I will suggest , ya fast for a day drink water herbal tea . and the next day devote your day to meditation and contact , .. if you can fast it helps detox you some so you can have less blockages , open up all you chakras in meditation and , let blockages be open , and then proceed to ask for contact , and open up heart center , and be still and see if this works , they mat choose to come to you in your sleep or through the meditation , , but just believe that they will . and im sure they will make contact with you , this might take a bit , so be patient , and let us know what happens . love you PEACE .
