INTRODUCTION. Before you fall into the trap that the dark forces that govern and dominate our planet (Illouminati, billionaires, bankers, politicians, etc.), have set up for us, and accept (you and your family) to do the swine flu vaccine, you should by all means read the four articles that I give below. My friend Sharon Snyder from Montana in the U.S.A, who is therapist using the energy method of "Matrix Energetics”, (www.matrixenergetics.com), told me about her amazing experiences of both, her life in Altone (her planet in a constellation of Andromeda) from where she came, and her life in Earth where has been incarnated (see details in my page II.1.D2). Sharon receives information through the “automatic writing” from her brother Gabriel a person from her planet, two of which that she received on 2 and 3 September 2009, I consider important and I briefly mention here. This information say that both, the fires in California, and the swine flu and the following vaccinations were deliberately manufactured, in order to divert attention from what the powerful who control our planet (2000 Illouminati, billionaires, bankers. politicians, etc.) will attempt to do this October, with adverse consequences for the people of the United States, Mexico and Canada. So Obama and his associates, about twenty, (which are all puppets of the above powerful people), they will overnight and without the knowledge of Congress and Senate, try to introduce systems to enslave the people of these three countries in their dark plans. Finally Gabriel reassured Sharon and her family that will not suffer anything, and there are already established systems to prevent the final prevalence of the dark plans.On 4.Sept.09 Sharon also received from Gabriel an answer to a question that I asked her to make which is as follows: Question for Gabriel: Does the vaccine for the Swine Flu have something in it to keep the people under control? Answer: Yes it does, it will make the people like sheep. But they are having side effects from it, some deaths. There is going to be much fear when it comes to making people take these shots and those that won’t right away, will be punished. There is like a trigger mechanism in the shots, these shots will also be used for population control. Camps have been set up and are being set up to house those they want away from the general population. Your president plans to hold lots of school gatherings to influence the children. Keep in mind all the damage they want to inflect to keep the people at bay is only going to work temporarily. We of the Federation won’t let them fulfil all their plans. Be advised the internet isn’t going to be safe. There are things in place that will make it where they know everything that you say. In fact they might even shut it down so people won’t be able to communicate. Internet providers could be bought off so that they shut down their systems. Get water, food and anything else like medication to keep you healthy in case you have to isolate. The days that are coming might seem dark and they are but don’t despair help is on the way. We have plans for the dark ones. Answer: “Yes, it does as they say it will do at this present time. There is nothing more on that at this time”. Question: What are the events that are to occur in October? Answer: “They will start the Flu shots, parents aren't going to want their children getting them but because of the man made pandemic they will be given them anyway. Parents will be fined if they don't comply. Gun confiscation will start all over the country. It will start in larger populations first, riots will start and by late October marshal law will be enacted. Banks will start to shut their doors. Panic will be everywhere”. Question: Does the flu shot have a micro frequency chip in it? Answer: “How did you guess? This tech. came from the Grays before 1995 and it has been on hold till now, therefore the vaccines do not contain microchips now, since previous experiments caused some deaths. I am Gabriel”. Based on the Gabriel’s answers I suggest to make the pneumonia vaccine, (which covers us for 5 years), to avoid this severe side effect in case we get the flu, (especially those who have health problems), and avoid by all means any other vaccine. In addition in two questions I passed the next day to Gabriel the answers were: Question: What are the implications in October for the other two countries, Mexico and Canada? Answer: ''Economy and banks, and the problem of vaccination, and October is just the beginning, especially for Mexico.'' Question: When you will finally intervene and will see you to land for the “first contact”? Answer: ''On this you will get the answer from your Sirian advisor, who belongs in the same with me Federation, however this is going to happen soon. You mast have confidence.'' I note here that many times I asked the same question to the extraterrestrials, to my divine advisers and to my superior self, but nobody gave me a reply as to when, that indicates a specific date. Because there will be deaths from the flu as it will be released on the public in large areas such as malls, grocery stores and from the air in large cities. Phoenix, LA, N.Y. subways are also places of concern. When people start getting sick is when they will make the shots mandatory but it will be a scam or a sham as it won’t be for what they tell the people it will be for. 'I think its swine flu, I'll tick you off.'Jane Bürgermeister has filed bioterrorism charges against pharmaceutical giants like Novartis International AG, based in Basel, Switzerland, Baxter AG, based in Austria, and its parent company, Baxter International in Deerfield, Illinois. Guess who is providing much of the swine flu vaccine for mass inoculation - Baxter International and Novartis.This is the same Baxter International that sent bird flu virus to European laboratories 'by mistake' earlier this year and it was mixed with a seasonal flu virus to create a much more dangerous strain.Last year at least 81 people were killed by Baxter International's contaminated blood-thinning product, heparin, which was made in China from, among other things, pig intestines. Isn't pharmaceutical medicine wonderful? The contaminated heparin also seriously injured hundreds of people and it was revealed that the factory of Baxter's Chinese supplier had never been inspected by either American or Chinese public 'protection' agencies.More than 50 dialysis patients died in 2001 because of faults with Baxter International equipment, and this month Baxter Healthcare Corporation, a subsidiary of Baxter International, reached an out-of-court settlement of two million dollars with the State of Kentucky. Baxter had been caught inflating the cost of intravenous drugs sold to Kentucky Medicaid by as much as 1,300 per cent.This is clearly a company you can trust and it is now is a major source of the swine flu vaccine that governments across the world want to impose upon entire populations with the most minimal safety checks. The vaccine is being fast-tracked through the regulatory system with safety trials lasting less than a week. The London Times reported:'Regulators at the European Medicines Agency said the fast-tracked procedure has involved clinical trials of a "mock-up" vaccine similar to the one that will be used for the biggest mass vaccination programme in generations. It will be introduced into the general population while regulators continue to carry out simultaneous clinical trials.'My emphasis.There is no need for 'trials' at all, except for public consumption. They already know what is in it and its effect. The drug companies have even been given immunity from prosecution from death or injury from the vaccine in a document signed by Obama's Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius.Baxter International said it will be shipping swine flu vaccine worldwide by the end of July and the potential profits are fantastic; but this is not primarily about money. It about a long-planned mass-culling of the human population.We are told that the drug companies and the World Health Organisation have been working at fever pitch to develop a vaccine for the 'new' swine flu strain known as H1N1, but ... wait for it ... In particular preferred embodiments the composition or vaccine comprises more than one antigen ... such as influenza A and influenza B in particular selected from of one or more of the human H1N1, H2N2, H3N2, H5N1, H7N7, H1N2, H9N2, H7N2, H7N3, H10N7 subtypes, of the pig flu H1N1, H1N2, H3N1 and H3N2 subtypes, of the dog or horse flu H7N7, H3N8 subtypes or of the avian H5N1, H7N2, H1N7, H7N3, H13N6, H5N9, H11N6, H3N8, H9N2, H5N2, H4N8, H10N7, H2N2, H8N4, H14N5, H6N5, H12N5 subtypes.'The patent was published in March 2009, a month before the virus was released in Mexico in April, but it was filed seven months before this 'new strain' was officially known about. It is the most blatant set-up you could ever see. The patent includes the following ingredients and toxicity warning:'Suitable adjutants can be selected from mineral gels, aluminium hydroxide, surface active substances, lysolecithin, pluronic polyols, polyanions or oil emulsions such as water in oil or oil in water, or a combination thereof. Of course, the selection of the adjuvant depends on the intended use. E.g. toxicity may depend on the destined subject organism and can vary from no toxicity to high toxicity.' Nice.Another Big Pharma corporation involved is Novartis in Switzerland. Chief executive, Daniel Vasella, is a regular attendee of the secretive Bilderberg meetings that I have long exposed in my books. The Bilderberg Group, named in Jane Bürgermeister's FBI submission, is the creation of the Rothschild dynasty and has been administered for decades by people like David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger.It answers to a Rothschild secret society in Britain called the Round Table. This was first headed by the Rothschild agent, Cecil Rhodes, who plundered southern Africa on the family's behalf. Vasella attended the last Bilderberg meeting last May, just as the swine flu scare was being engineered, and bingo, his company comes up with the vaccine.I am not saying that people will die in large numbers immediately. This is certainly possible, but it would hardly encourage others to continue to be inoculated. The effects may be immediate in some, probably medium or longer-term in most, to hide the true source of their problem. What we do know is that we are seeing a long-prepared plan for mass vaccination by people who could not care less about the health of the population. That says everything about the real motivation, but only those in the shadows know what the effect is designed to be.For sure, it will involve targeting the human immune system. The first inoculation turns off white blood cells (the immune system); the second injects viruses; and the third switches the immune system on again.In the middle period viruses are expanding around the body, but the person doesn't feel sick because the immune system is not fighting them. When the immune system kicks in again it unleashes such an assault on the virus cocktail that it kills the body.This is known as a cytokine storm when the immune system is so overwhelmed that it sends too many antibodies at the same time to infected areas of the body and the body kills itself.It is also the case that the World Health Organisation has asked for live swine flu virus to be in the vaccine and it is quite possible that they will expand and maybe increase the strength of the virus through the vaccine. The WHO website says:'In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against "drifted" strains of virus, SAGE recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjutants and live attenuated influenza vaccines was important.'Jane Bürgermeister's evidence has been supported by Wayne Madsen, a former US Naval Intelligence officer and now an investigative journalist. He said that a top United Nations scientist concluded that the H1N1 swine flu virus has certain transmission 'vectors' that suggest the new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon. The UN expert believed that Ebola, HIV/AIDS, and the current A-H1N1 swine flu virus are all biological warfare agents. Madsen writes:'Past swine flu outbreaks have been spread from pigs to humans, who then passed the flu on to other humans. However, with A-H1N1, there have been no reported infections of pigs. In fact, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), A-H1N1 has gene segments from North American swine, bird and human flu strains and a segment from Eurasian swine flu.'Wayne Madsen also says that his sources confirm that the Centers for Disease Control and the US army recovered the body of an Inuit woman who died in 1918 in Brevig Mission, Alaska, from an outbreak of Spanish flu that killed 100 million people worldwide in 18 months.Madsen was told that genetic material from the corpse provided the basis for the development of the H5N1 avian, or 'bird flu', strain at the US Army Medical Institute of Infectious Diseases laboratory at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The works have included creating better open plan accommodation, plus the installation of a lift and accessible toilets in order to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.What a coincidence that they should choose this time to establish a 'Disaster Recovery Centre' with a strict deadline for completion, but, of course, it is not a coincidence at all. A similar centre had been established in every county of the UK. Sources at the Isle of Wight's only airport with a tarmac runway are also reporting a sudden increase in military activity going too and fro in helicopters.This may be just a small island off the south coast of England, but its very size allows you to see things that would be lost in a major town or city. What we are experiencing here is a smaller version of what is happening covertly everywhere - Europe, America, Canada, and so on. It is the microcosm of the macrocosm.The H1N1 virus is called 'swine flu', but it is a laboratory-created combination of swine flu, bird flu and seasonal flu designed to justify a global programme of mass vaccinations that will inoculate a strengthened version of the virus with the intent of culling the population, short and long term.Researchers say that the flu strain can be traced to the work of Dr Jeffrey Taubenberger and a team of geneticists and microbiologists at the US Army Institute of Pathology at Ft. They have other means of circulating the virus, too.The World Health Organization announced in July:'In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against "drifted" strains of virus, it is recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines is important.'This statement was merely taken from a script written a long time ago and delivered on cue.The term 'attenuated' means that the virus is reduced in strength, but that does not stop it infecting the vaccine recipient or being spread among the population. The 'oil-in-water adjuvants' are officially used to increase the effects of a vaccine by stimulating a bigger response from the immune system.An adjuvant being used in the 'swine flu' vaccine is called squalene and this has the potential to increase the impact of the 'attenuated' live 'swine flu' virus and cause havoc in many other ways. Dr Joseph Mercola at Mercola.com explains the effect of squalene:'Your immune system recognizes squalene as an oil molecule native to your body. It is found throughout your nervous system and brain. In fact, you can consume squalene in olive oil and not only will your immune system recognize it, you will also reap the benefits of its antioxidant properties.The difference between "good" and "bad" squalene is the route by which it enters your body. A study conducted at Tulane Medical School found that virtually every soldier with Gulf War syndrome had antibodies to squalene, showing that their immune systems had reacted to it. The troops who did not have Gulf War syndrome had no anti-bodies to squalene.Dr Viera Scheibner, a former principle research scientist in New South Wales, Australia, spent many years investigating the destructive effects of vaccines. She said of squalene:'... this adjuvant [squalene] contributed to the cascade of reactions called "Gulf War syndrome," documented in the soldiers involved in the Gulf War. This was 'justified' by the death of a single person, an Army recruit at Fort Dix in New Jersey. A panic was then generated on the basis that he had died from a swine flu strain allegedly similar to that which killed tens of millions in 1918 (another vaccine-created disaster - see item at the end of this article).It was later established that the recruit died because 'normal' flu had turned to pneumonia and this was compounded by dehydration and heavy physical work. He collapsed on a morning run. A) GENERAL. In my previous page (II.2.D4) I gave information on the therapeutic sounds and their application, as an example for the root chakra for which information was given also by my friend Kallisto (http://kallisto-bluesirius.com, a crystal sounds healer). Here, (having copied certain paragraphs from that page), I give a more complete description of sounds, that cover all seven chakras. Even more important, I give 30 recordings of the 15 crystal bowls I bought, so that a person, by hearing and feeling in his body the vibration of each sound, can be cured from the physical of mental illness associated to the sound. Also he can improve his well-being, his mood, his energy and increase his vibrations, a fact that helps also his entry in the fifth dimension. Historically crystal bowls were used in ancient Atlantis as the basic therapeutic means in the “Temples of Healing”, (knowledge that had been given to Atlantis by the extraterrestrials). Since ancient times, many enlightened healers have been using the bowls in their treatments. Today the use of bowls has increased, with continuously accelerating pace, because of their spectacular and immediate results, but also because their production cost is lower. In recent bibliography (see “The healing tones of crystal bowls'' and “Let light into your heart with colour and sound'' by Rene Brodie, published by Aroma Art Ltd, Vancouver, Canada), there are given countless cases of treatment with crystal bowls, described by patients and healers, that some look like miracles.The sounds, are vibrations derived from the seventh dimension, and are not addressed to the conscious mind, but speak straight to the unconscious, having, under certain conditions, powerful cleaning, energising and therapeutic attributes. The clean crystal sounds have mainly these precious attributes, and the more usual source of these sounds is the crystal bowls produced from exceptionally pure (99.99%) silicone quartz. The form of bowls shown in the pictures above. Their thickness is 0.5 – 1.0 cm (0.2 – 04 in.) and their usual diameters 15 - 60 cm. (6 - 24 inches). Each bowl produces a certain note that resembles the sound of a bell. The bigger the diameter of the bowl the lower the octave of the note, and vice versa the smaller diameters produce the more acute sounds. Our seven chakras of our body are influenced respectively by the seven notes of music that each crystal bowl produces, with the following relation: Root chakra – DO (i.e. C). Sex chakra – RE (i.e. D). Solar plexus chakra – MI (i.e. E). Heart chakra – FA (i.e. F). Throat chakra – SOL (i.e. G). Third eye chakra – LA (i.e. A). Crown chakra – SI or TI (i.e. B). There is also the note F diesis related to the thymus gland chakra (see note at the end of this page).B) TREATMENTS. As it is also reported in the related bibliography, sound therapy is based in the resonance, the infiltration, and the vibration that create changes in the cells, and the tissues of the body. When something vibrates, the sound waves are scattered and they infiltrate all body. Therefore when “we play” a bowl the sound, with its higher harmonics, infiltrates in the tissues, the nerves, the bones, etc, so that not only we hear but also we feel the vibration in our body. This initially relaxes us, and then fills us with energy, a fact also confirmed by the people who used it. Thus our body is gradually resonate with these sounds and its vibration increases. Here is where the healing of the body, the mind and the chakras begins. As it is known, everything in nature is vibrating. Therefore, when an illness exists in the physical body, or even it exists only in the energy body, (i.e. before the illness reaches the physical body and the symptoms begin), then the vibration that it produces is not that of a healthy body and should be corrected. For this, we use the suitable vibration of the crystal sounds, in order to alter the vibration and make it of a healthy body, so that, if the illness is still in the energy body only, to prevent it, or, if it has advanced to the physical body, to cure it.As I describe in more detail below, each chakra is connected and influences certain organs, systems, and certain physical, mental or spiritual functions. Consequently, if one chakra is “ill”, this has adverse influence on the corresponding organs, systems and functions. Likewise, if our body is ill, and its functions are not the ones they should be, then also the corresponding chakra is influenced and needs treatment. Thus maintaining our chakra healthy (i.e. clean, open and activated), we ensure our good health (physical, mental and spiritual). In order to cure an illness we focus on treating the corresponding chakra. These relations between chakras and functions are given below, with emphasis on a) the root chakra, (because if this is not cleaned and activated, the results for the other chakras will only be temporary), and b) the most important heart chakra, (additional information can be found in the related bibliography about chakras).C) USE OF THE CRYSTAL BOWLS. We strike the bowls (usually externally) with specific sticks (mallets or wands), and also “rub” them on the external surface near the upper ends with the stick, which we turn around in continuous contact with the surface. Then the bowls creates an intense sound, of its particular note each, with its higher harmonics, (as it happens in a crystal glass when we do the same with our finger). Turning the stick around anticlockwise opens, cleans and extends the associated with the note chakra. This should be done first and for sufficient time. Turning the stick clockwise activates the already cleaned chakra and should follow the cleaning. The big diameters, for a certain note, (low octave), help better in cleaning and extending. The small diameters (higher octaves), help better in activating the specific chakra. Thus, if no economic problem exists, we could have two bowls for the chakra that we are particularly interested, one big and one small, while if we can not have both we should prefer the bigger. If the bowl is not very heavy we could lie down and place the bowl on our body, so that the vibrations create an even more powerful effect. Finally instead of the bowls we can have a very good recording of the sounds they produce, (as I provide below) that also has powerful therapeutic etc results, however not as powerful as when we have the actual bowls.Thirty sound bars exist at the end of this page with which we can begin or stop the sound or we can move the sound back and forth. The first 28 bars are grouped in 7 groups, four for each chakra (with the related to the chakra note). In order to be distinguished, each group has the colour of the related chakra. The first bar of each group has an anti-clockwise (left) recording of the sound of the big bowl. The big bowls have diameters: of 20 in. for the first 4 bowls, of 18 in. for the next bowl and of 16 in. for the last two, (low octaves) These are used, (as said before), for the cleaning and the enlargement of the corresponding chakra and the recording last (as well as all the other recordings) for about 8-8.5 minutes, automatically repeated when reaches the end. The second bar of each group has the similar but clockwise (right) recording of the sound of the big bowl. The third bar of each group has the clockwise recording of the sound of the small bowls. These bowls have diameters: 7 in. for the 2nd, 8 in. for the 1st, 6th and 7th, 9 in. for the 4th and 5th, and 10 in for the 3rd, (high octaves). These are used for the activation of the corresponding chakra, repeated also when reaches the end. The fourth bar of each group has the similar but anti-clockwise recording of the sound of the small bowl. Finally the two last bars have 8 minutes recordings of the thymus gland bowl (F diesis, the first anti-clockwise and the second clockwise). The duration required for each healing session, as well as the number of sessions required for the complete re-establishment of health, is something personal for each individual, depending also on the degree of dysfunction of each chakra.Generally (considering the experience of many healers), I propose as satisfactory duration, when we use the actual bowls, at least 8 minutes for cleaning – expanding, and immediately afterwards at least another 8 minutes for the activation, i.e. total 16 minutes. When however (as in the present case) we use the recordings (that are obviously less effective), then the double or even the triple time is required, in order to have similar results (i.e. two or three repetitions initially for the cleaning and then two or three repetitions for the activation), i.e. total 32 to 48 minutes for each chakra. While (as we said) we need only 14 recordings for the main 7 chakras (i.e. 7 anti-clockwise for the big and 7 clockwise for the small bowls), I added also the 14 reverse recordings (i.e. 7 clockwise for the big and 7 anti-clockwise for small bowls). I did this because during the application of treatments we observed the following. a) Certain persons feel more satisfied with the clockwise sounds even of the big bowls. If this is your case then you can use mainly clockwise sounds even for the big bowls. b) In some cases the clockwise sounds of the small bowl of the crown chakra were not pleasant. In this case you can use the anti-clockwise sounds. Generally is better to trust your intuition (i.e. how you feel with each sound), than the above rules for the choice of the sound of the bowl, as well as for the duration and the frequency of treatment. Therefore do not hesitate to experiment with various cases.Also it is advantageous, (for those who can), to connect the computer with a good audio system, so that, particularly the low octaves (bass), can be better reproduced, for the better cleaning and enlargement of the chakra. Since the 30 recordings were made in a high fidelity studio, and since the digital sounds maintain the 100% of their quality in the copies, a very good solution would be also to copy the recordings from the computer to a CD, and then put the CD in a very good audio system with large stereophonic loudspeakers and stay in between. In such a case, I believe that the result will be almost equally good as if we had the bowls in front of us. Noteworthy that I do the same, i.e. Ι connect my computer with my home theatre (having large loudspeakers), and Ι lay down and relax, when I am too tired to play the bowls. Also sometimes I embrace one large loudspeaker (48 in, 120 cm high) to better feel the vibrations in my body and so I feel revived. In addition it is useful to turn our palms, and if possible also our soles as we lay down, towards the source of the sound (ant if the source is a loudspeaker even to touch it), in order for our body to absorb better the vibrations. I also practice this, laid down in a couch between the two large loudspeakers, touching with my soles the one and with my palms the other, thus creating a bridge between the two sources of sound. As described in the related bibliography, (see the books in the first paragraph), in most cases, even for the difficult ones, they have been successful results of treatment, with only a few sessions.D) RELATIONS OF TSAKRAS AND FUNCTIONS. The chakras are multidimensional energy centres, the main seven of which are located in our physical body, and are most important a) for our health and for our cleaning from the samskaras (mental traumas from this or even from our previous incarnations), and b) for our communication with the higher dimensions and in particular with our “superior self”. We can imagine the chakras as luminous balls, or as luminous wheels, or better as luminous regular polyhedral i.e. tetrahedron, 6edron-cube, 8edron, 12edron, 24edron, 12edron with the 12 sides pentagonal pyramids and 24edron with the 24 sides triangular pyramids, for each chakra, beginning from root chakra, (see the above pictures). We can imagine them to be spinning in various directions and axes. The first (Root or basic chakra) is located in the perineum (see the above picture) and has red colour. The second (the sex chakra) is three fingers under the navel and is orange. The third (the solar plexus chakra) is three fingers above the navel and is yellow. The fourth (the heart chakra) is in the centre of the breastbone in the height of the heart and is green. The fifth (the throat chakra) is in the neck and is blue. The sixth (the third eye chakra) is in the forehead between our eyes and is indigo. The seventh (the crown chakra) is at the top of the head and its colour is violet (see the pictures above). Each chakra is connected with certain organs and systems of our body, and with certain important physical, mental, and metaphysical functions which are described below.1) Root (basic) chakra. It should be cured first (as said before). It constitutes the centre of the force of life, and trough this all the energies of the Earth enter our body (when it is not closed). This is “built” during the first 3.5 years of our life. If during this period the child had a serious accident, or was ill-treated, or experienced lack of love, or abandonment, or lack of game, or happened to have overprotecting, or strict parents, which continuously prohibited him to do things, then the chakra malfunctions and causes serious problems to the adult. Such problems, among others, are: In the physical level: Problems in the waist, in the skeleton, in the teeth, in the skin, in the muscles, in the large intestines (constipation, haemorrhage, cancer), in the kidneys, in the prostate, in the blood (circulation), in the joints (arthritis), in the immune system, and in the production of cells. In the mental level: Lack of self-confidence to and lack of trust to the others, phobias about his personal safety, his health, about the safeguarding of his fortune, etc, and mainly about death. Permanent economic insecurities about how he will survive, mistrust to everybody around him, gluttony and in particular in the proteins (meat), lack of satisfaction from life (sees the life as a heavy load), persistence for alcohol, lust for sex, etc. Anger, competition, insistence in imposing his will, continuous effort to take without giving, negligence to protect his body (e.g. continues smoking having serious heart problems, etc), dependences, fury for excessive cleanness, etc. The healing of this chakra (cleaning, enlargement, activation) gives a feeling of well-being, patience, courage, confidence and energy for life. Finally in the metaphysical level (for those who are aware of it), it opens the flow of kundalini to all other chakras, it connects us with the Earth and the material dimensions, and in collaboration with the crown chakra (i.e. if both are clean and activated), it allows our superior self to come down and enter our body.2) Sex chakra. This is connected and influences the lymphatic system, the organs of reproduction, the sexual potency, the skin, the kidneys, the large intestine, the digestion, the bladder, the liver, the spleen, while it harmonises the sexuality of the individual and his social behaviour, and strengthens and balances the operation of the other chakras. Unfortunately, the rules of the society and the opinions and the behaviour of the parents, often block since childhood the operation of this chakra. Its malfunction makes us to be sentimentally unstable, to be easily handled by others, to lack energy, enthusiasm and self esteem, to be passionate with sex, or on the contrary to be afraid of sex. Its healing helps to be ourselves and to express spontaneously our real nature and our sentiments. Also helps in our sensitivity, in our calmness, in our enthusiasm, in our love, in our exploring tendency and in the growth of our personality. In collaboration with the throat chakra, it develops our creative forces and whatever we create is essentially based in the collaboration of these two chakras. Finally, in the metaphysical level it should be also open and activated in order to allow our superior self to enter our body.3) The Solar Plexus chakra. This is connected and influences the nerves, the muscles, the stomach (ulcer, indigestion), the liver, the spleen, the pancreas (hypoglycaemia, diabetes), the gall bladder (stones), the small intestine (colitis), the metabolism (obesity), the hypogastria, and the cells. It is the centre of the will force and the energy of the body, and distributes this energy via the nervous system to the entire body, but also beyond this, giving colours and revival to our aura. When the child is not encouraged, he has many disappointments in what he tries to do and does not have what he wants, then his solar plexus is blocked because of lack of personal force. However when the child is spoiled giving him whatever he asks for, then again is blocked because of no utilisation of the chakra. When this chakra is blocked, then we feel weak and incompetent, we do not have confidence, we worry about what the others think about us, we cannot focus, we cannot take decisions and we are wandering around, while often we can also have depression, or even attract the negative energies around us. When this chakra is ill, even if the chakras of creativity are healed (the sex and throat), then still nothing can be created, because of lack of will and lack of internal force. When on the contrary it has been cured, it activates us, gives us an intense sense of personal force and of sentimental satisfaction, makes us social, cheerful, and optimistic about life, and helps us to accept with joy the challenges of life. Finally, in the metaphysical level it is our gate of communication with other dimensions, as well as the gate via which we can (if the chakra is open) to make our astral travels, and generally to have astral influences.4) The Heart chakra. This is connected and influences the heart (cardiac problems), the blood (leukaemia), the circulatory system (obstructions of arteries), the lower part of lungs, the glands and in particular the thymus gland (which is the centre of the physical growth). Also the heart chakra influences the immune system, and the upper part of the body, (pains, etc) including the shoulders, the hands and the upper part of the back. When this chakra is blocked we experience hate, anger, envy, fear, and we feel pity for what we believe we are, fact that can lead us even to paranoia. When this chakra is cured then we breathe easier, our immune system is strengthened, we maintain our youth, and our energy flows freely, while it facilitates also the operation of the throat and the third eye chakras. In addition, we become very creative and what we create it flourishes. We radiate and accept love. We feel sympathy and understanding for the others. We feel completely lifted up, renewed, balanced and masters of our body, while we communicate better with our soul and get the tendency to deal with charitable work. This chakra is located in the centre of the seven chakras, and balances the upper three (mainly intellectual), with the lower three (mainly material), while it creates the feeling of unity to our organism, and maintains us in harmony.The metaphysical importance of this chakra is very high because is the centre of love and the mirror of our soul. So as the heart draws and sends the blood in all our body, likewise this chakra draws and sends love (that is the essence of the genuine healing and the rise of our consciousness), not only in our body but also in the environment (living or not) around us. The reserves of this love are huge, beyond imagination, but unfortunately we in Earth, (unlike the other fifth-dimensional extraterrestrials which are full of love), we have long time ago forgotten our divine origin and we can make use of only a very small percentage of these reserves, fact that constitutes the main cause of our problems, individual and global ones. Fortunately however now that we are approaching our entry in the fifth dimension, (that will start in 2012, see my page II.2.D1 of my site), this percentage is increased in order to reach the 100% by 2017. Then we will also make full use of these reserves of love that constitute the core of the universe and the genuine truth. Consequently, it is very important to work with the heart chakra, cleaning extending and activating it, so that we continuously have more and more love. This will help our health and happiness, as well as it will prepare us for our secure and painless entry in the fifth dimension. Finally we must not forget that the more love we give, the more love the universe will give us in return, and in much bigger amounts than what we give.5) The Throat chakra. This is connected and influences the throat, the neck, the thyroid, the parathyroid, the mouth, the gums, the teeth (always avoid mercury amalgam), the voice, the ears, the bronchi, the upper part of lungs, the spinal cord, the nervous, the circulatory and the immune systems, as well as the metabolism, while it also controls the temperature of the body. It is the gate that connects the body with the spirit, and the centre for the sound, the vibrations, the rhythm, the words, our expression, our self-esteem and our communication with others. In collaboration with the sex and solar plexus chakras, i.e. when all three are clean and activated, we become creative and effective. When in childhood people do not allow, or do not encourage us to express our thoughts, to sing, they do not listen to our opinion and they reject what we say, then this chakra becomes blocked. Therefore we feel shy, coward, weak, and we are unable to express clearly our thoughts and our sentiments. When this chakra has been cured, we avoid illnesses in the systems that we mentioned above, while it relaxes us, it gives us a feeling of well-being, and with the ease of expression that provides, often creates to us the desire to begin writing. Finally, in the metaphysical level it is connected with our superior self, so that whatever we say to be the truth. When it will be fully activated and we will be fully awaken (and this will happen when we will be 100% fifth dimensional), then this centre will acquire “magic forces” of materialization. So what we say it will be (in most cases) materialised in some degree in the physical world, as it already has been happening in the other fifth dimensional planets, (see my page II.2.D1).6) The Third Eye chakra. This is connected and influences the organs of senses, (ears, nose, left eye), as well as the face, the left part of the brain, the blood, the muscles, the pituitary gland, the lymphatic, and the endocrine systems, and part of the nervous system. It also controls the muscles and the pains. It is connected and collaborates with the second (sex chakra), as well as with the two neighbouring chakras (5th and 7th). Unfortunately for the people on Earth this and the crown chakra are (from our far past), almost always blocked. When however we can open and activate both, then we activate our “higher wisdom” now (i.e. before entering the fifth dimension). Starting to cure this chakra, we will begin to have visions, to see our aura, to see figures just before we fall asleep, to see visions with closed eyes, or even to feel that we depart from our body, while we begin to know things and facts without having been informed about them before. Finally, in the metaphysical level, it is the centre of the spiritual and multidimensional sight, and when these attributes are activated then, apart from the clarity in our thoughts, we develop our telepathy (to see what happens far away), our superior intuition, our contact with other beings (channelling), and our metaphysical sight. Via this, we can investigate our subconscious and our previous lives and clean our old traumas (the “samskaras'' that have been attached in our astral body and pester us). In addition we can communicate with our superior self, our angels, our divine advisers, and with other metaphysical beings that all these can help us in our spiritual transformation.7) The Crown chakra. This is connected and influences the right part of the brain, the right eye, the central nervous system, the blood, the liquids of the body and the electrolytes (metals and other elements in the blood), and the pineal gland (which releases large amounts of growth hormone in the baby – child age). If somebody is narrow-minded and does not accept the logic, neither the opinions of others, this is an indication that this chakra is fully blocked. This chakra is also almost always blocked (as the 6th chakra) and in order to begin curing it we must first cure the root chakra (the 1st) with which is directly connected. When however it is cured, then the pineal gland, (that in the adult has shrunk and stops functioning), is reactivated so that the entire body rejuvenates. All body systems run smoother, and we would live long and free of sickness. However still more important than the physical, is the metaphysical functions of this chakra, which is the entry point to our body of our higher consciousness and our superior self. This entry makes us feel ecstasy and bliss. Also via this chakra we can go up in our “energy column” (see my page II.1.D3, chapter C3) and communicate with superior dimensions and beings. Moreover, when it is open, it is the proper exit point of our soul at death in order to reach the superior dimensions, while if it is closed, the soul may leave from another opening of the body and have a rough time until it reaches these superior dimensions. Finally of great importance is also the violet colour of this chakra, (which has the higher frequencies of all other colours), because it is the colour of protection and we should use it as such. See my page II.1.D3, chapter B, where we seal our aura for protection with violet colour, and see also in one of my paragraphs below where the pyramid of protection has a violet colour.Noteworthy is that apart from the seven main chakras exist also others in our body, (i.e. the three glands of thymus, pineal and pituitary and in the base of skull - the Zeal point), as well as outside our body. These chakras are connected with intermediate sounds (diesis-middle and flat) to the seven notes and have their own colours, but because of their less importance, I did not included them in my present page (with the exception of the chakra of the thymus gland, see the note at the end of this page).E) APPLICATION OF TREATMENT. It is of great importance, while listening to the sounds to use also our imagination and intention for healing. Thus during the cleaning process, we can imagine for a while our chakra as shown in the above picture and colour, to spin, to grow and to become cleaned (scattering around as dark dust every “impurity”), and then to shine like a big pure gem and its light to cover our entire body, (and in particular the organ that might have the problem), with the colour of the chakra, that also changes tones. Respectively during the activation process, we can imagine for a while to inhale the light that the chakra emits (sucking with each inhalation the energy from the higher dimensions), while with every exhalation we imagine to accelerate its spinning. In addition it is useful during the cleaning, to imaging not only the chakra but also the various organs and functions related with the chakra, becoming cleaned and healed from any problem that might have. Also during the activation to imaging the various organs and functions to be rejuvenated and to function properly. Furthermore if we have the actual bowls, it is better to put in each one a small coloured lamp with battery with the colour of the chakra, so that it shines like a lantern. If on the other hand we work with only one chakra, with one pair of bowls, or with their recorded sounds, then if we have in the room a lamp with the colour of the chakra, it helps the healing. Thus we use for the healing not only the sound but also the colour which (being a vibration) is also a very powerful tool. In addition, some healers usually write on a paper our intention for a specific healing and place the paper in the bowl during the treatment. Here I would like to add two notes for my distrustful technocrat friends who might consider all these as fairytales. First, our thoughts are also a form of energy, and this is proven by the fact that our intentions and sentiments, (good or bad) influence the colours and shape of our aura, as is shown clearly in the photos of the aura. Second, the sound influences certain physical attributes of our body (and of our cells), so that, while the voltage of our body is in general 10 milivolts, under the influence of the crystal sounds it goes up to the 10 volts (i.e. 1000 times more), while peaks have been recorded to be 16 volts.If while visualising a chakra we see it being motionless, this most probably means that the chakra is blocked and we should reactivate it whenever we have the chance, (even with our thoughts, as described above, in case we do not have the sound). In addition we can strengthen the “sound therapy” with the “aromatic therapy” (using essential oils) and with the “crystal therapy” (using crystals), as I describe in detail for the root chakra in my page II.2.D4. When we finish with the 1st chakra it is good to continue with its complementary chakra which is the 7th (i.e. 1+7=8) with the note Si or Ti (i.e. B), and then we select the next pair, as is e.g. the 2nd and 6th (6+2=8), or the 3rd and 5th (3+5=8), or the 4th and of the thymus gland (without however this proceeding in pairs to be obligatory). The number of sessions that will be required for each chakra depends on the condition of each chakra. In any case it should be noted that sound therapy, no mater how intensively is applied, cannot harm us. However sometimes we feel for a short period a “therapeutic malaise”, due to the cleaning that is carried out as e.g. happens in a diet of detoxification. In case we are away from home (e.g. travelling), we can have the recordings in a CD player and hear the sounds, but not through the earphones but through the (even small) CD loudspeakers, so that our entire body receives the sounds.When after several sessions, we have cleaned and activated all our chakras, having insisted more where some problems existed and the problems are healed, we can henceforth occasionally put (without repetition) the 16 recordings (two for each chakra including the thymus gland, with duration 8-8.5 minutes each recording), for the maintenance of our chakras in a high level of purity and activation. We can do it in pairs, taking a chakra and its complementary, thus using 32 minutes for each pair, and then making an interval before proceeding to the next pair. I have put these 16 recordings in two high fidelity CDs and I give them to my friends to use them in their audio systems. In addition, a composer friend of mine has created music and CDs using exclusively the recorded sounds of the crystal bowls. Moreover I would like to stress that the duration, and the number of the sessions, as well as the order we choose to heal the chakras, is ultimately subjective, while a good guide is always our intuition, and how we feel while hearing each crystal sound. In addition, if we are not sure where a certain bodily or mental dysfunction is attributed, we can try several of these 30 recorded sounds and choose the one that we feel that helps us more. Moreover noteworthy is that each human body has its sound, to which it is better resonated, and we always hear this sound more pleasantly. Finally, during my sound therapies an inspiration came to me (which I recommend also to you). I imagine that heaving crossed a beautiful forest, I enter a cool shallow blue lake and lay down in a violet pyramid in the lake, where all bowls exist and that a beautiful fairy plays the bowls for me. But also, independent from sound therapies, when I feel moody, or without energy, I like to go to this pyramid where I feel secure, my energy returns, and my mood improves.Another significant application of the crystal bowls is the activation of water, which is performed as follows. We fill a bowl (better of diameter 8-10 in.) with bottled or better distilled water (e.g. the rain water) to the one third, while we sweep to make the remaining internal surface dry. Then we play the bowl (better clockwise) for at least 2 minutes so that it becomes activated, and then we drink the water, (or the wine, or the juice, or the tee that we put in the bowl). If the bowl we used corresponds to the chakra we want to cure, it is preferable. With this activation the molecules of the water are organised in a better structure of “liquid crystals”' and their physical attributes (surface tendency, etc) are altered, as it has been proven (with the spectrum-analysis) by certain researchers. Noteworthy is that also the water in our body has a similarly organised liquid crystal structure, and in particular the healthy organs have a more organised structure than those with a problem. In any case I believe that similar results are also achieved using the recorded sounds, by placing a glass of water in front of the source of the sound. The crystal sounds have also an important effect to the plants, fact that was proven by the following event. I bought four flowerpots containing the same flower each and I placed them in four rooms in my house. The flower in the room with the crystal bowls remains fresh, whereas the other three flowers have died long ago . Therefore I recommend you to use the recordings that I give, in your house and in your garden.Another useful complementary to the sound therapy (as said before) is the aromatherapy. So we can spread with a cotton impregnated with essential oil, (e.g. levanter) on the upper ends of the bowl we are going to use. If the oil corresponds to the particular chakra (see my page II.2.D4 for the root chakra, and for the rest refer to the aromatherapy bibliography), then this has a better result. In addition, we can place near the chakra the corresponding crystal (for the root chakra see my page II.2.D4 and for the rest reefer to the crystal therapy bibliography). Finally, because I like improving whatever I do (habit that I have since I was a researcher in the National Technical University of Athens), I thought that we can place a crystal bowl on our body while taking a bath, with its bottom external surface in contact with the water. So if we (or somebody else) plays the bowl then the sound is better transmitted through water to our body (than through the air), and in addition the liquid crystallization of the water that surrounds us, benefits us as well. Finally, because I like the research and experiments, I thought that you could, (using the recordings I give you), to try listening simultaneously the two sounds (clockwise and anti-clockwise) of a bowl, or even to listen simultaneously the four sounds of the two bowls that correspond to a particular chakra by activating all four bars given in this page for each chakra. By doing so you can find out whether or not this practise accelerates the results, decreasing the time that is required, compared to the time required to listen one by one the sounds. Moreover some friends tried hearing the bars of the sounds of different bowls simultaneously, and the result was pleasant to their ears, and one of them told me that hearing a certain combination of several bowls he felt hearing the sounds of the universe (as have been captured by electronic antennas). Also some friends hearing the sound of a particular chakra they felt a heat in their organs related to this chakra.Finally a friend (a priest, father Isidoros), who has be given treatments with crystal and metal bowls for years told me the following: He lives in a property next to an ancient temple where he has built also a Christian church and where a “time-space gate” seems to be activated. Sometime ago as he was playing the bowls in the church, when he struck them in a particular order, he felt a strong noise in his ears and vertigo and fainted. He woke up when his son phoned him from the home nearby, telling him that twenty meters above the church there was a very big luminous object. The priest came out to take a photo but he saw the object disappearing at high speed behind the mountain. When after some time a friend (a minister from Philippines who had witnessed UFOs) visited him, as soon as he entered his house asked him if a spacecraft had come there before, without the minister knowing about the event. The explanation that father Isidoros gives, is that the combination of sounds he played probably was a code of communication with the beings of the spacecraft, who came to see who calls them. Therefore, probably these sounds constitute sometimes a means of communication with extraterrestrials, (as sawn in the science fiction film “Contacts of third type”). After my acquaintance with father Isidoros I spontaneously felt the wish, during my treatment with crystal sounds, (which now in the beginning it usually lasts one hour in the morning and one in the evening), to pray calling upon the divine forces and the superior beings that support me, in order to help in the reinforcement and healing of the chakra and of each organ and function related with it, fact that I believe that it strengthens considerably the result.In addition I would like to share with you the experience of using the bowls with the help of my friend Georgia Xenariou from Mykonos, (info@iolko.com), who is a charismatic healer in many sectors and mainly in the use of healing herbs. From this use, we came up with the following two useful conclusions: For those that have the sensitivity to see colours during the treatment, it is very likely. a) To see with closed eyes the colour of the chakra (possibly in combination with other secondary colours), while hearing the sound. However as the chakra is getting healed, the colours tend to become white or golden-white. b) When we play the bowl anticlockwise, these sensitive people may see the energies (in the form of colours in various shapes), to come down from above (divine energies) and to enter their body, while when we play the bowl clockwise, they may see the energies to go up from the ground (Earth energies) and to enter their body. Moreover as mentioned earlier, we observed that certain individuals show preference to the clockwise movement, regardless of the diameter of the bowl, while others were disturbed with the clockwise movement of the bowl of the note B (Si or Ti of the crown chakra). Finally in a lot of measurements we made using the “vita sensor” (a flexible metal bar with a handle in one end and a small boll in the other), for the energy of the activation of water, but also of the healing herbs (which we put with their bottles in the bowls), and for the foods in general, we realised that the energy of the herbs and other materials (liquid or solid) was increased from the initial 0 – 10 movements of the vita sensor to 100 – 200 after the activation. We observed that the greatest activation occurred when playing the bowls clockwise (for at least two minutes), and in particular with the use of the bowl of note F (i.e. Fa of the heart) and F diesis (of the thymus gland).Also, with my charismatic friend Sisi Pashalidou we performed some experiments with the help of a pendulum, which gave the following results: First, a note influences positively not only the associated chakra, but also (in a smaller degree) the neighbouring chakras as well. This means that a complete treatment with the bowls that I give here, covers satisfactorily also all other (secondary) chakras inside and outside our body, that are not mentioned here, which correspond (as we said) to intermediary notes (diesis-middle and flat). Second when playing clockwise, the sound not only activates but also cleans (but in a smaller degree) the corresponding chakra. Likewise when playing anti-clockwise, the sound not only cleans but also activates (but also in a smaller degree) the chakra. Also, in a book that Sisi gave me recently, Steve Rother (www.lightworker.com) received as channel the following message from the divine beings named “The Group”: “The vibration treatment is one of the biggest sectors of treatment and will be largely developed in the next months and years. Your physical existence is nothing more than a wavy line for our optical view. You are vibrations and you are so beautiful wavy lines…. Try to experiment with vibrating tools now, because they will help particularly with the nuisances and the pains due to the change of the Earth vibration. Play with them and afterwards write the books that will help others. You have selected yourself to do this. You are the chosen ones''. This message came as an answer to a related question in a congress of “light workers” in Holland. The nuisance of this change mainly refers to the increase of our vibration, that many of us begin to feel by entering the fifth dimension.Finally I posed a question to my divine advisors, as well as to two very powerful “channels”about whether my writings about treatments with Reiki, SSR, crystal sounds, meditations, etc will help the people to their passage to the fifth dimension. The answer of the superior beings was: “Certainly yes, and this is your mission in this incarnation, but the degree of help will depend on whether or not many people will be able to find, read, and use what you offer them”. Furthermore they said that my greatest and most important contribution is the fact that myself (along with other, selected for that purpose, individuals) ground the energies they send me to the Earth, which the Earth needs until 2011 in order to enter the fifth dimension at the end of 2012. In addition, they said that this had also been my mission in many other previous incarnations, living in other planets and in other dimensions (see also my page II.1.D2).ΝΟΤΕ: When I checked the sounds of the bowls that I had bought, I observed that the note of the small bowl (of diameter 9 in.) of note F was F diesis and I was ready to replace it. Then however, my divine advisers informed me that this mistake was intentional, because I should also include the chakra of thymus gland (note F diesis) in the healings. Therefore, I kept this bowl and I also bought the regular F. The thymus chakra (which is also called the “higher heart”), is located between the heart and the neck chakra, in the place where thymus gland is, and it has the same polyhedron shape with the heart chakra, while its colour is turquoise (i.e. combination of green and blue). This chakra, along with the thymus gland, controls and activates the very important for our health immune system that protects and cures us, gives us a well-being feeling, good temper, and calms our mind and emotions uplifting us psychologically. In addition, it balances the two neighbouring chakras (of the heart and the throat), combining the love with the creativity, and it constitutes the centre where art is born. Also it is the “seat of life energy”, and if people (mainly in the East) wand to increase their energy, they strike with their fingers their breastbone in the place of thymus gland, several times every morning (or whenever they need it), in order to mobilise the energy and hormone production. Finally, this chakra is affected by our diet, the environmental pollution, and our stress, and when it malfunctions we are unprotected against viruses, radiation, illnesses, etc. For all these reasons my advisers were right to advise me to include this chakra here.(Note for more than 350.000 members of the 31 internet communities where I am a memberand where I am connected up to now with more than 1700 electronic friends who regularly read what I post there):I have put the above text, in “My Page” (and in “My Group” I have created in each community) and the 30 recordings in “My Music”, so that, the members of these communities and my electronic friends, can use the sound therapy, without the need to search and visit this page in my site.Finally I would kindly ask for the comments of those who are going to use this sound therapy, (and I thank them in advance for their time), so that I can evaluate the results and do the necessary additions. MANDALAS-SACRED GEOMETRY-CROP CIRCLES, HEALING SOUNDSA) CROP CIRCLES. The crop circles are large forms that are usually shaped in fields of cereals, during one night by the ‘‘light balls’’ that fly for a few seconds above the fields. The crop circles have been photographed and published in books and in the internet and they carry information and transfer energies that the extraterrestrials of various origins send to Earth. These cosmic energies can be felt and understood by charismatic individuals that walk in the crop circles, (as is also my friend Kalisto, see page II.1.D3). It is noteworthy that the crops are not cut (destroyed) but are tied up together for the creation of the forms, fact that proves the good intention of the extraterrestrials. These forms, that each one covers tens of acres, are usually round and they resemble the ‘‘mandalas’’ that exist since the ancient times mainly described in the religions of the East, and for this reason are also called the mandalas of the extraterrestrials.B) MANDALAS. The mandalas are geometrical forms (usually of circular form symmetrical to their centre, but exist also as oval or square etc) that are created either by painting (two-dimensional), or by using various materials such as colourful sand, stones, crystals and other objects (three-dimensional). The mandalas are used particularly by people of the Eastern religions (but also many mandalas exist in the western churches), in order to attract the positive energies that each mandala represents, functioning as antennas that tune us to their energies when we look at them, or still more intensely when we construct them. For this reason a lot of monks in the East have as a common exercise the construction of mandalas (usually with sand of various colours), and after they finish and an inspector checks the mandala, they destroy it and proceed with the construction of the next, considering that the value lies mainly in the process of production and not in the product. You can find mandalas in many relevant books and in the internet, where also the attributes that the mandalas transfer to us are explained (e.g. health, abundance, mental calm etc). I add in this page a 13 minutes draft recording of crystal sounds including four parts, one general and one for each of the first three notes i.e Do (C), Re (D), and Mi (E).C) SACRED GEOMETRY. The various symbols, the geometrical forms (two and three-dimensional), and generally the various pictures that compose all of them the ‘‘Sacred Geometry’’, derive (among others), from the seventh dimension (which is completely non-material). Each one of these elements has its own frequencies in which we are tuned using it as an antenna, and ‘‘grounds’’ to us (that is to say transfers) its own cosmic energies from the seventh dimension. Thus, e.g., when we visualise, or we draw, or we call upon the symbols of Reiki etc, they transfer to us their healing and other energies that we use. Something similar happens also with the mandalas (fact that a lot of people knew since the ancient times and use until today); the only difference is that the mandalas apart from the healing, can transfer to us a lot of other beneficial for us energies. These energies are not addressed to the conscious mind but they speak directly to the unconscious.D) THE MANDALAS OF THIS SITE. Influenced by the crop circles of the extraterrestrials (30 photographs of which I have included in folders F4A.59 and F4A.60 of GROUP 4A of my site), but also from the beautiful mandalas of the East, I decided to paint my mandalas (that are included in the files F4A.1 till F4A.58 of GROUP 4A of my site, while 30 of them appear in the present page), giving weight not only in the forms but also in the choice of colours and in the technique that I used in the computer. These mandalas, besides the artistic value, can also be used as antennas in order to connect us with energies, (as the symbols of Reiki do, that appear in page II.2.D3), and for this reason I give them in my site in ‘‘tiff’’ files, for the visitors to be able to print them in large size. Thus looking at these mandalas the visitor can select those that by any chance ‘‘speak’’ to him, and use them experiencing the sentiments that create and feeling the energies that transmit to him, and gradually he can discover also the particular beneficial attribute that each mandala he selected might have for him. Moreover, hanging the mandalas on the walls of a room, can (by the energies that attract), create an important improvement of the Feng-Shui of the space. Finally, because I consider that a lot of things are subjective, I did not attempt to connect a mandala with a certain attribute, but I give below about 100 ‘‘positive words’’ that someone, (using his intuition), can connect a word of his interest with a certain mandala that will transfer to him the energies that the word describes.E) POSITIVE WORDS. I had included these words in a book that I had written years ago when I had dealt with the health and the alternative treatments, and I had connected these words with the ‘‘Creative Visualisation'' that I described there. This book, titled ‘‘Diet, Health, Reinforcement and Success’’ (that included rules of healthy diet and health in general, diets of detoxification and slimming, the techniques and the steps of the ‘‘creative visualisation'' and of the shiatsu massage, reflexology, cromatotherapy, etc), I had published in 3000 copies and I had given it, free of charge, to friends and to members of relevant with its content associations. Because, therefore, a picture (that speaks straight to the unconscious mind), is much more powerful than a word, one can instead of simply visualising a word, to see also the symbol-antenna that coordinates him with the frequency and connects him with the energy of the attributes that are included in the word. Such positive words are, among others, the following:- Serenity, calm, peace, quietness, relaxation, alleviation, safety, protection.- Health, well-being, energy, liveliness, force, invigoration, vigour, reinforcement.- Joy, happiness, satisfaction, plenitude, comfort, pleasure, enjoyment, euphoria, bliss.- Cheerfulness, insouciance, amusement, mirth, laughter, song, spree.- Love, devotion, affection, friendship, tenderness, kindness, acceptance.- Abundance, prosperity, wealth, success, recognition, glory, luck.- Optimism, enthusiasm, confidence, faith, hope, patience, certainty, courage.- Self-confidence, self-esteem, love of our self.- Achievement, insistence, action, improvement, release, salvation.- Beauty, perfection, attraction, grace, elegance, warmth, politeness of soul, radiation.- Generosity, solidarity, offer, sympathy, reconciliation, cordiality.- Wisdom, creation, inspiration, imagination, originality, lucidity, progress, effectiveness.- Education, culture, intelligence, efficiency, talents, correct judgment.- Productivity, honesty, sincerity, responsibility, principles.- Harmony, balance, development, completion, rebirth, enlightenment.F) THERAPEUTIC SOUNDS.1) General: The sounds, like the Sacred Geometry, are vibrations based also in the seventh dimension and are (also) not addressed to the conscious mind, but speak directly to the unconscious. Under certain conditions they have powerful cleaning, energising and therapeutic qualities. These precious qualities have mainly the clean crystal sounds, and their more common source is from the crystal bowls, made from 99.995% fused silica quartz. They have the form of a pot (see the photo below) with thickness of about 0.5 cm. (0.2” in) and usual diameters from 15 to 60 cm. (6” – 24” in.). Each one is tuned to one musical note representing one of the seven chakras and its sound reminds the sound of a bell. The bigger the diameter the lower the octave, and reversely the small diameters give the high sounds. Our seven chakras of our body are influenced respectively by the seven notes, of the crystal bowls, with the following order: Root chakra – Do (C). The sex chakra – Re (D). Of solar plexus – Mi (E). Of heart – Fa (F). Of neck – Sol (G). Of the third eye – La (A). And the crown chakra – Ci or Ti (B). (More about chakras, you can see in my previous page II.2.D3, and in the relevant bibliography).2) Use of crystal bowls. We strike the bowls (usually from outside) with special (soft) hammers-sticks, and then we rub their external surface near the edge with another stick. Turning the stick around in continuous contact with the (usually external) surface, the bowl sounds intensely (as it happens in a crystal glass when we do the same, with our finger). Turning it anti-clockwise extends (opens) the chakra (that corresponds with the note) and cleans it. This should be done fist and for quite a while. Turning it clockwise, it activates the cleaned chakra and it should follow the cleaning. The bigger diameters, for a certain note, (low octave), help better in the extension and in cleaning, while on the contrary the smaller diameters (higher octaves), help better in the activation of the chakra. Thus, if we can afford we could buy two bowls, one big and one small, for the chakra we are particularly interested. If we cannot buy both, we should prefer the big one. If the bowl is not very heavy, we could lie down and place it upon our body, so that the vibrations are more effective. Finally, instead of using the bowls, we can have a high quality recording of the sounds they produce, which also has the above good results, however not as powerful as when we use the bowls.3) Therapeutic treatments. As is also written in the related bibliography, sound therapy uses the principles of resonance, entrainment, and vibration to effect changes in tissues and organs. When something vibrates, it creates a sound wave, which spreads out to all molecules around it. Gently rubbing a quartz crystal bowl with a playing stick causes the bowl to vibrate and the pure sound and tone created penetrates and is disseminated throughout the body by numerous nerves and by bone conduction to the extent that the music can be felt as well as heard. Quartz crystal bowls create very high frequency overtones that can help relax you while energizing your brain and cleaning and energizing your chakras. People often describe feeling totally relaxed yet fully energized. It is the resonance of the sounds (the frequency of vibration) of these bowls that your body begins to resonate with, in order to change and uplift its vibration. This is where natural healing begins. When e.g. an organ is ill either in the physical body or only in the energy body (i.e. before the illness has any symptoms yet), then the vibration that it produces (because noteworthy that everything in nature is vibrating), is that of an ill organ. Therefore it should be heeled by creating a resonance with the suitable vibration of pure crystal sounds, so that to prevent, or to cure the illness.4) Root (or basic) chakra. As an example of the therapeutic effect that has the crystal sound in various chakras, I will take the root chakra (because if this is not cured first, no other chakra can be fully cured). This is located in the perineum, and constitutes the centre of the force of life, and through this (when it is not closed) all the energies of Earth enter in our body. This is “built” during the first 3.5 years of the life of the child. If during this period the child had an accident, ill-treatment, lack of love, abandonment, lack of game, or happened to have overprotective or very strict parents that continuously prohibited him to do anything, then the chakra that is created is malfunctioned and causes serious problems to the adult. Such problems are inter alia: In the physical level: Problems in the back, the waist, the skeleton, the teeth, the skin, the intestine (cancer), the kidneys, the prostate, the blood, the immunogenic, etc. In the mental level: Lack of confidence to himself and to the others, phobias for his personal safety, for his health, for the safeguarding of his fortune, etc, and mainly for death. Permanent economic insecurities and fear that he will not survive, mistrust to everything, greed and in particular in the proteins (meat), lack of enjoyment of life that considers it as a heavy task, and greed for satisfactions (alcohol, sex, etc). Anger, insistence in imposing his opinion and will, continuous effort to take without giving, negligence to protect his body (e.g. heaving problems with heart and continuing to smock), addictions, fury for excessive cleanness, etc.5) Application of the treatment. It is of fundamental importance, to clean and extend first the root chakra, before we advance to the others. We use the bowl with the note Do, (i.e. C) with a diameter of at least 50 cm (20” in) which we rub anti-clockwise for quite a while. Then we energise it by rubbing it (or a smaller bowl of note Do) clockwise. This procedure has to be repeated for days, and if necessary (for a very much weak chakra) even for months. If we have two bowls of note Do (C) e.g. one large (e.g. 50 cm - 20” in.) and one small (e.g. 20 cm - 8” in.) then we can achieve quicker and better results, using the large (low octave) for cleaning-enlarging, and the small bowl (high octave) for energizing. We can strengthen this “sound-therapy” with “aromatic-therapy” (using the oils: cedar, carnation, levanter, hyacinth), and with “crystal-therapy” (using the crystals: agate, hematite, rose quartz, ruby, red coral). When we finish with the 1st chakra we proceed with the 7th, which is its complementary (1+7=8) using the corresponding bowl of note Ci or Ti (i.e. B). So we continue by selecting another pair e.g. the 2nd and 6th (6+2=8) or the 3rd and 5th (5+3=8) or the 4th, while the time that is required for healing each one, depends on the condition of each chakra.6) The other six chakras: Details of the attributes of the other chakras, and of the areas of the body or the mind that influences each one (when it does not function as it should), you will find in the relative bibliography about chakras. Finally, in order to facilitate those who do not intend to buy a bowl, I have bought 14 bowls (7 large and 7 small for the 7 chakras) in order to include a high fidelity recording in a separate new page of my site (II.2.D6 to be ready soon), so that everybody can use these therapeutic energies. This recording will be separate for each chakra (both for cleaning-extending as well as for energising, i.e. 14 recordings), that will work together with the relevant colors and our intention to heal. In addition details are given (as for the root chakra above), about the attributes and the areas that are influenced by each of the other 6 chakras, which areas, if a problem exists, they will be enforced and healed.Ending this short report about the therapeutic sounds, I would like to mention that also the symbols of Reiki etc, are more effective if they are accompanied by the corresponding sounds. Thus, more specifically for the “Symbol of Joy” that I have introduced (see the previous page of my site II.2.D3), the sound it is the note Ci (or Ti) (i.e. the B), and even better the sequence Ci-Do-La (i.e. B-C-A). When the Earth will be 100% in the fifth dimension, she will become a new member of the ‘‘Galaxy Confederation’’ where already other fifth and higher dimensional planets belong. Then we will not distinguish various nationalities and states, but will exist only one nation ‘‘the Earthians’’. This course that has started long ago, recently was finalized, and no force, or team of reacting persons, can anymore change or delay it. Therefore, it is of great importance to know what is going to happen, when and with what order, so that we can be suitably prepared in order to pass more painlessly the transient period, but also in order to better profit a) from the new possibilities that will be provided to us, and b) from the help that the extraterrestrials will give us.Therefore, the main questions below have to be answered with clarity, plenitude and without contradictions, so that we will be really assisted by the information that we will receive. I stress this, because the various ‘‘metaphysical’’ congresses and festivals that I heave attended and the relative books or reports in the internet that I have read, did not add something useful to me. Most of them contain, for the most part, generalities and vagueness with regard to the fifth dimension, sometimes also contradictions, and they are usually focused on the ‘‘life after death’’ and on what the one or the other ‘‘Archangel’’, or ‘‘Master’’, or ‘‘Ascended Spiritual Teacher’’ does or said. The questions therefore that I consider as the most important for our immediate future are:1) How we could better prepare and what we should do in order to ensure our entry in the fifth dimension and not to leave (i.e. die, as it will happen to certain of us), but also how we could enter in this easier, faster and more painlessly.2) What the new possibilities and the advantages that the fifth dimension will provide to us are, and how we will better and quicker utilise these, in order to improve our life and live hereafter exactly as we wish, healthy and happy.3) What situations and ‘‘disturbances’’ will prevail during the transient period (from today until the Earth becomes 100% fifth dimensional), and how we will face and handle these, as individuals and as leaders, not only for our personal good but also for the good of the planet.4) How we will communicate earlier and more advantageously with the extraterrestrials, and how we will better and thoroughly benefit from the knowledge and the help that they will give us.5) What new conditions are created by our integration in the Galaxy Confederation, what rules will be in effect, and how we will better benefit from this integration, as individuals and as a planet. Still, how we will be able (for those of us who wish to do so) to contribute in the coordination and the smooth operation of all systems, undertaking leading positions.6) How our relations with the other planets will be, how we will perform our transactions with the extraterrestrials and the interplanetary travels, and with what criteria we will select a) what will be our occupation (profession), and b) in what planet we will live, with whom, and for how many years or centuries.In these and other relative questions I will attempt to give an explicit and complete answer with useful, (I would say precious) for each one of us information, based always on what the extraterrestrials say to me in my astral travels, (under the condition that these are real and not creations of a super optimistic imagination). In the previous two pages of my site, I give a few elements answering these questions, as well as criteria e.g. the appearance of their spacecrafts (if things are proceeding as planed) until the end of 2009, that they will prove whether all the above are real. However, because in the summer months of 2008 the Earth received an abundance of new energies from the universe, (that certain of us received and then transferred to the Earth), that assist in the Earth’s development to the new dimension, I believe that from the next year (2009) I will have more complete information to answer the above-mentioned questions. Then I will include these answers probably in a different site, because I created the present site primarily to cover my paintings (which are connected to my astral travels that are the source of my inspiration).Also I believe that it would be very useful, or even absolutely necessary, a world organization to be created that would prepare the individuals and the entire planet: a) For the entry in the fifth dimension, b) for the solution of problems during the transient period, c) for the communication and the collaboration with the extraterrestrials and d) for our successful integration in the Galaxy Confederation. As soon as the above mentioned criteria convince me, I intend with the help and the guidance of the Pleiadeans (which are most capable in organizational maters), to help in the creation of such a non-profitable organization that could have the title: ‘‘World organization for the preparation of integration of the Earth in the Galaxy Confederation’’. This organization could also put an order, in order to avoid unpleasant events during the disturbance that will prevail (fortunately only for the short transient period), mainly as a result of the despaired effort of certain powerful individuals and organisations to retain and extend their power. For this purpose they will collectively and well organised try to cause fear presenting false dangers and also (mainly with the help of the banks) to collect more and more economic force taken from the people, (who will become more and more poor), in order to keep the people fully dependent on them, despite the changes that the new dimension will bring.It is worthy to say that the 1.5% of the current population of the Earth (i.e. more than 90 millions), are individuals that are usually incarnated in other planets but this time selected to be incarnated in Earth, in order to help in the great changes that will take place, as well as in order to transfer later in their planets their unique experiences from this ‘‘experiment’’ that, as mentioned before, is taking place for the first time in the universe. These persons when they realise their mission (having at some pound of their life memories of their planets) and ‘‘wake up’’ (many they have already and call themselves ‘‘star-seeds’’ and ‘‘workers of light’’), could very well constitute (together with many other Earthians workers of light) the members of such an organisation. Noteworthy is that in October 2008 I attended a very interesting world congress of the star seeds, that took place in London, where individuals from all parts of the world were gathered, to exchange their experiences from the memories they had from their planets, to meditate, to do channelling etc, as well as to visit ancient monuments, (Stonehenge, Avebury, etc), in order to feel the energies and the information that these monuments release. However it should be noted that, based on more resent information, this percentage is now much bigger than 1.5% due to new incarnations.It appears, from what the extraterrestrials say, that also I belong to this percentage and for this reason I feel ‘‘at home’’ very comfortably and cheerfully, each time I have an astral visit to a certain planet of Pleiades, in the same always region. Also they said to me the following weird thing: That I am one of those that the extraterrestrials send to me a rare shiny (like metal) energy which I transfer to the Earth when I walk. This energy is needed to the Earth and the Earth guides me (unconsciously) to make travels in the parts of the Earth that need this energy. And indeed I had to go, this and the last year, to strange places in Germany, England and in Greece, while recently I have been informed by a channel that soon I am going to have another long journey in a remote country. In any case I do not consider myself a worker of light, but simply a researcher until that ‘‘light’’ is revealed to me beyond any doubt.Finally, because a lot of discussions took place with my colleagues technocrats, who wonder why I, a doctor in civil engineering with rich academic and business career, deal with metaphysical subjects, that they consider as ‘‘fairy tales’’, I have to send them the following message:The physics and the natural sciences in general, using the observation, the measurements, the experiments, etc, analyze and explain the phenomena and the laws that are in effect for the third, the clearly material, dimension. On the other hand, the metaphysics using the meditation, the visualization, the intuition, the communication with other entities, the imagination, the sentiments, etc, analyze and explain the phenomena and the laws that are in effect for all dimensions. Many times these phenomena are very difficult to become understood and explained with the means and the data of the third dimension. Thus e.g. the description of the taste of food, or of the odor of a perfume, or of the splendid lively colours that prevail in the fifth dimension, cannot make us actually see or feel them. Similarly e.g. a hypothetically two-dimensional world that lives in the plane, cannot explain what happens with a three-dimensional being e.g. a ball, that is presented from nowhere in various places of the plane, as a point, or as a circle with changing diameter when touches or cuts the plane.Nevertheless, I will attempt as an example, to explain how astrology and the horoscopes work, that many of us consider also as fairy tales. Each planet and generally each celestial body emits ‘‘astral energies’’, of different nature each, that reach the surface of Earth and surround it with intensity that depends each time on the place of the planet in relation to Earth. A soul that is going to be incarnated, select the foetus in which it will enter, (entering mainly the moment of birth) and enters bringing with and putting in the foetus’ astral body also the astral energies that prevailed the moment of birth. These energies influence the character and the life of the person, together with the influence from the experiences of the soul from previous lives, and from this life as grows, etc. Indeed the soul, knowing when each foetus will be born, selects the one that the astral energies at that time will help the soul to achieves more easily the targets set for this incarnation, and to have the experiences that needs for the improvement of the soul.Since these energies cannot be measured and analyzed with the means of the third dimension, a technocrat will ignore them. On the contrary a spiritually aroused person that deals with the metaphysics, in order to check the above theory, will enter in deep meditation and will call his ‘‘superior self’’ and his ‘‘celestial advisers’’ and will ask them to explain to him the qualities of the stellar energy of each celestial body. If therefore a person feels by intuition, that all the above explained to him are true, will accept these with the same certainty that a technocrat researcher accepts a theory that has been proved by the experiment. These are the best I could say to my friends technocrats although I am afraid that I will not convince them, at least until we will enter in the fifth dimension when, whether they want it or not, the truth it will be revealed also to them.Still exist very interesting television broadcasts in Greece and abroad that deal with metaphysics and strange phenomena in general. Many times however, these make the error to try to explain the metaphysical phenomena with the laws of physics. For this reason, they invite in the studios scientists and professors that say their opinion trying to explain everything as simple natural phenomenon, and get angry if somebody dares to expresses a metaphysical opinion, and they do not even allow him to complete his opinion. This has as result the people that watch the broadcasting and try to learn something, instead of being able to hear a different (metaphysical) opinion, (which if their intuition considers true they will accept, otherwise they will ignore), to become more perplexed and many times to feel indignant with the explanations that the ‘‘wise heads’’ try to give. It is a pity, the moment that we approach 2012, (where a lot and important changes for our life will happen, for which we are supposed to be prepared), to discuss nonsense and not to listen to our ‘‘superior self’’, to our ‘‘divine advisers’’, to the extraterrestrials (that are already in the fifth dimension), and to other superior beings that try to help us. This situation makes me to recall the very up to date short story of H. G. Wells, ‘‘The Country of the Blinds’’, and I hope we will stop being blind soon.Recently I was invited for an interview from a Greek television channel, and the next day after the presentation in the TV I received more from 100 calls from enthusiastic people who shared with me also their metaphysical experiences. These however, did not have the courage to admit this in public, fearing that they will be considered as dreamers or insane. Answering, in any case, also to those who did not telephone to me (noteworthy that the address of my site has been shown wrong in TV, and the six times that I referred to my site during the interview were cut in the montage), I want to assure them that not only they are not dreamers or insane, but they are pioneers, together with tenths of millions other people who’s number is continuously increasing. Nevertheless my goal for giving this interview was my site to become also well known in Greece, as it is abroad, so that the visitors that are ready to accept these important messages, to see much more details than an interview can contain.In order to help in the distribution and the cross checking of these information, but also in order to participate in a group effort to rise the consciousness of our planet, I became recently a member of 40 “communities” in the internet, who have more than 600.000 members (workers of light and star seeds), such as the ‘‘Children of the Sun’’, the ‘‘Powerful Intentions’’, etc. Their focus is to exchange experiences between the members, but mainly with the help of group synchronized meditations, etc, to help in rising the consciousness of people, in the smoothing of the problems of the interim period (from today until to become 100% fifth dimensional), as well as to stop us from depending on the existing oppressive systems, and generally to improve the conditions of our life. In addition in the National UFO Reporting Center (www.nuforc.org) you can find tenths of thousand of reports for UFO appearances (only in USA) indexed by state, or by date, or by type of spacecraft, etc.On the other hand recently the Greek television announced that an unidentified flying object was shown over Attica sometime ago following a plane of Olympic airways, and two Greek military planes were taken off to find out what was going on, but the object had disappeared with excessive (for the Earth data) speed. Also on 2nd of November 2008 a friend that lives in Corinth telephoned and informed us that on the 1st of November he saw from his window a very luminous flying object. In my recent question, the extraterrestrials said that these sightings will be more and more often, until we will consider it as something very common. You have also been through significant amounts of change that have affected your metabolism, redirected your nervous system, caused periods of strange fatigue and the need, from time to time, for more sleep at night. These adjustments brought on line a new set of chakras as well as a new range of aches and pains and other assorted discomforts. The good news is, this stage is nearing an end. Nevertheless, you are still on a path that is to take you back to full consciousness. Meanwhile, Mother Earth's surface activity basically mirrors your own changes. The ‘'third dimension'’ in which the Earth was up to October 2006 is a clearly material dimension as we have experienced up to now. In the ‘'fourth dimension'’ where we are now, the matter has become thinner and is vibrated faster, as a preparation for the ‘'fifth dimension'’. In this fifth dimension the matter around and inside us will become even thinner (etheric), (the empty space in and between the atoms - material particles will be much larger) and will vibrate even faster. In addition, the spirit will dominate on the matter and our thoughts will gradually create our reality, guiding the matter in some degree as e.g. the magician in the fairy tales does but in an excessive degree with his magic spill kin. The fifth dimension will begin in December 2012 and the changes it will create will be completed by 2017. Noteworthy is that after 2012 the calendar and the time we know changes, and consequently 2017 is given based on the current (old) calendar. Then, from what the extraterrestrials say (and their information converges), marvellous things will happen, which even if they prove to be ‘‘faithful wishes’’ as many may believe, at least they are very optimistic and would help us feel much better and therefore become healthier, if we believe that are probable to happen, as I already believe myself.In this dimension, the illnesses will recede and our body will remain healthy obeying to our will, while it will be adapted gradually in the body type that we wish as well as in the age we wish, facts that will allow us to live many and comfortable years. The food will not constitute so much a necessity, since we will take the energy that our body needs also from other sources, but rather a gustatory pleasure. The gravity will be overcome fact that will influence a lot our constructions, our transportations and our movements from place to place. Our vehicles in general will not need fuels and will follow certain ‘‘energy lines’’, while they can change directions where these lines cross. The possibility will also exist to be able to pass (as through a beam) instantly to another place with our material body. Here it is worthy to say that according to the extraterrestrials, apart from our material body that we all know, we have in our ‘‘aura’’ other non material (energy bodies) that are around us like the layers of the onion. One of these, where also the sentiments are based, will acquire particular importance in the fifth dimension. Still we will all have the power to see the aura, which contains precious information about our past and about us, and by which we influence and we are influenced by the people around us.Our constructions, like houses, blocks of flats, buildings (with hundreds of storeys), etc., will be constructed much easier than today, and they might be moved in other places, if their residents decide to change their environment, as is done already in other planets. Also it will be possible to construct floating cities, that will be totally self sufficient of whatever needs they have, and to travel in the seas. The various spaces – rooms, while they will have in general small external dimensions, when you enter in them, a new ‘‘internal’’ dimension will be presented to you, large enough to cover all your needs, fact that happens also in many small extraterrestrial spacecrafts. In addition, you can arrange certain sides of the building to have a different view in different places of the world, (without however this to facilitate direct access to these places), thing that when I first saw it, it was very surprising. Also big impression made to me the intense, beautiful and unusual colours, that also move making the objects to look alive and as if are breathing, and I expect to enter in the fifth dimension in order to enjoy these colors daily. With regard to the electric energy, each building will have in the roof a small appliance that will collect energy that enters from the universe and goes to the centre of the Earth, when it enters and when it comes out, and this energy will cover, without expense, all our domestic energy demand. In addition the cadastre, the recording office, and other relevand public files will be useless, since everything will be written in the aura of persons and objects that everyone can read.Given that each one will be able to read the other people’s thoughts through telepathy, there will exist in general no secrets between the people, with has as a result the marriages to become considerably limited (only to people that really love each other), and the personal relations to lose to a large extent the exclusivity between two individuals and to become more free, as they are in the other civilisations of the galaxy. The need for monogamy will cease to exist since the soul does not ask for it. In addition, the births will be limited, fact that however will not influence the population of the Earth, since the average age will be increased impressively. The current systems of administration and governing will collapse and new will be created. Since will not exist any self-interest, the persons that have leading, or administrative positions, will not enjoy particular privileges, despite the increased responsibilities and pressure of work in comparison with the other people. However they will be much fewer than they are today, since the people will be in general able to cover most of their needs themselves. They will be at some way real ‘‘servants’’ of the society, and they will enjoy their work, as they enjoy it today those who offer charitable work. Also the courts and the prisons will cease to exist, since gradually people will develop relations of unselfish love. Those who will choose to live in a different way, they will be ‘‘punished’’ by the conditions that the life they have chosen will create for them, until they realise that they have to be adapted as the rest of the people. Certain ‘‘advanced’' persons that will have entered first in the fifth dimension, they will have as their main task to help the others to enter as well, and to utilize all the possibilities of the fifth dimension. Finally the interplanetary travels, the contact with other civilisations and the accumulation of new knowledge and experiences, will constitute some of the most basic ‘‘entertainments’’ of the people in the fifth dimension.Dissatisfied from these changes will be perhaps only those that are used to have the power, to use other people and to gather for themselves all the material goods, things that in the fifth dimension they will not be able to do. However even those will become obligatorily adapted, receiving also the many other advantages of the fifth dimension. In any case, as it is generally supported, in the universe does not exist ‘‘lack’’ but ‘‘abundance’’ of everything, that everyone can enjoy. Also, something that the meaning I do not fully understand, is that in the fifth dimension we will have access to the ‘‘ether (or akasic) archives’’ where all universal information is filed, having thus direct access in knowledge etc. and will not exist any more confidential secrets, nor will we need the type of schools we have today. Finally, we might, to some extend, materialize objects that we need, power that certain guru in the Far East already have (in a minimum degree), as we hear, and generally we do not believe. The climate in Earth will become subtropical, (that is much warmer than today), and a lot of the ice will melt while the level of the sea will rise. The pollution will be limited to minimum, while we will transform the garbage from matter to energy. A lot of attention will be given in keeping the environment in an excellent condition.Referring to the fears of catastrophes and millions of deaths during the passage to the fifth dimension, the extraterrestrials support that this (that was initially probable to happen), finally has been avoided, and any wars will be of limited character as well as any natural destructions. Thus scenarios that I often see in the internet (and certain are supposed to have scientific base), as e.g. that in 2012 the magnetic poles of the Earth will be reversed, or that the Earth will stop rotating for three days (during which the half hemisphere will have continuous night and the other half continuous day), etc, are not (after the last developments of energy on the Earth), going to happen. On the other hand, what it is very likely to happen is a big “crash” of the economic system with worse months October and November 2009, (today that I write this is the beginning of April 2009). Therefore I suggest to people who have large deposits, to split the money in various banks and to keep also a (small) amount in bank notes. During our passage in the fifth dimension, instead of a lot of deaths, simply will exist a period of a few months at the passage, different for each person, during which, continuously or at intervals, a person will feel an intense malaise, mainly on issues of breathing, that will be accompanied by unjustified lassitude, and very often by depression that might in extreme cases reach a tendency for suicide. For those who cannot accept their truth and do not want to enter in the fifth dimension this tendency will lead to accidents and to cerebral and cardiac episodes. However those who consciously want to enter in the fifth dimension, they will endure this situation and will succeed. Certain persons, who know what is going to happen, will be able, with suitable preparation, to enter in the fifth dimension after the end of 2010, getting earlier the advantages at the great surprise of the other people.Feeling well and happy, having positive thoughts and most important positive sentiments (such as love, compassion, calm, peace, etc), and eating healthy food, helps a lot in order to faster increase our vibrations, so that we enter easily the fifth dimension. They will see visions and acquire awkward for us behaviour, as e.g. that they will not want to go to school, as they will already know the knowledge the school gives to them (by reading the ether archives), or because they will know that is a knowledge not useful to them and to their future (because e.g. many professions will change).Money will have much less importance than they have today, since the basic human needs will be covered very easily. The value of the real estate and property in general, as it is today, will fall vertically. A lot of enterprises will close as useless, as those dealing with medicines, the health, fuels, the electric energy, the education, the transport, the insurance, etc. (to name only a few). In addition, the public services (tax collectors, police, army, municipal services, etc), as well as the public utilities (for electricity, telecommunication, water, post, transport, railways, etc) will cease to exist, or very few will remain but will be dramatically smaller. The kinds of employment, due to the high technology that the extraterrestrials will transfer to us, (who expect to gain a lot from our precious planet in the advanced state of the fifth dimension), will be profoundly altered. Many professions will be abandoned as useless, while new will be created, as e.g. the teaching to extraterrestrials the conditions that prevailed during the third dimension and the sentiments that these conditions created. I wonder also if in my case I decreased prematurely my successful business career as a civil engineer, in order to deal initially with poetry and then mainly with painting, as if I was subconsciously influenced and informed about what potentially will happen. Possibly the extraterrestrials influenced also the vertical increase of my productivity in paintings, which the last three years became five times higher, exceeding all my previous records. Also in several paintings, (see e.g. Group 9A) I try to represent the transition period (when the fourth and the fifth dimensions will coexist), with double presentation of the various themes and figures in the same painting, trying also to imitate the impressive colors that will prevail during this period.It should be noted that from at least 650 millions of civilizations that exist, only a few tenths are still in the third dimension, while all the rest are in the fifth and higher dimensions (sixth etc. that are totally non material). Thus in our solar system apart from the known nine planets, exist also others which are only in the fifth dimension and will be revealed to us when we will be also in the fifth dimension. In addition, a planet can belong sometimes in more than one dimensions. E.g., Venus or Mars that in the third dimension are dead planets, could be alive in the fifth dimension, having developed civilizations, and these two dimensions can coexist in the same space. In any case, when the Earth will be fully in the fifth dimension no individual on Earth will exist in the third dimension. Those who do not want to enter they will die, and will return much later with fifth dimensional bodies. Many years later, we will be able to visit also the sixth and the seventh dimensions, but not with our material body but with our energy bodies. Extraterrestrials that visit us now (and transfer to some scientists new ideas, as if these ideas emerge from the scientists’ intuition), will visit us in big numbers when we will enter in the fifth dimension. They will teach us their technology, how to remain healthy, how to materialize things, and many other useful ‘‘powers’’ of the fifth dimension. They will be initially anthropoid because their intention is not to frighten us and see them as a threat, or they will wear ‘‘uniform’’ that will present them as anthropoid. Later however when we will get used to them, other extraterrestrials in various forms will begin to appear also, whom we will accept regardless of their appearance, because they will emit love, that is a basic characteristic of most of the fifth dimensional civilizations.Moreover, recently many visitors of the site asked me questions about what will happen with the various functions in the new dimension. Their main question was about the banks for which the extraterrestrials said to me the following: The banks will not exist in the fifth dimension, for the people in general will be self-sufficient and will be able to ‘‘materialise’’ many of the things they need. In general, the transactions among people will be based on the value – ‘‘energy’' of what they take in relation to what they give. This value will be measured in units recorded on ‘‘intelligent’’ cards. In any case, the extraterrestrials added that in the interim period a large ‘‘disturbance’’ will take place from the fact that many people will refuse, or will be unable to pay to the banks their loans, while the present economic system will be changed before the end of 2009. In addition, (among many others), all companies and services related with the production and use of weapons will cease to exist as useless, fact that will also create a large disturbance especially to the governments. Also there was a great interest about what the future will be of the professions of the doctor – nurse – heeler, etc, as well as of the lawyer – judge – politician, etc. The answer is that they will not exist, since there will be no illness of any kind, nor quarrels between the people, and the prevailing laws will be the ‘‘universal laws’’. Finally those dealing with metaphysics such as channels, mediums, spiritual guides, etc, will have to change profession since all of us, being in the fifth dimension, we will have their special powers.To my intense desire to see now how the picture of the Earth will be in the fifth dimension, I got indirectly the answer via my charismatic friend Elpida Lekka from Chania - Greece who gave me Reiki. The picture was a great feast, a celebration with songs, dances, fireworks, and laughing persons of every age and colour, that would not stop, while plants and flowers with very impressive colours were part of the festive setting. Every time I bring this picture in my mind, it fills me with joy and optimism and gives me energy to continue the rest of my day. Moreover, wanted to know what my mission will be in the fifth dimension, I got (in the same as previously way), the following symbolic answer: The picture of a child that runs, hops and plays laughing in a beautiful meadow, while where he steps, various beautiful flowers and plants with impressive changing colours immediately grow, giving the impression that the plants are breathing. This gave me the idea that probably my mission in the fifth dimension could be to spread joy and laughter and probably for this reason I created the new Reiki symbol (the symbol of joy, see my page II.2.D3). Also, whenever I bring this picture in my mind (and I like to do it often), I feel as a carefree child that enjoys his game.In my question to the extraterrestrials of what I should do in order to enter in the fifth dimension, the answer was to continue doing what I am already doing. When I insisted asking how I will enter earlier, the answer was that I will enter long before 2012, but I should not be in a hurry, because a very premature entry in relation to the others, will make me experience loneliness, and often will make me indignant with the behaviour and the ‘‘foulness’’ of the people around me who can also be my dear friends and relatives. When finally I asked them again what I am already doing today, they gave the following symbolic vision. I was on the one side of a big precipice in the third dimension, while on the opposite side of the precipice, I watched the feast of the fifth dimension, and there I could also see another part of myself. Then I saw a huge ice bridge to be formed bridging the gap of the precipice, with soft snow on its surface, where I started walking together with many other people, directed to the side of the fifth dimension. Then two ethereal flying creatures approached me, taking each a big ball of snow that spread it above me, and the snow fell upon my body as golden rain. Then my skin began to shine and I began to fly towards the other side, also taking balls of snow and spreading them above the people around me, which they also shone and followed me towards the fifth dimension.Already in many of us, (irrelevantly to the fifth dimension), dominates an intense sentiment of indignation about what happens around us, and unfortunately my country possesses one of the first places. Here the corruption and rottenness in politics, in most services, in organisations, in justice, in church, in police, in the banks, in the enterprises, in the transactions, in businessmen and in persons that have all kinds of power, and in a lot of other events in our political, social and economic life, they gradually become the rule. The same increasing tendency exists also in the criminality, domestic and imported. On the other hand are increased, the misfortune, the poverty, and the desperation of the innocent and honest citizens, that are unable to react to the organized interests and systems, and to the indifference or the disability of the authorities. From what the extraterrestrials told me, Greece, Israel and the Philippines are the three countries with the people with the lower vibrations in Earth, and for this reason they send them continuously energy in order to increase their vibrations, so that they can enter as well the fifth dimension.Because this indignation, and the anger that creates, not only spoil our feelings, but also keep low our vibrations, I took lately certain decisions, and I realized that they ‘‘work’’ satisfactorily for me, and might also be useful for many others. First I stopped watching news in the TV, radio, newspapers, etc (95% of which refer to unpleasant and negative subjects and only 5% have something pleasant or useful to give), and I replaced these by musical (melodies etc) programs and intelligent comedies. The danger of not being informed, is compensated by the fact that if there is something I need to know, somebody informs me about it in time. Also, (thing that I have started long ago), I systematically avoid any personal contact with public services, banks, Inland Revenues, assemblies, etc, by sending to them individuals to representing me, giving them the necessary authorisations. Finally, while some time ago I was a very social individual giving parties and receptions, now I have limited my contacts mainly to telephone communication, while my everyday interactions are limited to individuals which, independently education and social or economic level, have a positive aura that gives me positive sentiments. Certain of these individuals follow ‘‘metaphysical’’ paths as I do, and they have similar with me ‘‘metaphysical’’ experiences; only they hesitate to admit these experiences in public.Anyway something that comforts me and fills me with patience and optimism, (and I believe that it will comfort and those who believe, even as a probability, that we will pass soon to the fifth dimension), is the fact that in the fifth dimension each of us will take the place he deserves. So all those that today pester us, will lose their powers, authorities, privileges, their economic superiority, etc, but also the power to harm other people, and the higher their position, the worse ‘‘landing’’ they will have in the new reality. Those who can face ‘‘their truth’’ and are wiling to be adapted to the new reality, will enter and enjoy, (together with the other people), the advantages of the new dimension. Those however, who are very strongly attached to the status they have created with so much effort (and frauds), they might not be able to bear ‘‘their truth’’ and accept the new, without privileges, reality. Then their subconscious will lead them to leave (i.e. to die), causing them accidents, cerebral episodes, cardiac offences, etc) and they will be reincarnated much later, when we will be in the fifth dimension.I have being informed (from above) that “we swim” in a “sea of energy” that surrounds our DNA, our cells, our body, all the beings of planet, the objects and all Earth (with her electromagnetic fields). We influence and we alter the energy of our body (our individual energy) with our thoughts and mainly with our feelings (“good” or “bad”), which are also a form of a very “thin” energy, that however has decisive repercussions in our bodily and intellectual health, in our situation and in our mentality, influencing even the chemical reactions in our organism. Our individual energies and the energy of planet have direct interdependence and influence considerably one another. With regard to in the energy of Earth her magnetic field is undergoing an accelerating change lately (reduction of his intensity), that will reach its peak in 2012. Also the frequency of the pulses of the vibrations of Earth increases (from the 7.8 pulses per second that initially was) in order to enter the fifth dimension frequency that our cells follow. This makes (the more sensitive of us) to feel that the time is accelerated and that the day is shorter, while it creates the sense that something important is going to happen. Similarly our thoughts, our intentions and our feelings, and especially if they emanate collectively from large groups of individuals, influence the energy field of Earth, which, in its turn, influences also the rest people of the planet, that do not belong in these groups, creating thus a “collective conscience”. This has been also confirmed by a research conducted in the seventies by a university, in 24 cities of USA with population of more than 10.000 each. The researchers asked from a relatively small group of citizens (less than 1%) in each city, to feel for the certain period of the experiment, peace, love, solidarity for their fellow-citizens, etc. Then they realized that during this period the crimes, the robberies, the clashes, even the accidents, in these cities were decreased considerably, while when the experiment finished they gradually came back in their previous levels. A similar experiment, but to a larger scale, took place in the beginning of eighties in the Middle East, referring to violence and terrorism there, with the same as above results.On this theory is also based the “Global Meditation” I propose in my page II.1.D5, since several tenths of thousand persons properly placed in the planet, using their feelings are able to influence the entire planet, and help all the people to face the interim period and to enter the fifth dimension. Therefore, it would be of most importance the creation of such groups of persons in all the nations and places of Earth, where one hundred or little more of such persons would be enough in order to influence positively cities of hundreds of thousands residents. Naturally the more they are the better the results. Thus the persons of these groups, cut from what really happens around them, (as this is presented by television and the other means, that like to focus, search and present the worse that happens around us), as in the previous two experiments, they have to feel that they live in an ideal world, where inside them, as well as around them prevail the sentiments of love, peace, compassion, health, joy, abundance, etc. This I believe that it would be the easier (even if indirect) way for facing the problems of the interim period (up to 2012).I added the previous paragraph mainly in order to persuade my unbelieving technocrat friends (while those dealing with metaphysics already know the above), for the effectiveness of the method I propose hear, to help ourselves and the Earth in the smooth passage to the fifth dimension. In this effort, instead of been alone, I recently signed up (free of charge) to 52 internet communities (ning and others), that have in total more than 1.000.000 members (see also my next page II.1.D2), which make synchronized meditations for the uplifting of the “Earths collective conscience”. In this organisations in only four months more than 2300 members asked me to be my “internet friends”, while I created my groups titled “The new Earth in the fifth dimension” with a purpose the members and my friends to make the meditation that I propose in my page (II.2.D5). Τhis meditation is done twice a month in certain hours (for Australia, Europe, and America), and aims to ensure the smooth passage of Earth in the fifth dimension (from the end 2012), and to prepare us to follow this passage as individuals at the most sure, fast, easy, comfortable and painless way, while it helps also in facing of problems and disturbances that will be created during the interim period, until we become 100% fifth dimensional.Here I stop this elementary tour in my unusual and incredible experiences. From this I deliberately omitted to report information for certain shocking things that happen today in our Earth, caused by persons or groups of persons in high positions. These people know what is going to happen and try desperately but without success to delay our passage to the fifth dimension, (keeping with fear and anger our vibrations low), so that they do not to lose the preferential positions they possess. I do this because I still do not have the means of verifying this information and thus I do not want to create impressions that might be inaccurate. Still I am ready to add much more experiences, if the criteria I have put, such as e.g. the appearance of the spacecrafts (if things will proceed as planed), up to the end of 2009, will be met. As I have also written, in the “Special Events” (see page II.1.B3 of my site) ‘‘another source of my inspiration is to enter in deep meditation and to imagine that I use the technique of a great painter of the future and that I am in another planet…‘’. Gradually using this practice I observed, with big surprise the first time, my conscience to leave my body and to wander in the space, having a sense of great euphoria, and to see various unusual things until I return in my body. This later began to happen also during the night when I sleep, for longer time intervals, and as experts explained to me, these are called ‘‘astral travels'’ that a lot of people have the possibility to experience, and in many cases this happens in situations of narcosis in the surgery.With the enthusiasm from this new experience, and given my innate interest for other planets and cultures, I began consciously to direct my astral travels, asking the evening in my meditation before I sleep, to visit another planet and to communicate with the intelligent beings that might live there. After many efforts this began, to my great pleasure, to happen, and or (a) it is a result of imagination that my subconscious creates responding to my intense wish, or (b) it has a certain base of reality, case for which I give today (2007) a probability of 50%. This probability is gradually increasing as various things happen to me lately, and as I compare my information with charismatic person who have similar with mine experiences. I decided therefore to describe and to put in the internet certain of my countless experiences, having in mind, as I am a distrustful technocrat, to use certain criteria and see, if certain things will happen during the next two years, this will mean that is in effect the case (b), while if they do not happen it means that it is the case (a). At the same time I consider useful to share and to check my experiences (that as I mentioned before constitute one of the sources of my inspiration for my painting), also with other persons that might have similar experiences. This I have already done in certain cases, (in particular with persons that function as ‘‘channels’’ and communicate with our ‘‘superior selves'’ and other beings), with very interesting results.Respecting your time, I will refer only to visits that I made in a planet of the constellation of Pleiades which has seven main suns, other smaller and many planets, where the intelligent beings have anthropoid form. However, I know also about other planets in Pleiades, in Serious (that is considered as the red cross of our galaxy), in Orion and in the constellation of Centaurs, as well as planets in other galaxies as in Andromeda (which is called the galaxy of intelligence). At these planets the intelligent beings have apart from anthropoid also other bodies (saurian, feline, etc). Common characteristic of most of these beings, with which you communicate using telepathy, (that is to say they read your thoughts and transmit to you what they want to say, or what you ask, as if it comes from your subconscious), is that are very friendlily and radiate love, thing that makes them pleasantly acceptable, despite the repulsive for us appearance of many of them.The people in this particular planet of Pleiades, men and women, are very pretty for our tastes, but also very coquettish and highbrows, and give great importance in their appearance, in beauty in general, and in sex. They are particularly tall, while their legs consist of three parts with two knees, fact that gives them great charm in their walking. They have marvellous brain and are very good in organizing, (one alone can coordinate with precision hundreds activities that happen simultaneously, like a huge computer). They live many-many years and they do not give the same meaning that we give to time (I suspect that either they may be able to travel in time, or that for them the time combines the present and the past, or even and the future). Also they are not in a hurry for anything. With regard to their population, they have few children and they raise them collectively, as if the children had many parents, and they have great freedom with their sexual relations, that they consider as an opportunity to exchange positive and reviving energy. Some of their beliefs are described, with the following phrase: ‘‘We see ourselves as accumulators of information for the ‘‘prime creator'’ (they mean the God). We do not judge ourselves and we live in order to learn. If an experience does not satisfy us, we try another because we have seen how boring is to have nothing to do and we do not want to experience it again’’.Referring to their cities, their equipment, and their advanced technology, these are in general similar to what I have described in the next page (II.2.D1), which is also valid for the Earth when the Earth enters the ‘‘fifth dimension'’ (the dimension the extraterrestrials have entered many-many years ago). Generally I could say that their high technology is connected with their high consciousness, and that the (thin) energy of their mind governs and guides the mater and its functions. Finally, they show that they know in every detail what happens in the Earth, as if they have seen it in television or they have read the human’s thoughts. What they ask for, with great interest, is ‘‘how we felt’’ when the one or the other thing happened to us, and in particular our emotions in cases of pain, sorrow, despair, poverty, etc, sentiments that they cannot feel, because the above causes have ceased to exist a long time ago in their planet. I have also the impression that, in contrast with people on Earth, the tissues of their body are much more of a crystallised form, fact that makes them much stronger and resistant against external influences.From the Pleiadians, but also from other extraterrestrials, I learned and I crossed a lot of information that gave me about our Earth. The main characteristics of the Earth, that makes it unique in our galaxy, are the many ‘‘gates'’ it has that will render the Earth the ‘‘airport’’ of our galaxy, when the Earth will enter the fifth dimension. Through these ‘‘time – space’’ gates, an individual suitably equipped, or a spacecraft, can enter and be transferred immediately to the other end of the galaxy, without the need to travel for millenniums. Many of such gates exist also in Greece as e.g. in the rock of Parthenon, in the region of Delphi, in ancient Olympia and in almost all ancient sacred places, that render Greece a privileged country in Earth. These gates gradually now begin to be activated helping the visitor with his inspiration and with the reception of information, as if information emanates from his subconscious. Therefore I recommend to the visitors of these places to try entering (for those who have the experience) in meditation, and I believe that the more ‘‘sensitive’’ ones will have the same pleasant surprise that I had myself. Some times this information enters directly to subconscious, and we are not aware of it, until the time that we will need to use it, and then it emerges and guides us. More specifically, huge gates exist above Iraq and Iran that can accept spacecrafts of tenths of kilometres length that makes also these countries privileged in Earth. Also lately (end of 2008) another gate gradaaly opens in a property of 12.5 acres (50.000 sguare meters), which (guided by my subconscious) I bought sometime ago in Attica (prefecture of Athens). This gate is near to an ancient temple of Apollo where in the underground exist large formations of crystal quartz. Many (sensitive) friends who visited me there felt a strong energy, that for some of them was very strong. I expect with anxiety to welcome in this gate my friends the Pleiadians, when they will decide to come down to Earth, as they have promised. Another characteristic of our planet, that makes the Earth precious for the ‘'Galaxy Confederation'’, in which we will participate when we enter the fifth dimension, is the great variety of our mineral wealth that very rarely you can find in other planets. What makes it more important is the fact that, with the help of the high technology, small quantity of one mineral can cover needs of multiple quantities.Moreover, I learned many other impressive things such as: For the life in Atlantis and in Lemuria and the reasons for the destruction of these highly developed civilisations, which, (due to the many questions I have received), I may include, along with information about the life in these highly developed civilisations, in a future page of my site. For other ancient cultures in Earth (in America, in Asia, in Africa, etc), that the extraterrestrials had visited and helped several times in the past. For the life in the ‘‘hollow Earth’’ and the people there. For the parallel universes that can coexist with our universe and how they are created. For our ‘‘astral body’’ and the other non-material bodies that we have, for the life after death, the ‘‘God - prime creator’’, for our ‘‘superior self'’ and our communication with him and with our ‘‘advisers’’ and ‘‘angels’’. For the reincarnation and for how we choose our parents and the time and place of our birth. For our ‘‘plan of the experiences’’ we decide to take in each incarnation and is written in the ‘‘book of our life’’, and how we can include changes to it during our life (see my page II.1.D3). For the ‘‘gates of exit’’ from this life, that we have placed ourselves before our incarnation, and we decide (usually subconsciously) during our life which of them to take (i.e when to die). Also, that sometimes we are incarnated in other planets, or that we come from other planets. In addition for the ‘‘veil’' that covers our memory so that we do not remember (at least consciously) our experiences from our previous lives as well as from the ‘‘other’' (after death) life. That we can sometimes temporally brake this veil with ‘‘regressions’' etc, and that in the fifth dimension this veil will not have reason to exist. With this occasion, I would like to say that I have made also efforts for regressions to my previous lives, with the help of four different ‘‘masters’’. None however of these regressions convinced me 100% that I went indeed to previous lives, and that what I saw was not simply a result of my guided imagination.Moreover I received many questions about how one could have astral travels. I believe that a good way would be to lie down, to relax and to imagine that our consciousness leaves our body and goes up to the ceiling, and from there we try to see what is going on in the room. Trying this repeatedly and without stress for the outcome, we will probably succeed, and then if we are not afraid, we will begin to go far away, and later we may achieve to visit another planet. This process would be much easier if we open and activate with the crystal sounds (that I give in my page II.2.D6) our chakras and in particular the chakra of the “third eye''. Also to the question “how could we communicate with our superior self in order to receive precious information for our choices and our life in general?” the simplest answer is: To lie down, relax and pose the question in our mind, without anticipating a specific answer, (e.g. what we like, or what we fear, etc) and without stress, as if the question refers to another person. We should accept and trust the first thought or picture that will come to our mind from our subconscious, without trying to judge, analyze, or dispute it. The more we trust these answers that we receive from our subconscious, the better contact we establish with our superior self, as long as: a) We should not repeat the same question, which implies that we doubt the answer, (unless in the mean time the conditions have substantially changed). b) We should not occupy our superior self with questions of low importance for our life, because then we may lose the good contact with him.I also learned about our origin as human beings, our DNA that has only two helixes, (unlike other extraterrestrial beings who have twelve helixes in their DNA) and about the reason for which we remained underdeveloped all these years, and how we can reconnect the remaining 10 helixes in our astral body, in order to multiplying our efficiency as humans. Noteworthy is that the combinations of the chemical elements (codes) that create the helixes of DNA, function also as antennas communicating with and influencing, when they are open, the environment around us. The opening of these antennas depends a lot on our (“good” or “bad”) feelings, and therefore our feelings influence our environment and the people in it (see details in my next pages II.1.D1 and II.1.D5). In addition I learned about the studies that certain extraterrestrials perform in human bodies and in particular in the ‘‘sentimental body’’, taking people while sleeping and bringing them back, without these people remembering in general what happened. I also learned about our various wrong convictions and adherences that have negative impacts on how we feel and on our mental euphoria, as well as consequently on our health. Finally I learned about the great importance of maintaining our ‘‘aura'’ intact and of “cleaning” it regularly, for our protection against dangers (illnesses, etc.), and not breaking it by internal (negative sentiments, etc.) or external (radiation of mobile telephones, etc) causes, and how to recover when these causes occur (see my page II.1.D3). All the above, which are only a few of what I learned from them, I simply give without any details because are not the main subject of this page.In addition I learned that a lot of the extraterrestrials have been visiting us already for many years now and they study us, but we do not see them because they and their spacecrafts are in the fifth dimension, while we were in the ‘‘third'’, the clearly material dimension. Only in 2006, we entered in the ‘‘fourth dimension’’ that constitutes the entrance for the fifth dimension, where we will gradually enter from December 2012 until 2017. However, with the use of some appliances the extraterrestrials can bring their vibration down to the fourth dimension and become visible to us, ‘‘wearing’’ also a ‘‘human form’’. So they visit us quite often lately, mainly in order to communicate and deal with certain governments that are influenced by them, (thing that began in 1947 and is done today on a regular basis and in a large scale). If this is true, obviously the governments keep it as top secret. What is also impressive is that certain historical, but also supposed mythical persons of ancient Greece (like the Greek Godes) and of other ancient cultures were extraterrestrials that passed one interval of their life in the Earth and transmitted to us their knowledge. Finally, I learned about the great importance that the ‘‘game’’, which is taking place with the entry of the Earth in the fifth dimension, has for our galaxy. In all the other cases when a planet passed from the third to the fifth dimension, all the people died before the passage and were reincarnated in the new dimension, with their fifth dimensional bodies. In the special case of Earth, we are going to enter in the fifth dimension alive, with our third dimensional bodies that change to fifth dimensional, and thus we will carry in the new dimension all our experiences from the previous. This is a ‘‘game’’ of great interest for all extraterrestrials, and they will visit us in large numbers and will remain with us for long periods, acquiring near us new experiences. (Actually they speak for a ‘‘party of experiences’’ that will last on the Earth for at least a thousand years).In my question when we will all be able to see their spacecrafts and if this will happen in December 2012, their answer was: ‘‘For your time and with the speed you are proceeding you are supposed to see our spacecrafts (if things are proceeding as planned) until the end of 2009'’. In my recent question, what they mean with “if things are proceeding as planned” the answer was: “Our spacecrafts of the Galactic Confederation (which is a union of many Galactic Federations), are already here, but you will be able to see them when enough people will want us to come and help them, the number of which now increases rapidly with accelerated speed as they are awakening. This is because we respect the universal law of non-interference unless we are asked for. When we will come, we will restructure your whole planet with our technology and we will help you in every aspect, silently, calmly, peacefully and with respect to all cultures of the planet. In addition, we are going to help changing the “frequency” of the people, in order to be in line with the increasing frequency of the planet, because otherwise, the planet will impose its frequency to the people, and that will not be comfortable for them. We have successfully given our technological or other assistance to many other planets and entire star systems that needed our help. We already have contacts and negotiations for decades with your governments but they still show resistance. The obstacle is the difference in ideology with the governing bodies of this planet, who continue to govern by using force and by creating systems that control and enslave the humanity. However, with the evidence we are giving them about the changes that are anyway going to happen in the planet, they begin to change their mind because they realise that they have no other choice, and begin to face the new reality, which are aware of but they still keep it as top secret from the masses”.The above appearance of their spacecrafts is one of the landmarks I use, among others, as criteria in order to decide, whether my astral travels, that are presented to me so clear and without any contradictions, are finally creations of an uncommon subconscious imagination, or are indeed based on an upcoming exiting and splendid (as we will see in the next page) reality. Of course certain appearances of spacecrafts have been observed already, mainly from pilots of military air force, (with an effort to be kept secret), but my question to the extraterrestrials referred to their appearance in front of millions of people. I have not seen spacecrafts or something relevant, but I have seen recently a vision (September 2007) during the nightfall in my veranda. With the right side of my eye, I saw three individuals dressed in something like tunic, but when I turned to look at them, they disappeared. This fact also influenced me to write, in the same month, these two pages. Finally, I give an elementary description of what the extraterrestrials say about the conditions that will prevail on the Earth of the fifth dimension, (conditions that exist long ago on other fifth dimensional civilizations) in the next page of my site: II.1.D1 THE EARTH IN THE FIFTH DIMENSIONFurthermore in order to support, supplement and crosscheck the above information that I received from the Pleiadians, I give you below the information that a charismatic person Dr. Sheldan Nidle (info@paoweb.com) has received on 7 April 2009 from the Sirians. With the Sirians, besides channelling and astral travels (as I had with the Pleiadians), he often had also physical contact with them (see also my pages II.1.D1 and II.1.D2). This text, although it is long, I copy without any changes. It mainly refers to the fist contact that the extraterrestrials prepare to have soon with us. In addition gives details about the precious assistance they are going to give us, in order to help us to totally transform our life and our present reality, to restore us to full consciousness and become fully fifth dimensional. As you know, our Earth allies are on the verge of success. Their plans are to change your present world of lack and limitation into a realm of abundance. Normally, a whole host of preconditions followed by a series of special negotiations precedes first contact. In your case, planetary conditions prevent us from observing the usual protocols. It includes the work that Heaven is doing to return each of you to full consciousness. It also involves the grand work so far accomplished by our Earth allies. Meanwhile, your world teeters on the edge of further, deepening financial crises, with the next wave of 'difficulties' set to appear in the late spring. But be assured we have done much to minimize the fallout from this. We are focusing on having the first part of our plans manifested before then. Know that we feel deeply for the burdens you bear at this time!In our opinion it is unfortunate that this first contact has taken so long to come about. Your struggles are legendary among us. For starters, you are in the midst of challenging transformations to all your energy systems, and to undergo these changes during such trying global circumstances is also not usual during a first contact. Long ago, many things happened that left you much reduced in mind and body, and disconnected from Spirit. A) GENERAL. This global meditation aims to ensure the entire passage of the Earth in the fifth dimension (from the end of 2012), but also to prepare us to follow this passage at the most secure, fast, easy, comfortable and painless way (see about the fifth dimension in the previous page of my site II.1.D1). With this meditation, we send our thoughts and our energies to the “crystalline grid” that surrounds the entire Earth, (see the above schematic picture) and functions as antenna, that receives what we send and broadcasts it strengthened to the entire planet and to the beings that live there. This Grid is used by many thousands people around the world in a synchronized group meditation (in order their energy to be multiplied and be more effective). It is done in each full moon and in each new moon (i.e. roughly every 14 days) in the following hours: Sydney, Australia 8.00 pm, Paris, France 8.00 pm, and New York, USA 9.00 pm. For 2009 the next dates are: Monday 26.Jan.09 (new moon), Monday 9.Feb.09 (full moon), 25.Feb, 12 & 25.Mar, 9 & 25.Apr, 9 & 24.May, 7 & 22. Jun, 7 & 21.Jul, 6 & 20.Aug, 4 & 18.Sep, 4 & 18.Oct, 2 & 16.Nov, and 2, 16, & 31.Dec. The individual meditation during these dates can be done any time during the 24-hour period, while the synchronized group meditation can be done in the above fixed hours. During these hours we do not only send but simultaneously we receive the energies, that the other people send to us, while those who don’t care to send, can simply receive the energies that are sent by the others during these hours. Therefore, I invite the visitors of this page, to become members of my new groups, (through these communities), in order to participate in this important effort. In any case, even those who do not become members, can equally help and be helped doing the meditation, either during the above hours, or during any other time they choose (and more effectively during full and new moon), since this meditation besides the good effect that creates via the crystalline grid for the planet, also helps the person who does it, to prepare himself to enter in the fifth dimension at the most secure, fast, easy, comfortable and painless way. It is also suggested during these days to drink a lot of water that helps in the detoxification that is caused by this process in our body.This meditation does not require any particular preparation and its typical duration is 15 minutes, but if somebody wants can extend it for as long as he likes. Those who do not know how to meditate, it is enough to relax and focus their thoughts and intentions on what they are doing. Those who have difficulty to relax, they can follow the technique I describe in my previous page II.1.D3, Chapter B of my site, which, together with the techniques of Chapter C there, improve also our physical and mental health. This particular meditation of 15 (or more) minutes, can be accompanied by any other technique of meditation that our subconscious indicates, or that we have learned, (e.g. in the groups of “Children of the Sun”, etc). Finally, for those who hesitate to accept the effectiveness of these metaphysical techniques that I describe below, I have to point out that our imagination creates our reality, and to mention the phrase that the extraterrestrials said for us (see my page II.1.D1). “When people on Earth realise that the imagination is the divine part the mind, then they will open the gates of immortality and will become again the Gods that they had been”. Anyway, this is the technique of the meditation that somehow was given to my subconscious by the extraterrestrials as a very powerful instrument, as described below.B) TECHNIQUE. (The steps of meditation are given below, together with the duration and the necessary explanations)1st minute. We relax with the eyes closed, seated comfortably or laid down, and we visualise a big ball full of bright white liquid light, to be hanged by a golden chain above our head, containing the ‘‘christic (divine) energy’’, and we ask from God - ‘‘the Prime Creator’’ the permission to receive this energy, in order to enter in us and to activate our ‘‘light body’’. Then the chain breaks and the ball falls and the light fills all our aura, while gradually passes through our skin and fills all our body, which shines intensely and constitutes our activated light body.2nd minute. We visualise all our cells to shine, to be activated vibrating in high frequencies and to be cleaned by this white light, and all unnecessary and useless material they carry, to fall as dark dust and to be removed from our body. Then we visualise one by one the various organs, systems, parts and chakras of our body (see information about chakras in my page II.1.D6) to become very bright and to be activated, and those parts that might have a functional problem, (where we insist longer) to be cured by this christic energy.3rd minute. We visualise our light body to expand and to exceed the size of Earth, while we visualize Earth as a ball with its crystalline grid, (of a diameter of roughly 60-70 cm), surrounding our body from the basic chakra and up to almost the neck chakra. We embrace this ball with our two (shiny) hands with love and we send, via the crystalline grid, our DNA codes of our light body, that contain precious information helping the uplifting of the conscience of those who participate in the meditation (see related note at the end of this page). If we do not understand what that means, simply say to ourselves that we send our DNA codes. In addition we visualize all our seven chakras, to be connected with the crystalline grid by light beams.4th minute. We visualize the “symbol of love” (see the picture above, while details for its characteristics are given in my page II.1.D3, symbol b3), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and also the bodies of the people we love, with unconditional love, kindness, compassion, sympathy, and understanding. We repeat it for a second time but this time for all the people (good or bad, especially including our enemies if any), filling all Earth via the crystalline grid. Then we repeat it again but this time for our self (our body and our character) which we love and accept with any problems or shortcomings that might have.5th minute. We visualise the “symbol of joy” that the extraterrestrials gave to me, (see the picture above, while details for its characteristics are given in my page II.1.D3), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid, with joy, happiness, amusement, pleasure, optimism, etc. This visualisation is done three times, as previously. In order to feel deeper the feeling of joy (as well as the feeling of love we mentioned above), it helps a lot to bring to our memory intensive moments that we had these sentiments before in our life.6th minute. We visualize the “symbol of healing” (see the picture above, while details for its characteristics are given in my page II.1.D3, symbol c5), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid, with its therapeutic energies, for all kinds of bodily problems, or even for difficult situations that might exist in any region of the planet, (where we insist longer), and visualise these therapeutic energies to fill and to cure us and the planet. We repeat it for a second time healing our chakras, and for a third time healing mental and psychological problems, as well as problems that might exist in our energy bodies. If some known problem exists in some region of the planet (such as natural destruction, war, epidemic illness, etc), then we focus our attention and intention to help for as many minutes as is needed there, visualizing the problem to be eliminated.7th minute. We visualize the “mandala of high frequencies” entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid (see the picture above), while details for mandalas in general, (that belong to the “sacred geometry”), are given in my previous page II.1.D4 of my site. The mandalas in general function as antennas, attracting and grounding to us beneficial energies from the seventh dimension. The above mandala attracts and provides the high frequencies that are required for the Earth and for us, in order to pass successfully to the fifth dimension. We visualise this process (as before) three times, and each time we feel the frequencies of the vibrations of our body, but also of the Earth in general, to increase by one octave.8th minute. We visualize the “mandala of the universal assistance” (see the picture above), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid, attracting as antenna the assistance that we call upon to provide to us the ‘‘beings of light’’ from the fifth and superior dimensions and more specifically the ‘‘emissaries of light” extraterrestrials, (from Pleiades, Sirius, Orion, A of Centaurs, Andromeda, etc, of the Galactic Confederation, many of which are already for this purpose in Earth), in order to secure and facilitate the smooth passage to the fifth dimension, of ourselves and of the Earth in general. We feel their assistance and then we thank them with gratitude, and this process is done three times.9th minute. We visualise the “mandala of the divine support” (see the picture above), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid, attracting as antenna the support and protection that we pray the God – “the Prime Creator” to provide to us, for our smooth passage to the fifth dimension, of ourselves and of the Earth in general. We feel this and we thank God with gratitude. We repeat the process calling upon this time the support and protection the of angels and the archangels, and then (the third time) calling upon the support and protection of our “superior self” and of the other beings (such as divine advisors etc) who support us.10th till 12th minute. We visualise all these beneficial energies that we invoked and assembled, to be transmitted via the loaded with them crystalline grid, one more time to each one of the systems (kingdoms) that they constitute our planet, i.e.: a) The people, beginning with our family, our friends (including our “electronic” friends-members of the ning communities), our environment, our city, our country and finally all planet. b) The other intelligent beings that live, or are visitors of the planet c) The kingdom of animals. d) The kingdom of plants. e) The crystals (that carry precious for us information and energies). f) The waters. g) All other materials of the planet. Let’s use the last part of these three (or as many as we wish) minutes, functioning mainly as receivers, receiving and feeling inside us the beneficial energies that send to us, via the crystalline grid, the called upon entities and the other persons in Earth, that participate with us in this synchronized meditation.13th till 15th minute. We visualise the Earth to be stricken and be covered by a bright beam of photons, that emanate from the universe (see the above schematic depiction), passing in this way the final phase and entering with us in the fifth dimension. Then we visualise that we approach flying from above the already fifth dimensional Earth (see also the above schematic depiction), and wherever we go, we see everywhere a frantic feast taking place, a continuous celebration of people of every age, colour and form, that dance, sing, laugh, and have fun, that embrace and kiss each other, carefree, glad, and happy, in a splendid decor with unusual vivid colours, divine music and phantasmagorical fireworks. In a while we feel a very strong wish to also participate in this party, that (from what the extraterrestrials say) will last for at least 1000 years, (see my page II.2.D). So we go down and dance and have fun with the others, we drink exotic juices, and wherever our feet touch the ground, we imagine splendid flowers and plants to grow immediately, each time different, with fantastic perfumes, and with changing colors that create the impression that the flowers breathe. In this way we satisfy all our five senses, (fact that also keeps our vibrations high), for as long as we like.C) CONCLUSIONS FROM THE APPLICATION. The time suggested above for each step is indicative and defined by the fact that I respect everybody’s time. However those who wish, and enjoy to allocate more time, (mainly in the two final steps, and where they feel or know that a problem to be cured exist), are encouraged to do so. After the first applications and the numerous enthusiastic comments I received (with emphasis in the use of the symbols of love and joy, and the great feast at the end), I realised that in the beginning (until somebody gets used to it), the double time is required (i.e. 30 minutes). On the other hand, if there are problems in our body that we have to cure, or if we need to send our energies in places of the planet that problems exist, then we might need another 15 minutes or more. Several people told me that enjoyed the meditation for about one hour, and certain people practice it almost on a daily basis, thing that I am doing also myself, since it fills my senses with pleasure and gives me energy and strength for the rest of the day. In addition, based also on the comments so far, during the use of the symbols of love and joy and during the frantic feast at the end, several people brought in their mind similar strong experiences they had enjoyed in the past of love, joy and entertainment, fact that increased even more the feelings they felt during the meditation. The symbols and mandalas were given in order to help each one to define and direct easier and better his intentions, and to focus his energies. However, as in the Reiki exist individuals that can cure with their thoughts and intentions only, without the necessity to use any symbols, in the same way here might exist certain charismatic individuals that could do the meditation successfully, expressing their intention, without symbols and mandalas. Nevertheless, I continue to believe that after all, even those charismatic individuals will be still more effective, if they use the above symbols, mandalas, and technique, together with anything else they are used to do during their meditations.Finally something really “magical” happened to me during the meditation of 10.Jan.09 which I want to share, mainly with my about 1500 “electronic” friends that I had as of that date, via the 27 internet ning communities where I had signed up as of that date. At the step of “10th to 12th minutes”, suddenly I felt the need to send for quite a long time, love and joy to many of my electronic friends, that their internet photographs were passing quickly before my eyes, like a film in the cinema. When later during the last part of this step, I was focusing in receiving the energy from the others, I felt a “river” of love, joy and happiness to fill me and to carry me away, feeling also that I was flying, thing that had not happened during any of my previous meditations. Thus I understood that they were my electronic friends that were sending back to me what I had sent to them before, (whether they were meditating the same time with me, or not), and I thank them for what they offered to me. Therefore, I recommend to the members of the ning communities to try it, and they might have the same wonderful results.I finish this page by adding below some more mandalas that I created, which (as I describe in my page of mandalas II.2.D4), function as antennas that attract and transfer to us their beneficial for us energies, while a lot more mandalas you can see in my Group 4A of my site. Finally I would like to kindly ask those who have comments, corrections, additions, or interesting experiences from the above-mentioned meditation, to inform me in order to use these for improving the technique, and I thank them in advance for their time.D) IMPORTANT NOTE. To the many questions I received about the meaning of “sending the codes (i.e. the form) of our DNA” to the Earth (during the 3rd minute of the meditation), I answer as follows: Experiments reveal that when we are happy and relaxed the spirals (helixes) of the DNA of our cells have the form of extended relaxed springs, while when we are unhappy and under stress, they take the form of compressed springs. In addition in a vacuum tube where the few remaining molecules are randomly scattered, when we put cells of an individual, then the molecules create a spiral structure similar to that of the DNA cells of the individual. Furthermore, if the feelings of the donor of the cells change, the same moment also the form of DNA of the cells in the tube changes, as well as the spiral form of the air molecules in the tube, regardless of whether the tube is near the donor or hundreds of kilometres away. We conclude from this that the way we feel influences our DNA and simultaneously influences (positively or negatively) also our environment. This influence is multiplied when a meditation is performed at the same time by many persons and is transmitted via the crystalline grid to the entire planet. Is also explained by the above the experiment that took place in 24 cities of USA (see details in my page II.2.D1), where the positive feelings of relatively few people, resulted in decreasing considerably the criminality, the accidents, etc, in these cities, during the duration of the experiment.Another important conclusion that resulted from these experiments is that our DNA and consequently our environment, is not influenced so much by what we think and what we want, but mainly by how we feel. Therefore in the present meditation, as well as more generally in our life, in order to achieve something (e.g. a healing), or in order to acquire something that we want, etc, it does not help so much to ask for it, as the various religions suggest, because it gives the message to the universe that we do not have it. On the contrary helps a lot to feel that we have already succeeded, or that we have acquired what we want, and that we enjoy it already, (as e.g. also the Sylva method of “mind control attempts to do”), and we thank God - “The Prime Creator” who gave it to us (peace, love, joy, health, abundance, a good relation, etc). In addition we should not be anxious and have stress about whether or not what we expect to happen will actually happen. We should be calm as if what we expect is not for us but for another person. Noteworthy that the more we approach the fifth dimension and our vibrations and also the matter around us changes, the more effective becomes this way of action, which I propose. For this reason, the extraterrestrial support (see my page II.2.D), that entering the fifth dimension our “sentimental body” is the one that will receive the biggest importance. Also noteworthy is that the American Indians, when they dance the dance of rain, they do not call upon the various spirits in order to bring them the rain, but actually feel the rain falling on their bodies, and feel their naked feet dancing in the humid mud that a intense rain created, and (sounds like a miracle) exist testimonies that this unbelievable method in certain cases was successful.
