I found out this week that I have a large ovarian cyst. I was wondering if anyone knew of any successful ways to shrink and rid themselves of such things. I'm supposed to go under the knife next month and have them remove it with one ovary. I'm not overly excited about this, as you can imagine. I've read that plastics (from bottles), coffee, alcohol and chocolate can mimic estrogens and cause cysts and that you should cleanse the liver to prevent cysts. Any thoughts?

A couple months back I had a dream that my job was forcing me to get a vaccination. If I didn't comply, I was to be fired. I took the vaccination only to discover there was a microchip in it. I tried to cut the microchip out of my arm.

I was sleeping in my chair the other day in the half asleep/half awake mode. I was home by myself. I felt a male's presence walk behind my chair. He said hi to me using my name. When I opened my eyes, no one was around. Do spirit guides often do this?
