to make an approach to President Clinton on this subject…

The details of Rockefeller’s White House lobbying effort are described in my article and also on the documents themselves posted by PRG. We know from the record that following the initial meeting with Gibbons and subsequent correspondence, the government decided to constrict the more general issue of UFOs into the specific and famous UFO crash of July 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico. This incident will be discussed in detail at a later session during this Hearing. After ignoring it for decades, the Air Force had then taken the decision to finally make a big public statement, which took place in 1994 with its official Report that explained or debunked the incident as a once top secret balloon project to detect the Soviet’s first atomic bomb tests codenamed Project Mogul. This derailed to a great extent the initial Rockefeller effort at the White House, but didn’t stop him to try a different approach. By 1995 Laurance Rockefeller switched his UFO-related coordinator from Scott Jones to Marie Galbraith, the well connected wife of investment banker Evan Galbraith who was ambassador to France during the Reagan administration, Republican candidate for New York governor in 1994 and chairman of William Buckley’s National Review, among other things. Marie Galbraith and Sandra S. Wright, another well connected high society lady who ran the BSW Foundation, had come up with the idea of preparing a comprehensive UFO Briefing Document that could be send to members of Congress and VIPs in general. The original draft was written by Don Berliner, an aviation journalist and long-time ufologist with the Fund for UFO Research (FUFOR) in the Washington area, and I was brought in to help editing and expanding the document from a small office ran by Marie Galbraith in New York’s Madison Avenue. The final Briefing Document was finished in December 1995 but sent out in early 1996. It was Rockefeller’s and Galbraith’s idea to give the copyright to the UFO Research Coalition, a consortium of the three main American UFO organizations—MUFON, CUFOS (Center for UFO Studies) and FUFOR, whose directors endorsed the document. Copies of the report were sent to Dr. Gibbons at the White House, some members of Congress and VIPs worldwide, but there was no well coordinated effort to disseminate the document and as a result its political impact was limited.

The one exception was France due to Marie Galbraith’s extensive connections there from her U.S. Embassy days back in the 1980s. Copies of the UFO Briefing Document were sent from President Chirac down the food chain in the French government. We had received, in fact, many interesting documents and reports from the official French UFO group at the National Center for Space Studies (CNES)—then called SEPRA and now GEIPAN—and one of the Briefing’s “Case Histories” was the famous UFO landing case in Trans-en-Provence in 1981. I will have more to say about the French official UFO investigations at a later session in this Hearing. There can be little doubt that the UFO Briefing Document became the model for the COMETA Report, an important study conducted by a group of retired French generals and intelligence officers led by Major Gen. Dennis Letty. In their final 1999 report titled, UFOs and Defense: What Should We Prepare For?, the COMETA authors praised highly the “leading U.S. personality Marie Galbraith” who was “supported both morally and financially by Laurance Rockefeller.”

Marie Galbraith was also the coordinator for a number of separate UFO-related projects funded by the philanthropist. By 1997, Laurance Rockefeller dropped the political UFO initiatives and concentrated instead on the scientific angle. A major meeting, closed to both the public and the press, was held from September 29 to October 3, 1997 at the Pocantico Conference Center in Tarrytown, NY. The chief coordinator and author of the final report was Dr. Peter A. Sturrock, an astrophysicist from Stanford University who also directed for many years the Society for Scientific Exploration (SSE). The idea was to gather a group of professional scientists, many of them from Europe, and have scientifically-trained UFO researchers present the best evidence to a panel of neutral scientists. The presentations touched upon all the main scientific areas: Photographic Evidence; Luminosity Estimates; Radar Evidence; the Hessdalen Project (a place in Norway where unexplained lights have been recorded for many years); Vehicle Interference; Aircraft Equipment Malfunction; Apparent Gravitational and/or Inertial Effects; Ground Traces; Injuries to Vegetation; Physiological Effects on Witnesses; and Analysis of Debris. You can consult Prof. Sturrock’s final report on the scientific conference, The UFO Enigma – A New Review of the Physical Evidence (Warner Books, 1999) for all the details and data. Rockefeller seemed very satisfied with the results of this event that he even wrote the book’s Foreword, which became his only statement on UFOs written for publication. By 2000 Laurance Rockefeller reached the age of 90 and concentrated on his private family affairs. For all practical purposes the Rockefeller UFO Initiative and funding, whether scientific, political or philosophical, was over. But his contribution to the field was certainly extensive. We hope that other philanthropists will follow on his path and try to solve the mystery of UFOs. Both the political and scientific approaches are valid and necessary in order to understand the complex ramifications of this phenomenon. Thank you.

So much of what our messages are about, we would like to share with you this idea that if the information you are receiving uplifts you, allows you to feel better, find relief, new answers, solutions to questions or problems you have in your life, bringing you into greater connection with your heart, or, to summarize, to a more positive place it matters not whether you receive that information from somebody who is a relative who’s passed on, someone from the Archangelic realm, or some being from another planetary or star system. We encourage each and every one of you to follow that level of inner guidance where you know and respond to what’s most appropriate for you.

If you ask the co-founders of Orion Network for Evolution, when we first started speaking with them we did not reveal our name. Why? Because we wanted the information to be more important than our names, than our personalities. If it’s information you feel is coming from a wise dog or cat who was your pet (yes, they are very wise!) or whether it is from a master such as Jesus or Buddha or Archangel Michael or even the High Council of Orion, tune in to how you feel with the information. That is your compass! That is your guide, which is far more important then the name of the source. For remembering always that Source is Source. You know you are interacting with a positive aspect of Source based on how you feel. You will feel better. You will feel uplifted. You will feel inspired. You might feel relief. Whatever it is that you feel brings you in a positive direction and if it does, then it’s good! You have been made better in your world and your human existence because of that information and because of that interaction.

Removing labels, removing judgment, removing stratification that all creates barriers is the place that you are all moving to in the future, where gifts are seen for what they are, where each individual soul is allowed to shine in its unique way, not needing to be like everyone else….only be their unique expression.

What a beautiful future to live into! As you listen to information beyond your third dimensional realm, we ask that you just open your heart to receive the information, regardless of the source and use your internal compass to guide you. It’s the positive feelings that are the guide as well.
