Join Narayani for a few thoughts on the cobra, bhujangasana, plus a demonstration. The video includes cobra to inverted-v (downward dog), several repetitions of coming into the cobra, a counter-stretch, and cobra with simhasana and sitali. A very informative and inspirational routine that can be done on its own, or as part of a yoga class. For all levels.
