  yes --One would have to get away from the might makes right mentality - the violent programing of the media would have to change, we as the human race would have to be on a higher consciousness level where we would not do something because it was unethical rather than because fo the fear of getting caught. The old paridgm is fear based -- the new paradigm, people govern themselves based on integrity and love fro self and others as self.
  The word Kill and hate are not a part of our vocabulary so that we have no basis of thought in regards to these words or feelings.
