I found the e-book and am currently reading it and there is so much that grates against my higher selves and I'm not sure why but I will continue to read and then consult my star family on the matter the history I was told was different there was a joint effort to colonize and protect the genetics of many species and planets because there were wars with radioactive weapons and in another case the one planet and its people had physically reached the end of the evolution they were capable of and feared not being able to continue their species so they regressively devolved their genetics to START THEIR SPECIES AL OVER AGAIN!
That was wonderfully enlightening.
The splitting of the atom was a timed event so the quarrantine on earth could be bypassed by the etherials and galactics that could bring relief in the form of universal souls.
So many are being told but still do not understand all elements all entities are in agreement of the supra-versal order or governance.
