hello indigo child have been reading a couple of really good books on spirituality and not focusing on your clinical depression but both of these books shine a different light on what we name things in this world . As you know us people have to name everything and in both these books one of them being wayne dyer,s book he describes depression as being separate from your spiritual growth not being to truly understand what is going on in your body and mine in relation to your advancing up the spiritual ladder or getting closer to your real self the god like self ,And its this confusion and not being to really understand what is happening to you that causes this separation and with this comes all the symtoms of what we call depression all the things you know you feel everyday , i truly beleive what he is saying and i have heard and read other comments to the same understanding , so from my perspective you haven,t got that label of depression you just have to be able to understand what is happening to you as we lead up towards the assention or concious shift , from here i see you doing lots of stuff for self to both grow for yourself and your kids and i believe you will come out of this , to be a truly better person i know i cant say or even begin to know how you feel or what you experience every day but i know one thing that you seem to me the sort of person that they are not going to pin a label on goodbye norm lots love to your family they are blessed to have you

awwww, u are beautiful....i am so blessed with my babies....i feel for you darlin, my eldest is twelve and then i have the two babies, a two year old girl and a one year old boy....u have three under five!!!!it cant be easy and yes all we can do is the best for them.....not an easy task but mums do wot they gotta to care for their babies....thats just in our dna methinks.....love that we have met and am looking forward to getting to know u better, love to you and your family hun <3 <3 <3
