Here is something you can do,firstly focus into the centre of this picture with out taken much notice whats going on around you for at least a couple of minutes and start to breath slowy until you a basicly mesmerrized by the colors of the moving picture then i would like you to imagen it going through your intire body and given you a rainbow wash do this at least 3 times and then see the out come within the next few days!!!!!!!!!!!Peace and blessings your way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ; )
