  • Thank you, for the invite ,my dear Adam.
    I am lacto-vegetarian.
I love and respect all the animamals, everything....in all the Planets.
Love, Light and Blessings to all.
  • Thank you Adam. I think in this society there are just alot of people in the older generation that does not understand. My daughters father and his family are from South America and were raised where every meal should have meat in it. They argue with her all the time. I have my sons grandparents thinking I am kooky cause my son is now vegan they think I read too much and that to have a well balanced diet you need to eat meat.... they are old fashion Baptist from the south here in the states. So I understand your frustration... maybe one day she will understand. :-)

  • wow congr. you are great parents, my mother hates me since I'm vegetarian
  • I have some fact's about vegetarianism and vegan(ism?) on my forum. I don't want to copy all of them so you should see them: http://www.VegetarianLunches.com/smf
  • I agree... some choices are better left up to our children. My daughter chose to be a vegetarian when she was 8 and my son has never eaten meat. I started him off as a vegetarian and now 4 years laterhe is a Gluten free vegan. I am also trying to take most of the soy out of his diet because unfortunately it really is not that good for you.... especially boys.
  • Love the video. Thanks for the add to such a wonderful group... we need to help others understand why eating less/no meat and meat bi-products will ultimately make life a better place to live in!
  • Hi Adam
Thanks for the invite. I'll send you some vegetarian recipes here. : )
  • let's do it! I already "converted" my girlfriend to vegetarian. I'm very happy because she was a really meat-eater, it was a big success for me :D

Spiritual Benefits of a Vegetarian Diet

You are what you eat! Bondage and liberation are states of mind. The mind, as a mass of vibrating energy, is limited by the constitution or condition of that energy. If the energy is heavy or inert, little can be done with it to produce the state of silence and clarity needed to reflect the truth of spirit. Certain elements darken the mind and make it thick or heavy, vibrating very slowly–sometimes seemingly not at all. On the other hand, some elements lighten the mind, making it fluid and…
