I've noticed that since I've become more spiritual and grounded and confident, the more bi-polar I also get. I have tons of love, but this also seems to be equated now with tons of negativity and resentment building up in me.I can only hope it will all just come up and out, and never come back again.Perhaps it is my ego's death-throes.
