  Thanks for the guidance. Most of those things I do, as far as meditation, asking for help (I ask the universe for help), and diet. I notice a huge difference when eating healthy. I also get those same feelings in my stomach and I always have. Its just recently that I was able to tell why they were there and Empath is simply a label to who I already am. I'm fully committed to it as I've proven to myself its 100% real and I have learned to trust what I believe and feel in others. I believe my purpose was to help people and I'm going to research and practice being a Lightworker. Thank you for all your help. Know that you helped someone in need of help and gave him some direction when he really didn't have one. :)

  Then you are an Empath then?  Maybe a lightworker could be described as a working Empath?  I have to tell you, I have attempted many times to do this but overall, I feel as if I have failed miserably.  How can I become a successful lightworker?  I appreciate you help with this.  :)
