In contacting Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides, the following is a principal methodology and philosophy I apply:
- First, relax, and calm yourself to be in a meditative state, and have no attachment to the outcome.
- Say, "I am surrounded by a circle of Light and and Armor of Love through which only benevolent beings may communicate."
- Ask Archangel Michael to protect you and bring to you only the truth, in LOVE + LIGHT. Ask, then, for your spirit guides or guardian angels to be revealed to you.
We all have more than one guide, and many angels. New angels may be invoked, simply by asking. Always, be careful what you ask for, and ask only for what you want, with a pure heart. I first knew of my main spirit guide, Rama, through automatic writing. However, other entities can come through and play with your mind, if you do not first say prayers or affirmations of protection.
Always invoke Archangel Michael, his Band of Mercy Angels, and Jesus for protection. When doing so, I say, "...in the name of the Father/Mother God, Son and Holy Spirit, with Divine guidance by the Blessed Mother Mary, Mother of Christ and Queen of All Angels", but that is a mouthful for most people.
What is in your heart and mind matters most. Intention is everything.
As you know, Ashtar Sheran is a higher being who chooses to help us, and he and Jesus work together with the Archangels, who are celestial beings of LOVE + LIGHT. We may invoke Ashtar for help, and open ourselves to receive messages from him. When and if invoking him, be ready to listen and apply the advice given. He requests that we purify ourselves, first by giving up meat, and all addictive substances. His species lives on Manna and chlorophyll, and never harm any other being. Their LOVE vibration is very high, and to be with them fully, we must advance to a higher state.
