It seems there are a lot of health advocates and vegetarians who espouse and depend on the wonderful health benefits inherent in the little bean we call soy. Well, let’s take a look at this seemingly innocuous and touted ‘health food’ and see where it takes us. 

Soy was historically considered an inedible plant (in fact, the raw bean is actually toxic to humans). It has been known for a very long time to be an excellent crop for fixing nitrogen in the soil (it is often still used for this purpose). The Chinese were the first to figure out that fermented soy was good to eat, the first soy products being tempeh, natto, miso and soy sauce. However, the Chinese did not eat unfermented soy products because they knew that they were not good for human consumption. It turns out (amongst other reasons) this is because they contain phytic acid, which contains anti-nutritive properties. Phytic acid binds with certain nutrients, including iron, to inhibit their absorption. 

By the late 1900s soy production and incorporation into the food supply began to take off. With the help of Monsanto, soy went from 8% genetically modified in 1997 to 93% genetically modified in 2010. Another interesting statistic – 98% of soybean production in North America is used for livestock feed, including pet food. Note: soy-based animal feed has been shown to disrupt normal development in animals as well as induce disease conditions that are not normally present with their natural diet. One study of mother rats fed a diet of GM soy before giving birth resulted in over 50% of their babies dying whereas for the non-GM group the death rate was below 10%.

• Fresh green soybeans
• Whole dry soybeans
• Soy nuts
• Soy sprouts
• Soy flour
• Soy milk
• Tofu

In fact, soy in one of its many forms can be found in an incredibly large number of food products we buy at our local grocery store – almost all of these are non-fermented soy, i.e., the ‘bad’ kind. 

The story doesn’t get any better. Soy is well known to be an estrogen mimicker, and studies have shown that a soy-fed baby receives the equivalent of five birth control pills’ worth of estrogen every day. 

How did something that was originally considered inedible (except in fermented form) become such a huge staple in our diet? One simple word: profit. Companies have been able to take a basically inedible plant, genetically engineer it (for disease resistance and much larger crop yield – i.e., not ‘health reasons’), promote its use through government subsidies (making it a very inexpensive ‘food’ alternative) and even getting the IMF to help fund soy processing in various countries around the world – ensuring that soy is here for the long term. 

So, the campaign to convert the world’s food supply to be heavily reliant on GM soy continues – despite a growing body of evidence to suggest that we all should really just avoid soy – unless it is organic, fermented soy. 

There is a lot of well-researched information you can find on soy. If you currently consume soy (and it is very likely you do whether you know it or not given how many products include soy in them), we strongly recommend you do further research before continuing your current soy consumption. We believe the evidence is really stacking up against soy.

It is a big shakeup for many who have their own interests not the well being of all.

The Earth willingly gives to all but there are so many misappropriations of these energies that it is not serving the wellbeing of life. These discrepancies must be resolved and this is where realignment comes into play. On the Earth Council we consider all. The Legions of Light focus on repairing things that are out of order. In this manner it functions very much like the cells of the human body when there is disease only in this instance it is the cells of the body of the Earth. Each call attention to themselves and then change occurs. Balance becomes reinstated. This is happening everywhere on the planet. The energy is directed where there is the most need and then proceeds outwardly.

The clean-up crew is working diligently everywhere. From the smallest to the largest, the Earth’s elementals, nature spirits, devas, fairies, and others along with the ground crew, the Light Realms, Space Family and all of life are focused on assisting the Earth in the ascension process. The work that is being done is to keep most of life on the planet safe depending upon the soul’s calling.

The gracious loving Earth has been pulled down as far as a planet could go without losing her incarnation. Her intent to move back into her original state of consciousness is being honored. She has been patient with humanity and is moving into her eventual new position as a star.

We rely on the ground crew to assist with our work. What matters most is not the force of external power but the power of the force of Light. The Light needs to be the focus for this work will revamp the planet. It is the reason that we are working together towards this vision.

See the big picture now of how every thought matters and every act of caring, loving kindness to all creatures is a part of creating Heaven on Earth. When you live this way you are in resonance with each other with the new energetic template on the Earth. You are the co-creators of Heaven on Earth.

This is a reminder that we are working together for a consistent purpose as a part of the Divine Plan.

A 1,200-year-old Egyptian manuscript tells the story of the crucifixion with incredible plot twists – including the revelation that Jesus could change shape.

The ancient illuminated text’s claim explains why Judas used a kiss to betray Jesus, since the Christian Messiah had the ability to transform his appearance.

It also claims Jesus in fact spent his last supper with the man who ordered his execution, Roman prefect Pontius Pilate, who is said to have offered to sacrifice his own son in Jesus’ place.

And it defies the official Easter timeline by putting the day of Jesus’ arrest on Tuesday evening, rather than the canonically agreed Thursday.

The translation from the original Coptic has been revealed for the first time in a new book by Roelof van den Broek, emeritus professor of the History of Christianity at Utrecht University in the Netherlands.

In the commonly-accepted Bible story it is claimed that the apostle Judas agrees to betray Jesus in exchange for cash, then kissed him to reveal his identity.

The newly-deciphered text explains that, far from a sign of affection or guilt, the kiss was Judas’ way of forestalling any shapeshifting confusion.

‘The Jews said to Judas: How shall we arrest him [Jesus], for he does not have a single shape but his appearance changes. Sometimes he is ruddy, sometimes he is white, sometimes he is red, sometimes he is wheat coloured, sometimes he is pallid like ascetics, sometimes he is a youth, sometimes an old man…’ it reads.

For a man who could walk on water, raise the dead, feed 5,000 people with just a single loaf of bread and a fish, and turn water into wine, such abilities are perhaps unsurprising.

But shapeshifting is not the only superpower the ancient manuscript attributes to Jesus – it also says that he could even turn himself invisible.

It claims that on the night before his crucifixion, Jesus ate dinner with Pontius Pilate, the Roman prefect who decided his sentence – who, it is said, remarkably offered his son to be crucified in place of the Messiah.

Jesus declined the offer, explaining that if he could escape from his fate if he wanted to.

‘Pilate, then, looked at Jesus and, behold, he became incorporeal: He did not see him for a long time,’ the text says.

Later that night, according to the manuscript, Pilate and his wife dreamed of an eagle representing Jesus being killed.

The incredible text, which is thought to be some 1,200 years old, is written in the name of St Cyril of Jerusalem, although, Professor van den Broek says, it was probably written by someone else.

Back then it was looked after by monks at the Monastery of St Michael in the desert of north-west Egypt, south of Cairo.

The text was rediscovered in 1910 and, the following year, it was bought along with other manuscripts by the wealthy Wall Street financier JP Morgan.

Morgan’s collections were later given to the public and they are now kept in the Morgan Library and Museum in New York City.

Professor van den Broek told LiveScience that the Bible was already canonised in Egypt by the time the text was written, but that such apocryphal stories nevertheless remained popular among believers.

He said he was not convinced that the monk who wrote down the story necessarily believed all the details in it, ‘but some details, for instance the meal [Pontius Pilate had] with Jesus, he may have believed to have really happened.’

‘The people of that time, even if they were well-educated, did not have a critical historical attitude,’ he added. ‘Miracles were quite possible, and why should an old story not be true?’

Professor van den Broek’s book, Pseudo-Cyril of Jerusalem on the Life and the Passion of Christ, is out now, published by Brill.
